Thanks for choosing the Govee RGBIC LED Neon Rope Light
for desks. The 3-meter neon rope light supports Bluetooth,
voice control (Alexa/Google Assistant) which can bring the
decor of your desks to a higher level with RGBIC lighting
effects.

Power on the neon rope light and check whether it lights up.
Before You Install
Installing Steps
If your desk is L-shaped (or has an internal angle), please
stick the internal angle cover to the corner first. Firmly
press the internal angle cover for 10s to make sure it
snugly sticks to the corner.
Wipe the surface to make sure it's clean and dry.

❸Peel off the protective film and carefully stick the rope light
to the edges little by little. Firmly press the rope light for
10s, especially at the corner, to make sure it snugly sticks
to the edges.

on. Place the control box close to the music source to

Home App
❺Power on the neon rope light and start using.
What You Need
A Wi-Fi router supporting the 2.4GHz and 802.11 b/g/n
bands. 5GHz is not supported.
A smartphone or tablet running iOS 8.0 (or above) or
Android 4.3 (or above).

Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
Open the app, tap the “+” icon in the top right corner and
search for “H61C3”.
Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to
complete pairing.

Troubleshooting
❶The adhesive has poor retention
Make sure the installation surface is clean and dry.
Firmly press over the strip after sticking.
❷Cannot connect to Bluetooth.
Do not skip Bluetooth connection in the app.
Ensure Bluetooth on your smartphone has been turned on.
Your smartphone may be incompatible with the Govee
Home app. Try using a different smartphone then
reconnect.
Power the neon rope lights and your smartphone
Bluetooth off then on, then try again.
Ensure that your smartphone is within 1m/3.28ft of the
neon rope lights when connecting.

Clear any obstructions that are between the neon rope
lights and your smartphone
Do not skip the Wi-Fi connecting steps in the app.
5GHz network is not supported. Please set the router to
2.4GHz and then reset it.
Connect your phone to Wi-Fi and check whether the
network works well.
Make sure you have entered the correct Wi-Fi name and
password.
Change your Wi-Fi password to a brief one. 8 numbers and
letters are suggested.
Connect hotspot in your phone to the neon rope lights and
check whether the router works with the neon rope lights.
❺Cannot connect to Wi-Fi.
❹Cannot sync the neon rope lights to the beat of my music.
Move the control box closer to the music source.
Clean the mic on the control box then try again.
❸The neon rope lights does not display the full selected
color/Some LED beads do not light up.
Please contact the Govee support team for rapid product
replacement.

❻Cannot connect to Alexa.
Pull out every connective part of the neon rope lights and
firmly re-connect them.
Re-connect your phone to Wi-Fi.

Risoluzione dei problemi
❶L'adesivo ha scarsa ritenzione.
Assicurarsi che la superficie di installazione sia pulita e
asciutta.
Premere con forza l'adesivo dopo aver incollato.
❷Impossibile connettersi a Bluetooth.
Non saltare la connessione Bluetooth nell'app.
Assicurarsi che il Bluetooth nel cellulare sia attivo.

riprovare.

Assicurarsi che lo smartphone sia a meno di un metro di
distanza dal tubo durante il collegamento.
Rimuovere eventuali ostacoli presenti tra il tubo al neon

selezionato / Alcuni LED non si accendono.
Contatta il team di supporto di Govee in tempo per il reso.

Si prega di tenere la scatola di controllo vicino alla fonte
sonora.
Pulire il foro di raccolta suono sulla scatola di controllo.
❺Impossibile connettersi a Wi-Fi.
Non saltare il passaggio della connessione Wi-Fi nell'app.
La rete a 5 GHz non è supportata. Si prega di impostare il
router a 2,4 GHz e quindi ripristinarlo.

normale.

ださい。

続し直してください。
