INSTALLATION - INSTALLATION - INSTALLATION INSTALLAZIONE - INSTALACIÓN A B AFTER UNPACKING A) Pull out carriage stops 1 to 4 and carriage release arrester 5 B) Remove hood and pull out segment stoppers 6 and 7. Put hood back in its place. C) Unscrew the left hand platen knob (A) blocking the actual platen using your right hand. Screw this knob on the right hand side of the platen. D) Screw the knob (B) that can found in the packing on to the left hand side of the platen. This knob is used for the platen and platen release command. APRÈS LE DÉBALLAGE A) Otez les barres 1, 2, 3, 4 et le blocage chariot 5 B) Otez le capot, enlevez les blocages 6 et 7, puis remettez en place le capot. C) Bloquez le cylindre à l’aide de la main droite et dévissez simultanément le bouton du cylindre (A) situé sur la gauche. D) Vissez ensuite ce bouton à l’extrémité droite du cylindre. A l’extrémité gauche du cylindre, vissez le bouton (B) contenu dans l’emballage : ce bouton est utilisé pour commander et débrayer le cylindre. NACH DEM AUSPACKEN A) Die Wagenfeststellungen 1 bis 4 und die Wagenlösersperre 5 herausziehen. B) Die Abdeckung abnehmen und die Sperren 6 und 7 herausziehen. Danach die Abdeckung wieder aufsetzen. C) Die Walze mit der rechten Hand blockieren und den linken Walzenknopf (A) abschrauben. D) Diesen Knopf auf der rechten Seite der Walze anschrauben. Den in der Verpackung befindlichen Knopf (B) auf der linken Seite der Walze anschrauben. Dies ist der Walzenstechknopf zum Freigeben und Sperren der Walze. DOPO IL DISIMBALLAGGIO: A) Estrarre i blocchi del carrello da 1 a 4 e il blocco del liberacarrello 5 B) Rimuovere il coperchio ed estrarre i blocchi 6 e 7. Rimettere il coperchio al suo posto. C) Svitare la manopola rullo sinistra (A) bloccando il rullo stesso con la mano destra. D) Avvitare questa manopola al lato destro del rullo. Sul lato sinistro del rullo avvitare la manopola (B) che si trova nell’imballo. Questa manopola serve per il comando rullo e libera rullo. DESPUÉS DEL DESEMBALAJE: A) Extraer las piezas de bloqueo del rodillo (de 1 a 4) y del liberarrodillo (5). B) Retirar la cubierta y extraer las piezas de bloqueo (6 y 7) sustituyendo la cubierta. C) Aflojar la rueda izquierda del rodillo (A) bloqueando éste con la mano derecha. D) Atornillar esta rueda en el lado derecho del rodillo. En lado izquierdo del rodillo atornillar la rueda que se encuentra en el embalaje. Esta rueda sirve para el control del rodillo y del libera rodillo. 1 684710B-00 ONLY APPLIES TO MACHINES WITH PLASTIC CASING Secure the two plastic spacers to strengthen casing: 1) Hook the spacer to the mechanical unit. 2) Screw the securing screws to the casing. UNIQUEMENT POUR LES MACHINES DOTÉES D’UNE CARROSSERIE EN PLASTIQUE Fixez les deux entretoises en plastique pour rendre la carrosserie plus rigide: 1) Fixez l’entretoise au corps de la mécanique. 2) Vissez la vis de fixation à la carrosserie.
