Comprobación tras la recepción
Tras la recepción, por favor compruebe detenidamente la existencia de daños en el medidor
debido al transporte. Normalmente se deben comprobar los accesorios, los interruptores de
control y los dispositivos de conexión. Por favor contacte con su proveedor en caso de existir
cualquier daño obvio o un funcionamiento incorrecto.
Instrucciones de seguridad
Peligro
El medidor de aislamiento de alta tensión ha sido diseñado de acuerdo a los requisitos
de seguridad de EN61010-1, EN61010-2-030, CAT III 1000V, CAT IV 600V y grado de
contaminación 2. Por favor lea este manual detenidamente antes de utilizarlo. Si el equipo se
utiliza de forma no especicada por el fabricante, la protección proporcionada puede quedar
inhabilitada. Con todo ello, un manejo indebido puede causar daños en el instrumento y
accidentes con resultado de lesiones físicas. Nuestra compañía no es responsable de
accidentes que impliquen lesiones físicas y que se produzcan por causas ajenas al fallo del
propio instrumento.
Puntos de atención durante el funcionamiento
Para garantizar la seguridad en las operaciones y trabajar con un rendimiento óptimo, por
favor tenga en cuenta los siguientes puntos de atención.
Comprobación inicial
Antes de la primera utilización, por favor compruebe el aparato para detectar cualquier
función anormal y asegurarse de que no existe ningún daño provocado por el transporte o
almacenamiento. Por favor contacte con el proveedor en caso de encontrar daños.
Almacenamiento
Por favor tenga en cuenta las siguientes instrucciones para evitar shock eléctrico y corto-
circuito.
• Antes de conectar o desconectar una cable de prueba, por favor asegúrese de que la
punta está separada del objeto a medición y de que la alimentación está desconectada.
• Por favor no realice ninguna medición con la tapa de las pilas abiertas.
• En caso de que la tapa de los terminales esté dañada, por favor no use el medidor.
• Por favor no retire los componentes internos. (Ya que existen dispositivos de alta tensión
en el interior)
• Por favor no utilice el medidor en entornos con gas inamable o explosivo o con mucho
polvo (En ese caso podría producirse una explosión).
• Por favor no coloque el medidor en un lugar que no sea estable. (En caso de que el
instrumento se caiga, podría presentar un funcionamiento incorrecto y daños)..
Advertencia
Durante las mediciones este medidor generará alta tensión, por lo tanto realice las mediciones
atendiendo a las normas de seguridad laborales para evitar shock eléctrico y daños.
Antes del uso, por favor recuerde a las personas a su alrededor que tomen las medidas de
protección pertinentes.
Para evitar un funcionamiento incorrecto y accidentes, por favor no exponga el medidor a
las siguientes situaciones:
• Luz directa
• Alta temperatura
• Gas corrosivo explosivo
• Pulverizaciones/ salpicaduras
• Campos electromagnéticos fuertes
• Polvo
• Vibración mecánica
Funcionamiento
Nota:
• El rango de temperatura operacional de este medidor es de 0 a 40ºC (32 a 104ºF).
• Durante el manejo, transporte y funcionamiento, se deben impedir las vibraciones
mecánicas debidas a accidentes o caídas, para evitar daños en el medidor.
• En caso de que la función de protección del medidor falle, por favor contacte con el
proveedor para su reparación y realice alguna marca distintiva para evitar que sea
usado por otras personas.
• Solo el personal técnico de reparaciones está autorizado para calibrar y reparar el

• El medidor no debe ser modicado por cualquier motivo, solo puede ser desmontado
y reparado por los ingenieros de reparaciones de nuestra compañía. De otro modo, se
pueden producir incendios, shocks eléctricos o lesiones físicas.
• Cuando el medidor no esté en uso, por favor cierre la carcasa.
• Por favor apague el instrumento después de su uso.
• Para evitar dañar el medidor, por favor no introduzcas otros dispositivos en la toma USB
o en el terminal del sensor de temperatura.
• El modo de descanso al que se reere el manual es: la situación en la que ninguna
medición está siendo realizada y ningún parámetro está ajustándose. Incluye el estado
en el que el símbolo HOLD se muestra.
• En caso de que la temperatura ambiente cambie de forma brusca, podría darse
condensación, que causaría mediciones incorrectas.
• Antes de empezar las mediciones, por favor sitúe el medidor en el entorno de la prueba
durante cierto tiempo.
Mantenimiento y reparación
• Si parece que pueda haber algún problema con el medidor, por favor asegúrese de que
las pilas tienen suciente carga y la conexión de los cables de prueba es correcta.
• Antes de llevar el medidor a reparación, por favor retire las pilas y empaquételo de forma
correcta para prevenir daños durante el transporte. Describa el problema con detalle;
nuestra compañía no se hace responsable de cualquier daño causado por el transporte.
• El medidor dispone de una pila de botón. Por favor cambie la batería si existen problemas
con la fecha y hora después del encendido. Si no es usted un técnico profesional, por
favor no cambie por su cuenta la pila de botón; en caso de que cambie usted mismo
partes internas, la garantía quedará anulada.
• Las pilas recargables pueden cargarse alrededor de 500 veces; por favor cámbielas
en caso de que el periodo de funcionamiento con operación continuada se reduzca
signicativamente utilizando pilas completamente cargadas.
Limpieza
Sumerja un trapo suave en agua limpia o limpiadores no agresivos, y después limpie el
medidor. Por favor no utilice disolventes tipo benceno, alcohol, acetona, éter, cetona,
diluyente, gasolina, etc…que puedan causar deformación o decoloración.
Finalmente utilice un trapo seco para limpiar y secar el medidor.
Eliminación
El medidor usado debe ser eliminado y las pilas de litio/ pilas recargables debes eliminarse
de acuerdo a las leyes y normas locales.
Retire la batería de litio
Herramientas: Destornillador, llave inglesa hexagonal, pinzas.
1. Apague el equipo, y retire las pilas LR14 y las pilas recargables.
2. Retire los cuatro tornillos de la parte trasera, y quite la carcasa trasera.
3. Retire los tornillos que jan las dos placas de circuito y quite la placa del circuito..
No retire la placa del circuito que está cerca de la pantalla LCD.
4. Las pilas de litio está en la otra placa de circuito.
Inserte las pinzas u otras herramientas similares entre las pinzas y su soporte y después
retire las pilas.

Checking upon Receiving
Upon receiving, please rst carefully check the tester for any damage resulting from
transportation. Usually the accessories, the controls witches and the connection devices
should be checked. Please contact your supplier in case there is any obvious damage or
any malfunction.
Safety Instructions
Danger
The High-Voltage Insulation Tester has been designed according to the safety standards
of EN 61010-1, EN 61010-2-030. CAT III 1000V, CAT IV 600V and pollution 2. Please read
this manual carefully before use. If the equipment is used in a manner not specied by the
manufacturer, the protection provided by the equipment may be impaired. Nevertheless,
improper handling during use may still cause damages to the tester and accidents in which
physical injury might occur. Our company is not liable for any accidents involving physical
injury that is caused by reasons other than aws of the testing instrument itself.
Points of Attention during Operation
In order to ensure operation safety and operate with the optimal performance, please
observe the following points of attention.
Initial checking
Before use, please make sure that the insulation of testing probes and cables is awless
and no conducting part is exposed to the air. Otherwise, using the meter will cause electrical
damage and injury. Please immediately contact the supplier for replacement.
Storage
Please observe the following instructions to avoid electrical shocking and short-circuiting.
• Before connecting or disconnecting a tester probe, please make sure that the probe is
detached from the object being measured and the power is turned o.
• Please do not perform any measurement when opening the battery lid.
• In case the cover of the socket is damaged, please do not use the tester.
• Please do not take o the internal components. (Because there are high-voltage devices
inside).
• Please do not use the tester under environment with inammable or explosive gas or with
a lot of dust. (Otherwise explosion may occur).
• Please do not put the tester at a place where it is not stable. (In case the meter falls o, it
might cause electrical malfunctions and injuries).
Warning
High voltage will be generated by this meter during measurements, and therefore please
take insulation measures according to industrial safety regulations in order to avoid electrical
shock and injuries.
Before use, please remind relevant persons near by to take protective measures.
In order to avoid malfunctions and accidents, please do not subject the meter to the following
situations:
• Direct sunlight. High temperature
• Corrosive explosive gas
• Spraying/splashing
• Strong electromagnetic
• Dust
• Mechanical vibration
Operation
Note:
• The operation range of temperatures for this meter is 0 to 40ºC (32 to 104ºF).
• During handling, transportation and operation, mechanical vibrations during accident of
falling o, shall be prevented, so that meter damages are avoided.
• In case the protecting function of the meter fails to work, please contact the supplier for
service, or make distinct marking to prevent it being used by other persons.
• Only professional service technicians are authorized to calibrate and repair the meter.
• The meter shall not be altered in any respect, and it can only be taken apart and repaired
by the service engineers of our company. Otherwise, it might cause re, electrical shock
and physical injuries.
• When the mter is not in use, please close the cover.
• Please turn o the power after use.
• To avoid damaging the meter, please do not insert other devices into the USB socket or
the temperature sensor terminal.
Tips:
• The standby status referred to in this manual is: the situation under which no measurement
is being performed and no parameter adjustment is going on. It includes the status when
HOLD symbol is displayed.
• In case ambient temperature changes abruptly in great number of degrees, it might result
in condensation, which will cause incorrect measurements.
• Before starting the measurement, please rst place the meter under the new test
environment for a period of time.
Maintenance and Repair
• If its seems that there is a problem with the tester, please make sure that the batteries
have enough power and the connection of tester probes is in good condition.
• Before mailing out the tester for service, please take o batteries and properly pack the
tester to prevent damages during transportation, and describe the problem in detail; our
company is not liable for any damage caused by transportation.
• There is a button battery in the tester; please have the battery replaced in case there is
a problem with date and time after powering on. If you are not a professional technician,
please do not replace the internal button battery on your own; in case internal parts are
replaced by yourself, the warranty will be void.
• The rechargeable battery can be charged for about 500 times; Please replace the
rechargeable battery in case the time period for continuous operation decreases
signicantly with a fully charged battery.
Cleaning
Dip soft cloth in clean water or non-aggressive cleaner, and the wipe and clean the tester.
Please do not use benzene type of solvent, alcohol, acetone, ether, ketone, thinner, gasoline,
etc., which will cause deformation or decoloration.
Disposal
The used tester should be disposed of and the lithium battery / rechargeable battery should
be removed in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Warning
In order to avoid electrical damages and malfunctions, please do not install a new lithium
battery and re-use the tester.
Remove the lithium battery
Tools: screw driver, hexagonal wrench, tweezers
1. Turn o power, and take o LR14 batteries and rechargeable batteries.
2. Take o the four screws on the back, and take o the bottom cover.
3. Take o the screws for xing the two circuit-boards, and take out the circuit board.
Do not take o the circuit board that is closer to LCD.
4. The lithium battery is on the remaining circuit board.
Insert tweerzers or other similar tools in between the battery and the battery holder, and then
take o the battery.
