ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS/INSTRUCTIONS POUR L' ASSEMBLAGE/INSTRUCCIONES DE ENSAMBLAJE 1. Remove the preinstalled ball nuts from the mounting unit (AA) and place them in a safe location. Attach mounting unit (AA) to the junction box (not included) with mounting screws (BB). Note: The preinstalled support screws on the mounting unit (AA) should protrude out away from the junction box. 1 Fije la lámpara (A) a la caja de unión colocándola sobre los tornillos preinstalados en la unidad de montaje (AA) y asegurándola con las tuercas esféricas que se retiraron anteriormente. Remove the preinstalled socket ring (B), add shade (C) and re-secure the socket ring (B). 2 Enroulez le fil de mise à la terre autour de la vis de mise à la terre préinstallée sur le support de fixation (AA). Connect the black to black (power), the white to white (neutral) and copper wire to ground wire with the wire nuts (CC) and secure with electrical tape (not included). Helpful Hint: If wires out of the fixture are the same color, attach the side with markings or letters to black (positive) and the other to white (neutral). 4 Placez le luminaire (A) sur les vis préinstallées à la traverse (AA) et fixezle à la boîte de jonction à l’aide des écrous sphériques retirés précédemment. Connect the ground wire to the mounting unit (AA) by securing it with the preinstalled ground screw. 4. Secure the light fixture (A) to the junction box by placing it over the preinstalled screws on the mounting unit (AA) and securing it with the previously removed ball nuts. Note: Light fixture (A) can be installed with the sockets facing either up or down. 3 6. Install three 60-watt max. mediumbase incandescent bulbs or three 14watt max. CFL bulbs (none included). WARRANTY/GARANTIE/GARANTÍA The manufacturer warrants all of its lighting fixtures against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If within this period the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, please contact the manufacturer, a copy of the original sales receipt will be required as proof of purchase. The manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the product. This warranty does not cover fixtures becoming defective due to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling and/or installation and specifically excludes liability for direct, incidental or consequential damages. As some states do not allow exclusions or limitations on an implied warranty, the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
