• Use the equipment only with compatible fluids and in the specified operating range. Please refer to

SAFETY MEASURES
• It is mandatory to respect the batteries polarity and follow their placement order as indicated in the
batteries cover.
• If a leakage is detected in the batteries protect your eyes and skin. Cover the batteries housing with a cloth
before opening it to avoid that acid get sprayed onto your skin or eyes. If acid should spray into your eyes,
rinse immediately with clear water for several minutes. Consult a doctor immediately afterwards.
• • Do not mix different battery brands or new batteries with old ones.

Mount the non-drip nozzle with the ½” bonded seal
provided (A). Tighten the nozzle nut (Aa) firmly to prevent
leakage. If using a rigid nozzle, first tighten the nut (Ab),
place in proper position the nozzle tube (B) and then tighten
the nut (C) to secure it.
Before connecting the hose to the gun, you must assemble
the swivel cover (D) into the hose (E). This cover is compatible
with ½” hoses. Depending on the hose end type (F) it may
be necessary to open the groove at the swivel cover end to
allow it to enter through the hose fitting.
To connect the hose, hold the hose end (F) stationary
while turning the swivel end (G) until the desired tightness
is achieved.
INSTALLATION
BATTERIES INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT
This equipment employs 4 AA 1.5 V alkaline batteries for its
operation. The gun is supplied without these batteries
installed, follow the procedure described below for
installation or replacement:
1. Remove the rubber cover (A) and then loosen the
screws (B). Remove the battery housing cover (C).

BATTERIES INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT
2. Install the supplied batteries (D) or equivalent batteries
(see technical specifications) according to the polarity
indicated in the battery compartment (E).
3. Place again the cover (C) and tighten the screws (B).
4. Finally, mount the rubber protector (A).
The gun automatically switches off after 30 seconds of
inactivity to save energy. To turn the display back on, press
any of the UP/DOWN keys. Once the display is activated, the
name of the equipment is briefly displayed along with the

OPERATION
The gun has the following dispensing modes:
STANDARD MODE, PRESET MODE and REMOTE MODE.
• STANDARD MODE: the user can freely choose the
quantity to be dispensed without the need to validate
the work order, but it is necessary to enter it.
• PRESET MODE: a work order must be selected in the
system in order to proceed to dispensing.
By default, the selected mode is STANDARD MODE.
However, we can modify this operation from the U-track in
NOTE: Before starting the dispensing process, make sure
that the trigger is not pulled.
Check that the STANDARD mode appears on the display
once the gun is started.
To dispense fluid, follow the procedure below:
1. From the user input screen, enter the user code using the
left/right buttons to change position and the up/down
buttons to select the character corresponding to the
code. The user code can contain up to 50 possible
characters, 4 will be displayed on the screen and you can
scroll to the rest using the left/right buttons.
If you wish to reset the user entered and start the
process again, press the CANCEL button. To confirm
the user, press the ENTER button and it will be sent to
the U-track for validation.
If this user does not exist in the U-track database, you
will receive an error message and you will be allowed to
re-enter another user.
2. Once the user has been validated, the next step is to
enter the JOB (work order), the buttons operation is
exactly the same as in the previous point. In STANDARD
mode, the JOB entered can be any JOB, as it does not
have to be validated by the U-track.
To reset the JOB entered and start the process again press
the CANCEL button.
To confirm the JOB entered, press the ENTER button.

3. The last step consists of entering the desired quantity,
using the UP/DOWN buttons to modify the quantity and
the LEFT/RIGHT buttons to scroll through each digit.
It must be taken into account that the maximum quantity
entered cannot exceed the “maximum quantity”
parameter that has been established from the U-track.
To reset the quantity entered and start the process again
press the CANCEL button.
To confirm the quantity entered, press the ENTER button
and the transaction initiation request will be sent to the
U-track, so that it can accept it and start the dispensing
process.
4. For safety reasons, before starting the transaction, an
information message appears indicating that the trigger
must be released; it will be necessary to confirm by
pressing the ENTER button.
5. After pressing the ENTER button we will start dispensing
by pulling the trigger.
6. During dispensing, you can manually operate the trigger
(A) or you can leave the trigger fixed by means of the
locking button (B). In both cases, the valve will
automatically shut off the dispensing when the preset
quantity is reached.
To lock the trigger in the open position: pull the trigger,
move the locking button forward with your index finger
and, holding it in this position, let the trigger down.
Once the trigger is locked, you can stop pushing the
button.
7. If you wish to stop the dispense before it reaches the
pre-selected amount, press the CANCEL button. The
display will show “CANCEL?” on the bottom line waiting
for confirmation by pressing the ENTER button, in which
case the transaction closure will be sent to the U-track. If
you do not wish to stop the transaction press CANCEL
again to return to the previous state.

8. If dispensing is not interrupted, when the requested
amount is reached, the valve closes automatically and the
transaction end message is sent to the U-track, returning to
the initial state to enter the user again.
1. In the “ENTER USER PIN” screen, we enter the user by
using the UP/DOWN buttons to select the appropriate
digit or letter and the LEFT/RIGHT buttons to move
through the 50 possible characters that our USER PIN
could have.
2. Once the user has been validated, the U-track receives
the work orders associated with the product linked
to the gun.
To reset the user entered and start the process again,
press the CANCEL button.
To confirm the user press the ENTER button, which will
be sent to the U-track for validation.
If the user does not exist in the U-track database, we will
receive an error message and we will be allowed to enter
another user again.
Use the UP/DOWN buttons to move through the
available orders. If we press the CANCEL button, we will
go back to the previous step to be able to modify the
user. Once the work order has been selected, we will
confirm it by pressing the ENTER button.
To start the transaction press the ENTER button.
3. The quantity associated with the work order is then
displayed on the screen and confirmation for the
transaction start is requested.
Before dispensing, make sure that the gun is in this mode:

4. During dispensing, you can either operate the trigger
manually or you can leave the trigger fixed by means of the
locking button in the same way as described in the
standard dispensing mode. In both cases, the valve will
automatically cut off the dispensing when the preset
quantity is reached.
5. If you wish to stop the dispense before it reaches the pre-
selected amount, press the CANCEL button. The display
will show “CANCEL?” on the bottom line waiting for
confirmation by pressing the ENTER button, in which case
the transaction closure will be sent to the U-track. If you do
not wish to stop the transaction press CANCEL again to
return to the previous state.

1. As shown in the image above, if a transaction has been
launched from the UTRACK when the gun wakes up, the
amount associated with that transaction will be displayed
on the screen and confirmation is required to start the
transaction. To start the transaction press the ENTER
button. In case you want to cancel the transaction press
the CANCEL button.
In this mode, the user launches a transaction from the
UTRACK and when the gun wakes up this transaction will
appear on the screen for approval or cancellation.
DISPENSING THROUGH REMOTE MODE
2. For safety reasons, as in the rest of the modes, before
starting the transaction, an informative message will
appear indicating that the trigger must be released; once
this action is done it is necessary to press the ENTER
button to transaction start. At this point it is also
possible to cancel the transaction start by pressing the
CANCEL button.
3. After pressing the ENTER button, we can start the
dispensing by pressing the trigger.
4. During dispensing, you can manually operate the trigger
(1) or you can leave the trigger fixed by means of the
lock button (2). In both cases, the valve will automatically
shut off the dispense when the preset amount is reached.
5. If at any time, you want to cancel or stop the transaction,
press the CANCEL button. The display will show
“CANCEL?” at the bottom of the screen and we will have
to confirm the process by pressing the ENTER button. At
this point the transaction will be closed and sent to the
UTRACK. If you do not want to stop the transaction, press
the CANCEL button again to return to the previous state.
6. If the transaction is not interrupted, when the dispensed
amount reaches the target amount, the valve will close
automatically and the transaction end message will be
sent to the UTRACK, showing on the screen that there is
no new transaction in progress (“NO TR. IN PROGRESS”)
and shutting down to save battery power.

This gun allows the following configurations:
Simultaneously press the ENTER and CANCEL buttons until
after about 3 seconds the setup menu access screen is
displayed and after a moment displays the setup options:
Note: if we turn on the gun with the ENTER and CANCEL
buttons pressed simultaneously, we will also access the local
configuration menu.
Pressing the UP/DOWN buttons allows navigation through
the various menu functions. To enter any of the submenus
press the ENTER button when the desired menu is selected.

RF TEST SUBMENU
This menu allows us to modify the gun identifier. These are
numerical values that must coincide with the value
configured in the U-track. Modify their value using the UP/
DOWN buttons.
This menu allows you to calibrate the gun when it has a
calibrated container. To do this, we must dispense into a
measuring cup according to the following procedure:
Make sure that the trigger is not pulled and press the
ENTER button below.
To ensure that you can make adjustments while dispensing,
a quantity equal to twice the value entered is preset
for safety.
1. Once inside the menu, enter the amount to be
dispensed (typically the amount indicated on the
container) by selecting the desired digit using the
LEFT/RIGHT buttons and changing its value using the
UP/RIGHT buttons.
2. Once the amount is set, press ENTER to confirm and
you will be prompted to confirm that you are not
pressing the trigger.
3. The pre-selected quantity is displayed and you can start
dispensing fluid into the container.
This menu allows us to obtain the RSSI transmission signal
value (in dBm) and to display it graphically in order to get
an idea of how good or bad is our signal.

4. Press the CANCEL button and you will be asked if you
wish to cancel to finish dispensing. If we have finished
we will confirm by pressing the ENTER button. If, on the
contrary, we want to continue dispensing, we will press
the CANCEL button.
5. The dispensed quantity is displayed and after 5 seconds
the message “QTE REAL?” is shown on the display.
6. Once this amount has been set, press the ENTER button
to confirm and the gun automatically displays the
newly calculated calibration factor:
We must indicate the quantity actually dispensed, which will
be the quantity registered by the calibrated container. The
UP/DOWN buttons are used to modify the digit value and
the LEFT/RIGHT arrows are used to change the digit.

1. Calibration factor (K-factor): allows the calibration
factor to be changed manually without performing the
vessel calibration process. Use the UP/DOWN buttons
to change it and press the ENTER button to confirm.

proceed to the next parameter.
Display orientation: This menu allows you to change
the direction of the display (normal or inverted), so that
the gun can be adapted to the specific location and the
way it is used. Use the UP/DOWN arrows to select the
desired screen direction and press the ENTER button to
confirm and exit the menu.

STRAINER MAINTENANCE
WARNING: Release all pressure within the system
and disconnect the air supply to the pump prior to
performing strainer replacement. Discharge pressure
The gun can be provided with a strainer (optional). To
inspect strainer or make replacement read the
following procedure:
• Remove the swivel cover (A) (optional) and loosen the
hose nut (B).
• Remove the o-ring (C) fixing the filter (D) and then filter.
• Check the filter and clean it or replace as necessary.
• Place again the filter with the o-ring and install the hose
with the swivel cover (optional).

Monte la extensión antigoteo con la junta
metaloplástica (A) de ½” proporcionada. Apriete
firmemente la tuerca (Aa) de la extensión para evitar
fugas. En caso de emplear una extensión rígida, apriete en
primer lugar la tuerca (Ab), oriente correctamente el tubo
de la extensión (B) y a continuación apriete la tuerca (C)

INSTALACIÓN
Antes de conectar la manguera a la pistola debe introducir
el protector de rótula (D) en la manguera (E). Este
protector es compatible con mangueras de ½”. En función
del tipo de terminal (F) de la manguera puede ser
necesario abrir la ranura del extremo del protector para
permitir su entrada por el racor (G) de la misma.
Para conectar la manguera mantenga fijo el terminal de la
manguera (F) mientras hace girar el extremo giratorio (G)
de la rótula hasta lograr el apriete deseado.
MONTAJE Y SUSTITUCIÓN DE LAS BATERÍAS
Este equipo emplea para su funcionamiento 4 pilas alcalinas
tamaño AA de 1.5 V. La pistola se suministra sin las pilas
montadas, siga el siguiente procedimiento para su
instalación o sustitución:
1. Retire el protector de goma (A) y a continuación afloje
los tornillos (B) y retire la tapa del compartimento de
baterías (C).

2. Instale las pilas suministradas (D) o unas equivalentes
(ver especificaciones técnicas) respetando la polaridad
indicada en el compartimento de pilas (E).
3. Vuelva a poner la tapa (C) y apriete los tornillos (B).
4. Por último, monte el protector de goma (A).
La pistola se apaga automáticamente trascurridos 30
segundos de inactividad para ahorrar energía. Para encender
la pantalla de nuevo pulse cualquiera de las teclas
ARRIBA/ABAJO. Una vez activada la pantalla, se muestra
durante un instante el nombre del equipo junto con la

DISPENSADO
La pistola posee los siguientes modos de dispensado:
MODO STANDARD, MODO PRESET y MODO REMOTO.
• MODO STANDARD: el usuario puede elegir libremente
la cantidad a dispensar sin necesidad de validar la orden
de trabajo, pero sí es necesario introducirla.
• MODO PRESET: se debe seleccionar una orden de
trabajo en el sistema para poder proceder al dispensado
• MODO REMOTO: el usuario lanza una transacción
desde el U·Track y, cuando despierte la pistola, esta
transacción aparecerá en la pantalla para su aprobación
o cancelación.
NOTA: Antes de comenzar el proceso de dispensado,
asegúrese de que el gatillo no está accionado.
Verifique que al arrancar la pistola se visualiza el
modo STANDARD.
Para realizar el dispensado de fluido siga el siguiente
procedimiento:
1. Desde la pantalla de introducción de usuario, introducir
el código de usuario utilizando para ello los botones
IZQUIERDA/DERECHA para cambiar de posición y los
botones ARRIBA/ABAJO para seleccionar el carácter
correspondiente al código. El código de usuario puede
contener hasta 50 posibles caracteres, por pantalla se
visualizarán 4 y podrá desplazarse al resto mediante los
botones IZQUIERDA/DERECHA.
Si se desea resetear el usuario introducido y comenzar
de nuevo el proceso, pulsar el botón CANCELAR. Para
confirmar el usuario pulsar el botón ENTER y se enviará
al U·track para su validación.
En caso de no existir dicho usuario en la base de datos
del U·track, se recibirá un mensaje de error y se nos
permitirá volver a introducir otro usuario.
2. Una vez validado el usuario, el siguiente paso consiste en
introducir la JOB (orden de trabajo).
El funcionamiento de los botones es exactamente igual
que en el punto anterior. En el modo estándar la JOB
introducida podrá ser cualquiera, ya que no debe ser
validada por el U·track.
Si una vez introducida la JOB queremos resetearla y
volver a realizar el proceso, pulsaremos el botón
CANCELAR.
Para confirmar la JOB introducida pulsar el botón ENTER.

3. El último paso consiste en introducir la cantidad deseada,
utilizando los botones ARRIBA/ABAJO para modificar la
cantidad y los botones IZQUIERDA/DERECHA para
desplazarnos por cada dígito.
Hay que tener en cuenta que la cantidad máxima
introducida no podrá sobrepasar al parámetro “cantidad
máxima” que se ha establecido desde el U·track.
Si una vez introducida la cantidad queremos resetearla
y volver a realizar el proceso, pulsaremos el
botón CANCELAR.
Si queremos confirmar la cantidad introducida pulsamos
el botón ENTER y se enviará al U·track la solicitud de
inicio de transacción, para que esta la acepte y
comience el dispensado.
4. Por seguridad, antes de arrancar la transacción aparece
un mensaje informativo indicando que el gatillo debe
estar liberado, será necesario confirmar pulsando el
botón ENTER.
5. Tras pulsar el botón ENTER comenzaremos a dispensar
accionado el gatillo.
6. Durante el dispensado, puede accionar manualmente el
gatillo (A) o puede dejar el gatillo fijo mediante el botón
de bloqueo (B). En ambos casos, la válvula cortará
automáticamente el suministro cuando se alcance la
cantidad preseleccionada.
Para bloquear el gatillo en posición abierta: accionar el
gatillo, desplazar el botón de bloqueo con su dedo índice
hacia adelante y manteniéndolo en esa posición deje
descender el gatillo. Una vez que el gatillo queda fijo
puede dejar de empujar el botón.
7. Si desea detener el dispensado antes de que alcance la
cantidad preseleccionada, pulse el botón CANCELAR. La
pantalla mostrará “CANCEL?“ en la línea inferior
esperando que se confirme pulsando el botón ENTER, en
cuyo caso se enviará el cierre de transacción al U·track. Si
no desea detener la transacción pulse de nuevo
CANCELAR para volver al estado anterior.

8. Si no se interrumpe el dispensado, cuando se alcanza la
cantidad solicitada la válvula cierra automáticamente y se
envía el mensaje de final de transacción al U·track,
volviendo al estado inicial para introducir el usuario
nuevamente.
1. En la pantalla “ENTER USER PIN”, introducimos el
usuario utilizando para ello los botones ARRIBA/ABAJO
para elegir el digito o letra adecuada y los botones
IZQUIERDA/DERECHA para movernos a lo largo de los
50 posibles caracteres que podría llegar a tener
nuestro USUARIO.
2. Una vez validado el usuario, desde el U·track se reciben
las órdenes de trabajo asociadas al producto vinculado a
la pistola.
Si deseamos resetear el usuario introducido y comenzar
de nuevo el proceso, pulsamos el botón CANCELAR.
Para confirmar el usuario pulsaremos el botón ENTER,
enviándose este al U·track para su validación.
En caso de no existir dicho usuario en la base de datos
del U·track, recibiremos un mensaje de error y se nos
permitirá volver a introducir otro usuario.
Mediante los botones ARRIBA/ABAJO nos moveremos a
través de las órdenes disponibles. Si pulsamos el botón
CANCELAR, volveremos al paso anterior para poder
modificar el usuario.
Una vez seleccionada la orden de trabajo la confirmaremos
pulsando el botón ENTER.
Para iniciar la transacción pulsar el botón ENTER.
3. A continuación se muestra por pantalla la cantidad
asociada a dicha orden de trabajo y se solicta la
confirmación de inicio de la transacción.
Antes de proceder al dispensado asegurarse de que la pistola
se encuentra en este modo:
9. Finalmente, suelte el gatillo si lo estaba accionado de
manera manual o presiónelo hacia arriba y después déjelo
volver a su posición de reposo si había empleado el botón
de bloqueo.

4. Durante el dispensado, puede accionar manualmente el
gatillo o puede dejar el gatillo fijo mediante el botón de
bloqueo de idéntica forma a la descrita en el modo
estándar de dispensado. En ambos casos, la válvula cortará
automáticamente el suministro cuando se alcance la
cantidad preseleccionada.
5. Si desea detener el dispensado antes de que alcance la
cantidad preseleccionada, pulse el botón CANCELAR. La
pantalla mostrará “CANCEL?“ en la línea inferior esperando
que se confirme pulsando el botón ENTER, en cuyo caso se
enviará el cierre de transacción al U·track. Si no desea
detener la transacción pulse de nuevo CANCELAR para
volver al estado anterior.
6. Si no se interrumpe el dispensado, cuando se alcanza la
cantidad solicitada la válvula cierra automáticamente y se
envía el mensaje de final de transacción al U·track, volviendo
al estado inicial para introducir el usuario nuevamente.
7. Finalmente, suelte el gatillo si lo estaba accionado de manera
manual o presiónelo hacia arriba y después déjelo volver a su
posición de reposo si había empleado el botón de bloqueo.
1. Como vemos en la imagen superior, si se ha lanzado una
transacción desde el UTRACK al despertar la pistola, la
cantidad asociada a dicha transacción se mostrará en la
pantalla y es necesaria la confirmación para empezar la
transacción. Para empezar la transacción presiona el
botón ENTER. En caso de querer cancelar la transacción
pulsa el botón CANCEL.
En este modo, el usuario lanza una transacción desde el
UTRACK y, cuando despierte la pistola, esta transacción
aparecerá en la pantalla para su aprobación o cancelación.
DISPENSADO MEDIANTE MODO REMOTO
2. Por motivos de seguridad, al igual que en el resto de los
modos, antes de empezar la transacción, aparecerá un
mensaje informativo indicando que el gatillo debe ser
liberado; una vez realizada esta acción es necesario
presionar el botón ENTER para comenzar la transacción.
En este punto también es posible cancelar el inicio de
transacción pulsando el botón CANCEL.
3. Después de presionar el botón ENTER, podremos
comenzar la dispensa presionando el gatillo.
4. Durante el dispensado, puede accionar manualmente el
gatillo (1) o puede dejar el gatillo fijo mediante el botón
de bloqueo (2). En ambos casos, la válvula cortará
automáticamente el suministro cuando se alcance la
cantidad preseleccionada.
5. Si en cualquier momento, queremos cancelar o parar la
transacción, presiona el botón CANCEL. La pantalla
mostrará “CANCEL?” en la parte inferior de la misma y
deberemos confirmar el proceso pulsando el botón ENTER.
En dicho momento la transacción se cerrará y se enviará al
UTRACK. Si no quisieras parar la transacción pulsa el botón
CANCEL nuevamente para volver al estado anterior.
6. Si la transacción no es interrumpida, cuando la cantidad
dispensada alcance la cantidad objetivo, la válvula se cerrará
de forma automática y el mensaje de final de transacción
será enviado al UTRACK, mostrando por pantalla que no
existe ninguna transacción nueva en curso (“NO TR. IN
PROGRESS”) y apagándose para ahorrar batería.

Esta pistola permite las siguientes configuraciones:
Presione simultáneamente los botones ENTER y CANCELAR
hasta que transcurridos unos 3 segundos se muestra la
pantalla de acceso al menú de configuración y tras un
instante muestra las opciones de configuración:
AL ARRANCAR LA PISTOLA, ESTÁ INTENTA CONECTARSE
CON EL U·NET PRO PARA COMUNICARSE. SI ESTÁ
CONEXIÓN NO ES EXITOSA, LA PISTOLA ENTRA EN LO
QUE LLAMAMOS MODO EMERGENCIA.
EN ESTE MODO ES NECESARIO INTRODUCIR UN CÓDIGO
DE EMERGENCIA QUE NOS PERMITIRÁ DISPENSAR.
Para navegar por las distintas funciones del menú se deben
usar los botones ARRIBA/ABAJO. Para entrar en cualquiera
de los submenús pulse el botón ENTER cuando se selecciona
el menú deseado.

locales como el Hose ID.
• RF TEST: permite comprobar el nivel de señal.

Este menú nos permite modificar el identificador de la
pistola. Son valores numéricos que deben coincidir con el
valor configurado en el U·track. Modifique su valor
mediante los botones UP/DOWN.
Este menú permite calibrar la pistola cuando dispone de
un recipiente calibrado. Para ello deberemos realizar un
dispensado sobre un vaso medidor según el siguiente
procedimiento:
Asegúrese de que el gatillo no está pulsado y presione el
botón ENTER a continuación.
Para asegurar que puede realizar ajustes mientras está
dispensando, por seguridad se preselecciona una cantidad
igual al doble del valor introducido.
1. Una vez dentro del menú, introducir la cantidad que
vamos a dispensar (típicamente la indicada en el
recipiente) seleccionando el dígito deseado mediante
los botones IZQUIERDA/DERECHA y cambiando su valor
mediante los botones ARRIBA/ABAJO.
2. Una vez fijada la cantidad, pulsar ENTER para confirmar
y se le solicitará confirmación de que no está pulsando
el gatillo.
3. Por pantalla se muestra la cantidad preseleccionada y
puede comenzar a dispensar fluido en el recipiente.
Este menú nos permite obtener el valor RSSI de la señal de
transmisión (en dBm) y visualizarlo de manera gráfica
dándonos una idea de lo buena o mala que es
nuestra señal.

Si hemos finalizado confirmaremos pulsando el botón
ENTER. Si por el contrario, queremos continuar el

5. Se visualiza la cantidad dispensada y trascurridos 5
segundos se muestra por pantalla el mensaje “QTE
REAL?”.
6. Una vez ajustada esta cantidad, pulsamos el botón
ENTER para confirmar y automáticamente la pistola
muestra el nuevo factor de calibración calculado:
Debemos indicar la cantidad realmente dispensada que
será la registrada por el recipiente calibrado. Mediante los
botones ARRIBA/ABAJO se modifica el valor del dígito y
con las flechas IZQUIERDA/DERECHA se cambia de dígito.
Cuando haya dispensado la cantidad objetivo en el
recipiente calibrado suelte el gatillo para interrumpir el
suministro de fluido.

SUBMENÚ EDIT PARAMS
Este menú nos permite editar los siguientes parámetros de
funcionamiento:
Puede introducir un factor de calibración ya conocido o
puede calcularlo de forma manual según la
siguiente fórmula:
Si no desea modificar este factor, pulse ENTER para
proseguir al siguiente parámetro.
Factor de calibración = x 1000
1. Factor de calibración (factor K): permite modificar de
forma manual el factor de calibración sin realizar el
proceso de calibración con recipiente. Utilice las flechas
ARRIBA/ABAJO para modificarlo y pulse el botón ENTER
para confirmarlo.
2. Tras presionar ENTER se muestra la configuración de la
orientación de pantalla.
Orientación de la pantalla: Este menú permite modificar
el sentido de la pantalla (normal o invertido), pudiendo
adaptar de esta manera la pistola al lugar específico y al
modo de utilización de la misma. Utilice las flechas
ARRIBA/ABAJO para seleccionar el sentido de la pantalla
deseado y pulse el botón ENTER para confirmar y salir
del menú.

LIMPIEZA Y SUSTITUCIÓN DEL FILTRO
ADVERTENCIA: Antes de realizar la sustitución del
filtro asegúrese de que no hay presión en el circuito
y que la bomba se encuentra desconectada. Libere
presión accionando la pistola en un recipiente y
actúe sobre válvulas de drenaje si es necesario.
La pistola puede estar provista de un filtro (opcional). Para
revisar su estado o realizar su sustitución siga el siguiente
procedimiento.
• Retire el protector (A) (opcional) de la rótula, en caso de
estar montado, y afloje la tuerca (B) de la manguera.
• Extraiga la junta tórica (C) que fija el filtro (D) y a
continuación el filtro.
• Revise el filtro y proceda a su limpieza o sustitución en
caso necesario.
• Fije de nuevo el filtro con la junta tórica y monte la
manguera y el protector de rótula.

Montez la buse anti-goutte avec le joint collé
½” (A) fourni.
Serrez fermement l’écrou de la buse (Aa) pour éviter les
fuites. Si vous utilisez une buse rigide, serrez d’abord
l’écrou (Ab), placez en bonne position le tube de buse (B)
puis serrez l’écrou (C) pour le fixer.
INSTALLATION
Avant de raccorder le tuyau au pistolet, vous devez assembler
le couvercle pivotant (D) dans le tuyau (E). Cette housse est
compatible avec les tuyaux ½”. Selon le type d’extrémité de
tuyau (F), il peut être nécessaire d’ouvrir la rainure à
l’extrémité du couvercle pivotant pour lui permettre d’entrer
par le raccord de tuyau.
Pour connecter le tuyau, maintenez l’extrémité du tuyau (F)
immobile tout en tournant l’extrémité pivotante (G) du pivot
jusqu’à ce que l’étanchéité souhaitée soit atteinte.
INSTALLATION ET REMPLACEMENT DES BATTERIES
Cet équipement utilise 4 piles alcalines AA 1,5 V pour son
fonctionnement. Le pistolet est fourni sans ces batteries
installées, suivre la procédure décrite ci-dessous pour
l’installation ou remplacement :
1. Retirez le couvercle en caoutchouc (A), puis desserrez les
vis (B) et retirez le couvercle du boîtier de la batterie (C).

Le pistolet s’éteint automatiquement après 30 secondes
d’inactivité pour économiser de l’énergie. Pour rallumer
l’écran, appuyez sur l’une des touches UP/ DOWN. Une fois
l’écran activé, le nom de l’équipement s’affiche un instant
ainsi que la version du logiciel installé.

DISTRIBUTION
Le pistolet a les modes de distribution suivants:
MODE STANDARD, MODE PRESET
et MODE À DISTANCE:
• MODE STANDARD: l’utilisateur peut choisir
librement la quantité à distribuer sans avoir à valider
le bon de travail, mais il est nécessaire de la saisir.
• MODE PRESET: un bon de travail doit être sélectionné
dans le système pour pouvoir procéder à la distribution.
• MODE REMOTE: l’utilisateur lance une transaction à
partir de l’U·Track et lorsque le pistolet se réveille, cette
transaction apparaît à l’écran pour approbation ou
annulation.
REMARQUE: Avant de commencer le processus de
distribution, assurez-vous que la gâchette n’est pas tirée.
Vérifier que le mode STANDARD s’affiche au démarrage
du pistolet.
Pour effectuer la distribution de fluide, suivre la
procédure suivante:
1. Depuis l’écran de saisie de l’utilisateur, saisir le code
utilisateur à l’aide des touches left/right pour changer de
position et des touches UP/DOWN pour sélectionner le
caractère correspondant au code. Le code de l’utilisateur
peut contenir jusqu’à 50 caractères possibles, 4 seront
affichés à l’écran et vous pourrez faire défiler le reste à
l’aide des boutons left/right.
Si vous souhaitez réinitialiser l’utilisateur saisi et
recommencer le processus, appuyez sur le bouton
ANNULER. Pour confirmer l’utilisateur, appuyez sur le
bouton ENTER et il sera envoyé à l’U-track pour validation.
S’il n’y a pas un tel utilisateur dans la base de données
U-track, un message d’erreur sera reçu et nous serons
autorisés à saisir à nouveau un autre utilisateur.
2. Une fois l’utilisateur validé, l’étape suivante consiste à
saisir le JOB (bon de travail).
Le fonctionnement des boutons est exactement le même
que dans le point précédent. En mode standard, le JOB
saisi peut être quelconque, puisqu’il n’a pas à être validé
par l’U-track.
Si une fois le JOB entré, nous voulons le réinitialiser et
recommencer le processus, nous appuierons sur le
bouton CANCEL.
Pour confirmer le JOB saisi, appuyez sur le
bouton ENTER.

3. La dernière étape consiste à entrer la quantité souhaitée,
en utilisant les boutons UP/DOWN pour modifier la
quantité et les boutons LEFT et RIGHT pour faire défiler
chaque chiffre.
Le montant maximum saisi ne peut pas dépasser le
paramètre « montant maximum » qui a été établi à partir
de l’U-track.
Si, une fois le montant saisi, nous voulons le réinitialiser
et répéter le processus, nous appuierons sur le
bouton CANCEL.
Si vous souhaitez confirmer le montant saisi, nous
appuyons sur le bouton ENTER et la demande de
démarrage de la transaction sera envoyée à l’U-track, afin
qu’il l’accepte et commence la distribution.
4. Par sécurité, avant de commencer la transaction un
message informatif apparaît indiquant qu’il faut relâcher
la gâchette, il faudra confirmer en appuyant sur le
bouton ENTER.
5. Après avoir appuyé sur le bouton ENTER, commencez la
distribution en activant la gâchette.
6. Pendant la distribution, vous pouvez actionner
manuellement la gâchette (A) ou vous pouvez laisser la
gâchette fixe à l’aide du bouton de verrouillage (B). Dans les
deux cas, la vanne coupe automatiquement l’alimentation
lorsque la quantité présélectionnée est atteinte.
Pour verrouiller la gâchette en position ouverte: tirez sur la
gâchette, déplacez le bouton de verrouillage vers l’avant
avec votre index et maintenez-le dans cette position,
laissez la gâchette descendre. Une fois la gâchette fixée,
vous pouvez arrêter d’appuyer sur le bouton.
7. Si vous souhaitez arrêter la distribution avant que la
quantité prédéfinie ne soit atteinte, appuyez sur le
bouton CANCEL. L’écran affichera “CANCEL ?” sur la
ligne du bas en attendant qu’il soit confirmé en appuyant
sur le bouton ENTER, alors la clôture de la transaction
sera envoyée à l’U·track. Si vous ne souhaitez pas arrêter
la transaction, appuyez à nouveau sur CANCEL pour
revenir à l’état précédent

8. Si la distribution n’est pas interrompue, lorsque la quantité
demandée est atteinte, la vanne se ferme automatiquement
et le message de fin de transaction est envoyé à l’U-track,
revenant à l’état initial pour saisir à nouveau l’utilisateur.
1. Dans l’écran “ENTER USER PIN”, nous entrons l’utilisateur
en utilisant les boutons UP/DOWN pour choisir le chiffre
ou la lettre approprié et les boutons LEFT et RIGHT pour
parcourir les 50 caractères possibles que notre
UTILISATEUR pourrait avoir.
2. Une fois l’utilisateur validé, les bons de travail associés au
produit lié au pistolet sont reçus de l’U-track.
Si vous souhaitez réinitialiser l’utilisateur saisi et
recommencer le processus, appuyez sur le bouton CANCEL.
Pour confirmer l’utilisateur, nous allons appuyer sur le
bouton ENTER, en l’envoyant à l’U-track pour validation.
S’il n’y a pas un tel utilisateur dans la base de données de
l’U-track, nous recevrons un message d’erreur et nous
serons autorisés à saisir à nouveau un autre utilisateur.
À l’aide des boutons UP/DOWN, nous parcourrons les
commandes disponibles. Si vous appuyez sur le bouton
CANCEL, nous reviendrons à l’étape précédente pour
pouvoir modifier l’utilisateur.
Une fois le bon de travail sélectionné, nous le
confirmerons en appuyant sur le bouton ENTER.
Pour démarrer la transaction, appuyez sur le bouton ENTER.
3. Ensuite, le montant associé audit bon de travail est
affiché à l’écran et une confirmation du début de la
transaction est demandée.
Avant la distribution, assurez-vous que le pistolet est dans
ce mode:

qu’il soit confirmé en appuyant sur le bouton ENTER, alors la
clôture de la transaction sera envoyée à l’U·track. Si vous ne
souhaitez pas arrêter la transaction, appuyez à nouveau sur
ANNULER pour revenir à l’état précédent.

automatiquement et le message de fin de transaction est
envoyé à l’UTRACK, indiquant sur l’écran qu’il n’y a pas de
nouvelle transaction en cours (“NO TR. IN PROGRESS”) et
s’éteignant pour économiser la batterie.A ce stade, la
transaction sera clôturée et envoyée à l’UTRACK. Si vous
ne voulez pas arrêter la transaction, appuyez à nouveau
sur le bouton ANNULER pour revenir à l’état précédent.
6. Si la transaction n’est pas interrompue, lorsque la quantité
distribuée atteint la quantité cible, la valve se ferme

Ce pistolet permet les configurations suivantes:

Ce menu vous permet de modifier l’identifiant du pistolet.
Ce sont des valeurs numériques qui doivent coïncider avec
la valeur configurée dans l’U·track. Modifier sa valeur à
l’aide des boutons UP/DOWN.
Ce menu vous permet de calibrer le pistolet lorsque vous
avez un récipient calibré. Pour ce faire, nous devons faire
une distribution sur une tasse à mesurer selon la
procédure suivante:
Assurez-vous que la gâchette n’est pas enfoncée et
appuyez sur le bouton ENTER ci-dessous.
Pour vous assurer de pouvoir effectuer des réglages
pendant la distribution, une quantité égale à deux fois la
valeur saisie est présélectionnée par sécurité.
1. Une fois dans le menu, entrez la quantité que nous
allons distribuer (généralement celle indiquée sur le
récipient) en sélectionnant le chiffre souhaité à l’aide
des boutons LEFT/RIGHT et en modifiant sa valeur à
l’aide des boutons UP/RIGHT.
2. Une fois le montant défini, appuyez sur ENTER pour
confirmer et il vous sera demandé de confirmer que
vous n’appuyez pas sur la gâchette.
3. La quantité présélectionnée s’affiche à l’écran et vous
pouvez commencer à distribuer du liquide dans
le récipient.
Ce menu vous permet d’obtenir la valeur RSSI du signal de
transmission (en dBm) et de la visualiser graphiquement,
nous donnant une idée de la qualité de notre signal.

Il faut indiquer la quantité réellement distribuée, qui sera
celle enregistrée par le contenant calibré. Au moyen des
boutons UP et DOWN la valeur du chiffre est modifiée et
avec les flèches LEFT/RIGHT le chiffre est changé.
Lorsque vous avez distribué la quantité cible dans le
récipient calibré, relâchez la gâchette pour arrêter
l’alimentation en fluide.

Ce menu vous permet de modifier les paramètres de

vous pouvez le calculer manuellement selon la formule

Si vous ne souhaitez pas modifier ce facteur, appuyez sur
ENTER pour passer au paramètre suivant.

1. Facteur d’étalonnage (facteur K) : permet de modifier
manuellement le facteur d’étalonnage sans effectuer le
traitement d’étalonnage avec un conteneur. Utilisez les
flèches UP/DOWN pour le modifier et appuyez sur le
bouton ENTER pour le confirmer.
2. Après avoir appuyé sur ENTER, la configuration de
l’orientation de l’écran s’affiche.
Ce menu vous permet de modifier la direction de
l’écran (normal ou inversé), pouvant ainsi adapter le

Montieren Sie die Tropfschutzverlängerung mit der
mitgelieferten 1/2”-Dichtung (A). Ziehen Sie die
Verlängerungsmutter (Aa) fest an, um Leckagen zu
vermeiden. Wenn Sie eine starre Verlängerung verwenden,
ziehen Sie zuerst die Mutter (Ab) an, richten Sie das
Verlängerungsrohr (B) richtig aus und ziehen Sie dann die
Mutter (C) fest, um sie zu befestigen.
INSTALLATION
Bevor Sie den Schlauch an die Pistole anschließen, müssen
Sie den Drehgelenkschutz (D) in den Schlauch (E) einführen.
Dieser Schutz ist mit 1/2”-Schläuchen kompatibel. Abhängig
von der Art der Schlauchendes (F) kann es erforderlich sein,
den Schlitz am Ende des Schutzes zu öffnen, damit er durch
die Schlaucharmatur (G) eintreten kann.
Um den Schlauch anzuschließen, halten Sie das Schlauchende
(F) fest, während Sie das Ende (G) des Kugelgelenks drehst,
bis die gewünschte Dichtheit erreicht ist.
MONTAGE UND AUSTAUSCH DER BATTERIEN
Dieses Gerät verwendet 4 Alkalibatterien der Größe 1,5 V
AA für den Betrieb. Die Zapfpistole wird ohne eingelegte
Batterien geliefert.

A
Die Pistole verfügt über die folgenden Abgabemodi:
STANDARDMODUS, VOREINGESTELLTER MODUS Und
FERNBEDIENUNGSMODUS.
• STANDARDMODUS: Der Benutzer kann die
abzugebende Menge frei wählen, ohne den Arbeitsauftrag
validieren zu müssen, muss sie jedoch eingeben.
• VOREINGESTELLTER MODUS: Ein Arbeitsauftrag
muss im System ausgewählt werden, um mit der
Ausgabe fortzufahren.
FERNBEDIENUNGSMODUS: Der Benutzer startet eine
Transaktion aus dem U·track und wenn man die Zapfpistole
einschaltet, erscheint diese Transaktion auf dem Bildschirm
zur Genehmigung oder Stornierung.
HINWEIS: Stellen Sie vor Beginn des Abgabevorgangs
sicher, dass der Auslöser nicht angezogen ist.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der STANDARD-Modus
angezeigt wird, wenn die Zapfpistole gestartet wird.
Um die Flüssigkeitsabgabe durchzuführen, gehen Sie wie
folgt vor:
1. Geben Sie auf dem Benutzereingabebildschirm den
Benutzercode ein, indem Sie mit den Tasten Links/Rechts
die Position ändern ändern und mit den tasten up/down
tasten das dem Code entsprechende Zeichen auswählen.
Der Benutzercode kann bis zu 50 mögliche Zeichen
enthalten, 4 wird auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt und Sie
können mit den Tasten left/ right zu den restlichen
wechseln.
Wenn Sie den eingegebenen Benutzer zurücksetzen und den
Vorgang erneut starten möchten, drücken Sie die CANCEL-
Taste. Um den Benutzer zu bestätigen, drücken Sie die ENTER-
Taste und es wird zur Validierung an die U-track gesendet.
Wenn es keinen solchen Benutzer in der U·track-
Datenbank gibt, erhalten wir eine Fehlermeldung und
wir dürfen einen anderen Benutzer erneut eingeben.
2. Nachdem der Benutzer validiert wurde, besteht der
nächste Schritt darin, JOB (Arbeitsauftrag) einzugeben.
Die Bedienung der Tasten ist genau die gleiche wie im
vorherigen Punkt. Im Standardmodus kann JOB beliebig
sein, da er nicht durch die U-track validiert werden muss.
Wenn Sie nach Eingabe von JOB den Vorgang
zurücksetzen und wiederholen möchten, drücken Sie die
Taste CANCEL.
Um JOB zu bestätigen, drücken Sie die ENTER-Taste.

3. Der letzte Schritt besteht darin, die gewünschte Menge

5. Nach dem Drücken der ENTER-Taste beginnt die
Dosierung mit der Betätigung des Auslösers.
6. Während der Abgabe können Sie den Auslöser (1)
manuell betätigen oder den Auslöser mit der Sperrtaste
(2) fixiert lassen. In beiden Fällen unterbricht das Ventil
automatisch die Zufuhr, wenn die vorgewählte Menge
erreicht ist.
Um den Abzug in der geöffneten Position zu verriegeln:
Ziehen Sie den Abzug, bewegen Sie den
Verriegelungsknopf mit Ihrem Zeigefinger nach vorne
und lassen Sie ihn in dieser Position, während Sie den
Abzug senken. Sobald der Auslöser fixiert ist, können Sie
aufhören, die Taste zu drücken.
7. Wenn Sie die Ausgabe stoppen möchten, bevor die
voreingestellte Menge erreicht ist, drücken Sie die
CANCEL-Taste. Der Bildschirm zeigt „CANCEL?“ in der

UNTERMENÜ RF TEST
In diesem Menü können wir die Kennung der Waffe
ändern. Es handelt sich um Zahlenwerte, die mit dem in
der U-track konfigurierten Wert übereinstimmen müssen.
Ändern Sie den Wert mit den UP/DOWN-Tasten.
Mit diesem Menü können Sie die Pistole kalibrieren, wenn
Sie einen kalibrierten Behälter haben. Dazu müssen
wir gemäß dem folgenden Verfahren auf einen
Messbecher dosieren:
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Auslöser nicht gedrückt ist, und
drücken Sie die ENTER-Taste unten.
Damit Sie während der Ausgabe noch Einstellungen
vornehmen können, ist zur Sicherheit eine Menge gleich
dem doppelten eingegebenen Wert vorgewählt.
1. Geben Sie im Menü die auszugebende Menge ein
(normalerweise die auf dem Behälter angegebene),
indem Sie die gewünschte Ziffer mit den LEFT/RIGHT-
Tasten auswählen und ihren Wert mit den UP/RIGHT-
Tasten ändern.
2. Sobald der Betrag eingestellt ist, drücken Sie zur
Bestätigung ENTER und Sie werden aufgefordert, zu
bestätigen, dass Sie den Auslöser nicht drücken.
3. Die vorgewählte Menge wird auf dem Bildschirm
angezeigt und Sie können mit der Flüssigkeitsabgabe in
den Behälter beginnen.

4. Drücken Sie die CANCEL-Taste und Sie werden dann
gefragt, ob Sie die Ausgabe abbrechen möchten. Wenn
Sie fertig sind, bestätigen Sie mit der ENTER-Taste.
Wenn Sie dagegen mit der Abgabe fortfahren möchten,
drücken Sie die Taste CANCEL.
5. Die ausgegebene Menge wird angezeigt und nach 5
Sekunden erscheint die Meldung “QTE REAL?“ auf
dem Bildschirm.
6. Sobald dieser Betrag eingestellt ist, drücken wir zur
Bestätigung die ENTER-Taste und die Pistole zeigt
automatisch den neu berechneten Kalibrierungsfaktor an:
Wir müssen die tatsächlich abgegebene Menge angeben,
die vom kalibrierten Behälter registriert wird. Mit den UP-
und DOWN-Tasten wird der Wert der Ziffer geändert und
mit den LEFT/RIGHT -Pfeilen wird die Ziffer geändert.
Wenn Sie die Zielmenge in den kalibrierten Behälter
abgegeben haben, lassen Sie den Auslöser los, um die
Flüssigkeitszufuhr zu stoppen.

In diesem Menü können die folgenden Betriebsparameter
bearbeitet werden:
Sie können einen bekannten Kalibrierfaktor eingeben oder
nach folgender Formel manuell berechnen:
Wenn Sie diesen Faktor nicht ändern möchten, drücken
Sie ENTER, um mit dem nächsten Parameter fortzufahren.
Kalibrierungsfaktor = x 1000
1. Kalibrierungsfaktor (K-Faktor): Ermöglicht Ihnen, den
Kalibrierungsfaktor manuell zu ändern, ohne den
Kalibrierungsprozess mit einem Behälter durchzuführen.
Verwenden Sie die Pfeile UP/DOWN, um es zu ändern,
und drücken Sie die ENTER, um es zu bestätigen.
2. Nach dem Drücken von ENTER wird die Konfiguration
der Bildschirmausrichtung angezeigt.
In diesem Menü können Sie die Richtung des Bildschirms
ändern (normal oder invertiert) und so die Waffe an den
jeweiligen Ort und die Art und Weise, wie sie verwendet
wird, anpassen. Verwenden Sie die UP-/DOWN-Pfeile,
um die gewünschte Bildschirmrichtung auszuwählen,
und drücken Sie die EINGABE-Taste, um zu bestätigen
und das Menü zu verlassen.

REINIGEN UND AUSTAUSCHEN DES FILTERS
WARNUNG: Stellen Sie vor dem Austausch des Filters
sicher, dass sich kein Druck im Kreislauf befindet und die
Pumpe nicht angeschlossen ist. Entlasten Sie den Druck,

• Entfernen Sie den Schutz (1) (optional) vom Kugelgelenk,

vom Schlauch.
• Entfernen Sie den O-Ring (3), mit dem der Filter (4) und
dann der Filter befestigt sind .
• Überprüfen Sie den Filter und reinigen oder ersetzen Sie
ihn gegebenenfalls. Befestigen Sie den Filter wieder mit
dem O-Ring und bringen Sie den Schlauch- und
Kugelgelenkschutz an.
