Unscrew hose
nut (PDI934).
Unscrew injection
stem assembly
nut (PDI702) and
pull down on stem
to detach from
body of unit.

Unscrew check valve
nut (PDI734U) and
pull out check valve
assembly (PJDI140).
It should come out in
one piece. If not, be
sure to remove the
barb and check valve
and discard.

Insert new check valve (PJDI140)
at the bottom of the white stem,
making sure that the 4 white keys on
the check valve seat next to the
4 keys on the bottom of the stem.
Screw check valve nut (PDI734U)
back on.

Push complete injection stem assembly
in position at the bottom of the blue
body, making sure desired scale is
facing front of injector. Keys at the top
of the black sleeve should slide into
the slots at the bottom of the body.
Slide injection sleeve nut (PDI702) up
the sleeve and screw back on. Insert
hose back onto the bottom of the
check valve barb with compression
tting in (PJDI140). Screw hose nut
(PDI934) back on.

To ensure hose is air-tight, you
may choose to carefully cut the top
of hose before reinserting.

We recommend cleaning all parts with warm
soapy water and a toothbrush before
installing the new parts.
Water normally lubricates the parts, but you
may use silicone on the o-ring to facilitate
insertion.
Check valve may be taken apart and
cleaned in between maintenance to remove
particles.
To remove
o-ring easily
without tools,
squeeze it on either
side to raise the
seal, then slide it
over the groove.
Slide the injection stem (PDI916)
down into the sleeve (PDI904),
making sure the small key located
on the bottom inside of the sleeve is
properly aligned with the longest
groove on the white stem. Holding
the black sleeve, pull down on the
white stem as far as it will go. Screw
adjusting sleeve (PPDI036) back
onto the sleeve (PDI904).

Reinstall “C”
clamp by sliding
it gently over the
thread at the
bottom of the
white stem.
Rotate clamp until
it clicks into place.
Screw locking nut

Unscrew locking nut (PDI733), remove
“C” clamp (PDI727) by slightly sprea-
ding the opening and gently sliding it
over the threads. Unscrew adjusting
sleeve (PPDI036). Holding the sleeve
(PDI904), push up on the threaded part
of the white injection stem (PDI916)
and slide it out of the sleeve from the
top. Replace both sleeve and injection
stem o-rings (JDI100 and JDI120).

Unscrew upper bell housing (PDI685),
and remove the piston assembly
(PCDI030). With the use of needle
nose pliers, carefully grip the plunger
by the thicker base and give ¼ of a turn
counter clockwise. Discard and replace
with the new plunger (PJDI138). Insert
the piston assembly back into the lower
body (PJDI113) and screw the upper
bell housing (PDI685) back on.

Injection Seal Kit
This kit contains:

Desatornille la tuerca de seguridad
(PDI733), y remueva el anillo en
forma de “C” (PDI727). Desatornille
la manga de ajuste (PPDI036).
Sujetando la manga (PDI904),
empuje hacia arriba la barra blanca
de inyección (PDI916) y sáquela
completamente de la manga.
Remplace ambos anillos, el de la
manga y el de la barra de inyección
(JDI100 y JDI120).

Para remover
fácilmente el
anillo sin uso de
herramientas, solo
oprímalo en ambos
lados y este
levantara una parte
para ser extraído.
Desatornille la campana superior
(PDI685), y remueva el ensamble del
pistón (PCDI030). Utilizando unas
pinzas de punta delgada, agarre
el embolo por la base y dele ¼ de
vuelta en contra de las manecillas del
reloj. Desechelo y reemplacelo con el
nuevo embolo (PJDI138).
Inserte el ensamble del pistón de
nuevo en la base del inyector
(PJDI113) y atornilla la campana
superior (PDI685).

Inserte la barra de inyección
(PDI916) dentro de la manga
(PDI904), asegurándose que el
diente ubicado en la parte inferior
dentro de la manga coincida con la
ranura larga en barra blanca.
Sujetando la manga negra, jale
hacia abajo el barra blanca tanto
como pueda. Atornille la manga
de ajuste (PPDI036) a la manga
(PDI904).Reinstale el anillo en
forma de “C”, rotándolo hasta que

Inserte la nueva válvula cheque
(PJDI140) en la parte inferior de la
barra blanca, asegurándose que las
4 marcas en la válvula cheque
Sujete el montaje de inyección a la
unidad, empujándolo completamente
hasta que esté en posición. Girando
el montaje de inyección, usted puede
asegurarse que la escala deseada
(Porcentajes o proporciones) se en-
cuentra en la parte frontal del inyector.
Atornille la tuerca (PDI702). Inserte la
manguera en la parte inferior al nal de
la válvula cheque (PJDI140) y atornille
la tuerca de la manguera (PDI934) en
su lugar.

Recomendamos limpiar todas las partes
con agua tibia jabonosa y un cepillo de dien-
tes, antes de instalar las partes nuevas. El agua

pieza, si no lo hace, remueva la
lengueta y la valvula cheque y
deséchelas.
