3. BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSER GEBRAUCH
Drehmomentschlüssel zur Anzeige des aktuellen Drehmoments
auf Skalenmessuhr sowie Speicherung des Endwerts am Schlepp-
zeiger.
ɾ Für kontrollierten Rechts- sowie Linksanzug.
ɾ Einsatzbereiche in der Automobilindustrie, im Maschinenbau
sowie privaten Gebrauch.
4. SACHWIDRIGER EINSATZ
Drehmomentschlüssel nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck
verwenden.
ɾ Vibrationen, ruckartige Bewegungen oder Erschütterungen
vermeiden.
ɾ Nicht als Hammer verwenden, nicht werfen.
ɾ Nicht zum Lösen von Verschraubungen verwenden.
ɾ Keine gewaltsame Anwendung.
ɾ Lagerung nicht mit leicht entflammbaren oder explosiven
Stoffen.
ɾ Aufbewahrung an sauberen, trockenen Ort.

5.1 NULLSTELLEN VOR ANWENDUNG
1. Hauptzeiger durch Drehen des Uhrengehäuses auf
Nullposition stellen.
2. Schleppzeiger durch Drehen des Schleppzeiger-Knopfs
auf Nullposition stellen.

5.2 SCHRAUBENANZUG
1. Gewünschten Steckschlüssel-Einsatz vollständig auf
Antriebs vierkant stecken.
▶ Verriegelung rastet hörbar ein.
2. Drehmomentschlüssel rechtwinklig auf festzu ziehende
Schraube oder Mutter ansetzen.
3. Kraft auf Kraftansatzlinie des Griffes bringen.
▶ Drehmoment auf Skalenmessuhr ablesen.
VORSICHT Verletzungsgefahr durch Überlastung
und Fehlbedienung des Drehmoment-
schlüssels!
▶ Kraftaufbringung bei erreichtem
Drehmoment stoppen.
▶ Vorgeschriebenes Drehmoment des
Anziehobjektes sowie maximales Dreh-
moment des Drehmomentschlüssels
beachten.
4. Bei Erreichen des gewünschten Drehmoments
Kraftaufbringung beenden.
Speicherung des Endwerts.
▶ Drehmoment bleibt nach Anwendung ablesbar.
5.3 ANZIEHVORGANG BEENDEN
1. Drehmomentschlüssel vom Anziehobjekt lösen.
2. Steckschlüssel-Einsatz durch leichtes Ziehen vom
Antriebsvierkant lösen.
3. Vor der nächsten Anwendung,
▶ Drehmomentschlüssel auf Null stellen
(siehe Abschnitt 5.1).

2. FUNDAMENTAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
NOTICE Damage due to overloading and misuse
Incorrect handling will cause damage to the
torque wrench.
▶ Check the torque specified for the object
to be tightened.
▶ Do not exceed the maximum torque for
the torque wrench.
▶ Apply the wrench only at right angles to the
fastener.
Technically safe condition of the torque wrench
Safety and correct operation depend on the wrench
being in good condition.
▶ Use only suitable spare parts.
▶ Neither the nuts, bolts, and the square drive may
exhibit any damage or signs wear.
▶ Use the wrench only when it is technically in good condition.
▶ Recalibration may be performed only by qualified specialist
personnel.
3. USE FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE
Torque wrench to display the current torque on a dial gauge
display and save the final value at the memory pointer.
ɾ For controlled tightening clockwise or anti-clockwise.
ɾ Application areas in the automobile industry,
in machine tool building and for private use.

4. USE CONTRARY TO THE INTENDED PURPOSE
Use the torque wrench only for the intended purpose.
ɾ Avoid vibration, jerky movements or shaking.
ɾ Do not use the wrench as a hammer, do not throw it.
ɾ Do not use it for undoing screw fastenings.
ɾ Do not use it in a violent way.
ɾ Do not store it alongside highly flammable or explosive
substances.
ɾ Store in a cool dry place.
ɾ Use only dry techniques to clean it, do not use any solvents.
5. PREPARATION FOR USE
5.1 ZERO THE WRENCH BEFORE USE
1. Turn the dial body to zero the position of the main
pointer.
2. Use the memory pointer button to zero the position
of the memory pointer.

5.2 SCREW TIGHTENING
1. Push the desired socket fully home on the square drive.
▶ The locking ball will audibly click into place.
2. Apply the torque wrench at right angles to the nut or
bolt that is to be tightened.
3. Apply force at the force application line of the handle.
▶ Read the torque at the dial gauge display.
CAUTION Risk of injury if the torque wrench is over-
loaded or misused!
▶ Once the desired torque is reached, apply
no more force.
▶ Do not exceed the specified torque for the
object to be tightened, or the maximum
rated torque of the torque wrench.
4. Once the desired torque is reached, apply no more force.
Saving the final value.
▶ After the torque has been applied,
the value remains readable.
5.3 ENDING THE TIGHTENING PROCEDURE
1. Remove the torque wrench from the object that was
tightened.
2. Gently pull the socket off the square drive.
3. Before the next use of the torque wrench,
▶ set the torque wrench to zero (see Section 5.1).

rapport au vissage.
Etat techniquement sûr de la clé dynamométrique
La sécurité et le bon fonctionnement dépendent d‘un parfait
état de l‘appareil.
▶ Utiliser uniquement des accessoires adaptés.
▶ Les vis, les écrous et le carré d‘entraînement ne peuvent
pas présenter de dommages ni de signes d‘usure.
▶ Utiliser uniquement l‘appareil s‘il se trouve dans un parfait
état technique.
▶ Seul un personnel technique qualifié peut procéder au
réétalonnage de l‘appareil.
3. UTILISATION CONFORME À L‘EMPLOI PRÉVU
Clé dynamométrique destinée à l‘affichage du couple actuel
sur un cadran gradué et à l‘enregistrement de la valeur finale
indiquée par l‘index mobile.
ɾ Pour serrages contrôlés à droite et à gauche.
ɾ Utilisation dans l‘industrie automobile, la construction
mécanique et à titre privé.

4. UTILISATION NON CONFORME
Utiliser la clé dynamométrique uniquement aux fins prévues.
ɾ Eviter les vibrations, les mouvements brusques ou les chocs.
ɾ Ne pas utiliser comme marteau, ne pas jeter.
ɾ Ne pas utiliser pour desserrer des raccords filetés.

5. MISE EN SERVICE
5.1 MISE À ZÉRO AVANT UTILISATION
1. Mettre l‘aiguille principale à zéro en tournant le boîtier
du cadran.
2. Mettre l‘index mobile à zéro en tournant son bouton.

5.2 SERRAGE
1. Insérer complètement la douillé désirée sur le carré
d‘entraînement.
▶ Le verrouillage s‘enclenche de manière audible.
2. Placer la clé dynamométrique à angle droit sur la vis
ou l‘écrou à visser.
3. Appliquer la force sur la ligne de force de la poignée.
▶ Lire le couple sur le cadran gradué.
ATTENTION Risque de blessure dû à la surcharge
et à une utilisation incorrecte de la clé
dynamométrique!
▶ Cesser l‘application de la force une fois le
couple atteint.
▶ Respecter le couple prescrit de l‘objet à
serrer ainsi que le couple maximal de la clé
dynamométrique.
4. Une fois le couple désiré atteint, cesser d‘appliquer la
force.
Enregistrement de la valeur finale.
▶ Le couple reste lisible après utilisation.
5.3 FIN DU SERRAGE
1. Retirer la clé dynamométrique de l‘objet à serrer.
2. Retirer la douille en la tirant légèrement du carré
d‘entraînement.
3. Avant la prochaine utilisation,
▶ mettre la clé dynamométrique à zéro (voir section 5.1).

3. IMPIEGO CONFORME ALLO SCOPO
PREVISTO
Chiave dinamometrica per la visualizzazione della reale
coppia sul quadrante e memorizzazione del valore finale
sull’ago di trascinamento.
ɾ Per il serraggio orario e antiorario controllato.
ɾ Campi d’impiego nell’industria automobilistica,
per la costruzione di macchine e per l’uso privato.
4. USO IMPROPRIO
Usare la chiave dinamometrica solo per gli scopi previsti.
ɾ Evitare vibrazioni, movimenti bruschi od oscillazioni.
ɾ Non utilizzare come un martello, non lanciare.
ɾ Non utilizzare per allentare collegamenti a vite.
ɾ Non utilizzare con violenza.
ɾ Non conservare con materiali facilmente infiammabili o
esplosivi.
ɾ Conservare in luogo pulito e asciutto.
ɾ Pulire solo a secco, non utilizzare solventi.
5. MESSA IN FUNZIONE
5.1 AZZERAMENTO PRIMA DELL‘APPLICAZIONE
1. Posizionare la lancetta principale in posizione zero
girando il corpo del quadrante.
2. Posizionare l’ago di trascinamento in posizione zero
girandone la manipola.

5.2 SERRAGGIO DI VITI
1. Inserire completamente sul quadro di manovra la chiave
a bussola desiderata.
▶ Il bloccaggio si innesta in maniera udibile.
2. Applicare la chiave dinamometrica ad angolo retto sulle
viti o i dadi da serrare.
3. Applicare la forza sulla linea di applicazione della forza
dell’impugnatura.
▶ Leggere la coppia sul quadrante.
ATTENZIONE Pericolo di lesioni in caso di
sovraccarico e utilizzo scorretto
della chiave dinamometrica!
▶ Arrestare l’applicazione della forza una
volta raggiunta la coppia.
▶ Rispettare la coppia prescritta dell’oggetto
di serraggio e la coppia massima della
chiave dinamometrica.
4. Terminare l’applicazione della forza una volta raggiunta
la coppia desiderata.
Memorizzazione del valore finale.
▶ La coppia resta leggibile dopo l’utilizzo.
5.3 TERMINARE IL PROCESSO DI SERRAGGIO
1. Staccare la chiave dinamometrica dall’oggetto di
serraggio.
2. Staccare la chiave a bussola estraendola delicatamente
dal quadro di manovra.
3. Prima dell’utilizzo successivo,
▶ posizionare la chiave dinamometrica sullo zero
(vedi punto 5.1).

2. INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD BÁSICAS
IMPORTANTE Daños por sobrecarga y mal de manejo
El mal manejo provoca daños en la llave
dinamométrica.
▶ Tener en cuenta el par de giro prescrito
del objeto a apretar.
▶ Tener en cuenta el par de giro de la llave
dinamométrica.
▶ Utilizar solo en atornillado rectangular.
Estado técnicamente seguro de la llave dinamométrica
La seguridad y el funcionamiento dependen del estado correcto.
▶ Utilizar solo accesorios adecuados.
▶ Tornillos, tuercas y rectángulos impulsores no deben
presentar daños o desgaste.
▶ Utilizar solo en estado técnicamente correcto.
▶ Recalibrado solo con personal técnico cualificado.

3. USO CONFORME A LO PREVISTO
Llave dinamométrica para la indicación del par de giro actual
en el reloj con escala graduada y guardado del valor final en el
indicador de seguimiento.
ɾ Para apriete controlado a la derecha y a la izquierda.
ɾ Áreas de aplicación en la industria automóvil, ingeniería
logística y uso privado.
4. UTILIZACIÓN INDEBIDA
Utilizar la llave dinamométrica solo para los fines previstos.
ɾ Evitar vibraciones, movimientos bruscos o sacudidas.
ɾ No utilizar como martillo, no lanzar.
ɾ No utilizar para desatornillar.
ɾ No utilizar violentamente.
ɾ No guardar con sustancias fácilmente inflamables o
explosivas.
ɾ Guardar en un sitio limpio y seco.
ɾ Limpiar en seco sin disolventes.
5. PUESTA EN MARCHA
5.1 PUESTA A CERO PREVIA A LA APLICACIÓN
1. Girar la aguja principal de la carcasa del reloj a
la posición cero.
2. Girar el indicador de seguimiento del botón de
la aguja de arrastre a la posición cero.

5.2 APRIETE DE TORNILLOS
1. Enchufar los vasos deseados completamente al
rectángulo impulsor.
▶ Se oye cómo el bloqueo se encaja.
2. Colocar la llave dinamométrica de manera rectangular
a los tornillos o tuercas que tengan que fijarse.
3. Aplicar fuerza a la línea de aplicación de fuerza del
mango.
▶ Leer el par de giro en el reloj con escala graduada.
ATENCION ¡Peligro de lesiones por sobrecarga y mal
manejo de la llave dinamométrica!
▶ Detener la aplicación de fuerza cuando
se haya alcanzado el par de giro.
▶ Tener en cuenta el par de giro prescrito
del objeto a apretar y el par de giro
máximo de la llave dinamométrica.
4. Cuando se alcance el par de giro deseado, detener la
aplicación de fuerza.
Guardado del valor final.
▶ El par de giro se puede seguir leyendo
después de la aplicación.
5.3 FINALIZAR EL PROCESO DE APRIETE
1. Separar la llave dinamométrica del objeto a apretar.
2. Separar el vaso tirando ligeramente del rectángulo
impulsor.
3. Antes de volverlo a utilizar,
▶ poner la llave dinamométrica a cero
(véase sección 5.1).
