ASSEMBY
• Contenido de la caja: Una estructura de la base
hidráulica, un gato hidráulico, una manija de
levante, juego de piezas: una llave tipo "L"y dos
tornillos de seguridad.
Contents: 1 Frame base, 1 Hydraulic ram assembly, 1 Pulling
handle, kits bag: 1 L-type wrench and 2 Ram securing bolts.
• Levante el soporte delantero del pistón. Con el
ensamble del pedal, dirija en dirección a la parte
exterior. Inserte el conjuto del cilindro hidráulico en
la estructura de la base. Desenrosque la tapa frontal
del gato hidráulico para crear un espacio de 3/16"
entre la tapa y el ram. Deslice la tapa del pistón
dentro de la ménsula de apoyo del cilindro y alinee
la base con la guías en el conjunto de la estructura.
Raise the front ram support. With the foot pedal assembly
oriented toward the outside, insert the hydraulic ram
assembly into the frame. Unscrew the ram cap Front Ram
Support to create a 3/16” gap between the cap and the
ram. Slide the ram cap inside the bracket on the ram
support and align the ram base with the guides in the
frame assembly.
• Note que la base del cilindro tiene una parte
dentada, la cual debe estar ubicada al frente
del perno de sujeción del pistón. Ajuste el perno
y asegure el cilindro en su lugar. Realice una
prueba con el gato para comprobar que funciona
correctamente.
The ram base has an indented portion that must be located
in front of the ram securing bolts. Tighten the 2 ram bolts.
Test to see that the jack operates fully.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
• Esta es la posición correctaoloque el gato por
debajo de la motocicleta. Las flechas indican las
presillas en los extremos de la estructura los cuales
se utilizan para arrastrar o para mover el gato.
Tenga cuidado al mover el gato si este se encuentra
cargado.
This is the position that is used to place the jack under the
load. Arrows show the loops at frame ends that are used
to carry the jack or to move the jack. Use caution when
moving the jack, if loaded.
• En la ilustración se muestra la ubicación de la
válvula de liberación. Cierre la válvula de liberación
antes de levantar. Para cerrarla, gire la válvula en
sentido de las manecillas del reloj.
This illustration shows the release valve. Close the release
valve before lifting. To close, turn the valve clockwise.

• Bombee el pedal para levantar la carga. También
se muestra uno de los dos brazos de seguridad.
Cuando la carga esté totalmente arriba, levante el
extremo exterior de los brazos de seguridad para
que se enganchen con las lenguetas levantadas de
la estructura; y de esta manera evitar que se baje
accidentalmente. Antes de bajar la carga, empuje
hacia abajo los extremos exteriores de los brazos de
seguridad para desengancharlos.
Pump the foot pedal to raise the load. Also shown is one
of the two safety arms. When the load is fully raised, lift
the outer end of the safety arm to engage the raised jabs
of the frame. This will prevent accidental lowering. Before
lowering the load, push down on the outer ends of the
safety arms to disengage them.
• Las flechas indican las “presillas” en los extremos
del bastidor (una de las presillas se encuentra
oculto). Estos se utilizan para mantener y reposar
las correas que se colocan a través de la carga
cuando el gato se levanta. Para bajar el gato,
levante los brazos de seguridad y gire la válvula de
desenganche lentamente en dirección contraria a
las manecillas del reloj.
• The arrows show the “loops” at the ends of the frame
(one of the loops is hidden). These are used to hold and lie
down straps that are looped through the load when the
jack is raised. To lower the jack, raise the safety arms, then
turn the release valve counterclockwise. Slowly unfasten
the hold down straps.

MAINTENANCE
• Inspeccione el producto después de haberlo,
verifique que no haya condiciones anormales como
ruptura de soldadura, derrames o partes sueltas o
faltantes.
Visual inspections shall be made before each use of the jack
by checking for abnormal conditions such as cracked welds,
leaks and damaged loose or missing parts.
• Otras inspecciones deben hacerse por producto
incluidas en este manual.
Other inspections shall be made per product operating
instructions.
• Este producto debe ser inspeccionado
inmediatamente si se le sometió a una carga
anormal o algun daño.
Each jack shall be inspected immediately if it is believed to
have been subjected to an abnormal load or shock.
• Si el producto requiere mantenimiento, contacte
a un centro de servicio especializado para llevar
acabo este mantenimiento o reparación.
Owners and or operators should be aware that repair
of this equipment may require special knowledge and
facilities.
• Es recomendable que se haga una inspección
anual para que verifique que alguna parte este
dañada o faltante.
It is recommended that an annual inspection of the jack be
made and that any defective parts, decals or safety labels
or signs be replaced with manufacturer’s or supplier’s
specified parts.
• Si el gato se daña de cualquier forma, encuentra
desgaste o que no trabaja de forma normal, retirelo
del área de trabajo y contacte a un centro de
servicio para su reparación.
Any jack that appears to be damaged in any way, is found
to be worn, or operates abnormally shall be removed from
operation until repaired.
• Debido a los daños que pueda ocasionar este tipo
de producto no modifique ni altere ninguna de sus
partes.
Because of the potential hazards associated with this type
of equipment, no alterations shall be made to the product.

This product has 1 year warranty by Urrea Herramientas Profesionales S.A. de C.V. against any manufacturing defect, with its repair or
replacement during its life expectancy. The warranty is not applicable if the product does not show the URREA brand, if the product is worn
out by its daily use, shows signs of abuse, damage, its original composition has been altered, or specifies a different warranty. In order to
make the warranty effective, the product must be taken to the company or to the place of purchase along with its receipt.

• El gato no levanta la carga.
Will not lift load.
• El gato no levanta hasta la
altura máxima.
Will not lift to full height.
• Al bombear se siente flojo.
Pump feels “spongy” under load.
La unidad se encuentra baja en fluidos:
Con el gato nivelado y bien posicionado, quite el tapón de
llenado y coloque nuevo fluido hidráulico en el nivel indicado.
With the jack on a leveled surface and in the down position, remove the filler plug
and add clean hydraulic jack fluid to the level of the filler hold.
El producto puede tener aire:
Abra la válvula de liberación al mínimo de dos vueltas
completas. Bombee con la manija alrededor de 20 veces para
así bombear el aire fuera del sistema.
The power unit may have trapped air:
Open the release valve a mlnimum of two fuIl turns. Pump the handle a minimum of
20 strokes to purge the air from the system.
• El gato no levanta la carga.
Will not lift load.
• El gato no sostiene la carga.
Will not hold load.
• La manija se levanta sobre la
carga.
Handle raises under load.
• La manija se desciende sobre
la carga.
Handle lowers under load.
La válvula no esta cerrada apropiadamente. Para sellar las
válvulas:
a) Cierre la válvula de liberación.
b) Con el cilindro abajo en su totalidad, suba manualmente la
base hasta donde sea posible.
c) Abra la válvula de liberación y permita que la base baje hasta
la parte mas baja.
Valves may not be closing properly. To seal the vavles:
a) Close the release valve.
b) With the ram fully lowered, manually lift the boom as high as possible.
c) Open the release valve and allow the boom to descend to the lowered position.
