This appliance is for professional use only and may be plugged into any
120V AC electrical outlet. Do not use any other electrical outlet.
WARNING: This triple-barrel waver has been specially designed to wave
very coarse, thick hair. Due to this special application, the barrels will be
hotter than regular dual-heat curling irons. Due to the extreme heat
capabilities of this waver, extra care should be taken when using.
• Keep unit away from contact with all skin areas. Do not touch barrels
with fingertips.
• For shorter hair, place a thin plastic comb between scalp and barrels
to avoid touching scalp.
TEST ON A SMALL SECTION OF HAIR BEFORE USING.
SPECIAL FEATURE: This waver features solid-state electronic circuitry
with a heat sensor that detects temperature loss and quickly boosts the
power to bring the heat level back to optimum styling temperature. This
allows styling in half the time it takes with an ordinary waver.
BEFORE USING: For a complete styling, hair should be clean, dry and free
from dirt, hair spray, creams, etc. (This waver can always be used for
quick touch-ups.)
PRE-HEAT: Rest the waver on its safety stand on a smooth, flat surface
and plug in. Slide the High/Off/Low switch to the Low or High position.
The power indicator light will illuminate. Allow waver to heat. (Waver will
take approximately 90 seconds to heat up.)
Use High heat for normal hair and for hair that is coarse or hard to wave,
simply keeping hair woven around barrels a few additional seconds if it
resists waving. Use Low heat for hair that has been color-treated or is
fragile or damaged.
MAKING WAVES
After testing waver on a small section of hair, start by dividing hair into
strands of not more than 2 inches wide. Keep the hair strand smooth by
brushing or combing through the section while holding the ends taut with
the other hand. Grasp the waver and open the grip. Holding waver close
to the scalp, take hair strand and weave it securely over and under the
three barrels. Close clamp. Work from the scalp to the ends, pressing
down firmly and holding in each position for a few seconds. (Length of
time will depend on type of hair and heat setting used: 10 seconds for fine
hair and up to 30 seconds for coarse hair.) Repeat all over head where
waves are desired, overlapping where necessary, until style has been
achieved.

CARACTERISTICA ESPECIAL: Este ondulador se caracteriza por un
circuito electrónico con un sensor de temperatura que detecta la pérdida
de temperatura y eleva rápidamente la fuerza para regresar a un nivel de
temperatura optima para el peinado. Esto le permite peinarse en la mitad
del tiempo que toma con un ondulador ordinario.
ANTES DE USARSE: Para un mejor acabado, el cabello debe estar limpio,

PRE-CALENTAMIENTO: Coloque el ondulador en su parador en una
superficie plana y enchúfelo. Deslice el Interruptor de alto/apagado/bajo
(High/Off/Low) a la posición Baja o Alta (Low o High). La luz indicadora de
encendido se iluminará. Deje que el ondulador se caliente. (El ondulador
se calentará en 90 segundos.)
Use temperatura Alta (High) para cabellos normales y para cabellos muy
gruesos o difíciles de ondular, simplemente mantenga el cabello enrollado
en los barriles varios segundos adicionales si éste resiste ondularse. Use
temperatura Baja (Low) para cabellos que han sido teñidos, frágiles o
dañados.
PARA HACER ONDAS
Después de probar el ondulador en una pequeña sección del cabello,
comience dividiendo el pelo en mechones de no más de 2 pulgadas de
ancho. Mantenga los mechones suaves, cepillándolos o peinándolos
mientras los sostiene por las puntas estirándolos con la otra mano. Sujete
el ondulador y abra la agarradera. Sosteniendo el ondulador cerca al
cuero cabelludo, tome un mechón y enlácelo asegurándolo sobre y bajo
los tres barriles. Cierre el clip. Trabaje desde el cuero cabelludo hacia las
puntas, presionando firmemente y sosteniendo en cada posición por unos

This appliance requires little maintenance and contains no user
serviceable parts. Do not try to fix it yourself. Refer it to qualified service
personnel if servicing is needed.
TO CLEAN: Unplug waver and allow to cool. Waver must be cleaned only
when cold. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the handle. Do not allow
water or any other liquid to go into handle of the waver.
TO STORE: Unplug appliance and let it cool; store in its box or in a clean,
dry place. Store the cord loosely coiled. Never wrap the cord around unit;
this could cause the cord to wear prematurely and break. Do not put any
stress on cord where it enters the handle, as it could cause cord to fray
and possibly break. Never hang unit up by the power cord.
CARE AND CLEANING
LINE CORD SAFETY TIPS
1. Never pull or yank on the cord or the appliance.
2. To insert plug, grasp it firmly and guide it into outlet.
3. To disconnect appliance, grasp plug and remove it from outlet.
4. Before each use, inspect the line cord for cuts and/or abrasion marks.
If any are found, this indicates that the appliance should be serviced
and the line cord replaced. Please return it to our Service Department
or to an authorized service representative.
5. Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance, as this could place
undue stress on the cord where it enters the appliance and cause
it to fray and break.
DO NOT OPERATE APPLIANCE IF THE LINE CORD SHOWS ANY DAMAGE,
OR IF APPLIANCE WORKS INTERMITTENTLY OR STOPS WORKING
ENTIRELY.
IMPORTANT: During the first few minutes of initial use, there may be a
slight odor. This is normal and will quickly disappear.

COMO USAR
