Quick Guide
Before using the bread maker for the first time, thoroughly familiarize yourself with
the detailed safety instructions in the Operating Manual.
Quick Start
1. Remove the baking pan (8) from the bread maker by pulling it upward.
2. Push the kneading blades (7) onto the drive shafts and ensure that they are firmly seated.
3. Add the ingredients to the baking pan (8). Start with the liquid ingredients, sugar, and salt, then add
the flour, and lastly add the yeast.
4. Re-insert the baking pan (8) and ensure it locks into place.
5. Close the appliance lid (2).
6. Insert the power plug into a power socket and turn on the main switch. A beep sounds and the
display shows the program number ‘1’ and the duration of this program.
7. Use the program button to select a program of your choice.
8. Use the button to set the browning level.
9. Use the button to set the bread weight.
10. Use the two timer buttons to set the end time for the chosen program.
Control Panel
Display
Bread weight: Press the button repeatedly until the arrow matches
the corresponding weight.
Browning level / ‘rapid’ mode: Select the browning level
(Light/Medium/Dark) or switch into ‘Rapid’ mode. Press the button
repeatedly until the arrow matches the corresponding symbol.
Depending on the selected setting, the baking time will vary.
Start/Stop: To start or stop the appliance and also to erase a timer
setting, press this button until you hear a beep.
Operating LED: Indicates that a program is currently running.
Timer: Time-delayed baking.
