PowerTank Lithium LT is a highly portable power pack that
uses a lithium nickel cobalt manganese battery and voltage
regulating electronics. It is engineered specifi cally for use with
telescopes, as the consistent 12V DC output ensures optimal
telescope performance as the battery is discharged. It also
works great with telescope accessories and other electronics

has a fast-charging USB port for charging devices such as
smartphones and tablets.
Please read through this instruction manual to understand the
functions and features of the PowerTank Lithium LT.

OPERATION
CHARGING THE POWERTANK LITHIUM LT
We recommend fully charging the power pack when
you first receive it and before first use. To maintain its
performance, you should recharge the unit at least once
every 6 months.
TO CHARGE:
1. Determine which international adapter plug you need
for your location and slide it into place on the AC
charger. Make sure the adapter plug is fully seated and
snaps into place.
2. Plug the AC charger’s cable into the 12V DC port on
the power pack.
3. Plug the AC charger into an electrical outlet. The
charger can accept an AC input of 100-240V 50/60Hz.
The battery indicator lights will blink when charging. When
charging is complete, all the lights will remain illuminated. Fully
charging the power pack can take up to 4 hours. Don’t leave
the AC charger connected to the power pack for more
than 24 hours.
If you are traveling internationally with the PowerTank Lithium
LT, it may be necessary to change the AC charger’s adapter
plug. To do this, simply depress the locking button on the
charger (located directly below the plug), slide the plug off and
replace it with the plug you need.
WARNING: The AC charger has an output of 16V DC. Do not attempt to use this charger
to power your telescope directly or damage to the telescope could result.
THE POWER BUTTON AND BATTERY INDICATOR LIGHTS
Pressing the power button turns the PowerTank Lithium LT
on, and allows use of the USB and 12V DC output ports. Both
ports can be used at the same time. The battery indicator lights
will also turn on and indicate the battery charge status:
4 lights illuminated – 100 % charged
3 lights illuminated – 75% charged
2 lights illuminated – 50% charged
1 light illuminated – 25% charged
The battery indicator lights will turn off after about 10 seconds.
They will turn on again when a device is connected to one of
the charging ports. When the battery is fully discharged, the
power pack will automatically shut off, and cannot be turned on
again until it is recharged.
Press and hold the power button for one second to turn the
PowerTank Lithium LT off. The power will automatically turn off
if there is no load detected (less than 150mA) for one hour.

CHARGING USB DEVICES
Plug one end of the USB charging cable for the device you wish
to charge into the USB port on the PowerTank Lithium LT. Plug
the other end of the cable into your device. Press the power
button to begin charging. When you are done charging, press
and hold the power button to turn the power off. You can also
simply unplug your device’s cable from the power pack, and it will
automatically turn off after one hour. The USB port provides 5V
DC @ 2.1A output, so it is capable of “fast-charging” devices that
have this functionality.
POWERING TELESCOPES AND OTHER ELECTRONICS
PowerTank Lithium LT comes with a power cable that is
compatible with Celestron telescopes. It can also be used with
many other telescopes, telescope accessories, and electronics
that have a 5.5mm/2.1mm tip positive 12V DC power jack. The
cable has identical connectors; plug one end of the cable into
the power jack on your telescope and plug the other end into
the 12V DC port on the power pack. Press the power button to
activate power. Turn the power pack off by pressing and holding
the power button. Otherwise, the power pack will automatically
shut off after 1 hour when no load is detected.
The PowerTank Lithium LT is designed to supply a maximum of
3A. If the current draw is continuously greater than 3.2A, it will
immediately cut off the output. The battery indicator lights will
flash 10 times, then turn off. If a short circuit occurs, the power
pack will shut off immediately, and will need to be recharged
before it will turn on again.

PowerTank Lithium LT can be attached to your telescope’s
tripod leg using the tripod leg strap. To use the strap:
1. Slip the strap through the two slots in the power pack’s
tripod leg mount. The hook and loop fasteners on the
strap should be facing toward the power pack.
2. Wrap the strap around the tripod leg, then feed the end
of the strap through the buckle.
3. Pull the strap so it is tight against the tripod leg, and
secure the strap using its hook and loop fastener.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
While the PowerTank Lithium LT has some weather
resistance, it is not waterproof. Do not immerse the power
pack in water. If it becomes wet with dew, dry it off with a
towel after use. It is also best to keep the power pack off
the ground, as this will prevent debris from getting into the
ports.
The power pack is best stored at room temperature in a dry
area. Make sure there is at least 50% charge on the battery
when it is stored; recharge before storage if needed.
PowerTank Lithium LT should be recharged at least once
every 6 months.

CELESTRON TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
A. Celestron warrants your product to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship for two years. Celestron will
repair or replace such product or part thereof which, upon
inspection by Celestron, is found to be defective in materials or
workmanship. As a condition to the obligation of Celestron to
repair or replace such product, the product must be returned to
Celestron together with proof-of-purchase
satisfactory to Celestron.
B. The Proper Return Authorization Number must be
obtained from Celestron in advance of return. Please submit
your request to Celestron’s online technical support center at
celestron.com/pages/technical-support or call (310) 328-
9560 to receive the number to be displayed on the outside of
your shipping container.

All returns must be accompanied by a written statement
setting forth the name, address, and daytime telephone
number of the owner, together with a brief description of
any claimed defects. Parts or product for which replacement is
made shall become the property of Celestron.
The customer shall be responsible for all costs of transportation
and insurance, both to and from the factory of Celestron,
and shall be required to prepay such costs.
Celestron shall use reasonable efforts to repair or replace
any Product covered by this warranty within thirty days
of receipt. In the event repair or replacement shall require
more than thirty days, Celestron shall notify the customer
accordingly. Celestron reserves the right to replace any
product which has been discontinued from its product line with
a new product of comparable value and function.
This warranty shall be void and of no force of effect
in the event a covered product has been modified in
design or function, or subjected to abuse, misuse,
mishandling or unauthorized repair. Further, product
malfunction or deterioration due to normal wear is
not covered by this warranty.

UTILISATION
CHARGER LA POWERTANK LITHIUM LT
Nous vous recommandons de charger complètement la
banque d’alimentation lorsque vous la recevez et avant
la première utilisation. Pour préserver ses performances,
vous devriez recharger l’unité au moins tous les 6mois.
POUR CHARGER:
1. Déterminez quelle fiche utiliser sur l’adaptateur secteur
international, selon votre emplacement géographique,
et faites-le glisser sur le chargeur secteur. Assurez-vous
que la fiche de l’adaptateur est complètement enfoncée
et qu’elle s’enclenche correctement.
2. Branchez le câble du chargeur secteur sur le port CC
12V de la banque d’alimentation.
3. Branchez le chargeur secteur à une prise murale. Le
chargeur peut être alimenté par un courant CA de 100-
240V, 50/60Hz.
L’indicateur de niveau de pile clignote pendant la charge.
Lorsque la pile est pleine, tous les voyants restent allumés.
La charge complète de la banque d’alimentation peut
prendre jusqu’à 4heures. Ne laissez pas le chargeur
secteur branché à la banque d’alimentation
pendant plus de 24heures.
Si vous voyagez à l’étranger avec la PowerTank Lithium
LT, souvenez-vous qu’il peut être nécessaire de changer
la fiche de l’adaptateur secteur. Pour faire cela, appuyez
simplement sur le bouton de verrouillage sur le chargeur
(situé directement sous la fiche), faites glisser la fiche
hors du chargeur et remplacez-la par celle dont vous avez
besoin.
AVERTISSEMENT: Le chargeur secteur délivre un courant de type CC 16V.
Ne pas tenter d’utiliser ce chargeur pour alimenter votre
télescope directement, sous risque d’endommager ce
dernier.
LE BOUTON D’ALIMENTATION ET LES INDICATEURS DE NIVEAU DE
PILE S’ILLUMINENT
Appuyez sur le bouton d’alimentation pour allumer la
PowerTank Lithium LT, et active les ports USB et CC 12V.
Les deux ports peuvent être utilisés simultanément. Les
voyants indicateurs de niveau de pile s’illuminent pour
indiquer l’état de la charge:
4 voyants illuminés – chargé à 100%
3 voyants illuminés – chargé à 75%
2 voyants illuminés – chargé à 50%
1 voyant illuminé – chargé à 25%
Les voyants de niveau de pile s’éteignent après environ
10secondes. Ils s’illuminent à nouveau lorsqu’un appareil
est connecté à l’un des ports de charge. La banque
d’alimentation s’éteint automatiquement lorsque la pile est
pleinement déchargée. Elle ne peut pas être allumée tant
qu’elle n’est pas rechargée.
Maintenez le bouton d’alimentation appuyé pendant
une seconde pour éteindre la PowerTank Lithium LT.
Elle s’éteindra automatiquement si aucune charge n’est
détectée (moins de 150mA) pendant une heure.

CHARGER DES APPAREILS USB
Branchez une extrémité du câble de charge USB de
l’appareil que vous souhaitez charger dans le port USB du
PowerTank Lithium LT. Branchez l’autre extrémité du câble
à votre appareil. Appuyez sur le bouton d’alimentation pour
commencer à charger. Lorsque la charge est terminée,
maintenez le bouton d’alimentation appuyé pour éteindre.
Vous pouvez également simplement débrancher le câble
d’alimentation de votre appareil de la banque d’alimentation.
Elles s’éteindra automatiquement après une heure. Le port
USB délivre un courant de type CC 5V @ 2,1A. Elle est
donc capable de «charge rapide» pour les appareils qui
prennent cette fonction en charge.
ALIMENTER DES TÉLESCOPES ET D’AUTRES APPAREILS
ÉLECTRONIQUES
La PowerTank Lithium LT est livrée avec un câble
d’alimentation compatible avec les télescopes Celestron.
Ce câble peut également être utilisé avec un grand
nombre d’autres télescopes, accessoires de télescopes
et appareils électroniques équipés d’un port d’alimentation
5,5 mm/2,1 mm à pointe positive. Les connecteurs du
câble sont identiques. Branchez une extrémité du câble au
port d’alimentation de votre télescope et l’autre extrémité
au port CC 12 V de la banque d’alimentation. Appuyez
sur le bouton d’alimentation pour activer l’alimentation.
Éteignez la banque d’alimentation en maintenant le bouton
d’alimentation appuyé. La banque d’alimentation s’éteindra
quoi qu’il arrive après 1 heure si aucune charge n’est
détectée.
La PowerTank Lithium LT est conçue pour délivrer un
maximum de 3A. Si le courant demandé dépasse 3,2A,
elle coupe immédiatement l’alimentation. L’indicateur de
niveau de pile clignote 10fois puis s’éteint. En cas de court-
circuit, la banque d’alimentation s’éteint automatiquement. Il
faudra la recharger avant de pouvoir la rallumer.

La PowerTank Lithium LT peut être attachée au pied de
votre trépied à l’aide de la sangle de pied de trépied. Pour
utiliser la sangle:
1. Faites glisser la sangle dans les deux fentes de la
monture de pied de trépied de la banque d’alimentation.
Le crochet et les attaches sur la sangle doivent être
orientés vers la banque d’alimentation.
2. Enroulez la sangle autour du pied du trépied, puis passez
la sangle dans la boucle.
3. Tirez sur la sangle de manière qu’elle soit serrée contre
le pied du trépied et sécurisez cette dernière à l’aide du
crochet et de l’attache de boucle.

SOIN ET ENTRETIEN
Bien que la PowerTank Lithium LT soi résistante à l’eau à
un certain degré, elle n’est pas étanche. Ne pas immerger
la banque d’alimentation dans l’eau. Si elle est humide de
rosée, essuyez-la avec une serviette avant de l’utiliser. Il
est également recommandé de ne pas poser la banque
d’alimentation à terre, pour éviter que des débris ne
pénètrent dans les ports.
La banque d’alimentation doit être conservée à température
ambiante dans un lieu sec. Assurez-vous que la banque
d’alimentation est chargée à au moins 50% avant de la
ranger. Chargez-la si nécessaire. PowerTank Lithium LT doit
être chargée au moins tous les 6mois.

A. Celestron garantit votre télescope comme libre de
défauts de matériaux et de fabrication pour une période
de deux ans Celestron réparera ou remplacera ce produit
ou une partie de celui-ci lorsqu'il a été déterminé, lors d'une
inspection par Celestron, que le produit est défectueux en
raison d'un défaut de matériaux ou de fabrication. Comme
condition à l'obligation de Celestron de réparer ou remplacer
un tel produit, le produit doit être renvoyé à Celestron avec
la preuve d'achat satisfaisante pour Celestron.
B. Un numéro d'autorisation de retour valide doit être

Der PowerTank Lithium LT ist eine äußerst tragbare
Stromversorgungseinheit, die einen Lithium-Nickel-Cobalt-
Mangan-Akku und eine Elektronik zur Spannungsregelung
verwendet. Sie wurde speziell für die Verwendung
mit Teleskopen entwickelt, da die gleichbleibende
12-V-Gleichstromabgabe eine optimale Teleskopleistung

INBETRIEBNAHME
AUFLADEN DES POWERTANK LITHIUM LT
Wir empfehlen, die Stromversorgungseinheit nach dem
Kauf und vor dem ersten Gebrauch vollständig aufzuladen.
Um seine Leistung zu erhalten, müssen Sie die Einheit
mindestens alle 6 Monate aufladen.
AUFLADEN:
1. Finden Sie heraus, welchen internationalen
Adapterstecker Sie für Ihren Standort benötigen, und
schieben Sie ihn auf das Steckernetzteil. Achten Sie
darauf, dass der Adapterstecker gut sitzt und voll
einrastet ist.
2. Schließen Sie das Kabel des Steckernetzteil an dem
12-V-DC-Anschluss der Stromversorgungseinheit an.
3. Stecken Sie das Steckernetzteil in eine Steckdose. Das
Steckernetzteil ist für den Anschluss an eine Steckdose
mit 100-240 V, 50/60 Hz gedacht.
Die Akku-LEDs blinken während des Ladevorgangs. Wenn
der Ladevorgang abgeschlossen ist, leuchten alle LEDs
dauerhaft auf. Das vollständige Aufladen des Akkus kann
bis zu 4 Stunden dauern. Lassen Sie das Ladegerät
nicht länger als 24 Stunden an das Steckernetzteil
angeschlossen.
Wenn Sie mit dem PowerTank Lithium LT international
unterwegs sind, müssen Sie möglicherweise den
Adapterstecker des Steckernetzteils wechseln. Drücken Sie
dazu einfach den Verriegelungsknopf am Steckernetzteil
(direkt unter dem Stecker), ziehen Sie den Adapterstecker
heraus und ersetzen Sie ihn durch den benötigten
Adapterstecker.
ACHTUNG: Das Steckernetzteil hat eine Ausgangsspannung von 16 V DC.
Verwenden Sie dieses Steckernetzteil nicht, um Ihr Teleskop direkt
mit Strom zu versorgen. Andernfalls kann das Teleskop beschädigt
werden.
EIN-/AUSTASTE UND AKKUANZEIGE LEUCHTEN
Durch Drücken der Ein-/Austaste wird der PowerTank
Lithium LT eingeschaltet und die USB- und 12-V-DC-
Ausgangsanschlüsse können verwendet werden. Beide
Anschlüsse können gleichzeitig verwendet werden. Die
Akku-Anzeige-LEDs leuchten ebenfalls auf und zeigt den
Ladezustand des Akkus an:
4 LEDs leuchten – 100 % aufgeladen
3 LEDs leuchten – 75 % aufgeladen
2 LEDs leuchten – 50 % aufgeladen
1 LED leuchtet – 25 % aufgeladen
Die Akku-LEDs schalten sich nach ungefähr 10 Sekunden
aus. Sie schalten sich wieder ein, wenn ein Gerät an
einen der Ladeanschlüsse angeschlossen wurde. Wenn
der Akku vollständig entladen ist, schaltet sich die
Stromversorgungseinheit automatisch ab und sie kann erst
wieder eingeschaltet werden, wenn sie aufgeladen wurde.
Halten Sie die Ein-/Austaste für 1 Sekunden gedrückt,
um den PowerTank Lithium LT auszuschalten. Die
Stromversorgungseinheit schaltet sich automatisch ab,
wenn nach einer Stunde keine Last (weniger als 150 mA)
erkannt wird.

LADEN VON USB-GERÄTEN
Stecken Sie ein Ende des USB-Ladekabels des
aufzuladenden Geräts in den USB-Anschluss des
PowerTank Lithium LT. Schließen Sie das andere Ende
des Kabels an Ihrem Gerät an. Drücken Sie zum Starten
des Aufladevorgangs die Ein-/Austaste. Wenn der
Aufladevorgang beendet ist, halten Sie Ein-/Austaste zum
Ausschalten gedrückt. Sie können auch das Ladekabel
Ihres Geräts einfach von der Stromversorgungseinheit
abziehen. Nach einer Stunde schaltet sie sich automatisch
ab. Der USB-Anschluss bietet einen Ausgang mit 5 V DC
bei 2,1 A und kann somit Geräte mit Schnellladefunktion
schnell aufladen.
STROMVERSORGUNG VON TELESKOPEN UND ANDEREN
ELEKTRONISCHEN GERÄTEN
PowerTank Lithium LT wird mit einem Stromkabel
geliefert, das mit Teleskopen von Celestron kompatibel
ist. Er kann auch mit vielen anderen Teleskopen,
Teleskopzubehör und elektronischen Geräten verwendet
werden, die eine 12-V-Gleichspannungsbuchse (5,5
mm / 2,1 mm, Pluspol an Spitze) haben. Das Kabel hat
identische Anschlüsse. Stecken Sie ein Ende des Kabels
in die Stromversorgungsbuchse Ihres Teleskops und
das andere Ende in den 12-V-Gleichstromanschluss der
Stromversorgungseinheit. Drücken Sie die Ein-/Austaste,
um die Stromversorgung zu aktivieren. Schalten Sie
die Stromversorgungseinheit aus, indem Sie die Ein-/
Austaste gedrückt halten. Andernfalls schaltet sich die
Stromversorgungseinheit nach 1 Stunde automatisch ab,
wenn keine Last erkannt wurde.
Der PowerTank Lithium LT kann maximal 3 A liefern. Wenn
die Dauer-Stromaufnahme größer als 3,2 A ist, wird der
Ausgang sofort abgeschaltet. Die Akku-LEDs blinken 10
Mal auf und erlöschen anschließend. Bei einem Kurzschluss
wird die Stromversorgungseinheit sofort abgeschaltet
und sie muss aufgeladen werden, bevor sie sich wieder
eingeschaltet.

PowerTank Lithium LT kann mit dem Stativbein-Gurt am
Stativbein Ihres Teleskops befestigt werden. Verwendung
des Gurtes:
1. Schieben Sie den Gurt durch die beiden Schlitze in
der Stativbeinhalterung der Stromversorgungseinheit.
Die Klettverschlüsse am Gurt müssen zur
Stromversorgungseinheit zeigen.
2. Wickeln Sie den Gurt um das Stativbein und führen Sie
das Ende des Gurtes durch die Schnalle.
3. Ziehen Sie den Riemen fest, sodass er stramm am
Stativbein anliegt. Sichern Sie den Riemen mit seinem
Klettverschluss.

PFLEGE UND WARTUNG
Der PowerTank Lithium LT ist zwar witterungsbeständig,
aber er ist nicht wasserdicht. Tauchen Sie die
Stromversorgungseinheit niemals in Wasser. Wenn
sie feucht wurde, trocknen Sie sie nach Gebrauch
mit einem Handtuch ab. Es ist auch sinnvoll, die
Stromversorgungseinheit vom Boden fernzuhalten, damit
kein Schmutz in die Anschlüsse gelangen kann.
Bewahren Sie die Stromversorgungseinheit möglichst
bei Raumtemperatur in einem trockenen Bereich auf.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Akku bei der Aufbewahrung
mindestens 50 % aufgeladen ist. Bei Bedarf vor der
Aufbewahrung aufladen. PowerTank Lithium LT muss
mindestens alle 6 Monate aufgeladen werden.

FUNZIONAMENTO
CARICAMENTO DEL POWERTANK LITHIUM LT
Si consiglia di ricaricare completamente il caricabatteria
dopo la consegna e prima del primo utilizzo. Per preservare
le prestazioni ricaricare l'unità almeno ogni 6 mesi.
PER RICARICARE PROCEDERE COME SEGUE.
1. Individuare quale spina internazionale è in uso nella
propria regione e farla scorrere in posizione nel
caricatore CA. Assicurarsi che la spina dell'adattatore
sia posizionata correttamente tramite scatto.
2. Inserire il cavo del caricatore CA nella porta CC 12V sul
caricabatteria.
3. Collegare il caricatore CA a una presa di corrente. Il
caricatore accetta una tensione di ingresso CA di 100-
240 V 50/60 Hz.
Le spie della batteria lampeggiano durante la ricarica.
Al termine della ricarica le spie rimangono accese. La
ricarica completa del caricabatteria può richiedere fino
a 4 ore. Non lasciare il caricatore CA collegato al
caricabatteria per più di 24 ore.
In caso il dispositivo PowerTank Lithium LT venga
utilizzato all'estero, potrebbe essere necessario cambiare
l'adattatore del caricatore CA. Per fare ciò, è sufficiente
premere il pulsante di blocco sul caricatore (posto
direttamente sotto la spina), far scorrere via la spina e
sostituirla con quella richiesta.
AVVERTENZA: il caricatore CA ha una tensione di uscita di 16 V CC. Non
provare a usare il caricatore per alimentare direttamente il

PULSANTE DI ALIMENTAZIONE E SPIE DELLA BATTERIA
Premendo il pulsante di alimentazione viene acceso il
dispositivo PowerTank Lithium LT ed è possibile utilizzare
le porte USB e di uscita 12 V CC. È possibile utilizzare
entrambe le porte contemporaneamente. Si accendono
inoltre le spie della batteria e indicano lo stato di carica:
4 spie accese – carica 100%
3 spie accese – carica 75%
2 spie accese – carica 50%
1 spia accesa – carica 25%
Le spie della batteria si spengono dopo circa 10 secondi.
Si accendono nuovamente quando viene collegato
un dispositivo alle porte di ricarica. Quando la batteria
è completamente scarica, il caricabatteria si spegne
automaticamente e non può essere riacceso fino a quando
non viene ricaricato.
Tenere premuto il pulsante di alimentazione per
un secondo per spegnere il PowerTank Lithium LT.
L'alimentazione si scollega automaticamente se non viene
rilevato alcun carico (meno di 150 mA) per un'ora.

CARICAMENTO DI DISPOSITIVI USB
Collegare un'estremità del cavo di ricarica USB del
dispositivo che si desidera ricaricare nella porta USB del
PowerTank Lithium LT. Collegare l'altra estremità del cavo
al dispositivo. Premere il tasto di alimentazione per avviare
la ricarica. Al termine della ricarica, tenere premuto di
pulsante di alimentazione per scollegare l'alimentazione. È
possibile scollegare semplicemente il cavo del dispositivo
dal caricabatteria e questo si spegne automaticamente
dopo un'ora. La porta USB fornisce una potenza in uscita
di 5V CC @ 2,1 A, pertanto ha la capacità di ricaricare
velocemente i dispositivi dotati di questa funzione.
ALIMENTAZIONE DI TELESCOPI E DI ALTRI DISPOSITIVI
ELETTRONICI
Il PowerTank Lithium LT è fornito con un cavo di
alimentazione compatibile con i telescopi Celestron. Può
inoltre essere utilizzato con molti altri telescopi, accessori
per telescopi e dispositivi elettronici che hanno un
caricabatteria 12V CC con attacco positivo da 5,5/2,1 mm.
Il cavo ha attacchi uguali: inserire un'estremità del cavo
nella presa di alimentazione del telescopio e inserire l'altra
estremità nella porta 12 V CC del caricabatteria. Premere
il tasto di alimentazione per avviare l'alimentazione.
Spegnere il caricabatteria tenendo premuto il pulsante
di alimentazione. In alternativa, il caricabatteria si spegne
automaticamente dopo 1 ora in assenza di carico.
Il PowerTank Lithium LT è ideato per fornire un massimo
di 3 A. Se la corrente eccede continuamente 3,2 A,
l'alimentazione verrà interrotta immediatamente. Le spie
della batteria lampeggiano 10 volte, poi si spengono. In caso
di cortocircuito, il caricabatteria si spegne immediatamente
e dovrà essere ricaricato prima di essere nuovamente
acceso.

Il PowerTank Lithium LT può essere fissato alla gamba del
treppiede del telescopio mediante l'apposita fascia. Per
utilizzare la fascia procedere come segue.
1. Far scorrere la fascia attraverso le due aperture
nell'attacco della gamba del treppiede del caricabatteria.
Il gancio e le cinghie della fascia devono essere rivolti
verso il caricabatteria.
2. Avvolgere la fascia intorno alla gamba del treppiede,
quindi inserire l'estremità della fascia nella fibbia.
3. Tirare la fascia in modo che aderisca bene alla gamba
del treppiede, quindi fissare la fascia mediante il gancio
e la cinghia.

CURA E MANUTENZIONE
Sebbene il PowerTank Lithium LT è in parte resistente
alle intemperie, non è impermeabile. Non immergere il
caricabatteria in acqua. Se dovesse bagnarsi con gocce
d'acqua, asciugarlo dopo l'uso. Si consiglia inoltre di tenere
il caricabatteria lontano dal terreno, per evitare che detriti
penetrino all'interno delle porte.
È preferibile conservare il caricabatteria a temperatura
ambiente in un luogo asciutto. Assicurarsi che sia presente
almeno il 50% di carica nella batteria al momento della
conservazione; ricaricare prima di conservare il dispositivo
se necessario. Il PowerTank Lithium LT deve essere
ricaricato almeno una volta ogni 6 mesi.

I costi di trasporto e assicurazione alla e dalla fabbrica

ricezione. In caso la riparazione o la sostituzione richieda

PowerTank Lithium LT es un paquete de alimentación
portátil que usa batería de manganeso, cobalto, níquel y
litio y electrónica de regulación de tensión. Se ha diseñado
específi camente para usarse con telescopios, dado
que la producción consistente de 12V CC garantiza un
rendimiento óptimo del telescopio a medida que se usa la
batería. También funciona perfectamente con accesorios

FUNCIONAMIENTO
CARGAR EL POWERTANK LITHIUM LT
Recomendamos cargar por completo el paquete de
alimentación cuando lo reciba y antes del primer uso. Para
mantener su rendimiento debería recargar la unidad como
mínimo una vez cada 6 meses.
PARA CARGAR:
1. Determine el adaptador de enchufe internacional que
necesitará para su ubicación y colóquelo en posición
en el cargador CA. Asegúrese de que el adaptador de
enchufe esté totalmente asentado y encaje en posición.
2. Conecte el cable CA del cargador al puerto 12V CC del
paquete de alimentación.
3. Conecte el cargador CA a una toma de corriente. El
cargador puede aceptar una entrada de 100-240V
50/60Hz.
Los testigos de batería parpadearán durante la carga.
Cuando termine la carga todos los testigos permanecerán
encendidos. Cargar por completo el paquete de alimentación
puede tardar hasta 4 horas. No deje conectado el
cargador CA al paquete de alimentación más de
24 horas.
Si viaja con el PowerTank Lithium LT, puede ser necesario
cambiar el adaptador de enchufe del cargador CA. Para
hacerlo, pulse el botón de bloqueo del cargador (situado
directamente bajo el enchufe), saque el enchufe y
sustitúyalo por el enchufe que necesite.
ADVERTENCIA: El cargador CA tiene una salida de 16V CC. No intente usar
este cargador para alimentar directamente su telescopio,
podría dañarlo.
BOTÓN DE ENCENDIDO Y TESTIGOS DE BATERÍA
Pulsar el botón de encendido activa el PowerTank Lithium
LT y permite el uso de los puertos de salid USB y 12V
CC. Ambos puertos pueden usarse simultáneamente. Los
testigos de la batería se encenderán e indicarán el estado
de carga de la batería.
4 testigos iluminados - 100 % de carga
3 testigos iluminados - 75% de carga
2 testigos iluminados - 50% de carga
1 testigo iluminado - 25% de carga
Los testigos de batería se apagarán pasados
aproximadamente 10 segundos. Volverán a encenderse
cuando se conecte un dispositivo a uno de los puertos de
carga. Cuando la batería esté totalmente descargada el
paquete de alimentación se apagará automáticamente, y
no podrá volver a encenderse hasta que se recargue.
Mantenga pulsado el botón de encendido un segundo
para apagar el PowerTank Lithium LT. Se apagará
automáticamente si no se detecta carga (menos de
150mA) durante una hora.

CARGAR DISPOSITIVOS USB
Conecte un extremo del cable de carga USB del dispositivo
que desee cargar al puerto USB del PowerTank Lithium LT.
Conecte el otro extremo del cable al dispositivo. Pulse el
botón de encendido para iniciar la carga. Cuando termine
de cargar, mantenga pulsado el botón de encendido para
apagar. También puede desconectar el cable del dispositivo
del paquete de alimentación, se apagará automáticamente
pasada una hora. El puerto USB proporciona una salida
de 5V CC a 2,1A, por lo que puede «cargar rápidamente»
dispositivos con esta funcionalidad.
ALIMENTACIÓN DE TELESCOPIOS Y ELECTRÓNICA
PowerTank Lithium LT incluye un cable de alimentación
compatible con telescopios Celestron. También puede
usarse con muchos otros telescopios, accesorios de
telescopios, y electrónica con toma de alimentación positiva
de 5,5mm/2,1mm. El cable tiene conectores idénticos;
conecte un extremo del cable a la toma de alimentación
del telescopio y conecte el otro extremo al puerto 12V CC
del paquete de alimentación. Pulse el botón de encendido
para activar la alimentación. Apague el paquete de
alimentación manteniendo pulsado el botón de encendido.
En caso contrario el paquete de alimentación se apagará
automáticamente en 1 hora sin detectar carga.
PowerTank Lithium LT ha sido diseñado para proporcionar
un máximo de 3A. Si el consumo actual continuo es
superior a 3,2A, se cortará de inmediato la alimentación.
Los testigos de batería parpadearán 10 veces y se
apagarán. Si se produce un cortocircuito el paquete de
alimentación se apagará de inmediato y deberá recargarse
antes de volver a encenderse.

PowerTank Lithium LT puede fijarse a la pata del trípode de
su telescopio usando la correa para pata de trípode. Para
usar la correa:
1. Pase la correa por las dos ranuras del soporte para pata
de trípode del paquete de alimentación. Las fijaciones
de correa y el gancho deben estar orientados hacia el
paquete de alimentación.
2. Enrolle la correa a la pata del trípode y pase el extremo
de la correa por la hebilla.
3. Ponga la correa tensa contra la pata del trípode y
asegúrela con las fijaciones y el gancho.

CUIDADOS Y MANTENIMIENTO
Aunque el PowerTank Lithium LT tiene cierta resistencia a
los elementos, no es impermeable. No sumerja el paquete
de alimentación en agua. Si se moja con rocío, séquelo con
un papel tras el uso. Es preferible no dejar el paquete de
alimentación en el suelo, para evitar que entre suciedad en
los puertos.
El paquete de alimentación puede guardarse
preferiblemente a temperatura ambiente en un lugar
seco. Asegúrese de que disponga como mínimo de un
50% de carga de la batería cuando lo guarde; recárguelo
previamente si es necesario. PowerTank Lithium LT debería
recargarse como mínimo una vez cada 6 meses.

mismo si, al ser inspeccionado por Celestron, demuestra
tener defectos de materiales o mano de obra. Como
condición de la obligación de Celestron de reparar o
sustituir dicho producto, el producto debe ser devuelto a
Celestron junto con una prueba de compra
adecuada para Celestron .
B. Debe obtener un número de autorización de devolución
adecuado de Celestron antes de la devolución. Envíe su
solicitud al centro de soporte técnico en línea de Celestron

El cliente será responsable de todos los costes de

Celestron realizará todos los esfuerzos razonables para
