Shiatsu Massage

Shiatsu is a deep kneading circular massage. This unit features a spot Shiatsu massage

mechanism that works a specific area of your body.

Soothing Heat

For a more relaxing massage and added comfort for overworked muscles.

Note: Heat is only available when massage is turned on.

Flap

For a more intense massage, flip padded flap back.

Vibration

Soothes tight neck and shoulder muscles.

Note: There is a 15 minute auto shutoff on the unit for your safety.

Instructions For Use

To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance is equipped with a

polarized plug (one blade wider than the other.) This plug will fit in a

polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fully fit in the outlet,

reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to

install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.

Shiatsu

Press shiatsu when the power is on to activate massage heads;

press again, the massage heads will rotate in the opposite direction.

Vibration

Press vibration button for vibration massage. Vibration can be used

alone or with shiatsu massage.

Heat

Press to turn on soothing heat. Massage heads will glow red. Allow a

few moments for the heating action to warm up. Soothing heat is only

available when massage is turned on.

Power

Press power for standby.

Maintenance

To Store

Place massager in its box or in a safe, dry, cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or

pointed objects which might cut or puncture the fabric surface. To avoid breakage, do not

wrap the power cord around the unit. Do not hang the unit by the hand control cord.

To Clean

Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Spot clean only with a soft, slightly

damp sponge. Never allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the unit.

• Do not immerse in any liquid to clean.

• Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass/furniture polish or

paint thinner to clean.

• Do not attempt to repair the Shiatsu Massage Pillow. There are no user serviceable parts.

HoMedics sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture

and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original purchase, except as

noted below. HoMedics warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and

workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and

does not extend to Retailers.

To obtain warranty service on your HoMedics product, contact a consumer relations

representative by telephone at 1-800-466-3342 for assistance. Please make sure to have

the model number of the product available.

HoMedics does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers, the

subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a Retailer or remote purchasers, to

obligate HoMedics in any way beyond the terms set forth herein. This warranty does not

cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized

accessory; alteration to the product; improper installation; unauthorized repairs or

modifications; improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; dropped product;

malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s

recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft; neglect; vandalism; or

environmental conditions; loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or

Instrucciones de uso

Para reducir el riesgo de choque eléctrico, este artefacto está equipado con un

enchufe polarizado (una paleta es más ancha que la otra). Este enchufe encaja

de una sola manera en un tomacorriente polarizado. Si el enchufe no encaja

completamente en el tomacorriente, inviértalo. Si aún así no encaja, comuníquese

con un electricista calificado para que instale el tomacorriente adecuado. No

modifique el enchufe de ninguna forma.

Shiatsu

Presione el botón shiatsu cuando el masajeador esté encendido

para activar las cabezas masajeadoras; presiónelo nuevamente, las

cabezas masajeadoras girarán en sentido opuesto.

Vibración

Presione el botón de vibración para un masaje vibratorio, puede

usarlo solo o con el masaje shiatsu.

Calor

Presione para activar el calor relajante. Los cabezales del

masajeador emitirán una luz roja. Espere unos instantes hasta que

se active la acción térmica. Solo puede acceder al calor relajante si

el masajeador está encendido.

Power (Encendido)

Presione el botón de encendido para colocar en espera.

Mantenimiento

Para guardar

Coloque el masajeador en su caja o en un lugar seguro, seco y fresco. Evite el

contacto con bordes filosos u objetos punzantes que puedan cortar o perforar la

superficie del material que lo recubre. Para evitar roturas, no envuelva el cable de

corriente alrededor de la unidad. No cuelgue la unidad del cable del control manual.

Para limpiar

Desenchufe la unidad y deje que se enfríe antes de limpiarla. Limpie únicamente las

partes sucias con una esponja suave, apenas humedecida. Nunca permita que el

agua ni otro líquido entre en contacto con la unidad.

• No sumerja la unidad en ningún líquido para limpiarla.

• Nunca utilice limpiadores abrasivos, cepillos, gasolina, querosén, limpiador

El shiatsu es un masaje circular profundo. Esta unidad presenta un mecanismo de masaje shiatsu
