Durante una llamada, presiona para aumentar el volumen del auricular o altavoz.

Cuando el teléfono esté sonando, pulsa para aumentar o disminuir el volumen del timbre del auricular.

Presiona para desplazarte entre las opciones del Menú, las Listas de llamadas realizadas y perdidas y la agenda.

Durante una llamada, presiona para silenciar el micrófono.

En modo de espera, presiona para acceder al Menú.

Nota:

En la pantalla se muestra automáticamente la duración de todas las llamadas externas. El temporizador aparece después

de los primeros 10 segundos de la llamada. Cuando ﬁnaliza la llamada, la duración total del tiempo de conversación

permanece en la pantalla durante 3 segundos.

Mantén pulsado para encender o apagar el auricular.

5. USO DEL TELÉFONO

5.1 ENCENDER / APAGAR AURICULAR

5.2 LLAMADAS

5.2.1 Hacer una llamada

Durante una llamada, presiona para aumentar o disminuir el volumen. Hay 5 niveles disponibles.

1. Durante una llamada, pulsa . El micrófono del auricular se apaga y la pantalla muestra el mensaje SILENCIAR

ENCENDIDO; el interlocutor no podrá escuchar.

2. Pulsa de nuevo para reactivar el micrófono.

Si tienes más de un auricular registrado en la base, puedes realizar llamadas internas entre los teléfonos.

Si solo hay 2 teléfonos registrados, pulsa en cualquier auricular. El otro auricular sonará automáticamente.

Si hay más de 2 teléfonos registrados, presiona , y desplázate con para seleccionar el auricular al que deseas

llamar.

Cuando se recibe una llamada interna, el icono destella y se visualiza el número de teléfono que está llamando.

Pulsa para contestar la llamada.

Puedes transferir una llamada externa a otro auricular registrado en la base.

1. (a) Si solo hay 2 teléfonos registrados en la base, pulsa . El otro auricular sonará automáticamente.

1. (b) Si hay más de 2 teléfonos registrados en la base, presiona y desplázate con para seleccionar el

auricular y después presiona para transferir la llamada.

2. Cuando el otro auricular responda, pulsa para completar la transferencia.

Nota:

Si no hay respuesta del otro auricular, pulsa para regresar a la llamada.

La llamada se regresa automáticamente al teléfono que contesta, si no hay respuesta después de 60 segundos.

Puedes mantener una conferencia de 3 vías entre 2 auriculares internos y 1 llamada externa.

1. (a) Si solo hay 2 teléfonos registrados en la base, pulsa . El otro auricular sonará automáticamente.

1. (b) Si hay más de 2 teléfonos registrados en la base, presiona Desplázate con para seleccionar el auricular

Para mantener la comunicación sin sostener el auricular o para que otras personas escuchen la conversación en el altavoz,

simplemente usa la función “manos libres”.

1. Pulsa dos veces y, a continuación, marca el número.

2. Durante la llamada presiona para activar el altavoz.

1. Pulsa para abrir la lista de remarcación o rellamadas.

2. Desplázate con para seleccionar un número.

3. Pulsa para marcar la entrada mostrada o presiona para volver al modo de espera.

Nota:

Si está activo el identiﬁcador de llamadas y el número coincide exactamente con un contacto de la agenda, se visualizará

el nombre.

1. Pulsa para abrir la lista de remarcación.

2. Desplázate con hasta la entrada que desees.

3. Pulsa . La pantalla muestra GUARDAR N.

4. Pulsa . La pantalla muestra INTR NOMBRE.

5. Introduce el nombre con el teclado alfanumérico y pulsa . Se visualizará el número.

6. Edita el número si es necesario, a continuación, pulsa . El número se almacenará.

Las últimas 10 llamadas marcadas salientes, se almacenan en la lista de “rellamadas”.

9.1 VER UNA ENTRADA Y REMARCAR

2. Desplázate con hasta la entrada que desees. Presiona .

3. Pulsa . La pantalla muestra BORRAR.

Puedes bloquear el teclado para que no pueda ser operado accidentalmente.

Nota:

Cuando el teclado está bloqueado, todavía se pueden contestar las llamadas entrantes y operar el auricular

normal durante la llamada. Cuando ﬁnaliza la llamada, el bloqueo del teclado se activa nuevamente.

1. Mantén pulsado . Las teclas estarán bloqueadas y aparece el símbolo .

2. Mantén pulsado para desbloquear el teclado.

10. BLOQUEAR / DESBLOQUEAR EL TECLADO

9.3 ELIMINAR UNA ENTRADA

9.4 ELIMINAR TODOS LOS REGISTROS DE LA LISTA

Puedes almacenar hasta 50 nombres y números en la agenda. Los nombres pueden tener una longitud de hasta 12 caracteres

y números de hasta 24 dígitos.

Si el teléfono está conectado a un switchboard, es posible que debas introducir una “pausa” en un número almacenado. Esto

le da tiempo al cuadro de mandos para encontrar una línea exterior.

Una pausa se almacena normalmente después del código de acceso del switchboard (p. ej. 9). Cuando archivas un número,

mantén pulsado # hasta que la pantalla muestre P, a continuación, puedes continuar introduciendo el número de teléfono.

Si estás suscrito al servicio de identiﬁcación de llamadas y deseas que se muestre el nombre la llamada entrante en lugar del

número, guarda en la agenda el número de teléfono completo, incluyendo el código de área.

Puedes almacenar varias entradas con el mismo número, sin embargo, para evitar entradas duplicadas, solo puedes

almacenar el nombre una vez.

Puedes llamar al auricular desde la base para localizarlo.

1. Pulsa en la parte inferior de la base. Todos los auriculares registrados en la base sonarán.

2. Para detener el timbre pulsa en la base de nuevo o pulsa cualquier botón del auricular.

5. Introduce el número y pulsa para guardar. La pantalla muestra AÑADIR NUEVO.

6. Introduce el siguiente nombre y número de entrada que deseas almacenar en la agenda o pulsa para volver al modo

de espera.

Utiliza las letras del teclado para introducir nombres, por ejemplo, para almacenar TOM:

Pulsa 8 una vez para ingresar T.

Pulsa 6 tres veces para ingresar O.

Pulsa 6 una vez para ingresar M.

Pulsa para eliminar el último carácter o dígito.

Pulsa para moverte entre los caracteres o dígitos

Pulsa para insertar un espacio.

Pulsa dos veces para insertar un guion.

1. En modo de espera, presiona para abrir la lista de llamadas. Si no hay llamadas en la lista, la pantalla muestra LISTA VACÍA.

13. IDENTIFICADOR DE LLAMADAS Y LISTA DE LLAMADAS

1. Pulsa . La pantalla muestra AGENDA. Presiona nuevamente .

2. Pulsa para localizar la opción BORRAR TODO y presiona dos veces.

Para usar el identiﬁcador de llamadas, primero debes suscribirte al servicio de tu proveedor de red.

El costo de este servicio dependerá del proveedor.

Para ver el nombre de la persona que llama, asegúrate de haber almacenado el número de teléfono completo, incluido el

código de área en la agenda. Si el contacto no está en la agenda, sólo se mostrará el número.

La lista de llamadas almacena los detalles de las últimas 20 llamadas recibidas, incluyendo el número de teléfono, la fecha y

hora, y si la llamada ha sido contestada o no. Cuando la lista esté llena y se reciba una nueva llamada, la entrada más antigua

se eliminará automáticamente.

12.5 ELIMINAR TODAS LAS ENTRADAS

• Si la llamada fue contestada, aparece el icono . Si la llamada no fue contestada, aparece el icono . Cuando llegues

al ﬁnal de la lista, la pantalla mostrará -----.

• Si el número está en la agenda, aparecerá el nombre. Presiona para ver los detalles de hora y fecha.

• Si el número de teléfono es superior a 12 dígitos, aparece el icono . Pulsa para ver los dígitos restantes.

Para ver el nombre de la persona que llama, asegúrate de haber almacenado el número de teléfono completo, incluido el

código de área en la agenda. Si el contacto no está en la agenda, sólo se mostrará el número.

3. Pulsa para marcar la entrada mostrada.

3. Presiona hasta elegir la opción BORRAR y presiona dos veces.

14. RELOJ Y ALARMA

14.1 ESTABLECER FECHA Y HORA

14.2 AJUSTE DE ALARMA

Si estás suscrito al servicio de identiﬁcación de llamadas, la fecha y la hora se actualiza cuando se recibe una llamada. De no

ser así, puedes establecerlas manualmente.

1. Pulsa y desplázate con hasta la opción RELOJ/ALARMA. Presiona para acceder.

2. Desplázate con hasta FECHA/HORA y presiona

3. Introduce la fecha por día-mes-año (últimos dos dígitos) y pulsa para conﬁrmar.

4. Introduce la hora con el teclado (en formato de 24 h) y pulsa para conﬁrmar.

Cada auricular puede tener una conﬁguración de alarma diferente.

1. Pulsa y desplázate con hasta la opción RELOJ/ALARMA. Presiona para acceder.

2. Desplázate con hasta AJUST ALARMA y presiona .

3. Pulsa para seleccionar ACTIVADA y presiona .

4. Modiﬁca la hora de la alarma y presiona para conﬁrmar.

Para desactivar la alarma, en el paso 3, selecciona la opción DESACTIVADA.

Cuando la alarma está activa, aparece el icono .

15. CONFIGURACIÓN PERSONAL

15.1 TONOS DEL AURICULAR

15.1.1 Volumen del timbre

El volumen del timbre del auricular se puede ajustar a diferentes niveles. Elige entre 5 niveles de volumen o desactívalo.

1. Pulsa y desplázate con hasta la opción AJUSTES PERS.

2. La pantalla muestra TONOS TELF. Selecciona

3. La pantalla muestra VOLUMEN. Pulsa .

4. Pulsa para subir o bajar el nivel (1 -5 o DESACTIVADA).

5. Pulsa para conﬁrmar.

Nota:

Cuando el teléfono está sonando, puedes ajustar el volumen del timbre pulsando

Puede elegir entre 5 melodías para cuando exista una llamada entrante.

1. Pulsa y desplázate con hasta la opción AJUSTES PERS.

2. La pantalla muestra TONOS TELF. Selecciona

4. Pulsa para subir o bajar entre las melodías.

5. Pulsa para conﬁrmar.

Cuando se presiona un botón en el teclado del auricular, se escuchará un tono.

1. Pulsa y desplázate con hasta la opción AJUSTES PERS.

2. La pantalla muestra TONOS TELF. Selecciona

3. Desplázate con hasta TONO TECLA. Pulsa .

4. Pulsa para cambiar entre ACTIVADA o DESACTIVADA.

5. Pulsa para conﬁrmar.

15.2 NOMBRE DEL AURICULAR

15.3 RESPUESTA AUTOMÁTICA

Si estás utilizando más de un auricular, puedes asignar un nombre a cada uno para distinguirlos fácilmente. El nombre puede

tener una longitud de hasta 10 caracteres.

1. Pulsa y desplázate con hasta la opción AJUSTES PERS y presiona

2. Desplázate con hasta NOMBRE TELF, selecciona con

3. Edita el nombre con el teclado alfanumérico y presiona para conﬁrmar.

Presiona para borrar caracteres.

El teléfono está conﬁgurado para contestar llamadas automáticamente al descolgar el auricular de la base o del cargador.

Puedes cambiar esta función para que las llamadas sólo se puedan contestar al pulsar .

El teléfono ofrece la función de modo ECO que reduce la potencia transmitida y el consumo de energía cuando se enciende.

Para activar esta función:

16.2 PREFIJO AUTOMÁTICO

Cuando se activa ECO PLUS y la unidad ha estado inactiva durante 1 minuto, la potencia transmitida entre el auricular y la base

se detendrá. Se reactivará cuando haya una llamada entrante o, al presionar cualquier tecla, la unidad volverá al modo normal.

Para activar ECO PLUS:

1. Pulsa , desplázate con hasta la opción AJUSTES AVANZ y presiona

2. Desplázate con hasta ECO PLUS, selecciona con .

3. Pulsa para cambiar entre ACTIVADA o DESACTIVADA.

Puedes conﬁgurar el teléfono para detectar un número de marcación y sustituirlo por otro número. El número que se detectará

puede ser de hasta 5 dígitos y se puede sustituir con un número de hasta 10 dígitos.

Este ajuste es útil para acceder ciertas redes y/o los servicios de PABX/Switchboard.

El tiempo de recuperación predeterminado es adecuado para el país y operadores de red comunes.

Es improbable que debas cambiar esta conﬁguración a menos de que el operador te aconseje

hacerlo.

Algunas funciones están protegidas por un código PIN de 4 dígitos que debe introducirse si se desea

cambiar la conﬁguración. El PIN predeterminado es 0000. Puedes elegir tu propio número PIN.

16.5 CAMBIAR EL CÓDIGO PIN BASE

Puedes registrar hasta 4 teléfonos en la base para extender tu sistema telefónico sin tener que

instalar zócalos de extensión para cada nuevo teléfono.

En la Base:

1. Mantén pulsado durante 5 segundos. La base permanecerá en modo de registro durante 90

segundos.

En el auricular:

2. Si el auricular no se ha registrado en una base, presiona y, a continuación, introduce el código

PIN de 4 dígitos (por defecto: 0000) y pulsa .

3. Si el auricular ya se registró en una base, presiona y desplázate hasta la opción AJUSTES

AVANZ y pulsa .

4. Con muévete hasta la opción REGISTRAR e introduce el PIN de 4 dígitos (por defecto: 0000) y

pulsa

Si el registro es exitoso, se escuchará un pitido

Nota:

Si el registro no es exitoso la primera vez o en caso de que el periodo de registro de base se agote,

por favor repite el proceso. Si la base no se encuentra después de unos segundos, el auricular retorna al

modo de espera.

Si ya hay 4 teléfonos registrados en la base y quieres añadir uno más, el registro fallará. Debes anular

el registro de otro auricular antes de poder registrar uno nuevo.

16.6 REGISTRO DE UN AURICULAR ADICIONAL

Utiliza un auricular para anular el registro de otro. No puedes anular el registro del auricular que

estás utilizando.

1. Pulsa y desplázate con hasta la opción AJUSTES AVANZ y presiona

3. Introduce el PIN de 4 dígitos (por defecto: 0000) y presiona

16.7 ANULAR EL REGISTRO DE UN AURICULAR

Puedes restaurar el auricular a la conﬁguración predeterminada (de fábrica). Todos los teléfonos que

están registrados en la base se mantendrán.

Importante

Al restablecer el teléfono a la conﬁguración predeterminada, se eliminarán todas las entradas de las

listas de llamadas y remarcación. Todos los ajustes del auricular y la base también se restablecerán.

Las entradas almacenadas en la agenda serán borradas.

The duration of all external calls is automatically displayed on the screen. The timer appears after the ﬁrst 10 seconds of

the call. When the call ends, the total duration of the talk time remains on the screen for 3 seconds.

During a call, press to increase or decrease the volume. There are 5 levels available.

During a call, press . The headset microphone is turned off and the display shows the message MUTE ON; the

caller can not listen.

If you have more than one handset registered in the base, you can make internal calls between the phones.

If there are only 2 registered phones, press on any headset. The other handset will sound automatically.

If there are more than 2 registered phones, press , and scroll with to select the handset you want to call.

When an internal call is received, the icon ﬂashes and the phone number you are calling is displayed.

Press to answer the call.

9.3 DELETE AN ENTRY

You can store up to 50 names and numbers in the phonebook. The names can have a length of up to 12 characters and

numbers of up to 24 digits.

If your phone is connected to a switchboard, you may need to enter a "pause" in a stored number. This gives the dashboard

time to ﬁnd an outside line.

A pause is normally stored after the access code of the switchboard (eg 9). When you ﬁle a number, press and hold # until the

display shows P, then you can continue entering the phone number.

If you are subscribed to the caller ID service and you want the name of the incoming call to be shown instead of the number,

keep the complete phone number in the phone book, including the area code.

You can store multiple entries with the same number, however, to avoid duplicate entries, you can only store the name once.

You can call the handset from the base to locate it.

1. Click on the bottom of the base. All headphones registered in the base will sound.

13.1 LIST OF CALLS

The call list stores the details of the last 20 calls received, including the phone number, the date and time, and whether the

call has been answered or not. When the list is full and a new call is received, the oldest entry will be automatically deleted.

If you are subscribed to the caller ID service, the date and time is updated when a call is received. If not, you can set them

manually.

4. Enter the time with the keyboard (in 24-hour format) and press to conﬁrm.

Each headset can have a different alarm conﬁguration.

The earpiece ringer volume can be adjusted to different levels. Choose between 5 volume levels or deactivate it.

The phone offers the ECO mode function that reduces the transmitted power and the power consumption when it is turned on.

When ECO PLUS is activated and the unit has been idle for 1 minute, the power transmitted between the handset and the base

will stop. It will be reactivated when there is an incoming call or, when any key is pressed, the unit will return to normal mode.

To activate ECO PLUS:

You can set the phone to detect a dialing number and replace it with another number. The number that will be detected can

This setting is useful for accessing certain networks and / or the PABX / Switchboard services.

The default recovery time is appropriate for the country and common network operators. It is unlikely

that you should change this conﬁguration unless the operator advises you to do so.

16.4 DIALING MODE

Some functions are protected by a 4-digit PIN code that must be entered if you wish to change the

conﬁguration. The default PIN is 0000. You can choose your own PIN number.

When entering a PIN, the digits are shown as * * * *.

16.5 CHANGE THE BASE PIN CODE

At the base:

1. Press and hold for 5 seconds. The base will remain in record mode for 90 seconds.

If the registration is not successful the ﬁrst time or in case the base registration period runs out,

please repeat the process. If the base is not found after a few seconds, the handset returns to the standby

If there are already 4 registered phones in the database and you want to add one more, the registra-

tion will fail. You must unregister another headset before you can register a new one.

16.6 REGISTERING AN ADDITIONAL HANDSET

You

can register up to 4 phones on the base to extend your phone system without having to install

extension sockets for each new phone.

16.7 UNREGISTERING A HEADSET

Use one headset to unregister another. You can not unregister the headset you are using.

You can restore the headset to the default (factory). All phones that are registered in the base will be

maintained.

Important

When you reset the phone to the default setting, all entries in the call and redial lists will be deleted.

All headset and base settings will also be reset. The entries stored in the phonebook will be deleted.
