1 VOORWOORD
Uw aanschaf van het tractieframe stellen wij zeer op prijs. Het tractieframe is bedoeld voor gebruik met
een Manumed Speciaal Tractie vaste hoogte behandelbank (art. nr. 3450.500) en de Eltrac 471 (Enraf-
Nonius art.nr. 1471.901 [230V/50-60Hz ] of 1471.902 [115V/50-60]).
In de verpakking bevinden zich: het product, het tractieframe en de bedieningshandleiding, welke u hier
voor zich heeft.
Bij de ontwikkeling en productie van dit tractieframe is veel zorg besteed aan betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid,
gebruiksgemak en duurzaamheid. Om op een goede en veilige manier uw tractieframe te kunnen
gebruiken, is het belangrijk dat u de onderstaande aanwijzingen voor het gebruik doorneemt.
2 INSTALLATIE
• Voor montage van de Eltrac 471 met het tractieframe verwijzen wij u naar pagina 25, figuur 2 - 3
• Verzeker u ervan dat de Eltrac goed is gefixeerd op het plateau met behulp van de 4 bijgeleverde
fixatieschroeven
• Voor gebruik van het tractieframe in combinatie met de behandelbank dient men het tractieframe
in het frame van het beendeel steken (zie figuur 2)
3 AANWIJZINGEN M.B.T. VEILIGHEID
Voor het gebruik van de Eltrac tractieapparatuur verwijzen wij naar de bedieningshandleiding van de
Eltrac.
Voor het gebruik van de Manumed behandelbanken verwijzen wij naar de bedieningshandleidingen voor
deze producten.
Het is belangrijk dat u, voor het in gebruik nemen van het tractieframe, deze handleiding goed doorleest.
Zorgt u er vooral voor dat deze handleiding altijd beschikbaar is voor al het betrokken personeel. Let bij
het gebruik van het tractieframe met name op het volgende:
1. U dient zich op de hoogte te stellen van de contra-indicaties van tractie
2. Het apparaat mag niet gebruikt worden in de nabijheid (d.w.z. op minder dan 2 meter afstand)
van een kortegolfapparaat.
3. De patiënt dient te allen tijde in het zicht van de behandelaar te zijn.
4. Gebruik altijd de door Enraf-Nonius voor dit apparaat voorgeschreven originele toebehoren.
5. Het apparaat mag niet gebruikt worden in zogeheten “natte ruimten” (hydrotherapieruimten).
4 PRODUKTAANSPRAKELIJKHEID
In veel landen is inmiddels een wet op de productaansprakelijkheid van kracht, waarbij onder meer geldt
dat de fabrikant, 10 jaar nadat een product in omloop is gebracht, niet meer aansprakelijk gesteld kan
worden voor de gevolgen van eventuele gebreken aan het product.
Voorzover toegestaan door de van toepassing zijnde wetgeving zullen Enraf-Nonius of zijn leveranciers
of verkopers onder geen enkele omstandigheid aansprakelijk zijn voor indirecte, uitzonderlijke, incidentele
of gevolgschade voortvloeiend uit het gebruik van dan wel de onmogelijkheid van het gebruik van het
product, met inbegrip van, maar niet beperkt tot schade als gevolg van verlies aan goodwill,
werkonderbreking, computerdefecten of -storingen, of andere commerciële schade of verliezen, zelfs
indien Enraf-Nonius, dan wel zijn leveranciers of verkopers, op de hoogte is gesteld van de mogelijkheid
van een dergelijke schade en ongeacht de rechts- of billijkheidstheorie (contract, onrechtmatige daad of
anderszins) waarop de claim is gebaseerd. Enraf-Nonius zal op grond van bepalingen van deze
overeenkomst in geen geval aansprakelijk zijn voor schade die meer bedraagt dan het bedrag dat Enraf-
Nonius voor dit product van u heeft ontvangen en eventuele vergoedingen voor ondersteuning van het
product die door Enraf-Nonius op grond van een afzonderlijke ondersteuningsovereenkomst zijn

ontvangen. In geval van dood of lichamelijk letsel voortvloeiend uit de nalatigheid van Enraf-Nonius geldt
deze beperking niet voorzover de toepasselijke wetgeving een dergelijke beperking verbiedt. Enraf-
Nonius is niet aansprakelijk voor de gevolgen van de onjuiste gegevens en adviezen van haar personeel,
dan wel fouten voorkomende in deze handleiding, en/of ander begeleidend schrijven (met inbegrip van
commerciële documentatie). De wederpartij (gebruiker of representant van de gebruiker) is gehouden
Enraf-Nonius te vrijwaren voor alle aanspraken van derden, hoe ook genaamd en op welke grond dan
ook gebaseerd.
5 BEDIENING EN GEBRUIK
Voor het uitvoeren van tractie m.b.v. dit tractieframe en de Eltrac verwijzen wij naar de
bedieningshandleiding van de Eltrac. Deze handleiding zal het gebruik van het mobiele tractieframe
behandelen.
Het mobiele tractieframe kan gebruikt worden in combinatie met een behandelbank, maar ook vrijstand
voor cervicale tractie in een zittende uitgangshouding.
5.1 Tractieframe in combinatie met een Manumed Speciaal behandelbank.
Voor het gebruik van het tractieframe in combinatie met een behandelbank moet u de volgende aspecten
in ogenschouw nemen.
• zorg ervoor dat tractieframe goed is bevestigd aan de bank als weergegeven in fig. 2
• zorg ervoor dat de hoogte van de touwuitloop correct is ingesteld met behulp van katrol A. De
hoogte is bepalend voor de richting van de tractiekracht.
• Gebruik bij al uw bevestigingen dezelfde knoop (fig. 4)
Daar de bedieningsvolgorde therapie- en accessoireafhankelijk is, wordt volstaan met het geven van een
voorbeeld.
Benodigde onderdelen
• Heupgordel
• Borstgordel
• Flexiebankje
• In hoogte verstelbare rol
• Fixatieklemmen (2x)
• Fixatiebanden (2x)
a) Schuif het verrolbare blad tegen het opklapbare blad en fixeer dit.
b) Leg de heupgordel midden op het verrolbare blad.
c) Leg de borstgordel hierboven.
d) Schuif de twee fixatieklemmen op de buis onder het opklapbare blad.
e) Bevestig de fixatiebanden aan de fixatieklemmen.
f) Maak de fixatiebanden op maat zodat, wanneer deze strak getrokken zijn, de borstgordel nog tegen
de onderrand van het opklapbare blad ligt.
g) Laat de patiënt plaatsnemen, plaats flexiebankje en maak de gordels vast.
h) Maak de karabijnhaak van het koord aan de heupgordel vast.
i) Geef de stopschakelaar aan de patiënt en leg de werking uit.
j) Stel de behandeltijd in en eventueel nu ook de andere parameters.
k) Maak het verrolbare blad los.
l) Start de behandeling.
m) Stel eventueel nu de andere parameters in (zie j.).
Let op bij het uitvoeren van de tractie.
Voer een tractie op de Manumed Speciaal Tractie vaste hoogte (type 004) alleen uit met de bladen in
horizontale positie. De maximale toelaatbare trekkracht is 900 N.

5.2 Tractieframe vrijstaand
Voor het gebruik van het tractieframe als vrijstaande eenheid moet u de volgende aspecten in
ogenschouw nemen.
- zorg er voor dat een stoeltje of krukje onder de galg van het tractieframe staat
- zorg er voor dat de touwuitloop zodanig is ingesteld met behulp van katrol B dat deze recht boven het
hoofd hangt. De positie van de katrol is bepalend voor de richting van de tractiekracht, en in geval van
cervicale tractie moet deze verticaal gericht zijn
- Gebruik bij al uw bevestigingen dezelfde knoop (fig uit Eltrac)
Daar de bedieningsvolgorde therapie- en accessoireafhankelijk is, wordt volstaan met het geven van een
voorbeeld van cervicale tractie.
Benodigde onderdelen
• Eltrac met tractieframe
• 2 katrollen
• Taboeret
• Glissonlis
b) Laat de patiënt recht onder de katrol B plaatsnemen
c) Maak de glissonlis vast aan het touw.
d) Geef de stopschakelaar aan de patiënt en leg de werking uit.
e) Stel de behandeltijd in en eventueel nu ook de andere parameters.
f) Start de behandeling.
g) Stel eventueel nu de andere parameters in (zie d.).

7 REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
• Het onderstel kan worden gereinigd met een vochtige doek en een vloeibaar
huishoudschoonmaakmiddel (geen schuurmiddel).
• Voor het verkrijgen van reserveonderdelen kunt u contact opnemen met uw leverancier.
• Uw tractieframe bevat materialen die hergebruikt kunnen worden en/of schadelijk zijn voor het
milieu.
• Bij het afvoeren, aan het einde van de levensduur, kunnen gespecialiceerde bedrijven uw
tractieframe demonteren om er de schadelijke materialen en de her te gebruiken materialen uit te
halen. Hiermee draagt u bij tot een beter milieu.
Informeer s.v.p. naar de plaatselijke regels voor het afvoeren van apparatuur en toebehoren.
8 TOT SLOT

1 INTRODUCTION
We very much appreciate your purchase of the traction frame.
The traction frame is designed for use with the Manumed Special Traction Couch (Enraf-Nonius article
number 3450.500) and the Eltrac 471 (Enraf-Nonius article number 1471.901 [230V/50-60Hz] of
1471.902 [115V/50-60Hz]).
The package contains: the product, the traction frame and the operation manual, in which you are reading
now.
When developing and producing the traction frame, much consideration was given to reliability, safety,
user comfort and durability. In order to be able to use your traction frame safely, it is important that you
read the instructions before use.
2 INSTALLATION
• Please refer to page 25, figures 2 and 3 for the mounting of the Eltrac 471 with the traction frame
• Mount the Eltrac 471 with 4 screws to the traction frame
• Insert the traction frame in the frame of the leg section (see fig 2)
3 DIRECTIONS WITH REGARD TO SAFETY
Please refer the manual for the using of the Eltrac traction frame.
Please refer the manuals for the using of the Manumed couches.
Before using the traction frame, it is important that you read and understand this manual. This manual
must always be available for all persons concerned.
Note for using the traction frame:
1. You have to be well informed about the contra indications of traction
2. Do not operate the unit in an environment (less than 2 m) of short wave use
3. This device should be used only under the supervision of a licensed practitioner
4. Always use original Enraf-Nonius accessories with this equipment
5. Do not use the traction frame in “wet rooms” (hydrotherapy rooms)
4 PRODUCT LIABILITY
A law on Product Liability has become effective in many countries. This Product Liability law implies,
amongst other things, that once a period of 10 years has elapsed after a product has been brought into
circulation, the manufacturer can no longer be held responsible for possible shortages of the product.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Enraf-Nonius or its suppliers or
resellers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or
inability to use the product, including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work and
productivity, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses, even if
advised of the possibility thereof, and regardless of the legal or equitable theory (contract, tort or
otherwise) upon which the claim is based. In any case, Enraf-Nonius’s entire liability under any provision
of this agreement shall not exceed in the aggregate the sum of the fees paid for this product and fees for
support of the product received by Enraf-Nonius under a separate support agreement (if any), with the
exception of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Enraf-Nonius to the extent applicable
law prohibits the limitation of damages in such cases. Enraf-Nonius can not be held liable for any
consequence resulting from incorrect information provided by it’s personnel, or errors incorporated in this
manual and / or other accompanying documentation (including commercial documentation) The opposing
party (product’s user or it’s representative) shall disclaim Enraf-Nonius from all claims arising from third
parties, whatever nature or whatever relationship to the opposing party.

5 HANDLING AND USE
Before exercising traction with help from this traction frame and the Eltrac, we direct you to the manual of
the Eltrac. This manual will inform you about the use of the mobile traction frame.
The mobile traction frame can be used in combination with the Manumed Traction table, but can also be
used apart for cervical traction in a sitting position.
5.1 TRACTION FRAME IN COMBINATION WITH A MANUMED SPECIAL TRACTION TABLE
For using the traction frame in combination with the traction table, you must review the following aspects:
• Please refer to figure 2 for the fixing of the traction frame with the traction table
• The length and height of the rope must be correctly adjusted with the help of pulley A. The height
determines the direction of the traction strength
• Use always the same knot (figure 4) by all your fixings
As the operating sequence is dependent on the therapy and accessories employed, only an example is
given.
Required parts:
• Pelvic belt
• Thoracic belt
• Flexi stool
• Adjustable traction guide
• Fixation clamps (2x)
• Fixation straps (2x)
a) Slide the rolling traction section of the table up against the head section, and lock it in position.
b) Lay the pelvic belt against the cranial edge of the traction section.
c) Lay the thoracic belt against the caudal edge of the head section.
d) Slide the two fixation clamps into the tube underneath the head section.
e) Fit the fixation straps to the fixation clamps.
f) Adjust the fixation straps to length so that when they are stretched out, the thoracic belt still lies
against the caudal edge of the head section.
g) Place the patient in position, and fasten the belts.
h) Attach the cord of the ELTRAC 471 to the pelvic clamps.
i) Give the patient stop switch to the patient and explain its operation.
j) Set the treatment time and, if desired, also the other parameters.
k) Release the rolling traction section.
l) Start the treatment.
m) Set the other parameters (see item j.).
Note when using the Traction Table.
Traction should only be realized with all top sections of the Manumed Special Traction in horizontal
position. The maximal permissable traction force is 900 N.
5.2 TRACTION FRAME AS STAND ALONE
For using the traction frame as a stand alone unit you must review the following aspects:
• A little chair or stool must be placed under the gallows of the traction frame
• The ropelength can adjusted with help of pulley B. It must always be hanging straight above the
head. The position of the pulley determines the direction of the traction strength and in case of
cervical traction it must have a vertical position
• Use always the same knot (figure……) at all your fixings
As the operating sequence is dependent on the therapy and accessories employed, only an example is
given.

a) The patient must take a seat straight under pulley B
b) Fix the glissonlis to the rope
c) Hand the stop switch to the patient and give him an explanation

7 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• The unit can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a (non abrasive) liquid household cleaner.
• In order to obtain spare parts, please contact your supplier.
• Your traction frame contains materials which can be recycled and/or are noxious for the
environment.
• At the end of the duration of life, specialized concerns can take apart the traction frame and sort
out the noxious materials and materials for recycling. By doing so you contribute to a better
environment.
Please ensure that you are well informed of the local rules and regulations regarding to the re-moval of
equipment and accessories.

Wir gratulieren Ihnen zu Ihrem neuen Zugrahmen von Enraf-Nonius. Die Zugrahmen ist entwurfen für
benutzung mit den Eltrac 471 (Enraf-Nonius art.nr. 1471.901 [230V/50-60Hz] oder 1471.902 [115V/50-

Die Verpackung enthalt die Zugrahmen und diese Gebrauchsanweisung.
Bei der Konstruktion und Entwicklung dieser Zugrahmen wurde besonderer Wert auf Sicherheit, Komfort
und Lebensdauer gelegt. Für eine optimale und sichere Handhabung der Zugrahmen ist es unbedingt
erforderlich, diese Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig zu lesen.
2 INSTALLATION

• Vor dem Gebrauch des Zugrahmens in Kombination mit der Behandlungsbank ist der Zugrahmen
in den Rahmen des Fußteils zu einzustecken (siehe Abbildung 2)
3 SICHERHEITSANWEISUNGEN
Vor dem Gebrauch der Zugvorrichtung Eltrac wird auf die Bedienungsanleitung von Eltrac verwiesen.
Vor dem Gebrauch der Behandlungsliegen Manumed wird auf die Bedienungsanleitungen für diese
Produkte verwiesen.
Es ist wichtig, dass diese Anleitung vor der ersten Verwendung des Zugrahmens gut durchgelesen wird.
Es ist vor allem dafür zu sorgen, dass diese Anleitung immer für das behandelnde Personal zur
Verfügung steht.Bei der Verwendung des Zugrahmens ist besonders auf Folgendes zu achten:
1. Man muss sich über die Gegenanzeigen des Ziehens in Kenntnis setzen.
2. Die Vorrichtung darf nicht in der Nähe von einem Kurzwellengerät verwendet werden (d. h. in
einem Abstand von weniger als 2 Metern).
3. Der Patient muss jederzeit im Sichtfeld des Behandelnden sein.
4. Immer die von Enraf-Nonius für diese Vorrichtung vorgeschriebenen Original-Zubehörteile
verwenden.
5. Die Vorrichtung darf nicht in so genannten “nassen Räumen” (Hydrotherapieräumen) verwendet
werden.
4 PRODUKTHAFTUNG
In vielen Ländern ist ein Gesetz über die Produkthaftung in Kraft. Dieses Gesetz besagt unter anderem,
daß 10 Jahre nachdem ein Produkt in den Verkehr gebracht wurde, der Hersteller nicht mehr für
eventuelle Mängel am Produkt haftbar gemacht werden kann.
Enraf-Nonius bzw. Lieferanten von Enraf-Nonius oder Verkäufer sind, soweit die zutreffende
Gesetzgebung dies zuläßt, unter keinen Umständen haftbar für indirekten, außergewöhnlichen,
nebensächlichen Schaden, sowie Folgeschaden, der sich aus der Benutzung oder aus der Unmöglichkeit
der Benutzung des Produktes ergibt, einschließlich (aber nicht beschränkt auf) Schaden, der als Folge
von Verlust von Goodwill, Arbeitsunterbrechung, Computerdefekten oder -störungen entsteht oder
anderer kommerzieller Schaden oder Verlust, selbst wenn Enraf-Nonius bzw. Lieferanten oder Verkäufer
informiert sind über die Möglichkeit eines solchen Schadens, und ungeachtet der Recht- und
Billigkeitstheorie (Vertrag, widerrechtliche Tat oder dergleichen), worauf der Anspruch beruht.

Enraf-Nonius wird auf Grund von Klauseln in diesem Vertrag auf keinen Fall haftbar sein für Schaden, der
höher ist als der Betrag, den Enraf-Nonius für dieses Produkt von Ihnen empfangen hat, einschließlich
eventueller Vergütungen für Benutzungsunterstützung, die Enraf-Nonius aus einem separaten Vertrag für
Benutzungsunterstützung von Ihnen empfangen hat. Wenn die zutreffende Gesetzgebung eine

5 BEDIENUNG
Für die Ausführung des Ziehens mit Hilfe von diesem Zugrahmen und Eltrac wird auf die
Bedienungsanleitung von Eltrac verwiesen.In dieser Anleitung wird die Verwendung von dem mobilen
Zugrahmen behandelt.
Der mobile Zugrahmen kann in Kombination mit einer Behandlungsliege, aber auch frei stehend für
zervikales Ziehen in einer Ausgangsstellung im Sitzen verwendet werden.
5.1 Der Zugrahmen in Kombination mit der Behandlungsliege Manumed Speciaal.
Vor der Verwendung des Zugrahmens in Kombination mit einer Behandlungsliege müssen die folgenden
Aspekte berücksichtigt werden.
• dafür sorgen, dass der Zugrahmen gut an der Liege befestigt ist, so wie es in Abb 2. dargestellt
ist.
• dafür sorgen, dass die Höhe des Seilauslaufs mit Hilfe von Rolle A richtig eingestellt ist. Die Höhe
ist entscheidend für die Richtung der Zugkraft.
• Bei allen Befestigungen den gleichen Knoten verwenden (Abb. 4).
Da die Bedienungsreihenfolge von der Therapie und dem verwendeten Zubehör abhängt, wird nur ein
Beispiel gegeben.

Brustgurt noch gegen das untere Ende des hochklappbaren Teil liegt.
g) Patienten Platz nehmen lassen, Flexibank aufstellen und Gurte befestigen.
h) Karabinerhaken der Schnur am Hüftgurt festhaken.
i) Dem Patienten den Stopschalter geben und die Funktionsweise erklären.
j) Behandlungszeit und eventuell jetzt die sonstigen Parameter einstellen .
k) Rollbaren Teil lösen.
l) Mit der Behandlung beginnen.
m) Eventuell jetzt die sonstigen Parameter einstellen (siehe j.).
Achtung beim anwendung der Manumed Extension für Extensionstherapie:
Für extension mit den Manumed Spezial Traction (typ 916 und 926) soll das Liegefläch im
horizontalposition sein. Die erlaubte Maximalkraft ist 900 N.

5.2 Zugrahmen frei stehend
Vor der Verwendung des Zugrahmens als frei stehende Einheit, sind die folgenden Aspekte zu
berücksichtigen.
• dafür sorgen, dass ein Stuhl oder ein Hocker unter dem Galgen des Zugrahmens steht
• dafür sorgen, dass der Seilauslauf mit Hilfe der Rolle B so eingestellt wird, dass dieser rechts
über dem Kopf hängt. Die Position der Rolle ist entscheidend für die Richtung der Zugkraft und
im Fall von zervikalem Ziehen muss diese vertikal gerichtet sein.
• Bei allen Befestigungen den gleichen Knoten verwenden (Abb. aus Eltrac)
Da die Reihenfolge der Bedienung von der Therapie und dem Zubehör abhängig ist, wird sich hier auf die
Angabe eines Beispiels für zervikales Ziehen beschränkt.

1 PRÉFACE
Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez choisi le Châssis de Traction. Le châssis de traction est destiné à
être utilisé en combinaison avec un banc de traitement Manumed et avec l’Eltrac 471 (Enraf-Nonius art.
no 1471.901 [230V/50-60Hz ] ou 1471.902 [115V/50-60]).
L’emballage contient : le châssis de traction et le manuel d’instructions, que vous avez maintenant sous
les yeux.
Lors de la réalisation et de la production de l’escalier d’exercise, nous avons apporté une très grande
attention à la fonctionnalité, la sécurité, le confort d'utilisation ainsi qu'à la qualité. Pour utiliser votre
l’escalier d’exercise en toute sécurité, suivez attentivement les directives de montage et de manipulation
ci-dessous.
2 INSTALLATION
• Pour le montage de l’Eltrac 471 avec le châssis de traction, veuillez voir page 25, figures 2 et 3
• Assurez-vous que l’Eltrac est bien fixé sur le plateau à l’aide des 4 vis de fixation, fournies avec
l’appareil.
• Pour l’utilisation du châssis de traction en combinaison avec le banc de traitement, il faut insérer
le châssis de traction dans le châssis de l’élément destiné aux jambes (voir figure 2)
3 DIRECTIVES CONCERNANT LA SÉCURITÉ
Pour l’utilisation de l’appareillage de traction Eltrac, veuillez consulter le manuel d’instructions de l’Eltrac.
Pour l’utilisation des bancs de traitement Manumed, veuillez consulter les manuels d’instructions de ces
produits.
Il est important que vous lisiez attentivement ce manuel d’instruction avant d’utiliser le châssis de traction.
Veillez surtout à ce que ce manuel soit toujours à la disposition de tout le personnel concerné. Lors de
l’utilisation du châssis de traction, faites notamment attention à ce qui suit :
1. Vous devez vous Informer des contre-indications à la traction
2. L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé à proximité (c’est-à-dire à moins de 2 mètres) d’un appareil à
ondes courtes.
3. Le patient doit toujours se trouver à portée de vue du personnel traitant.
4. Utilisez toujours les accessoires originels prescrits par Enraf-Nonius pour cet appareil.
5. L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé dans les espaces humides (locaux d’hydrothérapie)
4 RESPONSABILITÉ DU FABRICANT

5 CONSEILS DE RÉGLAGE
Avant d’exercer une traction à l’aide de ce châssis de traction et de l’Eltrac, veuillez consulter le manuel
d’instructions de l’Eltrac. Ce manuel traite de l’utilisation du châssis mobile de traction.
Le châssis mobile de traction peut être utilisé en combinaison avec le banc de traitement, mais
également séparément pour les tractions cervicales en position initiale assise.
5.1 Châssis de traction en combinaison avec le Manumed Spécial
Pour utiliser le châssis de traction en combinaison avec le banc de traitement, vous devez considérer les
aspects suivants :
• veillez à ce que le châssis de traction soit bien fixé au banc, comme le montre la figure 2
• veillez à ce que la hauteur de sortie de la corde soit correctement réglée à l’aide de la poulie A.
Cette hauteur est déterminante pour la direction de la force de traction.
• utilisez toujours le même type de nœud pour toutes vos fixations (fig. 4])
Etant donné que la séquence des opérations dépend de la thérapie et des accessoires, nous nous
contenterons de fournir un exemple

a) Glisser la section roulante contre la section rabattable et la fixer dans cette position.
b) Placer la ceinture pelvienne contre le bord supérieur de la section roulante.
c) Placer la ceinture thoracique contre le bord inférieur de la section rabattable.
d) Glisser les deux bornes de fixation sur le tube sous la section rabattable.
e) Ajuster les sangles de fixation aux bornes de fixation.
f) Régler la longueur des sangles de fixation de façon à ce que la sangle thoracique se trouve encore
contre le bord inférieur de la section rabattable lorsque les sangles sont tendues.
g) Installer le patient, placer le banc de flexion et serrer les ceintures.
h) Fixer la corde à la ceinture pelvienne.
i) Remettre l'interrupteur d'arrêt au patient et lui expliquer son fonctionnement.
j) Régler le temps de traitement et éventuellement les autres paramètres.
k) Détacher la section roulante,
l) Démarrer le traitement.
m) Ajuster éventuellement les autres paramètres (voir j.).
Attention au realisation la traction avec le Manumed Spécial Traction .
Pour conducter la traction positioner les plateaux de la Manumed Special Traction (type 916 ou 926)
horizontal. La force permitter aux maximum est 900 N.

5.2 Châssis de traction isolé
Pour utiliser le châssis de traction en tant qu’unité isolée, il vous faut considérer les aspects suivants :
• veillez à ce qu’une chaise ou un tabouret se trouve sous la potence du châssis de traction
• veillez à ce que la sortie de la corde soit réglée à l’aide de la poulie B de telle sorte qu’elle pende
juste au-dessus de la tête du patient. La position de la poulie est déterminante pour la direction
de la force de traction, qui doit être verticale en cas de traction cervicale.
• Utilisez le même nœud pour toutes vos fixations (fig. extraite d’Eltrac)
Etant donné que l’ordre des manipulations à effectuer dépend de la thérapie et des accessoires utilisés,
nous bornons notre exemple à un exercice de traction cervicale.

1 PREFACIO
Le ofrecemos un excelente precio para su petición de compra del bastidor de tracción (bastidor). El
bastidor de tracción está pensado para su uso con un banco de tratamiento Manumed y el Eltrac 47.
(Número de artículo Enraf-Nonius 1471.901 [230V/50-60Hz ] ó 1471.902 [115V/50-60]).
En el embalaje se encuentra: el bastidor de tracción y las indicaciones de servicio, que usted tiene ante
sí.
Al desarrollar y producir este bastidor de tracción hemos puesto el mayor esmero en la fiabilidad,
seguridad, facilidad de usar y durabilidad. Para saber usar su pasos de ejercicio seguramente, es
importante que Usted lea las instrucciones siguientes antes de que use su bastidor de tracción.
2 INSTALACION
• Para el montaje del Eltrac 471 con el bastidor de tracción, le remitimos a usted a la página 25,
figuras 2 y 3.
• Asegúrese usted de que el Eltrac esté ben sujeto en el suelo, con la ayuda de los cuatro (4)
tornillos de fijación suministrados.
• Para la utilización del bastidor de tracción en combinación con el banco de tratamiento hay que
insertar el bastidor de tracción en la estructura o bastidor del tablón (véase figura 2)
3 INSTRUCCIONES CON RESPECTO A LA SEGURIDAD
Para la utilización del aparato de tracción Eltrac, le remitimos a usted al Manual de servicio del Eltrac.
Para la utilización de los bancos de tratamiento Manumed, le remitimos al Manual de explotación para
estos productos.
Es importante que usted, antes de la puesta en servicio del bastidor de tracción, lea con todo detalle este
Manual. Ante todo, cuide usted de que este Manual esté disponible siempre para todo el personal
afectado. En la utilización del bastidor de tracción, tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:
1. Tiene que dar la mayor importancia a las contraindicaciones de tracción.
2. El aparato no se puede utilizar cerca (esto significa: a menos de dos metros de distancia) de un
aparato de onda corta.
3. El paciente tiene que estar, todo el tiempo, a la vista del técnico de tratamiento.
4. Utilizar siempre, para este aparato, los accesorios originales reglamentarios de Enraf-Nonius.
5. El aparato no se puede utilizar en “recintos mojados” calentados (salas de hidroterapia).
4 RESPONSABILIDAD DE PRODUCTO
En muchos países es vigente ahora una ley de responsibilidad de productos, que implica entre otros que
el fabricante, después de 10 años después de emitir un producto, no se puede hacer responsable por las
consecuencias de defectos eventuales del producto.
El máximo permitido y aplicable por ley, en ningún caso Enraf-Nonius o sus proveedores o distribuidores
serán responsables por cualquier daño indirecto, especial, incidental o consecuencial que se produzca

5 MANEJO Y USO
Para la utilización de la tracción en relación con este bastidor y con el Eltrac, remitimos al Manual de
explotación del Eltrac. Este Manual tratará la utilización del bastidor de tracción móvil.
El bastidor de tracción móvil se puede utilizar en combinación con un banco de tratamiento, pero también
de modo independiente para la tracción cervical en una posición de salida sentada.
5.1 El bastidor de tracción en combinación con Manumed Special Tracción.
Para la utilización del bastidor de tracción en combinación con un banco de tratamiento, debe usted tener
en cuenta los siguientes aspectos:
• Ante todo, asegúrese de que el bastidor de tracción esté bien sujeto al banco, tal como se indica
en la figura 2
• a este respecto, asegúrese de que la altura del recorrido del elevador esté correctamente
insertada, con la ayuda de la polea A. La altura es determinante para la dirección de la fuerza de
tracción.
• Utilice usted en todas sus fijaciones el mismo botón (fig. 4)
Puesto que la secuencia de funcionamiento depende de la terapia y los accesorios empleados, sólo se
da un ejemplo
Accesorios necesarios:
• Cinturón pélvico
• Cinturón torácico
• Banquillo flex
• Bastidor con ajuste de altura
• Mordazas de fijación (2x)
• Cintas de fijación (2X)
a) Deslizar la sección de tracción deslizante de la mesa hacia arriba, contra la sección del cabecero, y
enclavarla en posición.
b) Colocar el cinturón pélvico contra el borde craneal de la sección de tracción.
c) Colocar el cinturón torácico contra el borde caudal de la sección del cabecero.
d) Deslizar las dos mordazas de fijación en el tubo debajo de la sección del cabecero.
e) Fijar las cintas de fijación a las mordazas de fijación.
f) Ajustar las cintas de fijación de forma que cuando sean estiradas, el cinturón torácico quede todavía
contra el borde caudal de la sección del cabecero.
g) Colocar al paciente en posición, así que el banquilloflex, y aplicar las cintas.
h) Conectar el cordón del ELTRAC al cinturón pélvico.
i) Entregar al paciente el conmutador de parada y explicarle su funcionamiento.
j) Ajustar el tiempo de tratamiento y otros parámetros.
k) Soltar la sección de tracción.
l) Comenzar el tratamiento.
m) Ajustar los parámetros según sea necesario (ver j.).
Cuando utilice la tracción con la Manumed Special, fijese a lo suiguiente.
La tracción debe solo ser realizada cuando todas las secciones de la Manumed Special Tracción (tipo
916 y 926) están en posición horizontal. El fuerza maximal esta 900 N.

5.2 La bastidor de tracción independiente
Para la utilización del bastidor de tracción como unidad independiente, debe usted tener en cuenta los
siguientes aspectos.
• asegúrese de que se halle un taburete o una manivela bajo el pescante del bastidor de tracción;
• asegúrese de que el recorrido del elevador esté fijado, en caso necesario, con la ayuda de la
polea B, y que ésta se halla directamente encima de la cabeza. La posición de la polea es
determinante para la dirección de la fuerza de tracción, y en el caso de la tracción cervical, éste
debe estar correctamente orientada en sentido vertical.
• En todas sus fijaciones, utilice el mismo botón.
Dado que la secuencia de funcionamiento depende de la terapia y de los accesorios utilizados, sólo se
da un ejemplo :
Accesorios necesarios:
• Eltrac con bastidor de tracción.
• Dos poleas
• Taburete
• Collar submentoniano
Actuación:
a) Sitúe usted al paciente directamente bajo la polea B.
b) Sujete el collar submentoniano a la cuerda.
c) Coloque el conmutador de parada al paciente y desconéctelo.
d) Fije usted el tiempo de tratamiento y, en su caso, ahora también los demás parámetros.
e) Comience usted el tratamiento.
f) En su caso, inserte usted ahora los demás parámetros (véase d.).

• El soporte se puede limpiar con un paño húmedo y un detergente líquido doméstico (no
abrasivo).
• Para obtener piezas de recambio, puede ponerse en contacto con su suministrador.
• Su pasos de ejercicio contiene materiales que pueden ser reciclados y otros que pueden ser
nocivos para el medio ambiente.
• Al final de la vida del equipo, empresas especialistas pueden coger su viejo equipo y separar los
materiales nocivos y los materiales para reciclaje. Haciendo esto, Vd. contribuye a un medio
