Intended Use
TheraCup™ innovates on the traditional method of cupping therapy.
TheraCup™ is intended to help relieve muscle tension and tightness
and reduce pain and soreness. This device is intended to stimulate the
natural healing process by increasing blood flow to the treated area to
help reduce pain and soreness and enhance mobility. TheraCup™ com-
bines vibration and heat together to provide an automated, effective,
pressure-controlled method to perform cupping therapy.

Getting started
Use cupping technology
1. Select the cup size (small, medium, large) best suited for the area you want to use TheraCup™. See below for
more information on how to select the appropriate cup size. Ensure contact between the cup and the black ring
on the device for sealing.
2. Once comfortable, turn ON TheraCup™ by dragging the MasterSwitch slider to the right. The battery status
LED shows that the device is ON.
3. Short press the suction (middle) button to begin cupping. Short press the suction button to toggle through the
pressure settings (low, medium, high).
4. Place the cup on your forearm to adjust settings accordingly before use, or place directly on the intended area,
such as your back, arms, and legs and begin use. Once placed, push the cup into the skin for strong suction.
5. Short press the vibration button to turn ON vibration. Short press the vibration button to toggle through the
speed settings. A long press turns off the treatment.
6. Short press the heat button to turn ON the heat treatment. A short press toggles through the three
temperatures, and a long press stops the treatment.
7. After three minutes, you will hear a short beep, indicating that TheraCup™ treatment is complete. To turn OFF
TheraCup™, drag the MasterSwitch slider to the left. The device will maintain suction until safely removed.

General usage notes:
1. Cup Sizes Overview
a. Small: (35mm) recommended for smaller muscles, e.g., levator scapulae (back of the neck),
traps, knees, calves.
b. Medium: (45mm) recommended for medium muscles, e.g., deltoids, triceps, forearms, traps.
c. Large: (55mm) cup) recommended for larger muscles, e.g., traps, back, lower back,
hamstrings, quadriceps, calves.

Charging
• TheraCupTM is USB-C enabled.
• TheraCupTM includes a USB-C to USB-A cable.
• You can plug the device into any standard USB adapter.
• The USB port is located opposite of the MasterSwitch.
• The battery level is indicated in the LED indicator of the battery:
• Orange: low charge, blue: mid charge, green: fully charged.
• When charging, the LED will flash to indicate it is properly connected and will turn solid green when
complete.
• You can always check the battery level by inserting the battery level by dragging the switch to the
right while the device is on. The battery LED switches off while the device is turned off.
Note: If using a charger from a third party, ensure that it is from a certified manufacturer and has not suffered any structural damage.
Do not try to use the device while charging.

Cleaning Instructions:
1. Toggle the MasterSwitch to the left to turn OFF TheraCupTM. Ensure that the battery status LED is OFF.
2. Use disinfectant wipes for sanitizing the cups and heating element.
3. Clean TheraCupTM with a lightly dampened cloth or an alcohol-based solution if it comes in contact with
anything that may cause stains or other damage, like: dirt or sand, makeup, ink, soap, detergent, acids or
acidic foods, or with liquids other than fresh water, including those that may lead to skin irritation such as:
sweat, salt water, soapy water, pool water, perfume, insect repellent, lotions, sunscreen, oil, adhesive remover,
hair dye, or solvents.
4. Dry TheraCupTM with a non-abrasive, lint-free cloth.
5. TheraCupTM comes with replaceable filters to prevent foreign substances from damaging the device. To
replace the filter, remove the small rubber cap located at the top of the heated pad. Replace the filter once
every six months.

DE Erste Schritte
Anwendung der Schröpftechnologie
1. Wählen Sie die Schröpfkopfgröße (klein, mittel, groß), die sich am besten für den Bereich eignet, für den Sie die TheraCupTM

Reinigungshinweise:

Utilisation de la technologie de la ventouse
1. Choisir la taille de la ventouse (petite, moyenne, grande) la mieux adaptée à la zone que vous souhaitez traiter
avec la TheraCupTM. Consulter les informations ci-dessous pour savoir comment choisir la taille de ventouse
appropriée. Veiller à ce que le contact entre la ventouse et la bague noire de l’appareil soit suffisant pour assurer
l’étanchéité.
2. Une fois confortablement installé, allumer la TheraCupTM en faisant glisser le curseur MasterSwitch vers la droite.
Le voyant d’état de la batterie indique que l’appareil est allumé.
3. Appuyer brièvement sur le bouton d’aspiration (au milieu) pour débuter votre traitement. Une courte pression sur
le bouton d’aspiration permet de passer d’une intensité de pression à une autre (faible, moyenne, élevée).
4. Placer la ventouse sur votre avant-bras pour régler les paramètres avant utilisation, ou la placer directement
sur la zone prévue, comme le dos, les bras et les jambes, et commencer le traitement. Une fois en place, il suffit
d’enfoncer la ventouse pour obtenir une forte aspiration.

Rechargement
• La TheraCupTM est compatible avec le port USB-C.

Consignes d’entretien :

du sable, du maquillage, de l’encre, du savon, du détergent, des acides, des aliments acides, des liquides
autres que de l’eau douce, y compris des liquides pouvant entraîner une irritation de la peau, comme : de la
sueur, de l’eau salée, de l’eau savonneuse, de l’eau de piscine, du parfum, de l’insectifuge, des lotions, de la
crème solaire, de l’huile, du dissolvant, de la teinture pour cheveux ou des solvants.
4. Sécher la TheraCupTM avec un chiffon non abrasif et non pelucheux.
5. La TheraCupTM est livrée avec des filtres remplaçables pour éviter que des substances étrangères
n’endommagent l’appareil. Pour remplacer le filtre, retirer le petit capuchon en caoutchouc situé en haut du
coussinet chauffant. Remplacer le filtre une fois tous les six mois.

Utilizzo della tecnologia cupping

Guía de inicio rápido
Uso de la vacuoterapia
1. Selecciona el tamaño del vaso (pequeño, mediano o grande) que mejor se adapte a la zona donde deseas
usar el TheraCupTM. A continuación, obtendrás más información sobre cómo seleccionar el tamaño adecuado
del vaso. Asegúrate de que el vaso y el anillo negro del dispositivo están en contacto para un sellado óptimo.
2. Una vez que estés cómodo, enciende el TheraCupTM deslizando el MasterSwitch hacia la derecha. El LED
indicador de la batería indica que el dispositivo está encendido.
3. Pulsa el botón de succión (medio) para empezar el tratamiento. Pulsa de nuevo el botón de succión para
navegar entre los distintos niveles de presión (bajo, medio y alto).
4. Coloca el vaso en el antebrazo para configurar los parámetros del tratamiento antes de usarlo o colócalo
directamente en la zona en cuestión, como la espalda, los brazos o las piernas y comienza a usarlo. Una vez
colocado, presiona el vaso contra la piel para lograr una succión fuerte.
5. Pulsa el botón de vibración para activar la vibración. Pulsa de nuevo el botón de vibración para navegar entre
las distintas velocidades. Si lo mantienes pulsado, se detendrá el tratamiento.
6. Pulsa el botón de calor para activar el tratamiento de calor. Con una pulsación corta podrás navegar entre las
tres temperaturas disponibles. Si lo mantienes pulsado, se dentendrá el tratamiento.
7. Pasados tres minutos, escucharás un pitido breve que indica que el tratamiento TheraCupTM se ha
completado. Para apagarlo, TM desliza el MasterSwitch hacia la izquierda. El dispositivo mantendrá la succión
hasta que se retire de forma segura.

Aan de slag
Gebruik cupping-technologie
1. Selecteer de optimale cup-grootte (klein, medium, groot) voor het gebied dat u wilt behandelen met de

contact is tussen de cup en de zwarte ring op het apparaat voor afdichting.

Использование каппинг-терапии

Общие указания по использованию:
1. Общая информация о размере банок
a. Маленькая: (35 мм) рекомендуется для небольших мышц, например, мышцы-
подъемника лопатки (задняя часть шеи), трапециевидных мышц, коленей, икроножных.
b. Средняя: (45 мм) рекомендуется для средних мышц, например, дельтовидных,
трицепсов, предплечий, трапециевидных.
c. Большая: (55 мм) рекомендуется для крупных мышц, например, трапециевидных, спины,
поясницы, мышц задней поверхности бедра, квадрицепсов, икроножных.
2. Как и при обычном каппинге, после использования TheraCupTM появляются синяки.

Зарядка
• TheraCupTM заряжается через USB-C.
• TheraCupTM укомплектован кабелем USB-C на USB-A.
• Прибор можно подключить к любому стандартному USB-адаптеру.
• USB-порт расположен напротив MasterSwitch.
• Уровень заряда аккумулятора отображается LED-индикатором аккумулятора:
• оранжевый — низкий заряд, синий — средний заряд, зеленый — полный заряд..
• Во время зарядки LED-индикатор будет мигать, указывая на то, что он подключен правильно, и
непрерывно гореть зеленым цветом после завершения зарядки.
• Вы всегда можете проверить уровень заряда аккумулятора, перетащив переключатель вправо
при включенном устройстве. LED-индикатор аккумулятора выключается при выключенном
устройстве.
Примечание. Если вы используете зарядное устройство стороннего производителя, убедитесь, что оно сертифицировано и
не имеет конструктивных повреждений. Не пытайтесь использовать устройство во время зарядки.

1. Чтобы выключить TheraCupTM, перетащите ползунок MasterSwitch влево. Убедитесь, что LED-
индикатор состояния аккумулятора выключен.
2. Используйте дезинфицирующие салфетки для дезинфекции банок и нагревательного элемента.
3. Очищайте TheraCupTM тканью, слегка смоченной водой или раствором на основе спирта при контакте
с чем-либо, что может вызвать пятна или другие повреждения, например: грязь или песок, макияж,
чернила, мыло, моющее средство, кислоты или кислые продукты, или с жидкостями, отличными от
пресной воды, включая те, которые могут привести к раздражению кожи, например: пот, соленая вода,
мыльная вода, вода из бассейна, духи, средства от насекомых, лосьоны, солнцезащитный крем, масло,
средство для удаления клея, краска для волос или растворители.
4. Вытирайте TheraCupTM неабразивной тканью без ворса.
5. TheraCupTM поставляется со сменными фильтрами для предотвращения повреждения устройства
посторонними веществами. Чтобы заменить фильтр, снимите небольшой резиновый колпачок,
расположенный в верхней части нагревательного электрода. Меняйте фильтр раз в шесть месяцев.
