Safety Summary
To ensure the safe and proper installation of the WARNING/CAUTION labels, these
instructions MUST be followed:
WARNING
DO NOT install or use this kit without first reading and understanding this
instruction sheet. If you are unable to understand the Warnings, Cautions or
Instructions, contact Invacare Technical Support before attempting to install this
kit - otherwise, injury or damage may occur.
DO NOT use the patient lift without installing these Warning and Caution labels.
The label kit contains the following labels:
Installing Warning/Caution Labels
1. Determine the proper location for each label. Refer to FIGURE 1.
NOTE: The English labels are included in FIGURE 1 for ease in determining proper location.
2. Peel one (1) label from the adhesive backing.
3. Position the appropriate warning or caution label directly over the English label at the
location determined in STEP 1.
4. Repeat STEPS 1-3 for each label.

ADVERTENCIA/PRECAUCIÓN, DEBEN seguirse las siguientes instrucciones:

NO instale o utilice este kit sin primero leer y comprender esta hoja de
instrucciones. Si usted no puede entender las advertencias, precauciones e
instrucciones, comuníquese con el Soporte Técnico de Invacare antes de intentar
instalar este kit. De lo contrario, pueden ocasionarse daños o heridas.
NO utilice el elevador de pacientes sin haber colocado estas etiquetas de
advertencia y precaución.
El kit de etiquetas contiene las siguientes:
Cómo colocar las etiquetas de advertencia/precaución
1. Determine la ubicación adecuada para cada etiqueta. Consulte la FIGURE 1.
NOTA: Las etiquetas en inglés se incluyen en la FIGURE 1 para facilitar la determinación del
lugar adecuado.
2. Despegue una (1) etiqueta del adhesivo.
3. Coloque la etiqueta de advertencia o precaución adecuada directamente sobre la
etiqueta en inglés en el lugar determinado en el PASO 1.
4. Repita los PASOS 1-3 para colocar cada etiqueta.
