Se correttamente installato, il dispositivo garantisce un perfetto funzionamento senza alterare i requisiti di idoneità del serbatoio stesso. Il dispositivo KOCKÒN non è idoneo per essere installato su veicoli con motori a benzina. GB 1 - INTRODUCTION The KOCKÒN device has been designed to be installed on (diesel) fuel tanks of lorries and tractors, as well as on construction site vehicles (see paragraph “SUGGESTED USES” (page 8) in which the vehicles and the type of compatible tanks are outlined). If the device is correctly installed, it guarantees perfect operation without altering the suitability requirements of the tank itself. The KOCKÒN device is not suitable to be installed on petrol driven motor vehicles. Prima e durante le operazioni di installazione, è necessario: z z Aver preso attenta visione delle indicazioni, avvertenze ed istruzioni contenute nel presente manuale. Assicurarsi che il motore del veicolo sia spento. Effettuare l’installazione sul serbatoio in ambiente areato e possibilmente all’aperto. ATTENZIONE: il gasolio è infiammabile. L’uso di attrezzature e modalità di intervento diverse da quanto descritto possono essere fonte di potenziale pericolo. 2 – WARNING AND SAFETY PROVISIONS To carry out installation of the KOCKÒN device in conditions of utmost safety, the following general behavioural provisions must be observed. Before and during the installation procedures the following must be observed: Have read carefully all provisions, warnings and instructions outlined in the present manual. z Ensure that the motor of the vehicle is off. z z z z Carry out installation of the device on the tank in an environment provided with air circulation, and possibly outdoors. WARNING: diesel fuel is inflammable. WARNING: the fumes produced by fuel combustion, if inhaled, are harmful and toxic. Smoking is not allowed during the installation procedures. Do not bring free flames near the tank opening. z Observetheprovisionsoutlinedinthepresentmanualconcerningtheuseofequipment andassemblinginstructions.Theuseofequipmentandinterventionmodesdifferent from what outlined in the present manual may be source of potential danger. 9 D 2 - NUTZUNGSHINWEISE UND SICHERHEITSMASSNAHMEN Für die Installation der Vorrichtung KOCKÒN unter möglichst sicheren Bedingungen sind folgende Vorschriften und allgemeine Verhaltenshinweise zu beachten. S’assurer que le moteur du véhicule est arrêté. z Effectuer l’installation sur le réservoir dans un endroit aéré et si possible en plein air. ATTENTION : le gazole est inflammable. ATTENTION : les vapeurs produites par le combustible sont nocives et toxiques si elles sont inhalées. z z z 10 Ne pas fumer pendant les opérations d’installation. Ne pas approcher de flammes nues de l’orifice du réservoir. Utiliser l’outillage et suivre les instructions de montage indiqués dans la présente notice. Antes e durante a instalação deve: z z Ter lido atentamente as indicações, avisos e instruções contidos neste manual. Certificar-se que o motor do veículo está desligado. z Efetuar a instalação no tanque em um ambiente ventilado e, possivelmente, ao ar livre. ATTENÇÃO: O gasóeio é inflamável. ATENÇÃO: os vapores produzidos pelo combustível, se forem inspirados, são nocivos e tóxicos. z z Não fumar durante as operações de instalação Não aproximar chamas abertas perto da boca do tanque. z Respeitarousodoequipamentoeasinstruçõesdemontagemdescritasneste manual. A utilização de equipamento e de modalidades de intervenção diferentes do que foi descrito pode ser uma fonte de perigo potencial. 11 I 3 - CARATTERISTICHE E FUNZIONAMENTO KOCKÒN è un dispositivo che impedisce lo spillamento del carburante dal serbatoio. Dopo l’installazione le normali operazioni di rifornimento possono essere effettuate mediante pompe dotate di pistole erogatrici con estremità di ø 25 mm fino a max ø 31 mm (standard europei) - portata max di 120 litri/min. Durante l’operazione di rifornimento il carburante fluisce nel serbatoio attraverso un percorso forzato, provvisto di feritoie di dimensioni minime che rendono praticamente impossibile l’introduzione di tubi o sondini per l’aspirazione indebita del carburante stesso. KOCKÒN è inoltre dotato di un elemento galleggiante che, spinto dalla pressione idraulica del carburante, ne ostruisce le feritoie inferiori ad ulteriore protezione dall’introduzione in serbatoio di tubi anche di diametro estremamente ridotto. GB 3 - CHARACTERISTICS AND OPERATION KOCKÒN is a device preventing extraction of fuel from tanks. After installation, ordinary operation of refuelling may be carried out by means of pumps equipped with ø 25 mm up to maximum ø 31 mm distribution nozzles (European standards) –maximum load 120 litres/min. During the refilling operation the fuel flows into the tank through a forced path, provided with small louvers of minimum dimensions, which make it impossible to introduce pipes or probes for improper suction of the fuel itself. KOCKÒN is also equipped with a floating device which is pushed by the hydraulic pressure of the fuel, thus obstructing the lower louvers, which provides further protection again the introduction into the tank of small pipes, even of extremely reduced diameter. D 3 - EIGENSCHAFTEN UND FUNKTIONSWEISE KOCKÒN ist eine Vorrichtung zur Verhinderung unbefugter Entnahme von Treibstoff aus dem Tank. Nach der Installation können die normalen Tankvorgänge über Anlagen mit einem Zapfventildurchmesser von ø 25 mm bis max. ø 31 mm (europäische Standards) - Durchfluss max. 120 Liter/Min. vorgenommen werden. Beim Tankvorgang fließt der Kraftstoff über einen erzwungenen Verlauf in den Tank. Die minimalen Öffnungen machen das Einführen von Schläuchen oder Sonden zum unbefugten Absaugen des Kraftstoffs praktisch unmöglich. KOCKÒN verfügt außerdem über einen Schwimmer, der durch den Druck des einfließenden Kraftstoffs die unteren Öffnungen verschließt und somit einen zusätzlichen Schutz vor dem Einführen von Schläuchen auch mit kleinstem Durchmesser bietet. 12 F 3 - CARACTÉRISTIQUES ET FONCTIONNEMENT KOCKÒN est un dispositif qui empêche le siphonnage du carburant du réservoir. Après l’installation, les opérations normales de ravitaillement peuvent s’effectuer au moyen des pompes dotées de pistolets de distribution avec une extrémité de ø 25 mm à ø 31 mm au maximum (standards européens) - débit maximal de 120 litres/min. Pendant l’opération de ravitaillement, le carburant s’écoule dans le réservoir à travers un parcours forcé, doté de fentes de petites tailles rendant pratiquement impossible l’introduction de tubes ou de sondes pour le siphonnage du carburant. KOCKÒN est en outre doté d’un élément flottant qui, poussé par la pression hydraulique du carburant, en bouche les fentes inférieures pour une protection supplémentaire contre l’introduction dans le réservoir de tubes, y compris d’un très petit diamètre. E 3 - CARACTERÍSTICAS Y FUNCIONAMIENTO KOCKÒN es un dispositivo que impide el drenaje del carburante del depósito. Después de la instalación las operaciones normales de abastecimiento pueden efectuarse mediante bombas provistas de pistolas de suministro con un extremo de ø 25 mm hasta un máx. de ø 31 mm (estándares europeos) - caudal máx. de 120 litros/min. Durante la operación de abastecimiento el carburador fluye hacia el depósito mediante un recorrido forzado, provisto de celosías de dimensiones mínimas que hacen prácticamente imposible la introducción de tubos o sonditas para la aspiración indebida del propio carburante. KOCKÒN está provisto, además, de un elemento flotante que, empujado por la presión hidráulica del carburante, obstruye las celosías inferiores con protección adicional de la introducción en el depósito de tubos incluso de un diámetro muy reducido. P 3 - CARACTERÍSTICAS E FUNCIONAMENTO KOCKÒN é um dispositivo que evita o vazamento de combustível do recipiente. Depois de instalar as operações normais de reabastecimento podem ser efetuadas por meio de bombas equipadas com pistolas distribuidoras com as extremidades de ø 25 mm até um máximo de ø 31 mm (standard europeu) – capacidade máxima de 120 litrios/min Durante a operação de reabastecimento o combustível flui para o recipiente através de um percurso forçado, provido de ranhuras com as dimensões mínimas que tornam praticamente impossível a introdução de tubos ou de sondas para a aspiração imprópria do combustível. KOCKÒN está também equipado com um elemento flutuante que, impulsionado pela pressão hidráulica do combustível, obstrui as ranhuras inferiores para uma proteção adicional contra a introdução de tubos no recipiente mesmo com diâmetro extremamente reduzido. 13 I 4 - VERIFICHE PRELIMINARI IMPORTANTI Prima di installare KOCKÒN 80 Scania verificare che non vi siano impedimenti od ostacoli meccanici che potrebbero compromettere: z l’inserimento del dispositivo nel bocchettone del serbatoio; z il corretto bloccaggio sulla ghiera del bocchettone; z il corretto movimento del corpo galleggiante; z l’efficacia della tenuta della guarnizione del tappo. A tale scopo assicurarsi che siano rispettate le misure minime come indicato in fig.1 IMPORTANTE: verificare che esista una distanza minima di 250 mm al di sopra del bordo superiore del bocchettone. Qualora non venisse rispettata questa condizione, potrebbe non essere possibile inserire correttamente la pistola per il rifornimento. Inoltre verificare l’assenza di elementi di disturbo come il piattello anti splash e relativa ghiera di fissaggio dal bocchettone del serbatoio. Per rimuoverlo: z Con un cacciavite sganciare la linguetta di bloccaggio ghiera (fig. 2); z introdurre l’apposito gancio (NON FORNITO IN DOTAZIONE - fig. 3) all’interno del bocchettone ed agganciare da sotto la ghiera (fig. 4) quindi ruotare in senso antiorario per svitarla rimuovendola dalla sede (fig. 5). IMPORTANTE: per installare KOCKÒN 80 Scania (fig. 6) è necessario disporre di una normale chiave per montaggio filtri (NON FORNITA IN DOTAZIONE). GB 4 - IMPORTANT PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENTS Before installing the KOCKÒN 80 Scania DEVICE check that there are no mechanical impediments or obstacles which may jeopardize the following operations: z insertion of the device into the tank opening; z correct blocking onto the opening ring nut; z correct movement of the floating element; z efficacy of the device gasket tightening. For this purpose, ensure that the minimum measurements displayed in fig.1 are observed. IMPORTANT: ensure that there is a minimum distance of 250 mm above the upper rim of the tank opening. In case this provision is not observed, it may result impossible to correctly introduce the nozzle into the opening for refuelling. Moreover, check that there are no disturbing elements such as the fuel anti-splash plate and relevant fastening ring nut on the tank opening. To remove it: z by means of a screw-driver, release the ring nut locking lug (fig. 2); z introduce the appropriate hook (NOT SUPPLIED - fig. 3) inside the tank opening and hook it on from under the ring nut (fig. 4), then rotate the ring nut anti-clockwise to remove it from its place (fig. 5). VI80 15 D 4 - WICHTIGE VORKONTROLLEN Überprüfen Sie vor der Installation der KOCKÒN 80 Scania, dass keine mechanischen Behinderungen vorliegen, die sich störend auswirken könnten auf: z das Einsetzen der Vorrichtung in den Tankstutzen, z die korrekte Verriegelung an der Nutmutter des Stutzens, z die korrekte Bewegung des Schwimmers, z die korrekte Abdichtung der Dichtung. Stellen Sie zu diesem Zweck sicher, dass die in Abb.1 angegebenen Mindestmaße eingehalten werden. WICHTIG: Überprüfen Sie, dass mindestens 250 mm Abstand über dem oberen Rand des Einfüllstutzens bleiben. Bei Nichteinhaltung dieser Maßvorgabe könnte ein korrektes Einführen des Zapfventils unmöglich sein. Überprüfen Sie außerdem, dass sich keine störenden Elemente wie die Spritzschutzplatte und die zugehörige Befestigungsmutter am Tankstutzen befinden. Zur Entfernung: z Lösen Sie mit einem Schraubendreher die Verriegelungslasche der Nutmutter (Abb. 2). z Führen Sie einen geeigneten Haken (NICHT IM LIEFERUMFANG ENTHALTEN - Abb. 3) in den Einfüllstutzen unter die Nutmutter ein (Abb. 4). Lösen Sie nun die Mutter durch Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn und entfernen Sie sie (Abb. 5). WICHTIG: Für die Installation von KOCKÒN 80 Scania(Abb. 8) benötigen Sie einen normalen Filterschlüssel (NICHT IM LIEFERUMFANG ENTHALTEN). F 4 - VÉRIFICATIONS PRÉLIMINAIRES IMPORTANTES Avant d’installer KOCKÒN 80 Scania, vérifier qu’il n’y a pas d’entraves ou d’obstacles mécaniques pouvant compromettre : z l’introduction du dispositif dans la goulotte du réservoir ; z le blocage correct sur la bague de la goulotte ; z le mouvement correct du corps flottant ; z l’efficacité de l’étanchéité du joint du dispositif. À cette fin s’assurer que les dimensions minimales telles qu’indiquées en Fig. 1sont respectées. IMPORTANT : vérifier qu’il y a une distance minimale de 250 mm au-dessus du bord supérieur de la goulotte. Si cette condition n’est pas respectée, il pourrait être impossible d’introduire correctement le pistolet pour le ravitaillement. Vérifier en outre l’absence d’éléments perturbateurs, comme le plateau anti-éclaboussures et sa bague de fixation, sur la goulotte du réservoir. Pour l’enlever : z À l’aide d’un tournevis, décrocher la languette de blocage de la bague (Fig. 2) ; z introduire le crochet (NON LIVRÉ - Fig. 3) à l’intérieur de la goulotte et accrocher par en dessous la bague (Fig. 4), puis tourner dans le sens anti-horaire pour la dévisser en l’enlevant du logement (Fig. 5). VI80 17 E 4 - COMPROBACIONES PRELIMINARES IMPORTANTES Antes de instalar KOCKÒN 80 Scania comprobar que no haya impedimentos ni obstáculos mecánicos que pudieran comprometer: z lainserción del dispositivo en la boca del depósito; z el correcto bloqueo en la abrazadera de la boca; z el correcto movimiento del cuerpo flotante; z la eficacia del cierre de las juntas del dispositivo. Con esa finalidad asegurarse de que se cumplan las medidas mínimas como se indica en fig.1. IMPORTANTE: comprobar que exista una distancia mínima de 250 mm por encima del borde superior de la boca. Si no respetara esta condición, podría no ser posible introducir correctamente la pistola para el abastecimiento. Además, comprobar la ausencia de elementos perturbadores como el platillo anti-salpicadura y la abrazadera de fijación relativa de la boca del depósito. Para quitarlo: z Con un destornillador desenganchar la lengüeta de bloqueo de la abrazadera (fig. 2); z introducir el gancho adecuado (NO ENTREGADO EN DOTACIÓN - fig. 3) dentro de la boca y enganchar desde debajo la abrazadera (fig. 4) después girar en sentido antihorario para desenroscarla quitándola de la sede (fig. 5). IMPORTANTE: para instalar K80 Scania (fig.6) es necesario disponer de una llave normal para el montaje de filtros (NO ENTREGADA EN DOTACIÓN). P 4 - VERIFICAÇÕES PRELIMINARES IMPORTANTES Antes de instalar o KOCKÒN 80 Scania verifique se não existem impedimentos ou obstáculos mecânicos que possam afetar: z a introdução do dispositivo no bocal de enchimento do tanque; z o correto bloqueio na bucha do bocal; z o correto movimento do corpo flutuante; z a eficácia da estanquidade da junta do dispositivo. Para este fim, certifique-se de que sejam respeitadas as medidas mínimas como indicado na fig.1. IMPORTANTE: verifique se existe uma distância mínima de 250 mm acima do bordo superior do bocal de enchimento. Se esta condição não for cumprida, pode não ser possível introduzir corretamente a pistola para o reabastecimento. Também verifique a ausência de elementos perturbadores como a placa anti respingos e a sua bucha de fixação do bocal do tanque. Para removê-la: z Com uma chave de fendas libertar a lingueta de bloqueio bucha (fig. 2); z introduzir o gancho (NÃO É FORNECIDO DE SÉRIE - fig. 3) dentro do bocal e enganchar por baixo da bucha (fig. 4) em seguida, gire no sentido anti-horário para desapertá-la e removê-la do alojamento (fig. 5). Posizionare e bloccare la chiave per filtri sul colletto di KOCKÒN 80 Scania (fig.3 – posiz. A), quindi ruotare in senso orario fino al raggiungimento del punto di arresto (fig.3 – posiz. B). z z ATTENZIONE! Prima di rimuovere la chiave, verificare l’avvenuto aggancio alla ghiera del serbatoio. Se correttamente installato, KOCKÒN 80 Scania non potrà essere rimosso. In caso contrario ripetere l’operazione di bloccaggio fino a verifica dell’avvenuto aggancio. GB 6 - INSTALLATION: INSERTION AND BLOCKING Introduce the KOCKÒN 80 Scania inside the tank opening (fig.1) and screw it on manually up to its stop point (Fig.2). Position the wrench for filter assembling and lock it onto the KOCKÒN 80 Scania collar (fig.3 – pos. A), then rotate it clock-wise until the breakpoint is reached (fig.3 – pos. B). z z WARNING! Before removing the wrench, verify that the knob has been actually coupled onto the tank. If the KOCKÒN 80 Scania has been correctly installed, it will not be possible to remove it. Should this not be the case, repeat the locking operation until correct coupling is obtained. D 6 - INSTALLATION: EINSATZ UND VERRIEGELUNG Führen Sie den KOCKÒN 80 Scania in den Tankstutzen ein (Abb. 1) und schrauben Sie ihn von Hand bis zur Verriegelung fest (Abb. 2). Befestigen Sie den Filterschlüssel am Bund von KOCKÒN 80 Scania (Abb. 3 – Pos. A) und drehen Sie kräftig im Uhrzeigersinn bis zur Verriegelung (Abb. 3 – Pos. B). z z ACHTUNG! Überprüfen Sie vor dem Lösen des Schlüssels die korrekte Verriegelung an der Nutmutter desTanks. Bei richtiger Installation lässt sich KOCKÒN 80 Scania nicht wieder entfernen. Andernfalls wiederholen Sie die Arbeitsschritte und überprüfen die Verriegelung erneut. F z z 6 - INSTALLATION : INTRODUCTION ET BLOCAGE Introduire le KOCKÒN 80 Scania dans la goulotte du réservoir (Fig. 1) et le visser manuellement jusqu’à son point d’arrêt (Fig. 2). Mettre en place et bloquer la clé à filtre sur le collet de KOCKÒN 80 Scania (Fig. 3 – position A), puis tourner dans le sens horaire de manière à atteindre le point d’arrêt (Fig. 3 – position B). ATTENTION ! Avant de retirer la clé, vérifier l’accrochage à la bague du réservoir. S’il est correctement installé, KOCKÒN 80 Scania ne pourra pas être enlevé. Dans le cas contraire, répéter l’opération de blocage de manière à obtenir un accrochage correct. 22 6 - INSTALACIÓN: INSERCIÓN Y BLOQUEO E 1 Introducir el KOCKÒN 80 Scania dentro de la boca del depósito (fig.1) y atornillarlo manualmente hasta su punto de parada (Fig.2). Colocar y bloquear la llave para filtros en el colector de KOCKÒN 80 Scania (fig.3 – posic. A), después, rotar en sentido horario hasta alcanzar el punto de parada (fig.3 – posic. B). z z 2 ATENCIÓN! Antes de quitar la llave, comprobar que se haya producido el enganche a la abrazadera del depósito. Si está correctamente instalado, KOCKÒN 80 Scania no podrá quitarse. En caso contrario repetir la operación de bloqueo hasta comprobar que se haya producido el enganche. 6 - INSTALAÇÃO: INTRODUÇÃO E BLOQUEIO P z z Introduza o KOCKÒN 80 Scania dentro do bocal do tanque (fig.1) e aperte-o manualmente até seu ponto de parada (Fig.2). Posicionar e bloquear a chave para filtros no colarde KOCKÒN 80 Scania (fig. 3 – pos. A), portanto rodar no sentido horário até atingir o ponto de paragem (fig. 3 – pos. B). ATENÇÃO! Antes de remover a chave, certifique-se de que a bucha está presa ao recipiente. Se estiver instalado corretamente KOCKÒN 80 Scania não pode ser removido. VI80 23 7 - RIFORNIMENTO: POSIZIONAMENTO DEL VEICOLO I Quando possibile, posizionare il veicolo presso la colonnina di rifornimento in modo che il bocchettone del serbatoio sia più facilmente accessibile (vedi esempio in fig.1). Se necessario, sollevare completamente le sospensioni posteriori della motrice (fig.2 posiz. A) e abbassare completamente le sospensioni posteriori del semirimorchio (fig.2 - posiz. B). In questo modo si creerà spazio per un inserimento più agevole della pistola nel bocchettone. z z GB 7 - REFUELLING: POSITIONING OF THE VEHICLE When possible, position the vehicle at a petrol station in a way that the tank opening is easily accessed (see example shown in fig.1). If necessary, lift the back suspension gears of the motor unit (fig.2 - pos. A) and lower the back suspension gears of the semi-trailer completely (fig.2 - pos. B). In this way there will be room for easier insertion of the nozzle into the tank opening. z z D 7 - TANKEN: FAHRZEUGPOSITION Falls möglich, stellen Sie das Fahrzeug so an der Tanksäule, dass der Einfüllstutzen leicht zu erreichen ist (siehe Beispiel in Abb.1). Si fuera necesario, levantar completamente las suspensiones traseras de la cabeza tractora (fig. 2 - posic. A) y bajar completamente las suspensiones traseras del semirremolque (fig. 2 - posic. B). De esta manera se creará espacio para una inserción más fácil de la pistola en la boca. P z z 7 - REABASTECIMENTO: POSICIONAMENTO DO VEÍCULO Quando for possível, posicionar o veículo perto da coluna de reabastecimento de modo que o bocal do tanque seja facilmente acessível (ver exemplo na fig.1). Se necessário, levantar completamente as suspensões traseiras do automotor (fig.2 - pos. A) e abaixar totalmente as suspensões traseiras do semi-reboque (fig.2 - pos. B). Deste modo irá criar um espaço para uma fácil introdução da pistola no bocal. 1 2 B A 25 8 - RIFORNIMENTO: INSERIMENTO PISTOLA I Se si utilizza una pistola di ø 25 mm, installare sulla punta l’adattatore fornito in dotazione (fig.1), diversamente se si utilizza una pistola standard di ø 31 mm non è necessario usare l’adattatore. Inserire la pistola verticalmente fino al punto di arresto (fig.2), quindi procedere normalmente con il rifornimento. z z GB 8 - REFUELING: INSERTION OF NOZZLE If a ø 25 mm (fig.1) nozzle is used, install the tip of the adaptor supplied (if a standard ø 31 mm is used, the application of an adaptor is not necessary). Bei Verwendung eines Standard-Zapfventils mit 31 mm ø ist kein Adapter erforderlich. Führen Sie das Zapfventil senkrecht bis zum Anschlag ein (Abb. 2), und tanken Sie wie gewohnt. z z F 8 - RAVITAILLEMENT: INTRODUCTION DU PISTOLET Si un pistolet de ø 25 mm est utilisé, installer au bout l’adaptateur livré (Fig. 1) ; si un pistolet standard de ø 31 mm est utilisé, il n’est pas nécessaire d’utiliser l’adaptateur. Introduire le pistolet verticalement jusqu’au point d’arrêt (Fig. 2), puis procéder normalement au ravitaillement. z z E z z 26 8 - ABASTECIMIENTO: INSERCIÓN PISTOLA Si se utiliza una pistola de ø 25 mm, instalar en la punta el adaptador dado en dotación (fig.1), en cambio, si se utiliza una pistola estándar de ø 31 mm no es necesario utilizar el adaptador. Introducir la pistola verticalmente hasta el punto de parada (fig.2), después proceder normalmente con el abastecimiento. Inserir a pistola verticalmente até ao ponto de paragem (fig. 2), portanto proceder normalmente com o rebastecimento. 1 2 VR80 27 I 9 - RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI PROBLEMA SOLUZIONE In fase di installazione il galleggiante non scorre liberamente: Rimuovere eventuali corpi estranei e se il problema persiste contattare il produttore (vedi sez.5 pag.20). L’antifurto non entra nel bocchettone del serbatoio (probabile presenza della ghiera porta piattello anti splash o altre riduzioni all’interno del bocchettone serbatoio): Rimuovere la ghiera porta piattello anti splash (vedi sez.4 pag.14). Interferenza dovuta al galleggiante di livello carburante collocato in prossimità del bocchettone: Piegare l’asta del galleggiante. L’antifurto si sgancia facilmente dal bocchettone: Verificare e ripetere la procedura di montaggio e bloccaggio (vedi sez. 6 Pag. 22). Durante l’operazione di rifornimento l’erogatore scatta continuamente ed interrompe il flusso del carburante: Se è presente un serbatoio aggiuntivo, aprire il relativo tappo. Verificare la portata max della pompa di rifornimento. Assicurarsi che l’erogatore non sia danneggiato. Cambiare postazione di rifornimento. Se il problema persiste contattare il produttore. La guarnizione in appoggio sul bocchettone non sembra adeguatamente compressa. Contattare il produttore. GB 9 - TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM SOLUTION During the installation procedure, the floating component fails to slide freely: Removeanystrangeelementsandiftheproblemremains,contact the manufacturer (see section 5 page 20). The anti-theft device fails to go inside the tank opening (possible presence of the fuel anti-splash plate holding ring nut or other adaptors inside the tank): Remove the anti-splash plate holding ring nut (see section 4 page 16). Interference due to fuel level floating component located near the tank opening: Bend the floating element rod. 28 PROBLEM SOLUTION The anti-theft device is easily released from the tank opening: Verify and repeat installation and blocking procedure (see section 6 Page 22) During the refuelling procedure the nozzle trips continuously, thus interrupting the fuel flow: If an additional tank is fitted, open its cap. Verify maximum workload of the refuelling pump. Ensure that the nozzle is not damaged. Change position. If the problem remains contact the manufacturer. The nozzle resting gasket on the tank opening does not seem to be adequately compressed. Contact the manufacturer. D 9 - LÖSEN VON PROBLEMEN PROBLEM LÖSUNG Während der Installierung bewegt sich der Schwimmer nicht frei: Mögliche Fremdkörper entfernen.Tritt das Problem weiterhin auf, den Hersteller informieren (siehe Abschn. 5 S. 20). Die Diebstahlsicherung lässt sich nicht in den Tankstutzen einführen (wahrscheinlichwegendervorhandenen Halterung einer Spritzschutzplatte oder anderen Verengungen im Innern des Tankstutzens): Entfernen Sie die Halterung der Spritzschutzplatte (siehe Abschn. 4 S. 18). StörungdurchdenKraftstoffschwimmer in der Nähe des Einfüllstutzens: Verbiegen Sie den Stab des Schwimmers. Die Diebstahlsicherung löst sich leicht vom Einfüllstutzen: Überprüfen und den Montage- und Verriegelungsvorgang wiederholen (siehe Abschn. 6 S. 22). Beim Tanken schaltet das Zapfventil ständig ab und unterbricht den Kraftstofffluss: If an additional tank is fitted, open its cap. Den max. Durchfluss der Zapfanlage überprüfen. Sicherstellen, dass das Zapfventil nicht beschädigt ist. Tankplatz wechseln. Tritt das Problem weiterhin auf, den Hersteller informieren.. DieDichtungamEinfüllstutzenscheint nicht ausreichend komprimiert. Den Hersteller informieren. 29 F 9 - RÉSOLUTION DES PROBLÈMES PROBLÈME SOLUTION En phase d’installation, le flotteur ne glisse pas librement: Éliminer tout corps étranger et si le problème persiste, contacter le fabricant (voir paragr. 5 page 20). L’antivol n’entre pas dans la goulotte du réservoir (présence probable de la bagueporte-plateauanti-éclaboussures ou d’autres réductions à l’intérieur de la goulotte du réservoir) : Enlever la bague porte-plateau anti-éclaboussures (voir paragr. 4 page 20). Interférence due au flotteur de niveau du carburant situé près de la goulotte: Plier la tige du flotteur. L’antivol se détache facilement de la goulotte : Vérifier et répéter la procédure de montage et de blocage (voir paragr. 6 page 22). Pendant l’opération de ravitaillement, l e d i s t r i b u te u r s e d é c l e n c h e continuellement et interrompt le débit du carburant : En présence d’un réservoir supplémentaire, ouvrir le bouchon correspondant. Vérifier le débit maximal de la pompe de ravitaillement. S’assurer que le distributeur n’est pas endommagé. Changer de pompe. Si le problème persiste, contacter le fabricant. Le joint sur la goulotte ne semble pas correctement comprimé. Contacter le fabricant. E 9 - RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS PROBLEMA SOLUCIÓN Durante la instalación el flotador no se desliza libremente: Quitar los posibles agentes extraños y si el problema persiste contactar con el fabricante (véase sec. 5 pág.20). El antirrobo no entra en la boca del depósito (probable presencia de la abrazadera porta-platillo anti-salpicadura u otras reducciones dentro de la boca del depósito): Quitar la abrazadera porta-platillo anti-salpicadura (véase sec. 4 pág.22). Interferencia debida al flotador de nivel carburante colocado cerca de la boca: Plegar la varilla del flotador.. 30 PROBLEMA SOLUCIÓN El antirrobo se desengancha fácilmente de la boca: Comprobar y repetir el procedimiento de montaje y bloqueo (véase sec. 6 Pág. 23). Durante la operación de abastecimiento el regulador salta continuamente e interrumpe el flujo del carburante: Si hay un depósito adicional, abrir el tapón correspondiente. Comprobar el caudal máx de la bomba de abastecimiento. Asegurarse de que el regulador no esté dañado. Cambiar la posición de abastecimiento. Si el problema persiste contactar con el fabricante. La abrazadera de apoyo sobre la boca no parece adecuadamente comprimida. Contactar con el fabricante. P 9 - RESOLUÇÃO DOS PROBLEMAS PROBLEMA SOLUÇÃO Durante a fase de instalação o dispositivo flutuante não flui livremente: Remova qualquer corpo estranho e se o problema persistir, contate o fabricante (ver seç.5 pág.20). O antifurto não entra no bocal do tanque (provável presença da bucha porta-placa anti respingos ou outras reduções dentro do bocal do tanque): Remova a bucha porta-placa anti respingos (ver seç.4 pág.24). Interferência devido ao medidor de combustível flutuante localizado próximo do bocal: Dobre a haste do flutuante. O antifurto se liberta facilmente do bocal: Verifique e repita o procedimento de montagem e bloqueio (ver seç. 6 Pág. 23). Durante o reabastecimento o distribuidor dispara continuamente e interrompe o fluxo de combustível: Na presença de um tanque adicional, abrir a tampa correspondente. Verifique a capacidade máxima da bomba de reabastecimento. Certifique-se de que o distribuidor não esteja danificado. Mude o local de reabastecimento. Se o problema persistir, contate o fabricante. A junta apoiada no bocal de enchimento não parece adequadamente comprimida. Contate o fabricante. 31 10 - SMALTIMENTO I La Lago Accessori srl dichiara che la progettazione, lo sviluppo e la realizzazione dell’antifurto serie KOCKÒN è stato eseguito nel rispetto delle norme relative all’uso di sostanze pericolose favorendo, sotto il profilo ambientale e della tutela della salute del lavoratore, l’intervento dei soggetti che partecipano all’applicazione, all’uso e allo smaltimento dei suoi prodotti. Al fine di ottemperare agli obblighi di informazione, la LAGO ACCESSORI srl precisa che: z Tutti gli elementi dell’imballaggio devono essere raccolti e opportunamente smaltiti evitando così di lasciarli alla portata di bambini o incapaci in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo. 1 z l’antifurto KOCKÒN è costruito con parti meccaniche in acciaio e materiali plastici resistenti al gasolio e pertanto il prodotto da smaltire potràrisultarecontaminato(inquinato, unto) da idrocarburi; è fatto obbligo, per detti materiali, una raccolta separata, affidandoli a centri di raccolta specializzati. z il simbolo riportato in fig. 1, indica che il prodotto non può essere smaltito come rifiuto urbano ma deve essere smaltito mediante raccolta differenziata dei materiali e componenti di cui è costituito secondo le leggi vigenti nel paese in cui l’accessorio viene installato. With the aim of complying with information requirements, LAGO ACCESSORI srl specifies that: z Allpackagingelementsmustbeadequatelycollectedanddisposedof,thuspreventingavoiding them from being made available to children or people unaware of their source of danger. z The KOCKÒN anti-theft device is manufactured with mechanical parts in steel and plastic material resistant to fuel, and therefore the product to be disposed of may result to be contaminated with (polluted, dirty) with hydrocarbon fluids; it is mandatory, for these materials, to be collected separately, entrusting them to dedicated recycling collection centres. z the symbol shown in fig. 1 indicates that the product may not be disposed of as ordinary waste material,butitmustbedisposedofbymeansofseparatecollectionofthematerialsandcomponent of which it is made, according to the laws in force in the country where the device is installed. 32 D 10 - ENTSORGUNG Lago Accessori srl erklärt, dass die Planung, Entwicklung und Herstellung der Diebstahlsicherung Serie KOCKÒN in Übereinstimmung mit den Richtlinien für die Verwendung gefährlicher Stoffe erfolgte und unterstützt zum Schutz von Umwelt und Gesundheit des Arbeitnehmers die Arbeit der Personen, die am Einbau, an der Verwendung und der Entsorgung der Produkte beteiligt sind. Im Rahmen der Informationspflicht liefert LAGO ACCESSORI srl folgende Hinweise: z Sämtliche Verpackungselemente müssen auf korrekte Weise entsorgt werden. Da sie eine mögliche Gefahrenquelle darstellen, sind sie von Kindern und behinderten Personen fernzuhalten. z Die Diebstahlsicherung KOCKÒN enthält dieselbeständige Stahl- und Kunststoffteile.
