Bitte lesen Sie die Anleitung vor Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes sorgfälltig durch. Sie finden eine Reihe von
wichtigen und nützlichen Hinweisen.
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Bei diesem Gerät können Sie die Netzspannung auf 230V und 120V einstellen. Prüfen Sie daher unbe-
dingt vor der Inbetriebnahme, ob die richtige Netzspannung eingestellt ist. Die Wahl der jeweiligen
Netzspannung können Sie z.B. mit einem kleinen Schraubendreher oder einen passenden Münze vor-
nehmen. Vergessen Sie nicht, z.B. nach der Rückkehr von einer Reise, den Spannungswahlschalter
wieder in die richtige Position zu bringen. Die Nichtbeachtung dieses Hinweises kann zu einer
Beschädigung des Gerätes führen. Dieses Gerät erfüllt die CE-Vorschriften und entspricht den
Richtlinien 73/23/EG und 89/336/EG. Immer Netzstecker ziehen bei Betriebsstörungen, vor jeder
Reinigung und wenn das Gerät nicht in Gebrauch ist! Niemals am Netzkabel ziehen! Tauchen Sie
das Gerät nie in Wasser, und setzen Sie es weder Regen noch anderer Feuchtigkeit aus! Sollte das
Gerät doch einmal ins Wasser gefallen sein, nehmen Sie es erst dann aus dem Wasser, wenn der
Netzstecker gezogen ist! Danach nicht mehr in Betrieb nehmen, sondern erst von einer zugelassenen
Servicestelle überprüfen lassen. Dies gilt auch, wenn das Netzkabel oder das Gerät beschädigt sind oder
wenn der Haartrockner heruntergefallen ist. Achten Sie darauf, dass Netzkabel und Gerät nie auf heissen
Oberflächen oder in der Nähe von Wärmequellen plaziert werden. Verlegen Sie das Netzkabel so, dass
es nicht mit heissen oder scharfkantigen Gegenständen in Berührung kommt. Benutzen Sie den
Haartrockner nicht, wenn Sie sich auf feuchtem Boden befinden oder wenn Ihre Hände oder das
Gerät nass sind. Knicken Sie das Netzkabel nicht und wickeln Sie es nicht um das Gerät. Lassen Sie
das Gerät während des Betriebes nicht ohne Aufsicht. Reparaturen dürfen nur von zugelassenen
Kundendienststellen ausgeführt werden. Versuchen Sie daher nie, das Gerät zu öffnen oder z.B. mit
Metallgegenständen in das Innere zu gelangen. Wenn das Gerät nicht bestimmungsgemäss
gebraucht oder falsch bedient wird, kann für daraus entstehende Schäden keine Haftung über-
nommen werden! Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien, da es Regen oder anderer Feuchtigkeit
ausgesetzt werden könnte! Elektrogeräte sind kein Kinderspielzeug! Deshalb das Gerät außerhalb
der Reichweite von Kindern benutzen und aufbewahren. Anschlussleitung nicht herunterhängen
lassen. Bei einer Beschädigung des Netzkabels darf dieses nur durch eine vom Hersteller benannte
Reparaturwerkstatt (siehe Garantiekarte) ersetzt werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden. Dieser
Haartrockner ist nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt, sondern ausschließlich für die
Benutzung im privaten Haushalt! Bewahren Sie die Bedienungsanleitung auf und geben Sie diese bei
Weitergabe des Gerätes mit.
Besondere Sicherheitshinweise bei der Benutzung von Haartrocknern
Benutzen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in oder in der Nähe von Badewanne, Dusche, Waschbecken
oder anderen Gefässen, die Wasser enthalten. Gefahr besteht auch bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät.
Deshalb nach Gebrauch immer Netzstecker ziehen! Der Einbau einer Fehlstromschutzeinrichtung mit
einem Nennauslösestrom von nicht mehr als 30 mA in der Hausinstallation bietet zusätzlichen Schutz.
Wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Elektroinstallateur. Decken Sie das Lufteintrittsgitter während des
Betriebes nicht ab, und reinigen Sie es von Zeit zu Zeit. Bei eingeschränktem Lufteintritt wird das
Gerät durch den eingebauten Überhitzungsschutz abgeschaltet. Stellen Sie den Schalter in diesem
Fall bitte auf die Stellung "0", und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker. Lassen Sie das Gerät ca. 10 Minuten
abkühlen, bevor Sie es erneut in Betrieb nehmen. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht für Perücken oder
Haarteile aus synthetischem Material. Schalten Sie den Haartrockner immer aus, wenn Sie ihn aus der
Hand legen. Benutzen Sie das Gerät ausschliesslich zum Trocknen und Frisieren Ihrer Haare, kei-
nesfalls für andere Zwecke. Der Haartrockner ist ausschliesslich für die Trocknung von mensch-
lichen Haaren bestimmt!
Benutzung des Haartrockners
Ihrem Reise-Haartrockner sind zwei Adapter beigefügt, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, das Gerät weltweit zu
benutzen. Dazu den jeweiligen Adapter einfach auf den Stecker schieben, bevor Sie das Gerät am Netz
anschließen. Beachten Sie bitte zusätzlich die jeweilige Netzspannung! Stellen Sie den Spannungs-
wahlschalter auf die entsprächende Spannung ein! Dieser Haartrockner ist mit einem 3-Stufen-
Schalter ausgestattet: "0" = AUS-Stellung, "1" = niedrige Heiz- und Lüfterstufe, "2" = hohe Heiz- und
Lüfterstufe. Zum schnellen Trocknen der Haare empfehlen wir, zunächst auf die Stufe "2" zu schalten und
nach einer Weile auf die niedrige Stufe "1" umzuschalten, um die gewünschte Frisur zu formen. Mit der
beiligenden Stylingdüse, die in jede Position gedreht werden kann, können Sie den Luftstrom gezielt zum
Stylen einsetzen. Bevor Sie die Haare auskämmen, lassen Sie diese zuerst auskühlen, damit Ihre Frisur
in Form bleibt. Zu Ihrem Haartrockner gehört außerdem ein "Finger"-Diffusor (Luftdusche). Dieser ermög-
licht es Ihnen Ihr Haar besonders schonend zu trocknen, z.B. bei dauergewelltem Haar. Auch bei soge-
nannten "luftgetrockneten" Dauerwellen ist der Einsatz des Diffusors sehr empfehlenswert, da Sie hier
nahezu den Effekt des Lufttrocknens erhalten. Hierzu nehmen Sie die Stylingdüse vom Gerät ab, um
anschließend den Diffusor aufzusetzen. Nun können Sie mit dem Trocknen Ihrer Haare beginnen bzw.
fortfahren. Lassen Sie den Haartrockner zuerst vollständig abkühlen, bevor Sie Ihn verstauen. Zur
platzsparenden Aufbewahrung klappen Sie einfach den Griff des Gerätes ein. Ziehen Sie nach jedem
Gebrauch den Netzstecker.
Reinigung
Ziehen Sie bitte vor dem Reinigen immer den Netzstecker! Lassen Sie das Gerät vor der Reinigung
zuerst vollständig abkühlen. Achten Sie darauf, daß keine Flüssigkeit in das Innere des Gerätes
gelangt. Reinigen Sie das Lufteintrittsgitter in regelmäßigen Abständen mit einer kleinen Bürste von Staub
und Haaren. Zur Reinigung des Gehäuses benutzen Sie ein trockenes, allenfalls mäßig feuchtes, gut aus-
gewrungenes Tuch. Anschließend gut trocken reiben. Verwenden Sie keine scharfen Reinigungs- und
Scheuermittel.

Please read these instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation. You will find a number
of important and useful instructions.
General safety instructions
With this appliance you can set the mains voltage to 230V and 120V. Before switching on your appliance
check at any rate if the right mains voltage is set. You can do the setting of the respective mains voltage
for example with the help of a small screw-driver or a fitting coin. Do not forget to reset the voltage
selector switch into the right position, for example after regressing from a journey. The non-obser-
vance of this instruction can lead to damages of the appliance. This appliance complies with the CE
regulations and corresponds to the directives 73/23/EEC and 89/336/EEC. Always unplug your appli-
ance in the case of failure, before cleaning it and when not in use! Never pull on the mains cable!
Never immerse the appliance in water and do not expose it neither to rain nor to any humidity! If,
however, the appliance should fall into water take it out of the water only when you have unplug-
ged the power plug! Have your appliance examined by a qualified serviceman before using it again. The
same goes for damages of the power cable or the appliance or if the hairdryer has been dropped. Take
care that the power cable and the appliance are situated never on hot surfaces or near heat sources.
Position the power cable in a way that contact to hot or sharp-edged objects is impossible. Do not use
the hairdryer standing on a wet ground or when your hands or the appliance are wet. Do not bend
the power cable and do not wind it round the appliance. Keep the appliance under supervision while
using it. Repairs should only be performed by authorized customer services. Never try to open the appli-
ance or to get inside it for example with metallic objects. If you do not keep to the instructions accor-
ding to the use of the appliance or if you operate it in the wrong way the responsibility for the resul-
ting damages will not be accepted! Do not operate the appliance outdoors, it could be exposed to
rain or other humidity! Electrical appliances are not children`s toys! Use and store the appliance
out of the reach of children. Do not allow the connection lead of the appliance to hang down. A
damaged power cable has to be replaced by a workshop indicated by the manufacturer (see guarantee)
to avoid dangerous situations. This hairdryer is not to be used for commercial but only for private
purposes! Keep this operating instructions and give it to others if you pass on the appliance.
Special safety instructions using hairdryers
Never use the appliance in or near the bath tub, the shower, the wash-basin or other vessels full
of water. Danger also exists when the appliance is switched off. Always unplug the appliance after
use! The installation of a leakage current protective device with a nominal tripping current of not more than
30 mA in the installation of the house presents additional protection. Please turn to your electrician. Do
not cover the air-intake grille during use and clean it from time to time. With a limited air-intake the
appliance will be switched off automatically by a built-in overheat protector. In this case set the
power switch to the position "0" and unplug the appliance. Let the appliance cool down for about
10 minutes before using it again. Do not use the appliance for wigs or hairpieces of synthetic material.
Always switch off the hairdryer if you put it away. Only use the appliance to dry and do your hair, not
for other purposes. The hairdryer is exclusively intended for drying human hair!
Instruction for use
Two adapter plugs accompany the hairdryer as accessories which enable your appliance to be used world-
wide. Put the respective adapter onto the plug before connecting the appliance. Additionally pay atten-
tion to the respective power voltage! Set the power switch to the respective voltage! This hairdryer
has a 3-step switch: "0" = Off, "1" = low temperature/low airflow, "2" = high temperature/high airflow. For
quick hairdrying we recommend the use of the setting "2" first, after a while switch to setting "1" to do your
desired hairstyle. With the enclosed styling nozzle turnable into every position you can use the air stream
well-directed for styling. Before combing your hair let it cool down first, so that your hairstyle keeps its
shape. In addition a “finger”-diffusor accompanies the hairdryer which enables you to dry your hair in a
particular mild way, for example when you have permanent waves. The use of the diffusor is also very
recommendable with so-called “air-dried” permanent waves because you get nearly the effect of the air-
drying. Take off the styling nozzle to put on the difusor. Now you can begin or continue drying your hair.
Let your hairdryer cool down completely before storing it. Fold the handle of the appliance for space-
saving storage. Unplug the appliance after every use.
Cleaning
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it! Let the appliance cool down completely before cle-
aning it. Take care that no liquids get inside the appliance. Remove hair and dust from the air inlet
grille with a small brush at regular intervals.
To clean the casing use a dry, at most a bit damp, wrong out towel. Afterwards rub it dry accurately. Do
not use any caustic cleaning agents and scouring powder.

Mesures de sécurité générales
Vous pouvez brancher cet appareil sur 230V ou 120V . C’est pourquoi il faut vérifier la tension avant de
brancher l’appareil. Vous pouvez sélectionner la tension, par exemple, avec un petit tournevis ou une
pièce de monnaie adéquate. N’oubliez pas, par exemple, en revenant d’un voyage de remettre le
commutateur de voltage dans la bonne position. Le non-respect de cette instruction peut entraî-
ner la détérioration de l’appareil. Cet appareil est conforme aux règlements de l’Union Européenne
73/23/UE et 89/336/UE. En cas de dérangement, pour le nettoyage ou si l’appareil est hors-service,
veuillez toujours le débrancher ! Ne jamais tirer sur le cordon de branchement ! Ne jamais plonger
l’appareil dans l’eau et ne jamais l’exposer à la pluie ou à l’humidité! Au cas où l’appareil serait
tombé à l’eau, il faut seulement le sortir de l’eau après l’avoir débranché! Il est interdit de le remet-
tre en marche sans l’avoir fait vérifier par un technicien compétent. Ceci compte également si le cordon
de branchement ou l’appareil sont endommagés ou si le sèche-cheveux est tombé. L’appareil et son cor-
don de branchement ne doivent jamais entrer en contact avec des surfaces à haute température ou être
déposé à proximité de sources de chaleur. Disposez le cordon de branchement de telle sorte qu’il ne soit
pas en contact avec des objets chauds ou à surfaces à arêtes vives. N’utilisez pas le sèche-cheveux si
vous vous trouvez sur un sol humide ou si vos mains ou l’appareil sont humides. Ne pliez pas le
cordon de branchement et ne l’enroulez pas autour de l’appareil. Ne laissez pas l’appareil hors de vue
quand il se trouve en marche. Les réparations ne peuvent être effectuées que par le service après-vente
compétent. N’essayez jamais d’ouvrir l’appareil ou de pénétrer à l’intérieur avec des objets en métal. Si
vous n’utilisez pas l’appareil conformément aux instructions ou si vous l’utilisez de manière inadé-
quate, nous ne sommes pas responsables pour d’éventuels dommages. N’utilisez pas l’appareil à
l’extérieur car il pourrait être exposé à la pluie ou à d’autres sources d’humidité! Les appareils
électriques ne sont pas des jouets pour enfants ! C’est pourquoi veillez toujours à ce qu’ils ne
soient pas accessibles pour les enfants et que ceux-ci ne puissent pas les utiliser. Ne laissez pas
le cordon de branchement en suspension. En cas d’endommagement du cordon de branchement,
celui-ci ne peut être remplacé que par le service-après-vente désigné par le fabricant (voire carte de
garantie)afin d’éviter d’éventuels dangers. Ce sèche-cheveux n’est pas destiné à une utilisation
industrielle mais uniquement à une utilisation privée! Conservez bien le mode d’emploi. Si vous avez
l’intention de prêter cet appareil à une tierce personne, vous devez lui remettre le présent mode d’emploi.
Instructions de sécurité spéciales pour l’utilisation de sèche-cheveux
N’utilisez jamais l’appareil dans ou à proximité de la baignoire, de la douche, du lavabo ou d’au-
tres ustensiles contenant de l’eau. Des dangers pourraient également se présenter quand l’appar-
eil a été mis hors service. C’est pourquoi il faut veiller à toujours déconnecter l’appareil après l’em-
ploi! Pour plus de sécurité il est recommandé d’installer un dispositif de protection de courant de fuite
avec un courant de déclenchement nominal ne dépassant pas 30 mA. Prière de vous adresser à votre
électricien. Ne bouchez pas les grilles d’entrée et de sortie d’air et nettoyez-les de temps en temps.
L’appareil est protégé contre le surchauffage par exemple si vous obstruez les fentes de ventila-
tion. Dans ce cas, il coupe automatiquement le courant. Dans ce cas, mettez le commutateur sur
la position "0", et déconnectez l’appareil de la prise de courant. L’appareil peut être remis en mar-
che après un bref refroidissement d’environ 10 minutes. N’utilisez pas l’appareil pour des perruques
ou des cheveux en matériel synthétique. Mettez toujours le sèche-cheveux hors quand vous ne l’avez plus
en main. N’utilisez cet appareil que pour sécher ou coiffer vos cheveux, et jamais à d’autres fins.
Ce sèche-cheveux a été conçu exclusivement pour sécher les cheveux d’êtres humains!
Mise en service du sèche-cheveux
Les deux adapteurs ci-joint vous permettent d’utiliser l’appareil dans le monde entier. Pour cela, il suffit de
fixer l’adapteur respectif sur la prise avant de connecter l’appareil au courant. Faites attention à la ten-
sion du courant respective ! Mettez le commutateur de tension sur la position respective!
Ce sèche-cheveux dispose d’un interrupteur à 3 positions : "0" = appareil hors circuit, "1" = puissance de
chauffage basse et débit d’air limité, "2" = puissance de chauffage et débit d’air maximum. Pour un sécha-
ge rapide de vos cheveux, nous recommandons de sélectionner tout d’abord la position "2" et après un
certain temps la position inférieure "1" pour donner à votre coiffure la forme souhaitée. Avec le dispositif
pour styling c-joint qui peut être tourné dans tous les sens, vous pouvez utiliser le débit d’air à votre con-
venance pour effectuer le styling. Laissez refroidir les cheveux avant de passer un coup de peigne afin
que votre coiffure garde la forme. Vous disposez en outre d’un « Finger"-Diffusor » (douche à air). Celui-
ci permet de sécher les cheveux avec beaucoup de soin, p. ex. pour les permanentes. L’utilisation du dif-
fuseur est également recommandée pour les permanentes à séchage « à l’air » car vous bénéficiez en
quelque sorte de l’effet de séchage à l’air. A cet effet, vous enlevez le dispositif de styling de l’appareil pour
y fixer le diffuseur. Maintenant vous pouvez commencer ou continuer à sécher vos cheveux. Laisser
refroidir le sèche-cheveux entièrement avant de le ranger. Afin de le ranger sans perdre de place, il
suffit de claquer le manche de l’appareil. Après utilisation, débranchez toujours votre sèche-cheveux.
Nettoyage
Débranchez toujours l’appareil avant le nettoyage! Laisser entiérement refroidir l’appareil avant le
nettoyage. Faites attention à ce qu’aucun liquide ne pénètre dans l’appareil. Nettoyer régulièrement
les grilles des fentes de ventilation à l’aide d’une petite brosse pour enlever la poussière et les cheveux.
Vous pouvez nettoyer l’appareil avec un chiffon sec ou légèrement humide après l’avoir bien tordu et ensu-
ite bien le sécher. N’utilisez pas de produits nettoyants trop forts ni de produits à récurer.

Algemene veiligheidstips
Bij dit apparaat kunt U de netspanning op 230V en 120V instellen.
Kijkt U daarom in ieder geval voor de inbedrijfstelling, of de juiste netspanning is ingesteld. De keuze van
de passende netspanning kunt U b.v. met een kleine schroevedraaier of een passend muntstuk voorne-
men.Vergeet U a.u.b. niet, b.v. na terugkeer van een reis, de keuzeschakelaar van de spanning weer
in de juiste positie te zetten. Het niet opvolgen van deze aanwijzing kan tot een beschadiging van
het apparaat leiden. Dit apparaat voldoet aan de CE-voorschriften en correspondeert met de regels
73/23/EG en 89/336/EG. Steeds de netstekker uit het stopcontact trekken bij bedrijfsstoringen, voor
elke reiniging en wanneer het apparaat niet in gebruik is! Nooit aan de netkabel trekken! Doet U
a.u.b. het apparaat nooit in water, en laat U het noch met regen, noch met andere vochtigheid in
aanraking komen! Indien het apparaat toch een keer in het water is gevallen, neemt U het dan pas
uit het water, wanneer de netstekker uit het stopcontact is getrokken! Daarna niet meer in bedrijf
nemen, maar eerst door een servicedienst laten onderzoeken. Dit geldt ook, wanneer de netkabel of het
apparaat zijn beschadigd of wanneer de föhn op de grond is gevallen. Let U er a.u.b. op, dat de netkabel
en het apparaat nooit op hete oppervlakten of in de buurt van warmte-bronnen geplaatst worden. Legt U
de netkabel zo, dat hij niet met hete of scherpkantige voorwerpen in contact komt. Gebruikt U de föhn
niet wanneer U zich op een natte bodem bevindt of wanneer Uw handen of het apparaat nat zijn.
Knikt U de netkabel niet om en wikkelt U hem niet om het apparaat. Laat U het apparaat tijdens het
gebruik niet zonder toezicht. Reparaties mogen slechts door vakkundige klantendiensten worden uit-
gevoerd. Probeert U daarom nooit, het apparaat te openen of b.v. met metalen voorwerpen in het appa-
raat te komen. Wanneer het apparaat niet volgens de bepalingen wordt gebruikt of verkeerd wordt
bediend, kan voor daaruit resulterende beschadigingen geen aansprakelijkheid worden overge-
nomen! Gebruikt U a.u.b. het apparaat niet in de open lucht, omdat het met regen of andere voch-
tigheid in aanraking zou kunnen komen! Electrische apparaten zijn geen kinderspeelgoed!
Daarom het apparaat buiten het bereik van kinderen gebruiken en bewaren. De aansluitingskabel
niet omlaag laten hangen. Bij een beschadiging van de netkabel mag deze alleen door een door de fabri-
cant genoemd reparatie-bedrijf (zie het garantiebewijs) worden vervangen, om gevaren te vermijden.
Deze föhn is niet voor beroepsgebruik bedoeld, maar enkel en alleen voor het gebruik in particu-
liere huishoudens! Bewaart U a.u.b. de gebruiksaanwijzing op en geeft U deze mee bij het verder geven
van het apparaat.
Bijzondere veiligheidstips bij het gebruik van een föhn
Gebruikt U a.u.b. het apparaat in geen geval in of in de buurt van badkuip, douche, vaste wastafel
of andere vaten, die water bevatten. Gevaar bestaat ook, wanneer het apparaat is uitgeschakeld.
Daarom na gebruik steeds de stekker uit ket stopcontact trekken! Het inbouwen van een veiligheid-
sinrichting voor verkeerde stroomspanning met een nominale stroom- waarde van niet meer dan 30 mA
in de huisinstallatie geeft nog een extra beveiliging. Neemt U contact op met Uw installateur. Dekt U a.u.b.
het luchtrooster tijdens het gebruik niet af, en maakt U het van tijd tot tijd schoon. Bij beperkte
luchttoevoer wordt het apparaat door de ingebouwde beveiliging tegen oververhitting uitgescha-
keld. Zet U de schakelaar in dit geval a.u.b. in de positie „0“, en trekt U de netstekker uit het stop-
contact. Laat U het apparaat a.u.b. ca. 10 minuten afkoelen, voordat U het weer gebruikt. Gebruikt
U het apparaat niet voor pruiken of haardelen uit synthetisch materiaal. Schakelt U a.u.b. de föhn steeds
uit, wanneer U hem uit de hand legt. Gebruikt U a.u.b. het apparaat uitsluitend voor het drogen en fri-
seren van Uw haren, in geen geval voor andere doeleinden. De föhn is uitsluitend voor het drogen
van menselijke haren bedoeld!
Gebruik van de föhn
Bij Uw reis-föhn zijn twee adapters toegevoegd, die het U mogelijk maken, het apparaat in de hele wereld
te gebruiken. Daartoe de passende adapter eenvoudig op de stekker schuiven, voordat U het apparaat
aan het stroomnet aansluit. Let U a.u.b.steeds op de juiste netspanning! Stelt U a.u.b. de keuze-
schakelaar van de spanning op de passende spanning in! Deze föhn is voozien van een schakelaar
met 3 standen: „0“ = UIT-Stand, „1“ = lage warmte- en ventilatorstand, „2“ = hoge warmte- en ventilator-
stand. Voor het snelle drogen van de haren raden wij U aan, eerst de stand „2“ in te schakelen en na een

Uw föhn hoort bovendien een „Finger“-Diffusor (Luchtdouche). Deze maakt het U mogelijk Uw haar extra

Diffusor zeer aan te bevelen, omdat U hier nagenoeg het effect van de „luchtdroger“ krijgt. Hiervoor neemt
U de „stylingstraal“ van het apparaat af, om daarna de Diffusor er op te zetten. Nu kunt U met het drogen
van Uw haren beginnen of verder gaan. Laat U a.u.b. de föhn eerst volledig afkoelen, voordat U hem
inpakt. Om bij het bewaren plaats te sparen kunt U de greep van het apparaat eenvoudig inklappen.
Trekt U na elk gebruik de stekker uit het stopcontact.
Schoonmaken
Trekt U a.u.b. voor het schoonmaken steeds de stekker uit het stopcontact! Laat U het apparaat
voor het schoonmaken eerst volledig afkoelen. Let U er op, dat er geen vloeistof in het apparaat
komt. Maakt U a.u.b. het luchtrooster in regelmatige afstanden met een kleine borstel vrij van stof en
haren. Voor de reiniging van de koker neemt U a.u.b. een droog, hoogstens matig vochtig, goed uitge-
wrongen doek. Vervolgens goed droog wrijven. Gebruikt U a.u.b. geen scherpe reinigings- en schuur-
middelen.

Advertencias generales de seguridad
El aparato dispone de la posibilidad adaptarlo a la tensión de red de 230 V o de 120 V. Por lo tanto, antes
de hacerlo funcionar debe asegurarse si está ajustado a la tensión correcta. La selección del voltaje cor-
recto puede efectuarse mediante un pequeño destornillador o una moneda adecuada. No se olvide vol-
ver a poner el seleccionador de tensión en su posición correcta, p.e. tras un viaje que haya reali-
zado. En caso de no atender esta advertencia puede dañar seriamente al aparato. El aparato cum-
ple con las normativas CE y los reglamentos 73/23/EG y 89/336/EG. En caso de funcionamiento defec-
tuoso del aparato, antes de cada limpieza y cuando no se está utilizando debe desconectar la cla-
vija de red. Nunca estire del cable! Nunca debe sumergir el aparato al agua ni exponerlo a la llu-
via o a la humedad! En caso que el aparato haya caído al agua, desconecte primeramente el cable
de red y a continuación saquelo del agua! ! No debe volver a hacerlo funcionar antes de que lo haya

o el aparato estén dañados o el secador se haya caído al suelo. Tenga en cuenta que ni el cable ni el apa-

si Usted se encuentra sobre piso humedo o sí sus manos o el aparato estén mojados. No doble el
cable ni lo enrolle con el aparato. No se aleje del aparato mientras esté en funcionamiento. Solamente
los servicios técnicos autorizados deben efectuar posibles reparaciones. Por lo tanto no trate de abrir el
aparato, ni acceder al interior p.e. con objetos metálicos. Sí el aparato no se usa correctamente o para
otros fines que el previsto, no se puede responsabilizar de los posibles daños causados! No use
el aparato al aire libre porque puede estar expuesto a la lluvia o la humedad! En caso de rotura del
cable, este debe ser cambiado solamente por un servicio de reparación indicado por el fabricante (ver tar-

Instrucciones de seguridad específicas para el uso de secadores de cabello
En ningún caso use el aparato dentro o cerca de bañeras, duchas, lavabos u otros recipientes que
contienen agua! También con el aparato apagado existe peligro, por lo tanto desconecte el cable
siempre después de usar el aparato! Puede obtener una mayor protección colocando en su instalaci-
ón doméstica un interuptor diferencial con una corriente nominal de disparo no mayor a 30 mA. Consulte
un instalador electricista. No tape la rejilla de entrada de aire durante su uso y limpiela de vez en
cuando. Sí disminua la entrada de aire, el aparato se apaga por el dispositivo de sobrecalentamieto
integrado. En tal caso, ponga el interuptor en la posición „ 0 “ y desconecte el cable de la red. Deje
enfriar el aparato unos 10 minutos antes de hacerlo funcionar de nuevo. No use el secador para
pelucas o partes de cabello sintéticas. Apague el secador siempre que lo deje de la mano. Use el apa-
rato exclusivamente para secar y peinar su cabello y no para otros fines. El secador está destina-
do exclusivamente para el secado de cabello humano!
Uso del secador de cabello
Su secador de cabello de viaje está suministrado con dos adaptadores que le permiten utilizarlo en todo
el mundo. Simplemente debe colocar el adaptador indicado sobre la clavija del cable antes de conectar-
lo con la red. Fijese en la tensión de red y ponga el seleccionador de tensión en la posición cor-
respondiente! Este secador de cabello dispone de un conmutador de 3 posiciones : „ 0 “ = apagado,
„ 1 “ = posición de bajo calentamiento y aire, „ 2 “ = posición de alto calentamiento y aire. Para el secado
rápido de cabello recomendamos utilizar primero la posición „ 2 “ y después bajar a la posición „ 1 “ para
formar el peinado deseado. El secador viene con un difusor diseñador giratorio a todas las posiciones,
para formar peinados mediante el caudal de aire. Antes de peinar el cabello debe dejarlo enfriarse para
que el peinado se mantenga en forma. Su secador dispone también de un difusor pequeño (ducha de
aire) que le permite un secado cuidadoso del cabello, p.e. sí tiene permanente. Asimismo se recomienda
el uso del difusor en el caso de la asi llamada „permanente secada al aire“, ya que mantiene el aspecto
del „secado al aire“. Para tal fin quite el difusor diseñador grande para colocar seguidamente el difusor
pequeño. Prosiga secando el cabello. Deje enfriar completamente el secador antes de guardarlo.
Para ahorrar espacio puede doblar el cabo del secador. Desconecte el cable de red tras cada uso!
Limpieza

de la limpieza. Evite que ningún líquido llegue al interior del aparato. Quite periodicamente cabellos
y polvo de la rejilla de entrada de aire con un pequeño cepillo. Para la limpieza del cuerpo del aparato,
use un paño seco o poco húmedo. Después sequelo bién. No use detergentes fuertes o raspantes.

Indicações de segurança gerais
Neste aparelho pode-se ajustar a tensão da rede a 230V e a 120V. Por isso verifique em todos os casos antes
de pôr em funcionamento se a tensão certa está ajustada. A ajustação da respectiva tensão da rede pode ser
efectuada por exemplo com uma chave de fendas ou uma moeda apropiada. Não se esqueça de colocar o
selector de tensão na posição certa por exemplo depois de regressar duma viagem. A inobservância
destas indicações pode levar a avarias do aparelho. Este aparelho cumpre os regulamentos da CE e cor-
responde às directivas 73/23/CEE e 89/336/CEE. Desligue sempre a ficha em caso de avaria, antes da lim-
peza e quando não estiver a ser utilizado! Nunca puxe o cabo para desligá-lo da tomada! Nunca mer-
gulhe o aparelho na água e não o exponha a chuva nem a humidade! Se todavia o aparelho caia na
água, só tire-o da água depois de ter desligado a ficha da corrente! Depois não o ponha em funciona-
mento mas deixe examiná-lo pela assistência técnica provada. Isto também vale com avarias do cabo da rede

rede e não o enrole à volta do aparelho. Não deixe o aparelho sem vigilância enquanto estiver a ser utili-
zado. Reparações têm que ser efectuadas pelos serviços da clientela apropiados. Por isso nunca tente abrir o

Indicações de segurança especiais para o uso de secadores
Nunca use o aparelho em ou perto da banheira, do chuveiro, do lavatório ou de outros depósitos
cheios de água. Perigo também existe quando o aparelho está desligado. Por isso desligue sem-
pre a ficha da rede depois do uso! A instalação do dispositivo de protecção de corrente de fuga com
um corrente de desligar nominal de não mais de 30mA nas instalações da casa apresenta protecção
suplementar. Dirija-se ao seu electricista. Não destape a grelha de entrada de ar durante o funciona-
mento e limpe-a de vez em quando. Com uma entrada de ar limitada o aparelho desliga-se auto-
maticamente devido a instalada protecção de sobreaquecimento. Neste caso coloque o interrup-
tor na posição “0” e desligue a ficha da rede. Deixe o aparelho arrefecer por 10 minutos antes de
pô-lo novamente em funcionamento. Não use o aparelho para perucas ou apliques feitos de material
sintético. Desligue sempre o secador quando não o usa. Use o aparelho só para secar e frisar o cabe-
lo, nunca para outros motivos. O secador é determinado exclusivamente para secar cabelo huma-
no!
Uso do secador
O secador vem acompanhado por dois adaptadores de maneira que se possa usar o aparelho em todo o
mundo. Para isso ponha o respectivo adaptador na ficha antes de ligar o aparelho à rede.
Adicionalmente verifique a respectiva tensão da rede! Ajuste o interruptor da tensão à posição
certa! Este secador tem um interruptor com 3 posições: "0" = Desligado, "1" = baixa posição do aqueci-
mento e do ventilador, "2" = alta posição do aquecimento e do ventilador. Para secar o cabelo rapida-
mente recomendamos de colocar o interruptor primeiro na posição "2", depois algum tempo mude para a
posição mais baixa "1" para modelar o penteado desejado. Com a agulheta que está junta e que pode
ser virada para todas as posições pode-se usar a corrente de ar para fins de modelar. Antes de pentear
o cabelo deixe arrefecê-lo assim que o seu penteado preserve a forma. O seu secador vem acompanha-
do também por um difusor. Com este difusor pode-se secar o cabelo muito cuidadosamente, por exem-
plo quando tem ondulações permanentes. Também no caso das chamadas ondulações secadas ao ar o
uso do difusor é muito recomendável porque assim quase consegue o efeito “seco ao ar”. Para isso tire
a agulheta do aparelho para pôr depois o difusor. Agora pode começar ou continuar a secar o cabelo.
Deixe arrefecer o secador completamente antes de arrumá-lo. Para um melhor arrumamento sim-
plesmente dobre o aparelho. Desligue sempre a ficha da rede depois do uso.
Limpeza
Desligue sempre a ficha da rede antes da limpeza! Deixe arrefecer o aparelho completamente
antes da limpeza. Verifique que não entre líquido no interior do aparelho. Limpe a grelha de entra-
da de ar de cabelos e de pó com uma escova pequena em intervalos regulares. Para a limpeza da caixa
use um pano seco ou em máximo húmido, bem torcido. Depois esfregue-o bem seco. Não use deter-
gentes e agentes abrasivos acres.

o lo stesso asciugacapelli sia bagnato. Non piegate e non avvolgete il cavo intorno all’apparecchio. Non
lasciate l’apparecchio inosservato durante il funzionamento. I lavori di riparazione devono essere effet-
tuati soltanto dai centri di servizio autorizzati. Non cercate quindi di aprire l’apparecchio o di raggiungerne
l’interno ad es. con degli oggetti metallici. Nel caso in cui l’apparecchio non venga usato in osservan-

ulteriori informazioni rivolgetevi al Vs. elettricista di fiducia. Non coprire il filtro dell’entrata dell’aria
durante il funzionamento e pulirlo periodicamente. In caso di diminuzione dell’aria in entrata, l’ap-
parecchio si spegne automaticamente grazie ad una protezione contro il surriscaldamento incor-
porata. In tal caso, si prega di posizionare l’interruttore sullo “0” e di staccare la spina. Lasciare
raffreddare l’apparecchio per 10 minuti circa prima di metterlo nuovamente in funzione.
L’apparecchio non deve essere usato per il trattamento di parrucche o parti di capelli sintetici. Spegnete
l’apparecchio ogni volta che lo lasciate. Usare l’apparecchio solo ed esclusivamente per asciugare o
per realizzare acconciature di capelli e per nessun altro scopo. L’asciugacapelli è destinato esclu-
sivamente all’asciugatura di capelli di persone!
Istruzioni per l’uso dell’asciugacapelli
I due adapter inclusi Vi permettono di adoperare il Vostro asciugacapelli da viaggio in tutto il mondo. A tale
scopo si prega di inserire prima l’adapter nella presa e di collegare poi l’apparecchio alla rete. Si prega di
controllare prima la tensione della rete e di posizionare poi l’interruttore di selezione della tensio-
ne sul valore relativo! L’asciugacapelli dispone di un interruttore a tre posizioni: “0” = SPENTO, “1” =
posizione di basso riscaldamento ed areazione, “2” = posizione di alto riscaldamento ed areazione. Per
un’asciugatura veloce dei capelli si consiglia di scegliere prima la posizione “2” e di cambiare poi alla posi-
zione “1” per realizzare l’acconciatura desiderata. Tramite la bocchetta per lo styling, che puó essere
orientata in qualsiasi direzione, puó essere realizzata l’acconciatura desiderata tramite la precisa direzio-
ne del flusso d’aria. Prima di pettinare i capelli, lasciarli raffreddare, in modo di mantenere la forma della
vostra acconciatura. Al Vostro asciugacapelli è incluso anche un piccolo diffusore (doccia d’aria), che per-
mette un’asciugatura delicata dei capelli, per es. per capelli permanentati. L’uso del diffusore è consiglia-
to anche in caso di capelli permanentati “asciugati ad aria” in quanto tale procedimento permette il raggi-
ungimento dell’effetto “dell’asciugatura ad aria”. A tale scopo si prega di togliere la bocchetta per lo styling
e di collocare il diffusore. A questo punto potete cominciare o procedere con l’asciugatura dei Vostri capel-
li. Lasciate completamente raffreddare l’asciugacapelli prima di conservarlo! Per una soluzione sal-
vaspazio piegare in dentro il manico. Staccare la spina dopo l’uso.
Pulizia
Prima della pulizia si prega di staccare la spina! Prima della pulizia lasciare raffreddare completa-
mente l’apparecchio. Evitare che sostanze liquide arrivino all’interno dell’apparecchio. Eliminare
periodicamente polvere e capelli dal filtro dell’ entrata dell’aria con una piccola spazzola. Per la pulizia del-
l’esterno dell’asciugacapelli si consiglia di usare un panno asciutto o appena umido, accertandosi di asci-
ugare poi accuratamente l’apparecchio. Si prega di non usare sostanze detergenti forti o abrasive.
