Opciones Múltiples para Montar. REMOVING THE EXISTING BURNER 1. Turn off gas supply. 2. Turn control knobs to the OFF position. 3. Remove cooking grids and heat tents (Flame Tamers, Heat Diffusers). 4. Follow the instructions in the Owner’s Manual for your grill for removing existing burner from the grill. Make sure that the burner venturi fits over the valve orifice tip. There should be a 1/4 inch overlap. Inserte el quemador de repuesto en la apertura de la válvula dentro del cuerpo de la parrilla. Insert the alignment pin to hold burner at desired length. Secure the tube burner with the top and bottom retaining screws. Remove alignment pin. Attach the new electrode mounting bracket and old electrode to the new tube burner. Adjust the space gap between the electrode and burner port hole to 1/4“. The shape of the cross slot in the tab of the burner allows for fine tuning the alignment. Using a nut, washer and bolt from the included hardware, attach one end of the bracket to the tab of the burner, with the other side of the bracket pointing up. Mount the exposed side of the bracket to the back rail of the firebox using the nut, washer and bolt. Fasten one bracket to the burner tab so that each side of the bracket is touching one side of the burner tab as pictured below. Fasten the other bracket to the first, with one side overlapping the first bracket, using the nut, washer and bolt, included in the hardware. Attach the other side of the second bracket to the tab of the burner using a nut, washer and bolt, mounting the tube burner onto the back rail of the firebox.
