Using the appliance

Attachments

■ Sapphire smoothing cone

For removing dry or hardened skin or calluses from

soles and heels.

♦ Guide the sapphire smoothing cone

over the

parts of the sole and heel to be treated using circular

motion while exerting gentle pressure. Do not press

too ﬁrmly, and always guide the appliance carefully

over the surface to be treated. Apply moisturizing

cream after every treatment.

■ Polishing felt cone

For smoothing and polishing nail edges after ﬁling,

and for cleaning the nail surface.

♦ Use the polishing felt cone 11 to polish and smooth

the edge of the nail and to clean the nail surface

after ﬁling. Always polish in circular motion and

never let the polishing felt cone

stay in one place.

■ Sapphire shaping disc

For ﬁling and shaping the nails.

Work the edge of the nail using the sapphire shaping

disc

. Since only the inner disc rotates and the

outer edge does not move, you can ﬁle your nails

accurately without damaging your skin with the rapidly

rotating disc.

♦ Always work from the outside of the nail to the tip.

■ Fine callus remover 14 :

You can use the ﬁne callus remover

to free ingrown

nails.

♦ Guide the ﬂame miller

carefully onto the treat-

ment area and cut away the aﬀected nail part.

■ Cylinder mini shaper

For reducing thick toenail surfaces and rough smoothing

of the surfaces.

You can use the cylinder mini shaper

to reduce

thickly growing nail surfaces.

♦ Always hold the cylinder mini shaper

parallel to

the nail surface and apply light pressure and circular

movements to remove the excess growth.

■ Coarse callus remover

For large-scale and rapid removal of thick, hardened

skin or calluses from the sole or heel of your foot.

♦ Guide the coarse callus remover

over the parts

of the sole and heel to be treated while exerting

gentle pressure.

Working with the appliance

Excessively long or intensive

treatment can also injure deeper layers of

skin.

► Therefore, check the treatment progress and results

regularly.

Diabetics in particular are less sensitive in their hands

and feet.

• The attachments do not have as much eﬀect on soft-

ened skin. Therefore, do not carry out any pretreat-

ment in a water bath before using the appliance.

1) Find a well-lit place to work. There must be a power

outlet in close proximity.

2) Insert the appropriate attachment for your purpose

in the attachment ﬁtting . The attachment must sit

securely.

3) Attach the connector plug

of the power adapter

8 to the connector socket 6 of the hand element 7.

4) Plug the adapter 8 into a power outlet.

5) Always start the treatment at slow speed and only

increase it when necessary. Press the button 2 to

increase the speed.

6) Slide the on/oﬀ/direction switch

in the desired

direction.

The selected rotation direction is indicated by the

colored LED direction indicator 4 as follows:

– Green LED = counterclockwise

–Red LED = clockwise

7) The appliance operates at the slowest speed.

• Always select the rotation direction for treating the

nails in their direction of growth. If possible, treat the

nails from the outside towards the inside (to the nail

tip). Otherwise, the nails will split more easily.

• If you feel that the nails could crack during treatment,

select the other direction.

8) You can now start working.

RISK OF BURNS!

Risk due to severe heat development!

► While you are working, never let the attachments

remain in one location. Friction leads to increased

heat generation and may cause injuries.

► Always work in circular motion.

9) Move the on/oﬀ/direction switch

to "0" and dis-

connect the power adapter

from the power socket

when you have completed the treatment.

• If you have treated hardened skin, apply a moisturizing

cream to the treated areas after completing the pro-

cedure.

Cleaning

Risk of electrical shocks!

► Always disconnect the power adapter 8 from the

power socket before cleaning the appliance!

► Do not use chemical, aggressive or abrasive cleaning

agents. They can damage the surface of the appliance.

♦ Clean the hand element

and the power adapter

8 with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains use a mild

detergent on the cloth. Ensure that no water or

moisture can penetrate the appliance. Dry every-

thing thoroughly.

♦ For hygienic reasons, we recommend cleaning the at-

tachments with a clean cloth or brush moistened with

alcohol after every use. Dry everything thoroughly.

Storage

♦ After you have cleaned the appliance, put it back

with the power adapter 8 in the storage bag

(see Fig. 1).

Disposal

Electrical appliances may not be thrown away as part

of normal household trash. If you can no longer use

your electrical appliance, dispose of it in accordance

with the legal provisions applicable in your state. This

will ensure that old electrical devices are recycled and

Disposal of packaging

of packaging materials that are no longer

What does this warranty cover?

The warranty covers:

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

▯ Improper use or transport;

▯ Accidents or acts of nature (e.g. lightning, ﬁre, water,

Uso del dispositivo

Accesorios

■ Cono de alisamiento de zaﬁro

Para remover piel o callos secos o endurecidos de

las plantas de los pies y los talones.

♦ Guíe el cono de alisamiento de zaﬁro

sobre

las partes de la planta y el talón que va a tratar,

haciendo un movimiento circular mientras ejer-

ce presión ligera. No presione con demasiada

ﬁrmeza, y guíe siempre el dispositivo con cuidado

sobre la superﬁcie que va a tratar. Aplique crema

humectante después de cada tratamiento.

■ Cono de ﬁeltro de pulido

Para alisar y pulir los bordes de las uñas después de

limarlas, y para limpiar la superﬁcie de las uñas.

♦ Use el cono de ﬁeltro de pulido

para pulir y alisar

el borde de la uña y para limpiar la superﬁcie de la

uña después de limar. Pula siempre con un movi-

miento circular y nunca deje que el cono de ﬁeltro

de pulido 11 permanezca en un solo lugar.

■ Disco de moldeado de zaﬁro

Para limar y moldear las uñas.

Trabaje el borde de la uña con el disco de moldeado

de zaﬁro

. Puesto que solo el disco interno gira y

el borde externo no se mueve, puede limarse las uñas

con precisión sin dañar la piel con el disco girando

rápidamente.

♦ Trabaje siempre desde la parte externa de la uña

hacia la punta.

■ Removedor de callos ﬁnos

Puede usar el removedor de callos ﬁnos

para

extraer uñas enterradas.

♦ Guíe el removedor de callos ﬁnos 14 con cuidado

hacia el área de tratamiento y corte la parte

afectada.

■ Mini moldeador de cilindro

Para reducir superﬁcies gruesas de uñas de los pies

y alisamiento áspero de las superﬁcies.

Puede usar el mini moldeador de cilindro

para

reducir superﬁcies de uñas que crecen gruesas.

♦ Sostenga siempre el mini moldeador de cilindro

paralelo a la superﬁcie de la uña y aplique ligera

presión y movimientos circulares para remover el

crecimiento excesivo.

■ Removedor de callos ásperos

Para remover rápidamente y en gran volumen piel o

callos endurecidos de la planta del pie o del talón.

♦ Guíe el removedor de callos ásperos

sobre

las partes de la planta y el talón que va a tratar,

mientras ejerce ligera presión.

Trabajo con el dispositivo

El tratamiento excesiva-

mente prolongado o intenso también puede

lesionar las capas más profundas de la piel.

► Por lo tanto, revise regularmente el progreso del

tratamiento y los resultados.

Las personas diabéticas, en particular, son más

sensibles en las manos y los pies.

• Los accesorios no tienen mucho efecto sobre la piel

reblandecida. Por lo tanto, no lleva a cabo ningún

tratamiento previo en un baño de agua antes de

usar el dispositivo.

1) Encuentre un lugar bien iluminado para trabajar.

Debe haber una toma de corriente cercana.

2) Inserte el accesorio adecuado para el propósito

en el conector de accesorios . El accesorio debe

apoyarse bien.

3) Conecte la clavija 9 del adaptador de corriente 8

en el conector 6 de la pieza de mano 7.

4) Conecte el adaptador 8 en una toma de corriente.

5) Comience siempre el tratamiento a baja velocidad

y solo auméntela cuando sea necesario. Presione el

botón

para aumentar la velocidad.

Si desea reducir la velocidad, presione el botón

6) Deslice el interruptor de encendido/apagado y

dirección 5 en la dirección deseada.

La dirección de rotación seleccionada se indica

mediante el indicador de dirección LED de color

de la siguiente manera:

– LED verde = en sentido contrario a las manecillas

del reloj

–LED rojo = en sentido de las manecillas del reloj

7) El dispositivo funciona a la velocidad más baja.

• Seleccione siempre la dirección de rotación para

tratar las uñas en la dirección en que crecen. Si es

posible, trate las uñas de la parte externa hacia la

interna (hacia la punta de las uñas). De lo contrario,

las uñas se partirán más fácilmente.

• Si siente que las uñas podrían fracturarse durante el

tratamiento, seleccione la otra dirección.

8) Ahora puede empezar a trabajar.

¡Riesgo causado por aumento excesivo de

calor!

► Mientras trabaja, nunca deje que los accesorios

permanezcan en un solo lugar. La fricción lleva a

aumento en la generación de calor y puede causar

lesiones.

► Trabaje siempre con un movimiento circular.

9) Mueva el interruptor de encendido/apagado y

dirección

hacia el símbolo "0" y desconecte el

adaptador

de la toma de corriente cuando haya

terminado el tratamiento.

• Si dio tratamiento a piel endurecida, aplique una

crema humectante en las áreas tratadas al terminar

el procedimiento.

Limpieza

¡Riesgo de descarga eléctrica!

► Desconecte siempre el adaptador de corriente 8 de

la toma de corriente antes de limpiar el dispositivo.

► No use agentes de limpieza químicos agresivos

o abrasivos. Estos pueden dañar la superﬁcie del

dispositivo.

♦ Limpie la pieza de mano

y el adaptador de

corriente 8 con una tela humedecida. Para manchas

persistentes, use un detergente suave en la tela.

Asegúrese de que no penetre agua o humedad

en el dispositivo. Seque todo a fondo.

♦ Por razones de higiene, recomendamos limpiar los

accesorios con una tela limpia o un cepillo hume-

decido con alcohol después de cada uso. Seque

todo a fondo.

Almacenamiento

♦ Una vez que haya limpiado el dispositivo, colóquelo

junto con el adaptador de corriente 8 en la bolsa

para guardar

conserva las materias primas y reduce la can-

tidad de desechos que se generan. Elimine los

materiales de empaque que ya no necesite de

Garantía limitada de 3 años

Lo que cubre la presente garantía

La garantía incluye:

▯ Daños, quebraduras o incapacidad para funcionar

debido a defectos.

▯ Daños que no hayan sido causados por el desgaste

Período de cobertura y resolución de la ga-

rantía

La garantía es válida por 3 años a partir de la fecha
