Do the following to install the LΩGIC Wall Panel Expand Kit8 in the LΩGIC Wall Panel 16-Port:
Step 1
1. Unplug the LΩGIC Wall Panel 16-Port from power.
2. Open the front panel of the LΩGIC Wall Panel 16-Port.
3. Use a #2 Phillips-head screwdriver and a 2.5 mm hex wrench to remove the indicated screws.
• Power must be turned off and disconnected when working inside the LΩGIC Wall Panel 16-Port.
• This product must be installed by a qualified and competent electrician.
• Observe all safety measures during installation (no metal jewelry, utilize a grounding mat, etc.).

1. Carefully remove the breaker cover and open the service access panel.
2. Remove the applicable plugs from the breaker cover and service access panel.
Do not remove the plugs for an Expand Kit unless installing an Expand Kit in that slot.

Step 3
1. Use a #2 Phillips-head screwdriver to install the 8-port POE output board with the 6 screws.
2. Use a #2 Phillips-head screwdriver to install the output board power cables.
• Connect the black cables to the terminals marked “-”.
• Connect the red cables to the terminals marked “+”.

Step 4
1. Identify the ribbon cable port on the master control board which corresponds with the Expand Kit slot.
2. Open the applicable ribbon cable ports on the 8-port POE output board and on the master control board.
3. Insert the ribbon cable into the corresponding ports in such a way that when viewing the circuit boards with the
access panel open the blue tips are visible. Then close the ribbon ports.

Step 5
1. Use a #2 Phillips-head screwdriver to install the power supply with the 4 screws.
2. Use a #2 Phillips-head screwdriver to install the AC power cables on the left of the power supply.
• Connect the white cable to the terminal marked “AC/N”.
• Connect the black cable to the terminal marked “AC/L”.
• Connect the Yellow/Green cable to the terminal marked “FG”.
3. Use a #2 Phillips-head screwdriver to install the DC output cables on the right of the power supply.
• Connect the black cables to the terminals marked “-V”.
• Connect the red cables to the terminals marked “+V”.

Step 6
1. Use a #2 Phillips-head screwdriver to loosen the left-most rail clamp and slide it off the rail.
2. Slide the Expand Kit DIN rail breaker onto the rail until it is up against the adjacent DIN rail breaker.
3. Slide the rail clamp back onto the rail until it is up against the Expand Kit DIN rail breaker.
4. Use a #2 Phillips-head screwdriver to tighten the rail clamp.
5. Use a #2 Phillips-head screwdriver to install the power cables to the DIN rail breaker, with the white cables on the
right and the black cables on the left.

Paso 1

Paso 4

Paso 5
1. Utilice un destornillador Phillips n.º 2 para instalar la fuente de alimentación con los 4 tornillos.
2. Utilice un destornillador Phillips n.º 2 para instalar los cables de alimentación CA a la izquierda de la fuente de
alimentación.
• Conecte el cable blanco al terminal marcado con “AC/N”.
• Conecte el cable negro al terminal marcado con “AC/L”.
• Conecte el cable amarillo/verde al terminal marcado con “FG”.
3. Utilice un destornillador Phillips n.º 2 para instalar los cables de salida CC a la derecha de la fuente de

Paso 6
1. Utilice un destornillador Phillips n.º 2 para aflojar la abrazadera del carril más a la izquierda y deslícela fuera del carril.
2. Deslice el disyuntor para carril DIN del Expand Kit sobre el carril hasta que quede contra el disyuntor para carril
DIN adyacente.
3. Vuelva a deslizar la abrazadera sobre el carril hasta que quede contra el disyuntor para carril DIN del Expand Kit.
4. Utilice un destornillador Phillips n.º 2 para apretar la abrazadera del carril.
5. Utilice un destornillador Phillips n.º 2 para instalar los cables de alimentación en el disyuntor para carril DIN, con

1. Identifiez le port du câble plat sur le panneau de commande principal qui correspond à l’emplacement du kit d’extension.
2. Ouvrez les ports de câble plat applicables sur la carte de sortie POE à 8 ports et sur le panneau de commande
principal.
3. Insérez le câble plat dans les ports correspondants de telle sorte que lorsque vous regardez les circuits imprimés
avec le panneau d’accès ouvert, les pointes bleues soient visibles. Fermez ensuite les ports du câble plat.

1. Utilisez un tournevis cruciforme n° 2 pour desserrer le collier de serrage le plus à gauche et faites-le glisser hors du rail.
2. Faites glisser le disjoncteur du rail DIN du kit d’extension sur le rail jusqu’à ce qu’il soit contre le disjoncteur sur
rail DIN adjacent.
3. Faites glisser le collier de serrage sur le rail jusqu’à ce qu’il soit contre le disjoncteur sur rail DIN du kit d’extension.
4. Utilisez un tournevis cruciforme n° 2 pour serrer le collier de serrage.
5. Utilisez un tournevis cruciforme n° 2 pour installer les câbles d’alimentation sur le disjoncteur du rail DIN, avec
les câbles blancs à droite et les câbles noirs à gauche.

Zur Installation des LΩGIC Wall Panel Expand Kit8 in der LΩGIC Wall Panel 16-Port führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus:
Schritt 1
1. Das LΩGIC Wall Panel 16-Port von der Spannungsversorgung trennen.
2. Die vordere Blende des LΩGIC Wall Panel 16-Port öffnen.
3. Die gekennzeichneten Schrauben mit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher der Größe 2 und einem 2,5-mm-
Innensechskantschlüssel herausdrehen.
• Vor Arbeiten im Inneren des LΩGIC Wall Panel 16-Port muss die Spannungsversorgung ausgeschaltet
und unterbrochen werden.
• Die Installation dieses Produkts darf nur von einem qualifizierten Elektriker durchgeführt werden.
• Bei der Installation sind alle einschlägigen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu beachten (kein Metallschmuck,
Verwendung einer Erdungsmatte usw.).

Schritt 2
1. Die Abdeckung für den Leistungsschalter vorsichtig entfernen und die Abdeckung zum Servicezugang öffnen.
2. Die entsprechenden Stecker von der Abdeckung des Leistungsschalters und dem Servicezugang abziehen.

Schritt 4
1. Den Anschluss des Flachbandkabel an der Hauptsteuerkarte ausfindig machen, der dem Anschluss am
Erweiterungskit entspricht.
2.
Die entsprechenden Flachbandkabelanschlüsse an der 8-Port POE Ausgabekarte und an der Hauptsteuerkarte öffnen.
3. Das Flachbandkabel so in die entsprechenden Anschlüsse einstecken, dass die blauen Spitzen sichtbar sind,
wenn die Karten bei geöffneter Abdeckung des Servicezugangs betrachtet werden. Anschließend die
Anschlüsse für das Flachbandkabel schließen.

Schritt 5
1. Die 4 Schrauben des Netzteils mit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher der Größe 2 eindrehen.
2. Die AC-Netzkabel mit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher der Größe 2 an der linken Seite des Netzteils eindrehen.
• Das weiße Kabel an die Klemme mit der Kennzeichnung „AC/N“ anschließen.
• Das schwarze Kabel an die Klemme mit der Kennzeichnung „AC/L“ anschließen.
• Die gelb/grüne Kabel an die Klemme mit der Kennzeichnung „FG“ anschließen.
3. Die DC-Ausgangskabel mit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher der Größe 2 an der rechten Seite des Netzteils
eindrehen.
• Die schwarzen Kabel an die Klemme mit der Kennzeichnung „-V“ anschließen.
• Die roten Kabel an die Klemme mit der Kennzeichnung „+V“ anschließen.

Schritt 6
1. Die Klammer ganz links an der Schiene mit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher der Größe 2 lösen und die
Klammer von der Schiene abschieben.
2. Den Leistungsschalter für eine DIN-Schiene des Erweiterungskits auf die Schiene schieben, bis er am
benachbarten Leistungsschalter auf der DIN-Schiene anliegt.
3. Die Schienenklammer wieder auf die Schiene schieben, bis sie an dem Leistungsschalter für eine DIN-Schiene
des Erweiterungskits anliegt.
4. Die Schrauben an der Schiene mit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher der Größe 2 festziehen.
5. Die Netzkabel mit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher der Größe 2 am Leistungsschalter für eine DIN-Schiene
anschließen. Dabei müssen die weißen Kabel rechts und die schwarzen Kabel links angeschlossen werden.

Schritt 7
1. Die Abdeckung des Leistungsschalters für eine DIN-Schiene vorsichtig anbringen und die Abdeckung des
Servicezugangs aufsetzen.
2. Die zuvor herausgedrehten Schrauben mit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher der Größe 2 und einem 2,5-mm-
Innensechskantschlüssel eindrehen.

Installatie-instructies
Doe het volgende om de LΩGIC Wall Panel Expand Kit8 in de LΩGIC Wall Panel 16-Port te installeren:
Stap 1
1. Koppel de LΩGIC Wall Panel 16-Port los van de voeding.
2. Open het frontpaneel van de LΩGIC Wall Panel 16-Port.
3.
Gebruik een Phillips-schroevendraaier nr. 2 en een zeskantsleutel van 2,5 mm om de aangegeven schroeven te verwijderen.
• De voeding moet uitgeschakeld en afgekoppeld worden als in de LΩGIC Wall Panel 16-Port wordt gewerkt.
• Dit product moet worden geïnstalleerd door een gekwalificeerde, bekwame elektricien.
• Neem alle veiligheidsmaatregelen in acht tijdens de installatie (draag geen metalen sieraden, gebruik
een aardingsmat, enz.).
• POE uitgangskaart met 8 poorten

Stap 2
1. Verwijder voorzichtig de afdekking van de stroomonderbreker en open het toegangspaneel voor onderhoud.
2. Verwijder de betreffende pluggen uit het deksel van de stroomonderbreker en het toegangspaneel voor
onderhoud.
Verwijder de pluggen voor een uitbreidingskit alleen als u een uitbreidingskit in die slot installeert.

Stap 3
1. Gebruik een kruiskopschroevendraaier nr. 2 om de POE-uitgangskaart met 8 poorten te monteren met de 6
schroeven.
2. Gebruik een kruiskopschroevendraaier nr. 2 om de voedingskabels van de uitgangskaart te installeren.
• Sluit de zwarte kabels aan op de klemmen met de markering “-”.
• Sluit de rode kabels aan op de klemmen met de markering “+”.

Stap 4
1. Identificeer de poort voor de lintkabel op de hoofdbesturingskaart die overeenkomt met de slot voor de
uitbreidingsset.
2. Open de betreffende lintkabelpoorten op de POE-uitgangskaart met 8 poorten en op de hoofdbesturingskaart.
3. Steek de lintkabel zodanig in de overeenkomende poorten dat de blauwe punten zichtbaar zijn als u de
printplaten bekijkt met het toegangspaneel open. Sluit vervolgens de lintpoorten.

Stap 5
1. Gebruik een kruiskopschroevendraaier nr. 2 om de voeding te installeren met de 4 schroeven.
2. Gebruik een kruiskopschroevendraaier nr. 2 om de AC-voedingskabels aan de linkerkant van de voeding te
installeren.
• Sluit de witte kabel aan op de klem met de markering “AC/N”.
• Sluit de zwarte kabel aan op de klem met de markering “AC/L”.
• Sluit de geel/groene kabel aan op de klem met de markering “FG”.
3. Gebruik een kruiskopschroevendraaier nr. 2 om de DC uitgangskabels aan de rechterkant van de
voedingseenheid te installeren.
• Sluit de zwarte kabels aan op de klemmen met de markering “-V”.
• Sluit de rode kabels aan op de aansluitingen met de markering “+V”.

Stap 6
1. Gebruik een kruiskopschroevendraaier nr. 2 om de meest linkse klem van de rail los te maken, en schuif deze van de rail af.
2. Schuif de DIN-rail stroomonderbreker van de uitbreidingskit op de rail tot deze tegen de aangrenzende DIN-rail
stroomonderbreker aanligt.
3. Schuif de railklem terug op de rail tot deze tegen de DIN-rail stroomonderbreker van de uitbreidingskit aanligt.
4. Gebruik een kruiskopschroevendraaier nr. 2 om de railklem vast te draaien.
5. Gebruik een kruiskopschroevendraaier nr. 2 om de voedingskabels aan te sluiten op de DIN-rail
stroomonderbreker, met de witte kabels aan de rechterkant en de zwarte kabels aan de linkerkant.

Stap 7
1. Breng de afdekking van de stroomonderbreker voorzichtig aan over de DIN-rail stroomonderbrekers en sluit het
toegangspaneel voor onderhoud.
2. Gebruik een Phillips-schroevendraaier nr. 2 en een zeskantsleutel van 2,5 mm om de eerder verwijderde
schroeven te plaatsen.

LΩGIC Wall Panel 16-Port kunnen maximaal 2 LΩGIC Wall Panel Expand Kit8 producten worden
