SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Vor Inbetriebnahme Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig
lesen und Sicherheitshinweise beachten!
Bei Beschädigungen am Gehäuse oder Stecker das
Gerät nicht in Betrieb nehmen, wenden Sie sich an
den autorisierten Fachhandel!

INBETRIEBNAHME
Setzen Sie den Netzstecker (je nach Ausführung/Länder-
version können unterschiedliche Netzstecker z.B. Euro,
UK, US oder AU im Lieferumfang enthalten sein) über den
beiden Netzkontakten auf und schieben Sie den Stecker
bis zum Anschlag in der Führung (siehe Abbildung).
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Stecker beim Aufschieben
hörbar einrastet. Das Ladegerät ist nun betriebsbereit.
Zum Lösen/Wechseln des Netzsteckers drücken Sie die
Arretierungsnase vorsichtig (z.B. mit einem Stift) etwas
nach unten und schieben Sie den Stecker zurück.
Stecken Sie das Ladegerät in eine geeignete Steckdose.
Die Betriebsbereitschaft wird durch dreimaliges Blinken
aller 4 LEDs in Orange angezeigt. Sie können bis zu 4
NiMH oder NiCd Akkus der Größen Mignon AA oder Micro
AAA (auch gemischt) einlegen. Achten Sie darauf, dass
Sie die Akkus polrichtig, entsprechend den Symbolen
im Ladeschacht kontaktieren. Der Ladevorgang startet
automatisch. Der Ladestand jedes Akkus wird mittels der
Kontrollleuchten (siehe LADESTATUSANZEIGEN) oberhalb
des Ladeschachtes angezeigt. Die Akkus müssen nicht
zeitgleich eingelegt werden, da die Ladeprozesse der
Akkus unabhängig voneinander gesteuert werden. Eine
Erwärmung der Akkus während des Ladevorganges ist
normal. Nach erfolgter Aufladung eines Akkus erfolgt die

automatische Umschaltung auf Impuls-Erhaltungsladung.
Diese Funktion garantiert eine optimale Performance und
verhindert die Selbstentladung der Akkus.
LADESTATUSANZEIGEN
LED Rot und Grün blinken abwechselnd:
Reparaturmodus
Das Ladegerät hat einen tiefentladenen Akku er-
kannt. Mittels Ladepulse wird versucht, diesen Akku
zu reaktivieren. Gelingt dies nicht, wird der Akku als
defekt angezeigt. Kann der Akku reaktiviert werden,
folgt der Vorlademodus.
LED Grün blinkt: Vorlademodus
Der Akku wird mit reduziertem Strom schonend auf
den Schnellladevorgang vorbereitet.
LED Grün leuchtet kurzzeitig nach dem Einlegen
eines Akkus und wechselt dann auf Rot:
Der Ladestand des Akkus ist größer als 70%, es ist
keine Vorladung nötig. Der Akku wird im Schnellla-
demodus vollständig aufgeladen.
LED Rot leuchtet dauerhaft: Schnellladevorgang
Der Akku wird mit maximalem Strom geladen.
LED Grün leuchtet dauerhaft: Ladevorgang beendet
Der Akku wurde vollständig geladen und wird mit
Erhaltungsladung versorgt.

LED Rot blinkt: Akku defekt
Der Ladevorgang wurde abgebrochen. Der Akku hat
einen internen Kurzschluss und kann entsorgt wer-
den oder es wurde versehentlich eine nicht wieder
aufladbare Batterie (Alkaline) eingelegt.
UMWELTHINWEISE
Werfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in den normalen
Hausmüll. Entsorgen Sie das Gerät über einen zugelas-
senen Entsorgungsbetrieb oder über Ihre kommunale
Entsorgungseinrichtung. Beachten Sie die aktuell
geltenden Vorschriften. Setzen Sie sich im Zweifelsfall
mit Ihrer Entsorgungseinrichtung in Verbindung. Führen
Sie alle Verpackungsmaterialien einer umweltgerechten
Entsorgung zu. Akkus dürfen nicht im Hausmüll entsorgt
werden. Geben Sie verbrauchte Akkus bei Ihrem Händler
oder bei einer Batteriesammelstelle ab.
WARTUNG/PFLEGE
Um eine einwandfreie Funktion des Gerätes sicherzu-
stellen, halten Sie bitte die Kontakte von Ladegerät
und Akkus frei von Verschmutzungen. Reinigung des
Gerätes nur bei gezogenem Netzstecker und mit einem
trockenen Tuch durchführen.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully before
using and observe the safety instructions!
Do not use the device if there is damage to the
housing or plug. Contact the authorised dealer!
Insert only nickel metal hydride (NiMH) or nickel
cadmium (NiCd) rechargeable batteries - there is a
risk of explosion with other batteries!
Ensure the rechargeable batteries are inserted with
the correct polarity (+/-)!
Only rechargeable batteries that are designed for
the charge current of the charger should be used
with the device!
The device must only be operated in closed, dry
rooms!

Worldwide use (100V-240V AC / 50-60Hz)
USE
Fit the mains plug (different mains plugs may be inclu-
ded, e.g. Euro, UK, US or AU, depending on the design and
the specific country variant) onto the two mains contacts
and slide it on until it reaches the stop in the guide (see
illustration). Ensure that the plug latches into place
audibly when sliding on. The charger is now ready for use.

To release/change the mains plug, press the locking tab
carefully (e.g. with a ballpoint pen) downwards a little and
slide the plug back.
Plug the charger into a suitable mains outlet. The
charger‘s readiness for operation is indicated by all 4
LEDs flashing orange three times. You can insert up to 4
NiMH or NiCd rechargeable batteries in AA or AAA sizes (or
even a mixture of the two). Ensure that the rechargeable
batteries are inserted with the correct polarity, matching
with the symbols in the charge slots. The charge process
starts automatically. The charge status of each recharge-
able battery is indicated by means of the indicator lights
(see CHARGE STATUS INDICATION) above the charge slot.
The rechargeable batteries do not need to be inserted at
the same time as the charge process for each rechar-
geable battery is controlled independently. Warming of
the rechargeable batteries during the charge process
is normal. After successfully charging a rechargeable
battery, the charge process switches automatically to
pulse maintenance charging. This function guarantees
optimum performance and prevents the self-discharge of
the rechargeable battery.
CHARGE STATUS INDICATION
LED flashes red and green alternately: Repair mode
The charger has detected a deep-discharged
rechargeable battery. The charger will attempt to
regenerate this rechargeable battery by means of
charge pulses. If this does not work, the rechar-
geable battery will be identified as faulty. If the
rechargeable battery can be regenerated, the pre-
charging mode is then initiated.
LED flashes green: Pre-charging mode
The rechargeable battery is prepared for rapid
charging by allowing a gentle, reduced current.
LED illuminates green briefly after inserting a re-
chargeable battery and then changes to red:
If the charge status of the rechargeable battery
is more than 70%, pre-charging is not required.
The rechargeable battery is fully charged in rapid
charge mode.

The rechargeable battery is fully charged and is

chargeable battery (alkaline) has been accidentally
inserted.
ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
The device should not be discarded in the normal
household waste under any circumstances. Dispose
of the device via an authorised disposal centre or your
communal waste disposal facility. Observe the current
applicable regulations. Contact your waste disposal fa-
cility in the event of any doubt. Dispose of all packaging
materials via an environmentally friendly disposal
facility. Rechargeable batteries must not be disposed
of in the household waste. Return used rechargeable
batteries to your dealer or hand them in to a battery
collection facility.
MAINTENANCE / CARE
In order to ensure that the device continues to work wit-
hout problems, please keep the contacts of the charger
and the rechargeable batteries free of dirt and conta-
minants. Clean the device only when the mains plug is
removed from the mains power and with a dry cloth.

MISE EN SERVICE
Placez la fiche secteur (selon la version / le pays,
l‘étendue de la livraison peut contenir différentes fiches
secteur par ex. Euro, UK, US ou AU) sur les deux contacts
de réseau et enfoncez la fiche dans le guidage jusqu‘à
la butée (voir illustration). Veillez à ce que la fiche
s‘enclenche de manière audible lorsque vous l‘enfoncez.
Le chargeur est maintenant prêt à l‘utilisation.
Pour retirer / changer la fiche secteur, appuyez prudem-
ment sur le bec d‘arrêt (par ex. avec un stylo) légèrement
vers le bas et tirez la fiche vers l‘arrière.
Branchez le chargeur sur une prise appropriée. L‘appareil
indique qu‘il est prêt au fonctionnement par un triple
clignotement des 4 LED en orange. Vous pouvez insérer
jusqu‘à accus 4 NiMH ou NiCd de la taille Mignon AA ou
Micro AAA (ou un mélange). Veillez à ce que le contact
des accus dans le compartiment de charge corresponde
à la polarité, conformément aux symboles. Le processus
de charge débute automatiquement. L‘état de charge de
chaque accu est indiqué au moyen des lumières de con-
trôle (voir AFFICHAGES DE L‘ÉTAT DE CHARGE) au-dessus du
compartiment. Il n‘est pas nécessaire d‘insérer les accus
simultanément car les processus de charge sont contrô-
lés indépendamment l‘un de l‘autre. Il est normal que les
accus chauffent pendant le processus de charge. Une

fois le rechargement d‘un accu réussi, le passage à la
charge pulsée d‘entretien a lieu automatiquement. Cette
fonction garantit une performance optimale et empêche
la décharge spontanée des accus.
AFFICHAGES DE L‘ÉTAT DE CHARGE
La LED rouge et verte clignotent alternativement :
Mode réparation
Le chargeur a détecté un accu en état de décharge
profonde. Par des impulsions de charge, il tente de
réactiver l‘accu. S‘il n‘y parvient pas, l‘accu est signalé
comme défectueux. S‘il parvient à réactiver l‘accu, le
chargeur passe en mode de première charge.
La LED clignote en vert : Mode de première charge
L‘accu est préparé doucement, avec une intensité
réduite, au processus de charge rapide.
La LED verte s‘allume brièvement après l‘insertion
d‘un accu, puis passe à rouge : l‘état de charge de
l‘accu est supérieur à 70%, une première charge
n‘est pas nécessaire. L‘accu est entièrement re-
chargé en mode de charge rapide.
La LED rouge est allumée en continu : mode de
charge rapide
L‘accu est rechargé avec l‘intensité maximale.
La LED verte est allumée en continu : processus de

charge terminé
L‘accu a été entièrement rechargé et est alimenté
avec la charge d‘entretien.
La LED rouge clignote : accu défectueux
Le processus de charge a été annulé. L‘accu a
un court-circuit interne et peut être éliminé ou
une pile non rechargeable (alcaline) a été insérée
accidentellement.
REMARQUES CONCERNANT L‘ENVIRONNEMENT
Ne jetez en aucun cas l‘appareil avec les déchets
ménagers normaux. Éliminez l‘appareil par le biais
d‘une entreprise de traitement certifiée ou de votre
déchetterie communale. Respectez les prescriptions
actuellement en vigueur. En cas de doute, contactez
votre déchetterie locale. Recyclez tous les maté-
riels d‘emballage selon les règles de protection de
l’environnement en vigueur. Ne pas éliminer les accus
avec les ordures ménagères. Les accus usés doivent
être déposés auprès de votre revendeur ou d‘un point
de collecte de piles.
MAINTENANCE / ENTRETIEN
Afin de garantir un fonctionnement parfait de l‘appareil,
maintenez les contacts du chargeur et des accus libres

de tout encrassement. Le nettoyage de l‘appareil doit
uniquement être effectué avec la fiche secteur débran-
chée et à l‘aide d‘un chiffon sec.

и надвиньте штекер до упора (см. рисунок). При

насаживании штекера должен быть слышен щелчок,
означающий, что штекер надвинут до упора. Теперь
зарядное устройство готово к эксплуатации.
Для отсоединения/замены штекера-насадки нужно
осторожно отжать фиксирующий выступ (например
карандашом) и снять штекер.
Подключайте зарядное устройство в сеть
питания через подходящую штепсельную розетку.
Устройство готово к эксплуатации, когда три раза
оранжево мигнут все 4 светодиодных индикатора. В
устройство можно одновременно вставить до 4 NiMH
или NiCd аккумуляторных батареек размеров Mignon
AA или Micro AAA (или их комбинацию). Следите за
тем, чтобы контакты аккумуляторных батареек
были подсоединены с соблюдением полярности, в
соответствии с обозначениями полюсов в зарядном
слоте. Процесс зарядки начнется автоматически.
Статус зарядки каждой аккумуляторной батарейки
отображается при помощи контрольного индикатора
(см. ИНДИКАЦИЯ СТАТУСА ЗАРЯДКИ), расположенного
над зарядным слотом. Аккумуляторные батарейки
необязательно вставлять одновременно, т.к.
процесс зарядки каждой из них происходит
независимо. Нагрев аккумулятора в процессе
зарядки является нормальным явлением. При

достижении полной зарядки аккумулятора
происходит автоматическое переключение в режим
импульсного поддержания заряда. Данная функция
гарантирует оптимальную производительность и
препятствует саморазряду аккумулятора.

зарядных импульсов устройство сначала
пытается реактивировать такой аккумулятор.
Если это не удается, включается индикация
неисправности аккумулятора. Если аккумулятор
удалось реактивировать, включается режим
предзарядки.

Процесс зарядки был прерван. В аккумуляторе
произошло внутреннее короткое замыкание и
его следует удалить и утилизировать или по
ошибке была вставлена алкалиновая батарейка,
не подлежащая зарядке.
УКАЗАНИЯ ПО ЗАЩИТЕ ОКРУЖАЮЩЕЙ СРЕДЫ
Утилизировать устройство с бытовым мусором
строго запрещается. Утилизируйте данное
устройство на предприятии по удалению отходов
или при помощи коммунального оборудования для

так и аккумулятора. Очистку устройства следует
выполнять сухой салфеткой и только после

PUESTA EN SERVICIO
Coloque el enchufe (dependiendo del modelo/versión
específica de país, pueden encontrarse diferentes en-
chufes en el volumen de suministro como, por ejemplo,
enchufe euro, UK, US o AU) sobre ambos contactos
de red y desplace el enchufe hasta el tope en la guía
(véase figura). Observe que el enchufe se engatilla
audiblemente al desplazarse. El cargador se encontrará
entonces disponible para el servicio.
Para soltar/cambiar el enchufe, pulse un poco hacia
abajo el pivote de bloqueo con cuidado (por ejemplo,
con un pasador) y retráigalo.
Enchufe el cargador en una toma adecuada. La dispo-
nibilidad de servicio se muestra por medio del parpadeo
triple de los 4 LEDs en luz naranja. Puede colocar una
cantidad de hasta cuatro acumuladores NiMH o NiCd de
los tamaños miñón AA o micro AAA (también entremez-
clados). Observe que los acumuladores contacten con la
polaridad correcta, según los símbolos del comparti-
mento de carga. La carga se inicia automáticamente.

El estado de carga de cada acumulador se muestra
por medio de pilotos de control (véase SEÑALIZACIÓN
DEL ESTADO DE CARGA) que se encuentran por encima
del compartimento de carga. Los acumuladores no
tienen porqué insertarse simultáneamente ya que el
proceso de carga de los acumuladores se controla
independientemente uno de otro. Es normal que se
recaliente el acumulador durante el proceso de carga.
Tras llevar a cabo con éxito la carga de un acumulador
tiene lugar automáticamente la conmutación a carga
de mantenimiento por impulsos. Esta función garantiza
un rendimiento óptimo e impide la autodescarga de las
baterías.
SEÑALIZACIÓN DEL ESTADO DE CARGA
Los LEDs rojo y verde parpadean intermitentemen-
te: Modo de reparaciones
El cargador ha reconocido a un acumulador muy
descargado. Por medio de impulsos de carga, se
intenta reactivar éste acumulador. Si esto no fun-
ciona, el acumulador se muestra como defectuoso.
Si el acumulador puede reactivarse, sigue el modo
de precarga.

le suministra corriente de mantenimiento.

Se ha interrumpido la carga. El acumulador tienen
un cortocircuito interno y puede desecharse o bien,
por descuido, se ha colocado una pila no recargab-
le (alcalina).
INSTRUCCIONES MEDIOAMBIENTALES
No tire el dispositivo a la basura normal bajo ninguna
circunstancia. Elimine el dispositivo como residuo por
medio de una empresa de eliminación de residuos auto-
rizada o a través de su empresa municipal de residuos.
Respete las normas actualmente vigentes. En caso de

COLOCAÇÃO EM FUNCIONAMENTO
Coloque as fichas de alimentação (consoante o modelo/a
versão do país, podem estar incluídas diferentes fichas
de alimentação por ex. Euro, UK, US ou AU no volume de
fornecimento) sobre os dois contatos de rede e desloque
a ficha até ao batente na guia (ver figura). Tenha atenção
para que a ficha engate audivelmente aquando da sus-
pensão. O carregador está agora operacional.
Para soltar/substituir a ficha de alimentação, pressione
cuidadosamente o pino de bloqueio (por ex. com um
perno) um pouco para baixo e deslocar a ficha para trás.
Coloque o carregador numa tomada adequada. A disponi-
bilidade operacional é exibida através de todos os 4 LEDs
que piscam três vezes a cor de laranja. Pode inserir até 4
baterias NiMH ou NiCd dos tamanhos Mignon AA ou Micro
AAA (também misturado). Certifique-se de ligar a bateria
com a polaridade correta, de acordo com os símbolos
na ranhura de carga. O processo de carregamento inicia
automaticamente.O estado de carga de cada bateria é
exibido através das luzes de controlo (ver INDICADOR DO

Após um carregamento de sucesso de uma bateria
ocorre a mudança automática na carga por impulsos de
manutenção. Esta função garante um desempenho ideal
e impede a descarga automática da bateria.
INDICADOR DO ESTADO DE CARGA
LED vermelho e verde piscam alternadamente:
Modo de reparação
O carregador detetou uma bateria com descarga
total. Através de pulsos de carga tenta-se reativar
esta bateria. Se tal não for possível, a bateria é
exibida como defeito. A bateria pode ser reativada,
segue-se o modo de pré-carga.
O LED verde pisca: Modo de pré-carga
A bateria é preparada com corrente reduzida de
modo suave no processo de carga rápido.
O LED verde acende-se brevemente após a inser-
ção de uma bateria e muda então para vermelho:
O estado de carga da bateria é superior a 70%, não
é necessária qualquer pré-carga. A bateria é carre-
gada completamente no modo de carga rápido.
O LED vermelho acende de modo contínuo: Proces-

A bateria é carregada com corrente máxima.

A bateria foi carregada completamente e é alimen-
tada com processo de carga.
O LED vermelho pisca: Bateria com defeito
O processo de carregamento foi interrompido. A
bateria possui um curto-circuito interno e pode
ser eliminada ou foi inserida inadvertidamente uma
pilha não recarregável (alcalina).
INDICAÇÕES RELATIVAS AO MEIO AMBIENTE
Nunca elimine o aparelho junto com o lixo domésti-
co. Elimine o aparelho através de uma empresa de
eliminação de resíduos autorizada ou de sistemas
públicos de eliminação. Observe as normas em vigor. Em
caso de dúvida, contacte a empresa responsável pela
eliminação de resíduos. Encaminhe todos os materiais
da embalagem para eliminação ambientalmente correta.
As baterias não podem ser eliminadas junto com o
lixo doméstico. Entregue as baterias utilizadas ao seu
revendedor ou em pontos de recolha de baterias.
MANUTENÇÃO/CUIDADO
Para assegurar o funcionamento perfeito do aparelho,
mantenha os contactos do carregador e da bateria liv-
res de sujidade. Limpar o aparelho apenas com a ficha

Prima della messa in funzione, leggere attenta-
mente le istruzioni per l‘uso e osservare le avver-
tenze di sicurezza!
Se l’alloggiamento o i connettori sono danneggiati,
non mettere l‘apparecchio in funzione, rivolgersi al
rivenditore specializzato autorizzato!
Inserire soltanto batterie nichel-idruro di metallo
(NiMH) o nichel-cadmio (NiCd), se le batterie sono di
diverso tipo sussiste il rischio di esplosione!
Inserire le batterie rispettando la corretta polarità
(+/-)!
Con il dispositivo si possono caricare soltanto

MESSA IN FUNZIONE
Collegare il connettore (a seconda dell’esecuzione/versi-
one nazionale possono essere forniti in dotazione diversi
connettori, ad es. Euro, UK, US o AU) tramite i due contatti

di rete e spingere il connettore nella guida fino allo scatto
(vedi figura). Accertarsi, all‘inserimento, che il connettore
si innesti con un clic. Il caricatore è ora pronto all‘uso.
Per scollegare/sostituire il connettore, premere delica-
tamente sulla linguetta di bloccaggio (ad es. con una
penna) un po’ verso il basso e spingere il connettore
all’indietro.
Collegare il caricatore a una presa elettrica idonea. La
disponibilità viene segnalata da tre lampeggi in arancione
di tutti e 4 i LED. È possibile inserire fino a 4 batterie NiMH
o NiCd del tipo Mignon AA o Micro AAA (anche combinate).
Accertarsi di inserire le batterie rispettando la giusta
polarità, come indicato dai simboli all’interno del vano di
carica. Il processo di ricarica si avvia automaticamente.
Lo stato di carica di ciascuna batteria viene indicato tra-
mite spie luminose (vedi INDICAZIONI DI CARICA) collocate
al di sopra del vano di carica. Le batterie non si devono
inserire contemporaneamente, poiché i processi di
ricarica delle batterie vengono gestiti indipendentemente
l’uno dall’altro. Durante il processo di ricarica è normale
che le batterie si riscaldino. Al termine del processo
di ricarica di una batteria si attiva automaticamente
la carica di mantenimento a impulsi. Questa funzione
garantisce prestazioni ottimali e impedisce l‘autoscarica
delle batterie.

INDICAZIONI DI CARICA
LED rosso e verde lampeggiano alternativamente:
modalità di riparazione
Il caricatore ha riconosciuto una batteria comple-
tamente scarica. Tramite impulsi di carica si tenta
di ripristinare la batteria. Se questo processo non
riesce, la batteria viene segnalata come guasta. Se
è possibile ripristinare la batteria, segue la modali-
tà di precarica.
LED lampeggiante verde: modalità di precarica
La batteria viene preparata alla ricarica rapida deli-
catamente a corrente ridotta.
Dopo aver inserito una batteria, il LED si accende
brevemente in verde e poi diventa rosso:
Il livello di carica della batteria è oltre il 70%, non è
necessaria alcuna precarica. La batteria viene rica-
ricata completamente in modalità di ricarica rapida.
LED acceso fisso rosso: ricarica rapida
La batteria viene ricaricata con la corrente mas-
sima.
LED acceso fisso verde: processo di ricarica ter-
minato
La batteria è stata ricaricata completamente e vie-
ne alimentata con la carica di mantenimento.
LED lampeggiante rosso: batteria guasta

Il processo di ricarica si è interrotto. La batteria ha
subito un cortocircuito interno e si può smaltire op-
pure è stata inserita inavvertitamente una batteria
non ricaricabile (alcalina).
NOTA AMBIENTALE
L‘apparecchio non va assolutamente smaltito gettan-
dolo insieme ai normali rifiuti domestici. Consegnarlo
invece a un centro di smaltimento autorizzato o all‘ente
di smaltimento comunale. Rispettare le disposizioni
attualmente in vigore. In caso di dubbi, mettersi in
contatto con il proprio ente di smaltimento. Smaltire
tutti i materiali di imballaggio nel rispetto dell‘ambiente.
Le batterie non si devono smaltire insieme ai rifiuti
domestici. Consegnare le batterie usate al proprio riven-
ditore o presso un apposito centro di raccolta.
MANUTENZIONE/CURA
Per garantire il corretto funzionamento dell‘apparecchio,
tenere i contatti del caricatore e delle batterie sempre
privi di sporcizia. Pulire l‘apparecchio con un panno
asciutto e sempre con la spina elettrica scollegata..
