Introducción
Familiarícese con el funcionamiento del
dispositivo antes de ponerlo en marcha
e infórmese sobre cómo trabajar
adecuadamente con herramientas eléctricas. Para
ello, lea las siguientes instrucciones de uso. Guarde
estas instrucciones en un lugar seguro. En caso de
transferir el aparato a terceros entrégueles también
toda la documentación.

Uso según las normas
Este aparato está diseñado para serrar, separar y lijar.
Preferiblemente para el trabajo con los siguientes
materiales: madera, plástico, elementos para cons-
trucción en seco, metales no ferruginosos, elementos
de fijación (p. ej. clavos, tornillos) y azulejos. Es es-
pecialmente adecuado para trabajos de precisión.
Cualquier otro uso o modificación del aparato se
considera inadecuado y conlleva considerables
peligros de accidente. No asumiremos la responsa-
bilidad por los daños ocasionados debido a un uso
distinto del adecuado. No apto para uso industrial.

El nivel de vibración indi-
cado en estas instrucciones se ha determinado se-
gún un procedimiento de medición fijado en la
norma EN 60745 y puede usarse como base para
la comparación con otros aparatos.
El nivel de vibraciones variará dependiendo del
uso de la herramienta eléctrica y puede en muchos
casos superar el valor indicado en estas instruccio-
nes. Podría subestimarse la carga de vibraciones si
se usa con regularidad la herramienta eléctrica de
este modo.
Advertencia: Para un cálculo exacto de la car-
ga de oscilación durante un determinado intervalo
de trabajo se deben tener en cuenta los tiempos en
los que la máquina está desconectada o está co-
nectada pero no está funcionando. Esto podría re-
ducir considerablemente la carga de oscilación en
el intervalo total de trabajo.

1.
Seguridad en el
lugar de trabajo
a) Mantenga el lugar de trabajo limpio
y bien iluminado. El desorden y los lugares

de trabajo mal iluminados pueden provocar
accidentes.
b)
No utilice el aparato en áreas
potencialmente explosivas
en las que haya líqui dos,
gases o polvos inflamables. Las herramien-
tas eléctricas producen chispas que podrían
encender el polvo o los vapores.
c)
Mantenga a los niños y a
otras personas alejados de la
herramienta eléctrica cuando
la esté utilizando. Las distracciones pueden
hacerle perder el control del aparato.
2.
Seguridad eléctrica
Evite el peligro de muerte
por descarga eléctrica:
a) El enchufe debe ser el adecuado para
la toma de corriente. No se debe mo-
dificar de ningún modo el enchufe del
aparato. No utilice nunca adaptado-
res con los aparatos que están provis-
tos de derivación a tierra. Los conectores
sin modificar y las tomas adecuadas reducen el
riesgo de descarga eléctrica.
b) Evite el contacto físico con superficies
conectadas a tierra, como tubos metá-
licos, radiadores, cocinas o frigoríficos.
Existe un riesgo muy elevado de descarga
eléctrica si su cuerpo deriva a tierra.
c)
Mantenga el aparato protegido
de la lluvia y la humedad. Si
penetra agua en un aparato eléctrico
aumenta el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.
d)
No utilice el cable para otros
fines, como para transportar
o colgar el aparato o para
tirar de la clavija de red al desenchu-
farlo. Mantenga el cable al resguardo
del calor, del aceite, de los bordes afi-
lados o de las piezas móviles del apa-
rato. Los cables dañados o retorcidos aumen-
tan el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.
e) Al trabajar con herramientas eléctricas
al aire libre, utilice sólo cables de ex-
tensión que también estén autorizados
para su uso en exteriores. El uso de una
extensión adecuada para su empleo en exterio-
res disminuye el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.
f) Si es inevitable usar esta herramienta
eléctrica en un entorno húmedo, utili-
ce un interruptor de corriente de de-
fecto. El uso de un interruptor de corriente de
defecto reduce el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.
3. Seguridad de las personas
a) Sea cuidadoso en todo momento,
preste atención a lo que hace y proce-
da con prudencia al trabajar con una
herramienta eléctrica. No utilice el
aparato si está cansado o si se encuen-
tra bajo el efecto de drogas, alcohol o
medicamentos. Un simple momento de des-
cuido durante el uso del aparato podría causar
lesiones graves.
b)
Lleve equipo de protección
individual y siempre unas
gafas de protección. Si lleva
equipo de protección personal, como mascari-
lla antipolvo, zapatos de seguridad antidesli-
zantes, casco de seguridad o protección auditiva,
en función del tipo y la utilización de la herra-
mienta eléctrica, reducirá el riesgo de daños.
c)
Evite una conexión accidental del apa-
rato.
Asegúrese de que la herramienta
eléctrica esté desconectada antes de
conectarla al suministro eléctrico,
antes de sostenerla o moverla. Si al
mover el aparato ha puesto el dedo sobre el
interruptor de CONEXIÓN / DESCONEXIÓN
o si ha conectado el aparato, podrían produ-
cirse accidentes.
d) Extraiga las herramientas de ajuste o
llaves antes de encender el aparato.
Cualquier herramienta o llave que se encuentre
en una pieza giratoria del aparato puede
provocar lesiones.
e) Evite posturas inadecuadas. Procure
estar en una posición segura y man-
tenga en todo momento el equilibrio.

De este modo podrá controlar mejor el apara-
to, especialmente en situaciones inesperadas.
f) Utilice ropa adecuada. No use joyas
ni ropas flojas. Mantenga su cabello,
ropa y guantes alejados de las partes
móviles. La ropa floja, las joyas o el pelo lar-
go pueden engancharse en las piezas móviles.
g) Si los dispositivos de aspiración y re-
colección de polvo están montados,
asegúrese de que estén conectados y
sean correctamente utilizados. El uso
de estos dispositivos disminuye los peligros
causados por el polvo.
4.
Manejo y uso cuidadoso de
las herramientas eléctricas
a) No sobrecargue el aparato. Emplee
en su trabajo la herramienta eléctrica
adecuada para el mismo. Si usa la
herramienta adecuada dentro de la potencia
indicada trabajará mejor y de forma más
segura.
b) No utilice una herramienta eléctrica
cuyo interruptor tenga algún defecto.
Una herramienta eléctrica que no se puede
encender o apagar es un peligro y debe
repararse.
c) Retire la clavija del enchufe antes de
realizar ajustes en el aparato, cambi-
ar accesorios o depositar el aparato
sobre una superficie. Esta medida de
precaución evita que se ponga en marcha el
aparato por accidente.
d) Conserve las herramientas eléctricas
que no use fuera del alcance de los ni-
ños. No permita utilizar el aparato a
personas que no estén familiarizadas
con él o que no hayan leído estas
indicaciones. Las herramientas eléctricas son
peligrosas si las usan personas sin experiencia.
e) Cuide el aparato. Compruebe que las
piezas móviles funcionen correctamen-
te y no se atasquen, y que no haya
piezas rotas o tan dañadas que perju-
diquen al funcionamiento del aparato.
Haga reparar las piezas dañadas an-
tes de usar el equipo. La causa de muchos
accidentes es el uso de herramientas eléctricas
que no han recibido el mantenimiento adecuado.
f) Mantenga las herramientas de corte
afiladas y limpias. Las herramientas de
corte con filos cortantes conservadas cuidado-
samente se enganchan menos y son más
fáciles de manejar.
g) Utilice la herramienta eléctrica, los ac-
cesorios, las herramientas adicionales,
etc. de acuerdo con estas indicaciones
y del modo que se describe para este
tipo de aparato en concreto. Tenga en
cuenta las condiciones de trabajo y la
actividad que se va a realizar. El uso de
herramientas eléctricas para fines diferentes de
los previstos puede provocar situaciones peli-
grosas.
Indicaciones de seguridad
específicas del aparato
para la herramienta mul-
tiusos
J Sujete la herramienta eléctrica fírme-
mente con ambas manos mientras tra-
baja con ella y busque siempre una
posición estable. La herramienta eléctrica
se maneja de forma más segura con las dos
manos.
J Sujete la pieza de trabajo. Es más segu-
ro sujetar la pieza de trabajo con dispositivos
de fijación o tornillos de banco que con las
manos.
J Mantenga siempre limpio su lugar de
trabajo. Las mezclas de materiales son espe-
cialmente peligrosas. El polvo de metales ligeros
puede inflamarse o explotar.
J No ponga en funcionamiento el
aparato con el cable de red o enchufe
dañados.
J No toque el cable de red en caso de
desconectarse o sufrir daños durante
el funcionamiento. Extraiga inmediatamen-
te el enchufe de la toma y a continuación

haga reparar el aparato exclusivamente por
un técnico o por el punto de asistencia que le
corresponda. Los cables dañados aumentan el
riesgo de descarga eléctrica.
J Utilice guantes de protección para
cambiar las herramientas adicionales.
Éstas se calientan con el uso prolongado.
J Utilice la herramienta eléctrica única-
mente para rectificado en seco.
J Nunca utilice el aparato si está húme-
do ni en ambientes húmedos. La entrada
de agua en el aparato aumenta el riesgo de
descarga eléctrica.
J Mantenga las manos apartadas de la
zona de corte. No coja nunca la pieza de
trabajo. Existe peligro de lesiones si entra en
contacto con la hoja de sierra.
J Utilice los dispositivos de búsqueda
adecuados para detectar los cables
de abastecimiento ocultos o consulte
a los proveedores locales para ello. El
contacto con las conducciones de electricidad
puede provocar incendios y descargas eléctri-
cas. Si se daña una conducción de gas puede
provocarse una explosión. La perforación de
una conducción de agua causa daños mate-
riales efectivos o puede producir una descarga
eléctrica.
J En caso de utilizar el aparato en el
exterior, conéctelo a un interruptor de
corriente de fuga con una corriente
de desconexión máxima de 30 mA.
Utilice exclusivamente una extensión homolo-
gada para exteriores.
J
¡VAPORES TÓXICOS! El polvo
nocivo / tóxico generado durante el
trabajo supone un riesgo para la
salud de quien maneja el aparato o de las per-
sonas que estén cerca.
J Al trabajar plásticos, pinturas, lacas,
etc. procure que haya ventilación
suficiente.
J No humedezca los materiales ni las
superficies en las que va a trabajar con
líquidos que contengan disolvente.

Indicaciones de trabajo
Principio de trabajo:
Por medio del accionamiento oscilante, la herra-
mienta vibra hasta 21.000 veces por minuto. Esto
permite un trabajo preciso en un área muy reducida.
Serrar / separar:
J Utilice sólo hojas de sierra sin daños y en per-
fecto estado. Hojas de sierra deformadas,
desafiladas o dañadas se pueden romper.
J Al serrar materiales ligeros de construcción
tenga en cuenta las disposiciones legales y las
recomendaciones del fabricante.
J Trabaje sólo con materiales blandos como
madera, cartón yeso o similares
Lijar:
J Procure ejercer siempre una presión regular so-
bre la pieza de trabajo para aumentar la vida
útil de las lijas para pulidora.

¡PELIGRO DE INCEN-
DIO! Al trabajar con aparatos eléctricos que dis-
ponen de una caja colectora de polvo o que pueden
estar conectados con el aspirador mediante un
dispositivo de aspiración existe peligro de incendio
Bajo condiciones adversas, como por ejemplo en
caso de chispas, o al pulir el metal o los restos de
metal en madera puede encenderse el polvo de
madera en la bolsa para polvo (o en la bolsa para
polvo de la aspiradora). Esto puede ocurrir
especialmente cuando el polvo de la madera está
mezclado con restos de laca o de otras sustancias
químicas y la pieza a pulir se ha calentado después
de haber trabajado con ella por largo tiempo. Por
ello, evite a toda costa un recalentamiento de la
pieza a pulir y del aparato y antes de hacer una
pausa vacíe siempre la caja colectora de polvo o
la bolsa para polvo del aspirador.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
J
¡ADVERTENCIA!
¡PELIGRO DE LE-
SIONES! Antes de proceder a los tra-
bajos con la herramienta eléctrica,
desenchufe siempre el equipo de la
toma de corriente.
J No utilice objetos afilados para limpiar el dis-
positivo. No deben entrar líquidos en el interior
del dispositivo. Éstos podrían dañar el aparato.
j Limpie regularmente el dispositivo, de preferencia
inmediatamente después de finalizar el trabajo.
j Limpie la carcasa con un paño suave; no utilizar
en ningún caso bencina, disolventes o deter-
gentes que puedan dañar el plástico.
j Para la limpieza a fondo del aparato se nece-
sita una aspiradora.
j Los orificios de ventilación deben permanecer
siempre libres.
j Retire con un pincel el polvo de lijado que
haya quedado adherido.

El embalaje se compone de materiales
reciclables que puede desechar en los
puntos locales de recogida selectiva.

Según la Directiva europea 2002 / 96 / EC sobre

Introduzione
Prima della messa in servizio dell’appa-
recchio prendere dimestichezza con le
sue funzioni e informarsi sul corretto
utilizzo degli utensili elettrici. Al riguardo leggere le
seguaenti istruzioni per l’uso, da conservare con
cura. L’apparecchio deve essere accompagnato
dalla documentazione completa anche in caso di
cessione a terzi.

Utilizzo secondo la
destinazione d‘uso
Lo scopo dell’apparecchio è quello di segare, tron-
care e levigare. Preferibilmente possono essere la-
vorati i seguenti materiali: legno, plastica, materiali
da costruzione secchi, metalli non ferrosi, elementi
di fissaggio, quali ad esempio chiodi e viti), e pia-
strelle da parete. Esso è particolarmente adatto a
lavori eseguiti a filo e a livello. Ogni altro utilizzo,
oppure la modifica dell’apparecchio, si considera-
no come non conformi alla destinazione d’uso, e
possono causare seri pericoli d’incidenti. Il produt-
tore non risponde per eventuali danni causati
dall‘utilizzo improprio dell’apparecchio. L’apparec-
chio non è destinato all’utilizzo commerciale.

stato misurato in conformità alla procedura di misu-
razione esplicata nella norma EN 60745 e può
essere utilizzato per il confronto tra apparecchi.
Il livello di vibrazioni si modifica a seconda del tipo
di utilizzo dell’apparecchio elettrico, ed in alcuni
casi può essere superiore al valore indicato nelle
presenti istruzioni d’uso. Il carico di vibrazione
potrebbe essere sottostimato qualora l’apparecchio
elettrico fosse regolarmente utilizzato in tale modo.
Nota: Per una corretta valutazione dell’affatica-
mento da vibrazioni durante un determinato perio-
do di lavorazione devono essere considerati anche
i tempi in cui l’apparecchio è disinserito o è funzio-
nante, senza però essere utilizzato. Ciò può ridurre
in misura notevole l’affaticamento da vibrazioni lun-

Sicurezza dell’area di lavoro
a) Mantenere l’area di lavoro pulita e
ben illuminata. Il disordine ed aree di lavoro
poco illuminate possono determinare incidenti.
b)
Non lavorare con l’apparec-
chio in un’atmosfera dove si
trovino liquidi infiammabili,
esplosiva, gas e polveri. Gli utensili elettrici
generano scintille che possono infiammare la
polvere o i gas.
c)
Durante l’utilizzo del disposi-
tivo elettrico tenere lontani
bambini e persone estranee.
In caso di distrazione potreste perdere il con-
trollo dell’apparecchio.
2.
Sicurezza elettrica
Evitare il pericolo di morte
a seguito di scossa elettrica:
a) La spina di connessione dell’apparec-
chio deve essere adatta alla presa elet-
trica nella quale essa viene inserita.
In nessun caso l’adattatore deve
essere modificato. Non utilizzare
spine con apparecchi messi a terra.
Spine non modificate e prese adatte riducono
il rischio di una scossa elettrica.
b)
Evitare il contatto del corpo con superfici
messe a terra, quali ad esempio quelle
di tubi, caloriferi, cucine economiche
e frigoriferi. Sussiste un elevato rischio di
scossa elettrica, qualora il Vostro corpo fosse
messo a terra.
c)
Mantenere l’apparecchio lon-
tano da pioggia o umidità. La
penetrazione di acqua in un
apparecchio elettrico accresce il rischio di
scossa elettrica.
d)
Non utilizzare il cavo in modo
non conforme, cioè per tirare
l’apparecchio, per appenderlo
o per estrarre la spina dalla presa elet-
trica. Tenere il cavo lontano da calore,
olio, spigoli acuti o di parti in movimento
dell’apparecchio. Cavi danneggiati o attor-
cigliati accrescono il rischio di scossa elettrica.
e) In caso di lavori all’aperto utilizzare
solamente prolunghe ammesse anche
per un loro utilizzo all‘aperto. L’utilizzo
di una tale prolunga riduce il rischio di scossa
elettrica.
f) Qualora non si possa evitare l‘eserci-
zio dell’elettroutensile in un ambiente
umido, fare uso di un interruttore
differenziale, circostanza che riduce il
rischio di una scossa elettrica.
3. Sicurezza delle persone
a) Fare sempre estrema attenzione a ciò
che si fa e accostarsi al lavoro con il
dispositivo elettrico sempre in modo
cosciente. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio
quando si è stanchi o sotto l’influsso
di droghe, alcol o medicinali. Un solo
attimo di disattenzione nell’utilizzo dell’appa-
recchio può provocare serie lesioni.
b)
Indossare sempre l’equipag-
giamento di protezione perso-
nale e gli occhiali protettivi.
Indossando l’equipaggiamento di protezione
personale, quale una mascherina antipolvere,
scarpe di sicurezza antisdrucciolevoli, un ca-
sco di protezione o una protezione auricolare,
a seconda del tipo e dell’utilizzo dell’apparec-
chiatura elettrica, riduce il rischio di lesioni.
c) Evitare qualsiasi avvio involontario
dell’utensile. Assicurarsi che l’utensile
sia disinserito prima di collegarlo alla
rete di alimentazione elettrica, di sol-
levarlo o di trasportarlo. Se durante il
trasporto dell’apparecchio il dito dell’utilizzato-
re si trova sull’interruttore ON / OFF oppure
l’apparecchio è inserito, possono determinarsi
incidenti.
d) Prima di avviare l’apparecchio,
rimuovere il dispositivo di regolazione
o la chiave per dadi. Un utensile o una
chiave che si trovi in una parte di apparecchio
in rotazione può provocare lesioni.

e) Mantenere una postura del corpo nor-
male. Assicurarsi di avere un sostegno
sicuro e mantenere sempre l’equilibrio.
In questo modo è possibile controllare meglio
l’apparecchio, in modo particolare in caso di
situazioni impreviste.
f) Indossare un abbigliamento appropria-
to. Non indossare un abbigliamento
largo o bigiotteria. Mantenere capelli,
abbigliamento e guanti lontano da
parti in movimento. Abbigliamento sciolto,
gioielli o capelli lunghi possono essere trascinati
da parti in movimento.
g) Quando vengono montati dispositivi
di aspirazione e di cattura della pol-
vere, assicurarsi che questi siano stati
montati ed utilizzati correttamente.
L’utilizzo di questi dispositivi riduce i pericoli
provocati dalla polvere.
4.
Utilizzo attento di
dispositivi elettrici
a) Non sovraccaricare l’apparecchio. Per
un determinato lavoro utilizzare sem-
pre il dispositivo elettrico a ciò appro-
priato. Con il dispositivo elettrico appropriato
si lavora meglio e con maggiore sicurezza nello
specifico ambito di utilizzo.
b) Non utilizzare dispositivi elettrici il cui
interruttore sia difettoso. Un dispositivo
elettrico che non si può più accendere e spegnere
rappresenta un pericolo, e deve essere riparato.
c) Estrarre la spina dalla presa elettrica
prima di eseguire regolazioni
all‘apparecchio, sostituire accessori o
riporre l‘apparecchio. Queste misure di
prudenza impediscono l’avvio involontario
dell’apparecchio.
d) Mantenere dispositivi elettrici non uti-
lizzati fuori dalla portata di bambini.
Non fare utilizzare l’apparecchio da
persone che non lo conoscano o del
quale non abbiano letto le istruzioni
d’uso. I dispositivi elettrici sono pericolosi se
utilizzati da persone inesperte.
e) Avere cura dell’apparecchio. Control-
lare se parti mobili dell’apparecchio
funzionano perfettamente e non si
bloccano, se parti di esso sono rotte o
danneggiate, che la funzionalità
dell’apparecchio non sia messa a
rischio. Fare riparare le parti danneg-
giate prima di utilizzare di nuovo l’ap-
parecchio. Molti incidenti sono provocati
dal fatto che i dispositivi elettrici non vengono
sottoposti ad una corretta manutenzione.
f) Mantenere gli utensili di taglio affilati
e puliti. Utensili di taglio curati con attenzione
e fornitidi bordi taglienti si incastrano meno fre-
quentemente e sono semplici da guidare
durante il lavoro.
g) Utilizzare dispositivi elettrici, accesso-
ri, i dispositivi da inserire ecc, in con-
formità alle presenti istruzioni e nel
modo descritto per questo particolare
tipologia di apparecchio. In questo
senso, tenere presente le condizioni di
lavoro e l’attività da eseguire. L’utilizzo
di dispositivi elettrici per scopi diversi da quelli
previsti può provocare situazioni di pericolo.
Indicazioni di sicurezza
specifiche per l’attrezzo
multifunzione
J Durante l’esecuzione della lavorazione
tenere l’utensile elettrico fermamente
con entrambe le mani e una posizione
stabile e sicura. L’utensile elettrico viene
guidato con maggiore sicurezza con due mani.
J Bloccare il pezzo da lavorare. Un pezzo
da lavorare fissato con disposistivo di serraggio
o morsa a vite con maggiore sicurezza che
non con la mano dell’utilizzatore.
J Mantenere pulita la postazione di
lavoro. Miscele di materiale sono particolar-
mente pericolose. La polvere di metallo leggero
può prendere fuoco o esplodere.
J Non avviare l’apparecchio in caso di
cavo di alimentazione o di spina dan-
neggiati.

J Non toccare il cavo di alimentazione
se durante la lavorazione esso venisse
danneggiato o tranciato. Estrarre imme-
diatamente la spina e fare riparare l’apparec-
chio esclusivamente da un esperto o dal Centro
di Assistenza competente. Cavi danneggiati
accrescono il rischio di scossa elettrica.
J Sostituendo gli utensili accessori utiliz-
zati indossare guanti di sicurezza.
Dopo essere stati usati a lungo gli utensili ac-
cessori si riscaldano.
J L’apparecchio elettrico può essere
usato solamente per lavori di leviga-
tura a secco.
J Non far funzionare l’apparecchio
quando è umido o in un ambiente
umido- La penetrazione di acqua
nell’apparecchio elettrico accresce il
rischio di scossa elettrica.
J Tenere le mani lontano dalla zona
operativa. Non afferrare con le mani la
parte inferiore del pezzo da lavorare. In caso
di contatto con la lama della sega sussiste il
pericolo di lesioni.
J Utilizzare un dispositivo di ricerca
adatto per individuare linee di ali-
mentazione elettrica nascoste, oppu-
re chiedere informazioni al fornitore
locale di energia elettrica. Il contatto con
linee elettriche può provocare un incendio ed
una scossa elettrica. Il danneggiamento di una
conduttura del gas può provocare un’esplosio-
ne. La penetrazione in una conduttura dell’ac-
qua provoca danni materiali e puó provocare
una scossa elettrica.
J Quando si lavora all’aperto collegare
l’apparecchio ad un interruttore diffe-
renziale (FI) con una corrente applicata
non superiore a 30 mA. Per lavori
all’esterno utilizzare la prolunga adatta allo
scopo.
J GAS NOCIVI! La lavorazione di
polveri dannose o velenose rappre-
senta un pericolo per la salute degli
operatori o delle persone che si trovano nei
pressi dell’area di lavoro.
J Assicurare una sufficiente aerazione
in caso di lavorazione di materiale
plastico, colori, vernici, ecc.
J Non impregnare materiali o superfici
da lavorare con liquidi contenenti sol-
venti.

alla lavorazione
Principio di lavoro:
Tramite l’azionamento oscillante, l’utensile oscilla
fino a 21.000 volte per minuto. Questo consente
lavori precisi in uno spazio estremamente ristretto.
Segare / Tagliare:
J Utilizzare esclusivamente lame non danneggia-
te ed in perfette condizioni.
J Lame deformate, non affilate oppure altrimenti
danneggiate possono rompersi.
J Segando materiali leggeri da costruzione, ri-
spettare le vigenti norme legislative e le racco-
mandazioni della casa costruttrice del materiale
che si lavora.
J Seguendo il procedimento di taglio dal centro
possono essere lavorati solo materiali teneri
quali legno, lastre di carton gesso o simili!

J Per aumentare la durata dei fogli abrasivi
avere sempre cura di esercitare una pressione

pio nel caso in cui vengano generate scintille levigan-
do il metallo o resti di metallo nel legno, la polvere di
legno può prendere fuoco nel sacchetto della polvere
(o nel sacchetto del filtro dell’aspirapolvere). Ciò può
accadere in modo particolare qualora la polvere di
legno sia mescolata con resti di verniciatura o altri

Please make sure you familiarise yourself

use it for the first time and that you
understand how to handle electrical power tools
correctly. To help you do this please read the accom-
panying operating instructions. Keep these instructions
in a safe place. If you pass the device on to anyone
else, please ensure that you also pass on all the
documentation.

Proper use
The device is intended for sawing, cutting and sand-
ing. The preferred materials on which the device
can be used are: wood, plastic, drywalling, non-fer-
rous metals, fixings (e.g. nails, screws) and wall
tiles. It is particularly suitable for working close to
edges and precise work. Any other use or modifi-
cation to the device shall be considered as improper
use and could give rise to considerable dangers. We
will not accept liability for loss or damage arising
from improper use. Not suitable for commercial use.

Workplace safety
a) Keep your working area clean and
well lit. Untidy or poorly lit working areas
can lead to accidents.

Distractions can cause you to lose control of
the device.
2.
Electrical safety
To avoid danger to life from
electric shock:
a)
The mains plug on the device must match
the mains socket. The plug must not
be modified in any way. Do not use
an adapter plug with devices fitted
with a protective earth. Unmodified
plugs and matching sockets reduce the risk of
electric shock.
b) Avoid touching earthed surfaces such
as pipes, radiators, ovens and refrig-
erators with any part of your body.
There is an increased risk of electric shock if
your body is earthed
.
c) Keep the device away from
rain or moisture. Water entering
an electrical device increases the
risk of electric shock.
d)
Do not use the mains lead for
any purpose for which it was
not intended, e.g. to carry the
device, to hang up the device or to pull
the mains plug out of the mains socket.
Keep the mains lead away from heat,
oil, sharp edges or moving parts of the
device. Damaged or tangled mains leads
increase the risk of electric shock.
e) When working outdoors with an
electrical power tool always use ex-
tension cables that are also approved
for use outdoors. The use of an extension
cable suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk
of electric shock.
f) Use a residual current device (RCD) for
protection if operating the electrical
power tool in a moist environment is
unavoidable. The use of an RCD reduces
the risk of electric shock.
3. Personal safety
a) Remain alert at all times, watch what
you are doing and always proceed
with caution. Do not use the device if
you are tired or under the influence of
drugs, alcohol or medication. One mo-
ment of carelessness when using the device
can lead to serious injury.
b)
Wear personal protective
equipment and always wear
safety glasses. The wearing of
personal protective equipment such as dust
masks, non-slip safety shoes, safety helmets or
ear protectors, appropriate to the type of elec-
trical power tool used and work undertaken,
reduces the risk of injury.
c) Avoid unintentional operation of the
device. Check that the electrical pow-
er tool is switched off before you con-
nect it to the mains, pick it up or carry
it. Accidents can happen if you carry the de-
vice with your finger on the ON / OFF switch or
with the device switched on.
d) Remove any setting tools or spanners
before you switch the device on. A tool
or spanner left attached to a rotating part of a
device can lead to injury.
e) Avoid placing your body in an unnat-
ural position. Keep proper footing
and balance at all times. By doing this
you will be in a better position to control the
device in unforeseen circumstances.
f) Wear suitable clothing. Do not wear
loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your
hair, clothing and gloves clear of mov-
ing parts. Loose clothing, jewellery or long
hair can become trapped in moving parts.
g) If vacuum dust extraction and collection
devices are fitted do not forget to
check
that they are properly connected
and
correctly used. The use of these devices re-
duces the hazard presented by dust.

Careful handling and use of
electrical power tools
a) Do not overload the device. Always
use an electrical power tool that is
intended for the task you are under-
taking. By using the right electrical power
tool for the job you will work more safely and
achieve a better result.
b) Do not use an electrical power tool if
its switch is defective. An electrical power
tool that can no longer be switched on and off
is dangerous and must be repaired.
c) Pull the mains plug from the socket
before you make any adjustments to
the device, change accessories or
when the device is put away. This pre-
caution is intended to prevent you from uninten-
tionally starting the device.
d) When not in use always ensure that
electrical power tools are kept out of
reach of children. Do not let anyone
use the device if he or she is not famil-
iar with it or has not read the
instructions and advice. Electrical power
tools are dangerous when they are used by
inexperienced people.
e) Look after the device carefully. Check
that moving parts are working prop-
erly and move freely. Check for any
parts that are broken or damaged
enough to detrimentally affect the
functioning of the device. Have dam-
aged parts repaired before you use
the device. Many accidents have their origins
in poorly maintained electrical power tools.
f) Keep cutting tools clean and sharp.
Carefully maintained cutting tools with sharp
cutting edges are less likely to jam and are
easier to control.
g) Use the electrical power tool, accesso-
ries, inserted tools etc. in accordance
with these instructions and advice,
and the stipulations drawn up for this
particular type of device. In doing
this, take into account the working
conditions and the task in hand.
The use of electrical power tools for purposes
other than those intended can lead to danger-
ous situations.
Safety advice relating
specifically to this multi-
function tool
J When working, hold the electrical
power tool firmly with both hands and
keep a proper footing and balance. It
is safer to guide the electrical power tool using
both hands.
J Secure the workpiece. A workpiece held
in a clamp or vice is kept more securely in
place than one held by your hand.
J Keep your working area clean. Mixtures
of materials can be particularly dangerous.
Light metal alloy dust may burn or explode.
J Do not operate the device if the mains
lead or mains plug is damaged.
J Do not touch the mains lead if it be-
comes damaged or cut through while
you are using the device. Pull the plug
out of the mains socket immediately and have
the device repaired by a suitably qualified per-
son or at your service centre. Damaged mains
leads increase the risk of electric shock.
J Wear protective gloves when replacing
a tool in the device. Tools heat up with
prolonged use.
J Use the electrical power tool only for
dry abrading / sawing / cutting.
J Do not operate the device if it is damp
and do not use it in a damp environ-
ment. Water entering an electrical device in-
creases the risk of electric shock.
J Keep your hands away from the area
of the saw blade. Do not grip the underside
of the workpiece. Contact with the saw blade
may result in injury.
J Use a suitable detector to locate con-
cealed services supply cables / pipes
or approach your local public utilities
services providers. Contact with electricity
cables can lead to fire or electric shock.

Damaging a gas pipe can lead to an explo-
sion. Penetration of a water pipe can lead to
property damage or to electric shock.
J If you use the device outdoors, always
connect it through a residual current
device (RCD) with a maximum trip cur-
rent of 30 mA. If using an extension lead, al-
ways use one that is approved for outdoor use.
J NOXIOUS FUMES! Any harmful /
noxious dusts generated from sand-
ing represent a risk to the health of
the person operating the device and to anyone
near the work area.
J Ensure that there is adequate ventila-
tion when working on plastic, paint,
varnish etc.
J Do not soak the materials or the sur-
face you are about to work on with
liquids containing solvents.

Advice on use
Principle of operation:
The oscillating drive causes the attached tool to vi-
brate backwards and forwards up to 21.000 times
per minute. This means the tool can produce precise
work in the tightest of spaces.
Sawing / cutting:
J Use only undamaged, defect-free saw blades.
Distorted, blunt or otherwise damaged saw
blades could break.
J When sawing lightweight building materials,
observe the statutory requirements and the
manufacturer’s recommendations.
J Use the device in plunge sawing mode on soft
materials such as wood, gypsum plaster board
etc. only!
Sanding:
J Ensure that you use even contact pressure. This
will increase sanding sheet life.

Asbestos is a known carcinogen.
WARNING!
DANGER OF FIRE! There is
the danger of fire when working with electrical
devices that have a dust box or can be connected
to a vacuum cleaner. Under certain conditions the
wood dust in the dust extraction bag (or in the vac-
uum‘s dust bag) may ignite, e.g. as a result of flying
sparks generated when abrading metals or metal
objects left in wood. This can happen particularly if
the wood dust is mixed with paint residue or other
chemicals and the abraded particles are hot from
prolonged abrasion. Therefore you must empty the
device’s dust collection box and the vacuum clean-
er’s dust bag before taking a break or stopping
work and always avoid overheating of the abrad-
ed particles and the device.

Machen Sie sich vor der ersten Inbetrieb-
nahme mit den Funktionen des Gerätes
vertraut und informieren Sie sich über den
richtigen Umgang mit Elektrowerkzeugen. Lesen
Sie
hierzu die nachfolgende Bedienungsanleitung.
Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung auf. Händigen Sie alle
Unterlagen bei Weitergabe des Gerätes an Dritte aus.

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Das Gerät ist zum Sägen und Trennen und Schleifen
bestimmt. Vorzugsweise können folgende Materi-
alien bearbeitet werden: Holz, Kunststoff, Trocken-
bauelemente, Nichteisen-Metalle, Befestigungsele-
mente (z.B. Nägel, Schrauben) und Wandfliesen.
Es ist besonders zum randnahen und bündigen
Arbeiten geeignet. Jede andere Verwendung oder
Veränderung des Gerätes gilt als nicht bestimmungs-
gemäß und birgt erhebliche Unfallgefahren.
Für
aus bestimmungswidriger Verwendung entstandene
Schäden übernehmen wir keine Haftung. Das Gerät

einem in EN 60745 genormten Messverfahren
gemessen worden und kann für den Gerätever-
gleich verwendet werden. Der Schwingungspegel
wird sich entsprechend dem Einsatz des Elektro-
werkzeugs verändern und kann in manchen Fällen
über dem in diesen Anweisungen angegebenen
Wert liegen. Die Schwingungsbelastung könnte
unterschätzt werden, wenn das Elektrowerkzeug

Hinweis: Für eine genaue Abschätzung der

DER IN DEN SICHERHEITSHINWEISEN VER-
WENDETE BEGRIFF „ELEKTROWERKZEUG“
BEZIEHT SICH AUF NETZBETRIEBENE ELEKTRO-
WERKZEUGE (MIT NETZKABEL) UND AUF AK-
KUBETRIEBENE ELEKTROWERKZEUGE (OHNE
NETZKABEL).
1. Arbeitsplatz-Sicherheit
a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich sauber
und gut beleuchtet. Unordnung und unbeleuch-
tete Arbeitsbereiche können zu Unfällen führen.
b)
Arbeiten Sie mit dem Elektro-
werkzeug nicht in explosions-
gefährdeter Umgebung, in
der sich brennbare Flüssigkeiten, Gase
oder Stäube befinden. Elektrowerkzeuge
erzeugen Funken, die den Staub oder die
Dämpfe entzünden können.

c) Halten Sie Kinder und andere
Personen während der Benut-
zung des Elektrowerkzeugs
fern. Bei Ablenkung können Sie die Kontrolle
über das Gerät verlieren.
2. Elektrische Sicherheit
Vermeiden Sie Lebensgefahr
durch elektrischen Schlag:
a) Der Anschlussstecker des Elektrowerk-
zeuges muss in die Steckdose passen.
Der Stecker darf in keiner Weise verän-
dert werden. Verwenden Sie keine
Adapterstecker gemeinsam mit
schutzgeerdeten Elektrowerkzeugen.
Unveränderte Stecker und passende Steckdosen
verringern das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
b) Vermeiden Sie Körperkontakt mit ge-
erdeten Oberflächen, wie von Rohren,
Heizungen, Herden und Kühlschränken.
Es besteht ein erhöhtes Risiko durch elektrischen
Schlag, wenn Ihr Körper geerdet ist.
c)
Halten Sie Elektrowerkzeuge
von Regen oder Nässe fern.
Das Eindringen von Wasser in ein
Elektrogerät erhöht das Risiko eines elektrischen
Schlages.
d)
Zweckentfremden Sie das
Kabel nicht, um das Elektro-
werkzeug zu tragen, aufzu-
hängen oder um den Stecker aus der
Steckdose zu ziehen. Halten Sie das
Kabel fern von Hitze, Öl, scharfen
Kanten oder sich bewegenden Gerä-
teteilen. Beschädigte oder verwickelte Kabel
erhöhen das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
e) Wenn Sie mit einem Elektrowerkzeug
im Freien arbeiten, verwenden Sie nur
Verlängerungskabel, die auch für den
Außenbereich zugelassen sind. Die
Anwendung eines für den Außenbereich
geeigneten Verlängerungskabels verringert
das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
f) Wenn der Betrieb des Elektrowerk-
zeuges in feuchter Umgebung nicht
vermeidbar ist, verwenden Sie einen
Fehlerstromschutzschalter. Der Einsatz
eines Fehlerstromschutzschalters vermindert
das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
3. Sicherheit von Personen
a)
Seien Sie stets aufmerksam, achten Sie
darauf, was Sie tun und gehen Sie mit
Vernunft an die Arbeit mit einem Elektro-
werkzeug. Benutzen Sie kein Elektro-
werkzeug, wenn Sie müde sind oder
unter dem Einfluss von Drogen, Alkohol
oder Medikamenten stehen. Ein Moment
der Unachtsamkeit beim Gebrauch des Elektrowerk-
zeuges kann zu ernsthaften Verletzungen führen.
b) Tragen Sie persönliche Schutz-
ausrüstung und immer eine
Schutzbrille. Das Tragen persön-
licher Schutzausrüstung wie Staubmaske, rutsch-
feste Sicherheitsschuhe, Schutzhelm oder Gehör-
schutz, je nach Art und Einsatz des Elektrowerk-
zeuges, verringert das Risiko von Verletzungen.
c) Vermeiden Sie eine unbeabsichtigte
Inbetriebnahme. Vergewissern Sie
sich, dass das Elektrowerkzeug aus-
geschaltet ist, bevor Sie es an die
Stromversorgung anschließen, es auf-
nehmen oder tragen. Wenn Sie beim
Tragen des Elektrowerkzeuges den Finger am
Schalter haben oder das Gerät bereits einge-
schaltet an die Stromversorgung anschließen,
kann dies zu Unfällen führen.
d) Entfernen Sie Einstellwerkzeuge oder
Schraubenschlüssel, bevor Sie das
Elektrowerkzeug einschalten. Ein Werk-
zeug oder Schlüssel, der sich in einem drehenden
Geräteteil befindet, kann zu Verletzungen führen.
e) Vermeiden Sie eine abnormale Körper-
haltung. Sorgen Sie für einen sicheren
Stand und halten Sie jederzeit das
Gleichgewicht. Dadurch können Sie das
Elektrowerkzeug in unerwarteten Situationen
besser kontrollieren.

f) Tragen Sie geeignete Kleidung. Tragen
Sie keine weite Kleidung oder Schmuck.
Halten Sie Haare, Kleidung und Hand-
schuhe fern von sich bewegenden
Teilen. Lockere Kleidung, Schmuck oder lange
Haare können von sich bewegenden Teilen
erfasst werden.
g) Wenn Staubabsaug- und -auffangein-
richtungen montiert werden können,
vergewissern Sie sich, dass diese
angeschlossen sind und richtig ver-
wendet werden. Die Verwendung einer
Staubabsaugung kann Gefährdungen durch
Staub verringern.
4. Verwendung und Behandlung
des Elektrowerkzeugs
a) Überlasten Sie das Gerät nicht. Ver-
wenden Sie für Ihre Arbeit das dafür
bestimmte Elektrowerkzeug. Mit dem
passenden Elektrowerkzeug arbeiten Sie besser
und sicherer im angegebenen Leistungsbereich.
b) Benutzen Sie kein Elektrowerkzeug,
dessen Schalter defekt ist. Ein Elektrowerk-
zeug, das sich nicht mehr ein- oder ausschalten
lässt, ist gefährlich und muss repariert werden.
c) Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steck-
dose, bevor Sie Geräteeinstellungen
vornehmen, Zubehörteile wechseln
oder das Gerät weglegen. Diese Vor-
sichtsmaßnahme verhindert den unbeabsich-
tigten Start des Elektrowerkzeuges.
d) Bewahren Sie unbenutzte Elektrowerk-
zeuge außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern auf. Lassen Sie Personen das
Gerät nicht benutzen, die mit diesem
nicht vertraut sind oder diese Anwei-
sungen nicht gelesen haben. Elektrowerk-
zeuge sind gefährlich, wenn sie von unerfahrenen
Personen benutzt werden.
e) Pflegen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge mit
Sorgfalt. Kontrollieren Sie, ob beweg-
liche Teile einwandfrei funktionieren
und nicht klemmen, ob Teile gebrochen
oder so beschädigt sind, dass die Funk-
tion des Elektrowerkzeuges beeinträch-
tigt ist. Lassen Sie beschädigte Teile vor
dem Einsatz des Gerätes reparieren.
Viele Unfälle haben ihre Ursache in schlecht
gewarteten Elektrowerkzeugen.
f) Halten Sie Schneidwerkzeuge scharf
und sauber.
Sorgfältig gepflegte Schneidwerk-
zeuge mit scharfen Schneidkanten verklemmen
sich weniger und sind leichter zu führen.
g) Verwenden Sie Elektrowerkzeug,
Zubehör, Einsatzwerkzeuge usw.
entsprechend diesen Anweisungen.
Berücksichtigen Sie dabei die Arbeits-
bedingungen und die auszuführende
Tätigkeit. Der Gebrauch von Elektrowerk-
zeugen für andere als die vorgesehenen An-
wendungen kann zu gefährlichen Situationen
führen.
Gerätespezifische
Sicherheitshinweise für das
Multifunktionswerkzeug
J Halten Sie das Elektrowerkzeug beim
Arbeiten fest mit beiden Händen und
sorgen Sie für einen sicheren Stand.
Das Elektrowerkzeug wird mit zwei Händen
sicherer geführt.
J Sichern Sie das Werkstück. Ein mit
Spannvorrichtungen oder Schraubstock festge-
haltenes Werkstück ist sicherer gehalten als mit
Ihrer Hand.
J Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber.
Materialmischungen sind besonders gefährlich.
Leichtmetallstaub kann brennen oder explodieren.
J
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht mit beschä-
digtem Netzkabel oder Netzstecker.
J Berühren Sie nicht das Netzkabel,
wenn es während des Betriebs be-
schädigt oder durchtrennt wird.
Ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker und lassen
Sie das Gerät anschließend ausschließlich von
einem Fachmann oder der zuständigen Service-
stelle reparieren. Beschädigte Kabel erhöhen
das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.

J Tragen Sie beim Wechsel der Einsatz-
werkzeuge Schutzhandschuhe.
Einsatzwerkzeuge werden bei längerem
Gebrauch warm.
J Verwenden Sie das Elektrowerkzeug
nur für Trockenschliff.
J Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht wenn es
feucht ist und auch nicht in feuchter
Umgebung. Das Eindringen von Wasser in
ein Elektrogerät erhöht das Risiko eines elek-
trischen Schlages.
J Halten Sie die Hände vom Sägebereich
fern. Greifen Sie nicht unter das Werkstück.
Bei Kontakt mit dem Sägeblatt besteht Verlet-
zungsgefahr.
J Verwenden Sie geeignete Suchgeräte,
um verborgene Versorgungsleitungen
aufzuspüren, oder ziehen Sie die ört-
liche Versorgungsgesellschaft hinzu.
Kontakt mit Elektroleitungen kann zu Feuer und
elektrischem Schlag führen. Beschädigung einer
Gasleitung kann zur Explosion führen. Eindrin-
gen in eine Wasserleitung verursacht Sachbe-
schädigung oder kann einen elektrischen
Schlag verursachen.
J Schließen Sie, wenn Sie im Freien
arbeiten, das Gerät über einen Fehler-
strom (FI)-Schutzschalter mit maximal
30 mA Auslösestrom an. Verwenden Sie
nur ein für den Außenbereich zugelassenes
Verlängerungskabel.
J
GIFTIGE DÄMPFE! Die durch die
Bearbeitung entstehenden schäd-
lichen / giftigen Stäube stellen eine
Gesundheitsgefährdung für die Bedienperson
oder in der Nähe befindliche Personen dar.
J Sorgen Sie bei der Bearbeitung von
Kunststoffen, Farben, Lacken, etc. für
ausreichende Belüftung.
J Tränken Sie Materialien oder zu
bearbeitende Flächen nicht mit lö-
sungsmittelhaltigen Flüssigkeiten.

Arbeitsprinzip:
Durch den oszillierenden Antrieb schwingt das Ein-
satzwerkzeug bis zu 21.000 mal pro Minute hin
und her. Das ermöglicht präzises Arbeiten auf
engstem Raum.
Sägen / Trennen:

Verwenden Sie nur unbeschädigte, einwand-
freie Sägeblätter. Verbogene, unscharfe oder
anderweitig beschädigte Sägeblätter können
brechen.

Beachten Sie beim Sägen von Leichtbaustoffen
die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und Empfeh-
lungen der Materialhersteller.

Es dürfen nur weiche Werkstoffe wie Holz,
Gipskarton o.Ä. im Tauchsägeverfahren bear-
beitet werden!
Schleifen:

Achten Sie auf gleichmäßigen Anpressdruck,
um die Lebensdauer der Schleifblätter zu erhöhen.

Holzstaub mit Lackresten oder anderen chemischen
Stoffen vermischt ist und das Schleifgut nach lan-
gem Arbeiten heiß ist. Vermeiden Sie deshalb un-
bedingt eine Überhitzung des Schleifguts und des
Gerätes und entleeren Sie vor Arbeitspausen stets
die Staubfangbox bzw. den Staubbeutel des
Staubsaugers.

Seguridad en el lugar de trabajo a) Mantenga el lugar de trabajo limpio y bien iluminado. El desorden y los lugares ES 7 Indicaciones generales de seguridad para herramientas eléctricas de trabajo mal iluminados pueden provocar accidentes. b) No utilice el aparato en áreas potencialmente explosivas en las que haya líqui dos, gases o polvos inflamables. Las herramientas eléctricas producen chispas que podrían encender el polvo o los vapores. c) Mantenga a los niños y a otras personas alejados de la herramienta eléctrica cuando la esté utilizando. Las distracciones pueden hacerle perder el control del aparato. 2. Seguridad eléctrica Evite el peligro de muerte por descarga eléctrica: a) El enchufe debe ser el adecuado para la toma de corriente. No se debe mo dificar de ningún modo el enchufe del aparato. No utilice nunca adaptado res con los aparatos que están provis tos de derivación a tierra. Los conectores sin modificar y las tomas adecuadas reducen el riesgo de descarga eléctrica. b) Evite el contacto físico con superficies conectadas a tierra, como tubos metá licos, radiadores, cocinas o frigoríficos. Existe un riesgo muy elevado de descarga eléctrica si su cuerpo deriva a tierra. c) Mantenga el aparato protegido de la lluvia y la humedad. Si penetra agua en un aparato eléctrico aumenta el riesgo de descarga eléctrica. d) No utilice el cable para otros fines, como para transportar o colgar el aparato o para tirar de la clavija de red al desenchu farlo. Mantenga el cable al resguardo del calor, del aceite, de los bordes afi lados o de las piezas móviles del apa rato. Los cables dañados o retorcidos aumentan el riesgo de descarga eléctrica. e) Al trabajar con herramientas eléctricas al aire libre, utilice sólo cables de ex 8 ES tensión que también estén autorizados para su uso en exteriores. El uso de una extensión adecuada para su empleo en exteriores disminuye el riesgo de descarga eléctrica. f) Si es inevitable usar esta herramienta eléctrica en un entorno húmedo, utili ce un interruptor de corriente de de fecto. El uso de un interruptor de corriente de defecto reduce el riesgo de descarga eléctrica. 3. Seguridad de las personas a) Sea cuidadoso en todo momento, preste atención a lo que hace y proce da con prudencia al trabajar con una herramienta eléctrica. No utilice el aparato si está cansado o si se encuen tra bajo el efecto de drogas, alcohol o medicamentos. Un simple momento de descuido durante el uso del aparato podría causar lesiones graves. b) Lleve equipo de protección individual y siempre unas gafas de protección. Si lleva equipo de protección personal, como mascarilla antipolvo, zapatos de seguridad antideslizantes, casco de seguridad o protección auditiva, en función del tipo y la utilización de la herramienta eléctrica, reducirá el riesgo de daños. c) Evite una conexión accidental del apa rato. Asegúrese de que la herramienta eléctrica esté desconectada antes de conectarla al suministro eléctrico, antes de sostenerla o moverla. Si al mover el aparato ha puesto el dedo sobre el interruptor de CONEXIÓN / DESCONEXIÓN o si ha conectado el aparato, podrían producirse accidentes. d) Extraiga las herramientas de ajuste o llaves antes de encender el aparato. Cualquier herramienta o llave que se encuentre en una pieza giratoria del aparato puede provocar lesiones. e) Evite posturas inadecuadas. Procure estar en una posición segura y man tenga en todo momento el equilibrio. Indicaciones generales de seguridad para herramientas eléctricas De este modo podrá controlar mejor el aparato, especialmente en situaciones inesperadas. f) Utilice ropa adecuada. No use joyas ni ropas flojas. Mantenga su cabello, ropa y guantes alejados de las partes móviles. La ropa floja, las joyas o el pelo largo pueden engancharse en las piezas móviles. g) Si los dispositivos de aspiración y re colección de polvo están montados, asegúrese de que estén conectados y sean correctamente utilizados. El uso de estos dispositivos disminuye los peligros causados por el polvo. 4. Manejo y uso cuidadoso de las herramientas eléctricas a) No sobrecargue el aparato. Emplee en su trabajo la herramienta eléctrica adecuada para el mismo. Si usa la herramienta adecuada dentro de la potencia indicada trabajará mejor y de forma más segura. b) No utilice una herramienta eléctrica cuyo interruptor tenga algún defecto. Una herramienta eléctrica que no se puede encender o apagar es un peligro y debe repararse. c) Retire la clavija del enchufe antes de realizar ajustes en el aparato, cambi ar accesorios o depositar el aparato sobre una superficie. Esta medida de precaución evita que se ponga en marcha el aparato por accidente. d) Conserve las herramientas eléctricas que no use fuera del alcance de los ni ños. No permita utilizar el aparato a personas que no estén familiarizadas con él o que no hayan leído estas indicaciones. Las herramientas eléctricas son peligrosas si las usan personas sin experiencia. e) Cuide el aparato. Compruebe que las piezas móviles funcionen correctamen te y no se atasquen, y que no haya piezas rotas o tan dañadas que perju diquen al funcionamiento del aparato. Haga reparar las piezas dañadas an tes de usar el equipo. La causa de muchos accidentes es el uso de herramientas eléctricas que no han recibido el mantenimiento adecuado. f) Mantenga las herramientas de corte afiladas y limpias. Las herramientas de corte con filos cortantes conservadas cuidadosamente se enganchan menos y son más fáciles de manejar. g) U tilice la herramienta eléctrica, los ac cesorios, las herramientas adicionales, etc. de acuerdo con estas indicaciones y del modo que se describe para este tipo de aparato en concreto. Tenga en cuenta las condiciones de trabajo y la actividad que se va a realizar. El uso de herramientas eléctricas para fines diferentes de los previstos puede provocar situaciones peligrosas. I ndicaciones de seguridad específicas del aparato para la herramienta mul tiusos J Sujete la herramienta eléctrica fírme mente con ambas manos mientras tra baja con ella y busque siempre una posición estable. La herramienta eléctrica se maneja de forma más segura con las dos manos. J Sujete la pieza de trabajo. Es más seguro sujetar la pieza de trabajo con dispositivos de fijación o tornillos de banco que con las manos. J Mantenga siempre limpio su lugar de trabajo. Las mezclas de materiales son especialmente peligrosas. El polvo de metales ligeros puede inflamarse o explotar. J No ponga en funcionamiento el aparato con el cable de red o enchufe dañados. J No toque el cable de red en caso de desconectarse o sufrir daños durante el funcionamiento. Extraiga inmediatamente el enchufe de la toma y a continuación ES 9 Indicaciones generales de seguridad para… / Montaje haga reparar el aparato exclusivamente por un técnico o por el punto de asistencia que le corresponda. Los cables dañados aumentan el riesgo de descarga eléctrica. J Utilice guantes de protección para cambiar las herramientas adicionales. Éstas se calientan con el uso prolongado. J Utilice la herramienta eléctrica única mente para rectificado en seco. J Nunca utilice el aparato si está húme do ni en ambientes húmedos. La entrada de agua en el aparato aumenta el riesgo de descarga eléctrica. J Mantenga las manos apartadas de la zona de corte. No coja nunca la pieza de trabajo. Existe peligro de lesiones si entra en contacto con la hoja de sierra. J Utilice los dispositivos de búsqueda adecuados para detectar los cables de abastecimiento ocultos o consulte a los proveedores locales para ello. El contacto con las conducciones de electricidad puede provocar incendios y descargas eléctricas. Si se daña una conducción de gas puede provocarse una explosión. La perforación de una conducción de agua causa daños materiales efectivos o puede producir una descarga eléctrica. J En caso de utilizar el aparato en el exterior, conéctelo a un interruptor de corriente de fuga con una corriente de desconexión máxima de 30 mA. Utilice exclusivamente una extensión homologada para exteriores. ¡Vapores tóxicos! El polvo J nocivo / tóxico generado durante el trabajo supone un riesgo para la salud de quien maneja el aparato o de las personas que estén cerca. J Al trabajar plásticos, pinturas, lacas, etc. procure que haya ventilación suficiente. J No humedezca los materiales ni las superficies en las que va a trabajar con líquidos que contengan disolvente. 10 ES Q Indicaciones de trabajo Principio de trabajo: Por medio del accionamiento oscilante, la herramienta vibra hasta 21.000 veces por minuto. Esto permite un trabajo preciso en un área muy reducida. Serrar / separar: J Utilice sólo hojas de sierra sin daños y en perfecto estado. Hojas de sierra deformadas, desafiladas o dañadas se pueden romper. J Al serrar materiales ligeros de construcción tenga en cuenta las disposiciones legales y las recomendaciones del fabricante. J Trabaje sólo con materiales blandos como madera, cartón yeso o similares Lijar: J Procure ejercer siempre una presión regular sobre la pieza de trabajo para aumentar la vida útil de las lijas para pulidora. Apriete el tornillo 6 con la llave macho hexagonal 8 . J Compruebe el firme asiento de la her ramienta. Herramientas mal colocadas o de forma insegura podrían soltarse mientras trabaja con ellas y causarle lesiones. Q Colocar la lija en la placa j Ponga la lija 9 a un lado de la placa 10 al ras y a continuación colóquela en la placa. Q Aspiración de polvo y virutas No trabaje con material que contenga amianto. El amianto puede ser cancerígeno. Antes de proceder a los tra bajos con la herramienta eléctrica, desenchufe siempre el equipo de la toma de corriente. j Coja una herramienta de inserción ya montada. Afloje, con ayuda de la llave macho hexagonal 8 el tornillo 6 y retire la herramienta. j Coloque la herramienta de inserción (p. ej. la hoja de sierra sumergible 7 ) en el asiento de las herramientas 5 . ¡Advertencia! ¡Peligro de incen dio! Al trabajar con aparatos eléctricos que disponen de una caja colectora de polvo o que pueden estar conectados con el aspirador mediante un dispositivo de aspiración existe peligro de incendio Bajo condiciones adversas, como por ejemplo en caso de chispas, o al pulir el metal o los restos de metal en madera puede encenderse el polvo de madera en la bolsa para polvo (o en la bolsa para polvo de la aspiradora). Esto puede ocurrir especialmente cuando el polvo de la madera está mezclado con restos de laca o de otras sustancias químicas y la pieza a pulir se ha calentado después de haber trabajado con ella por largo tiempo. Por ello, evite a toda costa un recalentamiento de la pieza a pulir y del aparato y antes de hacer una pausa vacíe siempre la caja colectora de polvo o la bolsa para polvo del aspirador. Lleve una máscara de protección contra el polvo. j Utilice siempre la aspiración de polvo. j Mantenga su lugar de trabajo bien aireado. ES 11 Montaje / Puesta en marcha / Limpieza y mantenimiento / Eliminación j Respete la normativa vigente en su país referente a los materiales de trabajo. Q Conexión del aspirador de polvo j Conecte siempre un dispositivo de aspiración Q Preseleccionar el número de oscilaciones NOTA: El número de oscilaciones necesario depende del material y de las condiciones de trabajo; puede calcularse con la práctica. j Seleccione el número deseado de oscilaciones mediante la rueda de ajuste 2 . del polvo cuando lije. Conectar: j Deslice el adaptador para aspiración externa 12 en el manguito de aspiración 3 . En caso necesario, utilice la pieza de reducción 13 , insertándola en el adaptador para aspiración externa 12 . j Desplace el conducto de un dispositivo de aspirador (p. ej. de un aspirador para taller) hacia el adaptador para la aspiración externa 12 o la pieza reductora 13 . Retirar: j Retire el conducto del dispositivo de aspiración del adaptador para la aspiración externa 12 . j Retire el adaptador para aspiración externa 12 ; dado el caso, con la pieza reductora 13 . Q Puesta en marcha ¡Tenga en cuenta la tensión de red! La tensión de la fuente de corriente debe coincidir con las especificaciones de la placa indicadora de la herramienta eléctrica. Las herramientas eléctricas indicadas con 230 V también pueden operarse con 220 V. Sicurezza dell’area di lavoro a) Mantenere l’area di lavoro pulita e ben illuminata. Il disordine ed aree di lavoro poco illuminate possono determinare incidenti. b) Non lavorare con l’apparec chio in un’atmosfera dove si trovino liquidi infiammabili, esplosiva, gas e polveri. Gli utensili elettrici generano scintille che possono infiammare la polvere o i gas. c) Durante l’utilizzo del disposi tivo elettrico tenere lontani bambini e persone estranee. In caso di distrazione potreste perdere il controllo dell’apparecchio. 2. Sicurezza elettrica Evitare il pericolo di morte a seguito di scossa elettrica: a) L a spina di connessione dell’apparec chio deve essere adatta alla presa elet trica nella quale essa viene inserita. In nessun caso l’adattatore deve essere modificato. Non utilizzare spine con apparecchi messi a terra. Spine non modificate e prese adatte riducono il rischio di una scossa elettrica. b) Evitare il contatto del corpo con superfici messe a terra, quali ad esempio quelle di tubi, caloriferi, cucine economiche e frigoriferi. Sussiste un elevato rischio di scossa elettrica, qualora il Vostro corpo fosse messo a terra. c) Mantenere l’apparecchio lon tano da pioggia o umidità. La penetrazione di acqua in un apparecchio elettrico accresce il rischio di scossa elettrica. d) Non utilizzare il cavo in modo non conforme, cioè per tirare l’apparecchio, per appenderlo o per estrarre la spina dalla presa elet trica. Tenere il cavo lontano da calore, olio, spigoli acuti o di parti in movimento 18 IT/MT dell’apparecchio. Cavi danneggiati o attorcigliati accrescono il rischio di scossa elettrica. e) In caso di lavori all’aperto utilizzare solamente prolunghe ammesse anche per un loro utilizzo all‘aperto. L’utilizzo di una tale prolunga riduce il rischio di scossa elettrica. f) Qualora non si possa evitare l‘eserci zio dell’elettroutensile in un ambiente umido, fare uso di un interruttore differenziale, circostanza che riduce il rischio di una scossa elettrica. 3. Sicurezza delle persone a) Fare sempre estrema attenzione a ciò che si fa e accostarsi al lavoro con il dispositivo elettrico sempre in modo cosciente. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio quando si è stanchi o sotto l’influsso di droghe, alcol o medicinali. Un solo attimo di disattenzione nell’utilizzo dell’apparecchio può provocare serie lesioni. b) Indossare sempre l’equipag giamento di protezione perso nale e gli occhiali protettivi. Indossando l’equipaggiamento di protezione personale, quale una mascherina antipolvere, scarpe di sicurezza antisdrucciolevoli, un casco di protezione o una protezione auricolare, a seconda del tipo e dell’utilizzo dell’apparecchiatura elettrica, riduce il rischio di lesioni. c) Evitare qualsiasi avvio involontario dell’utensile. Assicurarsi che l’utensile sia disinserito prima di collegarlo alla rete di alimentazione elettrica, di sol levarlo o di trasportarlo. Se durante il trasporto dell’apparecchio il dito dell’utilizzatore si trova sull’interruttore ON / OFF oppure l’apparecchio è inserito, possono determinarsi incidenti. d) Prima di avviare l’apparecchio, rimuovere il dispositivo di regolazione o la chiave per dadi. Un utensile o una chiave che si trovi in una parte di apparecchio in rotazione può provocare lesioni. In questo modo è possibile controllare meglio l’apparecchio, in modo particolare in caso di situazioni impreviste. f) Indossare un abbigliamento appropria to. Non indossare un abbigliamento largo o bigiotteria. Mantenere capelli, abbigliamento e guanti lontano da parti in movimento. Abbigliamento sciolto, gioielli o capelli lunghi possono essere trascinati da parti in movimento. g) Quando vengono montati dispositivi di aspirazione e di cattura della pol vere, assicurarsi che questi siano stati montati ed utilizzati correttamente. L’utilizzo di questi dispositivi riduce i pericoli provocati dalla polvere. 4. U tilizzo attento di dispositivi elettrici a) Non sovraccaricare l’apparecchio. Per un determinato lavoro utilizzare sem pre il dispositivo elettrico a ciò appro priato. Con il dispositivo elettrico appropriato si lavora meglio e con maggiore sicurezza nello specifico ambito di utilizzo. b) Non utilizzare dispositivi elettrici il cui interruttore sia difettoso. Un dispositivo elettrico che non si può più accendere e spegnere rappresenta un pericolo, e deve essere riparato. c) Estrarre la spina dalla presa elettrica prima di eseguire regolazioni all‘apparecchio, sostituire accessori o riporre l‘apparecchio. Queste misure di prudenza impediscono l’avvio involontario dell’apparecchio. d) Mantenere dispositivi elettrici non uti lizzati fuori dalla portata di bambini. Non fare utilizzare l’apparecchio da persone che non lo conoscano o del quale non abbiano letto le istruzioni d’uso. I dispositivi elettrici sono pericolosi se utilizzati da persone inesperte. e) Avere cura dell’apparecchio. Control lare se parti mobili dell’apparecchio funzionano perfettamente e non si bloccano, se parti di esso sono rotte o danneggiate, che la funzionalità dell’apparecchio non sia messa a rischio. Fare riparare le parti danneg giate prima di utilizzare di nuovo l’ap parecchio. Molti incidenti sono provocati dal fatto che i dispositivi elettrici non vengono sottoposti ad una corretta manutenzione. f) Mantenere gli utensili di taglio affilati e puliti. Utensili di taglio curati con attenzione e fornitidi bordi taglienti si incastrano meno frequentemente e sono semplici da guidare durante il lavoro. g) Utilizzare dispositivi elettrici, accesso ri, i dispositivi da inserire ecc, in con formità alle presenti istruzioni e nel modo descritto per questo particolare tipologia di apparecchio. In questo senso, tenere presente le condizioni di lavoro e l’attività da eseguire. L’utilizzo di dispositivi elettrici per scopi diversi da quelli previsti può provocare situazioni di pericolo. I ndicazioni di sicurezza specifiche per l’attrezzo multifunzione J Durante l’esecuzione della lavorazione tenere l’utensile elettrico fermamente con entrambe le mani e una posizione stabile e sicura. L’utensile elettrico viene guidato con maggiore sicurezza con due mani. J Bloccare il pezzo da lavorare. Un pezzo da lavorare fissato con disposistivo di serraggio o morsa a vite con maggiore sicurezza che non con la mano dell’utilizzatore. J Mantenere pulita la postazione di lavoro. Miscele di materiale sono particolarmente pericolose. La polvere di metallo leggero può prendere fuoco o esplodere. J Non avviare l’apparecchio in caso di cavo di alimentazione o di spina dan neggiati. IT/MT 19 Istruzioni di sicurezza generali per utensili elettrici / Montaggio J Non toccare il cavo di alimentazione se durante la lavorazione esso venisse danneggiato o tranciato. Estrarre immediatamente la spina e fare riparare l’apparecchio esclusivamente da un esperto o dal Centro di Assistenza competente. Cavi danneggiati accrescono il rischio di scossa elettrica. J Sostituendo gli utensili accessori utiliz zati indossare guanti di sicurezza. Dopo essere stati usati a lungo gli utensili accessori si riscaldano. J L’apparecchio elettrico può essere usato solamente per lavori di leviga tura a secco. J Non far funzionare l’apparecchio quando è umido o in un ambiente umido- La penetrazione di acqua nell’apparecchio elettrico accresce il rischio di scossa elettrica. J Tenere le mani lontano dalla zona operativa. Non afferrare con le mani la parte inferiore del pezzo da lavorare. In caso di contatto con la lama della sega sussiste il pericolo di lesioni. J Utilizzare un dispositivo di ricerca adatto per individuare linee di ali mentazione elettrica nascoste, oppu re chiedere informazioni al fornitore locale di energia elettrica. Il contatto con linee elettriche può provocare un incendio ed una scossa elettrica. Il danneggiamento di una conduttura del gas può provocare un’esplosione. La penetrazione in una conduttura dell’acqua provoca danni materiali e puó provocare una scossa elettrica. J Quando si lavora all’aperto collegare l’apparecchio ad un interruttore diffe renziale (FI) con una corrente applicata non superiore a 30 mA. Per lavori all’esterno utilizzare la prolunga adatta allo scopo. J Gas nocivi! La lavorazione di polveri dannose o velenose rappresenta un pericolo per la salute degli operatori o delle persone che si trovano nei pressi dell’area di lavoro. J Assicurare una sufficiente aerazione in caso di lavorazione di materiale plastico, colori, vernici, ecc. J Non impregnare materiali o superfici da lavorare con liquidi contenenti sol venti. Q Indicazioni relative alla lavorazione Principio di lavoro: Tramite l’azionamento oscillante, l’utensile oscilla fino a 21.000 volte per minuto. Questo consente lavori precisi in uno spazio estremamente ristretto. Segare / Tagliare: J Utilizzare esclusivamente lame non danneggiate ed in perfette condizioni. J Lame deformate, non affilate oppure altrimenti danneggiate possono rompersi. J Segando materiali leggeri da costruzione, rispettare le vigenti norme legislative e le raccomandazioni della casa costruttrice del materiale che si lavora. J Seguendo il procedimento di taglio dal centro possono essere lavorati solo materiali teneri quali legno, lastre di carton gesso o simili! Levigatura: J Per aumentare la durata dei fogli abrasivi avere sempre cura di esercitare una pressione uniforme. A questo scopo stringere la vite 6 con la chiave a brugola 8 . J Verificare che l’utensile accessorio sia ben fermo nella sua sede. Utensili accessori fissati male o in modo non sicuro possono allentarsi durante il funzionamento e procurare lesioni all’utilizzatore. Q Applicare il foglio abrasivo sul platorello abrasivo j Applicare il foglio abrasivo 9 a filo con un lato del platorello abrasivo 10 , e in seguito posare il foglio abrasivo sul platorello abrasivo. Lavorando con apparecchi elettrici forniti di un sacchetto per la polvere, o che possono essere collegati con un apparecchio corrispondente, sussiste un pericolo di incendio! In condizioni sfavorevoli, ad esemIT/MT 21 Montaggio / Avvio / Manutenzione e pulizia pio nel caso in cui vengano generate scintille levigando il metallo o resti di metallo nel legno, la polvere di legno può prendere fuoco nel sacchetto della polvere (o nel sacchetto del filtro dell’aspirapolvere). Ciò può accadere in modo particolare qualora la polvere di legno sia mescolata con resti di verniciatura o altri prodotti chimici, ed il pezzo molato è caldo dopo un lavoro durato lungo tempo. Si prega quindi di evitare assolutamente un surriscaldamento del pezzo da levigare e dell’apparecchio, e prima di effettuare pause nella lavorazione svuotare sempre il sacchetto della polvere e del filtro dell’aspirapolvere. Indossare sempre una mascherina antipolvere! j Utilizzare sempre un sistema di aspirazione di polvere. j Fare in modo che il luogo di lavoro sia ben bentilato. j Osservare le norme relative ai materiali da lavorare in vigore nel Paese di utilizzo. Q Collegamento del sistema di aspirazione di polvere j Per la levigatura collegare sempre un sistema di aspirazione della polvere. Collegamento: j Spingere l'adattatore per l'aspirazione esterna 12 nella presa per adattatore 3 . Se necessario utilizzare il riduttore 13 , spingendolo nell'adattatore per aspirazione esterna 12 . j Spingere il tubo flessibile di un dispositivo di aspirazione ammesso (ad esempio di un aspirapolvere industriale) sull’adattatore per aspirazione esterna 12 o sul riduttore 13 . Estrazione: j Sfilare il tubo flessibile del dispositivo di aspirazione dall‘adattatore per aspirazione esterna 12 . j Sfilare l‘adattatore per aspirazione esterna 12 se necessario con il riduttore 13 . 22 IT/MT Q Avvio Rispettare la tensione di rete! La tensione della rete deve corrispondere a quella indicata sulla targhetta dell’elettroutensile. Gli elettroutensili con l’indicazione di 230 V possono essere collegati anche alla rete di 220 V. Q Preselezione della frequenza di oscillazione NOTA: Il numero di oscillazioni necessario dipende dal tipo di materiale in lavorazione e dalle specifiche condizioni operative e può essere quindi determinato a seconda del caso eseguendo delle prove pratiche. j Tramite la rotellina per la preselezione del numero di oscillazioni 2 è possibile preselezionare la frequenza di oscillazione richiesta anche in fase di funzionamento. The wearing of personal protective equipment such as dust masks, non-slip safety shoes, safety helmets or ear protectors, appropriate to the type of electrical power tool used and work undertaken, reduces the risk of injury. c) Avoid unintentional operation of the device. Check that the electrical pow er tool is switched off before you con nect it to the mains, pick it up or carry it. Accidents can happen if you carry the device with your finger on the ON / OFF switch or with the device switched on. d) Remove any setting tools or spanners before you switch the device on. A tool or spanner left attached to a rotating part of a device can lead to injury. e) Avoid placing your body in an unnat ural position. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Penetration of a water pipe can lead to property damage or to electric shock. J If you use the device outdoors, always connect it through a residual current device (RCD) with a maximum trip cur rent of 30 mA. If using an extension lead, always use one that is approved for outdoor use. J Noxious fumes! Any harmful / noxious dusts generated from sanding represent a risk to the health of the person operating the device and to anyone near the work area. J Ensure that there is adequate ventila tion when working on plastic, paint, varnish etc. J Do not soak the materials or the sur face you are about to work on with liquids containing solvents. Q Advice on use Q Assembly Q Selecting the right tool Segment saw blade 11 Materials: Wood, plastic, non-ferrous metals Use: · Cutting and plunge sawing · Close to the edge sawing, even in difficult to access areas Example: Parquet including floor coverings, also with plunge cuts. Principle of operation: The oscillating drive causes the attached tool to vibrate backwards and forwards up to 21.000 times per minute. This means the tool can produce precise work in the tightest of spaces. Sawing / cutting: J Use only undamaged, defect-free saw blades. Distorted, blunt or otherwise damaged saw blades could break. J When sawing lightweight building materials, observe the statutory requirements and the manufacturer’s recommendations. J Use the device in plunge sawing mode on soft materials such as wood, gypsum plaster board etc. only! Plunge saw blade 7 Materials: Wood, plastic, plasterboard and other soft materials Use: · Cutting and plunge sawing · Close to the edge sawing, even in difficult to access areas Example: Sawing of recesses in lightweight walls. Sanding: J Ensure that you use even contact pressure. This will increase sanding sheet life. Backing plate 10 30 GB/MT Assembly Materials: Wood, paint Use: · Sanding at edges and in difficult to access areas Q Changing the attached tool J Warning! DANGER OF INJURY! Pull the mains plug out of the mains socket before you carry out any task on the electrical power tool. j Remove any tool already inserted. To do this, release the screw 6 using the Allen key 8 and take off the tool. j Place the tool (e.g. plunge saw blade 7 ) on the tool mount 5 . NOTE: You can place the tool in any of the possible positions on the tool mount 5 . j Fasten the tool in place with the screw and washer 6 . Tighten the crew 6 using the Allen key 8 . J Check that the tool is firmly seated. Incorrectly or insecurely attached tools could become lose during use and injure you. Q Place a sanding sheet on the backing plate j Offer up the sanding sheet 9 to fit flushly on one side of the backing plate 10 , then apply the sanding sheet to the backing plate. Q Vacuum extraction of dust / debris Do not use the tool on materials containing asbestos. Asbestos is a known carcinogen. Warning! Danger of fire! There is the danger of fire when working with electrical devices that have a dust box or can be connected to a vacuum cleaner. Under certain conditions the wood dust in the dust extraction bag (or in the vac- uum‘s dust bag) may ignite, e.g. as a result of flying sparks generated when abrading metals or metal objects left in wood. This can happen particularly if the wood dust is mixed with paint residue or other chemicals and the abraded particles are hot from prolonged abrasion. Therefore you must empty the device’s dust collection box and the vacuum cleaner’s dust bag before taking a break or stopping work and always avoid overheating of the abraded particles and the device. Wear a dust mask! j Always use vacuum dust extraction. j Ensure that your working area is well ventilated. j Observe the regulations applicable in your country for the materials you are working on. Q Connecting a vacuum dust extraction device j Always connect a vacuum dust extraction device when you are sanding. Connection: j Push the adapter for external vacuum extraction 12 on to the dust extraction port 3 . If it is necessary to use the reducer piece 13 , push the reducer piece into the adapter for external vacuum extraction 12 . j Push the hose of a suitable dust extraction de vice approved for that purpose (e.g. a workshop vacuum cleaner) on to the adapter for external vacuum extraction 12 or the reducer piece 13 . Removal: j Pull the hose of the dust extraction device off the adapter for external vacuum extraction 12 . j Pull off the adapter for external vacuum extraction 12 (with the reducer piece 13 if used). Lesen Sie alle Sicherheits hinweise und Anweisungen. Versäumnisse bei der Einhaltung der Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen können elektrischen Schlag, Brand und / oder schwere Verletzungen verursachen. Bewahren Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen für die Zukunft auf. Der in den Sicherheitshinweisen verwendete Begriff „Elektrowerkzeug“ bezieht sich auf netzbetriebene Elektrowerkzeuge (mit Netzkabel) und auf akkubetriebene Elektrowerkzeuge (ohne Netzkabel). 1. Arbeitsplatz-Sicherheit a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich sauber und gut beleuchtet. Unordnung und unbeleuchtete Arbeitsbereiche können zu Unfällen führen. b) Arbeiten Sie mit dem Elektro werkzeug nicht in explosions gefährdeter Umgebung, in der sich brennbare Flüssigkeiten, Gase oder Stäube befinden. Elektrowerkzeuge erzeugen Funken, die den Staub oder die Dämpfe entzünden können. DE/AT 37 Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise für Elektrowerkzeuge Halten Sie Kinder und andere Personen während der Benut zung des Elektrowerkzeugs fern. Bei Ablenkung können Sie die Kontrolle über das Gerät verlieren. c) 2. Elektrische Sicherheit Vermeiden Sie Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Schlag: a) Der Anschlussstecker des Elektrowerk zeuges muss in die Steckdose passen. Der Stecker darf in keiner Weise verän dert werden. Verwenden Sie keine Adapterstecker gemeinsam mit schutzgeerdeten Elektrowerkzeugen. Unveränderte Stecker und passende Steckdosen verringern das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages. b) Vermeiden Sie Körperkontakt mit ge erdeten Oberflächen, wie von Rohren, Heizungen, Herden und Kühlschränken. Es besteht ein erhöhtes Risiko durch elektrischen Schlag, wenn Ihr Körper geerdet ist. c) Halten Sie Elektrowerkzeuge von Regen oder Nässe fern. Der Einsatz eines Fehlerstromschutzschalters vermindert das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages. 3. Sicherheit von Personen a) S eien Sie stets aufmerksam, achten Sie darauf, was Sie tun und gehen Sie mit Vernunft an die Arbeit mit einem Elektro werkzeug. Benutzen Sie kein Elektro werkzeug, wenn Sie müde sind oder unter dem Einfluss von Drogen, Alkohol oder Medikamenten stehen. Ein Moment der Unachtsamkeit beim Gebrauch des Elektrowerkzeuges kann zu ernsthaften Verletzungen führen. b) Tragen Sie persönliche Schutzausrüstung und immer eine Schutzbrille. Das Tragen persön licher Schutzausrüstung wie Staubmaske, rutschfeste Sicherheitsschuhe, Schutzhelm oder Gehörschutz, je nach Art und Einsatz des Elektrowerkzeuges, verringert das Risiko von Verletzungen. c) Vermeiden Sie eine unbeabsichtigte Inbetriebnahme. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Elektrowerkzeug aus geschaltet ist, bevor Sie es an die Stromversorgung anschließen, es auf nehmen oder tragen. Halten Sie Haare, Kleidung und Hand schuhe fern von sich bewegenden Teilen. Lockere Kleidung, Schmuck oder lange Haare können von sich bewegenden Teilen erfasst werden. g) Wenn Staubabsaug- und -auffangein richtungen montiert werden können, vergewissern Sie sich, dass diese angeschlossen sind und richtig ver wendet werden. Die Verwendung einer Staubabsaugung kann Gefährdungen durch Staub verringern. f) 4. Verwendung und Behandlung des Elektrowerkzeugs a) Überlasten Sie das Gerät nicht. Ver wenden Sie für Ihre Arbeit das dafür bestimmte Elektrowerkzeug. Mit dem passenden Elektrowerkzeug arbeiten Sie besser und sicherer im angegebenen Leistungsbereich. b) Benutzen Sie kein Elektrowerkzeug, dessen Schalter defekt ist. Ein Elektrowerkzeug, das sich nicht mehr ein- oder ausschalten lässt, ist gefährlich und muss repariert werden. c) Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steck dose, bevor Sie Geräteeinstellungen vornehmen, Zubehörteile wechseln oder das Gerät weglegen. Diese Vorsichtsmaßnahme verhindert den unbeabsichtigten Start des Elektrowerkzeuges. d) Bewahren Sie unbenutzte Elektrowerk zeuge außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf. Lassen Sie Personen das Gerät nicht benutzen, die mit diesem nicht vertraut sind oder diese Anwei sungen nicht gelesen haben. Elektrowerkzeuge sind gefährlich, wenn sie von unerfahrenen Personen benutzt werden. e) Pflegen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge mit Sorgfalt. Kontrollieren Sie, ob beweg liche Teile einwandfrei funktionieren und nicht klemmen, ob Teile gebrochen oder so beschädigt sind, dass die Funk tion des Elektrowerkzeuges beeinträch tigt ist. Lassen Sie beschädigte Teile vor dem Einsatz des Gerätes reparieren. Viele Unfälle haben ihre Ursache in schlecht gewarteten Elektrowerkzeugen. f) Halten Sie Schneidwerkzeuge scharf und sauber. Sorgfältig gepflegte Schneidwerkzeuge mit scharfen Schneidkanten verklemmen sich weniger und sind leichter zu führen. g) Verwenden Sie Elektrowerkzeug, Zubehör, Einsatzwerkzeuge usw. entsprechend diesen Anweisungen. Berücksichtigen Sie dabei die Arbeits bedingungen und die auszuführende Tätigkeit. Der Gebrauch von Elektrowerkzeugen für andere als die vorgesehenen Anwendungen kann zu gefährlichen Situationen führen. erätespezifische G Sicherheitshinweise für das Multifunktionswerkzeug J Halten Sie das Elektrowerkzeug beim Arbeiten fest mit beiden Händen und sorgen Sie für einen sicheren Stand. Das Elektrowerkzeug wird mit zwei Händen sicherer geführt. J Sichern Sie das Werkstück. Ein mit Spannvorrichtungen oder Schraubstock festgehaltenes Werkstück ist sicherer gehalten als mit Ihrer Hand. J Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber. Materialmischungen sind besonders gefährlich. Leichtmetallstaub kann brennen oder explodieren. J Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht mit beschä digtem Netzkabel oder Netzstecker. J Berühren Sie nicht das Netzkabel, wenn es während des Betriebs be schädigt oder durchtrennt wird. Ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker und lassen Sie das Gerät anschließend ausschließlich von einem Fachmann oder der zuständigen Servicestelle reparieren. Beschädigte Kabel erhöhen das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages. DE/AT 39 Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise für Elektrowerkzeuge / Montage J Tragen Sie beim Wechsel der Einsatz werkzeuge Schutzhandschuhe. Einsatzwerkzeuge werden bei längerem Gebrauch warm. J Verwenden Sie das Elektrowerkzeug nur für Trockenschliff. J Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht wenn es feucht ist und auch nicht in feuchter Umgebung. Das Eindringen von Wasser in ein Elektrogerät erhöht das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages. J Halten Sie die Hände vom Sägebereich fern. Greifen Sie nicht unter das Werkstück. Bei Kontakt mit dem Sägeblatt besteht Verletzungsgefahr. J Verwenden Sie geeignete Suchgeräte, um verborgene Versorgungsleitungen aufzuspüren, oder ziehen Sie die ört liche Versorgungsgesellschaft hinzu. Kontakt mit Elektroleitungen kann zu Feuer und elektrischem Schlag führen. Beschädigung einer Gasleitung kann zur Explosion führen. Eindringen in eine Wasserleitung verursacht Sachbeschädigung oder kann einen elektrischen Schlag verursachen. J Schließen Sie, wenn Sie im Freien arbeiten, das Gerät über einen Fehler strom (FI)-Schutzschalter mit maximal 30 mA Auslösestrom an. Verwenden Sie nur ein für den Außenbereich zugelassenes Verlängerungskabel. J Giftige Dämpfe! Die durch die Bearbeitung entstehenden schädlichen / giftigen Stäube stellen eine Gesundheitsgefährdung für die Bedienperson oder in der Nähe befindliche Personen dar. J Sorgen Sie bei der Bearbeitung von Kunststoffen, Farben, Lacken, etc. für ausreichende Belüftung. J Tränken Sie Materialien oder zu bearbeitende Flächen nicht mit lö sungsmittelhaltigen Flüssigkeiten. 40 DE/AT Q Arbeitshinweise Arbeitsprinzip: Durch den oszillierenden Antrieb schwingt das Einsatzwerkzeug bis zu 21.000 mal pro Minute hin und her. Das ermöglicht präzises Arbeiten auf engstem Raum. Sägen / Trennen: J Verwenden Sie nur unbeschädigte, einwandfreie Sägeblätter. Verbogene, unscharfe oder anderweitig beschädigte Sägeblätter können brechen. J Beachten Sie beim Sägen von Leichtbaustoffen die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und Empfehlungen der Materialhersteller. J Es dürfen nur weiche Werkstoffe wie Holz, Gipskarton o.Ä. im Tauchsägeverfahren bearbeitet werden! Schleifen: J Achten Sie auf gleichmäßigen Anpressdruck, um die Lebensdauer der Schleifblätter zu erhöhen. Q Montage Q Einsatzwerkzeug auswählen Segmentsägeblatt 11 Werkstoffe: Holz, Kunststoff, Nichteisen-Metalle Anwendung: · Trenn- und Tauchsägeschnitte · randnahes Sägen, auch in schwer zugänglichen Bereichen Beispiel: Bearbeiten von Parkett u.a. Bodenbelägen, auch mit Tauchschnitten. Montage Tauchsägeblatt 7 Werkstoffe: Holz, Kunststoff, Gips und andere weiche Materialien Anwendung: · Trenn- und Tauchsägeschnitte · randnahes Sägen, auch in schwer zugänglichen Bereichen Beispiel: Sägen von Aussparungen an Leichtbauwänden. HINWEIS: Sie können die Einsatzwerkzeuge in beliebigen Rasterpositionen auf die Werkzeugaufnahme 5 aufsetzen. j Befestigen Sie das Einsatzwerkzeug mit der Schraube und Scheibe 6 . Ziehen Sie hierzu die Schraube 6 mit dem Innensechskantschlüssel 8 fest. J Prüfen Sie das Einsatzwerkzeug auf festen Sitz. Falsch oder nicht sicher befestigte Einsatzwerkzeuge können sich während des Betriebs lösen und Sie verletzen. Q Schleifblatt auf die Schleifplatte aufsetzen j Setzen Sie das Schleifblatt 9 an einer Seite der Schleifplatte 10 bündig an, legen Sie das Schleifblatt anschließend auf die Schleifplatte auf. Q Staub- / Späneabsaugung Asbesthaltiges Material darf nicht bearbeitet werden. Asbest gilt als krebserregend. Schleifplatte 10 Werkstoffe: Holz, Farbe Anwendung: · Schleifen an Rändern und schwer zugänglichen Bereichen Q Einsatzwerkzeug J wechseln Warnung! VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR! Ziehen Sie vor allen Arbeiten am Elek trowerkzeug den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. j Entnehmen Sie gegebenenfalls ein bereits montiertes Einsatzwerkzeug. Lösen Sie hierzu mit dem Innensechskantschlüssel 8 die Schraube 6 und nehmen Sie das Einsatzwerkzeug ab. j Setzen Sie das Einsatzwerkzeug (z.B. das Tauchsägeblatt 7 ) auf die Werkzeugaufnahme 5 . Warnung! Brandgefahr! Beim Arbeiten mit Elektrogeräten, die über eine Staubfangbox verfügen oder durch eine Staubabsaugvorrichtung mit dem Staubsauger verbunden werden können, besteht Brandgefahr! Unter ungünstigen Bedingungen, wie z.B. bei Funkenflug, beim Schleifen von Metall oder Metallresten in Holz, kann sich Holzstaub im Staubsack (oder im Staubbeutel des Staubsaugers) selbst entzünden. Dies kann insbesondere dann geschehen, wenn der Holzstaub mit Lackresten oder anderen chemischen Stoffen vermischt ist und das Schleifgut nach langem Arbeiten heiß ist. Vermeiden Sie deshalb unbedingt eine Überhitzung des Schleifguts und des Gerätes und entleeren Sie vor Arbeitspausen stets die Staubfangbox bzw. den Staubbeutel des Staubsaugers. DE/AT 41 Sicherheit//Inbetriebnahme Montage Bedienung / Wartung und Reinigung / Entsorgung Tragen Sie eine Staubschutzmaske! j Benutzen Sie immer eine Staubabsaugung. j Sorgen Sie für gute Belüftung des Arbeitsplatzes. j Beachten Sie in Ihrem Land gültige Vorschriften für die zu bearbeitenden Materialien. Q Staubabsaugung anschließen j Schließen Sie zum Schleifen immer eine j Schieben Sie den EIN- / AUS-Schalter 1 nach hinten, sodass am Schalter „0“ erscheint, um das Gerät auszuschalten. Q Schwingzahl vorwählen HINWEIS: Die erforderliche Schwingzahl ist vom Werkstoff und den Arbeitsbedingungen abhängig und kann durch praktischen Versuch ermittelt werden. j Wählen Sie mit dem Stellrad Schwingzahlvorwahl 2 die benötigte Schwingzahl vor. Staubabsaugung an. Anschließen: j Schieben Sie den Adapter zur Fremdabsaugung 12 auf den Absaugstutzen 3 . Verwenden Sie falls nötig das Reduzierstück 13 , indem Sie es in den Adapter zur Fremdabsaugung 12 schieben. j Schieben Sie den Schlauch einer zulässigen Staubsaugvorrichtung (z.B. eines Werkstattstaubsaugers) auf den Adapter zur Fremdabsaugung 12 ggf. mit dem Reduzierstück 13 . Entnehmen: j Ziehen Sie den Schlauch der Staubsaugvorrich- tung vom Adapter zur Fremdabsaugung 12 ab. j Ziehen Sie den Adapter zur Fremdabsaugung 12 ggf. mit dem Reduzierstück 13 ab. Q Inbetriebnahme Beachten Sie die Netzspannung! Die Spannung der Stromquelle muss mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild des Elektrowerkzeuges übereinstimmen. Mit 230 V gekennzeichnete Elektrowerkzeuge können auch an 220 V betrieben werden. 1 nach vorn, sodass am Schalter „I“ erscheint, um das Gerät einzuschalten. 42 DE/AT und Reinigung J Warnung!
