3. Über die Shiatsu-Massage
Shiatsu ist eine vor etwa 100 Jahren in Japan entwickelte Form der Körpermassage und basiert auf den
Vorstellungen der traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin. Grundlage ist das System der Energieleitbahnen
(Meridiansystem) im menschlichen Körper.
Ziel einer Shiatsu-Massage ist, das physische, emotionale und geistige Wohlbefinden der behandelten Person
zu fördern. Dazu müssen energetische Blockaden und Stauungen in den Energieleitbahnen gelöst und die
Selbstregulierungskräfte des Körpers stimuliert werden.
Der Shiatsu-Therapeut erreicht dies, indem er in fließenden Bewegungen Druck entlang der Energieleitbahnen
(Meridiane) ausübt. Obwohl Shiatsu wörtlich übersetzt „Finger-Druck“ bedeutet, wird außer mit den Fingern
auch mit den Handballen, Ellbogen und Knien behandelt. Der Therapeut setzt dabei sein ganzes Körper-
gewicht ein, um den erforderlichen Druck zu erzeugen.
4. Zum Kennenlernen
In Ihrem Shiatsu-Massagegerät befinden sich rotierende Massageköpfe, die die Druck- und Knetbewegungen
einer Shiatsu-Massage nachahmen.
Mit diesem elektrischen Shiatsu-Massagegerät können Sie wirkungsvoll und ohne Hilfe sich selbst oder an

deren Personen eine wohltuende Massage bereiten. Massagen können entspannend oder anregend wirken
und werden gerne bei Muskelverspannungen, Schmerzen und Müdigkeit eingesetzt. Das Gerät bietet eine
kraftvolle, intensive Massage für Nacken, Beine, Arme und Rücken.
Das Gerät ist nur zur Eigenanwendung, nicht für den medizinischen oder kommerziellen Gebrauch vorge

sehen.

5. Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Dieses Gerät ist bestimmt zur Massage einzelner Körperteile des menschlichen Körpers. Es kann keine ärzt-
liche Behandlung ersetzen. Benutzen Sie das Massagegerät nicht, wenn einer oder mehrere der folgenden
Warnhinweise auf Sie zutreffen. Falls Sie unsicher sind, ob das Massagegerät für Sie geeignet ist, befragen
Sie Ihren Arzt.

WARNUNG
Verwenden Sie das Massagegerät
•
nicht bei Tieren,
•
nicht bei einer krankhaften Veränderung oder Verletzung in der zu massierenden Körperregion (z.B.
Bandscheibenvorfall, offene Wunde),
•
keinesfalls für Massagen im Herzbereich, wenn Sie einen Herzschrittmacher tragen und befragen
Sie auch für andere Körperbereiche erst Ihren Arzt,
•
niemals an geschwollenen, verbrannten, entzündeten oder verletzten Haut- und Körper partien,
•
nicht bei Risswunden, Kapillaren, Krampfadern, Akne, Couperose, Herpes oder anderen Haut-
erkrankungen,
•
nicht während der Schwangerschaft,
•
nicht im Gesicht (Augen), auf dem Kehlkopf oder andere besonders empfindlichen Körper teilen,
•
verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht zur Fußmassage,
•
nie während Sie schlafen,
•
nicht nach der Einnahme von Medikamenten oder Alkohol (eingeschränkte Wahrnehmungs fähigkeit!),
•
nicht im Kraftfahrzeug.
Befragen Sie vor der Benutzung des Massagegerätes Ihren Arzt, vor allem
•
wenn Sie an einer schweren Krankheit leiden oder eine Operation am Oberkörper hinter sich haben,
•
wenn Sie einen Herzschrittmacher, Implantate oder andere Hilfsmittel tragen,
•
bei Thrombosen,
•
bei Diabetes,
•
bei Schmerzen ungeklärter Ursache.
Das Gerät ist nur für den in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung beschriebenen Zweck vorgesehen. Der Hersteller
kann nicht für Schäden haftbar gemacht werden, die durch unsachgemäßen oder leichtsinnigen Gebrauch
entstehen.
6. Warn- und Sicherheitshinweise
Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig! Ein Nichtbeachten der nachfolgenden Hinweise kann Per-
sonen- oder Sachschäden verursachen. Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanweisung auf und machen Sie diese
auch anderen Anwendern zugänglich. Übergeben Sie diese Anleitung bei Weitergabe des Geräts.

Halten Sie Kinder von Verpackungsmaterial fern. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr.
Stromschlag
WARNUNG
Wie jedes elektrische Gerät ist auch dieses Massagegerät vorsichtig und umsichtig zu gebrauchen,
um Gefahren durch elektrische Schläge zu vermeiden.
Betreiben Sie das Gerät deshalb
•
nur mit dem mitgelieferten Netzteil und an der auf dem Netzteil angegebenen Netzspannung,
•
nie, wenn das Gerät oder Zubehör sichtbare Schäden aufweist,
•
nicht während eines Gewitters.
Schalten Sie das Gerät im Falle von Defekten oder Betriebsstörungen sofort aus und trennen Sie das
Gerät vom Stromanschluss. Ziehen Sie nicht am Stromkabel oder am Gerät um das Netzteil aus der

Steckdose zu ziehen. Halten oder tragen Sie das Gerät niemals am Netzkabel. Halten Sie Abstand
zwischen den Kabeln und warmen Oberflächen. Kabel nicht einklemmen, knicken oder drehen. Keine
Nadeln oder spitzen Gegenstände hineinstechen.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Massagegerät, der Schalter, das Netzteil und das Kabel nicht mit Wasser,
Dampf oder anderen Flüssigkeiten in Berührung kommen. Benutzen Sie das Gerät deshalb nur
in trockenen Innenräumen (z.B. nie in der Badewanne, Sauna).
Greifen Sie keinesfalls nach einem Gerät, das ins Wasser gefallen ist. Ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Gerät oder Zubehör sichtbare Schäden aufweisen.
Setzen Sie das Gerät keinen Stößen aus und lassen Sie es nicht fallen.
Reparatur

Reparaturen an Elektrogeräten dürfen nur von Fachkräften durchgeführt werden. Durch unsachge-
mäße Reparaturen können erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer entstehen. Wenden Sie sich bei
Reparaturen an den Kundenservice oder an einen autorisierten Händler.

Der Reißverschluss des Shiatsu-Massagegerätes darf nicht geöffnet werden. Er wird nur aus pro-
duktionstechnischen Gründen verwendet.
Brandgefahr

Bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch bzw. Missachtung der vorliegenden Gebrauchsanweisung
besteht unter Umständen Brandgefahr!
Betreiben Sie das Massagegerät deshalb
•
nie unter einer Abdeckung, wie z. B. Decke, Kissen, ...
•
nie in der Nähe von Benzin oder anderen leicht entflammbaren Stoffen.
Handhabung
ACHTUNG
Nach jedem Gebrauch und vor jeder Reinigung ist das Gerät auszuschalten und auszustecken.
•
Keine Gegenstände in Geräteöffnungen stecken und nichts in die rotierenden Teile stecken. Achten
Sie darauf, dass die beweglichen Teile sich immer frei bewegen können.
•
Nicht mit vollem Gewicht auf die beweglichen Teile des Gerätes sitzen, legen oder stehen und keine
Gegenstände auf dem Gerät abstellen.
•
Schützen Sie das Gerät vor hohen Temperaturen.

•
Entfernen Sie die Verpackung.
•
Überprüfen Sie Gerät, Netzteil und Kabel auf Beschädigungen.
•
Stecken Sie den Anschlussstecker in die Buchse am Massagegerät.
•
Kabel stolpersicher legen.
9. Bedienung
Pressen Sie den Körperbereich, den Sie massieren wollen, anfangs nur vorsichtig an das Massagegerät. Prüfen
Sie dann vorsichtig, ob die Massageposition angenehm für Sie ist. Verlagern Sie danach Ihr Körpergewicht
schrittweise in Richtung des Massagegeräts.
Die Massage sollte zu jeder Zeit als angenehm und entspannend empfunden werden. Brechen Sie die
Massage ab oder ändern Sie ihre Position oder den Anpressdruck, wenn Sie die Massage als schmerzhaft
oder unangenehm empfinden.
•
Klemmen oder zwingen Sie keinen Teil Ihres Körpers, insbesondere Füße, Hände und Finger, zwischen die
rotierenden Massageköpfe und deren Halterungen im Gerät.
•
Schalten Sie das Massagegerät mit dem -Knopf ein. Die Massageköpfe beginnen zu rotieren. Drücken
Sie den -Knopf erneut, um die Massagerichtung der Massageköpfe zu wechseln. Drücken Sie den
- Knopf, um die Licht- und Wärmefunktion zu aktivieren.
•
Um das Massagegerät auszuschalten halten Sie den -Knopf lange gedrückt.
Hinweis
•
Benutzen Sie das Massagegerät max. 15 Minuten. Bei längerer Massagedauer kann die Übersti-
mulation der Muskeln zu Verspannungen statt Entspannung führen.
•
Das Gerät verfügt über eine Abschaltautomatik, die auf eine maximale Betriebsdauer von 15 Minuten
eingestellt ist.

10. Reinigung und Pflege
Reinigung
WARNUNG
• Stecken Sie das Netzteil vor jeder Reinigung aus der Steckdose aus und trennen Sie es vom Gerät.
•
Reinigen Sie das Gerät nur in der angegebenen Weise. Es darf keinesfalls Flüssigkeit in das Gerät
oder das Zubehör eindringen.
•
Kleinere Flecken können mit einem Tuch oder feuchten Schwamm und eventuell etwas flüssigem
Feinwaschmtitel entfernt werden. Verwenden Sie keine lösungsmittelhaltigen Reiniger.
•
Benutzen Sie das Gerät erst wieder, wenn es vollständig trocken ist.
•
Der abnehmbare Bezug ist maschinenwaschbar bei 30°C. Beachten Sie die Symbole zur Pflege
und Reinigung auf dem angenähten Etikett am Bezug.

Aufbewahrung
Wenn Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht verwenden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, es in der Originalverpackung in
trockener Umgebung und ohne Beschwerung aufzubewahren.

Sie können für das Massagegerät alle handelsüblichen Bezüge (40 X 40 cm) verwenden.
11. Was tun bei Problemen?

12. Entsorgung
ACHTUNG
Im Interesse des Umweltschutzes darf das Gerät am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht mit dem

Die Entsorgung kann über entsprechende Sammelstellen in Ihrem Land erfolgen. Entsorgen
Sie das Gerät gemäß der Elektro- und Elektronik Altgeräte EG-Richtlinie – WEEE (Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
Bei Rückfragen wenden Sie sich an die für die Entsorgung zuständige kommunale Behörde.

Die Garantie gilt außerdem unbeschadet zwingender gesetzlicher Haftungsvorschriften.

Shiatsu is a form of body massage which was originally developed in Japan around 100 years ago. It is based
on ideas anchored in traditional Chinese medicine, in particular the meridian system, i.e. the paths in the human
body along which energy is conveyed.
The aim of any Shiatsu massage is to promote the physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of the person being
treated. To do this, energy blocks and bottlenecks in the meridians need to be dissolved and the self-regulating
ability of the body needs to be stimulated.
Shiatsu therapists achieve this by exercising pressure in flowing movements along the meridians. Although
Shiatsu can be literally translated as “finger pressure”, practitioners also use the heels of their hands, their
elbows and knees as well as their fingers. In the process, the therapist will use his or her full body weight in
order to generate the required pressure.
4. Getting to know your appliance
Your Shiatsu massage device has rotating massage heads which imitate the pressure and kneading motions
of a Shiatsu massage.
With the aid of this electrical Shiatsu massage device, you can give yourself or somebody else an effective
and pleasant massage. Massages can be both relaxing and stimulating, and are popular for treatment of stiff
or tense muscles, pains and fatigue. The device delivers powerful and intensive massages for neck, legs,
arms and back.
The device is for private use only and is not intended for medical or commercial purposes.
In addition, the Shiatsu massage device offers the following advantages:
• simple operation,
• heat and lighting function,

5. Proper use
This device is intended only for the massaging of individual parts of the human body. It cannot replace medical
treatment. Do not use the massage device if any of the following warnings apply to you. Please consult your
doctor if you are unsure whether or not the massage device is suitable for you.
WARNING
Use of the massage device is prohibited in the following cases:
• On animals.
• if you suffer from a medical abnormality or injury in the area to be massaged (e.g. herniated disc,
open wounds),
• Never use the massage device to massage the heart region of persons fitted with a pacemaker.
Always consult a doctor before using the massage device on other parts of the body of a person
fitted with a pacemaker.

• Never use the massage device on swollen, burned, inflamed or damaged skin or body parts.
• The massage device must not be used on lacerated wounds, capillaries, varicose veins, acne, coup-
erose, herpes or other skin diseases.
• The massage device must not be used during pregnancy.
• Do not use the massage device on the face (eyes), on the larynx or on other particularly sensitive
parts of the body.
• Do not use the device for foot massage.
• Never use the device while you are asleep.
• Never use the device after taking medication or consuming alcohol (reduced levels of awareness).
• Not in the car.
You should consult your doctor before using the massage device if:
• you suffer from a serious illness or are recovering from an operation on the upper body,
• you are fitted with a cardiac pacemaker, implant or other aid,
• Thromboses,
• Diabetes,
• in case of pains of unclarified origin.
The device is only intended for the purpose described in these operating instructions. The manufacturer cannot
be held liable for damage occurring as a result of inappropriate or careless use.
6. Warnings and safety notes
Please read these operating instructions carefully. Failure to observe the information provided below can lead to
personal injury or material damage. Keep these instructions in a safe place where they can also be read by other
persons using the device. Always pass on these instructions together with the appliance if you sell it or pass it on.

Electric shock
WARNING
Just like any other electrical appliance, this massage device must be handled with due care and attention
in order to prevent the risk of electric shock.
For this reason, the device must only be operated as follows:
• only with the supplied power supply unit at the mains voltage indicated on the power supply unit,
• do not use the device if damage to the device itself or any of its accessories is evident,
• never use the appliance during a thunderstorm.
In the event of a defect or malfunction, switch the device off immediately and disconnect it from the
power supply. Never pull on the power cable or on the appliance in order to disconnect the power supply
from the mains outlet. Never hold or carry the device by the power cable. Keep the cables away from
hot surfaces. Do not pinch, kink or twist the cables. Do not stick in any pins, needles or sharp objects.
Make sure that the massage device, the switch, the power supply unit and the cable do not come
into contact with water, damp or other liquids. Therefore, use the device only in dry interior rooms
(e.g. never in the bath, sauna).
Never try to retrieve the device if it falls into water. Disconnect the plug immediately from the mains outlet.
Do not use the device if damage to the device itself or any of its accessories is evident.
Do not subject the device to any impact and do not drop it.
Repairs
WARNING
• Repairs to electrical appliances must only be carried out by qualified persons. Incorrect repairs can
lead to considerable danger for the user. In the event of repairs, please contact our customer service
or an authorized dealer.
• The zip fastener on the Shiatsu massage device must not be opened. It is only fitted for reasons
relating to the manufacturing of the device.

There is a risk of fire if the device is used incorrectly or if it is not used according to these operating

For this reason, the massage device must only be operated as follows:
• Never use the device under covers, such as blankets or pillows.
• Never use the device in the vicinity of petrol or other easily flammable materials.
Handling
CAUTION
Switch the device off and disconnect the power supply after every use and before every cleaning.
• Never insert any objects into openings on the device, and never insert anything into the
rotating parts. Make sure that all moving parts can move freely at all times.
• Never sit or stand on the moving parts of the device with all your weight and do not place
objects on the device.
• Keep the device away from high temperatures.

• Route the cable safely so that there is no risk of anyone tripping over it.
9. Operation
At first, just press the body area that you want to massage carefully against the massager. Then carefully check
that the massage position is comfortable for you. Now gradually shift your body weight towards the massager.
The massage should feel pleasant and relaxing at all times. If the massage is painful or uncomfortable, stop
the massage or change your position or the contact pressure.
• Do not trap or squeeze any part of your body, especially feet, hands and fingers, between the rotating
massage heads and their mountings in the device.

• Switch on the massager using the button. The massage heads will start to rotate. Press the button
again to change the massage direction of the massage heads. Press the button to activate the light and
heat function.
• Press and hold the
button to turn off the massager.
Note
• Do not use the massage device for longer than 15 minutes. Otherwise, using the device for longer
can over-stimulate the muscles and cause tension instead of relaxation.
• The device features an automatic switch-off function, which is set to the maximum operating duration
of 15 minutes.

10. Cleaning and maintenance
CLEANING
WARNING
• Before cleaning disconnect the power supply unit from the mains socket and disconnect it from the
device.
• Only clean the appliance in the manner specified. Fluid must never be allowed to enter into the device
or accessories.
• Small marks can be removed using a cloth or damp sponge, and some liquid delicate laundry
detergent where necessary. Do not use any solvent-based cleaning products.
• Do not use the device again until it is completely dry.
• The removable cover can be machine-washable at 30°C. Please note the symbols for care and
cleaning on the label sewn into the cover.
Storage
If you do not use the device for longer periods, we recommend storing it in the original packaging in a dry
place without weighting it down.
Note
• You can use any standard size cover (40 x 40 cm) for the massager.

CAUTION

3. Au sujet du massage shiatsu
Le shiatsu est une forme de massage corporel développée au Japon il y a une centaine d’années. Cette
méthode est basée sur des notions de la médecine traditionnelle chinoise. Elle est fondée sur le système
des interconnexions énergétiques (système méridien) dans le corps humain.
L’objectif d’un massage shiatsu est de favoriser le bien-être physique, émotionnel et mental de la personne
traitée. Pour cela, il faut supprimer les blocages et les stases dans les interconnexions énergétiques et stimuler
les forces d’autorégulation du corps.
Le thérapeute shiatsu y parvient en exerçant une pression le long des interconnexions énergétiques (méridiens)
par des mouvements fluides. Bien que shiatsu signifie mot à mot « pression des doigts », le massage se fait
avec les doigts mais aussi avec les paumes des mains, les coudes et les genoux. Le thérapeute applique
alors tout son poids afin de produire la pression nécessaire.
4. Premières expériences

pression et de pétrissage d’un massage shiatsu.

N’attrapez en aucun cas un appareil tombé dans l’eau. Débranchez-le immédiatement.

Réparations

ATTENTION

9. Utilisation
Pressez d’abord avec soin les parties du corps que vous souhaitez masser avec l’appareil de massage.
Vérifiez ensuite que la position de massage est confortable pour vous. Déplacez ensuite progressivement le
poids de votre corps en direction de l’appareil de massage.
Le massage doit toujours être ressenti comme agréable et relaxant. Interrompez le massage ou modifiez
votre position ou la pression si le massage est douloureux ou inconfortable.
• N’insérez pas ou ne forcez pas de parties de votre corps (en particulier les pieds, les mains ou les doigts)
entre les têtes de massage rotatives et leurs crochets dans l’appareil.
• Allumez l’appareil de massage avec le bouton
. Les têtes de massage commencent à tourner. Appuyez
à nouveau sur le bouton
pour changer le sens de massage. Appuyez sur le bouton pour activer les
fonctions de lumière et de chauffage.
• Pour éteindre l'appareil de massage, maintenez la touche
enfoncée.
Remarque
• Utilisez l’appareil de massage max. 15 minutes. Si le massage dure plus longtemps, une stimulation
musculaire excessive pourra provoquer la contracture des muscles au lieu de les détendre.
• L'appareil dispose d'un arrêt automatique réglé sur une durée d'utilisation maximale de 15 minutes.

10. Nettoyage et entretien

AVERTISSEMENT
• Avant chaque nettoyage, retirez la fiche du bloc d’alimentation et débranchez l’appareil.
• Nettoyez l’appareil uniquement selon la méthode indiquée. Il ne doit en aucun cas pénétrer du
liquide dans l’appareil ou dans les accessoires.
• Les petites taches peuvent être enlevées à l’aide d’une lingette ou d’une éponge humide et d’un
peu de produit de lavage pour textiles délicats éventuellement. N’utilisez pas de produit nettoyant
contenant un solvant.
• Attendez que l’appareil soit complètement sec avant de le réutiliser.
• La housse amovible est lavable en machine à 30°C. Veuillez consulter les symboles de nettoyage
et d’entretien sur l’étiquette cousue à la housse.
Conservation
Si vous n’employez pas l’appareil pendant une assez longue période, nous vous recommandons de le
conserver dans l’emballage d’origine dans un endroit sec et de ne pas poser d’objets dessus.

Beurer garantit le bon fonctionnement et l’intégrité de ce produit.
La période de garantie mondiale est de 3ans à compter de la date d’achat par l’acheteur du produit neuf
et non utilisé.
Cette garantie ne s’applique qu’aux produits achetés par l’acheteur en tant que consommateur et utilisés
uniquement à des fins personnelles dans le cadre d’une utilisation domestique.
Le droit allemand s’applique.
Si, au cours de la période de garantie, ce produit s’avère incomplet ou défectueux conformément aux disposi-
tions suivantes, Beurer s’engage à proposer gratuitement un remplacement ou une réparation conformément
aux présentes Conditions de garantie.
Si l’acheteur souhaite faire valoir la garantie, il doit d’abord s’adresser au revendeur local: cf. liste

L’acheteur recevra ensuite des informations complémentaires concernant le déroulement de la demande de

3. Acerca del masaje Shiatsu
El Shiatsu es una forma de masaje corporal, desarrollada en Japón hace unos 100 años, que se basa en
conceptos de la medicina tradicional china. Su principio es el sistema de canales de energía (sistema de
meridianos) en el cuerpo humano.
El objetivo de un masaje Shiatsu es favorecer el bienestar físico, emocional y mental de las personas tratadas.
Para ello se debe liberar cualquier bloqueo o estancamiento energético en los canales de energía y estimular
las capacidades autorreguladoras del cuerpo.
El terapeuta de Shiatsu logra esto ejerciendo presión en un movimiento fluido a lo largo de los canales de
energía (meridianos). A pesar de que Shiatsu significa literalmente „presión con los dedos“, además de
con los dedos también se realiza con las palmas de las manos, los codos y las rodillas. En este método, el
terapeuta aplica todo el peso de su cuerpo para generar la presión adecuada.
4. Para conocer el producto
En su aparato de masaje Shiatsu hay unas cabezas de masaje rotatorias que simulan los movimientos de
presión y de amasamiento de un masaje Shiatsu.
Mediante este aparato eléctrico de masaje Shiatsu Usted se puede dispensar un beneficioso masaje, a sí
mismo o a otras personas, de un modo eficaz y sin ayuda. El efecto de los masajes puede ser relajante o
estimulante. Los masajes se efectúan preferentemente en caso de crispaciones musculares, dolores y fatiga.
El aparato ofrece un masaje vigoroso e intenso de nuca, piernas, brazos y espalda.
Este aparato está destinado exclusivamente para el uso personal, no para la aplicación médica ni comercial.
El aparato de masaje Shiatsu le ofrece además las siguientes ventajas:
• un manejo sencillo,
• función de calor y de luz,
• 2 direcciones de masaje,
• Funda extraíble y lavable.
5. Uso indicado
Este aparato está destinado al masaje de distintas partes del cuerpo humano. No puede utilizarse como
sustitución de un tratamiento médico. No utilice este aparato de masaje cuando una o varias de las siguientes
advertencias sea aplicable a su caso particular. Si no está seguro de que este aparato de masaje pueda ser
apropiado para Usted, consúltelo con su médico.

No utilice este aparato de masaje
• en animales,
• si la zona del cuerpo que se va a masajear sufre una lesión de algún tipo (p.ej., una hernia discal
o una herida abierta),

• no debe aplicarse mientras se conduzca.
Antes de utilizar el aparato de masaje consulte a su médico:
• Si padece de una enfermedad grave o ha tenido una intervención quirúrgica en el torso.
• Si Vd. lleva un marcapasos cardíaco, implantes u otros medios auxiliares.
• Trombosis.
• Diabetes.
• Si se padece de dolores cuya causa es desconocida.

6. Indicaciones de advertencia y de seguridad
¡Lea detenidamente estas instrucciones de uso! Si no se observan las instrucciones siguientes, es posible
que se produzcan daños personales o materiales. Guarde el presente manual de instrucciones para el uso
y póngala a disposición de los otros eventuales usuarios. En caso de transmitir el aparato, entréguelo con
estas instrucciones.

También el aparato de masaje se debe utilizar con la precaución y cuidado que se aplica a todo aparato
eléctrico, para evitar los peligros de la corriente eléctrica.
Por este motivo, utilice el aparato:
• utilícelo únicamente con la fuente de alimentación suministrada y con la tensión de red que se
especifica en ella,
• nunca, si el aparato o el accesorio presentase daños visibles,
• nunca durante un tormenta.
En caso de defectos o de fallos de funcionamiento, apague inmediatamente el aparato y desenchú

felo de la red eléctrica. Nunca tire del cable de corriente o del aparato para desenchufar la fuente de
alimentación de la base de enchufe. Nunca sostenga o transporte el aparato por el cable de alimen

tación. Mantenga los cables alejados de superficies calientes. No atrapar, doblar ni torcer el cable.
No pinchar con agujas ni con otros objetos agudos.
Asegúrese de que el aparato de masaje, el interruptor, la alimentación de red y el cable no entren
en contacto con agua, vapor u otras sustancias líquidas. Por ello, utilice el aparato únicamente en
interiores secos (nunca en la bañera o sauna, por ejemplo).
Nunca intente coger un aparato eléctrico que haya caído al agua. Desenchufe inmediatamente la
clavija de red.
No utilice el aparato ni sus accesorios si éstos presentaran daños visibles.
No exponga el aparato a golpes y no lo deje caer.

• No está permitido abrir la cremallera del aparato de masaje Shiatsu. Sólo se utiliza por motivos de
técnica de producción.

Manejo
ATENCION
Después de cada uso y antes de cada limpieza, se debe desconectar y desenchufar el aparato.
• No colocar objetos en las aperturas del aparato ni en las piezas giratorias o móviles. Observar que
las partes movibles del aparato siempre puedan moverse siempre libremente.
• No se siente, recueste ni se ponga de pie con todo su peso sobre las partes móviles del aparato,
ni coloque ningún objeto encima de él.
• No exponga el aparato a temperaturas altas.

9. Manejo
Al principio, presione con el aparato de masaje la zona del cuerpo que desee masajear solo ligeramente.
Compruebe después con cuidado si la posición de masaje le resulta agradable. Desplace a continuación su
peso corporal progresivamente en dirección al aparato de masaje.
El masaje debe resultar agradable y relajante en todo momento. Interrumpa el masaje, cambie de postura o
la intensidad de la presión si el masaje le resulta doloroso o desagradable.
• No introduzca ni fuerce ninguna parte de su cuerpo (especialmente pies, manos y dedos) entre los cabe
-
zales de masaje rotatorios y sus fijaciones al aparato.
• Encienda el aparato de masaje con el botón
. Los cabezales de masaje comenzarán a rotar. Vuelva a
pulsar el botón para cambiar la dirección de masaje de los cabezales de masaje. Vuelva a pulsar el
botón para activar la función de luz y calor.
• Para apagar el aparato de masaje mantenga pulsado prolongadamente el botón
.
Nota
• Utilice el aparato de masaje un máximo de 15 minutos. Con un masaje más largo, el estímulo
excesivo de los músculos puede causar tensiones en lugar de relajación.
• El aparato dispone de un mecanismo de desconexión automática que se activa después de un
tiempo máximo de funcionamiento de 15 minutos.

10. Limpieza y cuidado

• Desenchufe la fuente de alimentación de la toma de red y desconéctela del aparato antes de
limpiarlo.
• Limpie el aparato únicamente de la manera indicada. Nunca debe penetrar líquido en el aparato o
en los accesorios.
• Las manchas pequeñas pueden eliminarse con un paño o una esponja húmeda y, si es preciso, con
un detergente líquido para ropa delicada. Para la limpieza nunca utilice detergentes que contengan
disolventes.
• No utilice el aparato hasta que esté completamente seco.
• La funda extraíble se puede lavar a máquina a 30°C. Tenga en cuenta los símbolos correspondientes
para el cuidado y la limpieza que figuran en la etiqueta de la funda.
Almacenamiento
Si no tiene previsto utilizar el aparato durante un período prolongado, le recomendamos guardarlo en su
envoltorio original en un ambiente seco y sin depositar ninguna carga encima.

• Puede utilizar para el aparato de masaje todas las fundas de venta en establecimientos comerciales
(40 x 40 cm).

El comprador solo podrá invocar la garantía cuando pueda presentar:
– una copia de la factura o del recibo de compra y

a Beurer o a un socio autorizado por Beurer.
Quedan excluidos explícitamente de la presente garantía
– el desgaste que se produce por el uso o el consumo normal del producto;

los accesorios suministrados con el producto que se desgastan o consumen durante un uso normal
(p.ej., pilas, baterías, brazaletes, juntas, electrodos, luminarias, cabezales y accesorios de inhalación);
–
productos cuyo uso, limpieza, almacenamiento o mantenimiento sea indebido o vaya contra lo dispuesto
en las instrucciones de uso, así como productos que hayan sido abiertos, reparados o modificados por
el comprador o por un centro de servicio técnico no autorizado por Beurer;
–
daños que se hayan producido durante el transporte entre las instalaciones del fabricante y las del cliente
o bien entre el centro de servicio técnico y el cliente;
– productos que se hayan adquirido como productos de calidad inferior o de segunda mano;
– daños derivados que resulten de una falta del producto. En este caso, podrían invocarse eventualmente
derechos derivados de la normativa de responsabilidad de productos o de otras disposiciones de res

ponsabilidad legal preceptiva.
Las reparaciones o la sustitución del producto no prolongarán en ningún caso el periodo de garantía.

3. Informazioni sul massaggio shiatsu
Lo Shiatsu è una forma del massaggio corporeo nato in Giappone circa un secolo fa e basata sui concetti della
medicina tradizionale cinese. La base è il sistema di canali energetici (sistema dei meridiani) nel corpo umano.
L’obiettivo del massaggio shiatsu è l’incremento del benessere fisico, emozionale e psichico nelle persone
trattate. A tale scopo è necessario sciogliere blocchi e ristagni nei canali energetici e stimolare le forze
autoregolanti del corpo.
Il terapista shiatsu ottiene questi risultati esercitando una pressione con movimenti sciolti lungo i canali ener-
getici (meridiani). Shiatsu significa letteralmente „pressione del dito“ ma, oltre che con le dita, il trattamento
viene eseguito anche con le eminenze della palma della mano, i gomiti e le ginocchia. Il terapista adopera
tutto il suo peso corporeo per esercitare la pressione necessaria.
4. Presentazione
Il presente apparecchio massaggiante shiatsu contiene testine massaggianti rotanti che imitano i movimenti
di pressione e di massaggio della terapia shiatsu.
Il presente apparecchio massaggiante elettrico shiatsu consente di eseguire, con grande effetto e senza
aiuti estranei, un massaggio benefico su sé stessi o su altre persone. I massaggi possono avere un effetto
rilassante o stimolante e sono utilizzati specialmente per trattare contrazioni muscolari, alleviare dolori e
sintomi di stanchezza. L’apparecchio consente il massaggio in profondità, intenso ed energico, per nuca,
gambe, braccia e dorso.
L’apparecchio è concepito esclusivamente per l’uso personale e non per scopi medici o commerciali.
L’apparecchio massaggiante shiatsu offre inoltre i seguenti vantaggi:

• Smaltire la confezione nel rispetto dell'ambiente.
5. Uso conforme
Il presente apparecchio è destinato esclusivamente al massaggio di singole parti del corpo umano. Esso
non può sostituire il trattamento medico. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio massaggiante nei casi elencati nella
seguente tabella di avvertenze. In caso di incertezza sull’idoneità dell’apparecchio massaggiante per l’impiego
personale, consultare il proprio medico.

Non utilizzare l’apparecchio massaggiante
• su animali,
• In presenza di alterazioni patologiche o lesioni nella zona del corpo da massaggiare (ad es. ernia
del disco, ferita aperta),

• mai per massaggi nella zona del cuore nei portatori di pacemaker, e consultare comunque il proprio
medico anche per l’applicazione su altre parti del corpo,
• mai su parti della pelle e del corpo gonfie, infiammate, bruciate o lese,
• su lacerazioni, capillari, varici, acne, couperose, erpete o altre malattie cutanee,
• durante la gravidanza,
• sul viso (occhi), sulla laringe o altre parti del corpo particolarmente sensibili,
• non utilizzare l’apparecchio per eseguire massaggi plantari,
• mai durante il sonno,
• dopo l’ingestione di farmaci o il consumo di alcol (percettività ridotta!),
• in auto.
Consultare il proprio medico prima di usare l’apparecchio massaggiante
• in presenza di gravi malattie o dopo aver subito un’operazione sulla parte superiore del corpo,
• se siete portatrice/portatore di pacemaker, impianti o altri dispositivi ausiliari,
• trombosi,
• diabete,
• in presenza di dolori di natura sconosciuta.
L’apparecchio è previsto esclusivamente per lo scopo descritto nelle presenti istruzioni per l’uso. Il produttore
non risponde di danni causati da un uso inappropriato o non conforme.
6. Avvertenze e indicazioni di sicurezza
Leggere accuratamente le presenti istruzioni per l’uso. La non osservanza delle avvertenze riportate qui di
seguito può causare infortuni alle persone o danni materiali. Conservare le istruzioni per l’uso e metterle
a disposizione anche degli altri utenti. Consegnare queste istruzioni per l’uso a chiunque intenda servirsi
dell’articolo.

Scossa elettrica
AVVERTENZA
Il presente apparecchio massaggiante deve essere utilizzato con cautela ed accortezza, come ogni
altro apparecchio elettrico, per evitare pericoli per la salute dovuti a scosse elettriche.
Per questo motivo utilizzare l’apparecchio
• unicamente con l’alimentatore in dotazione e solo con la tensione nominale indicata
sull’alimentatore,
• mai quando l’apparecchio o gli accessori presentano danni visibili,
• non durante un temporale.
Spegnere immediatamente l’apparecchio e separarlo dalla rete quando è difettoso o presenta anomalie
di funzionamento. Non sconnettere l’alimentatore dalla presa elettrica tirando il cavo di alimentazione
o l’apparecchio. Non tenere o portare mai l’apparecchio per il cavo di alimentazione. Mantenere una
distanza adeguata tra i cavi e le superfici calde. Non incastrare, piegare o storcere il cavo. Non infilare
aghi o oggetti appuntiti.
Accertarsi che il dispositivo per il massaggio, l’interruttore, l’alimentatore e il cavo non entrino in
contatto con acqua, vapore o altri liquidi. Pertanto utilizzare l’apparecchio solo in locali chiusi asciutti
(ad es. mai nella vasca da bagno, in sauna)
Non afferrare in nessun caso l’apparecchio caduto in acqua. Sconnettere immediatamente la spina
elettrica.
Non utilizzare l’apparecchio se l’apparecchio stesso o gli accessori presentano danni visibili.
Evitare che l’apparecchio subisca colpi e non farlo cadere.

Riparazione
AVVERTENZA
• Le riparazioni di apparecchi elettrici devono essere effettuate esclusivamente da personale quali-
ficato. Riparazioni eseguite non correttamente o inadeguate possono creare gravi pericoli per
l’utente. Per le riparazioni rivolgersi al Servizio Assistenza o ad un rivenditore autorizzato.
• Non è consentito aprire la chiusura lampo dell’apparecchio massaggiante shiatsu. Essa è utilizzata
solo per scopi tecnici di produzione.

In caso di uso non conforme alla sua destinazione o di non rispetto delle presenti istruzioni per l’uso,
sussiste il pericolo eventuale d’incendio!

• mai sotto una copertura, come ad es. coperte, cuscini, ...
• mai nelle vicinanze di benzina o altri prodotti facilmente infiammabili.
Manipolazione
ATTENZIONE
Spegnere e sconnettere sempre l’apparecchio dopo ogni uso e prima di ogni pulizia.
• Non inserire alcun oggetto nelle aperture dell’apparecchio e nelle parti rotanti. Assicurarsi che i
componenti mobili possano sempre muoversi liberamente.
• Non sedersi, sdraiarsi o stare in piedi sulle parti mobili sull’apparecchio con tutto il peso del
corpo e non depositare alcun oggetto sull’apparecchio.

Proteggere l’apparecchio dalle alte temperature.

9. Uso
All'inizio appoggiare con cautela la parte del corpo che si desidera massaggiare all'apparecchio per massaggi.
Verificare accuratamente che la posizione sia comoda. Quindi, spostare gradualmente il peso del corpo in
direzione dell'apparecchio per massaggi.
Il massaggio deve essere percepito in ogni momento come piacevole e rilassante. Se il massaggio provoca
dolore o una sensazione di malessere, interromperlo oppure cambiare posizione o pressione.
• Non incastrare o forzare alcuna parte del corpo, in particolare piedi, mani e dita, tra le teste massaggianti
rotanti e i relativi supporti nell’apparecchio.
• Accendere l'apparecchio per massaggi premendo il pulsante
. Le testine massaggianti iniziano a ruota-
re. Premere nuovamente il pulsante per cambiare la direzione di massaggio delle testine. Premere il
pulsante per attivare la funzione luce e riscaldamento.
• Per spegnere l'apparecchio per massaggi, tenere premuto il pulsante
a lungo.
Nota
• Utilizzare l’apparecchio massaggiante per 15 minuti al massimo. Una durata più lunga del massaggio
può provocare contrazioni della muscolatura invece di rilassarla.
• L'apparecchio è dotato di un disinserimento automatico impostato su una durata massima di utilizzo
di 15 minuti.

10. Pulizia e cura
Pulizia
AVVERTENZA
• Prima di ogni intervento di pulizia, sconnettere l’alimentatore dalla presa e separarlo dall’apparecchio.
• Pulire l’apparecchio solo nel modo indicato. Prestare la massima attenzione a non far penetrare
liquidi nell’apparecchio o negli accessori.
• Macchie di piccole dimensioni possono essere eliminate con un panno o una spugna inumidita
aggiungendo, se necessario, un po’ di detersivo liquido per capi delicati. Non utilizzare mai deter-
genti contenenti solventi.
• Riutilizzare l’apparecchio solo quando è perfettamente asciutto.
• Il rivestimento rimovibile è lavabile in lavatrice a 30°C. Attenersi ai simboli per la cura e la pulizia
riportati sull'etichetta applicata al rivestimento.
Custodia
Se non si utilizza l’apparecchio per un lungo periodo, si consiglia di conservarlo nella confezione originale
in un locale asciutto e senza sovrapporre pesi.

• Per l'apparecchio per massaggi è possibile utilizzare qualsiasi rivestimento (40 x 40cm) disponibile
in commercio.

12. Smaltimento
ATTENZIONE
Per motivi ecologici, l'apparecchio non deve essere smaltito tra i normali rifiuti quando viene
buttato via. Lo smaltimento deve essere effettuato negli appositi centri di raccolta. Smaltire
l’apparecchio secondo la direttiva europea sui rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elet-
troniche (RAEE). Per eventuali chiarimenti, rivolgersi alle autorità comunali competenti per
lo smaltimento.

3. Shiatsu Masajı Hakkında
Shiatsu, yaklaşık 100 yıl önce Japonya’da geliştirilmiş, vücuda uygulanan bir masaj şeklidir ve bu masajda
Geleneksel Çin Tıbbı’ndaki düşünceler temel teşkil etmektedir. Bu yöntemin temelini, insan vücudundaki
enerji iletim hatlarından oluşan sistem (enerji meridyen sistemi) oluşturmaktadır.
Shiatsu masajının hedefi, tedavi uygulanan kişinin fiziksel, duygusal ve ruhsal sağlığının teşvik edilmesidir.
Bunun için, enerji iletim hatlarındaki blokajlar ve tıkanıklıklar çözülmeli ve vücudun kendi kendini düzeltme
güçleri uyarılmalıdır.
Shiatsu terapisti bunu, enerji iletim hatları (enerji meridyenleri) boyunca, vücuda akıcı hareketler ile basınç
(presleme) uygulayarak elde eder. Her ne kadar Shiatsu kelimesinin anlamı „parmak ile basınç“ olsa da,

Vücudunuzun masaj yapmak istediğiniz bölgesini başlangıçta dikkatlice masaj cihazına bastırın. Sonra bu
masaj konumunun sizin için rahat olup olmadığını dikkatlice kontrol edin. Ardından ağırlığınızı yavaşça masaj
cihazına doğru verin.
Masaj her zaman iyi hissettirmeli ve rahatlatmalıdır. Masaj sırasında canınız yanar veya rahatsızlık hisseder

3. О массаже шиацу
Шиацу – это разработанная около 100 лет назад в Японии форма массажа тела, основывающаяся на
представлениях о традиционной китайской медицине . Основой является система энергопроводящих
дорожек (меридианов) в человеческом теле.
Целью массажа шиацу является интенсификация физического, эмоционального и духовного самочув-
ствия человека. Для этого должны быть устранены энергетические блокады и застои в энергопрово-
дящих дорожках и стимулированы механизмы саморегулирования организма.
Массажист достигает этого, оказывая плавными движениями давление вдоль электропроводящих
дорожек (меридианов). Хотя дословный перевод слова „шиацу“ и означает „давление пальцами“,
кроме пальцев, при массаже используются кулаки, локти и колени. При этом массажист использует
весь свой вес для создания требуемого давления.
4. Для знакомства
В Вашем массажере шиацу находятся вращающиеся массажные головки, которые имитируют давящие
и разминающие движения массажа шиацу.
С помощью этого электроприбора для массажa шиацу Вы можете эффективно и без посторонней
помощи делать благотворный массаж самому себе или других лицам. Массаж может оказывать
расслабляющее или стимулирующее действие и часто применяется для лечения защемления мышц,
болей и усталости. Прибор обеспечивает интенсивный массаж шеи, ног, рук и спины.
Прибор предназначен только для личного пользования в быту. Он не предназначен для использования
в медицинских или коммерческих целях.

• Вставьте штекер в гнездо массажера.
• Уложите кабель так, чтобы не допускать спотыкания об него.
9. Применение
Сначала осторожно прижмитесь участком, который Вы хотите массировать, кприбору для массажа
тела. Проверьте, комфортно ли Вам при таком массажном положении. Затем постепенно перемещайте
вес тела внаправлении прибора для массажа.
Массаж всегда должен быть расслабляющим иприятным. Если массаж вызывает неприятные ощу

щения или боль, прервите его, измените положение или силу нажима.
• Не направляйте и не зажимайте части Вашего тела, особенно ступни, ладони и пальцы, между
вращающимися массажными головками и их креплениями в приборе.
• Для включения прибора для массажа тела нажмите кнопку . Массажные головки начнут вращать-
ся. Для изменения направления массажа заново нажмите кнопку . Чтобы включить функцию
подсветки иобогрева, нажмите кнопку .
• Чтобы выключить прибор нажмите и удерживайте кнопку

• Используйте массажер не более 15 минут. При длительном массаже чрезмерная стимуляция
может приводить к зажатию мышц вместо их расслабления.

3. Kilka słów o masażu Shiatsu
Shiatsu jest formą masażu ciała, która została rozwinięta w przed 100 laty w Japonii i opiera się na wy-
obrażeniach tradycyjnej medycyny chińskiej. Podstawą jest tutaj system dróg przepływu energii (system
meridianów) w ludzkim ciele.
Celem masażu Shiatsu jest podniesienie fizycznego, emocjonalnego i psychicznego samopoczucia osoby
poddającej się masażowi. W tym celu muszą być rozbite blokady i zatory energetyczne, i uruchomione w
organizmie jego siły samoregulacyjne.
Shiatsu osiąga to, wykonując w płynnych ruchach nacisk wzdłuż dróg przepływu energii (meridiany). Pomimo
tego, że nazwa Shiatsu przetłumaczona dosłownie oznacza „Nacisk palca“, masaż wykonywany jest – oprócz
palców – także kłąbami, łokciami i kolanami. Terapeuta wykorzystuje przy tym cały ciężar własnego ciała,
aby uzyskać odpowiedni nacisk.

W Państwa urządzeniu masującym Shiatsu znajdują się obracające się głowice masujące, które naśladują
ruchy uciskania i ugniatania, jakie występują w prawdziwym masażu Shiatsu.
Przy pomocy elektrycznej poduszki masującej Shiatsu możliwe jest efektywne przygotowanie sobie lub
innym osobom przynoszącego ulgę masażu. Masaże mogą działać odprężająco lub pobudzająco i są chęt-
