This User guide focuses on usage with a Sony Ericsson mobile phone. Charging the headset User guide Before using the HBH-PV712 for the first time, charge it with, for example, the supplied charger or your phone charger, see figure 3. For compatible chargers, see figure 4. Resetting the headset Reset the headset if it behaves unexpectedly. To reset the headset 1. Simultaneously press and hold down both volume keys until the headset beeps and flashes red and green alternately. 2. Simultaneously press and hold down both volume keys until the headset turns off. 3. Pair the headset with the phone in the same way as you paired it the first time. Battery A battery that has been infrequently used, or a new one, could have reduced capacity. It may need to be recharged a number of times. When the battery needs charging, the indicator light flashes red and you hear a low beep. If you do not charge the headset, it automatically turns off. To check the battery status • Press and hold down the call handling key until the indicator light shows a steady green light. It will then turn off. Calling During a call on the phone, press the call handling key briefly. The sound is transferred to the headset. Place the phone within 20 cm (8 inches) from the headset. 5. Press and hold down the call handling key until the headset beeps, shows a steady green light and then flashes red and green alternately. If the indicator light only flashes green or red, simultaneously press and hold down both volume keys until the headset beeps and flashes green and red alternately. 6. Press Yes when Add device? appears in the phone. If required, the passcode is 0000. The headset beeps and flashes green when successfully paired. Schalten Sie die Bluetooth-Sichtbarkeit im Telefon ein. Dadurch wird das Telefon für andere BluetoothGeräte sichtbar. 4. Bringen Sie das Telefon in eine Entfernung von maximal 20 cm (8 Zoll) zum Headset. 5. Drücken und halten Sie die Anruftaste, bis das Headset einen Signalton ausgibt und die LED zunächst grün leuchtet, bevor sie dann rot und grün blinkt. Wenn die LED nur grün oder nur rot blinkt, drücken und halten Sie gleichzeitig beide Lautstärketasten, bis das Headset einen Signalton ausgibt und die LED grün und rot blinkt. 6. Drücken Sie Ja, sobald die Frage Gerät hinzufügen? auf dem Telefonbildschirm angezeigt wird. Das ggf. angeforderte Kennwort des Headsets lautet 0000. Zurücksetzen des Headsets Setzen Sie das Headset zurück, wenn es sich ungewöhnlich verhält. So setzen Sie das Headset zurück: 1. Drücken und halten Sie gleichzeitig beide Lautstärketasten, bis das Headset einen Signalton ausgibt und die LED abwechselnd rot und grün blinkt. 2. Drücken und halten Sie gleichzeitig beide Lautstärketasten, bis sich das Headset ausschaltet. 3. Koppeln Sie das Headset wie beim ersten Mal mit dem Telefon. Akku Ein nur wenig benutzter Akku oder ein neuer Akku kann eine reduzierte Kapazität aufweisen. Er muss dann mehrmals ge- und entladen werden. Wenn der Akku geladen werden muss, blinkt die LED rot und es wird ein tiefer Signalton ausgegeben. Das Headset schaltet sich automatisch aus, wenn Sie es nicht laden. So prüfen Sie den Akkustatus: • Drücken Sie gleichzeitig kurz beide Lautstärketasten: • Ein grünes Blinksignal – Akku muss bald geladen werden • Zwei grüne Blinksignale – Akku ist halb voll • Drei grüne Blinksignale – Akku ist voll Anbringen der Trageschlaufe Das Anbringen der mitgelieferten Trageschlaufe ist in Abbildung 6 dargestellt. Position des Zulassungsvermerks Den Zulassungsvermerk finden Sie an der in Abbildung 7 gezeigten Stelle. Fehlerbeseitigung Keine Verbindung zum Telefon • Wählen Sie die Nummer wie gewohnt mit den Tasten des Telefons. Der Anruf wird automatisch zum Headset übertragen. Drücken Sie während eines mit dem Telefon geführten Anrufs kurz die Anruftaste. Der Ton wird zum Headset übertragen. So übertragen Sie den Ton vom Headset zum Telefon: So tätigen Sie einen Anruf: • Drücken Sie kurz die Anruftaste, warten Sie auf einen Signalton und sprechen Sie den Befehl. Hinweis: Sie müssen die Sprachbefehlsfunktion im Telefon aktivieren und Sprachbefehle aufnehmen, damit Sie die Funktion nutzen können. Drücken und halten Sie die Anruftaste, bis die LED grün leuchtet. Anschließend blinkt die LED grün. Drücken und halten Sie die Anruftaste, bis die LED grün leuchtet. Anschließend erlischt die LED. Drücken Sie während eines Telefonats eine Lautstärketaste.
