WARNING
Improper assembling or operation of this product could result in serious injury or
property damage. Read and understand all assembly and operation instructions.
Never remove side cover while hose is under tension. Serious injury could occur.
Keep hose away from sharp edges. Check hose for wear before each use.
Do not exceed maximum pressure of 300 PSI. Use compressed air regulated to
a maximum pressure at or below the reated pressure of any attachments to this
product.
Protect your eyes by wearing safety glasses or a face shield when mounting and
using this product.
Keep loose clothing, hair, and jewelry away from moving parts of hose reel.
Make sure that the product is firmly mounted before pressurizing.
Rapidly retracting hose could cause injury and property damage. Maintain control
of hose as it retracts.
When securing the hose reel assembly
to any type of wood, make sure it is thick enough
to not only support the hose reel, but the force
required to extend and retract the air hose.
See fig 2.
Ensure there are no live electrical wires
or plumbing in the wall at the location you are
drilling.
Before assembling the product, make sure there are no missing parts. Compare parts
with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or
damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

1. Using the provided paper template tape it to
the location you are going to hang the
retractable hose reel. See fig 1.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Using the 3/8" drill bit, drill 4 holes and install
the 4 plastic anchors provided. See fig 1.
2. Using the 3/8" wrench screw 2 of the mounting
screws into the lower left and upper right,
leaving about 6 mm (1/4-in) between the wall
and screw head.
3. Hang the hose reel on these 2 screws. Slide
down the screw slid onto the small end of holes
on the base plate (D). See fig 2.
4. Tightly tighten the 2 screws to the mounting
bracket. See fig 2.
5. Install and tighten down the 2 remaining
screws. See fig 3.
6. Wrap 3-5 layers of sealant tape on both male
plug ends of the leader hose (C). Screw one
end into the air inlet (E). Use a 9/16" (14mm)
wrench to tighten together. See fig 4.

When loosening or removing the screws (J) on each side be careful that
the hose reel does not spin freely and cause the hose reel to lose tension.
If the desire angle is larger than 90
degrees, take off 3 screws (J) on each side,
rotate the roller bracket to the desire position,
and reassemble and tighten the 3 screws.

8 Pull out the hose to the desired length (ensure
the hose reel is locked as it will not rewind)
open the latch on the bumper (H) and move it
to the desired location. Re-latch the
bumper (H). See fig 6.

7. Depending on your setup you can either attach
a female inlet plug or a female quick
disconnect to the other end of the leader hose.
See fig 5.

9. The roller bracket (I) can be adjusted to the
best angle/position for the smoothest
operation of hose reel (A) when the hose reel
is mounted. Loosen three screws (J) on each
side with 5/16 (5mm) allen Wrench, rotate the
roller bracket (I) to the desired position, then
tightly tighten the three screws (J) on each
side. See fig 7.

NOTE
WARNING
To avoid damaging the hose reel (A), always hold on to air hose (B) while it is
rewinding.
1. To extend air hose (B), slowly extend air hose to desired length. The hose reel will
make a “clicking” sound as the hose is pulled out. The clicking sound you hear is
the drum locking into place so it will not retract when you let go of the air hose. It
may be necessary to pull air hose beyond desired length to keep it from
automatically retracting.

2. To retract, slowly pull air hose (B) until clicking stops. While holding the air hose,
let the hose automatically draw back until the bumper (I) stops against the hose
guide (H).

Pull out approximately 6-ft of
hose, and lock hose in place.
Remove the bumper (H) from

the hose one time from the drum.
- Run the hose back through the
hose gudie (G) and reattach
the hose stopper.
- Pull the hose out several feet
to check the tension.

This tool is warranted by the manufacturer to the original purchaser from the original
purchase date for one (1) year subject to the warranty coverage described herein.
This tool is warranted to the original user to be free from defects in material and
workmanship. If you believe that a tool is defective, return the tool, with proper proof
of purchase to the point of purchase. If it is determined that the tool is defective and
covered by this warranty, the distributor will replace the tool or refund the
purchase price.
This warranty is void if: defects in materials or workmanship or damages result from
repairs or alterations which have been made or attempted by others or the
unauthorized use of nonconforming parts; the damage is due to normal wear,
damage is due to abuse (including overloading of the tool beyond capacity),
improper maintenance, neglect or accident; or the damage is due to the use of the
tool after partial failure or use with improper accessories or unauthorized repair or

1. Pegue la plantilla de papel provista en el lugar

1. Con la broca para taladro de 3/8", perfore 4
orificios e instale las 4 anclas de expansión de
plástico proporcionadas. Consulte la Fig. 1.
2. Con la llave inglesa de 3/8" (10 mm), atornille
2 de los tornillos de montaje en la parte
inferior izquierda y superior derecha, dejando
aproximadamente 6,35 mm (1/4 de pulgada)
entre la pared y la cabeza del tornillo.
3. Cuelgue el carrete para manguera en estos
2 tornillos. Deslice hacia abajo el tornillo que
se deslizó en el extremo pequeño de los
orificios en la placa de base (D).

4. Apriete firmemente los 2 tornillos al soporte
de montaje. Consulte la Fig. 2.
5. Instale y apriete los 2 tornillos restantes.

6. Envuelva de 3 a 5 capas de cinta selladora
en ambos extremos del tapón macho de la
manguera guía (C). Atornille un extremo en
la entrada de aire (E). Use una llave inglesa
de 9/16" (14 mm) para apretar y juntar.

Al aflojar o quitar los tornillos (J) de cada lado, tenga cuidado de
que el carrete de la manguera no gire libremente y haga que el carrete de la
manguera pierda tensión.
Si el ángulo deseado es superior a
90 grados, quite los 3 tornillos (J) de cada lado,
gire el soporte del rodillo a la posición deseada
y vuelva a ensamblar y apretar los 3 tornillos.

8. Tire de la manguera hasta la longitud deseada
(asegúrese de que el carrete para manguera
esté bloqueado, ya que no se enrollará), abra
el pestillo del tope (H) y muévalo hacia la
posición final deseada. Vuelva a trabar el
tope (H). Consulte la Fig. 6.

7. Dependiendo de su configuración, puede
conectar un tapón de entrada hembra o un
desconectador rápido hembra al otro extremo
de la manguera principal. Consulte la Fig. 5.

9. El soporte de rodillo (I) se puede ajustar en el
mejor ángulo/posición para un funcionamiento
más suave del carrete para manguera (A)
cuando este está montado. Afloje los tres
tornillos (J) de cada lado con una llave Allen
de 5/16" (5 mm), gire el soporte del rodillo (I)
a la posición deseada y luego apriete
firmemente los tres tornillos (J) de cada lado.

NOTA
Para evitar dañar el carrete para manguera (A), siempre sostenga la
manguera de aire (B) mientras se rebobina.
1. Para extender la manguera de aire (B), extienda lentamente la manguera de aire a
la longitud deseada. El carrete para manguera hará un sonido de "clic" cuando se
extraiga la manguera. El chasquido que escucha es el tambor trabado en su lugar,
por lo que no se retraerá cuando suelte la manguera de aire. Puede ser necesario
tirar de la manguera de aire más allá de la longitud deseada para evitar que se
retraiga automáticamente.
