To disable the dusk-to-dawn photocell, keep the photocell cap (C)
over the dusk-to-dawn photocell. This will prevent the dusk-to-dawn
photocell from controlling the ON/OFF function, and will allow the
ON/OFF function to be directly controlled by the wall switch.

dusk and off at dawn.
