2. INTRODUZIONE
Grazie per aver scelto una carrozzina ARDEA ONE by Moretti S.p.A. realizzata per lo spostamento
di persone con difficoltà di movimento sia dentro che fuori casa, in viaggio o nelle semplici attività
giornaliere. Questo manuale d’uso contiene dei piccoli suggerimenti per un corretto uso dell’ausilio
da voi scelto e dei preziosi consigli per la vostra sicurezza. Si consiglia di leggere attentamente la
totalità del presente manuale prima di usare la carrozzina. In caso di dubbi Vi preghiamo di contat-
tare il rivenditore, il quale saprà aiutarvi e consigliarvi correttamente.
Nota: Controllare che tutte le parti della carrozzina non abbiano subito danni durante la spedizione.
In caso di danni non utilizzare il prodotto e contattare il rivenditore per ulteriori istruzioni.

• Il produttore si riserva il diritto di apportare modifiche al dispositivo e al seguente
manuale senza preavviso allo scopo di migliorarne le caratteristiche.
3. DESTINAZIONE D’USO
Questa carrozzina è destinata alla mobilità di persone con difficoltà motorie e può essere utiliz-
zata ad autospinta (se dotata di ruote posteriori grandi) oppure con l’ausilio di un operatore.
4. DICHIARAZIONE DI CONFORMITÁ UE
La MORETTI SpA dichiara sotto la sua esclusiva responsabilità che i prodotti fabbricati ed
immessi in commercio dalla stessa MORETTI SpA. e facenti parte della famiglia CARROZZINE
MANUALI HELIOS ARDEA ONE sono conformi alle disposizioni applicabili del regolamento
2017/745 sui DISPOSITIVI MEDICI del 5 aprile 2017.
A tal scopo la MORETTI SpA garantisce e dichiara sotto la propria esclusiva responsabilità
quanto segue:
1. I dispositivi in oggetto soddisfano i requisiti generali di sicurezza e prestazione così come
richiesti dall’allegato I del regolamento 2017/745 come prescritto dall’allegato IV del suddetto
regolamento.
2. I dispositivi in oggetto NON SONO STRUMENTI DI MISURA.
3. I dispositivi in oggetto NON SONO DESTINATI AD INDAGINI CLINICHE.
4. I dispositivi in oggetto vengono commercializzati in confezione NON STERILE.
5. I dispositivi in oggetto sono da considerarsi come appartenenti alla classe I in conformità a
quanto stabilito dall’allegato VIII del suddetto regolamento.
6. La MORETTI SpA mantiene e mette a disposizione delle Autorità Competenti, per almeno
10 anni dalla data di fabbricazione dell’ultimo lotto, la documentazione tecnica comprovante la
conformità al regolamento 2017/745.
NOTA: I codici completi di prodotto, il codice di registrazione del Fabbricante (SRN), il codice
UDI-DI di base ed eventuali riferimenti a norme utilizzate sono riportati nella Dichiarazione di
Conformità UE che MORETTI SPA emette e rende disponibile attraverso i propri canali.
5. AVVERTENZE GENERALI
• Per un utilizzo corretto del dispositivo fare riferimento attentamente al seguente manuale.
• Per un utilizzo corretto del dispositivo consultare sempre il vostro medico o terapista.
• Mantenere il prodotto imballato lontano da qualsiasi fonte di calore in quanto l’imballo è
fatto di cartone.
• La vita utile del dispositivo è determinata dall’usura di parti non riparabili e/o sostituibili.
• Prestare sempre molta attenzione alla presenza di parti in movimento che potrebbero
causare intrappolamenti degli arti e lesioni personali.
• Prestare sempre attenzione alla presenza di bambini.
• Per sollevare correttamente la carrozzina è necessario richiuderla seguendo le istruzioni
presenti in questo manuale e successivamente afferrarla per le maniglie.
• Non sollevare la carrozzina da parti amovibili che potrebbero accidentalmente staccarsi
durante il sollevamento.
• L’utilizzatore e/o il paziente dovrà segnalare qualsiasi incidente grave verificatosi in rela
zione al dispositivo al fabbricante e all’autorità competente dello Stato membro in
cui l’utilizzatore e/o il paziente è stabilito.

• Afferrare i tubi delle maniglie e tirare verso l’esterno
premendo la seduta verso il basso finché la carrozzina
non risulta completamente aperta. (FIG.2)

8.2 Chiusura
• Sollevare le pedane in plastica;
• Alzare la seduta facendo riavvicinare le maniglie. (FIG.3)

8.3 Braccioli
I braccioli, a seconda del modello di carrozzina da Voi scelto, sono:

Estraibili (per CP765-xx):
• Inserire i braccioli nell’attacco posteriore, quindi ri
baltarli in avanti e agganciarli anche nel supporto anteriore
• Inserire i tubi nei relativi supporti facendo scattare
correttamente la clip di bloccaggio
• Per la rimozione premere la leva di sgancio anteriore,
successivamente ribaltare indietro i braccioli e tirare
il pomello di sgancio posteriore per estrarli
• Per la rimozione premere il dispositivo di sbloccaggio
e quindi sollevare verso l’alto

• Ribaltabili, estraibili, regolabili in altezza e profondità
(per CP790-xx);

Per ribaltare i braccioli premere la leva di sgancio
anteriore e ribaltare all’indietro i braccioli. (FIG. 4)

8.4 Installazione/rimozione delle pedane laterali

• Per installare le pedane sia laterali che elevabili
allineare i fori dei supporti con i relativi perni sul telaio
della carrozzina, quindi ruotare la pedana verso l’interno
facendo agganciare correttamente la levetta di
bloccaggio sul telaio della carrozzina.
• Per la rimozione sganciare la levetta della pedana dal
telaio della carrozzina, quindi ruotarla verso l’esterno
ed estrarla verso l’alto.
8.5 Regolazione delle pedane laterali
• Per regolare la lunghezza delle pedane, svitare il
dado posto nella parte bassa, far scorrere il tubo della
pedana fino alla posizione desiderata. Quindi stringere
nuovamente il dado. (FIG.6)

8.6 Montaggio/Smontaggio schienale (CP762-xx)
• Alzare manualmente entrambi i lati dello schienale
fino a far scattare entramble le clips della struttura
mostrate in (FIG.7); premere le clips e abbassare
manualmente entrambi i lati dello schienale per
chiuderlo.

8.7 Regolazione dello schienale tensionabile (CP790-xx)
La tensione dello schienale è regolabile per facilitare il contenimento del tronco.
Per regolare la tensione dello schienale:
• Rimuovere il cuscino imbottito di copertura dello schienale;
• Allentare le fasce in velcro;
• Sistemare il paziente in maniera da consentire un maggior avvolgimento del tronco;
• Richiudere le fasce;
• Riposizionare il cuscino imbottito dello schienale.

8.8 Regolazione della pedana (CP780-xx, CP785-xx, CP787-xx, CP790-xx)
La pedana è regolabile in inclinazione:
• Svitare la vite posta sul lato esterno della pedana (FIG.8);
• Regolare l’inclinazione;
• Stringere di nuovo la vite.

8.9 Regolazione delle ruote posteriori (CP780-xx, CP785-xx, CP790-xx)
Per regolare l’altezza delle ruote posteriori:
• Estrarre le ruote tramite il sistema ad estrazione rapida;
• Allentare le viti del supporto di fissaggio e rimuoverle insieme ai
dadi (FIG.9);
• Posizionare il supporto sui fori desiderati;
• Riavvitare le viti e i dadi;
• Inserire nuovamente la ruota.
ATTENZIONE!
La regolazione e la messa in servizio della carrozzina
deve essere eseguita da personale qualificato per
valutarne l’idoneità e la corretta configurazione.”

8.10 Regolazione delle ruote anteriori (CP780-xx, CP785-xx, CP790-xx)
Per regolare l’altezza delle ruote anteriori:
• Svitare la vite che fissa la ruota alla forca (FIG.10);
• Rimuovere la ruota e la vite;
• Scegliere il foro all’altezza desiderata;
• Inserire nuovamente la ruota e stringere vite e dado.

8.11 Regolazione della profondità seduta (CP790-xx)
Per regolare la profondità della seduta:
• Svitare le 4 viti che bloccano il supporto verticale alla seduta e
al telaio inferiore (FIG.11);
• Spostare in avanti o indietro il supporto della seduta a seconda
delle necessità;
• Avvitare nuovamente le viti nella giusta posizione;
• Regolare il sedile aumentando o riducendo la seduta a disposizione
tramite le fasce in velcro.

ATTENZIONE!
La regolazione e la messa in servizio della carrozzina deve essere eseguita da
personale qualificato per valutarne l’idoneità e la corretta configurazione.
8.12 Regolazione dell’altezza delle maniglie di spinta (CP790-xx)
Per regolare l’altezza delle maniglie di spinta, svitare le due
manopole poste alle estremità laterali dello schienale, regolare le
maniglie all’altezza desiderata e stringere nuovamente le
manopole di fissaggio. (FIG.12)

9. PRIMA DI OGNI USO
• Verificare sempre lo stato di usura delle parti meccaniche in gioco così da garantire
un utilizzo del dispositivo in totale sicurezza per persone e cose.
• Verificare il corretto assemblaggio del dispositivo con particolare attenzione
al corretto inserimento delle ruote posteriori.
• Verificare che la seduta sia completamente aperta in posizione finale di blocco
(se così non fosse, premere ulteriormente con forza la seduta in basso verso il telaio).
• Verificare il corretto funzionamento del freno sulle ruote posteriori.
• Assicurarsi che i braccioli siano stati posizionati correttamente.
• Ricordarsi che il baricentro della carrozzina è stato studiato con le pedane nella giusta
posizione, pertanto non utilizzare la carrozzina senza le pedane perché si potrebbe ribaltare.
10. AVVERTENZE PER L’UTILIZZO
• La carrozzina non può essere usata come sedile su veicoli a motore.
• Assicurarsi sempre che il comando del freno sia ben regolato e funzionante.
• Si raccomanda di fare attenzione all’intrappolamento delle dita in alcune parti
come ruote o freni durante l’utilizzo della carrozzina.
• Si ricorda che la temperatura della superficie della carrozzina può aumentare
quando esposta a fonti di calore esterne, come luce solare.
ATTENZIONE!
• In presenza di ghiaia o terreni irregolari o sul bagnato vi è il rischio di scivolare.
Adeguare sempre la condotta alle condizioni di utilizzo.
• Carichi aggiuntivi appesi ai montanti dello schienale della carrozzina possono
influire sulla stabilità della carrozzina e causare il ribaltamento.

11. MODALITÁ D’USO
Nota: Fare riferimento alle avvertenze generali di questo manuale di istruzioni
ATTENZIONE!
• Salire e scendere da soli dalla carrozzina è un operazione potenzialmente
pericolosa:
fatelo solo se fisicamente in grado e con cautela.
• Non appoggiarsi sulle parti amovibili, preferire il telaio della seduta.
NON GRAVARE IL PESO SUI POGGIAPIEDI DURANTE LA SALITA O LA DISCESA
DALLA CARROZZINA, PERICOLO DI RIBALTAMENTO!!!
11.1 Salire sulla carrozzina
1. Avvicinare la carrozzina il più possibile in modo da posizionarla di fianco a voi.
2. Bloccare i freni delle ruote posteriori; per agevolare al massimo la salita sulla carrozzina
si consiglia di togliere il bracciolo dal lato dove si effettuano queste operazioni.
3. Appoggiarsi alla struttura del telaio facendo forza sulle braccia, dunque scendere
lentamente verso la seduta.
11.2 Scendere dalla carrozzina
1. Avvicinarsi il più possibile a fianco di una nuova seduta.
2. Bloccare i freni delle ruote posteriori; per agevolare al massimo la discesa dalla carrozzina
si consiglia di togliere il bracciolo dal lato dove si effettuano queste operazioni.
3. Appoggiare le braccia al telaio della seduta sulla quale ci si deve trasferire e sollevandosi
scivolare lentamente verso quest’ultima.
11.3 Scalini e dislivelli (consigli per affrontarli da soli al meglio)
ATTENZIONE!
Queste tecniche sono valide solo per utilizzatori esperti di sedie a rotelle. In tutti
gli altri casi si raccomanda di farsi aiutare da un’assistente!
SALIRE
Portarsi in corrispondenza del bordo del marciapiede o dello scalino da superare.
Bilanciare la carrozzina sulle ruote posteriori in modo da sollevare le ruote anteriori quanto
basta per appoggiarle sull’ostacolo da superare. Inclinare il busto in avanti e spingere energi-
camente in avanti il corrimano presente sulle ruote posteriori. Continuare a spingere finché le
ruote posteriori non siano salite sopra l’ostacolo.
SCENDERE
Per scendere il dislivello eseguire la procedura inversa. Posizionarsi con la parte posteriore
della carrozzina davanti al dislivello da superare, trattenere energicamente il corrimano delle
ruote posteriori quindi scendere lentamente il gradino oppure l’ostacolo; successivamente bi-
lanciare la carrozzina sulle ruote posteriori in modo da sollevare leggermente le ruote anteriori
e terminare delicatamente la discesa.
ATTENZIONE!
Si raccomanda di non utilizzare questa tecnica in presenza di un dislivello
superiore ai 10 cm !!!

11.4 Uso dei braccioli
I braccioli possono essere ribaltabili e estraibili, ribaltabili estraibili e regolabili in altezza, ribal-
tabili estraibili, regolabili in altezza e scorrevoli.
Ribaltare il bracciolo: è sufficiente premere la levetta di sgancio anteriore e ruotarlo verso la
parte posteriore.
Estrarre il bracciolo: è necessario premere la levetta di sgancio anteriore, il pulsante e tirare
verso l’alto.
Regolare in altezza il bracciolo: premere il pulsante sul lato esterno del bracciolo e alzare o
abbassare il bracciolo a seconda delle necessità. Rilasciare il pulsante una volta trovata la po-
sizione desiderata.
Regolare la profondità del bracciolo: premere il pulsante posto sulla parte esterna del rivesti-
mento morbido del bracciolo e far scorrere avanti o indietro il bracciolo a seconda delle neces-
sità. Rilasciare il pulsante una volta trovata la posizione desiderata.
11.5 Uso delle ruote ad autospinta
Le ruote posteriori grandi (60 cm) servono per condurre la carrozzina ad autospinta. Per fare
questo impugnare il corrimano presente sulla ruota e spingerlo nella direzione richiesta.
11.6 Trasporto su mezzi di spostamento
La carrozzina è concepita per essere facilmente trasportata. Una volta rimosse pedane e brac-
cioli, può essere richiusa e comodamente posizionata, per esempio, nel bagagliaio di un au-
toveicolo. Se non è possibile per motivi di spazio, sistemare la carrozzina davanti al sedile
posteriore in modo che sia stabile e non possa ribaltare o scivolare. Se possibile, bloccare la
carrozzina con la cintura di sicurezza dell’autoveicolo.
12. MANUTENZIONE
I dispositivi della linea ARDEA ONE by Moretti S.p.A. al momento dell’immissione in commercio
sono controllati accuratamente e provvisti di marchio CE. Per la sicurezza del paziente e del
medico si raccomanda di far controllare dal produttore o da un laboratorio autorizzato, almeno
ogni 2 anni, l’idoneità all’uso del prodotto. In caso di riparazione devono essere utilizzati soltan-
to ricambi ed accessori originali. Prima di utilizzare il dispositivo eseguire tutte le verifiche e i
controlli suggeriti nel paragrafo “PRIMA DI OGNI USO” di questo manuale istruzioni. Le carro-
zzine ARDEA ONE necessitano di poche ed elementari manutenzioni periodiche, qui di seguito
elenchiamo i controlli da effettuare periodicamente:
• SETTIMANALE: telaio e parti metalliche.
• MENSILE: capacità frenate.
• SECONDO NECESSITÀ: pulizia della seduta.
13. PULIZIA E DISINFEZIONE
13.1 Pulizia di rivestimenti e imbottiture
I rivestimenti e le imbottiture sono realizzati in Nylon. E possono essere puliti con acqua e
sapone neutro.
13.2 Pulizia del telaio e parti metalliche
Anche per il telaio e le parti metalliche è possibile utilizzare acqua e sapone neutro, quindi
asciugare con un panno morbido in modo da non graffiare la verniciatura del telaio.
13.3 Pulizia di ruote e freni
Allo stesso modo anche le ruote possono essere pulite con acqua e sapone neutro. Prestare
molta attenzione all’asciugatura: potrebbe essere molto pericoloso utilizzare la carrozzina con
le ruote ancora umide.

13.4 Disinfezione
Se è necessario effettuare una disinfezione del prodotto utilizzare un comune detergente
disinfettante.
ATTENZIONE!
Evitare assolutamente di utilizzare prodotti acidi, alcalini o solventi come ad
esempio l’acetone o il diluente.
14. CONDIZIONI DI SMALTIMENTO
In caso di smaltimento del dispositivo non usare mai i normali sistemi di conferimento dei rifiuti
solidi urbani. Si raccomanda di smaltire il dispositivo attraverso le comuni isole ecologiche
comunali per le previste operazioni di riciclo dei materiali utilizzati.

Tutti i prodotti Moretti sono garantiti da difetti di materiale o fabbricazione per un periodo di 2
(due) anni dalla data di vendita del prodotto, salvo eventuali esclusioni e limitazioni specificate
di seguito.Questa garanzia non è valida in caso di uso improprio, abuso o modifica del prodotto
e per la mancata aderenza alle istruzioni per l’uso. La corretta destinazione d’uso del
prodotto è indicata nel manuale d’uso. Moretti non è responsabile di danni risultanti, di lesioni
personali o quant’altro causato o relativo all’installazione e/o all’uso dell’apparecchiatura non
scrupolosamente conforme alle istruzioni riportate nei manuali per l’installazione, il montaggio
e l’uso. Moretti non garantisce i prodotti Moretti contro danni o difetti nelle seguenti condizioni:
calamità naturali, operazioni di manutenzione o riparazione non autorizzate, danni derivanti da
problemi dell’alimentazione elettrica (dove prevista), utilizzo di parti o componenti non forniti
da Moretti, mancata aderenza alle linee guida e istruzioni per l’uso, modifiche non autorizzate,
danni di spedizione (diversa dalla spedizione originale da Moretti), oppure dalla mancata
esecuzione della manutenzione così come indicato nel manuale. Non sono coperti da questa
garanzia componenti usurabili se il danno è da imputarsi al normale utilizzo del prodotto.
18. RIPARAZIONI
18.1 Riparazione in garanzia
Nel caso in cui un prodotto Moretti presenti difetti di materiale o fabbricazione durante il periodo
di garanzia, Moretti valuterà con il cliente se il difetto del prodotto è coperto dalla garanzia.
Moretti, a sua insindacabile discrezione, può sostituire o riparare l’articolo in garanzia, presso
un rivenditore Moretti specificato o presso la propria sede. I costi della manodopera relativi alla
riparazione del prodotto possono essere a carico di Moretti se si determina che la riparazione
ricade nell’ambito della garanzia. Una riparazione o sostituzione non rinnova né proroga la
garanzia.
18.2 Riparazione di un prodotto non coperto dalla garanzia
Si può restituire, affinché sia riparato, un prodotto non coperto dalla garanzia solo dopo aver
ricevuto autorizzazione preventiva dal servizio clienti Moretti. I costi della manodopera e di
spedizione relativi a una riparazione non coperta dalla garanzia saranno completamente a
carico del cliente o del rivenditore. Le riparazioni su prodotti non coperti dalla garanzia sono
garantite per 6 (sei) mesi, a decorrere dal giorno in cui si riceve il prodotto riparato.

Il cliente sarà avvisato se, dopo avere esaminato e provato un prodotto restituito, Moretti
conclude che il prodotto non è difettoso. Il prodotto sarà restituito al cliente e saranno a suo
carico i costi di spedizione dovuti alla restituzione.
19. RICAMBI
I ricambi originali Moretti sono garantiti per 6 (sei) mesi a decorrere dal giorno in cui si riceve
il ricambio. Per le parti di ricambio e gli accessori fare riferimento esclusivamente al catalogo
generale Moretti.
20. CLAUSOLE ESONERATIVE
Salvo quanto specificato espressamente in questa garanzia ed entro i limiti di legge, Moretti
non offre nessun’altra dichiarazione, garanzia o condizione, espressa o implicita, comprese
eventuali dichiarazioni, garanzie o condizioni di commerciabilità, idoneità per uno scopo
particolare, non violazione e non interferenza. Moretti non garantisce che l’uso del prodotto
Moretti sarà ininterrotto o senza errori. La durata di eventuali garanzie implicite che possano
essere imposte dalle norme di legge è limitata al periodo di garanzia, nei limiti delle norme di

Thank you for purchasing a ARDEA ONE wheelchair by Moretti S.p.A. product range.This user’s
manual provides some suggestions as how to correctly use the product you have chosen and gives
some valuable advice for your safety. Please read through the manual carefully before using the
product. Should you have any queries, please contact your retailer for advice and assistance. In
case of doubts, we recommend to contact the dealer who can help and advice you properly.
Note: check all parts for shipping damage and test before using. In case of damage, do not use
the device. Contact your dealer for further instruction.

3. INTENDED USE
This wheelchair is designed for the mobility of people with mobility problems and can be used
for self-propelling (if equipped with big rear wheels) or with the aid of an operator.
4. DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
Moretti S.p.A. declares under its sole responsibility that the product made and traded by More-
tti S.p.A.and belonging to the group of WHEELCHAIRS – HELIOS ARDEA ONE complies with the
provisions of the regulation 2017/745 on MEDICAL DEVICES of 5 April 2017.
For this purpose, Moretti S.p.A. guarantees and declares under its sole responsibility what
follows:
1. The devices satisfy the requirements of general safety and performance requested by the
Annex I of regulation 2017/745 as laid down by the Annex IV of the above mentioned regulation.
2. The devices ARE NOT MEASURING INSTRUMENTS.
3. The devices ARE NOT MADE FOR CLINICAL TESTS.
4. The devices are packed in NON-STERILE BOX.
5. The devices belong to class I in accordance with the provisions of Annex VIII of the above
mentioned regulation
6. Moretti S.p.A. provides to the Competent Authorities the technical documentation to prove
the conformity to the 2017/745 regulation, for at least 10 years from the last lot production.
Note: Complete product codes, the manufacturer registration code (SRN), the UDI-DI code and
any references to used regulations are included in the EU declaration of conformity that Moretti
S.p.A. releases and makes available through its channels.
5. GENERAL WARNINGS
• DO NOT use this product or any available optional equipment without first completely
reading and understanding this instruction manual. If you are unable to understand the
warnings, cautions or instructions, contact a healthcare professional, dealer or technical
personnel before using this equipment otherwise injury or damage may occur.
• Advise with physician or therapist to determinate the correct adjustment and the correct
use of the wheelchair.
• Keep the packed wheelchair away from heat sources.
• The wheelchair use limit is defined by the wear of the parts.
• ALWAYS keep hands and fingers clear of moving parts to avoid injury.
• DO NOT allow children to play on or operate the wheelchair.
• Close the wheelchair before lifting it.
• DO NOT attempt to lift the wheelchair by any removable parts.
• The user and/or the patient will have to report any serious accident that have occurred •
related the device to the manufacturer and appropriate authority of the State which the
user and/or patient belongs to.

8.3 Armrest
According to the wheelchair model you have chosen, the armrests are:

Removable (CP765-xx):
• Insert the armrests into the rear mount, then fold
them forward and also engage them in the front bracket
• Insert the tubes into their holders by snapping the
locking clip correctly
• To remove, press the front release lever, then fold
back the armrests and pull the release knob. The armrests
and pull the rear release knob to remove them
• For removal press the release and then lift the upwards

8.4 Install/remove the swing away legrest
• Assembly the swing away or elevating legrest
by installing the hinge plates on the footrest
into the hinge pins on the wheelchair frame.
Push the legrest toward inside of the wheelchair
until it locks into place (FIG.5)
• Remove the legrest by pushing the legrest release
lever in ward, rotate outward, lift the legrest off the
hinge pins

8.5 Adjust the swing away legrest

• To adjust the length of the footrest, unscrew
the nut lever at the bottom on the left side,
slide the tube until the desired position.
Then screw the nut to fix it. (FIG.6)
8.6 Assembly/Disassembly of CP762-xx backrest
• Manually raise both sides of the backrest until both
frame clips shown in (FIG.7) snap into place;
press the clips in and manually lower both sides of
the backrest to close it.

8.7 Elastic adjustable backrest (CP790-xx)
The backrest for model CP790-xx is elastic and adjustable to facilitate the containment of the
trunk. To adjust the tension of the backrest:
• Remove the cushion from the backrest;
• Loosen the Velcro straps;
• Position the patient to allow more winding trunk;
• Close bands;
• Reposition the cushion back.

8.8 Adjust the footplate (CP780-xx, CP785-xx, CP787-xx, CP790-xx)
To adjust the angle of the footplate:
• Loosen the screw located on the outside of footplate (FIG.8)
• Adjust the angle of the footplate;
• Tighten the screw.

8.9 Adjust the height of rear wheels (CP780-xx, CP785-xx, CP790-xx)
To adjust the height of the rear wheels:
• Remove the wheels through the quick release;
• Loosen the screws of the wheels adapter (FIG.9)
• Place the wheels adapter at the desired height;
• Tighten the screws and the nut;
• Reposition the wheels.
WARNING!
The adjustment of the wheelchair must be performed
by qualified personnel to assess its suitability
and correct configuration

8.10 Adjust the front wheels (CP780-xx, CP785-xx, CP790-xx)
To change the height of the front wheels:
• Loosen the screw which locks the wheel to the fork (FIG.10);
• Remove the wheels and the screw;
• Choose the desired hole;
• Insert the wheels and tighten the screw and the nut.

8.11 Adjust the depth (CP790-xx)
To adjust the depth of the seat:
• Unscrew the 4 screws that lock the vertical support to the seat
and to the lower frame (FIG.11);
• Move the seat support forward or back as needed;
• Screw the screws in the right position;
• Adjust the seat by increasing or reducing the seat available
through the Velcro strips.

The adjustment of the wheelchair must be performed by qualified personnel to
assess its suitability and correct configuration.
8.12 Adjust the height of the push handles (CP790-xx)
To adjust the height of the push handle, loosen the knobs at the side ends
of the backrest, adjust the handles to the desired height and tighten the
knobs. (FIG.12)

9. BEFORE USE
• Inspect the frame for any damage. Check the tubing for cracks and rust, in order to
guarantee the safe for people ant thing.
• Check the correct assembly, in order to guarantee a safe use.
• Check the seat is completely open. If not push the seat down from the lateral frame.
• Check the brake correctly works.
• Make sure the armrests have been positioned correctly.
• Remember that the center of gravity of the wheelchair has been studied with footrests in
the right position, therefore do not use the wheelchair without the footrests because it
could overturn.
10. USING WARNINGS
• The wheelchair cannot be used as a seat on motor vehicles.
• Always make sure that the brake control is properly adjusted and functioning.
• It is recommended to be careful of trapping fingers in some parts like wheels or brakes
when using the wheelchair.
• Remember that the wheelchair surface temperature may increase when exposed to exter
nal heat sources, such as sunlight.
• WARNING! There is a risk of slipping in the presence of gravel or uneven ground or in the
wet. Always adapt the driving method to the conditions of use.

11.1 Get in the wheelchair
1. Position the wheelchair as close as possible to you.
2. Engage wheel locks. We suggest to remove the armrest to ease the patient getting in
the wheelchair.
3. Lean on the frame with arms and slowly go down towards the seat.
11.2 Get out of the wheelchair
1. Position the wheelchair as close as possible along side the seat to which you are
transferring.
2. Engage wheel locks. We suggest to remove the armrest to ease the patient getting out
of the wheelchair.
3. Shift body weight into seat with transfer.
11.3 Stairs and height difference
WARNING!
The following methods must be used only from experienced patients. If you are
not experienced, let you help from an assistant!
GET ON
Position the wheelchair at the curb to be crossed. Balance the wheelchair on the rear wheels, in
order to lift the front wheels, enough to lean them on the obstacle. Bend your trunk forward and
vigorously push the handrail. Continue pushing until the rear wheels are climbing over the obstacle.
GET OFF
To get off the stair follow the reverse procedure, positioning the rear side of the wheelchair at
the curb, keep the handrails vigorously and get off the obstacle slowly; then balance the whee-
lchair on the rear wheels in order to complete the descent.
WARNING!
We recommend to use this method only in presence of obstacle lower than 10cm!
11.4 Use the armrest
The armrest can be flip-up and detachable, flip-up, detachable and height adjustable, flip-up, deta-
chable, height adjustable and sliding.
Flip-up armrest: press the front release lever and turn it towards the back.
Detach the armrest: press the front release lever, the rear button and pull upwards.
Adjust the armrest in height: press the button on the outside of the armrest and raise or lower the
armrest as needed. Release the button once the desired position is found.
Adjust the armrest in depth: press the button on the outside of the cover soft armrest and slide the
armrest forward or back as needed. Release the button once the desired position is found.
11.5 Use the 60cm wheels
The rear 60cm wheels are used when self-propelled.
Grasp the handrail and wheel through the desired direction.
11.6 Carrying
The wheelchair has been designed to be easily carried. Once the armrest and the footrest are
removed, can be closed and easily positioned in the car boot, for example. If this can’t be pos-
sible, position the wheelchair in front of the car rear seat so that it is stable and cannot slip or
slide. Lock the wheelchair with the seatbelt.

12. MAINTENANCE
The ARDEA ONE devices by Moretti are checked carefully and supplied with EC mark, once
launched on the market. For patient and physician’s safety we recommend to let check the de-
vice by the manufacturer or by laboratory authorized every 2 years. In case of repair use only
original spare parts. Before using follow the “BEFORE USE” chapter.
Moretti ARDEA ONE wheelchairs require few elementary and periodic maintenance, below we
list the checks to be carried out periodically:
• WEEKLY: frame and metallic parts.
• MONTHLY: braking capacity.
• AS NEEDED: seat cleaning.
13. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
13.1 Cover and padding
The cover and padding are in Nylon. Clean with warm water and mild soap.
13.2 Frame and metallic parts
Clean with warm water and mild soap. Dry with a soft cloth in order to not scratch the painting.
13.3 Brakes and wheels
Clean the wheels with warm water and mild soap. Pay attention in drying the wheels, it’s dan-
gerous use the wheelchair with wet wheels.
13.4 Disinfection
if you need to disinfect the device use a common disinfectant cleaner.
WARNING!
Do not use solvent and abrasive product.
14. CONDITIONS OF DISPOSAL
In case of disposal don’t use the inserting container for municipal waste. We recommend to
dispose the wheelchair in the appropriate disposal areas for recycle.

17. WARRANTY
Moretti products are guaranteed from material or manufacturing faults for 2 years from the
purchasing date, except possible exclusion or restriction as follows. The warranty shall not
be applied in the possible damages caused by improper use, abuse or alteration, and for the
warranty will not be valid if the instructions for use are not strictly adhered to. The correct
intended use is specified in this manual. Moretti is not responsible for consequent damages,
personal injuries or whatever caused by or in relation to mistaken installation or improper use.
Moretti warranty does not cover damages resulting from: natural disaster, not authorized main-
tenance or repairs , faults caused by problems on electricity supply (when necessary), use of
spare parts not covered by Moretti, improper use, alteration not authorized, shipment damages
(different from original Moretti shipment), or in case of insufficient maintenance as indicated
in the manual. The warranty doesn’t cover components subject to wear and tear during the
correct use of the device.

18. REPAIRING
18.1 Warranty repair
If a Moretti item presents material or manufacturing faults during the warranty period, Moretti
will confirm with customer if the fault can be cover from warranty. Moretti, at its unquestionable
discretion, can repair or replace the item, by a Moretti dealer or to Moretti headquarters. Labor
cost can be charged to Moretti if the repair is covered by warranty. A repair or a replacement
doesn’t extend the warranty.
18.2 Repair not cover by warranty
A product out of warranty can be sent after Moretti authorization. The labor and shipping
costs for good out of warranty are to be paid by the customer or by the dealer. The repairs are
guaranteed for 6 months from the good received.
18.3 Non defective device
The customer will be informed if, after the device return and examination, Moretti declares that
the device is not faulty. In this case the good will be sent back to customer, the shipping charge
will be to be paid by the customer.
19. SPARE PARTS
The original Moretti spare parts are guaranteed for 6 months from the receiving date. For spare
parts only refer to MORETTI master catalogue.
20. EXEMPT CLAUSES
Moretti does not offer any other declaration, explicit or implicit warranty or conditions,
including possible declarations, warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a
specific purpose, non infringement and non interference, all but what expressly specified in
this warranty. Moretti does not guarantee the nonstop and faultless usage. The duration of
possible implicit warranties which can be imposed by the law is limited by the warranty period,
in the limits of law. Some states or countries don’t allow limiting the implicit warranty or the
exclusion or the limitation for accidental damages. In such countries, some of those exclusions
or limitation may not be applied to the user. The present warranty may be modified without
prior notification.

2. INTRODUCCIÓN
Gracias por haber elegido la silla de ruedas ARDEA ONE fabricada por MORETTI S.p.A., realizada
para desplazar a personas con dificultades de movimiento dentro y fuera de casa, durante viajes
o en las actividades cotidianas. Este manual de instrucciones contiene algunas sugerencias que
le permitirán usar correctamente el equipo que Ud. ha elegido así como valiosos consejos para su
seguridad. Se aconseja leer atentamente todo el manual antes de utilizar la silla de ruedas. En caso
de dudas contacte con el distribuidor, que estará en condiciones de brindarle ayuda y consejos.
Nota: Comprobar que ninguna de las partes de la silla de ruedas haya sufrido daños durante el
transporte. En caso de daños, no utilizar el producto y contactar con el revendedor para más
instrucciones.

3. FINALIDAD
Esta silla de ruedas está destinada al desplazamiento de personas con dificultades motoras
y puede utilizarse con auto-empuje (si está dotada de ruedas traseras grandes) o con la ayuda
de un operador.
4. DECLARACIÓN UE DE CONFORMIDAD
MORETTI SpA declara bajo su exclusiva responsabilidad que los productos fabricados
e introducidos en el mercado por la misma MORETTI SpA y que forman parte de la familia de
las SILLAS DE RUEDAS MANUALES HELIOS ARDEA ONE son conformes con las disposiciones
del reglamento 2017/745 sobre los PRODUCTOS SANITARIOS del 5 de abril de 2017.
Para ello, MORETTI SpA garantiza y declara bajo su exclusiva responsabilidad los siguientes
puntos:
1. Los productos en cuestión cumplen con los requisitos generales de seguridad y prestación
establecidos por el anexo I y el anexo IV del reglamento 2017/745.
2. Los productos en cuestión NO SON INSTRUMENTOS DE MEDICIÓN.
3. Los productos en cuestión NO ESTÁN DESTINADOS A INVESTIGACIONES CLÍNICAS.
4. Los productos en cuestión se comercializan en presentación NO ESTÉRIL.
5. Los productos en cuestión deben considerarse de clase I en conformidad a lo establecido en
el anexo VIII del mismo Reglamento.
6. MORETTI SpA mantiene y pone a disposición de las Autoridades Competentes, por 10 años
desde la fecha de fabricación del último lote, la documentación técnica que comprueba la
conformidad con el reglamento 2017/745.
NOTA: Los códigos completos de producto, el código de registro del fabricante (SRN), el código
UDI-DI de base y eventuales referencias a normas utilizadas figuran en la Declaración de
Conformidad UE que MORETTI SPA emite y pone a disposición a través de sus propios canales.
5. ADVERTENCIAS GENERALES
• Para el uso correcto del producto, leer atentamente el siguiente manual.
• Para el uso correcto del producto, consultar al médico o terapeuta.
• Mantener el producto embalado lejos de cualquier fuente de calor, ya que el embalaje es
de cartón.
• La vida útil del producto depende del desgaste de las partes no reparables o sustituibles.
• Prestar siempre mucha atención a la presencia de partes móviles que podrían atrapar las
manos y causar lesiones personales.
• Prestar atención especialmente si hay niños presentes.
• Para levantar correctamente la silla de ruedas es necesario cerrarla siguiendo las
instrucciones de este manual y luego aferrarla por los asideros.
• No levantar la silla cómoda por sus partes móviles (brazos, respaldo, etc.), ya que podrían
accidentalmente desprenderse.
• El usuario o paciente deberá señalar cualquier incidente grave ocurrido en relación con el
producto al fabricante y a la autoridad competente del país miembro donde se encuentre.

8.3 Brazos
Los brazos, según el modelo de silla de ruedas elegido, son:

Extraíble (CP765-xx):
• Inserte los reposabrazos en el enganche trasero y,
a continuación, abátalos hacia delante y engánchelos
también en el soporte delantero
• Inserte los tubos en sus soportes encajando correc
tamente el clip de bloqueo
• Para extraerlo, presione la palanca de desbloqueo
delantera y, a continuación, pliegue hacia atrás los
reposabrazos y tire del pomo de desbloqueo trasero
para extraerlos
• Para retirarlo, pulse el botón de desbloqueo y levante
el hacia arriba

8.4 Montaje/desmontaje de los estribos laterales

• Para instalar los estribos laterales y elevables, alinear
los orificios de los soportes con los pernos sobre el
bastidor de la silla de ruedas, y girar el estribo hacia
el interior enganchando correctamente la palanca de
bloqueo en el bastidor de la silla de ruedas.
• Para el desmontaje, desenganchar del bastidor la
palanca del estribo, girarla hacia el exterior y extraerla
hacia arriba.
8.5 Regulación de los estribos laterales
• Para regular la longitud de los estribos, desenroscar
la tuerca en la parte inferior y desplazar el tubo del
estribo hasta la posición deseada. Apretar nuevamente
la tuerca. (FIG.6)

8.6 Montaje/desmontaje del respaldo CP762-xx
• Levante manualmente ambos lados del respaldo
hasta que encajen los dos clips del armazón
mostrados en la (FIG.7); presione los clips y baje
manualmente ambos lados del respaldo para cerrarlo.

8.7 Regulación del respaldo tensionable (CP790-xx)
La tensión del respaldo es regulable para facilitar la contención del tronco.
Para regular la tensión del respaldo:
• Quitar el cojín acolchado de cobertura del respaldo;
• Aflojar las bandas de velcro;
• Acomodar al paciente de manera que el tronco quede bien protegido;
• Cerrar las bandas;
• Colocar el cojín acolchado del respaldo.

8.8 Regulación del estribo (CP780-xx, CP785-xx, CP787-xx, CP790-xx)
El estribo tiene inclinación regulable:
• Desenroscar el tornillo del lado externo del estribo (FIG.8);
• Regular la inclinación;
• Apretar de nuevo el tornillo.

8.9 Regulación de las ruedas traseras (CP780-xx, CP785-xx, CP790-xx)
Para regular la altura de las ruedas traseras:
• Extraer las ruedas con el sistema de extracción rápida;
• Aflojar los tornillos del soporte de fijación y quitarlos junto con
las tuercas (FIG.9);
• Colocar el soporte sobre los orificios deseados;
• Enroscar los tornillos y las tuercas;
• Colocar nuevamente la rueda.
¡ATENCIÓN!
La regulación y la puesta en servicio de la silla
de ruedas deben ser efectuadas por personal
cualificado, para evaluar su idoneidad y correcta
configuración.

8.10 Regulación de las ruedas delanteras (CP780-xx, CP785-xx, CP790-xx)
Para regular la altura de las ruedas delanteras:
• Desenroscar el tornillo que fija la rueda a la horca (FIG.10);
• Quitar la rueda y el tornillo;
• Elegir el orificio a la altura deseada;
• Colocar nuevamente la rueda y apretar el tornillo y la tuerca.

8.11 Regulación de la profundidad del asiento (CP790-xx)
Para regular la profundidad del asiento:
• Desenroscar los 4 tornillos que fijan el soporte vertical al asiento
y al bastidor inferior (FIG.11);
• Desplazar hacia delante y hacia atrás el soporte del asiento
según las necesidades;
• Enroscar nuevamente los tornillos en la posición correcta;
• Regular el asiento mediante las bandas de velcro.

¡ATENCIÓN!
La regulación y la puesta en servicio de la silla de ruedas deben ser
efectuadas por personal cualificado, para evaluar su idoneidad y correcta
configuración.
8.12 Regulación de la altura de los asideros de empuje (CP790-xx)
Para regular la altura de los asideros de empuje, desenroscar los dos
pomos situados en los extremos laterales del respaldo, regular los
asideros a la altura deseada y apretar nuevamente los pomos de fijación.

9. ANTES DE CADA USO
• Verificar siempre el desgaste de las partes mecánicas para garantizar el uso seguro del
producto, libre de peligros para personas y bienes.
• Verificar el correcto ensamblaje del dispositivo prestando atención a la correcta colocación
y bloqueo de las ruedas traseras.
• Comprobar que el asiento esté totalmente abierto en posición final de bloqueo (en caso
contrario, presionar el asiento con fuerza verticalmente hacia el bastidor).
• Verificar el correcto funcionamiento del freno sobre las ruedas traseras.
• Asegurarse de que los brazos estén en la posición correcta.
• Recordar que el baricentro de la silla de ruedas ha sido estudiado con los estribos en la
posición correcta: no utilizar la silla de ruedas sin los estribos, ya que podría volcar.
10. ADVERTENCIAS PARA EL USO
• La silla de ruedas no se puede utilizar como asiento en vehículos motorizados.
• Asegurarse siempre de que el mando del freno esté bien regulado y en buenas condiciones
de funcionamiento.
• Se recomienda prestar atención para evitar que los dedos queden atrapados por partes como
las ruedas o los frenos durante el uso de la silla de ruedas.
• Se recuerda que la temperatura de la superficie de la silla de ruedas puede aumentar si
queda expuesta a fuentes de calor externas, como la luz solar.
¡ATENCIÓN!
• En presencia de gravilla o terrenos irregulares o mojados, existen riesgos
de resbalamiento. Adecuar siempre la conducta a las condiciones de uso.
• Cargas adicionales colgadas de los montantes del respaldo de la silla de
ruedas pueden reducir la estabilidad de la silla de ruedas y causar vuelcos.

11. MODO DE USO
Nota: Consultar las advertencias generales en este manual de instrucciones.
¡ATENCIÓN!
• Subir y bajar solos de la silla de ruedas es una acción potencialmente
peligrosa: hacerlo sólo si se cuenta con las condiciones físicas necesarias
y teniendo mucho cuidado.
• No apoyarse sobre las partes amovibles; dar preferencia al bastidor
del asiento.
NO CARGAR TODO EL PESO DEL CUERPO SOBRE LOS REPOSAPIÉS DURANTE
LA SUBIDA O LA BAJADA DE LA SILLA DE RUEDAS: ¡PELIGRO DE VUELCO!
11.1 Subirse a la silla de ruedas
1. Acercar la silla de ruedas al cuerpo todo lo posible.
2. Bloquear los frenos de las ruedas traseras; para facilitar al máximo la subida a la silla de
ruedas,se recomienda quitar el brazo del lado donde se realicen estas operaciones.
3. Apoyarse en la estructura del bastidor haciendo fuerza sobre los brazos, y bajar lentamente
hacia el asiento.
11.2 Bajarse de la silla de ruedas
1. Acercarse todo lo posible a otro asiento donde sentarse.
2. Bloquear los frenos de las ruedas traseras; para facilitar al máximo la bajada de la silla de
ruedas se recomienda quitar el brazo de la silla del lado donde se realicen estas operaciones.
3. Apoyar los brazos en el bastidor del otro asiento y levantarse para pasar lentamente al otro
asiento.
11.3 Escalones y desniveles (consejos para afrontarlos lo mejor posible estando solos)
¡ATENCIÓN!
Estas técnicas son válidas sólo para usuarios expertos de sillas de ruedas.
En todos los otros casos, se recomienda hacerse ayudar por un asistente.
SUBIR
Ponerse al borde de la acera o del escalón a superar.
Equilibrar la silla sobre las ruedas traseras para levantar las ruedas delanteras lo necesario
y apoyarlas sobre el obstáculo a superar. Inclinar el busto hacia delante y empujar enérgicamente
hacia delante el pasamano que se encuentra sobre las ruedas traseras. Seguir empujando hasta
que las ruedas traseras se suban al obstáculo.
BAJAR
Para descender del desnivel, seguir el procedimiento inverso. Ubicarse con la parte trasera de la
silla de ruedas delante del desnivel a superar, sujetar con fuerza el pasamano de las ruedas traseras
y bajar lentamente el escalón o el obstáculo; luego equilibrar la silla de ruedas sobre las ruedas
traseras para levantar ligeramente las ruedas delanteras y terminar delicadamente la bajada.
¡ATENCIÓN!
Se recomienda no utilizar esta técnica en presencia de desniveles
superiores a 10 cm

11.4 Uso de los brazos
Los brazos pueden ser: abatibles y extraíbles, abatibles, extraíbles y de altura regulable,
abatibles, extraíbles, de altura regulable y correderos.
Replegar el brazo: es suficiente presionar la palanca de desenganche delantera y girarlo hacia
la parte posterior.
Extraer el brazo: es necesario presionar la palanca de desenganche delantera, el botón y tirar
hacia arriba.
Regular la altura del brazo: pulsar el botón del lado externo del brazo y levantar o bajar el brazo
según las necesidades. Soltar el botón una vez hallada la posición deseada.
Regular la profundidad del brazo: pulsar el botón situado sobre el exterior del revestimiento
del brazo y desplazar el brazo adelante o atrás según las necesidades. Soltar el botón una vez
hallada la posición deseada.
11.5 Uso de las ruedas con auto-empuje
Las ruedas traseras grandes (60 cm) sirven para conducir la silla de ruedas con auto-empuje.
Empuñar el pasamano que se encuentra sobre la rueda y empujar en la dirección deseada.
11.6 Transporte en medios de desplazamiento
La silla de ruedas está diseñada para ser fácilmente transportada. Una vez desmontados los
estribos y los brazos, es posible cerrarla y guardarla cómodamente, por ejemplo, en el maletero
de un vehículo. Si no cabe en el maletero, ponerla sobre el asiento trasero, de manera que
quede estable y no pueda resbalar y volcarse. En lo posible, bloquear la silla de ruedas con el
cinturón de seguridad del vehículo.
12. MANTENIMIENTO
Los productos de la línea ARDEA ONE fabricados por Moretti S.p.A. que se introducen en el
comercio han sido cuidadosamente controlados y provistos de marca CE. Para la seguridad del
paciente y del médico se recomienda hacer controlar la idoneidad del producto al fabricante
o a un laboratorio autorizado al menos cada 2 años. En caso de reparación, utilizar sólo
repuestos y accesorios originales. Antes de utilizar el producto, realizar todas las verificaciones
y controles sugeridos en el apartado “ANTES DE CADA USO” de este manual de instrucciones.
Las sillas de ruedas ARDEA ONE requieren poco mantenimiento. A continuación se indican los
controles a realizar periódicamente.
• SEMANAL: bastidor y partes metálicas.
• MENSUAL: capacidad de frenado.
• SEGÚN LAS NECESIDADES: limpieza del asiento.
13. LIMPIEZA Y DESINFECCIÓN
13.1 Limpieza del revestimiento y el relleno
El revestimiento y el relleno son de nailon. Se pueden limpiar con agua y jabón neutro.
13.2 Limpieza del bastidor y de las partes metálicas
Para el bastidor y las partes metálicas se puede utilizar agua y jabón neutro. Secar con un paño
suave para no rayar la pintura.
13.3 Limpieza de las ruedas y de los frenos
Las ruedas se pueden limpiar con agua y jabón neutro. Prestar mucha atención al secado:
podría ser muy peligroso utilizar la silla de ruedas con las ruedas todavía húmedas.

13.4 Desinfección
Si es necesario, desinfectar el producto con un detergente desinfectante común.
¡ATENCIÓN!
Evitar absolutamente utilizar productos ácidos, alcalinos o solventes como
acetona o diluyente.
14. CONDICIONES DE ELIMINACIÓN
No eliminar el producto junto con los desechos sólidos urbanos. Para la eliminación del producto,
entregarlo en una isla ecológica municipal en vistas del posterior reciclado de los materiales.

17. GARANTÍA
Todos los productos Moretti tienen una garantía de 2 años desde la fecha de venta por defectos
de fabricación o de material, sin perjuicio de eventuales exclusiones y de las limitaciones
especificadas a continuación. La garantía no se aplica en caso de daños causados por uso
inadecuado, abusos, alteraciones y en caso de que no se respecten las instrucciones de uso.
La finalidad correcta del producto está indicada en el manual de instrucciones. Moretti no se
hace responsable de daños, lesiones personales u otras consecuencias derivadas de errores
de instalación y de un uso del producto no conforme a las instrucciones de los manuales de
instalación, montaje y uso. Moretti no garantiza los productos Moretti por daños o defectos
en la condiciones siguientes: calamidades, operaciones de mantenimiento o reparación no
autorizadas, daños causados por la alimentación eléctrica (si está prevista), uso de piezas
no suministradas por Moretti, incumplimiento de las instrucciones de uso, modificaciones
no autorizadas, daños durante el envío (diferente del envío original de Moretti), falta del
mantenimiento indicado por el manual. No están cubiertas por la garantía piezas sujetas
a deterioro si el daño es causado por el uso normal del producto.
18. REPARACIONES
18.1 Reparación en garantía
Si un producto Moretti presenta defectos de material o de fabricación durante el período de
garantía, Moretti evaluará con el cliente si el defecto del producto está cubierto por la garantía.
Moretti a su discreción puede sustituir o reparar el artículo en garantía en la dirección de
un revendedor Moretti especificado o en su propia sede. Los costes de mano de obra para la
reparación del producto pueden estar a cargo de Moretti si se determina que la reparación está
cubierta por la garantía. Una reparación o sustitución no renueva ni prorroga la garantía.
18.2 Reparación de un producto no cubierto por la garantía
Un producto no cubierto por la garantía podrá ser devuelto para la reparación sólo con
la autorización previa del servicio Clientes de Moretti. Los costes de mano de obra y envío
relativos a una reparación no cubierta por la garantía estarán totalmente a cargo del cliente
o del revendedor. Las reparaciones de productos no cubiertos por la garantía tienen una
garantía de 6 (seis) meses desde la fecha de entrega del producto reparado.

18.3 Productos no defectuosos
Tras la evaluación y la prueba de un producto devuelto, Moretti notificará al cliente en el caso
de que el producto no resulte defectuoso. El producto será devuelto al cliente y estarán a su
cargo los costes de devolución.
19. REPUESTOS
Los repuestos originales Moretti tienen una garantía de 6 (seis) meses desde la fecha de
entrega del repuesto. Para conseguir repuestos y accesorios, consultar exclusivamente el
catálogo general Moretti.
20. CLÁUSULAS EXONERATIVAS
Más allá de las especificaciones de esta garantía y dentro de los límites de ley, Moretti no ofrece
ninguna otra declaración, garantía o condición expresa o implícita con respecto a la aptitud para
la comercialización, la idoneidad para fines particulares, la no-violación y la no-interferencia.
Moretti no garantiza que el uso del producto Moretti no pueda presentar interrupciones
o errores. La duración de eventuales garantías implícitas que puedan ser impuestas por normas
de ley se limita al período de garantía conforme a los límites de ley. Algunos estados o países no
permiten limitaciones de la duración de la garantía implícita o la exclusión o limitación de daños
accidentales o indirectos en relación con productos para los consumidores. En dichos estados
y países, algunas exclusiones o limitaciones de esta garantía podrían no aplicarse al usuario.
La presente garantía está sujeta a variaciones sin aviso previo.
