GETTING STARTED
Charge the Watch
• Charge the watch by placing it
in the charging dock as shown
below.
• Ensure that the contacts on the
back of the watch engage the
port on the charging dock.
• The LED on the dock will light
“red”, and the watch will briefly
show the time and charge
percentage to confirm.
• When the watch is fully charged,
remove it from the charging
dock. The watch is now ready for
setup.
Download / Install the App
to Your Phone
• With your watch fully charged
and disconnected from your
dock, its screen prompts you to
download the app.
• Download and install the Timex
Family Connect™ app on your
phone.
System Requirements
for App:
• i0S 10 or higher
• Android 6.0 or higher
Create the Account
• Launch the mobile app, tap
“Create Account”, and follow
the on-screen prompts. You
will need to enter a valid email
address.
• Verify your email address
(on your phone) and accept
the Privacy Policy and Terms of
Service to create the account.
• Tap “Add Watch” and enter your
child’s information. Tap “Next”.
• Scan the QR code displayed
on the watch display with the
phone’s camera.
• Enter the 8-digit code that
appears on the watch display
into the mobile app.
NOTE: It is suggested to enter the
watch’s phone number into your
smartphone’s contact list, so you
recognize an incoming call from
the watch.

Add Contacts and
Guardians
• From the mobile app menu, tap
“All Contacts” and follow the
on-screen prompts.
a. Contacts can only initiate and
receive calls to or from the
watch.
b. Guardians can initiate and
receive calls, and once
they accept an invitation
to download and install the
Family Connect mobile app,
they can send and receive
messages and locate the child
through the app.
• Add additional Contacts and
Guardians by repeating the
above steps.
• To add another watch, go to
the mobile app menu and tap
“Family View”.
WATCH MENUS
• After a short time, the screen
will go dark to extend the
battery charge. Press the
ON/OFF button to display
the time.

SPLASH RESISTANCE
The watch is rated IP67 for
dust and splash resistance. You
CANNOT immerse the watch in
water (for swimming or other
sports), and it should not be worn
during showering or bathing.
Care should be taken to avoid
exposure from moisture due to
rain, hand washing or perspiration.

PRIMEROS PASOS
Cargar el Reloj
• Carga el reloj colocándolo en el
muelle de carga del modo que
se muestra a continuación.
• Asegura que la parte posterior
del reloj haga contacto con el
puerto del muelle de carga.
• El LED del muelle de carga
emitirá una luz «roja» y el reloj
mostrará brevemente la hora

Agrega Contactos y Tutores
• Desde el menú de la aplicación
