Charging your charger – electrical outlet
NOTICE
Use of incompatible parts poses a risk of malfunction.
XUse only the power supply and country specic
adapter that is provided with the charger.
XUse only the USB cable that is provided with the
device.

Charging your charger – wirelessly
XPlace the charger on
a wireless Qi certied
transmitter pad.

Checking the battery capacity of your charger
To check whether the charger's internal battery has enough
capacity to fully charge your hearing aids when you are
mobile:
XDisconnect the charger from the electrical outlet.
XBriefly press the push
button.

If the atus LED does not light up when you press the
button, check the following:
● The charger is o. Press and hold the button for
5 seconds to turn on the charger.
● The charger's internal battery is too low to display the
atus. Connect the charger to an electrical outlet, wait
several minutes and try again.

Turning the charger on or o
When the charger is connected to an electrical outlet, it is
automatically turned on and cannot be turned o.
During mobile charging, press and hold the button for
5 seconds to turn the charger on or o.
● When the charger turns on, the atus of the hearing
aids and the atus of the charger's internal battery are
displayed for 7 seconds.
● When the charger turns o, the front LED lights up green
and fades out over a period of approximately 7 seconds.
Shut down is complete after approximately 7 seconds.

How you can use the charger
You can use your charger in three dierent ways.
Charging via electrical outlet
When the charger is plugged in or placed on a wireless
Qi-charger, it charges the
hearing aids (if they are placed
in the charger) and it charges
the integrated battery at the
same time.
As long as the charger is being charged by an external
power source, charger LED shows the charging atus of the
integrated battery and the LEDs for the hearing aids show
the atus of the hearing aids.

For wireless charging, the LEDs will turn o once charger
and hearing aids are fully charged.
Mobile charging
When you are mobile with no electrical outlet available, you
can ill charge your hearing aids.
Energy is fed from the charger's
integrated battery into your hearing
aids.The charger mu be turned
on to do so.

pushing the button or opening the lid.

Safekeeping
When charging of hearing aids is completed, safely ore
your hearing aids inside the
charger with lid closed.
In case you want to ore the
hearing aids for a longer time,
you can turn o the charger. The
charger can only be turned o when there is no power
source connected into the charger.

If the atus LEDs do not light up when you insert the
hearing aids, check the following:
● The hearing aids are not correctly placed. Push them
slightly into their charging cups or close the charger's lid.
● The charger is turned o. Press and hold the button for
5 seconds to turn on the charger or connect the charger
to an electrical outlet.
● The charger's internal battery is too low for mobile
charging. Connect the charger to an electrical outlet.

Charging atus of hearing aids
The LED next to a hearing aid indicates the charging atus
of the hearing aid.
Note that the atus is only
displayed immediately after
putting the hearing aids in the
charger, when you briefly press
the button or when you open the lid.
When the charger is o, no atus is displayed at all.

Why do my hearing aids not turn on when I take
them out of the charger?
Check the following:

XPlace the hearing aids in the charger. Ensure that they
are inserted correctly (atus LEDs light up). The hearing

XDisconnect the charger from the electrical outlet.
XPress and hold the button for 5 seconds to turn o the

"What should I pay attention to when charging?
The hearing aids and charger mu be clean and
dry. Observe the operation conditions in section
"Operating, transport, and orage conditions". Avoid charging
at high temperatures, as this can shorten the life span and
capacity of the power cell.
If you use the charger in a very warm environment, note
that it will op charging if the hearing aids or the charger's
temperature exceeds 42 °C (107 °F). The LED of the hearing
aid and/or of the charger LED will pulsate orange during the
cooling phase. Charging resumes automatically after the
device has cooled down. Do not touch the hearing aids until
the front LEDs are pulsing green, the hearing aids may be hot.

Problem and possible solutions
LEDs are pulsing orange.
Charger has reached the temperature limit and is
now in a cooling phase. Charging is resumed after
cooling down (about 15 minutes).
● Do not touch the hearing aids while the LEDs are
pulsing orange. The hearing aids may be hot.
● In case the charger enters cooling phase multiple
times during charging, please make sure to place
the charger in an environment that complies with
the recommended operating conditions.

Charger LED is blinking red.
An error in the charger has occured.
● Take the hearing aids out of the charger and
disconnect the charger from the power supply.
● Reconnect the charger to the power supply and
re-insert the hearing aids in the charging cups.
If the LEDs are ill blinking red:
● Take the hearing aids out of the charger and
disconnect the charger from the power supply.
● Contact your Hearing Care Professional for
support.

una unidad inalámbrica de
transmisión con certicación Qi.
XDespués de unos segundos,
la batería interna comenzará
a cargarse y la luz LED verde
del cargador comenzará a
parpadear.
XCuando se insertan los audífonos, también comienzan a
cargarse y la luz LED verde de los audífonos parpadea. Si
la luz LED eá apagada, vuelva a colocar el cargador en
la unidad inalámbrica de transmisión con certicación Qi.

cargar los audífonos.
Si el LED de eado no se enciende al pulsar el botón,
compruebe lo siguiente:
● El cargador eá desconectado. Mantenga pulsado el
botón durante 5 segundos para conectar el cargador.
● La pila interna del cargador no tiene carga suciente para
morar el eado. Conecte el cargador a un enchufe de
pared, espere unos minutos y vuelva a intentarlo.

Conexión y desconexión del cargador
Cuando el cargador eá enchufado a un enchufe de pared,
se conecta automáticamente y no se puede desconectar.
Durante la carga móvil, mantenga pulsado el botón
cinco segundos para encender y apagar el cargador.
● Cuando el cargador se enciende, se muera el eado
de los audífonos y de la batería interna del cargador
durante siete segundos.
● Cuando el cargador se apaga, la luz LED frontal se
enciende en verde y desaparece durante un período de
aproximadamente siete segundos. Se termina de apagar
luego de aproximadamente 7 segundos.

Uso del cargador
El cargador se puede utilizar de tres formas diintas.
Carga con un enchufe de pared
Cuando el cargador eá enchufado o sobre un cargador
inalámbrico compatible Qi,
ee carga los audífonos (si
eán colocados en el
cargador) y la batería
integrada al mismo tiempo.
Cuando el cargador se eá cargando con una fuente
de alimentación externa, el LED del cargador muera el
eado de carga de la batería integrada y las luces LED de
los audífonos mueran el eado de los audífonos.

Para la carga inalámbrica, las luces LED se apagarán una
vez que el cargador y los audífonos eén completamente
cargados.
Carga móvil
Los audífonos pueden cargarse aun cuando no se disponga
de un enchufe de pared. La
energía pasa de la batería
integrada del cargador a los
audífonos. Para ello, el cargador
debe ear conectado.
El eado de carga del cargador y de los audífonos se
muera al pulsar el botón o abrir la tapa.

Mantenimiento
Cuando se complete la carga de los audífonos, guárdelos
con cuidado dentro del cargador
con la tapa cerrada.
En caso de que desee guardar los
audífonos durante más tiempo,
puede apagar el cargador. El
cargador solo se puede apagar si no tiene ninguna fuente
de alimentación conectada.

● Los audífonos no eán bien colocados. Empújelos
ligeramente dentro de los huecos de carga o cierre la
tapa del cargador.

"¿Qué debo tener en cuenta a la hora de cargar?
Los audífonos y el cargador deben ear limpios y secos.
Respete las condiciones de funcionamiento de la sección
"Condiciones de funcionamiento, transporte
y almacenamiento". Evite realizar la carga a temperaturas
elevadas, ya que se podría reducir la vida útil y la capacidad
de la batería.
Si utiliza el cargador en un entorno muy caluroso, tenga
en cuenta que si la temperatura de los audífonos o del
cargador supera los 42 °C(107 °F), la carga se detendrá. La
luz LED del audífono o la luz LED del cargador parpadearán
en naranja durante la fase de enfriamiento. La carga
se reanuda automáticamente una vez que se enfría el

parpadeen en naranja. Puede que los audífonos
eén calientes.
● En caso de que el cargador entre en fase de
enfriamiento varias veces durante la carga,
asegúrese de colocarlo en un entorno que
cumpla con las condiciones de funcionamiento
recomendadas.
