MISE EN PLACE DE LA PARTIE PROGRAMME
• Du MAIN MENU utiliser les flèches de direction pour surligner PROGRAM PART. Appuyer sur ENTER.
• Dans l’écran du PROGRAM PART, vous avez 4 options : REVOLUTIONS, UNITS, PRESET et PROGRAM.
Utiliser les flèches de direction pour surligner REVOLUTIONS et appuyer sur ENTER pour commencer
la sélection de révolutions par mile/km pour l’unité.
• Utiliser les flèches de direction pour sélectionner le chiffre à changer et les flèches de direction
pour changer ce chiffre pour un numéro entre 0 et 9.
• Appuyer sur ENTER lorsque le nombre à trois chiffres de la révolution désirée a été sélectionné.
• Utiliser les flèches de direction pour surligner UNITS et appuyer sur ENTER.
• Utiliser les flèches de direction pour sélectionner l’unité de mesure désirée et le mode pour l’unité
à programmer. Vous avez 4 options : mi (mile), km, mi trip (mile avec le mode trip) et km trip (kms
avec le mode trip). Appuyer sur ENTER lorsque la bonne unité de mesure a été sélectionnée.
•Preset – Utiliser les flèches de direction pour surligner PRESET si vous désirez un kilométrage
préréglé pour l’unité à être programmé. Appuyer sur ENTER. (Voir la 3epuce pour la procédure).
Appuyer sur ENTER lorsque le kilométrage préréglé désiré a été sélectionné. NOTE : Entrer le
kilométrage préréglé de la droite vers la gauche.
PROGRAMMER UNE UNITÉ
• Placer l’unité à être programmé, face dessous, dans le PROGRAMMER pour que la bulle s’installe dans
le trou fait à cet effet.
• Utiliser les flèches de direction pour surligner PROGRAM dans l’écran PROGRAM PART. Appuyer sur
ENTER pour programmer l’unité.
• Quand le second bip se fait entendre, immédiatement retirer l’unité programmée du PROGRAMMER et
regarder l’écran de l’unité pour vérifier que la révolution désirée a été programmée.
• Si l’unité est programmée avec l’information désirée, remettre l’unité programmée dans la boîte et
écrire le nombre de révolutions dans l’espace prévu à cet effet sur l’extérieur de la boîte (REV).
• Si l’information programmée n’est pas celle que vous désirez, remettre l’unité sur le PROGRAMMER et
répéter le processus.
CHANGER LE CONTRASTE DE L’ÉCRAN
• Appuyer sur MAIN KEY pour retourner au MAIN MENU
• DISPLAY devrait apparaître.
• Si l’affichage est très foncé, appuyer sur la flèche de direction gauche ? plusieurs fois pour rendre
l’écran plus clair.
• Si l’affichage est très clair, appuyer sur la flèche de direction droite ? plusieurs fois pour rendre l’écran
plus foncé.

Vous pouvez obtenir de l’aide en tout temps et dans n’importe quel écran en appuyant sur HELP.

PREPARACION DEL PROGRAMADOR
• Desde el Menú Principal, utilice las flechas para resaltar Program Part, después presione ENTER.
• En la pantalla de Program Part tendrá 4 opciones: Revoluciones, Unidades, Preset y Programar. Utilice
las flechas para resaltar Revolutions y presione ENTER para empezar a seleccionar las revoluciones
por milla/kilómetro para la unidad.
• Utilice las flechas para seleccionar el dígito a cambiar, y las flechas para cambiar el dígito a
un número entre 0 y 9.
• Presione ENTER cuando halla establecido el número de revoluciones de 3 dígitos.
• Utilice las flechas para resaltar Units y presione ENTER
• Utilice las flechas de nuevo para seleccionar las unidades y modalidad deseadas. Usted tiene 4
opciones: mi, km, mi trip y km trip. Presione ENTER cuando la unidad de medida halla sido seleccionada.
•Preset (Preestablecer) – Utilice las flechas para resaltar Preset si desea preestablecer un millaje o

PROGRAMAR LA UNIDAD – (Continuación para preparar la unidad)

• Si la unidad fue programada con la información incorrecta, vuelva a colocar la unidad en el programador
y repita el mismo proceso.

oscurezca.

SET UP TO PROGRAM PART
• From Main Menu use the arrow keys to highlight Program Part, press ENTER.
• In the Program Part screen you will be given 4 options: Revolutions, Units, Preset and Program. Use
the arrow keys to highlight Revolutions and hit ENTER to begin selecting the Revolutions per
mile/km for the unit.
• Use the arrow keys to select the digit to change and the arrow keys to change the digit to

• Use the arrow keys again to select the desired unit of measure and mode for the unit being

unit of measure has been highlighted.
•Preset - Use the arrow keys to highlight Preset if you desire to enter a preset mileage for the
unit being programmed. Hit ENTER. (See bullet 3) Press ENTER key when the desired preset mileage
has been set. NOTE: Input Mileage Preset from right to left.
PROGRAMMING A PART – (continued from Program Part Set Up)
• Place part to be programmed face down in the programmer so that the bubble will fall into the hole
made to fit it.
• Use the arrow keys to highlight Program on the Program Part screen. Hit the ENTER key to
program the part.
• When the second beep sounds, immediately remove the programmed part from the programmer and
look at the part screen to verify the revolutions you desired have been programmed.
• If the part was programmed with the desired information place the programmed part back into the
box and write the REV programmed on the space provided on the outside of the box.
• If the information programmed is not that which you desired, place the part back on the programmer
and repeat the process.
CHANGING DISPLAY CONTRAST
• Press Main Key to return to Main Menu.
• Display should appear.
• If display is very dark, press the left arrow key several times to make the screen lighter.
• If display is very light, press the right arrow key several times to make the screen darker.
HELP
At any time and in any screen help can be obtained by pressing the HELP key.

CONFIGURATION
This option of the main menu will allow you to configure various user Programmer parameters.
In the configuration screen you have three options, Version, Display, and Factory Test.
1. VERSION - The Version screen allows the user to tell which version and build numbers are currently
programmed into the processors inside the unit. This screen will normally only be referenced for
warranty or upgrade purposes.
2. DISPLAY - The Power down time is set in the Display menu. To change, use the arrows to highlight
Display, press the ENTER key. Next, with Power Down Time highlighted press the ENTER key. Use the
arrow keys to change the number of minutes from 1-15. When the desired minutes value has been
reached, press the ENTER key. To conserve battery life it is recommended that the user set it to a
low value.
1. FACTORY TEST - The Factory Test item in the configuration screen is password protected and is for
factory use only; it cannot be accessed by end user. Press the Main key, or the Back key to exit.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The system can be reset holding down the Back and Down arrow keys simultaneously for approximately
4 seconds; the screen will flash and redraw.

1. VERSION - L’écran de version permet à l’usager de voir quelle version et numéro de montage sont
présentement programmés dans le processeur à l’intérieur de l’unité. Cet écran sert normalement de
référence pour fins de garantie ou d’amélioration de version.
2. DISPLAY - Le temps de mise hors tension est programmé dans le menu DISPLAY. Pour le changer,
utiliser les flèches pour surligner DISPLAY et appuyer sur ENTER. Utiliser les flèches de direction
pour changer le nombre de minutes (de 1 à 15). Lorsque le nombre de minutes désiré est atteint,
appuyer sur ENTER. Pour conserver la vie de la batterie, il est recommandé que l’usager le programme
à une valeur basse.
1. FACTORY TEST - L’item FACTORY TEST dans l’écran de configuration est protégé par un mot de passe
et ne devrait être utilisé qu’en manufacture; il ne peut être accédé par l’usager. Appuyer sur MAIN ou
BACK pour sortir.
DÉPANNAGE
Le système peut être réinitialisé en appuyant simultanément sur les flèches de direction et pour
environ 4 secondes; l’écran devrait s’éclairer puis redémarrer.
