Use and Storage of the User Manual
Inside this user manual you will nd information on how to use and maintain your food chopper
properly, including but not limited to, safety instructions and precautions, assembly and use
instructions, frequently asked questions, and warranty conditions. Please store this user manual in
an easily-accessible location for future reference.
Intended Use
Your Mini Food Chopper has been designed for food preparation as described in this user manual.
Do not use this appliance for any other purpose. This product is intended for household use only.
The Mini Food Chopper comes equipped with a two-year parts and labor warranty. Please contact

are attributes which cannot be built into the appliance, but must be supplied by the user.
Electric Power
If an electric circuit is overloaded with other appliances, the Mini Food Chopper may not
operate properly. The Mini Food Chopper should be operated on a separate electrical circuit
from other operating appliances.

Polarized Plug
The Mini Food Chopper has a polarized plug (one blade is
wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this
plug is intended to t into a polarized outlet only one way. If the
plug does not t fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not t, contact a qualied electrician. DO NOT attempt to
modify the plug in any way. If the plug ts loosely into the AC
outlet or if the AC outlet feels warm, DO NOT use that outlet.
A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping
over a longer cord. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if
necessary, the marked electrical rating must be at least as great as that of the product.

Important Safety Instructions
When using this or any other electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should be
observed, including the following:
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
2. Before using the appliance for the rst time, check if the voltage of the appliance
corresponds to the voltage in your home.
3. ALWAYS assemble the appliance completely before plugging the unit into an electrical
outlet. DO NOT begin operating this appliance until it is properly assembled.
4. ALWAYS ensure the appliance is unplugged from the electrical outlet, has cooled down
completely, and all parts have stopped before assembling, disassembling, relocating or
cleaning the unit.
5. NEVER place the blade assembly onto the base of the unit without rst properly securing
the bowl to the base.
6. ALWAYS ensure the cover is securely locked in place before operating the product.
NEVER try to remove or force the cover open while the appliance is operating.
7. DO NOT attempt to defeat the interlocking mechanism of the cover.
8. DO NOT expose or immerse the base, power cord or plug of this appliance in water or
any other liquid.
9. DO NOT place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in or near a heated oven.
10. Leave approximately 6-8 inches of open space all around the exterior of this appliance
while it is in use.
11. Ensure that the appliance and its power cord DO NOT come into contact with hot surfaces.
12. DO NOT leave the appliance unattended while it is in use. ALWAYS unplug the appliance
from the electrical outlet when not in use.
13. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near incapacitated persons,
children or pets.
14. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children and pets. This appliance is not intended
for use by children or incapacitated persons.
15. The blades are sharp. Handle the blade assembly with care and use caution when
attaching or detaching the blade assembly.
Arrange the extension cord so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it
can be tripped over or pulled.

Safety Warnings
Although the appliance is easy to operate, the warnings below must be followed for your safety:
• DO NOT immerse the cord, plug, or any portion of the base unit in water or any other liquid.
• DO NOT use the appliance on an unstable surface.
• DO NOT place the appliance near a heat source.
16. Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hair, hands, ngers or any other body part from
coming into contact with the moving parts while the appliance is operating.
17. Keep utensils away from the blade assembly while operating the appliance. A scraper or
spatula may be used but only when the appliance is not in operation.
18. The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by the manufacturer
may result in re, electric shock or injury.
19. To disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet, ensure the appliance is off
(release pressure on the button and allow components to stop completely) and then pull
directly on the plug. DO NOT pull on the power cord.
20. DO NOT put any stress on the power cord where it connects to the appliance, as the
power cord could fray and break.
21. DO NOT plug or unplug the appliance into or from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
22. DO NOT operate the appliance if it has a damaged or cut power cord or plug, if the wires
are exposed, if the unit malfunctions, if the unit is dropped or damaged, or if the motor
housing is dropped in or exposed to water.
23. This appliance has no user serviceable parts. DO NOT attempt to examine or repair this
appliance yourself. Only qualied service personnel should perform any servicing.
24. DO NOT use the appliance if the plastic cover or bowl shows any indications of cracks.
25. DO NOT use the appliance with a damaged electrical outlet.
26. Return the appliance to an authorized service center for examination, repair or
adjustment.
27. DO NOT use this appliance for purposes other than its intended use.
28. This appliance is intended for household use, non-commercial, non-industrial chopping
of foods for human consumption. DO NOT use the appliance outdoors or for any other

1. Remove the product from the packaging and disassemble the components. To remove
the bowl from the base of the unit, turn the bowl counterclockwise.
NOTE: The bowl may be slightly difcult to remove when the product is new. To aid in the
removal of the bowl, place the base of the unit onto its side on a soft surface and then rmly
turn the bowl counterclockwise to remove.
2. Thoroughly wash the cover (lid), bowl, and blade assembly in warm, soapy water. Rinse
the parts and let them dry.
Chapter 3 - Assembly
Assembly
Handle the blades with care as they are extremely sharp. Use caution when attaching,
detaching, cleaning or storing the blade assembly.

3. Place the base of the unit onto a level
and stable surface.
4. Place the bowl over the metal shaft and
turn the bowl clockwise until the safety
latches of the container bowl lock into
the base of the unit. This prevents the
bowl from detaching, specically during
operation. (Fig. A & B)
5. Attach the blade assembly by carefully
holding onto the opposite end of the
blades and insert the blade assembly
(blades rst) securely over the center
column of the bowl.
6. ALWAYS attach the cover (lid) after
inserting food into the bowl. (Fig. C)
NOTE: The cover (lid) must be securely
locked into its position before operating the
Mini Food Chopper. When properly locked,
the arrow inscribed on the handle of the
cover (lid) will align with the arrow inscribed
on the base of the unit (near the ON/PULSE
button).

Chapter 4 - Use
Before Use
ALWAYS assemble the product completely before plugging the unit into an electrical outlet.
ALWAYS attach the cover (lid) after inserting food into the bowl. The cover must remain
on during operation. Wait until the blades and metal shaft have completely stopped before
removing the cover (lid) and the contents.
NOTE: DO NOT process raw meat, cheese, coffee beans, or whole squares of chocolate in
this product, as this may result in damage to the product.
Control Panel
This Mini Food Chopper has only one control which is the ON/PULSE
button. The ON/PULSE button is used to turn the food chopper on and
off. Push down and hold the ON/PULSE button to begin chopping the
food inside the bowl. To stop chopping, release the ON/PULSE button.
Use
Operation
1. Cut or chop the food into small pieces, as needed.
NOTE: Hard vegetables, such as raw carrots, may require splitting and/or quartering in order
to allow smooth operation and movement of the chopping blades.
2. Place the sliced food into the bowl. DO NOT ll the bowl past the maximum capacity of
1½ cups for solid food and ¾ cups for liquid ingredients. NEVER overll the bowl.
3. Attach and gently secure the cover (lid) onto the bowl (reference the “Assembly” section
on p. 10) by aligning the arrow on the cover with the arrow on the base of the unit.
ALWAYS secure the cover (lid) into place before operating the unit.
4. Plug the product into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
5. Press the ON/PULSE button to begin chopping the food inside the bowl. DO NOT
operate the product continuously for more than 30 seconds at a time.
6. To stop chopping, release the ON/PULSE button.
7. Wait until the chopping blades and the metal shaft have stopped completely before
removing the cover (lid) and the contents inside the bowl.
8. ALWAYS unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use or is left
unattended.
9. Turn the bowl counterclockwise to release the tabs on the edges of the bowl from the
tabs on the base of the unit.
10. Remove the blade assembly before lifting the bowl and pouring out its contents.

Chapter 4 - Use
Helpful Tips
• For liquid ingredients, place a maximum volume of ¾ cup when lling the bowl.
• For better chopping control, briey press the ON/PULSE button and then release.
• To make bread crumbs, break the bread into pieces before placing them into the
bowl.
• To use cracker or cookie crumbs as recipe ingredients or in pie crusts, break them
into pieces before placing them into the bowl.
• To chop vegetables (e.g., carrots, celery, mushrooms, green peppers, onions), cut
the vegetables into about 1” (approx. 2½ cm) chunks before placing them into the
bowl. This will allow for more consistent chopping of the vegetables.
• Use the food chopper to mince parsley, basil, chives or garlic.
Overlling the bowl could cause spillage, resulting in serious burns and/or property and
product damage.

electrical outlet before assembling, disassembling, relocating, servicing or cleaning.

Environmental Protection
If the appliance should no longer work, please make sure it is disposed of in an
environmentally friendly way.
• ALWAYS clean the product immediately after each use (after the components have
stopped moving and the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet).
• To clean the product, carefully remove the cover (lid), blade assembly and bowl.
• Wash the cover (lid), bowl, and the blade assembly in warm, soapy water; rinse and let
the parts dry thoroughly.
• Clean the base of the unit by wiping the exterior with a damp cloth or sponge. Dry the
base with a nonabrasive towel. To avoid damaging the product, DO NOT immerse the
base into water or any other liquid.
NOTE: DO NOT immerse the base of the unit in water or any other liquid. The base contains
the electrical components of the appliance. The lifespan of the product depends on how
well it is cleaned and maintained after every use. ALWAYS follow the care and maintenance
instructions. NEVER use any abrasive cleaning products on the appliance to maintain its
original nish.

Warranty Conditions
Limited Warranty
MC Appliance Corporation warrants each new Mini Food Chopper to be free from defects in
material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new part(s)
(at the company’s option) for any part(s) of the unit that has failed during the warranty period.
Parts and labor expenses are covered on this unit for a period of two years after the date of
purchase. A copy of the dated sales receipt/invoice is required to receive warranty service,
replacement or refund.
This warranty covers appliances in use within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii
and Puerto Rico. The warranty does not cover the following:
• Damages due to shipping damage or improper installation
• Damages due to misuse or abuse
• Content losses due to failure of the unit
• Repairs performed by unauthorized service agents
• Service calls that do not involve defects in material and workmanship such as instruction
on proper use of the product or improper installation
• Replacement or resetting of house fuses or circuit breakers
• Failure of this product if used in ways other than its intended purpose
• Disposal costs for any failed unit(s) not returned to our factory
• Any delivery or installation costs incurred as the result of a unit that fails to perform as
specied
• Expenses for travel and transportation for product service if your appliance is located in
a remote area where service by an authorized service technician is not available
• The removal and reinstallation of your appliance if it is installed in an inaccessible
location or is not installed in accordance with published installation instructions
• Refunds for non-repairable products are limited to the price paid for the unit per the
sales receipt.
• This warranty is non-transferable. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser
and does not extend to any subsequent owner(s).
Limitations of Remedies and Exclusions
Product repair in accordance with the terms herein, is your sole and exclusive remedy under
this limited warranty. Any and all implied warranties including merchantability and tness
for a particular purpose are hereby limited to one year or the shortest period allowed by
law. MC Appliance Corporation is not liable for incidental or consequential damages and no
representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with

where a (compulsory) warranty and/or spare part storage and/or a system for compensation

Uso indicado
Su Mini procesadora fue diseñada para la preparación de comida tal como se describe en este

Clavija polarizada
La mini procesadora posee una clavija polarizada (una varilla
es más ancha que la otra). Para reducir el riesgo de choque
eléctrico, esta clavija debe insertarse a un tomacorrientes
polarizado y en un solo sentido. Si la clavija no encaja por
completo en el tomacorrientes, inviértala. Si aun así no encaja,
contacte a un técnico electricista calicado. NO intente alterar
la clavija de forma alguna. Si la clavija queda suelta dentro
del tomacorrientes de CA o si este se calienta, NO use ese
tomacorrientes.

Instrucciones de seguridad importantes
Al usar este o cualquier otro electrodoméstico, se deben tener en cuenta precauciones de
seguridad básicas, entre ellas:
1. LEA TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES ANTES DEL USO.
2. Antes de usar el aparato por primera vez, verique si la tensión del mismo corresponde
con la tensión en su hogar.
3. SIEMPRE arme el aparato por completo antes de enchufarlo en un tomacorrientes. NO
empiece a utilizar el aparato hasta que esté armado por completo.
4. SIEMPRE asegúrese de que el aparato esté desconectado del tomacorrientes, que se
haya enfriado y que todas las partes se hayan detenido antes de armarlo, desarmarlo,
reubicarlo o limpiarlo.
5. NUNCA coloque el conjunto de hojas en la base de la unidad sin antes ajustar el recipiente
en la base.
6. SIEMPRE asegúrese de que la cubierta esté bien cerrada antes de usar el producto. NUNCA
intente quitar o abrir a la fuerza la cubierta mientras el aparato está en funcionamiento.

Se proporciona un cable de alimentación corto para reducir el riesgo de que se enriede o
que se tropiece con un cable largo. No se recomienda usar un cable de extensión con este
producto, pero si es necesario, la calicación eléctrica debe ser por lo menos igual de buena
que la del producto. Acomode la extensión de forma tal que no cuelgue de la encimera o de la

14. Mantenga el aparato alejado de los niños y las mascotas. Este aparato no debe ser
utilizado por niños o personas discapacitadas.
15. Las hojas son losas. Tenga cuidado al manipular el conjunto de hojas y al colocarlo y
quitarlo de la base.
16. Evite el contacto con las piezas en movimiento. Mantenga el pelo, las manos, los dedos
o cualquier otra parte del cuerpo alejados de las piezas en movimiento mientras esté
usando el aparato.
17. Mantenga los utensilios alejados del conjunto de hojas al utilizar el aparato. Se puede
usar una paleta o espátula cuando el aparato no esté en funcionamiento.
18. El uso de adjuntos o accesorios que el fabricante no recomiende ni venda pueden
provocar incendios, choques eléctricos o lesiones.
19. Para desconectar el aparato del tomacorrientes, asegúrese primero de que el aparato
esté apagado (suelte el botón y permita que las piezas se detengan por completo) y jale
de la clavija. NO jale del cable de alimentación.
20. Evite que el cable de alimentación se estire donde se conecta al aparato, ya que podría
abrir y romperse.
21. NO enchufe o desenchufe el aparato del tomacorrientes con las manos húmedas.
22. NO use el aparato si el cable de alimentación o la clavija se dañaron o cortaron, si los
cables están expuestos, si la unidad falla, si la unidad se cayó o se dañó, o si la carcasa
del motor se cayó o quedó expuesta al agua.
23. Este aparato no posee piezas que el usuario pueda reparar. NO intente examinar o
reparar el aparato por cuenta propia. Solo el personal de servicio técnico calicado
puede realizar dicho trabajo.
24. NO use el aparato si la cubierta plástica o el recipiente muestran signos de rajaduras.
25. NO use el aparato en un tomacorrientes dañado.
26. Devuelva el aparato a un centro de servicio técnico autorizado para su examinación,
reparación o ajuste.
27. NO use este aparato para propósitos que dieran de su uso indicado.

Advertencias de seguridad
Si bien el aparato es fácil de utilizar, se debe cumplir con las siguientes advertencias por
cuestiones de seguridad:
• NO sumerja el cable, la clavija o cualquier parte de la unidad base en agua o cualquier
otro líquido.
• NO use el aparato sobre una supercie inestable.
• NO coloque el aparato cerca de una fuente de calor.
• NO desenchufe el aparato jalando del cable de alimentación.
• El aparato debe desenchufarse y enfriarse por completo antes de limpiarlo o de realizarle
mantenimiento.
• Si el aparato parece fallar, debe desconectarlo de inmediato.

1. Quite el producto del embalaje y desarme las piezas. Para extraer el recipiente de la
base de la unidad, gire el recipiente en sentido contrario de las agujas del reloj.
NOTA: Es posible que sea ligeramente difícil extraer el recipiente cuando el producto es nuevo.
Para ayudar a extraer el recipiente, coloque la base de la unidad de lado sobre una supercie
suave y luego, con rmeza, gire el recipiente en sentido contrario de las agujas del reloj.
2. Lave bien la cubierta (tapa), el recipiente y el conjunto de hojas con agua jabonosa tibia.
Enjuague las partes y déjelas secar.

Armado
Manipule con cuidado las hojas ya que son extremadamente losas. Tenga cuidado al
colocar, quitar, limpiar o almacenar el conjunto de hojas.

3. Coloque la base de la unidad sobre una
supercie nivelada y estable.
4. Coloque el recipiente sobre el eje de
metal y gírelo en sentido de las agujas
del reloj hasta que las trabas de seguridad
del recipiente se ajusten a la base de la
unidad. Estas evitan que el recipiente
se suelte, en particular cuando está en
funcionamiento. (Fig. A y B)
5. Coloque el conjunto de hojas tomando
con cuidado el extremo opuesto de las
hojas e insértelo (las hojas primero)
con rmeza en la columna central del
recipiente.
6. SIEMPRE coloque la cubierta (tapa)
después de introducir alimentos en el
recipiente. (Fig. C)
NOTA: La cubierta (tapa) se debe ajustarse
con rmeza en su posición antes de utilizar
la Mini procesadora. Cuando esté
correctamente ajustado, la echa grabada
en la manija de la cubierta (tapa) se alineará
con la echa grabada en la base de la unidad
(cerca del botón ENCENDER/PRESIONAR).

Capítulo 4 - Uso
Antes de usar
SIEMPRE arme el producto por completo antes de enchufarlo en un tomacorrientes. SIEMPRE
coloque la cubierta (tapa) después de introducir alimentos en el recipiente. La cubierta debe
permanecer colocada mientras esté en funcionamiento. Espere hasta que las hojas y el eje
de metal se hayan detenido por completo antes de quitar la cubierta (tapa) y el contenido.
NOTA: NO procese carne cruda, queso, granos de café o barras enteras de chocolate en
este producto ya que pueden dañar el producto.
Panel de control
Esta Mini procesadora solo tiene un control, el botón ENCENDER/
PRESIONAR. El botón ENCENDER/PRESIONAR se usa para
encender y apagar la procesadora. Mantenga presionado el
botón ENCENDER/PRESIONAR para empezar a cortar la
comida dentro del recipiente. Para dejar de cortar, suelte el botón
ENCENDER/PRESIONAR.
Uso
Funcionamiento
1. Corte o pique la comida en pequeños pedazos según sea necesario.
NOTA: Puede que vegetales duros, como las zanahorias, deban ser partidos o divididos para
que las hojas de corte funcionen correctamente y se muevan.
2. Coloque la comida rebanada en el recipiente. NO coloque más de la capacidad máxima:
1½ taza para alimentos sólidos o ¾ taza para líquidos en el recipiente. NUNCA llene el
recipiente de más.
3. Coloque y ajuste con suavidad la cubierta (tapa) sobre el recipiente (consulte la sección
“Armado” en la pág. 28) alineando las echas en la cubierta y en la base de la unidad.
SIEMPRE ajuste la cubierta (tapa) antes de utilizar la unidad.
4. Enchufe el producto en un tomacorrientes de 120 V de CA.
5. Presione el botón ENCENDER/PRESIONAR para empezar a cortar la comida dentro
del recipiente. NO use el producto de forma continua por más de 30 segundos por vez.
6. Para dejar de cortar, suelte el botón ENCENDER/PRESIONAR.
7. Espere hasta que las hojas de corte y el eje de metal se hayan detenido por completo
antes de quitar la cubierta (tapa) y el contenido dentro del recipiente.
8. SIEMPRE desenchufe el producto del tomacorrientes cuando no lo esté usando o lo
deje desatendido.

Consejos útiles
• En el caso de ingredientes líquidos, coloque un volumen máximo de ¾ taza al llenar el
recipiente.
• Para lograr un mejor control del corte, presione brevemente el botón ENCENDER/
PRESIONAR y luego suéltelo.
• Para hacer pan rallado, quiebre el pan antes de colocarlo en el recipiente.
• Para usar migas de galletas o galletitas como ingredientes de una receta o en cortezas
de tartas, quiébrelas antes de colocarlas en el recipiente.
• Para procesar vegetales (por ejemplo, zanahorias, apio, hongos, pimiento verde,
cebollas), corte los vegetales en trozos de 1 pulg. (aprox. 2½ cm) antes de colocarlos
en el recipiente. Esto permitirá picar de forma más consistente los vegetales.
• Use la procesadora para picar perejil, albahaca, cebollana o ajo.
Si llena el recipiente de más podrían provocarse derrames, lo que provocaría quemaduras
graves y/o daño a la propiedad o al producto.
9. Gire el recipiente en sentido contrario de las agujas del reloj para liberar las lengüetas
en los bordes del recipiente de las lengüetas en la base de la unidad.
10. Extraiga el conjunto de hojas antes de levantar el recipiente y volcar el contenido.

Mantenimiento y almacenamiento
• Rearme el producto antes de guardarlo (consulte la sección “Armado” en la pág. 28).
• Almacene el producto en un lugar seco y fresco.
Capítulo 5 - Preguntas frecuentes
Tenga cuidado al colocar o quitar las piezas de la Mini procesadora. Las hojas de corte son
extremadamente losas. NO use productos limpiadores abrasivos ni esponjas ásperas para
limpiar las piezas del producto. Almacene la unidad en un lugar seco y fresco.
• Asegúrese de que la unidad esté desenchufada antes de limpiarla. Espere que las
piezas se detengan por completo antes de limpiar el producto.
• SIEMPRE limpie el producto después de cada uso (después de que las piezas se hayan
detenido y el producto esté desconectado del tomacorrientes).
• Para limpiar el producto, extraiga con cuidado la cubierta (tapa), el conjunto de hojas y
el recipiente.
• Limpie la cubierta (tapa), el recipiente y el conjunto de hojas con agua jabonosa tibia;
enjuague y deje que las piezas se sequen totalmente.
• Limpie la base de la unidad frotando el exterior con un trapo húmedo o una esponja.
Seque la base con una tela de microbra. Para evitar que se dañe el producto, no
sumerja la base en agua o cualquier otro líquido.
NOTA: NO sumerja la base de la unidad en agua o cualquier otro líquido. La base contiene
los componentes eléctricos del aparato. La vida útil del producto depende de qué tan bien
se lo limpia y mantiene después de cada uso. SIEMPRE siga las instrucciones de cuidado y
mantenimiento. NUNCA use productos de limpieza abrasivos en el aparato para de forma tal
que se mantenga el acabado original.
Espere a que las hojas de corte se detengan por completo. Manipule con cuidado las hojas

Garantía limitada
MC Appliance Corporation garantiza que cada Mini procesadora nueva esté libre de defectos
materiales y de fabricación y acepta remediar cualquier defecto o proveer parte(s) nueva(s) (a
conveniencia de la empresa) por cualquier parte(s) de la unidad que haya fallado durante el
período de garantía. Los gastos por mano de obra y piezas de esta unidad quedan cubiertas
por un período de dos años tras la fecha de compra. Se necesita una copia del recibo de
venta/factura para poder brindar el servicio de garantía, un reemplazo o un reembolso.
La garantía cubre aparatos que se usen dentro del territorio de los Estados Unidos, Alaska,
Hawái y Puerto Rico. La garantía no cubre lo siguiente:
• Daños durante el transporte o instalación inadecuada
• Daños debido a uso incorrecto o excesivo
• Pérdida de contenidos debido a una falla de la unidad
• Reparaciones realizadas por agentes de servicio técnico no autorizados
• Llamadas al servicio técnico que no involucran defectos de material y de fabricación
como instrucciones sobre el uso adecuado del producto o una instalación inadecuada
• Reemplazo o reposición de fusibles o disyuntores diferenciales de su hogar

en un área remota donde no está disponible ningún servicio técnico autorizado
• La extracción y reinstalación del aparato si está instalado en un lugar inaccesible o si no
está instalado de acuerdo con las instrucciones de instalación publicadas
• Los reembolsos por productos que no se pueden reparar quedan limitados al precio que
se pagó por la unidad especicado en el recibo de venta.
• Esta garantía no es transferible La garantía solo aplica al comprador original y no se
extiende a ningún propietario subsiguiente.

La garantía de ALDI le ofrece amplios benecios en comparación con la obligación legal que
se deriva de una garantía:
Período de garantía: 2 años a partir de la fecha de compra.
6 meses para las piezas de recambio y consumibles en condiciones
normales y adecuadas de uso (por ejemplo, baterías recargables).
Costos: Reparación/intercambio gratis o reembolso.
No hay costos de transporte.
AVISO: Póngase en contacto con nuestra línea directa de atención por teléfono,
correo electrónico o fax antes de retornar el producto. Esto nos
permite proporcionar ayuda en caso de posibles errores del operador.
Para hacer un reclamo bajo garantía, envíenos:
El recibo original y la tarjeta de garantía completada de manera adecuada
El producto con todos los componentes incluidos en el embalaje
La garantía no cubre los daños ocasionados por:
Accidentes o eventos imprevistos (por ejemplo, rayos, agua, fuego)
Uso o transporte inadecuados
Incumplimiento de las instrucciones de seguridad y mantenimiento
Otro tratamiento o modicación inadecuados
Después del vencimiento del período de garantía, todavía tiene la posibilidad de mandar a
reparar su producto si usted corre con los gastos. Si la reparación o estimación de los costos
no es gratis, usted será informado de ello previamente.
Esta garantía no limita la obligación legal del vendedor derivada de una garantía. El período
de garantía sólo se puede extender de acuerdo con una norma legal. En los países donde se
requiere por la ley una garantía (obligatoria) y/o almacenamiento de repuestos y/o un sistema
de compensación, se aplican las condiciones mínimas legales. En el caso de que se reciba
un producto para su reparación, ni la compañía de servicio ni el vendedor asumen ninguna
responsabilidad por los datos o conguraciones que puedan haberse almacenado en el
producto por el cliente.
