This appliance is for household use and may be plugged into any AC
electrical outlet (ordinary household current). Do not use any other
electrical outlet.
WARNING: This multiple temperature triple-barrel waver has been
specially designed to wave very coarse, thick, hard-to-curl hair. Due to
this special application, the barrels will be hotter on the HI (21-30)
settings than regular dual-heat curling irons. Due to the extreme heat
capabilities of this waver, the barrel will be very hot in the HI (21-30)
settings, so extra care should be taken when using.
• Keep unit away from contact with all skin areas. Do not touch barrels
with fingertips.
• For shorter hair, place a thin plastic comb between scalp and barrel
to avoid touching scalp.
SPECIAL FEATURE: This waver features solid-state electronic circuitry
with a heat sensor that detects temperature loss and quickly boosts the
power to bring the heat level back to optimum styling temperature. This
allows for styling in half the time it takes with an ordinary waver.
TO USE: For a complete styling, hair should be clean, dry and free from
dirt, hair spray, creams, etc.
Rest the waver on its stand on a smooth, flat surface, and plug in. Turn
the On/Off switch to the On position. Then, select a temperature
according to the type and texture of hair to be styled.
HOW TO GET PROFESSIONAL RESULTS WITH YOUR WAVER
This unique waver has been designed with multiple temperatures,
providing very high heat in the HI (21-30) settings for waving very
coarse, thick, hard-to-curl hair, and very low heat in the LO (1-6) settings
for waving extra fine, damaged or dry hair. It also provides a full range of
heat settings between LO and HI, for all normal textures and thicknesses
of hair.
FOR FAST HEAT-UP: With heat control dial set at desired position, allow
unit to pre-heat. It takes 60 seconds to heat up. For optimum styling
performance, let the waver continue to heat for about 2-3 minutes before
using.
TEST A SMALL SECTION OF HAIR BEFORE USING; THEN ADJUST
TEMPERATURE DEPENDING ON TYPE OF HAIR.
HEAT SETTINGS:
HI (21-30): These settings are very hot. Use only if hair is very coarse and
highly resistant, but in good condition.
MED/HI (16-20): Use heat settings in this range for dense, hard-to-curl
hair in good condition.
MEDIUM (13-15): Use heat settings in this range for thick, wavy hair in
good condition.
LO/MED (7-12): Use heat settings in this range for easy-to-wave,
normal hair.
LO (1-6): Use LO heat setting for very fine, fragile, light-colored hair.
STYLING: Start by sectioning hair into strands of not more than 1 inch
deep and 2 inches wide.
MAKING WAVES
After testing waver on a small section of hair, start by dividing hair into
strands of not more than 2 inches wide. Keep the hair strand smooth
by brushing or combing through the section while holding the ends taut
with the other hand. Grasp the waver and open the grip. Holding waver
close to the scalp, take hair strand and weave it securely over and
under the three barrels. Close clamp. Work from the scalp to the ends,
pressing down firmly and holding in each position for a few seconds.
(Length of time will depend on type of hair and heat setting used; 10
seconds for fine hair and up to 30 seconds for coarse hair.) Repeat all
over head where waves are desired, overlapping where necessary,
until style has been achieved.
This appliance requires little maintenance and contains no user
serviceable parts. Do not try to repair it yourself. Refer it to qualified
service personnel if servicing is needed.
TO CLEAN: Unplug waver and allow to cool. Waver must be cleaned
only when cold. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the handle.
Do not allow water or any other liquid to go into handle of the waver.
TO STORE: Unplug appliance and let it cool; store in its box or in a
clean, dry place. Store the cord loosely coiled. Never wrap the cord
around unit; this could cause the cord to wear prematurely and break.
Do not put any stress on cord where it enters the handle, as it could
cause cord to fray and possibly break. Never hang unit up by the
power cord -- use the hanging ring provided.

GRADUACION DE TEMPERATURA:

PEINADO: Comience dividiendo el pelo en mechones de no más de
1 pulgada de grueso y 2 pulgadas de ancho.
PARA HACER ONDAS
Después de probar el ondulador en una pequeña sección del cabello,
comience dividiendo el pelo en mechones de no más de 2 pulgadas de
ancho. Mantenga los mechones suaves, cepillándolos o peinándolos

POLARIZED PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
