Quand l’excavation sera terminée, mettez
du feutre géotextile sur le fond pour éviter
que le gravier ne s’enfonce au cours du
temps.
Remplissez avec une couche de gravier de
300 mm. d’épaisseur, et au centre, placez
un tuyau d’échappement en PVC Ø 100 (Le
perçage sur le coffrage devra se trouver
sur la tuyau en PVC).
Pour faciliter l’opération de mise
en place du coffrage, il vaut mieux
l’ancrer à des planches et régler la
perpendicularité exacte du coffrage
en utilisant un niveau et des cales
d’épaisseur.
Selon le type de sol : coupez le revêtement
avec un disque , ou enlevez le revêtement,
et effectuez une première excavation
de 1400 x 1400 mm. et de 250 mm. de
profondeur environ.
Continuez avec une excavation de 1000
x 1000 mm. et de 1000/1200 mm. de
profondeur selon la hauteur de la borne.

Pour faciliter l’opération de mise
en place du coffrage, il vaut mieux
l’ancrer à des planches et régler la
perpendicularité exacte du coffrage
en utilisant un niveau et des cales
d’épaisseur.
Quand la première couche de béton
sera sèche, effectuez la deuxième et
remplissez entièrement le trou le plus
petit.
Quand la deuxième couche de béton
sera sèche elle aussi, placez la gaine de
protection Ø 90 mm. pour le passage des
câbles, en la faisant adhérer parfaitement
au trou du coffrage. Fixez-la avec du béton.
Si vous désirez mettre un revêtement de
sol spécial (dessin 10) faites la jetée de
façon à ce qu’elle arrive à 85 mm. environ
de la surface, autrement faites la jetée
jusqu’au bord du coffrage.

Terminato lo scavo, posare sul fondo
del tessuto geo-tessile per limitare lo
sprofondamento della ghiaia nel tempo.
Riempire con ghiaia per uno spessore di
circa 300 mm , e nel centro, posare un tubo
di scarico in PVC Ø 100 (Il foro sulla cassa a
perdere dovrà essere collocato al di sopra il
tubo in PVC).
Per aiutarsi nella posa della cassa
a perdere, si consiglia di ancorare
la stessa a delle assi e, mediante
livella e spessori, regolare la perfetta
perpendicolarità della cassa.
A seconda del tipo di suolo: tagliare il
rivestimento stradale con un disco, o
togliere il rivestimento, e procedere con un
primo scavo di circa 1400x1400 mm per
una profondità di 250 mm.
Continuare con un scavo di circa
1000x1000 mm per una profondità di
1000/1200 mm a seconda dell’altezza del
dissuasore.

Gettare il primo strato di cemento*
di circa 100 mm (rispettando le
caratteristiche dei cementi) facendo
attenzione a non ostruire il tubo di
drenaggio.
Quando il il primo strato di cemento è
asciutto, procedere con il secondo
e riempire tutta la buca più piccola.
Quando anche il secondo strato di cemento
è asciutto, posare il tubo corrugato Ø 90
mm per il passaggio dei cavi, facendolo
aderire perfettamente al foro della cassa.
Fissarlo con del cemento.
Procedere con la gettata fino ad arrivare a
circa 85 mm dalla superficie se si desidera
mettere della pavimentazione specifica
(fig.10), altrimenti procedere con la gettata
fino al bordo della cassa.

Once the digging is finished, lay geo-
textile fabric on the bottom, which limits
sinking into the gravel over time.
Fill up with gravel that is 300 mm thick,
and in the centre, place a Ø 100 PVC drain
tube (hole in the lost casing must be placed
above the PVC tube).
For easier laying of the lost casing, we
suggest anchoring it to some cross
bars, and using a level gauge and
shims, adjust the box perfectly.
Depending on the type of soil: cut the road
surface using a disc, or remove the road
surface, and dig the first 1400 mm x 1400
mm trench, having a depth of 250 mm.
Continue digging a trench of about
1000 x 1000 mm that is 1000 / 1200 mm
deep, depending on the height of the
bollard.

Cast the first layer of 100 mm of
cement* (careful to respect the
characteristics of the cement) being
careful not block the drain pipe.
When the first layer of cement is dry,
cast the second and fill the entire
smaller hole .
When the second layer of cement is also
dry, lay the PVC Ø 100 corrugate cable
conduit, making sure it adheres perfectly to
the hole in the box. Fix it using cement.
Continue casting until you get to about 85
mm from the surface (if you wish to lay
particular flooring see fig. 10) otherwise
keep casting until the cement reaches the
edge of the box.

Concluida la excavación, colocar tejido
geotextil en el fondo para limitar el
hundimiento de la grava en el tiempo.
Llenar con un espesor de grava de 300 mm
y en el centro, colocar un tubo de descarga
de Ø 100 en PVC (El orificio del cajón
perdido deberá colocarse por encima del
tubo de PVC).
Para facilitar la colocación del
cajón perdido, se aconseja anclar el
mismo a ejes y mediante un nivel y
espesores, cerciorarse que el cajón sea
perfectamente perpendicular.
Según el tipo de suelo: cortar el
revestimiento con un disco o quitar
el revestimiento y efectuar la primera
excavación de aproximadamente
1400 mm x 1400 mm de 250 mm. de
profundidad.
Continuar con una excavación de
aproximadamente 1000 x 1000 mm para
una profundidad de 1000 / 1200 mm de
acuerdo la altura de la pilona.

Echar la primer capa de cemento* de
aproximadamente 100 mm. (respetando
las características del cemento)
evitando la obstrucción del tubo de
drenaje.
Cuando se seca la primera capa de
cemento, colocar la segunda y llenar
todo el hoyo más pequeño.
Cuando se seca la segunda capa de
cemento, colocar el tubo corrugado Ø
90 mm. para el pasaje de los cables,
adhiriéndolo perfectamente al orificio del
cajón. Fijarlo con cemento.
Efectuar el fraguado hasta llegar a 85 mm.
aproximadamente de la superficie (si se
desea colocar pavimentado específico fig.
10) de lo contrario, efectuar el fraguado
hasta el borde del cajón.

MONTAGE HALTERINGE
ANBRINGUNG DER HALTERINGE AN DEN KASTENKÖRPER
Einen Ring nach dem
anderen von unten am
Kastenkörper anbringen,
dabei Halteflügel wie in
der Detailzeichnung unten
angegeben, umbiegen.
Kontrollieren, dass
jeder Ring unten (siehe
Detailzeichnung) und
oben mit den Halteflügeln
blockiert wurde.

Nach Durchführung der Grabarbeiten zur
Vermeidung des Versinkens des Schotters
eine Geotextilmatte auf den Boden der
Grube legen.
Ca. 300 mm hoch mit Schotter auffüllen
und in die Mitte ein Abflussrohr aus PVC
Ø 100 einlegen (Das Loch im Senkkasten
muss über dem PVC-Rohr liegen).
Um das Einsetzen des Senkkastens zu
vereinfachen, empfehlen wir diesen
an Brettern zu verankern und mit Hilfe
einer Wasserwaage und Keilen den
Kasten lotrecht auszurichten.
Je nach Bodenbeschaffenheit:
Straßenbelag mit einer Flexscheibe
durchschneiden oder den Belag entfernen
und eine erste Grube mit den Maßen
1400x1400 mm und 250 mm Tiefe
ausheben.
Weitergraben bis zu den Maßen 1000x1000
mm und 1000/1200 mm Tiefe (je nach
Pollerhöhe).

Die erste Zementschicht* ca. 100 mm
stark auffüllen (dabei die Eigenschaften
der Zementtypen beachten) ohne das
Drainagerohr zu verschließen.
Wenn die erste Zementschicht
trocken geworden ist, mit der zweiten
Zementschicht die kleinere Grube
auffüllen.
Wenn auch die zweite Zementschicht
trocken geworden ist, das Kabelrohr (Ø 90
mm) verlegen. Es muss perfekt mit dem
Loch im Senkkasten übereinstimmen. Mit
Zement befestigen.
Grube bis ca. 85 mm von der Oberfläche
entfernt auffüllen (wenn ein spezieller
Bodenbelag erwünscht ist), ansonsten bis
zum Rand des Senkkastens mit Zement
auffüllen.
