How to Charge Your Astro E4

1. Plug the Micro USB cable into the Astro E4’s input port.

2. Insert the remaining end of the USB cable into (a) an AC adapter connected

to the wall socket or (b) a charging computer USB port.

3. The battery will automatically begin to charge and will turn off when fully

charged.

How to Use the Astro E4 to Charge Other Devices

1. Plug the USB power cable into a charging port.

2. Attach the remaining end of the USB power

cable to your device.

3. Your device will automatically begin to charge.

4. The LED power meter will automatically turn

off when your device is fully charged and not

drawing a current.

Astro E4 Power Meter Instructions

Press the power meter button once to trigger the LED power meter and

display the remaining power level.

Each of the LEDs represent 25% of the battery’s capacity.

■

The LED power meter will turn off when the device is fully charged.

■

The LED power meter will stay on when charging a device, displaying the

battery’s remaining power, and will turn off when the device is fully charged

and not drawing a current.

■

The LED power meter will not activate when the battery is empty.

Usage Notes

1. To protect the long-term capacity of your device’s battery, please unplug the

power wire promptly after the device is fully charged.

2. Keep the product away from extreme heat or cold, as well as any flammable

items or damp places. Also avoid dropping, hitting or throwing the product.

3. Please fully charge your external battery at least once every four months to

avoid shortening its lifespan.

4. Do not try to charge and discharge the Astro E4 at the same time, as this

may reduce the battery’s lifespan.

5. Since the combined output of both ports is limited to 3 amps, concurrent

use of the two ports may slow the charging process.

6. The battery is 92% efficient, accounting for power lost through circuit

heat and voltage conversion, which is up to 10% above the industry average.

Energy is also lost within the charging cable and your device (approximately

15-20%).

FAQ and Solutions

1. Which port should I use to charge my device?

Thanks to PowerIQ™ technology, each charging port can charge at speeds of

up to 3 amps — no need to decide between them.

2. Can I use the Astro E4 to charge 2 devices at the same time?

Yes. But when using 2 charging ports simultaneously, the total output current

will not exceed 3

amps.

3. What if the Astro E4 fails to charge?

Check that the adapter connection is secure, or replace the adapter if the

current one is not functioning normally.

4. What if the Astro E4 fails to charge other devices?

Ensure that the power cable is securely in place, or check that the Astro E4

voltage is compatible with the electronic device's required charge voltage.

Please refer to your device's instruction manual, product labeling, or adapter

to find this information.

5. Why can’t I charge my Bluetooth device with the Astro E4?

The Astro E4 will not charge devices with input currents lower than 50mA,

including some Bluetooth and GPS devices.

Astro E4 Ladestandsanzeige - Anweisungen

Betätigen Sie den Power Button einmal, um das LED Display zu aktivieren und

um die verbleibende Kapazität anzeigen zu lassen.

Jede der LEDs steht für 25% der Kapazität der Batterie.

Die LED Ladestandsanzeige wird sich abschalten, wenn das Gerät voll

aufgeladen ist.

Die LED Ladestandsanzeige wird aktiviert bleiben, wenn ein Gerät geladen

wird. Sie wird die verbleibende Kapazität anzeigen und sich ausschalten,

sobald das Gerät voll geladen ist, um keinen Strom zu verbrauchen.

Die Ladestandsanzeige bleibt ausgeschaltet, wenn die Batterie leer ist.

Benutzungshinweise

1. Um die langfristige Kapazität Ihres Geräts zu erhalten, entfernen Sie bitte

das Ladekabel sobald Ihr Gerät voll geladen ist.

2. Während des Ladeprozesses werden ca 30% der Kapazität der externen

Batterie durch Wärmeentwicklung und Spannungsumwandlung (ca. 16%)

sowie durch das Ladekabel und Ihr Gerät (ca 14%) verbraucht. Dies ist 5%

effizienter als der Industriestandard von 35%.

3. Da der kombinierte Output beider Ports auf 3A limitiert ist, kann die

gleichzeitige Verwendung beider Ports zu einer verlangsamten Ladung führen.

4. Bitte laden Sie Ihren externen Akku mindestens einmal alle 4 Moate auf,

um eine Verminderung der Lebensdauer zu vermeiden.

5. Halten Sie das Produkt fern von extremer Hitze und Kälte, sowie von

entflammbaren Gegenständen und Dampf. Vermeiden Sie auch Fallenlassen

und Werfen des Produkts.

1. Welcher Port sollte beim Laden Ihrer Geräte verwendet werden?

Dank der PowerIQ Technologie ist jeder Port in der Lage jedes Gerät mit

maximaler Geschwindigkeit zu laden - Sie brauchen nicht zu wählen.

2. Kann der Astro E4 verwendet werden, um zwei Geräte gleichzeitig zu

laden?

Ja. Allerdings wird der Gesamtoutput 3A nicht überschreiten, wenn Sie 2

Ports gleichzeitig verwenden.

3. Was wenn der Astro E4 nicht lädt?

Astro E4 で他の機器を充電する方法

1. 充電ポートに USB ケーブルを接続します。

Astro E4 の電池残量表示について

LED ランプを点灯させ、残量を表示させたい場合は、電池残量ボタンを押して

下さい。

LED ランプは機器の充電中は点灯し続け、電池残量を表示しますが、満充

電完了後は消灯し、電流も流れません。

使用上の注意

1. お使いの機器のバッテリーをより長持ちさせるために、完全に充電された後

は速やかに USB ケーブルを抜いて下さい。

2. 極端に高温あるいは低温な環境、燃えるものの近く、または湿気の多い場所

等に製品を保管しないで下さい。また、製品を落としたり投げつけたりしない

で下さい。

3. 少なくとも 4 ヶ月に 1 回バッテリーを満充電していただくことで、バッテリ

ーの寿命を長く保てます。

4. バッテリーの寿命が短くなるので、Astro E4 本体を充電しながら、他の機器

を充電することはやめて下さい。

5. ポートの合計出力が 3A であるため、2 ポートを同時に使用して充電を行う

と、充電に時間がかかる場合があります。

6. 回路における熱への変換および電圧の変更のため、バッテリー効率は約

92% ですが、これは他社の通常の製品を約 10% 上回っています。また、接

続しているケーブルおよびお使いの機器に対しても一部消費されます ( 約 15-

20%)。

1. 機器を充電するためにどの充電ポートを使えばよいですか。

PowerIQ™ テクノロジーを搭載しているため、各充電ポートはどんな機器にも

対応しています ( 最大 3A)。

2. 本製品を使って 2 つの機器へ同時に充電することは可能ですか。

可能です。しかし、2 つの出力ポートを同時に使用した場合でも、合計最大出

力は 3A を超えません。

3. 本製品への充電ができない場合、どうすればよいですか。

a. AC アダプタが確実に接続されていることをご確認下さい。

b. お使いの AC アダプタが正常に作動していない場合は、AC アダプタを交換

して下さい。

4. 本製品で他の機器への充電ができない場合、どうすればよいですか。

a. 本製品とお使いの機器が確実に接続されていることをご確認下さい。

b. Astro E4 の電圧が、お使いの機器の電圧仕様に対応しているか確認して下さ

い。( 取扱説明書、ラベル、純正充電器を参照して下さい。)

5. 本製品で Bluetooth 機器を充電できないのはなぜですか。

本製品は入力電流が 50mA より小さい機器 ( 一部の Bluetooth 機器や GPS 機器 )

を充電できません。

Note per l’uso

1. Per proteggere a lungo termine la capacità della batteria del tuo dispositivo,

staccare il cavo di alimentazione subito dopo finalizzata la carica.

2. Evitare di sottoporre il prodotto a temperature estremamente fredde o

calde, tenere lontano da oggetti infiammabili e luoghi umidi. Evitare di far

cadere, percuotere o lanciare il prodotto.

3. Per favore, caricare totalmente la batteria esterna almeno una volta ogni

quattro mesi per evitare di diminuire la sua durata utile.

4. Non provare a caricare e scaricare la batteria simultaneamente, questo

dispositivo sino a una velocità di 3A, evitandoti l’imbarazzo della scelta.

2. Posso caricare due dispositivi alla volta con l’Astro E4?

Si, purché la corrente complessiva in uscita non superi 3A tra le due porte.

3. Cosa faccio se l’Astro E4 non si carica?

Controlla che l’attacco all’alimentatore sia fisso, sostituisci l’alimentatore in

caso non stia funzionando normalmente.

4. Cosa faccio se l’Astro E4 non riesce a caricare altri dispositivi?

Assicurati che il cavo di alimentazione sia ben attaccato, e/o controlla che il

Notas para el uso

1. Para proteger la capacidad de la batería de tu dispositivo en el largo plazo,
