Los cables dañados o enredados aumentan el riesgo de cortocircuito. e. Use un cable alargador impermeable adecuado para exteriores cuando trabaje con la herramienta eléctrica al aire libre. El riesgo de cortocircuito es menor si utilize un cable alargador adecuado para exteriores. Emplee siempre herramientas junto con un dispositivo de disyuntor residual. 3) Seguridad personal a. No se descuide, preste atención a lo que está haciendo y utilice el sentido común mientras trabaje con esta herramienta. No use herramientas eléctricas cuando esté cansado o esté bajo los efectos del alcohol, las drogas o los medicamentos. Un momento de distracción, mientras utilice la herramienta eléctrica, puede provocar lesiones personales graves. b. Utilice el equipo de seguridad. Use siempre gafas protectoras. Utilice la herramienta eléctrica, accesorios y brocas etc. Siguiendo las instrucciones atendiendo al tipo de herramienta eléctrica y tenga en cuenta las condiciones de trabajo y el tipo de trabajo que se va a realizar. Puede ser peligroso realizar trabajos con la herramienta diferentes de aquellos para los que está diseñada. 5) Servicio a. Haga reparar su herramienta eléctrica por una persona especializada y cualificada, utilizando piezas de recambio originales. De este modo se garantiza el funcionamiento seguro de su herramienta eléctrica. La máquina no debe estar húmeda y no debe actuarse en un entorno mojado. Sostenga la herramienta eléctrica por los mangos aislados al realizar cortes en los que el accesorio de corte pueda entrar en contacto con cables ocultos o con su propio cable de corriente. Mueva la máquina hacia la pieza de trabajo sólo cuando esté encendida. Sostenga siempre la máquina con ambas manos y asegúrese de mantener el equilibrio mientras trabaja. La máquina sólo se utilizará con la placa base montada. Durante el corte la placa base tiene que descansar sobre la pieza de trabajo. El manejo incorrecto podrá dañar la máquina. Para el manejo correcto respete las siguientes instrucciones. Utilice sólo hojas afiladas y en perfecto estado; sustituya las hojas agrietadas, deformadas y romas inmediatamente. La máquina sólo se ha de poner en marcha con la hoja montada. Seleccione las herramientas, regímenes y operaciones conforme al material en cuestión, procure mantener un número de revoluciones constante. No intente detener la hoja de la sierra presionando lateralmente después de apagar la herramienta eléctrica. Utilice sólo accesorios originales. • • • • • • • • • 3. ACCESORIOS DE INSTALACIÓN Montar la hoja de la sierra Fig. B Esta herramienta está equipada con un sistema de montaje rápido. • Gire el anillo de sujeción (2) del soporte de la hoja de la sierra tanto como pueda hacia la izquierda y manténgalo en esa posición. Coloque la hoja de la sierra en el soporte. Suelte el anillo de sujeción. • • 10 • • Asegúrese al sustituir la hoja de la sierra que en el soporte de la hoja no se encuentran restos de material (como pueden ser virutas de madera o metal). Antes de utilizar la sierra asegúrese de que la hoja está correctamente fijada. Desmontar la hoja de la sierra • Gire el anillo de sujeción (2) del soporte de la hoja de la sierra tanto como pueda hacia la izquierda y manténgalo en esa posición. • Extraiga la hoja de la sierra del soporte. • Suelte el anillo de sujeción. Ajuste de la posición de la placa del pie Cuando la cuchilla pierde su afilado en algunas secciones de su borde de corte, vuelva a colocar la placa de pie (1) para utilizar una parte afilada, no usada de su borde de corte. Tras ello, la placa de pie podrá utilizarse también para ajustar la profundidad máxima de la sierra, especialmente útil en las paredes con orificios. • La placa de pie puede extenderse aflojando las dos tuercas de instalación de la placa del pie (5) utilizando la llave hexagonal de 4 mm y a continuación, empujando la placa del pie hasta alcanzar la longitud deseada. Compruebe que las tuercas de ajuste de la placa del pie están seguras antes de reiniciar su trabajo. ES RSM6026 Lidl Manaul E # 0812-22 FC.indd 10 12/22/08 1:42:04 PM Funcionamiento 4. FUNCIONAMIENTO  iempre siga estas notas de S seguridad y el código de seguridad correspondiente.  ompruebe que la sierra caladora C no entra en contacto con otros objetos cuando el dispositivo se encienda. El control del dispositivo podrá perderse al inicio. Podrán ocurrir daños personales y materiales • El interruptor de encendido/apagado Fig. A • Conecte la taladradora apretando el interruptor disparador (3). • Bloqueo del interruptor • Podrá bloquear el interruptor de encendido/apagado (3). Para ello, pulse el botón de bloqueo para el interruptor de encendido/apagado (4), cuando el interruptor de encendido/apagado esté activado. A continuación, el Interruptor de encendido/apagado se fija para un funcionamiento continuo. Pulse el interruptor de encendido/apagado para desbloquearlo. Nota: El bloqueo es posible sólo con una velocidad de par máxima. • Consejos sobre el corte • Fije la sierra caladora y la velocidad de par aproximadamente en el material con el que esté trabajando. Podrá controlar la velocidad de par continuamente a través de la posición del interruptor de encendido/ apagado (3): Si el interruptor se pulsa ligeramente, el dispositivo funcionará más lento. • Si el interruptor se pulsa al completo, el dispositivo funciona a máxima velocidad. Para las curvas precisas, radiales, es mejor utilizar una cuchilla de sierra estrecha. Cuando corte metal, aplique un aceite de enfriamiento o lubricado a lo largo de la línea de corte para evitar el calentamiento. Compruebe la presencia de elementos ajenos en la madera, paneles centrales, materiales de construcción (tuercas, clavos, etc), antes de cortar y sáquelos, si es necesario. Agarre correctamente el material. No soporte la pieza de trabajo con la mano o el pie. No toque objetos o el suelo con la sierra girando (peligro de contragolpe). Ponga la placa del pie en la superficie de la pieza de trabajo, y siérrela ejerciendo una presión constante de contacto o con el pie. Si la cuchilla de la sierra se detiene, apague inmediatamente la máquina. Extienda la diferencia con una herramienta adecuada y tire de la cuchilla de la sierra. Tras terminar el trabajo, apague la máquina y tan sólo la vuelva a poner una vez que esté completamente estable. Corte de desplome Fig. C • El corte de desplome tan sólo puede utilizarse con materiales suaves como la madera, el hormigón aireado, los paneles de yeso, etc. • Sin embargo, exige una determinada práctica y tan sólo es posible con cuchillas de sierra cortas. • Coloque la sierra en la pieza de trabajo y enciéndala. Corte lentamente la pieza de trabajo en ángulo, moviendo la sierra en posición vertical a lo largo de la línea de corte. Apague la sierra y levante la pieza de trabajo cuando haya acabado el trabajo. • • Corte a ras • Las cuchillas de las sierras elásticas bi-metálicas le permiten cortar objetos salientes (tuberías de agua, barras de acero, etc.) cercanas a la pared. • Aplique la cuchilla de la sierra directamente a la pared y tuerza ligeramente para que la placa del pie permanezca frente a la pared. • Encienda la máquina y sierre la pieza de trabajo manteniendo una presión lateral constante frente a la pared. 5. SERVICIO & MANTENIMIENTO  ompruebe que el dispositivo se C desconecta durante la limpieza y el mantenimiento. Podrán registrarse daños o electrocuciones si el dispositivo se enciende de forma desintencionada. Los aparatos han sido diseñados para funcionar durante un periodo muy largo de tiempo con un mantenimiento mínimo. La continuación de su funcionamiento satisfactorio dependerán del cuidado adecuado de la máquina y de la limpieza regular de la misma. 12 Limpieza Mantenga limpios los orificios de ventilación (8) de la máquina para evitar que el motor se sobrecaliente. Limpie las cubiertas de la máquina periódicamente con un paño suave, preferiblemente después de cada uso. Mantenga las ranuras de ventilación libres de toda suciedad y polvo. Si no consigue eliminar la suciedad, utilice un paño suave humedecido con agua y jabón. No utilice nunca disolventes, como pueden ser gasolina, alcohol, amoníaco, etc. Este tipo de productos puede dañar las piezas de plástico. Lubricación El aparato no necesita ningún tipo de lubricación adicional. Errores de funcionamiento Si ocurren defectos o interrupciones (por ej, a través del desgaste o el daño de una parte), por favor, póngase en contacto con nuestro servicio de reparaciones (véase la tarjeta de garantía). El dispositivo no incluye ninguna pieza que pueda ser cambiada por el usuario. Indossare una machera protettiva quando si segano altri materiali fibrosi. Rimuovere le chiavi di regolazione e le chiavi prima di accendere l’utensile. Fissare il pezzo da lavorare con morsetti. Spostare la macchina verso il pezzo da lavorare solo quando è accesa. Tenere sempre la macchina con entrambe le mani e assicurarsi di avere un punto d’appoggio sicuro durante la lavorazione. La macchina può essere utilizzata solo con la piastra di base montata. Durante la segatura, la piastra di base deve essere sempre appoggiata sul pezzo da lavorare. Una manipolazione scorretta potrebbe danneggiare la macchina. Pertanto, attenersi sempre alle seguenti istruzioni. Usare solo lame di sega affilate in condizioni perfette; sostituire immediatamente lame crepate, distorte o smussate. La macchina deve essere accesa solamente con la lama installata Selezionare gli utensili, la velocità della corsa e le azioni del pendolo a seconda del materiale. Fare attenzione a mantenere una velocità di alimentazione costante. • • Non tentare di fermare la lama della sega con una pressione laterale dopo lo spegnimento. Usare solo accessori originali. 3. ACCESSORI DI MONTAGGIO Inserimento della lama della sega Fig. B La macchina è munita di un sistema di installazione rapida. • • • • • Ruotare l’anello di fissaggio (2) del supporto della lama della sega il più possibile a sinistra e tenerlo lì. Posizionare la lama della sega nel supporto della lama. Lasciar andare l’anello di fissaggio. Assicurarsi durante la sostituzione della lama della sega che il supporto della lama sia privo di detriti di materiale (come schegge di legno o metallo). Prima dell’uso, controllare sempre che la lama della sega sia saldamente fissata. Rimozione della lama della sega • Ruotare l’anello di fissaggio (2) del supporto della lama della sega il più possibile a sinistra e tenerlo lì. • Togliere la lama della sega dal suo supporto. • Lasciar andare l’anello di fissaggio. Regolamento della posizione della piastra di base Quando la lama perde la sua affilatezza in alcune sezioni della sua estremità di taglio, riposizionare la piastra di base (1) ad usare una porzione affilata, non utilizzata della sua estremità di taglio. Assicurarsi che le viti di regolazione della piastra di base siano fisse prima di riprendere la lavorazione. 4. FUNZIONAMENTO  eguire sempre le note di S sicurezza e il relativo codice di sicurezza.  ssicurarsi che la lama della sega A non entri a contatto con altri oggetti quando viene acceso il dispositivo. L’interruttore acceso/spento Fig. A • Accendere l’apparecchio premendo l’interruttore a grilletto (3). Se si rilascia l’interruttore a grilletto (3) la macchina si spegne. Blocco dell’interruttore • Potete bloccare l’interruttore on/off (3). Per fare questo, premete il pulsante di blocco per l’interruttore on/off (4), quando l’interruttore on/off viene attivato. 20 Quindi l’Interruttore On/off (acceso/ spento) viene impostato per il funzionamento continuo. Premete nuovamente l’interruttore on/off per sbloccarli. Nota: Il blocco è possibile solamente alla massima velocità della corsa Consigli per le operazioni di segatura • Impostate la lama della sega e la velocità della corsa adattandole al materiale con il quale state lavorando. Non potete controllare la velocità della corsa continuamente attraverso la posizione dell’interruttore on/off (3): Se l’interruttore viene premuto delicatamente, il dispositivo funziona in maniera più fluida. Se l’interruttore viene premuto completamente verso il basso, il dispositivo funziona alla massima velocità. Per le curve precise e circolari, è meglio utilizzare una lama stretta. Quando segate il metallo, applicate dell’olio refrigerante o lubrificante lungo la linea di taglio per impedire il riscaldamento. • Controllare la presenza di corpi estranei (chiodi, viti, ecc) su legno, tavole, materiali da costruzione, ecc, prima della segatura e rimuoverli, se necessario. • Fissare bene il materiale. Non sostenere il pezzo da lavorare con le mani o i piedi. Non sfiorare oggetti o il pavimento con la sega in funzione (pericolo di rinculo). • Posizionare la piastra di base sulla superficie del pezzo da lavorare e segare con una pressione di contatto o alimentazione costante. Se la lama della sega si blocca, spegnere immediatamente la macchina. Allargare la distanza con un utensile adatto ed estrarre la lama della sega. Taglio a tuffo Fig. C • Il taglio a tuffo può essere utilizzato solo su materiali morbidi come legno, calcestruzzo aerato, cartoni in pietra da gesso, ecc. • Tuttavia, questo richiede un certo esercizio ed è possibile solamente con lame di sega corte. • Posizionare la sega sul pezzo da lavorare e accenderla. • Assicurarsi che l’estremità inferiore della piastra di base sia appoggiata sulla superficie del pezzo da lavorare come indicato. • Segare lentamente il pezzo da lavorare ad un’angolazione, spostando la sega in posizione verticale e continuando a segare lungo la linea di taglio. • Spegnere la sega e sollevare il pezzo da lavorare quando il lavoro è completato. Segatura a filo • Le lame di sega elastiche bimetalliche consentono la segatura di oggetti sporgenti (es. tubi dell’acqua, barre di ferro, ecc) vicino a una parete. • Applicare la lama della sega direttamente alla parete e piegarla leggermente in modo che la piastra di base rimanga appoggiata contro la parete. • Accendere la macchina e segare il pezzo da lavorare mantenendo una pressione laterale costante contro la parete. 5. ASSISTENZA & MANUTENZIONE  ssicurarsi che il dispositivo sia A scollegato durante la pulizia e la manutenzione. A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal injury. b. Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Safety equipment such as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries. c. Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in the off position before plugging in. Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or plugging in power tools that have the switch on invites accidents. d. Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury. e. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations. f. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be caught in moving parts. g. If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used. Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally. Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users. Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the power tools operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control. Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc., in accordance with these instructions and in the manner intended for the particular type of power tool, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from intended could result in hazardous situation. 4) Power tool use and care a. Do not force the power tool. Wear a protective mask when sawing other fibrous materials. Remove adjusting keys and wrenches before turning the tool on. Secure your workpiece with clamps. Move machine towards the workpiece only when switched on. Always hold machine with both hands and ensure that you have a safe footing while working. The machine may be operated only with the foot plate mounted. When sawing, the foot plate must always rest on the workpiece. Incorrect handling may damage the machine. Therefore always comply with the following instructions. • • • • • Use only sharp saw blades in perfect condition; replace cracked, distorted or blunt saw blades immediately. Machine should only be switched on with blade installed Select tools, stroke rate and pendulum actions according to material, Take care to maintain a constant reed rate. Do not attempt to stop the saw blade with lateral pressure after switching off. Only use genuine accessories. 3. MOUNTING ACCESSORIES Fitting a saw blade Fig. B The machine is equipped with a quick fit system. • • • • • Turn the clamping ring (2) of the saw blade holder as far to the left as possible and hold it there. Place the saw blade in the blade holder. Let go of the clamping ring. Make sure when changing the saw blade that the blade holder is free of material debris (such as splinters of wood or metal). Before use, always check that the saw blade is securely fixed. Removing the saw blade • Turn the clamping ring (2) of the saw blade holder as far to the left as possible and hold it there. • Remove the saw blade from its holder. • Let go of the clamping ring. Adjusting the foot plate position When the blade loses its sharpness at some sections of it’s cutting edge, reposition the foot plate (1) to use a sharp, unused portion of its cutting edge. GB/MT RSM6026 Lidl Manaul E # 0812-22 FC.indd 29 29 12/22/08 1:42:09 PM Mounting accessories / Operation Besides this, the foot plate can also be used for adjusting maximum saw depth, especially useful when sawing in hollow walls. • The footplate can be extended by loosening the two footplate mounting screws (5) using the 4 mm hexagon key and then pulling the footplate out to the required length. Ensure the footplate adjustment screws are secure before resuming work. 4. Control over the device can be lost at start-up. Bodily injury and property damage may occur! The On/Off switch Fig. A • Switch the machine on by pressing the triggerswitch (3). When you release the triggerswitch (3) the machine will turn off. Locking the switch • You can lock the on/off switch (3). To do this, press the lock button for the on/off switch (4), when the on/off switch is activated. The On/Off switch is then set for continuous operation. Press the on/off switch again to unlock it. Note: Locking is possible only at maximum stroke speed. 30 Sawing tips • Set the saw blade and the stroke speed appropriately to the material you are working with. You can control the stroke speed continuously through the position of the on/off switch (3): If the switch is pressed lightly, the device runs more slowly. If the switch is pressed down fully, the device runs at maximum speed. For precise, circular curves, it is best to use a narrow blade. When sawing metal, apply cooling or lubrication oil along the cutting line to prevent heating. • Check wood, chip boards, building materials etc, for foreign bodies (nails, screws etc.), before sawing and remove them, if necessary. • Clamp material well. Do not support the workpiece with hand or foot. Do not touch objects or the floor with the saw running (danger of backlash). • Put the footplate on the surface of the workpiece, and saw through it with constant contact pressure or feed. If the saw blade seizes switch the machine off immediately. • Spread the gap with a suitable tool and pull out the saw blade. After finishing work, switch off the machine and only put down after it has come to a complete standstill. Plunge cutting Fig. C • Plunge cutting may only be used on soft materials such as wood, aerated concrete, gypsum plaster boards, etc. • However, this requires a certain practise and is only possible with short saw blades. • Place the saw onto the workpiece and switch it on. Slowly saw into the workpiece at an angle, moving the saw to a vertical position and continue to saw along the cutting line. Switch the saw off and lift off the workpiece when the work is complete. Flush sawing • Elastic bi-metal saw blades allow you to saw protruding objects (e,g, water pipes, iron bars, etc,) nearby the wall. • Apply the saw blade directly to the wall and bend slightly so that the footplate rests against the wall. • Switch the machine on and saw off the workpiece keeping constant lateral pressure against the wall. 5. Service & maintenance  ake sure that the device is M unplugged during cleaning and maintenance. Injury or electrocution could occur if the device is unintentionally turned on! The machines have been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper machine care and regular cleaning. Cleaning Keep the ventilation slots (8) of the machine clean to prevent overheating of the engine. Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use. Keep the ventilation slots free from dust and dirt. If the dirt does not come off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water. Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These solvents may damage the plastic parts. Lubrication The machine requires no additional lubrication. Malfunctions If defects or interruptions in operation should occur (e.g., through wear and tear on a part), please contact our service department (see warranty card). The device contains no parts that can be replaced by the user. At the end of this manual, you will find a list of replacement parts that can be ordered, as well as an exploded diagram of the device. 6. Disposal & warranty Environment To prevent damage during transport, the appliance is delivered in a solid packaging which consists largely of reusable material. Der Gebrauch von Elektrowerkzeugen für andere als die vorgesehenen Anwendungen kann zu gefährlichen Situationen führen. 5) Service a) Lassen Sie Ihr Elektrowerkzeug nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal und nur mit Original-Ersatzteilen reparieren. Halten Sie das Elektrowerkzeug an den isolierten Griffflächen, wenn Sie eine Arbeit ausführen, bei der das Schneidwerkzeug mit versteckten Kabeln oder seinem eigenen Kabel in Berührung kommen kann. Wenn das Schneidwerkzeug mit einer stromführenden Leitung in Berührung kommt, können freiliegende Metallteile des Elektrowerkzeugs stromführend werden und dem Bediener einen Stromschlag versetzen.  ägen Sie keine asbesthaltigen S Materialien! • Tragen Sie eine Schutzbrille, wenn Sie mit Materialien arbeiten, die Splitter erzeugen. Tragen Sie bei allen stauberzeugenden Arbeiten eine Schutzmaske. Entfernen Sie Einstellschlüssel und Schraubenschlüssel, bevor Sie das Werkzeug anschalten. Sichern Sie Ihr Werkstück mit Klemmen. Führen Sie das Gerät nur eingeschaltet gegen das Werkstück. Andernfalls besteht die Gefahr eines Rückschlags, wenn das Sägeblatt im Werkstück verhakt. Halten Sie das Gerät mit beiden Händen, und achten Sie darauf, dass Sie beim Arbeiten sicher stehen. Das Gerät darf nur betrieben werden, wenn die Fußplatte angebracht ist. Beachten Sie deshalb immer die vorliegenden Anweisungen. Benutzen Sie nur scharfe Sägeblätter, die in einem einwandfreien Zustand sind. Wechseln Sie sofort eingerissene, verbogene oder stumpfe Sägeblätter. Schalten Sie das Gerät nur ein, wenn ein Sägeblatt angebracht ist. Wählen Sie Werkzeuge und Hubgeschwindigkeit entsprechend dem Material. Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie eine konstante Vorschubgeschwindigkeit beibehalten. Versuchen Sie nicht, das Sägeblatt nach dem Ausschalten durch Druck auf die Seite anzuhalten. Benutzen Sie nur Originalzubehör. 3. INBETRIEBNAHME Montage eines Sägeblatts Abb. B Das Gerät ist mit einem Schnellmontagesystem ausgestattet. • • • • • Drehen Sie den Klemmring (2) der Sägeblattaufnahme so weit wie möglich nach links und halten ihn dort. Führen Sie das Sägeblatt in die Sägeblattaufnahme ein. Lassen Sie den Klemmring los. Überzeugen Sie sich beim Blattwechsel davon, dass die Sägeblattaufnahme frei von Materialresten (wie Holz- oder Metallspänen) ist. Überprüfen Sie vor der Benutzung immer, dass das Sägeblatt sicher befestigt ist. DE/AT RSM6026 Lidl Manaul E # 0812-22 FC.indd 38 12/22/08 1:42:11 PM Inbetriebnahme / Betrieb Entfernen des Sägeblatts • Drehen Sie den Klemmring (2) der Sägeblattaufnahme so weit wie möglich nach links und halten ihn dort. • Nehmen Sie das Sägeblatt aus der Sägeblattaufnahme. • Lassen Sie den Klemmring los. Einstellung der Fußplattenposition Richten Sie die Fußplatte (1) neu aus, wenn das Sägeblatt stellenweise unscharf wird. Stellen Sie sie so ein, dass ein scharfer, unbenutzter Teil der Schneidkante benutzt wird. Durch ihre Beweglichkeit passt sich die Fußplatte im optimalen Winkel der Oberfläche des Werkstücks an. Außerdem kann die Fußplatte auch benutzt werden, um die maximale Sägetiefe einzustellen. Dies ist besonders nützlich, wenn in Hohlwänden gesägt wird. • Sie können die Position der Fußplatte verändern. Lösen Sie dazu die beiden Befestigungsschrauben der Fußplatte (5) mit dem 4 mm-Inbusschlüssel. Nun können Sie die Fußplatte auf die erforderliche Länge herausziehen bzw. hineinschieben. Ziehen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben wieder an. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Befestigungsschrauben der Fußplatte fest sitzen, bevor Sie mit der Arbeit beginnen. 4. BETRIEB  efolgen Sie immer die B Sicherheitshinweise und die geltenden Arbeitsschutzbestimmungen.  ermeiden Sie den Kontakt des V Sägeblattes mit anderen Gegenständen, wenn das Gerät angeschaltet wird. Sie könnten beim Anlauf die Kontrolle über das Gerät verlieren. Es besteht die Gefahr von Verletzungen und Sachschäden! Ein/Aus-Schalter Abb. A • Schalten Sie die Maschine durch Eindrücken des Ein-/Ausschalters (3) ein. Wenn Sie den Schalter (3) loslassen, wird die Maschine wieder ausgeschaltet. Schalterverriegelung • Sie können den Ein-/Ausschalter (3) arretieren. Dazu müssen Sie die Feststelltaste für den Ein-/ Ausschalter (4) eindrücken, wenn der Ein-/Ausschalter betätigt wird. Der Ein-/Ausschalter ist nun für den kontinuierlichen Betrieb arretiert. Drücken Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter erneut, um die Arretierung wieder zu lösen. Hinweis: Die Arretierung ist nur bei maximaler Hubgeschwindigkeit möglich. Tipps zum Sägen • Stellen Sie das Sägeblatt und die Hubgeschwindigkeit entsprechend dem zu bearbeitenden Material ein. Sie können die Hubgeschwindigkeit stufenlos über die Position des Ein-/ Ausschalters (3) kontrollieren: Bei leicht eingedrücktem Schalter läuft das Gerät mit niedriger Geschwindigkeit, bei voll eingedrücktem Schalter mit Maximalgeschwindigkeit. Für genaue, kreisrunde Kurven ist es am besten, ein schmales Sägeblatt zu benutzen. DE/AT RSM6026 Lidl Manaul E # 0812-22 FC.indd 39 39 12/22/08 1:42:12 PM Betrieb / Service & Wartung Tragen Sie beim Sägen von Metall wegen der Erwärmung des Materials entlang der Schnittlinie Kühl- bzw. Schmiermittel auf. Untersuchen Sie Holz, Spanplatten, Baumaterialien usw. vor dem Sägen auf Fremdkörper (Nägel, Schrauben usw.) und entfernen Sie diese, wenn nötig. Benutzen Sie Spannvorrichtungen oder einen Schraubstock, um das Werkstück festzuhalten. Stützen bzw. halten Sie das Werkstück nicht mit der Hand oder dem Fuß. Berühren Sie weder Fremdkörper noch den Fußboden mit der laufenden Säge (Rückschlaggefahr). Setzen Sie die Fußplatte auf der Oberfläche des Werkstücks auf. Sägen Sie es mit einem konstanten Anpressdruck und Vorschub durch. Wenn das Sägeblatt blockiert wird, schalten Sie das Gerät sofort aus. Spreizen Sie den Spalt mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug und ziehen das Sägeblatt heraus. Wenn Sie mit der Arbeit fertig sind, schalten Sie das Gerät aus und legen es erst ab, wenn Motor und Sägeblatt völlig zum Stillstand gekommen sind. • • • • Tauchsägen Abb. C • Tauchsägen darf nur an weichen Stoffen wie Holz, Gasbeton, Gipskartonplatten usw. durchgeführt werden. • Dies erfordert jedoch eine gewisse Erfahrung und ist nur mit kurzen Sägeblättern möglich. • Setzen Sie die Säge auf das Werkstück auf und schalten sie an. 40 • • • Achten Sie darauf, dass der untere Rand der Fußplatte (1) auf der Werkstückoberfläche ruht, wie in der Abbildung gezeigt. Sägen Sie langsam in einem Winkel in das Werkstück hinein, indem Sie die Säge in eine vertikale Lage bringen und entlang der Schneidlinie weitersägen. Schalten Sie die Säge aus, wenn die Arbeit beendet ist. Bündiges Sägen • Elastische Bimetall-Sägeblätter ermöglichen Ihnen, hervorstehende Gegenstände (z.B. Wasserleitungen, Eisenstangen usw.) unmittelbar an der Wand abzusägen. • Legen Sie das Sägeblatt direkt an die Wand und biegen es leicht, so dass die Fußplatte direkt an der Wand ruht. • Schalten Sie das Gerät an und sägen das Werkstück ab, wobei ein konstanter seitlicher Druck auf die Wand beibehalten wird. 5. SERVICE & WARTUNG  berzeugen Sie sich davon, dass Ü das Gerät von der Stromversorgung getrennt ist, wenn Wartungs- oder Reinigungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Es besteht das Risiko eines Stromschlags und Verletzungsgefahr bei unbeabsichtigtem Einschalten! Das Gerät ist so konstruiert, dass es über einen langen Zeitraum mit minimaler Wartung arbeitet. Ein dauerhafter, zufriedenstellender Betrieb hängt von der richtigen Pflege des Geräts und der regelmäßigen Säuberung ab. Reinigen Sie das Gerätegehäuse regelmäßig mit einem weichen Tuch, vorzugsweise nach jeder Anwendung. Halten Sie die Belüftungsöffnungen frei von Staub und Schmutz. Wenn sich der Schmutz nicht leicht entfernen lässt, verwenden Sie ein weiches Tuch, das mit Wasser und ggf. einem milden Reinigungsmittel leicht angefeuchtet ist. Verwenden Sie niemals Lösungsmittel wie zum Beispiel Benzin, Alkohol, Ammoniakwasser, usw. Diese Lösungsmittel können die Kunststoffteile beschädigen. Schmierung Das Gerät muss nicht geschmiert werden. Funktionsstörungen Sollten Fehler oder Störungen im Betrieb auftreten, z.B. durch Verschleiß eines Teils, nehmen Sie bitte Kontakt mit unserem Kundendienst (siehe Garantiekarte) auf. Das Gerät enthält keine vom Benutzer austauschbaren Teile. Am Ende dieses Handbuchs finden Sie eine Liste der Ersatzteile, die bestellt werden können, sowie eine Explosionsdarstellung des Geräts.
