• Cualquier reparación no autorizada puede ocasionar mal fun-
cionamiento y anulará la garantía.
• Este producto no está destinado para ser utilizado por perso-
nas con capacidades diferentes, a menos que sean supervisa-
das o instruidas por una persona responsable de su seguridad.
• No extraiga la tarjeta micro SD mientras la cámara está gra-
bando; puede provocar mal funcionamiento y pérdida de datos.
La operación de este equipo está sujeta a las siguientes dos
condiciones: (1) es posible que este equipo o dispositivo no
cause interferencia perjudicial y (2) este equipo o dispositivo
debe aceptar cualquier interferencia, incluyendo la que pueda
causar su operación no deseada.

PREPARATIVOS
Inserte una tarjeta de memoria micro
SD para almacenar videos y fotos.
Conecte el Smartphone a la red del módem

INSTALACIÓN DE LA APLICACIÓN
Para gestionar y monitorear el funcionamiento de la
cámara, debe instalar una aplicación.
Las imágenes corresponden a un dispositivo con sistema
operativo Android. El procedimiento y la conguración de
la interfaz puede variar según la versión de la aplicación y
el sistema operativo utilizados.
1. Ingrese a la tienda de aplicaciones de su dispositivo
(Android/ios), y descargue HDIPC360.

funcionamiento ni actualizaciones
2. Abra la aplicación
HDIPC360. Deslice dos
veces la pantalla hacia la
derecha.
3. Seleccione la opción
Regístrate.

4. Elija el área. Ingrese un correo electrónico válido para
recibir el código de vericación. Posteriormente pulse
Obtener.
5. Diríjase a la bandeja de entrada del correo electrónico,
identique el código e ingréselo en la aplicación antes de
que el contador llegue a 0. Luego presione Siguiente.
6. Cree una contraseña y seleccione Conrmar para
nalizar el registro.

CONFIGURACIÓN
La cámara y el smartphone deben estar conectados en la
misma red
1. Introduzca los datos de
la cuenta registrada en la
aplicación HDIPC. Presione
Sig In.
2. En la pantalla inicial
presione + para agregar la
cámara.
3. Conecte el cable de
alimentación a la cámara y
el convertidor a un contacto
eléctrico.
4. Espere hasta que el in-
dicador LED en la cámara
comience a destellar en co-
lor rojo y, en la aplicación,
presione “La luz roja está
pulsando” para continuar.

5. Introduzca la contraseña
de la red Wi-Fi a la que
está conectado el dispo-
sitivo móvil, y presione
Siguiente.
6. Conrme su ubicación y
presione Siguiente.
7. Escuchará una señal
audible. Acerque la cámara
a su dispositivo y espere
hasta que se establezca la
conexión.

En caso de que la conexión falle, utilice el pincho o
un clip para presionar el botón de reinicio, y repita
el procedimiento de conguración a partir de la
instrucción 4.
8. Asigne un nombre a la cámara. Conrme con OK.
¡Conectado!
La cámara ya está lista para monitoreo; presione sobre la
imagen de la cámara para tener acceso en tiempo real.

Esta póliza garantiza el producto por el término de un año en todas sus partes y mano de
obra contra cualquier defecto de fabricación y funcionamiento a partir de la fecha de entrega.
CONDICIONES
1.- Para hacer efectiva la garantía, presente esta póliza y el producto, en donde fue adquirido
o en Electrónica Steren S.A. de C.V.
2.- Electrónica Steren S.A de C.V. se compromete a reparar el producto en caso de estar
defectuoso sin ningún cargo al consumidor. Los gastos de transportación serán cubiertos
por el proveedor.
3.- El tiempo de reparación en ningún caso será mayor a 30 días, contados a partir de la
recepción del producto en cualquiera de los sitios donde pueda hacerse efectiva la garantía.
4.- El lugar donde puede adquirir partes, componentes, consumibles y accesorios, así como
hacer válida esta garantía es en cualquiera de las direcciones mencionadas posteriormente.
ESTA PÓLIZA NO SE HARÁ EFECTIVA EN LOS SIGUIENTES CASOS:
1.- Cuando el producto ha sido utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales.
2.- Cuando el producto no ha sido operado de acuerdo con el instructivo de uso.
3.- Cuando el producto ha sido alterado o reparado por personal no autorizado por Electró-
nica Steren S.A. de C.V. El consumidor podrá solicitar que se haga efectiva la garantía ante
la propia casa comercial donde adquirió el producto. Si la presente garantía se extraviara, el
consumidor puede recurrir a su proveedor para que le expida otra póliza, previa presentación
de la nota de compra o factura respectiva.

avoid any malfunction. The info in this manual is shown as
reference. Due to updates can exist differences. Consult our
website www.steren.com to obtain the current version of this
manual.

• This product is NOT a toy; keep it away from children.
• Any reparation not authorized may cause malfunction
and avoid the warranty.
• This device cannot be used by people with different
abilities, unless they have preparation and supervision.
• Don’t remove the microSd card while the camera is
recording, may cause bad working and losing data.

may not cause harmful interference and (2) this equipment or
device must accept any interference, including interference
that may cause its undesired operation “.

BEFORE USING
Insert a micro SD memory card to
store videos and photos.
Connect your Smartphone to a modem’s network.

APP INSTALLATION
To manage the camera working, you must install the app.
1. Enter to the app store of your mobile device (Android/
ios) and download HDIPC360 app.
This app is not property of Steren; the company
is not responsible for the the working or the
updates.
2. Open the HDIPC360
app. Slide twice to the
right.
3. Selet the Register
option.
The showed images corresponding to an Android device.
The process, the settings and the interface mau vary
according with the app version and the OS used.

4. Enter a valid email to can receive a conrmation code.
Then press Obtain.
5. Go to your inbox, identify the code and enter it in the
app before the time are over. Then press Next.
6. You must create a password and select Conrm to end
the register.

CONFIGURATION
Connnect the mobile device to a network of the modem.
1. Enter the data of the
registered account in the
HDIPC360 app.
2. In the initial screen press
+ to add the camera.
3. The indicator LED will
ash in red color. In the app
press the button.
4. Wait until that the LED
indicator of the camera has
begins to ashing in red, in
the app press to continue.

5. Enter the password of
the Wi-Fi network where
your mobile device is con-
nected, and press Next.
6. Conrm your location
and press Next.
7. You can will ear an audi-
ble signal, near the camera
to your mobile device and
wait until the connection is
ready..

8. Assign a name to camera. Conrm with OK.
¡Conectado!
In case that the connection fail, use the clip to press
the reset button, and repeat the conguration process
from step 4.
The camera is ready to monitoring, press the camera
image to have access in real time.

This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in
workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for one year and three
months in the battery from the date of purchase.
CONDITIONS
1. This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or purchase
ticket, product box or package, and product, must be presented when
warranty service is required.
2. If the product is in the warranty time, the company will repair it free of
charge.
3. The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim
was received.
4. Steren sell parts, components, consumables and accessories to custo-

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE NEXT CASES:
If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God, mishandling,
leaky batteries, failure to follow enclosed instructions, improper repair by
