Sehr geehrter Kunde!
Diese Betriebsanleitung enthält Informationen und wichtige Hinweise zur sicheren
Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung der ZIPPER mobile Motorsense / Freischneider ZI-MOS125 ,
nachfolgend als "Maschine" bezeichnet.
Die Anleitung ist Bestandteil der jeweiligen Maschine und darf nicht entfernt werden.
Bewahren Sie sie für spätere Zwecke an einem geeigneten, für Nutzer (Betreiber) leicht
zugänglichen, vor Staub und Feuchtigkeit geschützten Ort auf, und legen Sie sie der
Maschine bei, wenn sie an Dritte weitergegeben wird!
Beachten Sie im Besonderen das Kapitel Sicherheit!
Durch die ständige Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte können Abbildungen und Inhalte
geringfügig abweichen. Sollten Sie Fehler feststellen, informieren Sie uns bitte.

6 SICHERHEIT
Dieser Abschnitt enthält Informationen und wichtige Hinweise zur sicheren Inbetriebnahme und
Handhabung der Maschine.
Zu Ihrer Sicherheit lesen Sie diese Betriebsanleitung vor Inbetriebnahme
aufmerksam durch. Das ermöglicht Ihnen den sicheren Umgang mit der Maschine,
und Sie beugen damit Missverständnissen sowie Personen- und Sachschäden vor.
Beachten Sie außerdem die an der Maschine verwendeten Symbole und
Piktogramme sowie die Sicherheits- und Gefahrenhinweise!
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Maschine ist ausschließlich für folgende Tätigkeiten bestimmt:
Zum Mähen bzw. Trimmen von Gras, Unkraut und Gestrüpp auf moderaten und rutschfesten
Gelände.
Für eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende Benutzung und daraus resultierende
Sachschäden oder Verletzungen übernimmt ZIPPER-MASCHINEN keine Verantwortung
oder Garantieleistung.
6.1.1 Technische Einschränkungen
Die Maschine ist für den Einsatz unter folgenden Umgebungsbedingungen bestimmt:

6.1.2 Verbotene Anwendungen / Gefährliche Fehlanwendungen
Betreiben der Maschine ohne adäquate körperliche und geistige Eignung
Betreiben der Maschine ohne entsprechende Kenntnis der Bedienungsanleitungen
(Maschine + Motor).
Änderungen der Konstruktion der Maschine
Betreiben der Maschine bei Nässe und Regen
Betreiben der Maschine in explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung
Betreiben der Maschine in Innenräumen oder geschlossenen Bereichen
Betreiben der Maschine ohne funktionierende bzw. fehlende Schutzbleche
Betreiben der Maschine mit metallischen Schneidelementen oder sonstigen nicht
zugelassenen Schneidwerkzeugen.
Entfernen der an der Maschine angebrachten Sicherheitskennzeichnungen
Verändern, umgehen oder außer Kraft setzen der Sicherheitseinrichtungen der Maschine
Nutzen der Maschine zum Transport von Personen
Die nicht bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung bzw. die Missachtung der in dieser Anleitung
dargelegten Ausführungen und Hinweise hat das Erlöschen sämtlicher Gewährleistungs- und
Schadenersatzansprüche gegenüber der Zipper Maschinen GmbH zur Folge.
Anforderungen an Benutzer
Voraussetzungen für das Bedienen der Maschine sind die körperliche und geistige Eignung sowie
Kenntnis und Verständnis der Betriebsanleitung.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass örtlich geltende Gesetze und Bestimmungen das Mindestalter
des Bedieners festlegen und die Verwendung dieser Maschine einschränken können!
Legen Sie ihre persönliche Schutzausrüstung vor Arbeiten an der Maschine an.
Arbeiten an elektrischen Bauteilen oder Betriebsmitteln dürfen nur von einer
Elektrofachkraft durchgeführt oder unter Anleitung und Aufsicht einer Elektrofachkraft
vorgenommen werden.
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Zur Vermeidung von Fehlfunktionen, Schäden und gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen sind bei
Arbeiten mit der Maschine neben den allgemeinen Regeln für sicheres Arbeiten insbesondere
folgende Punkte zu berücksichtigen:

Überprüfen Sie die Maschine vor jeder Verwendung auf ihren einwandfreien Zustand.
Achten Sie darauf, dass alle Schutzvorrichtungen am richtigen Platz und funktionstüchtig
sind, und vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Muttern, Schrauben etc. fest angezogen sind.
Nehme Sie die Maschine nicht in Betriebe, wenn Sie merken, dass Teile fehlen oder
beschädigt sind!
Sorgen Sie im Arbeits- und Umgebungsbereich der Maschine für ausreichende
Lichtverhältnisse.
Halten Sie Hände und Füße von sich bewegenden Maschinenteilen fern und achten Sie
beim Arbeiten stets auf sicheren Stand.
Entfernen Sie Einstellwerkzeug vor dem Einschalten von der Maschine.
Lassen Sie die laufende Maschine niemals unbeaufsichtigt (Maschine vor dem Verlassen
immer stillsetzen).
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Unbefugte einen entsprechenden Sicherheitsabstand zum Gerät
einhalten (15m), und halten Sie insbesondere Kinder von der Maschine fern.
Die Maschine darf nur von Personen betrieben, gewartet oder repariert werden, die mit ihr
vertraut sind und die über die im Zuge dieser Arbeiten auftretenden Gefahren unterrichtet
sind.
Tragen Sie stets geeignete persönliche Schutzausrüstung (Gehörschutz, Handschuhe,
Sicherheitsschuhe, eng anliegende Arbeitsschutzkleidung etc.)!
Unterlassen Sie das Arbeiten an der Maschine bei Müdigkeit, Unkonzentriertheit bzw. unter
Einfluss von Medikamenten, Alkohol oder Drogen!
Betreiben Sie das Gerät niemals in Gegenwart brennbarer Flüssigkeiten oder Gase
(Explosionsgefahr!).
Führen Sie Wartungs-, Einstell- und Reinigungsarbeiten nur bei ausgeschaltetem Motor
durch.
Verwenden Sie nur von Zipper Maschinen empfohlene Ersatzteile und Zubehör.
Spezielle Sicherheitshinweise zum Betrieb der Maschine
Die Maschine ist für die Bedienung durch eine Person konzipiert. Bedienen Sie die
Maschine stets von hinten. Stellen Sie sich niemals seitlich neben oder vor die Maschine,
wenn der Motor läuft.
Die längere durchgehende Benutzung der Maschine kann zu vibrationsbedingten
Durchblutungsstörungen insbesondere der Hände, führen. Legen Sie deshalb regelmäßig
Arbeitspausen ein!
Tragen Sie geeignete Schutzhandschuhe, um die Vibrationsintensität abzuschwächen.
Halten Sie sich von Kanten und Gräben fern und vermeiden Sie Situationen, in denen die
Maschine umkippen könnte.
Übermäßiger Lärm kann zu Gehörschäden und temporären oder dauerhaften Verlust der
Hörfähigkeit führen. Tragen Sie einen nach Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsregelungen
zertifizierten Gehörschutz, um die Lärmbelastung zu begrenzen.
Sicherheitshinweise für Maschinen mit Verbrennungsmotor
Berühren Sie Motor und/oder Auspufftopf im laufenden Betrieb bzw. unmittelbar nach dem
Abstellen nicht! Diese Bereiche werden im Betrieb heiß und können Verbrennungen
verursachen.
Berühren Sie den Zündkerzenstecker nicht, wenn der Motor läuft (elektrischer Schlag!).
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in geschlossenen Bereichen oder in schlecht belüfteten
Räumen, außer es besteht adäquate Lüftung durch Abluftventilatoren oder Schläuche.
(Erstickungsgefahr durch Kohlenmonoxyd!)
Rauchen Sie nicht während des Betriebs der Maschine.
Rauchen Sie nicht beim Auftanken der Maschine.
Betanken Sie die Maschine nur in einem gut belüfteten Bereich.
Betanken Sie die Maschine nicht, wenn der Motor läuft oder die Maschine noch heiß ist.
Tanken Sie die Maschine nicht in der Nähe offener Flammen auf.
Verschütten Sie beim Auftanken keinen Kraftstoff.

Kurbeln Sie einen überfluteten Benzinmotor nicht an, so lange die Zündkerze
herausgenommen ist – im Zylinder angestauter Kraftstoff spritzt aus der
Zündkerzenöffnung heraus.
Nehmen Sie an Benzinmotoren keinen Zündfunkentest vor, wenn der Motor überflutet oder
Benzin zu riechen ist. Ein Streufunke könnte die Dämpfe entzünden.
Verwenden Sie Benzin oder andere Arten von Kraftstoff bzw. entflammbare Lösungen nicht
zum Reinigen der Maschinenteile, vor allem nicht in geschlossenen Räumen. Die Dämpfe
von Kraftstoffen und Lösungen können explodieren.
Halten Sie den Bereich um den Auspufftopf immer frei von Fremdsubstanzen, wie z.B.
Blättern, Papier, Kartons etc. Ein heißer Auspufftopf könnte diese Substanzen entzünden
und ein Feuer verursachen.
Verschließen Sie den Tankdeckel nach dem Tankvorgang wieder.
Überprüfen Sie Kraftstoffleitung und Tank regelmäßig auf Undichtheit und Risse. Betreiben
Sie die Maschine nicht, wenn Lecks im Kraftstoffsystem bekannt sind.
Lagern Sie Kraftstoff nur in dafür vorgesehenen und zugelassenen Behältern.
Gefahrenhinweise
Trotz bestimmungsmäßiger Verwendung bleiben bestimmte Restrisiken bestehen. Bedingt durch
Aufbau und Konstruktion der Maschine können im Umgang mit den Maschinen
Gefährdungssituationen auftreten, die in dieser Bedienungsanleitung wie folgt gekennzeichnet
sind:

Ungeachtet aller Sicherheitsvorschriften sind und bleiben ihr gesunder Hausverstand und ihre
entsprechende technische Eignung/Ausbildung der wichtigste Sicherheitsfaktor bei der
fehlerfreien Bedienung der Maschine. Sicheres Arbeiten hängt in erster Linie von Ihnen ab!

7 MONTAGE
Lieferumfang prüfen
Überprüfen Sie die Maschine nach Anlieferung unverzüglich auf Transportschäden und fehlende
Teile (siehe B1,B2).
Zusammenbau der Maschine
Die Maschine ist zwecks Transports demontiert und die einzelnen Bauteile müssen vor Gebrauch
laut Anleitung wieder montiert werden.

Setzen Sie die Holmaufnahme (5) auf das
Motor-Aggregat (6) sodass die 4 Bohrungen
sich decken.

Führen Sie den Halterrahmen (1) über die
Mähkopfblattaufnahme und
Mähschutzaufnahme auf den Führungsholm.
Achten Sie dabei das sich die 4 Bohrungen
decken.

Schrauben Sie mit Innensechskantschlüssel
(I2) den Halterrahmen (1) und Holmaufnahme
(6) mit den 4 Schrauben (S2) fest.

Nun montieren Sie den Mähschutz (4) auf den
Führungsholm. Dazu führen Sie die 4 Schrauben
(S1) durch die dafür vorgesehenen Bohrungen
der Mähschutzaufnahme (Siehe Abb. C3).
Stecken Sie den Mähschutz auf die 4 Schrauben
auf.

Befestigen Sie den Mähschutz (4) mittels dem
Gabelschlüssel (G) mit 4x Muttern.
Für das mitgelieferte Dreizahn-Blatt und den
Mähkopf ist der Mähschutz zwingend durch die
Bohrungen, wie in C4 gut ersichtlich, zu
montieren.

Montieren Sie nun den Mähfadenbegrenzer (P) mit der
Schraube (S4) auf den Mähschutz(4) mittels
Kreuzschlüssel (K)

Montieren Sie nun ein Rad (9) auf die Radachse.
Stecken Sie das Rad (9) auf, ziehen Sie eine
Beilagscheibe (BR) auf die Achse und ziehen Sie
abschließend das Rad mittels Sechskantschlüssel (SK)
mit einer Festziehmutter (MR) soweit fest, dass das Rad
noch frei dreht.
Wiederholen Sie diesen Montageschritt für die Montage
des zweiten Rades (9).

Nun lösen Sie die Innnensechskantschrauben der
grünen Aufnahme mit dem Innensechskantschlüssel I1
soweit als möglich.
Führen Sie die Verlängerungsstange mit Stützrad (3) in
die grüne Aufnahme des Halterahmens (1) ein. Fixieren
Sie die Verlängerungsstange mit Stützrad (3) durch
erneutes Festziehen der Innnensechskantschrauben.
Achten Sie bei der Montage der Stange darauf, dass das
Stützrad nach unten zeigt!

Verbinden sie das Fahrgestell wie abgebildet mit dem
Schneider

In diesem Montageschritt verbinden Sie die
Verlängerungsstange (3) mit der Bedienstange (10).
Stecken Sie das Verbindungsstück (14) auf die
Verlängerungsstange und fixieren Sie diese mit einer
Innensechskantschraube (S6).
Stecken Sie nun die Bedienstange in das
Verbindungsstück und fixieren Sie diese mit der
zweiten Innensechskantschraube (S6).
Achtung, je nach Präferenz kann dank die Bedienstange
so montiert werden, dass Sie den Bedienhebel
wahlweise mit der rechten oder linken Hand bedienen.

Abschließend ziehen Sie das Verbindungsteil endgültig
fest mit 2x Innensechskantschrauben (S3).

Da nun die grundlegende Montage der einzelnen Teile abgeschlossen ist, kann die Bedienhöhe passend
zu Ihrer Körpergröße eingestellt werden
Lockern Sie dazu einfach mit dem Inbusschlüssel (I1) die 4 Innensechskantschrauben der grünen
Aufnahme des Halterahmens (1) und stellen Sie die Höhe so ein, dass bei Kontakt der Mähkopf-
/Blattaufnahme zum Boden der Bediengriff locker mit nicht gänzlich ausgestreckten Arm geführt werden
kann.
Nach Einstellung ziehen Sie die 4 Innensechskantschrauben wieder fest.

Vor Montage des Mähkopfes ist darauf zu achten, dass der Schieber (I-2) auf STOPP Stellung steht.
Schrauben Sie den Mähkopf fest auf das Aufnahmegewinde, fixieren Sie dabei wiederum die
Aufnahmewelle. Der Mähkopf benötigt keine weitere Montageschritte da durch die Rotations- und
Gewinderichtung der Mähkopf selbstsichernd ist
Checkliste vor der Inbetriebnahme
HIN WEI S
Der Einsatz von Farbverdünnern, Benzin, aggressiven Chemikalien oder Scheuermitteln führt
zu Sachschäden an den Oberflächen! Für die der Reinigung deshalb nur milde Reinigungsmittel
verwenden!
Reinigen Sie die Maschine und entfernen Sie gegebenenfalls Schmutz und Staub.
Wenn der Luftfilter verschmutzt ist, blasen Sie die Filterpatrone von innen durch,
indem Sie einen Strahl trockener Druckluft auf und ab bewegen. Fahren Sie damit so
lange fort, bis der gesamte Staub entfernt ist. Ersetzen Sie den Luftfilter
erforderlichenfalls durch einen neuen.
Prüfen Sie den Vergaser auf äußeren Schmutz und Staub und reinigen Sie ihn
gegebenenfalls mit trockener Druckluft.
Überprüfen Sie Feststellmuttern und Schrauben auf festen Sitz. (Durch Vibrationen
gelöste Schrauben oder Bolzen können zu Unfällen führen!)
7.3.1 Füllstand des Kraftstofftanks überprüfen
HIN WEI S
Beachten Sie die Sicherheitsvorschriften zur Kraftstoffkontrolle. Filtern Sie den
Kraftstoff beim Tanken um zu verhindern, dass Fremdpartikel in den Verbrennungsraum
gelangen. Wischen Sie ausgelaufenen Kraftstoff auf.
Ablauf:
1. Tankdeckel (sitzt auf dem Kraftstofftank) aufschrauben.
2. Füllstands-Überprüfung in Form einer Sichtprüfung. Erforderlichenfalls Benzin
Öl-Gemisch nachfüllen.
3. Tankdeckel nach dem Tanken wieder gut verschließen.
8 BETRIEB
Nehmen Sie die Maschine erst in Betrieb, nachdem Sie die Sicherheitshinweise gelesen
und verstanden haben, sowie die vor der Erstinbetriebnahme erforderlichen
Maßnahmen durchgeführt haben.
HIN WEI S
Arbeiten Sie während den ersten 10 Betriebsstunden max. im gemäßigten
Drehzahlbereich, da sich alle in Bewegung befindlichen Bauteile einander noch
anpassen müssen. Nach diesem Zeitraum erreicht der Motor seine maximale
Leistung. Nichtbeachtung dieses Hinweises verkürzt die Lebensdauer Ihrer
Maschine enorm.

Anlassen Kaltstart
Bringen Sie den Choker in die Stellung wie in Fig. G dargestellt.
Stellen Sie Schieber (I-2) in die Stellung wie in Fig. I dargestellt Richtung START.
Bringen Sie den Gashebel in die Standgasstellung. Dazu drücken Sie die Gashebelentriegelung
(I-1)
Anschließend drücken Sie den Gashebel (I-4) und halten ihn gedrückt.
Mit dem Daumen drücken Sie nun den Standgaseinrasthebel (I-3).
Ziehen Sie nun kräftig am Seilzug, um den Motor zu starten (Fig. H). Sollte der Motor nach 3-
4 maligem Anziehen nicht anspringen, muss das Standgas etwas höher eingestellt werden! An
der Unterseite des Bediengriffes finden Sie einen schwarzen Drehknauf. Durch Verstellen dieses
Drehknaufes kann die Standgasdrehzahl eingestellt werden.
Wenn der Motor läuft, muss der Choker wieder ausgeschaltet werden. Bringen Sie ihn dazu in
die Stellung OFF.
Anlassen Warmstart
Lassen Sie den Choker auf OFF.
Stellen Sie den Gashebel (I-4) auf Standgas.
Ziehen Sie kräftig am Seilzug (Fig. H).
Gehen Sie für den Rest wie beim Kaltstart vor.
Maschine Stoppen
Stellen Sie zuerst die Maschine auf einen Platz, an dem bereits gemäht wurde.
Bringen Sie den Gashebel in die Standgasstellung (siehe 1.8.1)
Bringen Sie nun den Schieber (I-2) in die STOPP Stellung.
Einstellung der Schnittseite
Für das bequeme und sichere Freischneiden mit Mähkopf entlang von Zäunen und anderen
Begrenzungen kann das Mähaggregat der ZI-MOS125 links- bzw. rechts seitlich geschwenkt
werden! Ziehen Sie dazu den Verriegelungsbolzen (Fig. K) hoch und drehen Sie das Mähaggregat
in die gewünschte Richtung, bis der Verriegelungsbolzen in die gewählte seitliche Bohrung
einrastet.
9 WARTUNG
WAR NUNG
Heiße Oberflächen und rotierende Maschinenteile bei laufendem Motor können
schwere Verletzungen hervorrufen oder sogar zum Tod führen. Setzen Sie die
Maschine vor Umrüst-, Einstell-, Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten immer still und
sichern Sie sie gegen unbeabsichtigte Wiederinbetriebnahme.

Reinigung
Maschine sowie Mähaufsatz von Erde, Schlamm, Staub und Grasresten befreien. Maschinengehäuse
mit einem feuchten Tuch und gegebenenfalls etwas handelsüblichem Spülmittel säubern.
Geben Sie auf alle blanken Metallflächen eine dünne Schicht Öl, um die Maschine gegen Korrosion
zu schützen.
HIN WEI S
Der Einsatz von Farbverdünnern, Benzin, aggressiven Chemikalien oder Scheuermitteln führt
zu Sachschäden an den Oberflächen! Für die der Reinigung deshalb nur milde Reinigungsmittel
verwenden!
Tanken
Die Motorsense wird mit einem 40:1 Benzin-Öl Gemisch angetrieben.
ZIPPER Maschinen empfiehlt ausdrücklich die Verwendung von hochwertigen Fertiggemischen
speziell für stark beanspruchte Zwei-Takt-Motoren.
Sollten Sie das Gemisch selbst herstellen wollen, beachten Sie ZWINGEND folgende Punkte:
Verwenden Sie hochwertiges Synthetik-Motoröl für stark beanspruchte Zwei-Takt-Motoren.
Synthetik-Öl reduziert Rußbildung und Ablagerungen an Zündkerze, im Zylinder, am Kolben sowie
im Auspuff, was die Motorschmierung erhöht und somit auch die Lebensdauer des Motors.
Selbst angefertigte Gemische sind innerhalb 4 Wochen zu verbrauchen.
Mit dem mitgeliefertem Mischbehälter (Abb. B1) können Sie das Gemisch selbst anfertigen.
Achten Sie beim Tanken darauf, dass keine Fremdpartikel in den Tank geraten!!!

Vor jedem Gebrauch Tank ordentlich durchschütteln! Ansonsten besteht die Gefahr für eine
Beschädigung des Motors – "Verreiber" -, da er sonst am Beginn zu wenig geschmiert wird.
Garantieausschluss!
Luftfilter reinigen
Ein verstopfter, schmutziger Luftfilter verringert die Leistungsfähigkeit Ihres Motors erheblich!
Lösen Sie mit einem Kreuzschraubenzieher die Abdeckung des Luftfilters (Fig. L). Nehmen Sie die
Luftfilterabdeckung ab (Fig. M), nehmen Sie den Luftfilter heraus (Fig. N). Reinigen Sie den Luftfilter
(Fig. O) unter fließendem Wasser. Wringen Sie ihn aus. Lassen Sie ihn trocknen. Tropfen Sie einige
Tropfen Motoröl auf den Filter. Setzen Sie den Filter wieder ein und montieren Sie die
Luftfilterabdeckung.
Zündkerze reinigen
1. Nehmen Sie die Zündkerzenkappe ab (Fig. P). Lösen und entfernen Sie vorsichtig die
Zündkerze. Reinigen Sie die Zündkerze mit einer kleinen Bürste von Rußablagerungen etc.
2. Überprüfen Sie die Keramikisolierung, reinigen Sie die Elektroden (Metallspitzen) und
kontrollieren Sie den Abstand zwischen den Kontakten. Er sollte 0,7 bis 0,8 mm betragen.
3. Bauen Sie die gereinigte (oder getauschte) Zündkerze wieder ein und bringen Sie die
Zündkerzenkappe wieder an.
10 LAGERUNG
Wenn die Maschine längere Zeit (>30 Tage) still steht:
1. Öltanks bzw. Treibstofftank leeren.
2. Die Zündkerze abnehmen und einige Tropfen Motoröl in den Zylinder einfüllen. Mittels
Seilstarter den Motor einige Male umdrehen, sodass das Öl im Zylinderinnenraum gut
verteilt wird. Die Zündkerze reinigen und wieder anbringen.
3. Die ausgekühlte Maschine abdecken und außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und
nicht autorisierten Personen in einer gut belüfteten, trockenen und frostfreien
Umgebung lagern.

This manual contains information and important instructions for the installation and correct use of
the ZIPPER mobile brush cutter ZI-MOS125.
Following the usual commercial name of the machine (see cover) is substituted in this manual with
the name "machine".
This manual is part of the product and shall not be stored separately from the product.
Save it for later reference and if you let other people use the product, add this instruction
manual to the product.
Please read and obey the security instructions!
Due to constant advancements in product design, construction pictures and content may diverse
slightly. However, if you discover any errors, inform us please.

Please check the product contents immediately after receipt for any eventual transport

This section contains information and important notices for safe commissioning and handling of
machine.
For your own safety, read these operating instructions carefully before putting the
machine into operation. This will enable you to handle the machine safely and
prevent misunderstandings as well as possible damage to property and persons. Also
observe the symbols and pictograms used as well as the safety instructions and
hazard warnings!
Intended use of the machine
The machine is intended exclusively for the following activities:
For mowing and trimming grass, weeds and scrub on moderate and non-slip terrain.
ZIPPER-MASCHINEN assumes no responsibility or warranty for any other use or use
beyond this and for any resulting damage to property or injury.
14.1.1 Technical Restrictions
The machine is intended for use under the following ambient conditions:
Relative humidity: max. 65 %
Temperature (for operation) +5° C bis +40° C
Temperature (for storage and/or transport) -20° C bis +55° C
14.1.2 Prohibited Use / Forseeable Misuse
Operation of the machine without adequate physical and mental aptitude
Operating the machine without appropriate knowledge of the operating instructions
(machine + motor).
Changes in the design of the machine
Operating the machine in wet and rainy conditions
Operating the machine in a potentially explosive environment
Operating the machine indoors or in closed areas
Operation of the machine without functioning or missing guards
Operating the machine with metallic cutting elements or other non-approved cutting tools.
Remove the safety markings attached to the machine.
Modify, circumvent or disable the safety devices of the machine.
Use of the machine for the transport of persons
The prohibited/hazardous use or disregard of the information and instructions presented in this
manual will result in the voiding of all warranty and damage claims against Zipper Maschinen
GmbH.
User Qualification
Prerequisite for the use / operation of the machine is a corresponding physical and mental
aptitude as well as knowledge and understanding of the instruction Manual.
Please note that local laws and regulations may determine the minimum age of the
operator and restrict the use of this machine!
Put on your personal protective equipment before working on the machine.
Work on electrical components or equipment may only be carried out by a qualified
electrician or carried out under the guidance and supervision of a qualified Electrician.
Safety instructions
In order to avoid malfunctions, damage and health hazards when working with this machine, in
addition to the general rules for safe working, the following measures in particular must be
observed UNCONDITIONALLY:

Check that the machine is in perfect condition before each use. Ensure that all guards are
in place and working properly and that all nuts, bolts, etc. are securely tightened. Do not
take the machine into operation if you notice that parts are missing or damaged!
Ensure sufficient lighting conditions in the working and surrounding areas of the machine.
Keep hands and feet away from moving machine parts and always ensure a safe stand
when working.
Remove the adjustment tool from the machine before operation.
Never leave the running machine unattended (always stop the machine before leaving it).
Ensure that unauthorised persons maintain a safe distance from the machine and keep
children away from the machine.
The machine may only be operated, serviced or repaired by persons who are familiar with
it and who have been informed of the dangers arising during this work.
Always wear suitable personal protective equipment (ear protection, gloves, safety shoes,
close-fitting protective clothing, etc.)!
Do not work with the machine if you are tired, not concentrated or under the influence of
medication, alcohol or drugs!
Never operate the unit in the presence of flammable liquids or gases (danger of
explosion!).
Carry out maintenance, adjustment and cleaning work only when the engine is switched
off.
Only use spare parts and accessories recommended by Zipper machines.
Special safety instructions for the operation of ZI-MOS125
The machine is designed to be operated by one person. Always operate the machine from
behind. Never stand next to or in front of the machine when the engine is running.
Longer continuous use of the vibratory plate can lead to circulatory disturbances,
especially of the hands, caused by vibration. Therefore, take regular breaks from work!
Keep away from edges and trenches and avoid situations where the machine could tip
over.
Excessive noise can cause hearing damage and temporary or permanent hearing loss.
Wear hearing protection certified to health and safety regulations to limit noise exposure.
Safety instructions for machines with combustion engine
Do not touch the engine and/or muffler during operation or immediately after switching
off! These areas become hot during operation and can cause burns.
Do not touch the spark plug connector when the engine is running (electric shock!).
Do not operate the unit in closed areas or in poorly ventilated rooms unless there is
adequate ventilation through exhaust fans or hoses. (Risk of suffocation from carbon
monoxide!)
Do not smoke while the machine is in operation.
Do not smoke when refuelling the machine.
Refuel the machine only in a well ventilated area.
Do not refuel the machine when the engine is running or the machine is still hot.
Do not refuel the machine near naked flames.
Do not spill fuel when refuelling.
Do not crank a gas flooded engine as long as the spark plug is removed- fuel in the
cylinder sprays out of the spark plug opening.
Do not carry out an ignition spark test on engines if the engine is flooded or gas can be
smelled. A stray spark could ignite the vapours.
Do not use fuel to clean machine parts, especially indoors. Vapours from fuels may
explode.
Always keep the area around the muffler free of foreign substances such as leaves, paper,
cardboard, etc. A hot muffler could ignite these substances and cause a fire.
Close the filler cap after refuelling.
Check the fuel line and tank regularly for leaks and cracks. Do not operate the machine if
leaks in the fuel system are known.
Store fuel only in designated and approved containers.

Put the bottom connector (5) on the motor unit
(2) so that the 4 holes line up.

nuts (M1) with the open end wrench onto the
screws. Use the borings as shown in picture C4!

Mount the trimmer limiter (P) with the screw (S4) by
tightening it with the Phillips screwdriver (K).

Slip one wheel onto the wheel axis on the side of your
choice. Slip two washers (BR) onto that axis and finally
tighten the wheel with the lock nut (MR) so that the
wheel can still rotate freely.

Loosen the srews of the green pole collet of the
frame(1) with allen key (I1) as much as possible.
Insert the pole (3) into the collet. Take care that the
support wheel is situated towards the ground!
Tighten the hex head screws again.

Now you connect the operation pole (10) to the pole
with the support wheel (3).
First, you have to slip the connecting frame (14) onto
the pole (3) and connect these two parts with one hex
head screw (S6).
Then, you insert the operation pole into the connecting
frame. Dependent on your preference regarding with
which hand you prefer to operate the throttle lever you
can choose how to insert the operation pole. Fix it as
well to the connection frame (14) with a hex head
screw (S6).

Finally, insert the two pieces of black hex head screws
into the connecting frame borings and fasten them
firmly to tighten the entire pole assembly together!

After having mounted together all major disassembled parts of the machine, you can adapt the
operation pole assembly according to your body height!
Loosen the 4 hex headscrews that tighten the green pole collet onto the crosspole of the
frame(1). Adjust the pole assembly in a way that you can hold, staying upright, the steering
handle conveniently with your arms being moderately angled.

Before mounting the trimmer, make sure that the slider (I-2) is in the STOP position.
Screw the trimmer firmly onto the mounting thread, fixing the mounting shaft again. The trimmer does
not require any further assembly steps as the trimming is self-locking due to the rotation and thread
direction

Checklist before each use
NOTICE
The use of paint thinners, petrol, aggressive chemicals or abrasives leads to material damage
to the surfaces! Therefore use only mild detergents for cleaning!
Clean the machine and remove dirt and dust if necessary.
If the air filter is dirty, blow the filter cartridge from the inside by moving a jet of dry
compressed air up and down. Continue until all dust has been removed. Replace the
air filter with a new one if necessary.
Check the carburettor for external dirt and dust and clean it with dry compressed air if
necessary.
Check the nuts and bolts for tightness. (Screws or bolts loosened by vibrations can
lead to accidents!)
15.3.1 Checking the fuel tank level
NOTICE
Observe the safety regulations for fuel control. Filter the fuel during refuelling to
prevent foreign particles from entering the combustion chamber. Wipe up leaked fuel.
1. Screw on the tank cap (sits on the fuel tank).
2. Level check in the form of a visual inspection. If necessary, top up with fuel
with the appropriate octane number (RON 95).
3. Close the fuel filler cap tightly after refuelling.
16 OPERATION
Only put the machine into operation after you have read and understood the safety
instructions and carried out the necessary measures before initial commissioning.
NOTICE
Only work in the moderate speed range during the first 10 operating hours
Moving components still have to adapt to each other. After this period the
motor will reach its maximum power. Non-observance of this instruction
shortens the service life of your machine enormously.
Cold starting
Turn the choker into the position like shown in Fig. G. Put the slider (I-2) into START position
as shown in fig. I Put the throttle lever into idle run position by:
Pressing the throttle lock lever (I-1) with the palm of your hands downwards.
Pressing the throttle lever (I-4) upwards with your fingers.
Pressing the idle run lock lever (I-3) with your thumb downwards. Pull the starter cable grip
briskly outwards to start the engine 3-4 times. When the engine’s running, you have to turn
the choker off again by bringing it back to OFF position. Now accelerate for the required rotation
speed (depends on the grass length and the driving speed) with the throttle lever (I-4).
Warm starting
Let the choker in OFF position.
Put the slider (I-2) into START position as shown in fig. I
Put the throttle lever into idle run position.
Pull the starter cable grip briskly.
Maschine Stopping
Place the machine where you have already mown the grass.
Put the throttle control lever into idle run position.
Put the slider (I-2) into STOP position as shown in fig. I
Adjustement oft he cutting side
You can choose from three horizontal cutting an-gles of mowing assembly. Left – middle – Right
position. This enables you to trim e.g. grass along fences and pathway borders conveniently! To
choose the horizontal cutting angle pull the locking bolt (Fig. K) upwards and swing the mow-ing
assembly into the desired position. Lock this position by releasing the locking knob again click-ing
into the respective hole.

WAR NING
Hot surfaces and rotating machine parts while the engine is running can cause
serious injury or even death. Always stop the machine before carrying out any
conversion, adjustment, cleaning or maintenance work and secure it against
unintentional restarting.

The specified intervals refer to working under "normal" operating conditions. Depending on the
load, a change/exchange may also be necessary at an earlier point in time.
Cleaning
Clean the machine and the mowing attachment from soil, dust, grass, etc.
Clean the machine housing with a wet cloth and a mild cleaning solution.
Put on all coatless surfaces a thin coat of oil.
NOTICE
The use of paint thinners, petrol, aggressive chemicals or abrasives leads to material damage
to the surfaces! Therefore use only mild detergents for cleaning!
Refuelling
The machine is run by a gasoline-oil mix-ture. You need for the 2-Stroke engine a fuel
mixture of 40 : 1 (gasoline : oil).
ZIPPER MASCHINEN strongly recommends the usage of HQ premixed fuels especially recom-
mended for 2-stroke motors. Many of them keep their consistency even after long periods of stor-
age. This eliminates the danger of engine dam-age if forgetting to shake up the gasoline-oil mix-
ture. If you prefer to mix your own fuel please use HQ Synthetic Oil for 2-stroke engines.
Synthetic oil reduces accumulation of soot on the spark plug, cylinder, engine cock and exhaust
pipe. This increases the degree of lubrication and prolongs the engines lifespan.
Use self-mixed fuel up within 4 weeks.
Ensure yourself that no particles get into the fuel tank when refuelling. Use a filter
NOTICE
Shake fuel tank prior to every usage! During storage oil descents slowly in the fuel tank.
If you start the engine under this condition, it has barely any lubrication which would lead to
severe engine damage. GUARANTEE EXCLUSION!
Cleaning the air filter
A contaminated air filter can contribute to problems starting the machine, loss of
performance during operation and shorten engine life.
Zipper Machines does not accept any liability for engine damage caused by failure to clean
the air filter regularly.
Unscrew the screw fixing the cover of the air fil-ter (Fig. L). Remove the air filter cover (Fig.
M), take out the air filter (Fig. N) and clean the air filter (Fig. O) with water. Wring it out
strongly. Let it dry. Drip some drops of oil onto the filter and squeeze the filter to disperse
the oil evenly in it. Mount the filter back and fix the cover again.

Cleaning the spark plug
1. Pull out the spark plug cap and remove impurities from the outside of the spark plug.
2. Unscrew the spark plug using the spark plug wrench.
3. Check the ceramic insulation, clean the electrodes (metal tips) and check the distance
between the contacts. It should be 0.7 to 0.8 mm.
4. Reinstall the cleaned (or replaced) spark plug and replace the spark plug cap.
18 STORAGE
If the machine is not used for a longer period of time (>30 days):
1. Empty the oil tanks or fuel tank.
2. Remove the spark plug and pour a few drops of engine oil into the cylinder. Using a
rope starter, turn the engine a few times so that the oil is well distributed inside the
cylinder. Clean the spark plug and replace it.
3. Cover the cooled machine and store it out of the reach of children and unauthorised
persons in a well-ventilated, dry and frost-free environment.
19 RECYCLING
Do not dispose of your machine in residual waste. Contact your local authorities for
information on available disposal options. If you buy a new vibratory plate or equivalent
from your dealer, he is obliged in certain countries to dispose of your old machine
properly.

de Desbrozadora móvil de ZIPPER, ZI-MOS125, en lo sucesivo denominada "máquina".

Esta sección contiene indicaciones e información importante para la puesta en marcha y el
funcionamiento seguro de la máquina.
Para su seguridad, por favor, lea atentamente estas instrucciones antes de usar la
máquina. Esto le permite el uso seguro de la máquina, evitando así malentendidos,

Uso adecuado

Instrucciones generales de seguridad
Para evitar fallos de funcionamiento, daños y problemas de salud, se deben considerar los
siguientes puntos al trabajar con la máquina, además de las reglas generales para un trabajo
seguro:
Verifique que la máquina esté en buenas condiciones antes de cada uso.
Asegúrese de que todas las protecciones estén en su lugar y en buen estado de
funcionamiento, y asegúrese de que todas las tuercas, pernos, etc. estén apretados.
¡No use la máquina si faltan piezas o están dañadas!
Asegurar condiciones de iluminación adecuadas en el área de trabajo y alrededor de la
máquina.
Mantenga las manos y los pies alejados de las piezas móviles de la máquina, riesgo de
aplastamiento.
Asegúrese de que en la zona de trabajo no haya cables eléctricos "vivos", tuberías de gas o
agua que puedan dañarse con la vibración.
Retire cualquier herramienta de ajuste antes de encender la máquina.
Nunca deje la máquina desatendida cuando está en funcionamiento (apague la máquina

¡Está prohibido trabajar con la máquina en caso de cansancio, falta de concentración o bajo
la influencia de drogas, alcohol o medicamentos!
Nunca use la máquina en presencia de líquidos o gases inflamables (¡peligro de explosión!).
Realice los trabajos de mantenimiento, ajuste y limpieza sólo con el motor apagado.
Utilice únicamente piezas de repuesto y accesorios recomendados por Zipper Maschinen.
Instrucciones especiales de seguridad para ZI-MOS125
La máquina está diseñada para su uso por una persona. Siempre maneje la máquina desde
detrás. Nunca se pare al lado o frente de la máquina cuando el motor esté en marcha.
El uso continuo prolongado de la placa vibratoria puede conducir a trastornos circulatorios
inducidos por vibración, especialmente en las manos. Por lo tanto, haga descansos regulares
durante el trabajo.
Use guantes de protección adecuados para reducir la intensidad de la vibración. La dureza
de la superficie en el que se va a trabajar, la predisposición personal a los problemas
circulatorios y las bajas temperaturas exteriores reducen considerablemente la duración
permitida de uso.
Manténgase alejado de los bordes y zanjas y evite situaciones en las que la placa vibradora
pueda volcarse.
El ruido excesivo puede causar daños a la audición y la pérdida de audición temporal o
permanente. Use protección auditiva certificada según las normas de salud y seguridad para
limitar la exposición al ruido.
Instrucciones de seguridad para máquinas con motor de combustión
interna
¡No toque el motor y/o el silenciador durante el uso de la máquina o inmediatamente
después de pararla! Estas partes se calientan durante el funcionamiento y pueden causar
quemaduras graves.
No toque el conector de la bujía cuando el motor está en marcha (¡descarga eléctrica!).
No utilice el dispositivo en lugares cerrados o en lugares mal ventilados, a menos que haya
una ventilación adecuada, a través de extractores de aire o mangueras. (¡Peligro de asfixia
por monóxido de carbono!).

No fume mientras usa la máquina.
No fume mientras pone combustible en la máquina.
Solo repostar la máquina en un área bien ventilada.

No derrame combustible al llenar el depósito. En caso de derrame, limpie el lugar antes de
arrancar la máquina.
No arranque la máquina cuando el motor de gasolina está inundado mientras se retire la
bujía, el combustible almacenado en el cilindro saldrá del orificio de la bujía.
No intente realizar una prueba de puesta en marcha del motor si está inundado o si huele a
gasolina. Una chispa podría encender los vapores.
No utilice gasolina u otros tipos de combustibles o solventes inflamables para limpiar las
piezas de la máquina, especialmente en espacios cerrados. Los vapores de combustibles y
disolventes pueden explotar.
Mantenga siempre el área alrededor del silenciador libre de sustancias extrañas, como hojas,
papel, cajas de cartón, etc. Un silenciador caliente podría encender estas sustancias y
provocar un incendio.
No olvide cerrar la tapa del depósito de gasolina después de repostar.
Revise regularmente la línea de combustible y el depósito para detectar fugas y grietas.
No use la máquina si hay fugas en el sistema de combustible.
Guarde el combustible suministrado en recipientes designados y aprobados.
Riesgos residuales
Aun cumpliendo todas las normas de seguridad e instrucciones de uso, existen ciertos riesgos
residuales. Debido al diseño y la construcción de la máquina, pueden ocurrir situaciones peligrosas
al usar la máquina, que se identifican como sigue en este manual de operación:

Entrega de la mercancía
En el momento de la entrega, compruebe que todas las partes están bien. Si percibe daños o faltan
piezas de la máquina contacte inmediatamente con su distribuidor o el transportista. Debe avisar
inmediatamente a su distribuidor de los daños visibles, según las disposiciones de la garantía, de
lo contrario la mercancía será considerada apta para el comprador.

los 4 orificios estén alineados.

finalmente utilizando una llave hexagonal (SK) con una
tuerca de apriete (MR) de manera que la rueda gire

barra de extensión y fijarla con un tornillo hexagonal

Ahora coloque la barra de control en la unión y fíjela
con el segundo tornillo Allen (S6).
¡Atención! En función de sus preferencias, gracias a la
barra de mando, puede montarla de manera que
accione la palanca de control a la derecha o izquierda.

2x tornillos Allen (S3).

para adaptarlo a su altura.
Aflojar fácilmente con la llave Allen (I1) los 4 tornillos hexagonales en el acoplamiento verde
del bastidor (1). Ajuste el montaje de la barra de manera que pueda sostener en posición
vertical, el mango de dirección cómodamente con los brazos un poco en ángulo.
Después del ajuste, apriete los 4 tornillos hexagonales de nuevo.

Antes del montaje del cabezal de corte, asegúrese de que el botón de encendido (Fig. I, I-2)
está en la posición STOP.
Atornille el cabezal de corte firmemente en la rosca, fijar de nuevo el eje como el punto
anterior. El cabezal de corte no requiere más pasos de instalación porque la dirección de giro
y la dirección del cabezal de corte de hilo es autoblocante.
Comprobaciones preliminares
NOTA
¡El uso de disolventes de pintura, gasolina, productos químicos corrosivos o abrasivos pueden
dañar a la superficie de la máquina! ¡Por lo tanto sólo use detergente suave para la limpieza!
Limpie la máquina y elimine la suciedad y el polvo si es necesario.
Si el filtro de aire está sucio, sople el cartucho del filtro desde adentro y mueva el aire
comprimido hacia arriba y hacia abajo. Continuar hasta que todo el polvo haya sido
eliminado. Si es necesario, reemplace el filtro de aire por uno nuevo.
Revise el carburador en busca de suciedad y polvo externos y, si es necesario, límpielo
con aire comprimido.
Revise que las tuercas de fijación y los tornillos estén apretados. (¡Los tornillos o
pernos aflojados por la vibración pueden causar accidentes!)
23.3.1 Comprobar el nivel de combustible
NOTA
Tenga en cuenta las normas de seguridad para repostar combustible. Utilice
siempre filtro para evitar que entren partículas al llenar el depósito de combustible. Limpie
la gasolina derramada.
Pasos:
1. Abra el tapón del combustible.
2. Control visual del nivel de Combustible. Si es necesario rellene con la apropiada
Combustible (Mezcla gasolina : aceite).
3. Cierre bien el tapón del combustible después de repostar.
24 FUNCIONAMIENTO
No use la máquina hasta que haya leído y comprendido las instrucciones de seguridad y haya
tomado las medidas necesarias antes la puesta en marcha.
Información para la primera puesta en marcha
NOTA
Para optimizar la vida útil de su máquina, debe seguir los siguientes pasos:
Proteja el motor durante las primeras 10 horas de operación (esto también se
aplica a los motores usados después de un mantenimiento extenso). Es decir,
menor velocidad y menos carga de trabajo que durante el funcionamiento
normal.

Inicio de arranque en frío
Mueva el estrangulador en la posición como se muestra en la Figura G.
Colocar el botón (I-2) en la posición como se muestra en la Figura I en START.
Mueva la palanca del acelerador a la posición de ralentí. Para ello pulse el desbloqueo de la
palanca del acelerador (I-1).
A continuación, presione el acelerador (I-4) y manténgalo presionado.
Con el pulgar, se presiona la palanca de bloqueo en ralentí (I-3).
Tire del cable fuertemente para arrancar el motor (Figura H). ¡Si el motor no arranca
después de 3-4 veces, el ralentí se debe ajustar a un poco más alto! En la parte inferior de
la palanca de control hay un botón giratorio negro. Ajustando este botón giratorio el
ralentí se puede ajustar.
Cuando el motor está en marcha, el estrangulador debe desconectarse de nuevo. Ponerlo
en la posición OFF.
Inicio de arranque en caliente
Deje el estrangulador en OFF.
Mueva la palanca del acelerador (I-4) a ralentí.
Tire firmemente del cable (Figura H).
Haga lo mismo para el resto como en arranque en frío.
Apagado de la máquina
Coloque la máquina en un lugar donde ya ha cortado la hierba.
Mueva la palanca del acelerador a la posición de ralentí (ver 1.8.1).
Ahora mueva el botón (I-2) en la posición STOP.
Ajuste del lado de corte
¡Para un corte cómodo y seguro, con un cabezal de corte a lo largo de vallas y otros límites, la
unidad de corte de la ZI-MOS125 se puede girar a la izquierda o hacia la derecha! Para ello, tire
del pasador de bloqueo (Fig. K) hacia fuera y gire la unidad de corte en la dirección deseada
hasta que el pasador de bloqueo encaje en el orificio lateral seleccionado.
25 MANTENIMIENTO
AT ENC ION
No haga la limpieza, control, ajustes o mantenimiento cuando la máquina esté
funcionando. Las superficies calientes y las piezas giratorias de la máquina con el motor
en marcha pueden causar lesiones graves o incluso la muerte. Detenga siempre la
máquina antes de realizar trabajos de mantenimiento, y asegúrese de que la máquina
no se pondrá en marcha durante el proceso.

Limpieza
Limpie la máquina y la unidad de corte de la tierra, el barro, el polvo y los residuos de hierba.
Limpiar la carcasa de la máquina con un paño húmedo y si es necesario, con un poco de
detergente comercial.
Aplicar en todas las superficies de metal sin pintar, una capa fina de aceite para proteger la máquina
contra la corrosión.
NOTA
¡El uso de disolventes, productos químicos o abrasivos puede causar daños a la máquina!
Por lo tanto: ¡Para limpiar si es necesario, utilice sólo agua y un detergente
suave!
Repostaje
La desbrozadora está alimentada por una mezcla de gasolina-aceite de 40:1.
ZIPPER Maschinen recomienda el uso de mezclas definitivas de alta calidad, especialmente para
motores de dos tiempos de trabajo pesado.
Si usted mismo quiere hacer la mezcla, tenga en cuenta los siguientes puntos OBLIGATORIOS:
Utilice aceite de motor sintético de alta calidad para motores de dos tiempos de trabajo pesado.
El aceite sintético reduce la formación de hollín y depósitos en la bujía, en el cilindro, el pistón y
el tubo de escape, lo que aumenta la lubricación del motor, y por lo tanto la vida útil del motor.
Las mezclas preparadas deben utilizarse en un plazo de 4 semanas.
Con el recipiente de mezcla suministrado (8 - Fig. B1) puede preparar su propia mezcla.
¡Durante el repostaje asegurarse de que no hay partículas extrañas en el depósito!
NOTA
¡Antes de cada uso, agite el depósito bien! De lo contrario existe el riesgo de dañar
el motor, o debe de lubricar al principio un poco. ¡Exclusión de garantía!
Limpieza del filtro de aire
¡Un filtro de aire obstruido, sucio, reduce la eficacia del motor de manera significativa!
Afloje con un destornillador Phillips la tapa del filtro de aire (Fig. L). Retire la tapa del filtro de aire
(Fig. M), sacar el filtro de aire (Fig. N). Limpie el filtro de aire (Fig. O) con agua corriente. Escurrirlo.
Deje que se seque. Poner unas cuantas gotas de aceite de motor en el filtro. Coloque el filtro nuevo
y montar la tapa del filtro de aire.
Limpieza de la bujía
Retire la tapa de la bujía (Fig. P). Afloje y retire con cuidado la bujía. Limpie la bujía con un pequeño
cepillo de restos de hollín, etc.
La distancia de contacto entre los dos contactos debe ser de aproximadamente 0,7mm-0,8mm
26 ALMACENAMIENTO
Cuando vaya a guardar la máquina durante más de 30 días:
1. Drene el combustible y el aceite de los depósitos.
2. Quite la bujía, vierta en el cilindro unas gotas de aceite de motor. Tire de la cuerda de
arranque lentamente para que el motor gire varias veces con el fin de distribuir el aceite
en la cámara de combustión. Limpie la bujía y móntela nuevamente.
3. Cubra la máquina con una tela y manténgala fuera del alcance de los niños y personas
no autorizadas, en un ambiente bien ventilado, seco y libre de heladas.

27 ELIMINACIÓN DE DESECHOS
No se deshaga de su máquina en los residuos no reciclables. Póngase en contacto
con las autoridades locales para obtener información sobre las mejores posibilidades
de reciclado en su área. Al comprar una máquina nueva o equivalente de su
distribuidor, en ciertos países se requiere que deseche su vieja máquina
correctamente.

pueden causar lesiones graves o incluso la muerte. Detenga siempre la máquina para
evitar una puesta en marcha involuntaria antes de comenzar a trabajar en la resolución
de problemas.

l'entretien des Débroussailleuse portable ZIPPER, ZI-MOS125 . Ci-après le nom commercial habituel
de l'appareil (voir page de couverture) de ce manuel sera remplacé par le terme "machine".
Le manuel fait partie de la machine et ne doit pas être stocké séparément. Le lire
attentivement avant la première utilisation de la machine et le conserver pour référence

le fonctionnement en toute sécurité de la machine.
Pour votre sécurité, veuillez lire attentivement ces instructions avant d’utiliser la
machine. Cela permet d'utiliser la machine en toute sécurité, évitant ainsi les
malentendus, les blessures et les dommages matériels. Notez également les symboles
utilisés sur la machine, les pictogrammes, les instructions et les avertissements de
sécurité!
Utilisation correcte
La machine est conçue pour les activités suivantes:
Pour tondre l'herbe sur un terrain bien accessible et non glis-sant
Si vous utilisez la machine autrement que comme indiqué dans ce manuel, ZIPPER-

Conditions requises pour les utilisateurs
Pour utiliser la machine, une condition physique et mentale adéquate est requise, ainsi qu'une
connaissance préalable du manuel d'utilisation.
Les lois et réglementations locales en vigueur peuvent limiter l'âge de l'opérateur et
limiter l'utilisation de cette machine!
Mettez votre équipement de protection individuelle avant de travailler avec la machine.
Les travaux sur les composants ou équipements électriques ne doivent être effectués
que par un électricien qualifié ou sous la direction et la supervision d'un électricien
qualifié.
Instructions de sécurité
Pour éviter les dysfonctionnements, les dommages et les problèmes de santé, les points suivants
doivent être pris en compte lors de l'utilisation de la machine, en plus des règles générales relatives
à la sécurité du travail:

Assurez-vous que tous les dispositifs de protection sont en place et en bon état de
fonctionnement et que tous les écrous, boulons, etc. sont sont serrés. N'utilisez pas la
machine si des pièces manquent ou sont endommagées!
Assurez des conditions d'éclairage adéquates dans la zone de travail et autour de la machine.
Gardez les mains et les pieds à l’écart des pièces mobiles de la machine, risque
d’écrasement.
Assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas de câbles électriques sous tension, de conduites de gaz ou d'eau
dans la zone de travail qui pourraient être endommagés par les vibrations.
Retirez tout outil de réglage avant de mettre la machine en marche.
Ne laissez jamais la machine sans surveillance en cours de fonctionnement (éteignez la
machine avant de quitter la zone de travail).
Les personnes non autorisées, en particulier les enfants, doivent être tenues à l'écart de la
machine!
La machine ne peut être utilisée, entretenue ou réparée que par des personnes familiarisées
avec cette machine et ayant reçu des instructions sur les dangers pouvant survenir pendant
ce travail.
Portez des vêtements et un équipement de sécurité appropriés lorsque vous travaillez avec
la machine (protection auditive, gants, lunettes de sécurité, chaussures de sécurité,
vêtements de protection ajustés, etc.).
Il est interdit de travailler avec la machine en cas de fatigue, de manque de concentration
ou sous l'influence de drogues, d'alcool ou de médicaments!
N'utilisez jamais la machine en présence de liquides ou de gaz inflammables (risque
d'explosion!).
Effectuez les travaux d’entretien, de réglage et de nettoyage uniquement lorsque le moteur
est arrêté.
Utilisez uniquement les pièces de rechange et les accessoires recommandés par Zipper
Maschinen.
Consignes de sécurité particulières pour le ZI-MOS125
La machine est conçue pour être utilisée par une seule personne. Toujours utiliser la machine
par derrière. Ne jamais se placer à côté ou en avant de la machine lorsque le moteur est en
marche.
Une utilisation prolongée et continue de la machine peut entraîner des troubles circulatoires
dus aux vibrations, en particulier aux mains. Par conséquent, prenez des pauses régulières
pendant le travail.
Porter des gants de protection appropriés pour réduire l’intensité des vibrations. La dureté
de la surface sur laquelle il va travailler, la prédisposition personnelle aux problèmes
circulatoires et les basses températures extérieures réduisent considérablement la durée
d'utilisation autorisée.
Éloignez-vous des bords et des fossés et évitez les situations où la plaque vibrante peut
basculer.
Un bruit excessif peut causer des dommages auditifs et une perte auditive temporaire ou
permanente. Portez des protections auditives certifiées conformément aux réglementations
de santé et de sécurité afin de limiter l'exposition au bruit.
Consignes de sécurité pour les machines à moteur à combustion
interne
Ne touchez pas le moteur et/ou le silencieux pendant l'utilisation de la machine ou
immédiatement après l'avoir arrêtée! Ces pièces chauffent pendant le fonctionnement et
peuvent causer de graves brûlures.
Ne touchez pas le connecteur de la bougie lorsque le moteur est en marche (décharge
électrique!).
N'utilisez pas l'appareil dans des endroits fermés ou dans des endroits mal ventilés, à moins
que la ventilation soit adéquate, par le biais d'extracteurs d'air ou de tuyaux. (Risque
d'étouffement dû au monoxyde de carbone!).
Ne pas fumer en utilisant la machine.
Ne pas fumer en mettant du carburant dans la machine.

Ne ravitailler la machine en carburant que dans un endroit bien ventilé.
Ne chargez pas de carburant dans la machine lorsque le moteur tourne ou est encore chaud.
Ne chargez pas de carburant dans la machine à proximité de flammes nues.
Ne pas renverser de carburant lors du remplissage du réservoir. En cas de renversement,
nettoyez l'endroit avant de démarrer la machine.
Ne démarrez pas le moteur lorsque le moteur à essence est noyé et que la bougie est retirée,
le carburant stocké dans le cylindre sortira du trou de la bougie.
N'essayez pas de faire un test de démarrage du moteur s'il est noyé ou s'il sent l'essence.
Une étincelle pourrait enflammer les vapeurs.
N'utilisez pas d'essence ou d'autres types de carburants inflammables ni de solvants pour
nettoyer les pièces de la machine, en particulier dans les espaces confinés. Les vapeurs des
carburants et des solvants peuvent exploser.
Toujours garder la zone autour du silencieux exempte de substances étrangères telles que
feuilles, papier, boîtes en carton, etc. Un silencieux chaud pourrait enflammer ces substances
et provoquer un incendie.
Ne pas oublier de fermer le bouchon du réservoir de carburant après avoir fait le plein.
Vérifiez régulièrement la conduite de carburant et le réservoir à la recherche de fuites et de
fissures. N'utilisez pas la machine si le circuit d'alimentation en carburant présente des fuites.
Stocker le carburant fourni dans des conteneurs désignés et approuvés.
Risques résiduels
Même si toutes les règles de sécurité et instructions d'utilisation sont respectées, il existe certains
risques résiduels. En raison de la conception et de la construction de la machine, l'utilisation de la
machine peut entraîner des situations dangereuses, identifiées comme suit dans le présent manuel
d'utilisation:

machine telle que la ZI-MOS125 et maintenir le bon sens sont les facteurs de sécurité les plus
importants! Travailler en sécurité dépend principalement de vous!

Assemblage de la machine

Placer l'accouplement (6) à la sortie
moteur (5) de sorte que les 4 trous soient
parfaitement ali-gnés.

Connectez la jonction (14) dans la barre d'exten-

tion et la fixer avec la deuxième vis Allen (S6).
Attention! Selon vos préférences, la tige de
commande peut être montée de manière à ac-
tionner le levier de commande vers la droite ou
vers la gauche.

fonc-tionnement en fonction de votre taille.
Desserrer facilement avec la clé Allen (I1) les 4 vis hexagonales sur l’accouplement vert du
châs-sis (1). Ajustez l´ensemble de la tige de sorte que vous pouvez tenir la poignée de
direction en position verticale confortablement, avec vos bras légèrement en angle.
Après le réglage, resserrer les 4 vis hexagonales.

Avant de monter la tête de coupe, assurez-vous que le bouton d'alimentation (Fig. I, I-2) est
en position STOP.
Visser la tête de coupe fermement dans le fil, fixer à nouveau l'arbre comme dans le point
pré-cédent.
La tête de coupe ne nécessite pas d'autres étapes d'installation, parce que le sens de rota-tion
et la direction de la tête de coupe de fil est autobloquante.
Contrôles préliminaires
NOTE
L'utilisation de diluants de peinture, d'essence, de produits chimiques corrosifs ou abrasifs peut
endommager la surface de la machine! Par conséquent, utilisez uniquement un détergent doux
pour le nettoyage!
Nettoyez la machine et enlevez la saleté et la poussière si nécessaire.
Si le filtre à air est sale, soufflez la cartouche de filtre de l'intérieur et déplacez l'air
comprimé de haut en bas. Continuez jusqu'à ce que toute la poussière ait été enlevée. Si
nécessaire, remplacez le filtre à air par un neuf.
Vérifiez que le carburateur ne contient pas de saleté ni de poussière extérieure et, si
nécessaire, nettoyez-le à l'air comprimé.
Vérifiez que les écrous et les vis de fixation sont bien serrés. (Les vis ou des boulons
desserrés par les vibrations peuvent provoquer des accidents!)
31.3.1 Vérifiez le niveau de carburant
NOTE
Respectez les consignes de sécurité pour le ravitaillement en carburant. Utilisez
toujours un filtre pour empêcher les particules d’entrer lors du remplissage du réservoir
de carburant. Nettoyez l'essence renversée.
Étapes à suivre:
1. Ouvrez le bouchon d'essence.
2. Contrôle visuel du niveau carburant. Si nécessaire, remplir avec du carburant
approprié (Rapport carburant/huile).
3. Fermez bien le bouchon du réservoir après avoir fait le plein.

32 FONCTIONNEMENT
N'utilisez pas la machine avant d'avoir lu et compris les consignes de sécurité et d'avoir pris
les mesures nécessaires avant la mise en marche.
NOTE
Pendant les 10 premières heures, tra-vaillez que dans la plage de vitesse
modérée, car toutes les pièces mobiles doivent s'adapter les uns aux autres.
Après cette période, le moteur atteint sa puissance maximale. Ignorer cet
avertissement, raccourcit la durée de vie de votre machine considérable-ment.
Démarrage à froid
Déplacer l´étrangleur dans la position comme montré dans la figure G.
Placez le bouton (I-2) à la position représen-tée sur la figure I, en START.
Déplacez la manette des gaz à la position de ralenti. Pour ce faire, appuyer sur le déver-
rouillage de l'accélérateur (I-1).
Ensuite, appuyez sur l'accélérateur (I-4) et maintenez-le enfoncée.
Avec votre pouce, le levier de blocage au ra-lenti (I-3) est enfoncé.
Tirez sur le câble fortement pour démarrer le moteur (Figure H). Si le moteur ne démarre
pas après 3-4 fois, le ralenti doit être réglé à un régime un peu plus élevé! Dans la partie
inférieure du levier de commande est présent un bouton noir. Le réglage de ce bouton
vous permet de régler le ralenti.
Lorsque le moteur fonctionne, le starter doit être déconnecté à nouveau. Mettez-le en po-
sition OFF.
Régler la manette des gaz maintenant, comment vous en avez besoin (en fonction de la
densité de l'herbe et de la vitesse). (Dans les 10 premières heures d’utilisation, ne pas
couper avec une vitesse constante élevée autant que possible - cela protège le moteur et
assure une vie de la machine plus longue).
Démarrage à chaud
Laissez le starter en position OFF.
Déplacez la manette des gaz (I-4) au ralenti.
Tirez fermement sur le câble (Figure H).
Faites la même chose pour le reste comme le démarrage à froid.
Arrêt de la machine
Placez la machine dans un endroit où l’herbe est déjà coupée.
Déplacez la manette des gaz à la position de ralenti (voir 1.8.1).
Maintenant, déplacez le bouton (I-2) dans la position STOP.
Réglage du côté de coupe
Pour une coupe confortable et sûre avec une tête de coupe le long des clôtures et d'autres
limites, l’unité de coupe de la ZI-MOS125 peut tourner à gauche ou à droite. Pour ce faire, tirer la
goupille de verrouillage (Fig. K) vers le haut et tourner l'unité de coupe dans la direction désirée
jusqu'à ce que la goupille de verrouillage s'engage dans le trou du côté choisi.

Les intervalles spécifiés se réfèrent au travail dans des conditions d'utilisation "normales".
Cependant, en fonction de la charge, un contrôle / changement peut être nécessaire plus tôt.
Nettoyage
Nettoyer la machine et l’unité de coupe de la terre, la boue, la poussière et les débris d'herbe.
Nettoyer le boîtier de la machine avec un chiffon humide et, si nécessaire, avec un peu de déter-
gent commercial.
Appliquer sur toutes les surfaces de métal non peintes, une fine couche d'huile pour protéger la
machine contre la corrosion.
NOTE
L'utilisation de solvants, produits chimiques ou abrasifs peut en-dommager la machine.
Par conséquent: Pour nettoyer si né-cessaire, utiliser uniquement de l'eau et un
détergent doux.
Remplissage
La débroussailleuse est alimentée par un mélange essence-huile de 40:1.
ZIPPER Maschinen recommande l'utilisation de mélanges finaux de haute qualité, en particulier
pour les moteurs deux temps de travail consé-quent. Si vous voulez effectuer votre propre mé-
lange, tenir compte des points OBLIGATOIRES suivants:
Utiliser de l'huile synthétique de moteur de haute qualité pour moteur à deux temps.
L'huile synthétique réduit la formation de dépôt de calamine sur la bougie, dans le cylindre, le
piston et le tuyau d'échappement, ce qui accroît la lubrification du moteur, et donc la durée de vie
du moteur.
Les mélanges doivent être utilisés dans 4 se-maines.
Avec le récipient de mélange fourni (8 – Fig. B1) vous pouvez préparer votre propre mélange.
Assurez-vous qu'aucune particule n’entre dans le réservoir de carburant lors du rem-
plissage. Utilisez un filtre!
NOTE
Agiter le réservoir avant chaque utili-sation! Pendant le stockage, l'huile descend lentement
dans le réservoir de carburant. Si vous démarrez le moteur, sans cette condition, il n y aura
aucune lubrification ce qui con-duirait à de graves dommages au moteur.
Exclusion de la garantie!
Nettoyage du filtre à air
Un filtre à air qui est bouché, sale, réduit de ma-nière significative l'efficacité du moteur.
Desserrez le couvercle de filtre à air (fig. L) avec un tournevis Phillips. Retirez le couvercle du
filtre à air (fig. M), retirez le filtre à air (fig. N). Net-toyez le filtre à air (fig. O) à l'eau courante.
Égoutter. Laissez sécher. Mettre quelques gouttes d'huile moteur sur le filtre. Placez le nou-veau
filtre et remettre le couvercle du filtre à air.
Nettoyage de la bougie
Retirez le bouchon de la bougie (Fig. P). Desser-rer et retirer la bougie avec précaution. Nettoyer
la bougie, avec une brosse métallique.
La distance entre les deux contacts doit être d'environ 0,7-0,8 mm.

Lorsque vous stockez la machine pendant plus de 30 jours:
1. Vidangez le carburant et l'huile des réservoirs.
2. Retirez la bougie d’allumage, versez quelques gouttes d’huile moteur dans le
cylindre. Tirez lentement sur la câble de démarrage afin que le moteur tourne
plusieurs fois afin de répartir l'huile dans la chambre de combustion. Nettoyez la
bougie et installez-la à nouveau.
3. Couvrez la machine avec un chiffon et gardez-la hors de la portée des enfants et des
personnes non autorisées, dans un environnement bien ventilé, sec et à l'abri du gel.
35 DISPOSITION
Ne jetez pas votre machine dans des déchets non recyclables. Contactez les autorités
locales pour obtenir des informations sur les meilleures possibilités de recyclage dans
votre région. Lorsque vous achetez une nouvelle machine ou un produit équivalent
auprès de votre revendeur, dans certains pays, vous devez éliminer correctement
votre ancienne machine.

používání Mobilní motorová kosa ZIPPER ZI-MOS125, které jsou v návodu nahrazeny slovem
„stroj“
Návod k použití je součástí stroje a nesmí být od stroje odstraněn. Uschovejte návod
pro případ pozdějšího použití, a pokud stroj předáváte někomu třetímu návod přiložte!
Uchovávejte ho na suchém a bezprašném místě!
Zvláště dbejte na kapitolu Bezpečnost!

Tato kapitola obsahuje informace a důležité pokyny k bezpečnému uvedení do provozu a provozu
stroje. Pro vaši bezpečnost si před uvedením do provozu pečlivě pročtěte tento návod. To
vám umožní bezpečnou práci se strojem a vyhnutí se nedorozuměním, jakož i
věcným škodám a zraněním. Zvlášte dbejte na symboly a piktogramy, nalepené na
stroji, jakož i bezpečnostní pokyny!
Účel použití
Stroj je výhradně určen k následujícím činnostem:
výhradně použita k sekání trávy v dobře přístupných místech
Pro ostatní použití a z tohy vyplývající škody a zranění nepřebírá firma ZIPPER-
MASCHINEN žádnou odpovědnost a záruku.

Požadavky na uživatele
Předpokladem k používání tohoto stroje je tělesná a duševní způsobilost, jakož i znalost a
porozumění návodu k použití.
Dbejte na to, že místní právní předpisy mohou omezit minimální věk obsluhy stroje!
Před zahájením práce se strojem si nasaďte osobní ochranné pomůcky.
Práce na elektrických částech stroje jsou povoleny pouze elektromechanikům s
příslušným oprávněním nebo pod jejich vedením a kontroluou.
Všeobecné bezpečnostní pokyny
K zamezení závadám, škodám a zranění při práci se strojem vedle všeobecných bezpečnostních
pravidel dodržujte následující pokyny:
Před použitím zkontrolujte bezvadný stav stroje. Dbejte na to, aby všechny bezpečnostní
prvky stroje byly na svých místech, ujistěte se, že všechny matky a šrouby jsou pevně
dotaženy. Stroj nepoužívejte, pokud některé části chybí nebo jsou vadné!
Dbejte na dostatečné osvětlení pracoviště.
Před zapnutím stroje odstraňte všechny nástroje a nářadí, použité pro nastavení stroje.
Pracující stroj nenechávejte nikdy bez dozoru (stroj před opuštěním pracoviště vždy
vypněte).

Dbejte na to, aby nepovolané osoby a zvláště děti dodržovaly bezpečnou vzdálenost od
stroje.
Stroj smí být provozován, udržován a opravován pouze vyškoleným personálem.
Používejte při práci se strojem osobní ochranné pomůcky (ochranu sluchu, rukavice,
bezpečnostní boty, přiléhavé obječení a pod.)!
Se strojem nepracujte při únavě nebo pod vlivem alkoholu, léků a drog!
Se strojem nepracujte v blízkostizápalných kapalinnebo plynů (nebezpečí exploze!).
Údržbu nebo opravy stroje provádějte pouze při vypnutém motoru.
Používejte pouze náhradní díly a příslušenství, doporučené firmou Zipper Maschinen.
Speciální bezpečnostní pokyny k provozu ZI-MOS125
Stroj smí být obsluhován pouze jednou osobou. Místo obsluhy je vzadu. Nikdy se nestavte
před stroj nebo po straně stroje, pokud je stroj v provozu.
Dlouhé použití vibračního stroje může vést k poruchám prokrvení rukou. Dodržujte proto
časté přestávky!
Používejte vhodné ochranné rukavice, abyste účinek vibrací oslabili. Trvrdost hutněného
materiálu, jakož i nízká okolní teplota výrazně snižují dobu provozu, která vede k
poruchám prokrvení.
Pracujte se strojem dále od krajů výkopů, abyste zamezili situaci, že stroj spadne do
výkopu.
Nadměrný hluk stroje může poškodit váš sluch. Vždy používejte při práci ochranu sluchu,
abyste snížili zatížení hlukem.
Bezpečnostní pokyny pro stroj se spalovacím motorem
Nedotýkejte se při provozu motoru nebo výfuku, tyto části jsou při provozu a krátce po
vypnutí horké a mohou způsobit popálení.
Nedotýkejte se při provozu koncovky svíčky (elektrický úder!).
Neprovozujte stroj v uzavřených prostorách nebo špatně větramých místnostech.
Nebezpečí otravy kysličníkem uhelnatým.
Při provozu stroje nekuřte.
Nekuřte při tankování stroje.
Stroj tankujte pouze v dobře větraných prostorách.
Stroj tankujte pouze při vypnutém a vychladlém motoru.
Stroj netankujte v blízkosti otevřeného ohně
Pozor na rozlité palivo při tankování – ihned otřete.
Stroj s vyšroubovanou svíčkou neprotáčejte, palivo stříká otvorem pro svíčku ven.
Nezkoušejte funkci zapalování při přesyceném motoru nebo pokud je u stroje cítit benzín.
Jiskra může zapálit benzínové páry.
Nepoužívejte benzín nebo lehce zápalná ředidla pro čištění stroje, zvláště pak ne v
uzavřených prostorech. Výpary paliva mohou explodovat.
Udržujte výfuk a jeho okolí čisté od cizích látek a předmětů (listí, papír, karton a pod.)
Horký výfum může způsobit jejich vznícení.
Po tankování uzavřete nádrž zátkou.
Pravidelně kontrolujte nádrž a palivové vedení na těsnost. Pokud dojde k úniku paliva,
stroj nepoužívejte.
Palivo skladujte pouze v k tomu určeným nádobám.
Pokyny k bezpečnosti
I při správném používání zůstávají některá rizika. Vlivem konstrukce a zhotovení stroje mohou při
práci se strojem vzniknout nebezpečné situace, které jsou v tomto návodu popsány:

Kontrola obsahu dodávky
Po dodání stroje ihned zkontrolujte, zda nedošlo k jeho poškození dopravou a jeho úplnost.

druhým imbusem (S6).
Pozor: Rukojeť můžete natočit tak, že je možné stroj
obsluhovat levou nebo pravou rukou.

Nyní můžete nastavit výšku ovládací rukojeti podle vaší tělesné výšky
K tomu uvolněte klíčem (I1) 4 imbusy na zelené objímce na rámu (1) a nastavte výšku tak, že
při dotyku žací hlavy s povrchem je ovládací rukojeť pohodlně v dosahu vaší pokrčené ruky.
Po nastavení opět 4 imbusy pevně dotáhněte.

Montáž strunové hlavy

Před montáží strunové hlavy se ujistěte, že je vypínač (I-2) nastaven do polohy STOPP.
Nyní strunovou hlavu našroubujte na hřídel,
kterou opět imbusem zajistíte proti otáčení. Strunová hlava se otáčením sama dotahuje,
takže ji není nutno zajišťovat.
Kontrola před uvedením do provozu
POKYN
Použití ředidel, benzínu nebo agresivních chemikálií nebo abraziv vede k poškození povrchu
stroje! Pro čištění používejte pouze jemné čistící prostředky!
Stroj očistěte od prachu a nečistot.
Pokud je znečištěn vzduchový filtr, vyfoukejte filtr stlačeným vzduchem zevnitř nebo
filtr nahraďte novým.
Zkontrolujte, zda karburátor není znečištěn a případně ho taktéž vyfoukejte stlačeným
vzduchem.
Zkontrolujte dotažení nastavovacích matek a šroubů. (vibracmi uvolněné šrouby
mohou vést ke zranění!)
39.3.1 Kontrola stavu paliva
POKYN
dbejte na předpisy pro kontrolu a doplňování paliva. Při tankování palivo filtrujte,
abyste předešli jeho znečištění. Pokud palivo rozlijete, ihned ho otřete.
Postup:
1. Odšroubujte uzávěr nádrže.
2. Proveďte kontrolu zrakem. Doplňte požadované množství paliva (Poměr
benzínu a oleje)
3. Uzávěr nádrže opět zašroubujte.
40 PROVOZ
Stroj nastarujte až po přečtení a porozumnění návodu a po úkonech k uvedení do
provozu.
POKYN
Během prvních 10 hodin provozu pracujte v nižších otáčkách, než se motor
zaběhne. Po této době motor dosáhne svého maximálního výkonu. Nedodržení
tohoto pokynu výrazně sníží životnost vašeho stroje.

Studený start
Posuňte škrticí klapku do polohy jako je na obrázku Fig. G.
Přepínač (I-2) nastavte do polohy START Fig. I.
Stiskněte páčku zajištění plynu (I-a následně páku plynu (I-4) držte stlačenou.
Palcem nyní stiskněte páčku (I-3).
Nyní silným zatažením za startovací šňůru motor nastartujte (Fig. H). Pokud motor po 3-4
zatažení nenaskočí, nastavte o něco vyšší volnoběh! Na spodní straně ovládací rukojeti je
černá otočná růžice pro toto nastavení. Otáčením této růžice můžete nastavit volnoběžné
otáčky.
Pokud motor naskočí, přepněte škrtící klapku opět do polohy OFF.
Nyní nastavte plyn na potřebnou úroveň. (závisí na hustotě porostu a rychlosti jízdy).
Prvních 10 provozních hodin byste neměli pracovat na plný výkon.
Teplý start
Škrticí klapku nechte v poloze OFF.
Plynovou páku dejte do polohy volnoběhu (I-4).
Silně zatáhněte za startovací šňůru (Fig. H).
Dále postupujte jako při studeném startu.
Vypnutí stroje
Stroj zastavte na již posečeném místě
Plynovou páku nastavte do polohy volnoběhu (viz 1.8.1)
Přepínač (I-2) přepněte do polohy STOPP.
Nastavení žacího úhlu
Pro pohodlné a bezpečné sekání podél plotů se může žací agregát stroje ZI-MOS125 natočit
vlevo, popř. vpravo! K tomu povytáhněte zajišťovací čep (Fig. K) a natočte žací agregát do
požadovaného směru, až zajišťovací čep opět zapadne do postranního otvoru.
41 ÚDRŽBA
VA R O VÁ N Í
Horké plochy a rotující části motoru stroje mohou způsobit těžké zranění, vedoucí až
k smrti. Před údržbou, čištěním a nastavováním stroje ho vypněte a ujistěte se, že
nemůže dojít k jeho nechtěnému nastartování.

Čištění
Stroj a žací hlavu očistěte vlhkým hadrem od zbytků trávy, zeminy a prachu. Můžete použít i
běžné jemné čistící prostředky.
Nelakované díly stroje poté nakonzervujte jemnou vrstvou vhodného konzervačního oleje
POKYN
Použití ředidel, benzínu nebo kyselin může stroj poškodit!
K tomu platí: K čištění používejte pouze vodu a jemné čistící prostředky!
Tankování
Motor je poháněn směsí benzínu a oleje v poměru 40:1.
Firma ZIPPER doporučuje používání hotových směsí pro pohon dvoutaktních motorů.
Pokud si směs připravujete sami, dodržujte následující pokyny:
Používejte kvalitní, plně syntetické motorové oleje pro výkonné dvoutaktní motory. Syntetické
oleje redukují znečištění motoru a svíčky, zvyšují mazání a prodlužují tím životnost motoru.
Namíchané palivové směsi do 4 týdnů spotřebujte.
S dodanou nádobkou na míchání (8 – Abb. B1) si můžete směs sami připravit
Při tankování dbejte na to, aby se do nádrže nedostaly nečistoty!!!
POKYN
Před každým použitím protřepejte nádrž! Jinak existuje nebezpečí poškození
motoru – zadření – vlivem nedostatečného mazání! Na to se záruka nevztahuje
Čištění vzduchového filtru
Znečištěný vzduchový filtr podstatně snižuje výkon vašeho motoru!
Křížovým šroubovákem uvolněte kryt vzduchového filtru (Fig. L). Sejměte kryt (Fig. M), vyjměte
filtr (Fig. N). vyperte filtr (Fig. O) tekoucí vodou. Vyždímejte. Nechte vyschnout. Nakapejte pár
kapek motorového oleje na filtr. Filtr opět nasaďte a dotáhněte kryt
42 SKLADOVÁNÍ
Pokud stroj nebudete používat déle než 30 dnů:
1. Vypusťte nádrž s palivem a oleje.
2. Demontujte zapalovací svíčku a nakapejte olej do válce. S pomocí startovací šňůry
několikrát motor protočte, aby se olej ve válci rozprostřel. Vyčistěte zapalovací svíčku
a opět ji zašroubujte.
3. Vychladlý stroj zakryjte a uložte v suchých, dobře větraných prostorách, mimo dosah
dětí a nepovolaných osob.
Čištění zapalovací svíčky
Sejměte přívodní kabel zapalování (Fig. P). Opatrně svíčku uvolněte a vyšroubujte. Vyčistěte
svíčku kartáčkem od usazenin.
Nastavte kontakty svíčky do vzdálenosti ca. 0,7mm-0,8mm.

43 LIKVIDACE
Váš stroj nevyhazujte do komunálního odpadu. Kontaktujte místní orgány pro získání
informací o správné likvidaci a dostupných možnostech likvidace Vašeho výrobku. Pokud
si budete pořizovat u svého prodejce nové bourací kladivo nebo obdobné zařízení, je
tento povinen zajistit likvidaci Vašeho starého výrobku.
44 ODSTRANĚNÍ ZÁVAD

Horké části stroje a rotující díly mohou vést ke zranění, končícím až smrtí. Před
odstraněním závady stroj vypněte a zajistěte, že nedojde k jeho nechtěnému zapnutí.

Navodilo za uporabo je sestavni del stroja in se ga ne sme odstraniti. Navodilo za uporabo
shranite, da ga boste lahko kasneje ponovno prebrali. Navodilo hranite na primernem
mestu, ki je zaščiteno pred prahom in vlago ter lahko dostopno za uporabnika oziroma
upravljalca stroja. Če stroj izročite tretji osebi, priložite zraven tudi to navodilo!
Upoštevajte navodila, še posebej poglavje Varnost!

Stroj je namenjen izključno za naslednje dejavnosti:
Lahko uporablja samo za košnjo oz. rezanje trave, plevela in podrastja.
Za materialno škodo ali telesne poškodbe, ki so posledica kakršnega koli drugega
načina uporabe, ZIPPER MASCHINEN ne prevzema nikakršne odgovornosti ali garancije.

Zahteve do uporabnika
Za delo s strojem morate biti v dobrem telesnem in duševnem stanju. Poleg tega morate biti
dobro seznanjeni z navodilom za uporabo. Prosim, upoštevajte, da lahko lokalni zakoni in
odredbe predpisujejo najnižjo dovoljeno starost rokovalca stroja in na ta način omejijo
uporabo tega stroja! Pred vsakim delom na stroju imejte na sebi zaščitno opremo.
Dela na električnih komponentah stroja ali opreme lahko opravljajo samo osebe, ki so
strokovno usposobljene za to področje. Če tovrstna opravila opravljajo druge osebe,
mora njihovo delo voditi in nadzirati strokovno usposobljena oseba.
Splošni varnostni napotki
Da bi se izognili nepravilnemu delovanju, okvaram in ogrožanju zdravja, je potrebno pri delu s
strojem poleg splošnih pravil za varnost pri delu OBVEZNO upoštevati naslednje napotke:
Pred vsako uporabo preverite, če je stroj v brezhibnem stanju. Pazite na to, da so vse
zaščitne naprave na pravem mestu in da brezhibno delujejo. Prepričajte se, da so vse
matice, vijaki itd. dobro pritrjeni. Ne zaženite stroja, če opazite, da manjkajo določeni deli
ali pa so poškodovani.
Poskrbite, da je na območju dela s strojem dovolj svetlo.
Pri delu s strojem pazite, da so roke in noge dovolj oddaljene od gibljivih delov stroja in
med obratovanjem stroja vedno pazite, da stojite STABILNO.
Umaknite nastavitveno orodje, preden vklopite stroj.
Stroj med obratovanjem nikoli ne pustite brez nadzora (stroj mora biti vedno ustavljen, ko
ga zapustite).
Poskrbite, da so nepooblaščene osebe, še posebej pa otroci dovolj oddaljeni od stroja.
Stroj lahko upravljajo, vzdržujejo ali popravljajo samo osebe, ki so seznanjene z
delovanjem stroja in z nevarnostmi, ki se lahko pojavijo med opravljanjem teh del.

Ne delajte s strojem, če ste utrujeni, brez koncentracije ali pod vplivom zdravil, alkohola
ali mamil!
S strojem nikoli ne delajte v prisotnosti vnetljivih tekočin ali plinov (nevarnost eksplozije).
Vzdrževalna, nastavitvena in čistilna dela izvajajte vedno pri izklopljenem motorju.
Uporabljajte samo pribor, ki ga je priporočila firma ZIPPER.
Posebna varnostna navodila za delo s stroji ZI-MOS125
Stroj je zasnovan tako, da z njim dela ena oseba. Stroj vedno upravljajte z zadnje strani.
Nikoli ne stojte zraven stroja ali pred strojem, če motor teče (vedno samo za strojem).
Daljša neprekinjena uporaba stroji lahko zaradi vibracij privede do motenj v
prekrvavljenosti, zlasti v rokah. Zato skrbite za redne odmore!
Nosite ustrezne zaščitne rokavice, da zmanjšate intenzivnost vibracij. Trdnost podlage, ki se
obdeluje, osebna nagnjenost k motnjam v prekrvavitvi, kot tudi nizke zunanje temperature v
znatni meri skrajšajo dovoljen čas uporabe.
Bodite dovolj oddaljeni od grebenov in jarkov ter se izogibajte situacijam, kjer bi se stroji
lahko prevrnila.
Čezmerni hrup lahko privede do poškodb sluha ali do začasne ali trajne izgube sluha. Nosite
zaščito za sluh, ki je certificirana v skladu s predpisi o zaščiti zdravja in varnosti, da bi
zmanjšali obremenitev zaradi hrupa.
Varnostna navodila za stroje z motorjem z notranjim izgorevanjem
Ne dotikajte se motorja in/ali izpušnega lonca, ko stroj obratuje oz. neposredno po ustavitvi
stroja. Ti deli se med obratovanjem močno segrejejo in lahko povzročijo opekline.
Ne dotikajte se pokrova vžigalne svečke, če motor teče (nevarnost električnega udara).
Motor ne sme obratovati v zaprtem ali slabo prezračenem prostoru, če ni omogočeno
prezračevanje z ventilatorjem ali s pomočjo prezračevalnih cevi. (nevarnost zastrupitve z
ogljikovim monoksidom).
Ne kadite, ko stroj obratuje.
Ne kadite, ko v stroj vlivate gorivo.
Stroj polnite z gorivom le na področju, kjer je dovolj zračno.
Ne polnite goriva, ko motor teče ali ko je stroj še vroč.
Ne polnite goriva v bližini odprtih plamenov.
Pri polnjenju goriva pazite, da ne razlivate goriva.
Ne zaženite motorja če pride do izliva bencina, dokler je svečka odstranjena. Gorivo, ki se je
nabralo v cilindru, izteka iz odprtine za svečko.
Ne preizkušajte bencinskega motorja s vžigalno iskro, če je motor preplavljen ali vonjate
bencin. Zaradi iskre se lahko vnamejo hlapi.
Ne uporabljajte bencina ali druge vrste goriva oz. vnetljivih raztopin za čiščenje delov stroja,
zlasti ne v zaprtem prostoru. Hlapi goriva ali vnetljive raztopine lahko eksplodirajo.
Pazite na to, da v območju okrog izpušnega lonca ni tujih substanc, kot npr. listje, papir,
karton itd. Vroč izpušni lonec lahko povzroči, da se te substance vnamejo in povzročijo požar.
Po polnjenju goriva ponovno privijte pokrov rezervoarja.
Redno pregledujte vod goriva in rezervoar, če imata netesna mesta in razpoke. Stroj ne sme
obratovati, če ugotovite netesna mesta v sistemu za gorivo.
Bencin hranite samo v za ta namen predvidenih in atestiranih posodah.

Kontrola pošiljke
Takoj po dobavi preglejte stroj, če so je med transportom poškodoval in če kakšen del manjka.
Sestavljanje stroja
Sl. C2:
Postavite držalo nosilca (2) na agregat motorja
(5), tako, da se 4 odprtine pokrivajo.
Sl. C2.2.
Namestite držalni okvir (1) preko držala za
kosilno glavo/rezilo in držala za zaščito rezila na
vodilnem ročaju. Pri tem pazite na to, da se 4
odprtine pokrivajo.
Sl. C2.3:
Z šestrobnim notranjim ključem (12) pritrdite
držalni okvir (1) in držalo nosilca (6) z 4 vijaki
(S2).
Sl. C3:
Montirajte zaščito rezila (4) na vodilni ročaj. V
ta namen vstavite 4 vijake (S1) v za to
predvidene odprtine držala za zaščito rezila
(glej sliko C3).
Nataknite zaščito rezila na 4 vijake.

Z viličnim ključem (G) pritrdite zaščito rezila (4)
z 4 maticami (M1).
Za priložen trizobni list in kosilno glavo je
obvezno montirati zaščito rezila skozi odprtine,
kot je dobro razvidno na sliki C4. Für das

in zategnite kolo s pritezno matico (MR) s

Postopek ponovite pri montaži drugega
kolesa.

se da, odvijte notranje šestrobne vijake na
zelenem vpenjalu.
Podaljševalni drog z opornim kolesom (3)
vstavite v zeleno vpenjalo držalnega okvirja
(1). Fiksirajte podaljševalni drog z opornim
kolesom (3) tako, da ponovno zategnete
notranje šestrobne vijake.
Pri montaži podaljševalnega droga pazite na
to, da je oporno kolo obrnjeno navzdol!

konca zategnite dva notranja šestrobna
vijaka (S3).

Ko končate z osnovno montažo posameznih delov, nastavite upravljalno višino na vašo
velikost. V ta namen z imbus ključem (I1) preprosto sprostite 4 notranje šestrobne vijake na
zelenem vpenjalu držalnega okvirja (1) in nastavite višino tako, da ob stiku držala za kosilno
glavo/rezilo s tlemi lahko upravljate z upravljalno ročico sproščeno in vam roke ni potrebno
imeti do konca iztegnjene. Po nastavitvi ponovno zategnite 4 notranje šestrobne vijake.

Odstranite črn pokrov tako, da odvijete in
odstranite križni vijak z ustreznim imbus
ključem.

Montaža kosilne glave

Preden montirate kosilno glavo, pazite, da je drsnik (I-2) v položaju STOP.
Pritrdite kosilno glavo na vpenjalni navoj in jo fiksirajte na nosilno gred. Pri montaži kosilne
glave niso potrebna dodatna montažna dela, ker je kosilna glava zaradi smeri vrtenja in smeri
navoja samovarovalna.
Ukrepi pred prvo uporabo
NAPOT EK
Uporaba razredčil za barve, bencina, agresivnih kemikalij ali abrazivnih sredstev poškoduje
površine. Pri čiščenju uporabljajte samo blaga čistilna sredstva.
Očistite stroj in po potrebi odstranite prah in umazanijo.
Če je zračni filter umazan, ga od znotraj izpihajte tako, da curek komprimiranega
zraka premikate gor in dol. Nadaljujte s tem toliko časa, da je ves prah odstranjen. Po
potrebi zamenjajte zrači filter.
Preglejte uplinjač, če je umazan in prašen ter ga po potrebi očistite suhim
komprimiranim zrakom.
Preglejte vse pritrdilne matice in vijake, če so dobro pritrjeni (vijaki ali zatiči, ki so se
zaradi vibracij odvili, lahko povzročijo nesrečo).
47.3.1 Kontrola stanja napolnjenosti z gorivom
NAPOT EK
Upoštevajte varnostne predpise za kontrolo goriva. Filtrirajte gorivo pri polnjenju,
da preprečite, da bi v rezervoar zašli tujki. Obrišite gorivo, če se je morda polilo.
Postopek:
1. Odvijte pokrov rezervoarja (privit je na rezervoarju goriva).
2. Vizualno preglejte stanje napolnjenosti z gorivom. Če je potrebno, polnite
gorivom.
3. Po polnjenju goriva ponovno dobro zategnite pokrov rezervoarja.

Nikoli ne poskušajte zagnati stroja, če niste prej prebrali in razumeli varnostnih
opozoril ter izvedli vse potrebne ukrepe pred začetkom dela s strojem.
Informacije ob prvi uporabi
NAPOT EK
Prvih 10 obratovalnih ur naj stroj dela z zmernim številom vrtljajev, ker se
morajo vsi gibljivi deli šele medsebojno prilagoditi. Po tem času doseže motor
svojo maksimalno moč. Neupoštevanje tega napotka zelo skrajša življenjsko
dobo stroja.
Ne spreminjajte nastavitve regulatorja motorja ali obratov motorja, ker se
motor ne sme prehitro vrteti.
Zagon hladnega motorja
"Zaug" dajte v položaj, kot je prikazano na sliki G.
Drsnik (I-2) dajte v položaj START, kot prikazuje slika I.
Ročico za plin dajte v prosti tek. V ta namen sprostite ročico za plin (I-1).
Nato stisnite ročico za plin (I-4) in jo držite.
S palcem pritisnite na zaskočno ročico za prosti tek (I-3).
Zatem močno potegnite vrvico, da zaženete motor (sl. H). Če se motor niti potem, ko 3 do
4 krat povlečete vrvico, ne zažene, je potrebno prosti tek nastaviti nekoliko višje! Na
spodnji strani ročaja za upravljanje (sl. I) se nahaja črn vrtljivi gumb. S pomočjo tega
gumba lahko nastavite število vrtljajev v prostem teku.
Ko motor teče, morate"zaug" znova izključiti. "Zaug" izključite tako, da ga daste v položaj
OFF.
Nastavite plin glede na vaše potrebe (odvisno od gostote trave in hitrosti košnje). Če je le
mogoče in če ni res nujno, prvih 10 obratovalnih ur ne delajte s polnim plinom – na ta
način skrbite pogonski motor in podaljšate njegovo življenjsko dobo.
Zagon toplega motorja
"Zaug" dajte na OFF.
Ročico za plin (I-4) dajte v prosti tek.
Močno potegnite vrvico (sl. H).
Od tu naprej je postopek enak kot pri hladnem zagonu.
Zaustavitev stroja
Najprej stroj postavite na mesto, ki ste ga pravkar pokosili.
Ročico za plin dajte v prosti tek (glej 6.3.1).
Drsnik (I-2) premaknite v položaj STOP.
Nastavitev strani rezanja
Za udobno in varno košnjo s kosilno glavo ob ograji, živi meji in drugih omejitvah lahko kosilni
agregat ZI-MOS125 obračamo levo in desno! V ta namen sprostite zaporo (sl. K) in zasučite
kosilni agregat v želeno smer. Zatem ponovno zategnite zaporo.
49 VZDRŽEVANJE
OP OZORILO
Vroče površine in rotirajoči deli stroja med obratovanjem motorja lahko povzročijo
težke, lahko tudi smrtne poškodbe. Pred vsako predelavo stroja in pred vsemi
nastavitvenimi, čistilnimi in servisnimi deli na stroju, stroj vedno ustavite in ga
zavarujte pred nenamernim ponovnim vklopom.

Časovni intervali posameznih opravil veljajo za delo s strojem ob normalnih pogojih obratovanja.
Če je obremenitev stroja večja od normalne, je potrebno določene dele stroja zamenjati že prej.
Čiščenje
Očistite prah in ostanke trave s stroja.
Ohišje stroja očistite z vlažno krpo. Po potrebi lahko uporabite malo običajnega detergenta.
NAP OTE K
Uporaba topil, agresivnih kemikalij ali abrazivnih sredstev lahko
povzroči materialno škodo na stroju!
Zato: pri čiščenju uporabljajte samo vodo in po potrebi blago čistilno
sredstvo.
Polnjenje goriva
Motorno koso poganja mešanica bencina in olja v razmerju 40:1.
ZIPPER Maschinen izrecno priporoča uporabo visoko kvalitetnih gotovih mešanic, ki so izdelane
posebej za močno obremenjene 2-taktne motorje.
Če želite mešanico pripraviti sami, OBVEZNO upoštevajte naslednje točke:
Uporabite visoko kvalitetno sintetično motorno olje za močno obremenjene 2-taktne motorje.
Sintetično olje zmanjšuje nastajanje saj in oblog na svečki, v cilindru, na batu in v izpuhu, kar
vpliva na boljše podmazovanje motorja in s tem tudi na podaljšanje življenjske dobe motorja.
Mešanice goriva, ki jih pripravite sami, morate porabiti v 4 tednih.
V priloženi mešalni posodi (8 – sl. B2) lahko mešanico pripravite sami. Pri polnjenju goriva pazite,
da v rezervoar ne zaidejo tujki!
Čiščenje zračnega filtra
Zamašen, umazan zračni filter znatno zmanjšuje zmogljivost vašega motorja!
S križnim izvijačem odvijte pokrov zračnega filtra (sl. L). Odstranite pokrov zračnega filtra (sl. M),
vzemite ven zračni filter (sl. N). Očistite zračni filter (sl. O) pod tekočo vodo. Ožmite ga. Pustite,
da se posuši. Nakapljajte nekaj kapljic motornega olja na filter. Ponovno vstavite filter in
namestite pokrov zračnega filtra.
Čiščenje svečke
Odstranite kapico svečke (sl. P). Odvijte svečko in jo previdno odstranite. Z majhno krtačko s
svečke očistite sajaste obloge idr.
Razmak med obema kontaktoma naj bo približno od 0,7 do 0,8mm.

50 SKLADIŠČENJE
Če stroj dalj časa stoji (več kot 30 dni), storite naslednje:
1. Izpraznite rezervoar olja in goriva.
2. Odstranite svečko in v cilinder vlijte nekaj kapljic motornega olja. S pomočjo
zaganjalnika z vrvico nekajkrat obrnite motor, da se olje dobro razporedi v notranjosti
cilindra. Očistite in ponovno vstavite svečko.
3. Ko se stroj ohladi, ga pokrijte in ga hranite izven dosega otrok in nepooblaščenih
oseb, na v dobro prezračenem, suhem mestu, kjer ne zmrzuje.
51 ODSTRANJEVANJE
Stroja ne odlagajte v običajni zabojnik za odpadke. Za informacije o odstranitvi
kontaktirajte vaše lokalne oblasti. Če pri vašem specializiranem trgovcu kupite nov stroj
ali ekvivalenten proizvod, je v nekaterih državah trgovec dolžan strokovno odstraniti
vaš stari stroj.
52 ODPRAVLJANJE NAPAK
OP OZORILO
Vroče površine in rotirajoči deli stroja med obratovanjem motorja lahko povzročijo
težke, lahko tudi smrtne poškodbe. Če na stroju opravljate kakršnokoli popravilo, ga
pred tem vedno ustavite in ga zavarujte pred nenamernim ponovnim vklopom.

55 GEWÄHRLEISTUNG (DE)
1.) Gewährleistung:
Die Fa. ZIPPER Maschinen gewährt für mechanische und elektrische Bauteile eine
Gewährleistungsfrist von 2 Jahren für den Hobby Einsatz; bei gewerblichem Einsatz besteht eine
Gewährleistung von 1 Jahr, beginnend ab dem Erwerb des Endverbrauchers/Käufers. Treten
innerhalb dieser Frist Mängel auf, welche nicht auf im Punkt 3 angeführten Ausschlussdetails
beruhen, so wird die Fa. Zipper nach eigenem Ermessen das Gerät reparieren oder ersetzen.
2.) Meldung:
Damit die Berechtigung des Gewährleistungsanspruches überprüft werden kann, muss der Käufer
seinen Händler kontaktieren; dieser meldet schriftlich den aufgetretenen Mangel am Gerät der Fa.
Zipper. Bei berechtigtem Gewährleistungsanspruch wird das Gerät beim Händler von Zipper
abgeholt. Retoursendungen ohne vorheriger Abstimmung mit der Fa. Zipper werden nicht
akzeptiert und angenommen.
3.) Bestimmungen:
a) Gewährleistungsansprüche werden nur akzeptiert, wenn zusammen mit dem Gerät eine Kopie
der Originalrechnung oder des Kassenbeleges vom Zipper Handelspartner beigelegt ist. Es erlischt
der Anspruch auf Gewährleistung, wenn das Gerät nicht komplett mit allen Zubehörteilen zur
Abholung gemeldet wird.
b) Die Gewährleistung schließt eine kostenlose Überprüfung, Wartung, Inspektion oder
Servicearbeiten am Geräte aus. Defekte aufgrund einer unsachgemäßen Benutzung durch den
Endanwender oder dessen Händler werden ebenfalls nicht als Gewährleistungsanspruch
akzeptiert. Z.B.: Verwendung von falschem Treibstoffen, Frostschäden in Wasserbehältern,
Treibstoff über Winter im Benzintank des Gerätes.
c) Ausgeschlossen sind Defekte an Verschleißteilen wie : Kohlebürsten, Fangsäcke, Messer,
Walzen, Schneideplatten, Schneideeinrichtungen, Führungen, Kupplungen, Dichtungen,
Laufräder, Sageblätter, Spaltkreuze, Spaltkeile, Spaltkeilverlängerungen, Hydrauliköle, Öl,- Luft-
u. Benzinfilter, Ketten, Zündkerzen, Gleitbacken usw.
d) Ausgeschlossen sind Schäden an den Geräten verursacht durch: Unsachgemäße Verwendung,
Fehlgebrauch des Gerätes; nicht seinem normalen Verwendungszweckes entsprechend;
Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungs-u. Wartungsanleitung; Höhere Gewalt; Reparaturen oder
technische Änderungen durch nicht autorisierte Werkstätten oder Kunden selbst. Durch
Verwendung von nicht originalen Zipper Ersatz- oder Zubehörteilen.
e) Entstandene Kosten ( Frachtkosten ) und Aufwendungen bei nichtberechtigten
Gewährleistungsansprüchen werden nach Überprüfung unseres Fachpersonals dem Kunden oder
Händler in Rechnung gestellt.
f) Geräte außerhalb der Gewährleistungsfrist: Reparatur erfolgt nur nach Vorkasse oder
Händlerrechnung gemäß des Kostenvoranschlages (inkl. Frachtkosten) der Fa. Zipper.
g) Gewährleistungsansprüche werden nur für den Kunden eines Zipper Händlers, der das Gerät
direkt bei der Fa. Zipper erworben hat, gewährt. Diese Ansprüche sind nicht übertragbar bei
mehrfacher Veräußerung des Gerätes.
4.) Schadensersatzansprüche und sonstige Haftungen:
Die Fa. Zipper haftet in allen Fällen nur beschränkt auf den Warenwert des Gerätes.
Schadensersatzansprüche aufgrund schlechter Leistung, Mängel, sowie Folgeschäden oder
Verdienstausfälle wegen eines Defektes während der Gewährleistungsfrist werden nicht
anerkannt. Die Fa. Zipper besteht auf das gesetzliche Nachbesserungsrecht eines Gerätes.

1.) Warranty:
Company ZIPPER Maschinen GmbH grants for mechanical and electrical components a warranty
period of 2 years for amateur use; and warranty period of 1 year for professional use, starting
with the purchase of the final consumer. In case of defects during this period, which are not
excluded by paragraph 3, ZIPPER will repair or replace the machine at its own discretion.
2.) Report:
In order to check the legitimacy of warranty claims, the final consumer must contact his dealer.
The dealer has to report in written form the occurred defect to ZIPPER. If the warranty claim is
legitimate, ZIPPER will pick up the defective machine from the dealer. Returned shippings by
dealers which have not been coordinated with ZIPPER, will not be accepted and refused.
3.) Regulations:
a) Warranty claims will only be accepted, when a copy of the original invoice or cash voucher
from the trading partner of ZIPPER is enclosed to the machine. The warranty claim expires if the
accessories belonging to the machine are missing.
b) The warranty does not include free checking, maintenance, inspection or service works on the
machine. Defects due to incorrect usage of the final consumer or his dealer will not be accepted
as warranty claims either. Some examples: usage of wrong fuel, frost damages in water tanks,
leaving fuel in the tank during the winter, etc.
c) Defects on wear parts are excluded, e.g. carbon brushes, collection bags, knives, cylinders,
cutting blades, clutches, sealings, wheels, saw blades, splitting crosses, riving knives, riving knife
extensions, hydraulic oils, oil/air/fuel filters, chains, spark plugs, sliding blocks, etc.
d) Also excluded are damages on the machine caused by incorrect or inappropriate usage, if it
was used for a purpose which the machine is not supposed to, ignoring the user manual, force
majeure, repairs or technical manipulations by not authorized workshops or by the customer
himself, usage of non-original ZIPPER spare parts or accessories.
e) After inspection by our qualified personnel, resulted costs (like freight charges) and expenses
for not legitimated warranty claims will be charged to the final customer or dealer.
f) In case of defective machines outside the warranty period, we will only repair after advance
payment or dealer’s invoice according to the cost estimate (incl. freight costs) of ZIPPER.
g) Warranty claims can only be granted for customers of an authorized ZIPPER dealer who
directly purchased the machine from ZIPPER. These claims are not transferable in case of multiple
sales of the machine.
4.) Claims for compensation and other liabilities:
The liability of company ZIPPER is limited to the value of goods in all cases. Claims for
compensation because of poor performance, lacks, damages or loss of earnings due to defects
during the warranty period will not be accepted. ZIPPER insists on its right to subsequent
improvement of the machine.

1.) Garantía:
La empresa ZIPPER Maschinen ofrece una garantía para los componentes mecánicos y eléctricos
de 2 años para uso de bricolaje y 1 año para uso industrial, a partir de la fecha de compra por el
usuario final. En caso de defectos durante este período, que no son excluidos por el párrafo 3,
ZIPPER reparará o reemplazará la máquina a su discreción.
2.) Informe:
Con el fin de comprobar la legitimidad de las reclamaciones de garantía, el usuario final debe
ponerse en contacto con su distribuidor. El distribuidor tiene que informar por escrito el defecto
ocurrido a ZIPPER. Si la reclamación de garantía es legítima, ZIPPER recogerá la máquina
defectuosa al distribuidor. Envíos devueltos por los distribuidores que no han sido coordinadas con
ZIPPER, no serán aceptados y serán rechazados.
3.) Condiciones:
a) Sólo se aceptarán reclamaciones de garantía si la máquina va acompañado de la copia de la
factura original o el comprobante de caja del distribuidor de ZIPPER. El derecho de garantía expira
si los accesorios pertenecientes a la máquina no están junto con la máquina para su recogida.
b) La garantía no incluye revisiones gratis, mantenimiento, inspección o trabajos en la máquina.
Los defectos debidos a un uso incorrecto del usuario final o su distribuidor tampoco serán aceptados
como garantía. Algunos ejemplos: uso de carburante inadecuado, daños por heladas en los tanques
de agua, dejando el combustible en el tanque durante el invierno, etc.
c) Los defectos en piezas de desgaste son excluidos, por ejemplo, escobillas de carbón, bolsas de
aspirador, cuchillas, cilindros, hojas de corte, embragues, juntas, ruedas, hojas de sierra, cuñas de
división, disco incisor, extensiones de la cuña de división, aceites hidráulicos, filtros de aceite / aire
/ combustible, cadenas, bujías, bloques de deslizamiento, etc.
d) También están excluidos los daños en la máquina causados por un uso incorrecto o inadecuado,
si la máquina se ha utilizado haciendo caso omiso a las instrucciones de utilización, por fuerza
mayor, las reparaciones o manipulaciones técnicas de talleres no autorizados o por el propio cliente,
el uso de repuestos o accesorios no originales de ZIPPER.
e) Después de la revisión por nuestro personal calificado, por las reclamaciones de garantía no
legítimas, los costos de la misma (como por ejemplo los gastos de transporte) y otros gastos, se le
cobrarán al cliente final o al distribuidor.
f) Dispositivos fuera del período de garantía: la reparación se produce sólo después del pago por
adelantado o a la cuenta del distribuidor de acuerdo con la estimación de los costos (incluyendo los
portes) de ZIPPER.
g) Las reclamaciones de garantía sólo pueden concederse para los clientes de un distribuidor
autorizado ZIPPER que compró la máquina de manera directa a ZIPPER. Estas reclamaciones no
son transferibles en caso de múltiples ventas de la máquina.
4.) Reclamaciones de indemnización y otras obligaciones:
La responsabilidad de la empresa ZIPPER se limita al valor de las mercancías en todos los casos.
No se aceptarán reclamaciones por daños y perjuicios debido a los malos resultados, los defectos
o daños derivados o la pérdida de ingresos debido a un defecto durante el período de garantía. La
empresa ZIPPER está en su derecho de mejorar posteriormente un dispositivo.

1.) Garantie:

d'achat par l'utilisateur final. En cas de défauts au cours de cette période qui ne sont pas exclus
par le paragraphe 3 ZIPPER réparera ou remplacera la machine à sa discrétion.
2.) Rapport:
Afin de démontrer la validité de la demande de garantie, l'utilisateur final doit contacter son
revendeur. Le revendeur doit en informer par écrit le défaut pour ZIPPER. Si la demande de garantie
est légitime, ZIPPER recueillera la machine défectueuse du revendeur. Les livraisons retournés par
les distributeurs qui n'ont pas été coordonnés avec ZIPPER ne seront pas acceptées et seront
rejetées.
3.) Régulations:
a) Les réclamations de garantie seront acceptées si la machine est accompagnée d'une copie de la
facture originale ou du ticket de caisse du distributeur ZIPPER. La garantie expire si les accessoires
appartenant à la machine ne sont pas avec la machine pour la collecte.
b) La garantie n'inclut pas le service gratuit, l'entretien, l'inspection ou des travaux sur la machine.
Les défauts causés par une mauvaise utilisation de l'utilisateur final ou revendeur ne sont pas
acceptées comme garantie. Quelques exemples: les erreurs de carburant, dommages dus au gel
de réservoirs d'eau, en gardant le carburant dans le réservoir pendant l'hiver, etc.
c) Défauts des pièces d'usure sont exclus, par exemple, balais en charbon, sacs d'aspirateur, lames,
cylindres, lames, embrayages, joints, roues, lames de scie, cales de division, lame inciseur,
extensions de cale de division, huiles hydrauliques, les filtres à huile / air / carburant, des chaînes,
des bougies, des blocs coulissantes, etc.
d) Sont également exclus les dommages sur la machine, causés par une mauvaise manipulation,
si la machine a été utilisée pour en ignorant les instructions d'utilisation, de force majeure, les
réparations ou manipulations techniques par des ateliers non autorisés ou par le client lui-même,
et l'utilisation des pièces ou accessoires non originaux de ZIPPER.
e) Après vérification par notre technicien qualifié, les réclamations de garantie qui ne sont pas
légitimes, le coûte de la même (tels que les coûts de transport) et d'autres frais seront à la charge
du client final ou le distributeur.
f) Dans le cas des machines défectueux en dehors de la période de garantie, nous réparerons
seulement après le paiement avance ou avec facture du revendeur selon l'estimation des coûts
(coûts de transport incl.) de ZIPPER.
g) Les réclamations de garantie peuvent être accordées que pour les clients d'un revendeur autorisé
ZIPPER qui ont directement acheté la machine de ZIPPER Maschinen. Ces revendications ne sont
pas transférables en cas de multiples ventes de la machine.
4.) Demandes d'indemnisation et autres obligations:
La responsabilité de la société est limitée à la valeur de marchandises ZIPPER dans tous les cas.
Les réclamations pour les dommages dus à une mauvaise performance, de défauts ou dommages
indirects ou perte de revenu due à un défaut pendant la période de garantie ne seront pas
acceptées. ZIPPER a le droit d'améliorer l'appareil.

1.) Záruka:
Společnost ZIPPER Maschinen poskytuje záruku na mechanické a elektrické části stroje v trvání 2
let pro soukromé použití výrobku a v délce 1 rok při použití pro účel podnikání, a to počínaje
datumem nákupu stroje. V případě výskytu závady v průběhu záruční doby, která se nevyskytla
za okolností dle bodu 3, společnost Zipper po posouzení stroj opraví nebo vymění.
2.) Reklamace / hlášení závad:
Pro prověření oprávněnosti reklamace musí kupující kontaktovat prodávajícího; ten nahlásí
písemně vzniklou závadu společnosti Zipper. V případě oprávněnosti reklamace zajistí společnost
Zipper vyzvednutí vadného výrobku u prodávajícího. Zásilky, které nebyly dopředu odsouhlaseny
se společností Zipper nebudou akceptovány a převzaty.
3.) Podmínky:
a) Reklamace budou akceptovány pouze za předpokladu, že společně se strojem bude předložena
kopie originální faktury nebo kupního dokladu vydaného autorizovaným prodejcem Zipper.
Záruční nárok zaniká, pokud není stroj připraven k vyzvednutí kompletní včetně celého
příslušenství.
b) Záruka zahrnuje bezplatné odstranění veškerých vad stroje, které omezují správnou funkci
stroje a jsou způsobeny vadou materiálu nebo výrobní vadou, nikoliv uživatelem nebo
prodávajícím. Např.: použitím nevhodného paliva, poškození mrazem, zanechaným palivem v
nádrži přes zimní období apod.
c) Ze záruky jsou vyjmuty spotřební díly jako např.: uhlíkové kartáčky, zachycovací pytel, nůž,
válce, řezací desky, řezací zařízení, vedení, spojky, těsnění, kolečka, listy pily, štípače, štípací
klíny, prodloužení štípacích klínů, hydraulické oleje, olejové,- vzduchové- a benzinové filtry,
řemeny, zapalovací svíčky, vodítka apod.
d) Dále jsou vyjmuta poškození stroje způsobená: nesprávným používáním, použitím pro jiné než
specifikované účely; nedodržením návodu na obsluhu a údržbu; vyšší mocí; opravami nebo
technickými změnami stroje neautorizovaným servisem nebo přímo zákazníkem. Použitím jiných
než originálních dílů a příslušenství značky Zipper.
e) Vzniklé náklady (přepravné apod.) při neoprávněné reklamaci, zjištěné našimi kvalifikovanými
pracovníky, budou fakturovány zákazníkovi nebo prodejci.
f) Stroje mimo záruční dobu: Opravy budou prováděny na základě předplatby nebo faktury
prodejce na základě kalkulace (včetně přepravného) firmy Zipper.
g) Záruka se vztahuje pouze na zákazníky, kteří zakoupili stroj u autorizovaného prodejce Zipper,
který stroj pořídil přímo u firmy Zipper. Záruka není přenosná při přeprodeji stroje.
4.) Odpovědnost za vady a jiné záruky:
Firma Zipper ručí vždy jen do výše hodnoty zboží. Na nároky ve smyslu nízké produktivity,
následné škody nebo ušlý zisk z důvodu závady vzniklé v záruční době nebude brán zřetel. Firma
Zipper vychází ze zákona o odstranění vad.

1.) Garancija:
Firma ZIPPER Maschinen daje 2-letno garancijo na mehanske in električne sestavne dele za
neprofesionalno uporabo. Za profesionalno uporabo daje 1-letno garancijo, ki začne teči od dneva
nakupa s strani končnega uporabnika/kupca. Če se v tem obdobju pokažejo na stroju napake, ki se
ne nanašajo na primere, ki so navedeni v točki 3, bo firma Zipper po lastni presoji popravila ali
zamenjala stroj.
2.) Obvestilo:
Da bi lahko preverili upravičenost reklamacije, mora kupec kontaktirati svojega trgovca, ki nato
pisno obvesti firmo Zipper o napaki na stroju. Če je garancijski zahtevek upravičen, bo firma
Zipper prevzela stroj pri trgovcu. Brez predhodnega dogovora s firmo Zipper, povratna pošiljka ne
bo prevzeta.
3.) Določbe:
a) Reklamacijski zahtevki se sprejmejo le pod pogojem, da je stroju priložena kopija originalnega
računa ali blagajniškega potrdila o nakupu s strani trgovskega partnerja firme Zipper. Stroj, ki se
reklamira, mora biti prevzet v kompletu z vsemi pripadajočimi deli. V nasprotnem primeru pravica
do reklamacije ugasne.
b) Reklamacija ne zajema brezplačne kontrole, vzdrževanja, inšpekcije ali servisiranja stroja.
Okvare, ki so nastale zaradi nestrokovne uporabe s strani končnega uporabnika ali njegovega
trgovca, prav tako ne bodo priznane kot reklamacija. Tako se na primer kot reklamacija ne
upoštevajo poškodbe, ki so posledica uporabe neustreznega goriva, poškodb zaradi zamrzovanja v
rezervoarjih za vodo ali goriva, ki čez zimo ostane v rezervoarju za bencin.
c) Izključene so okvare delov, ki se hitro obrabijo, kot so: oglene ščetke, prestrezne vreče, noži,
valji, rezilne plošče, rezilne naprave, vodila, spojnice, tesnila, tekalna kolesa, žagini listi, cepilni
križi, cepilni klini, podaljški klinov za cepljenje, hidravlična olja, oljni, zračni in bencinski filtri,
verige, svečke, drsni bloki itd.
d) Izključene so okvare na stroju, ki jih povzročijo: nestrokovna uporaba, nepravilna uporaba, ki ni
v skladu z običajnim namenom uporabe stroja, neupoštevanje navodil za uporabo in vzdrževanje,
višja sila, popravila ali tehnične spremembe, ki so bile opravljene v nepooblaščenih delavnicah ali s
strani kupca samega, uporaba neoriginalnih nadomestnih delov in neoriginalnih delov pribora, ki
niso proizvedeni s strani firme Zipper.
e) Po pregledu reklamacijskega zahtevka s strani usposobljenega osebja firme Zipper za nastale
stroške (prevozni stroški) in izdatke v primeru neupravičenih reklamacij, firma Zipper izstavi račun
stranki ali trgovcu.
f) Stroji po poteku reklamacijskega roka: popravilo se opravi samo na osnovi predplačila ali računa
trgovca na osnovi predračuna stroškov (vklj. prevozni stroški) firme Zipper.
g) Reklamacijski zahtevki se odobrijo samo strankam trgovca firme Zipper, ki je izdelek kupil
direktno od firme Zipper. V primeru večkratne prodaje stroja, pravice iz garancije niso prenosljive.
4.) Zahtevki za nadomestilo škode in druga jamstva:
Firma Zipper za blagovno vrednost stroja v vseh primerih jamči le omejeno. Zahtevki za nadomestilo
škode zaradi slabe učinkovitosti, napak, posledične škode ali izpada zaslužka, ki so posledica
okvare, nastale v garancijskem roku, se ne priznajo. Firma Zipper vztraja na zakonski pravici do
naknadnega popravila stroja.
