Quick connection of the device:

Search for "Aqara Home" in the Apple App Store, Google

Play, Xiaomi GetApps, Huawei App Gallery, or scan the

following QR code to download the Aqara Home app.

Please turn on the power supply of the Chime Repeater

first, and install the battery into the Doorbell Main Module

Hold your mobile device close to the repeater,open Aqara

Home app, click "+"on the top right corner of the home

page, select "Smart Video Doorbell G4", and follow the

Chime Repeater status indicator will be a solid blue light.

If the Chime Repeater binding fails, please confirm whether

the following reasons exist:

*The Doorbell Main Module and Chime Repeater have been paired

before leaving the factory, and the user cannot untie them, so they

cannot be used with other doorbells.

*Just connect the Chime Repeater to the network, and the Doorbell

Main Module will automatically connect to the Chime Repeater aer

the Chime Repeater connects to the network.

*Aer the Chime Repeater is powered on and started for 10 minutes, the

network connection is still not performed, then the device will enter

the stop state where the white light is always on. If you want to

perform the network connection again, please unplug the power

supply and plug it in again, or press the function buttom for 10 seconds

to reset the network. When the indicator light changes to the flashing

yellow light, you can access the network again.

Under normal use of condition, this equipment should be

kept a separation distance of at least 20cm between the

antenna and the body of the user.

The Chime Repeater only supports the Wi-Fi network of

2.4 GHz band, but does not support the Wi-Fi network of 5

GHz band.

Unsupported special characters are entered in the Wi-Fi

name or password, resulting in the failure to connect to

the router. Please change them to commonly-used

characters before trying again.

Check whether the router has enabled the Wi-Fi

anti-squatter setting; if so, it will result in the failure of the

device to connect to the network.

Check whether the router has enabled AP Isolation; if so, it

will result in the failure of the phone to search the device

within the local area network.

connecté au réseau.

*Après que le répéteur pour sonnette a été branché et démarré pour 10

minutes, la connection au réseau n’est pas encore mise en place, et

puis l’appareil entre dans l’état d’arrêt et la lampe blanc est toujours

allumée. Si vous voulez mettre en place la connection au réseau

encore une fois, débranchez l’alimentation et le branchez encore une

fois, ou appuyez le bouton de fonction pour 10 secondes pour

デバイスの接続方法：

１．アプリのダウンロード

Appleのアプリストア、Google Play、Xiaomi GetApps、

Huawei App Galleryで「Aqara Home」を検索してダウンロー

ドするか、もしくは、下記のQRコードをスキャンして「

Aqara Home」をダウンロードするか、その後インストールし

ます。

2.デバイス通電の注意事項：

ドアベル中継器の電源を入れてドアベル中継器がアプリに新

規登録を完了した後、電池をドアベルの本体に装着してくだ

さい。

とりあえず、スマートフォンをドアベル中継器に近づいてく

ださい。その後、「Aqara Home」を開いてトップページの右

上「+」ボタンをタップして「スマートドアベルG4」を選択し

てください。最後まで、アプリ指示に従って操作してくださ

い。接続完了後、ドアベル中継器のランプは、青色で光って

います。

ドアベル中継器との接続に失敗した場合、下記に当てはまる

か、ご確認ください。

3.「AqaraHome」アプリにてドアベルの新規登録

アプリを開きます。

*ドアベルの本体と中継器は、出荷前にペアリングしておりそのペアリン

グを解除することができませんので、ほかのドアベルとペアリングして

使用することができます。

*ドアベル中継器をネットワークに接続します。本体は、自動的に中継器

に繋がります。

*ドアベル中継器の電源を入れてから10分間を経てネットワーク接続がで

きていない場合に指示ランプは常に白色で光りはじめ、停止状態となっ

てしまいます。その際にドアベル中継器の電源を抜いて再度電源を入れ

るか、もしくは機能ボタンを10秒ほど長押しするか、そのリセット操作

をしてから再度ネットワークに接続を10分間以内で再試行してください。

（指示ランプが黄色で点滅し始めるとネットワークに接続できるようにな

るとご認識してください）

WiFiの5GHzチャンネルに対応しないため2.4GHzチャンネル

と接続してください。

WiFiのSSIDまたはパスワードに有効範囲以外の文字を入力

されてしまったためルーターに接続できなくなりました。そ

の際に有効文字を入力して更新してください。その上で再試

行してください。

「ただ乗り」を防ぐ機能（ステルス機能など）を有効にして

いるか、ご確認ください。その場合にデバイスはインターネ

ットに繋がりません。一旦、その機能をオフにして再試行し

てください。

AP隔離（ステルス機能）をオンにしているかどうか、ご確

認ください。その場合、デバイスを探すことができなくなる

恐れがあります。

스마트 비디오 도어벨 G4 설치 방법

1. Aqara Home 앱 다운로드

Apple App Store, Google Play 에서 ‘Aqara Home’을

검색하거나 아래의 QR코드를 스캔하여 Aqara Home 앱을

다운로드해 주세요.

2. 장치 전원 켜기

먼저 차임 리피터의 전원을 켜고, 차임 리피터를 앱에 추가한 후

도어벨 기본 모듈에 배터리를 장착해 주세요. 설치 시 아래의 사항을

주의해 주세요.

3. 도어벨 추가하기

Aqara Home 접속

스마트폰을 차임 리피터 가까이에 위치시킨 후, Aqara Home 앱의

오른쪽 상단에 있는 ‘+’를 누르고, ‘스마트 비디오 도어벨 G4’를

선택해 주세요. 앱의 안내에 따라 연결을 완료하면 차임 리피터의

지시등이 파란색으로 변경 됩니다.

차임 리피터 연결에 실패하는 경우 아래의 문제들을 확인해주세요.

*도어벨 메인 모듈과 차임 리피터는 사전에 페어링이 되어 있어 다른 도어벨과 함께

사용할 수 없습니다.

*차임 리피터를 네트워크에 연결하면 도어벨 기본 모듈이 자동으로 차임 리피터에

연결됩니다.

*차임 리피터의 전원이 켜진 후 10분간 네트워크 연결이 되지 않으면 장치는 연결

중지 상태로 전환되어 흰색 지시등이 항상 켜져 있게 됩니다. 네트워크 접속을

다시 진행하려면 전원 공급 장치의 플러그를 뽑았다가 다시 꽂거나 버튼을 10초간

눌러 네트워크를 재설정하세요. 지시등이 노란색으로 깜박이면 네트워크에 다시

액세스할 수 있습니다.

차임 리피터는 2.4 GHz 대역의 Wi-Fi 네트워크만 지원하며 5 GHz

대역의 Wi-Fi 는 지원하지 않습니다.

Wi-Fi 이름 또는 비밀번호에 지원되지 않는 특수문자가 포함되어

있어 연결할 수 없는 경우 네트워크 이름이나 비밀 번호를 일반

문자로 변경한 후 다시 시도해 주세요.

공유기에 Wi-Fi 무단 사용 방지 기능이 켜져 있어 네트워크에

정상적인 연결을 할 수 없는지 확인해 주세요.

공유기의 AP 격리 기능으로 인해 스마트폰이 LAN에서 장치를 찾을

수 없는지 확인해 주세요.

快速連接裝置：

1. 下載用戶端

在 Apple App Store、Google Play、Xiaomi GetApps、Huawei

Aqara Home app。

2. 裝置通電：

請先將 Chime 中繼器接通電源，待 Chime 中繼器成功新增至

APP 後，再將電池裝入門鈴主機。同時注意以下要點：

將手機靠近 Chime 中繼器，開啟 Aqara Home App，按下首頁

右上角 "+"，選擇「智能可視門鈴 G4」，並依照 App 指示進行

操作。成功連線後，Chime 中繼器狀態指示燈將呈藍燈長亮狀

態。

如果 Chime 中繼器綁定失敗，請確認是否存在以下原因:

3. 新增門鈴

接入 Aqara Home

*門鈴主機和 Chime 中繼器在出廠前已完成配對且用戶無法解綁，不可與其

他門鈴混用。

*僅需將 Chime 中繼器連網成功即可，門鈴主機將在中繼器連網後自動連線

中繼器。

*Chime 中繼器通電啟動 10 分鐘後仍未執行連網動作，則裝置會進入白燈常

亮的停止狀態。若要重新開啟連網，請拔下電源重新接通，或長按功能鍵

10 秒重設網絡，當指示燈變為黃燈閃爍狀態後可重新連網。

Chime 中繼器僅支援連線 2.4 GHz 頻段的 Wi-Fi 網絡，不支援

連線 5 GHz 頻段的 Wi-Fi 網絡；

Wi-Fi 名稱或密碼中包含裝置不支援的特殊字元，導致無法連

線路由器。請修改為常用的字元後再試一次。

檢查路由器是否開啟 Wi-Fi 防蹭設定，導致裝置無法正常連網。

檢查路由器是否開啟 AP 隔離，導致手機在區域網羅內無法搜

尋到裝置。
