Principalmente debe conocer las partes de su
remachadora para poder realizar correctamente
las calibraciones.

INSTRUCCIONES DE AJUSTE
MECANISMO DE CORTE
¿Cuando es necesario ajustar la remachadora?
• Es necesario ajustar el producto cuando no
pueda cortar correctamente el remache, cuan-
do se trabe o cuando las mordazas tengan poco
agarre:
• No necesita ajuste si el agarre es correcto como
la indica la siguiente figura:
¿Cómo ajustar el cilindro exterior?
Calibrar la distancia entre el cilindro exterior y
la boquilla a utilizar permite aprovechar toda la
amplitud.
Debe ajustar el cilindro exterior girándolo hacia
afuera hasta que el agarre sea correcto y tenga
amplitud total del acordeón, como se muestra a
continuación:
AJUSTE DEL CILINDRO INTERIOR
Ajustar el cilindro interior permite la inserción
fácil de un nuevo remache y así evitar el forzar y
atascar el mecanismo.
Regularmente todos los tamaños de remache no
requieren este ajuste el cuál solo debe realizarse
cuando el remache no entre con facilidad en las
mordazas con el acordeón abierto. Usted debe
girar el cilindro interior pausadamente una
vuelta completa hacia afuera hasta encontrar el
ajuste correcto.
MANTENIMIENTO
REMACHADORA ATASCADA Y LIMPIEZA
El principal problema por el que la remachadora
se atasca se debe a que no se utiliza el tamaño
de boquilla adecuado a la medida del remache,
esto puede ir dejando acumulación de residuos,
también puede dejar atorado todo el remache
y/o el clavo.
Para tener acceso a la zona atascada y para re-
mover los residuos se recomienda mover la bo-
quilla y el cilindro exterior. Si es necesario retire
el cilindro interior con cuidado ya que las mor-
dazas y otras piezas pueden salir expulsadas por
el resorte del mecanismo.
Es recomendable limpiar la el mecanismo de cor-
te cada 6 meses o cada 300 remachadas.

ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
CUTTING MECHANISM
When is it necessary to adjust the riveter?
• It is necessary to adjust the product when the
rivet cannot be cut correctly, when it is locked or
when the jaws have little grip:
• No adjustment is necessary if the grip is correct
as indicated in the following figure:
How to adjust the outer cylinder?
Calibrating the distance between the outer cyl-
inder and the nozzle to be used allows you to
take advantage of the full range.
You must adjust the outer cylinder by turning
it outward until the grip is correct and has full
amplitude of the accordion, as shown below:
INTERNAL CYLINDER ADJUSTMENT
Adjusting the inner cylinder allows easy inser-
tion of a new rivet and thus avoid forcing and
jamming the mechanism.
Regularly all rivet sizes do not require this ad-
justment which should only be done when the
rivet does not easily enter the jaws with the ac-
cordion open. You should slowly turn the inner
cylinder one full turn out until you find the cor-
rect fit.
MAINTENANCE
RIVETER STUCK AND CLEANING
The main problem for which the riveter gets
stuck is because the appropriate nozzle size is
not used to suit the rivet, this can leave accumu-
lation of debris, it can also leave the entire rivet
and / or the nail stuck.
To access the jammed area and to remove debris
it is recommended to move the nozzle and the
outer cylinder. If necessary, carefully remove the
inner cylinder as the jaws and other parts can be
ejected by the mechanism spring.
It is advisable to clean the cutting mechanism
every 6 months or every 300 rivets.
