1. Documento riservato ai termini di legge con divieto di
riproduzione o di trasmissione a terzi senza esplicita
autorizzazione della ditta OLIMPIA SPLENDID.
Gli apparecchi possono subire aggiornamenti e quindi
presentare particolari diversi da quelli ragurati, senza per
questo costituire pregiudizio per i testi contenuti in questo
manuale.
2. Leggere attentamente il presente manuale prima di procedere
con qualsiasi operazione (installazione, manutenzione, uso)
ed attenersi scrupolosamente a quanto descritto nei singoli
capitoli.
3. Conservare con cura questo libretto per ogni ulteriore
consultazione.
4. Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi dell’integrità
dell’apparecchio; gli elementi dell’imballaggio non devono
essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini in quanto potenziali
fonti di pericolo.

7. Prima di collegare l’apparecchio accertarsi che i dati di targa
siano rispondenti a quelli della rete distribuzione elettrica.

Collegare l’apparecchio ad un’alimentazione monofase in CA
alla tensione indicata sulla targa dati situata sull’apparecchio.
8. Installare l’apparecchio secondo le istruzioni del costruttore.
Un’errata installazione può causare danni a persone, animali
o cose, nei confronti dei quali il costruttore non può essere
considerato responsabile.
9. Usare l’apparecchio su una supercie orizzontale e stabile o
ssarlo alla parete, a seconda dei casi.

Durante l’utilizzo dell’apparecchio svolgere sempre tutto il cavo.
11. L’apparecchio è dotato di un cavo di alimentazione con
spina (collegamento tipo Y). Se il cavo di alimentazione è
danneggiato deve essere sostituito dal costruttore o dal suo
servizio di assistenza tecnica o comunque da una persona
qualicata similare, in modo da prevenire ogni rischio.
12. Installare l’apparecchio garantendo che interruttori e altri
comandi non siano raggiungibili da chi sta usando il bagno o
la doccia.
13. Non usare prolunghe, se non con particolare cautela.
14. Per evitare il rischio di incendio tenere le uscite d’aria
dell’apparecchio ad una distanza di almeno 1 m da qualsiasi
oggetto, tessuti o materiali inammabili (g. 1).
15. Non posizionare l’apparecchio vicino a fonti di calore.
16. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio per asciugare abiti.
17. Fare attenzione che non entrino oggetti estranei nelle aperture
di ventilazione o scarico in quanto vi è il rischio di scosse
elettriche, incendio o danni all’apparecchio.
18. Evitare che il cavo tocchi le superci calde durante il
funzionamento.
19. Non svolgere il cavo sotto a tappeti, coperte o guide. Sistemare
il cavo in zone non di passaggio in modo da evitare inciampi.
20. Non arrotolare, attorcigliare o avvolgere il cavo attorno
all’apparecchio perché potrebbe indebolire e rompere
l’isolamento.

21. Non riporre l’apparecchio ntanto che è ancora caldo.
22. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio all’esterno o su superci bagnate.
Evitare il versamento di liquidi sull’apparecchio.
23. L’apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato in stanze il cui
pavimento abbia un’area inferiore a 5 m2.
24. L’apparecchio è concepito per un utilizzo al suolo. Non
installare a sotto.
25. Non azionare l’apparecchio in prossimità di tende, in quanto
il materiale potrebbe essere risucchiato nelle prese d’aria (g.
3).
26. È vietato disperdere e lasciare alla portata di bambini il
materiale dell’imballo in quanto può essere potenziale fonte
di pericolo.
27. È vietato l’uso dell’apparecchio ai bambini e alle persone
inabili non assistite.
28. L’apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini di età non
inferiore a 8 anni e da persone con ridotte capacità siche,
sensoriali o mentali, prive di esperienza o della necessaria
conoscenza, purché sotto sorveglianza oppure dopo che
le stesse abbiano ricevuto istruzioni relative all’uso sicuro
dell’apparecchio e alla comprensione dei pericoli ad esso
inerenti.
29. I bambini non devono giocare con l’apparecchio. La pulizia e
la manutenzione destinata ad essere eettuata dall’utilizzatore
non deve essere eettuata da bambini senza sorveglianza.
30. I bambini di età inferiore ai 3 anni dovrebbero essere tenuti a
distanza se non continuamente sorvegliati.
31. I bambini di età compresa tra i 3 e gli 8 anni devono solamente
accendere/spegnere l’apparecchio purché sia stato posto o
installato nella sua normale posizione di funzionamento e che
essi ricevano sorveglianza o istruzioni riguardanti l’utilizzo
dell’apparecchio in sicurezza e ne capiscano i pericoli.

32. I bambini di età compresa tra i 3 e gli 8 anni non devono
inserire la spina, regolare o pulire l’apparecchio né eseguire
la manutenzione a cura dell’utilizzatore.
33. Si raccomanda di non usare la stufetta nelle immediate
vicinanze della vasca da bagno, della doccia o di una piscina.
34. ATTENZIONE - Alcune parti del presente prodotto possono
diventare molto calde e provocare ustioni. Bisogna prestare
molta attenzione laddove siano presenti bambini e persone
vulnerabili.
35. ATTENZIONE - Onde evitare il surriscaldamento, non coprire
l’apparecchio (g. 4).
36. Per un corretto uso dell’apparecchio NON SI DEVE:
a. Collocarlo immediatamente sotto una presa di corrente
ssa
b. Tirare il cavo di alimentazione o l’apparecchio stesso per
staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
c. Lasciarlo esposto ad agenti atmosferici (pioggia, sole,
ecc.).
d. Lasciarlo inutilmente inserito.
e. Toccarlo con mani bagnate o umide.
37. Utilizzare l’apparecchio solamente nel rispetto delle istruzioni
fornite nel presente manuale. Il costruttore sconsiglia
qualsiasi altro tipo di utilizzo in quanto potrebbe provocare
scosse elettriche, incendi o lesioni personali.
38. La causa più comune di surriscaldamento è il deposito di
polvere o lanugine nell’apparecchio. Rimuovere regolarmente
questi accumuli scollegando l’apparecchiatura dalla presa di
corrente ed aspirando dai fori di ventilazione e le griglie.
39. Non utilizzare detergenti abrasivi sull’apparecchio.
Pulire con un panno umido (non bagnato) risciacquato
in acqua insaponata calda. Scollegare sempre la spina
dall’alimentazione elettrica prima di eettuare la pulizia.

40. Non collegare l’apparecchio all’alimentazione elettrica
ntanto che non è completamente assemblato e regolato.
41. Spegnere ed utilizzare l’impugnatura dove prevista per
eettuare gli spostamenti (g. 2).
42. Non lavare o immergere l’apparecchio in acqua o in altri
liquidi. Potrebbero vericarsi corto circuiti o incendi.
43. Non far funzionare l’apparecchio in una area chiusa come
dentro un armadio in quanto esso potrebbe causare un
incendio.
44. In caso di incompatibilità tra la presa e la spina dell’apparecchio,
far sostituire la presa con altra di tipo adatto da personale
professionalmente qualicato, il quale accerti che la sezione
dei cavi della presa sia idonea alla potenza assorbita
dall’apparecchio. In generale è sconsigliato l’uso di adattatori
e/o prolunghe; se il loro uso si rendesse indispensabile,
devono essere conformi alle vigenti norme di sicurezza e la
loro portata di corrente (A) non deve essere inferiore a quella
massima dell’apparecchio.
45. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in caso di guasto o cattivo
funzionamento, se il cavo o spina sono danneggiati, o
se è stato fatto cadere o è danneggiato in qualsiasi modo.
Spegnere l’apparecchio, scollegare la spina dalla presa di
corrente e farlo controllare da personale professionalmente
qualicato.
46. Lo smontaggio, riparazione o riconversione da parte di una
persona non autorizzata potrebbe comportare gravi danni e
annullerà la garanzia del fabbricante.
47. Non smontare, né apportare modiche all’apparecchio.
48. Riparare da se l’apparecchio è estremamente pericoloso.
49. Non utilizzare questo apparecchio in piccole stanze
occupate da persone che non sono in grado di lasciare la
stanza autonomamente, a meno che non venga fornita una
supervisione costante.

50. Non scollegare la spina dalla presa di corrente prima di aver
spento l’apparecchio.
51. Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi che l’apparecchio si
presenti integro senza visibili danneggiamenti che potrebbero
essere stati causati dal trasporto. In caso di dubbio non
utilizzare l’apparecchio e rivolgersi ai Centri di Assistenza
Tecnica autorizzati.
52. Disinserire sempre il prodotto dall’alimentazione elettrica se
lasciato incustodito.
53. Nel caso in cui si decida di non utilizzare più un apparecchio
di questo tipo, si raccomanda di renderlo inoperante tagliando
il cavo di alimentazione, dopo avere staccato la spina dalla
presa di corrente. Si raccomanda inoltre di rendere innocue
quelle parti dell’apparecchio suscettibili di costituire un
pericolo, specialmente per i bambini che potrebbero servirsi
dell’apparecchio fuori uso per i propri giochi.
54. Al primo utilizzo e dopo un lungo periodo di inattività
dell’apparecchio, si potrebbe sentire un leggero rumore o
un po’ di odore. È un fenomeno normale che scompare dopo
qualche minuto di funzionamento.
55. L’apparecchio è provvisto di una data quantità di olio speciale.
56. In caso di perdite d’olio, le riparazioni che richiedono l’apertura
del contenitore dell’olio devono essere eettuate unicamente
dal produttore o da un suo incaricato.
57. Al termine della durata di vita dell’apparecchio, rispettare le
normative che regolano lo smaltimento dell’olio.

58. L’apparecchio deve essere utilizzato esclusivamente come
radiatore elettrico con il solo scopo di rendere confortevole
l’ambiente dove si soggiorna.
59. Questo apparecchio è destinato solo per un utilizzo domestico
o similare, non di tipo commerciale o industriale.
60. Un uso improprio dell’apparecchio, con eventuali danni
causati a persone, cose o animali, esula OLIMPIA SPLENDID
da ogni responsabilità.
0.6 - USO NON PREVISTO E POTENZIALMENTE PERICOLOSO
61. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in zone in cui vengono utilizzati
o stoccati benzina, vernici o altri liquidi inammabili o in
ambienti con presenza di gas inammabili o gas esplosivi.
62. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio se nel locale è stato da poco
spruzzato insetticida a gas o in presenza di incensi accesi,
vapori chimici o residui oleosi.
Questo prodotto deve essere utilizzato unicamen-
te secondo le speciche indicate nel presente ma-
nuale. L’utilizzo diverso da quanto specicato po-
trebbe comportare gravi infortuni.

2 - INSTALLAZIONE
• Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio, assicurarsi dell’integrità dell’apparecchio; in caso
di dubbio non utilizzarlo e rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualicato.

Ruotare sottosopra l’apparecchio.
Posizionare l’apparecchio su una supercie piana e stabile,
assicurandosi che non possa rovinarsi o cadere.
Proteggere il piano di appoggio.
•
Inserire le staffe (8) nei supporti (11) come illustrato in gura “5”.
•
Posizionare i supporti (11) e (11a) tra le alette radianti (2) più esterne
dell’apparecchio (1) (g. 6a).
• Sul modello CALDORAD 7,
bloccare i supporti (11b) avvitando le viti (9b)
(g. 6b).
•
Ruotare le staffe (8) verso l’alto (g. 7).
•
Bloccare i supporti (11) avvitando i dadi ad alette (9) (g. 8).
Non serrare eccessivamente i dadi ad alette (9).
•
Ruotare l’apparecchio in posizione verticale (g. 9).
• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio senza aver prima montato
supporti e ruote.
• Utilizzare l’apparecchio solo in posizione verticale
(impugnatura “3” in alto); ogni altra posizione potrebbe
creare una situazione di pericolo.
• Svolgere completamente il cavo di alimentazione elettrica.
• Posizionare l’apparecchio in un ambiente adeguato e su una supercie stabile
e piana.
• Assicurarsi che tende o altri oggetti non ostruiscano il usso d’aria (g. 3).
• Lasciare almeno 1 m di spazio libero sui lati, dietro l’apparecchio e sopra
l’apparecchio (g. 1).
Assicurarsi che non vi sia nulla di inammabile o sensibile
al calore entro 1 metro dall’apparecchio.
• Assicurarsi che manopola (14) sia posizionata su
“O” e la manopola (13) sia posizionata su “MIN”.
• Collegare la spina nella presa di corrente.

• Assicurarsi che i dati di rete corrispondano con quanto
riportato sulla targa dati dell’apparecchio.
• Sistemare il cavo in zone non di passaggio in modo da
evitare inciampi.
3 - UTILIZZO
Manopola “14”
• Manopola in posizione “O” : apparecchio spento
• “ECO-MODULANTE” : ruotare la manopola nella posizione “ ECO ”.
• “POTENZA MEDIA” : ruotare la manopola nella posizione “ ”.
• “POTENZA MASSIMA” : ruotare la manopola nella posizione “ ”.
• “TURBO” : ruotare la manopola nella posizione “ ”.
Manopola “13” - Termostato
•
Avviare l’apparecchio ruotando la manopola (14) nella posizione di potenza
desiderata; la spia (12) si accende.
• Per impostare la temperatura ambiente ad un dato valore (termostatazione),
ruotare la manopola “13” in senso orario no al suo arresto (posizione “MAX”).
• Una volta raggiunta la temperatura desiderata nella stanza, girare lentamente la
manopola “13” in senso antiorario, nché l’apparecchio non si spegne.
• A questo punto l’apparecchio si riattiverà automaticamente quando la temperatura
della stanza si abbasserà oltre il limite impostato e si spegnerà di nuovo una
volta che la temperatura ambiente raggiunge il valore impostato.
Manopola “5” - Modalità
Tramite l’interruttore (5a) è possibile selezionare tre
diverse modalità:
• Modalità continua “I”, è possibile selezionare la
temperatura ambiente selezionata.
• Modalità Timer “ ”, è possibile impostare un
timer per lo spegnimento dell’apparecchio.
• Modalità continua “0”, è possibile spegnere
l’apparecchio.
•
Per spegnere completamente l’apparecchio:
- posizionare la manopola (14) in posizione “0”; il LED (12) si spegne.
Scollegare la spina dalla presa della corrente.

4 - FUNZIONAMENTO
4.1 - MODALITÀ “VENTILAZIONE”
•
È possibile selezionare questa modalità ruotando la manopola (14) no al
simbolo “ ”.
4.2 - MODALITÀ “TIMER”
•
Questo apparecchio è dotato di un timer (24h) a intervallo, la manopola (5) è
composta da 96 segmenti ed ogni segmento rappresenta 15 minuti.
•
Prima di procedere all’impostazione del timer BISOGNA regolare l’orario
corrente:
- Ruotare la manopola (5) in senso orario allineando la freccia all’orario
corrente.
•
Per impostare la modalità timer procedere come descritto di seguito:
- Spingere verso l’esterno i segmenti che rappresentano l’orario in cui
l’apparecchio deve rimanere acceso.
- Spingere verso l’interno i segmenti che rappresentano l’orario in cui
l’apparecchio deve spegnersi.
Esempio:
Per programmare l’accensione alle 05:00 e spegnimento alle 06:00 bisogna
spingere i 4 segmenti tra i numeri 5 e 6 verso l’esterno.
- Regolare l’interruttore (5a) nella posizione “ ” per abilitare il timer.
Se l’interruttore (5a) si posiziona sul simbolo “I” l’apparecchio
comincia a lavorare in funzione continua disattivando la modalità
“Timer”.
Le impostazioni della modalità “Timer” rimangono memorizzate
allo spegnimento dell’apparecchio. In caso si scolleghi la spina
dalla presa elettrica l’orario corrente non si aggiorna in automa-
tico.
Quando si ricollega la spina elettrica BISOGNA impostare nuo-
vamente l’ora corrente come descritto in precedenza.

5 - PROTEZIONE SURRISCALDAMENTO
•
Questo prodotto è protetto da una protezione al surriscaldamento che spegne
l’apparecchio automaticamente in caso di forte surriscaldamento.
In questo caso:
- scollegare la spina dalla presa della corrente;
- aspettare circa 30 minuti per lasciarlo raffreddare;
- trovare la possibile causa del surriscaldamento (es.qualcosa che copre
l’apparecchio);
- controllare eventuali danni all’apparecchio, cavo di alimentazione e spina.
Se non ci sono danni:
- collegare la spina nella presa di corrente;
- riavviare l’apparecchio.
Se l’apparecchio rimane ancora spento, contattare il servizio assistenza.
6 - CONTROLLO DI SICUREZZA
(INTERRUTTORE ANTI-RIBALTAMENTO)
•
Se l’apparecchio cade o si ribalta,entra in funzione l’interruttore anti-ribaltamento
che lo spegne automaticamente.
Se l’apparecchio viene riportato nella posizione corretta, si riaccende e riprende
a funzionare normalmente.
7 - MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA
Prima di eettuare qualunque
intervento di pulizia o manutenzione
sull’apparecchio scollegare la spina
dalla presa di corrente ed attendere
che la ventola si sia fermata.
• Utilizzare un panno asciutto per pulire l’apparecchio.
• Se l’apparecchio è molto sporco, è possibile utilizzare un panno inumidito con
acqua tiepida (max 50°C) e detergente delicato per pulirne le parti esterne.

• Se non si intende utilizzare l’apparecchio per un periodo di tempo particolarmen-
te lungo o si devono effettuare lavori che potrebbero produrre molta polvere, si
consiglia di riporre l’apparecchio come segue:
• Spegnere l’apparecchio e scollegare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
• Avvolgere il cavo di alimentazione (6) al supporto (4).
• Riporre l’apparecchio in un luogo fresco ed asciutto al riparo da umidità.

(installation, maintenance, use) and follow the instructions
contained in each chapter.

ceiling.
25. Do not operate the heater near curtains, as the material could

26. It is forbidden to dispose of or leave in the reach of children
the packaging materials which could become a source of

27. It is forbidden for the appliance to be used by children or
unassisted disabled persons.

35. WARNING: in order to avoid overheating, do not cover the

36. For correct use of the appliance NEVER:
a. Place it immediately underneath a mains wall socket.
b. Pull the power cable or the appliance itself to remove the

38. The most common cause of overheating is deposits of dust
or u in the appliance. Ensure these deposits are removed
regularly by unplugging the appliance and vacuum cleaning
air vents and grilles.
39. Do not use abrasive cleaning products on this appliance.
Clean with a damp cloth (not wet) rinsed in hot soapy water
only. Always remove plug from the mains supply before

cabinet since it could cause a re.
44. If the appliance’s plug is incompatible with the socket, have the
socket replaced with a suitable one by a qualied technician,
who must ascertain that the section of the socket cables is
compatible with the power absorbed by the appliance. We
do not recommend using adaptors and/or extension cables.
If they cannot be avoided, however, they must comply with
current safety regulations and their ampacity (A) must not be
below the maximum ampacity of the appliance.
45. Do not use the appliance in case of malfunctioning or faults,
if the cord or plug are damaged, or if it has been dropped or
damaged in any manner. Turn the appliance o, disconnect the
plug from the socket and let it be checked by professionally
qualied personnel.
46. Disassembly, repair or reconversion performed by an
unauthorized person could cause heavy damages and will
cancel the manufacturer warranty.
47. Neither disassemble nor modify the appliance.
48. Repairing the appliance by yourself is extremely dangerous.
49. Do not use this appliance in small rooms occupied by persons
which are not able to leave it autonomously unless constant
supervision is supplied.

50. Do not remove plug from power socket until the appliance has

51. After removing the packing, make sure that the appliance is
complete, without visible damage that could have been caused
during transport. In case of doubt, do not use the appliance
and contact the authorised Technical Assistance centres.
52. When left unattended, always disconnect from the power
supply.
53. If you no longer wish to use this appliance, it must be made
inoperative by cutting the power supply cable after removing
the plug from the power socket. Hazardous parts of the
appliance must be rendered harmless, especially as there is a
risk of children playing with it.
54. At rst use and after a long period of inactivity of the
appliance, a slight noise may be heard and a slight odour may
be smelled. It is a normal phenomenon which will disappear
after a few minutes of operation.
55. The appliance is lled with a precise quantity of special oil.
56. Repair requiring opening of the oil container are only to be
made by the manufacturer or his service agent who should be
contacted if there is an oil leakage.
57. Regulations concerning the disposal of oil when scrapping
the appliance have to be followed.

“13” clockwise until it stops (position “MAX”).
• Once the desired temperature of the room has been reached, slowly rotate the
knob “13” anticlockwise until the appliance switches off.
• At this point, the appliance will reactivate automatically when the room
temperature lowers beyond the set limit and will switch off again once the room
temperature reaches the set value.
Knob “5” - Mode
By means of the switch (5a) it is possible to select
three different modes:
• Continuous mode “I”, it is possible to select the
selected room temperature.
• Timer mode “ ”, it is possible to set a timer for
switching off of the appliance.
• Continuous mode “0”, it is possible to switch off
the appliance.
•
To completely switch off the appliance:
- place the knob (14) yo position “0”; the LED (12) switches off.

4 - OPERATION
4.1 - “FAN” MODE
•
It is possible to select this mode by rotating the knob (14) up to symbol “ ”.
4.2 - “TIMER” MODE
• This appliance is equipped with an interval timer (24h), the knob (5) is composed
of 96 segments and each segment represents 15 minutes.
• Before proceeding with setting of the timer, current time MUST be set:
- Rotate the knob (5) clockwise by aligning the arrow with the current time.
• To set timer mode, proceed as described below:
- Push outwards the segments which represent the time in which the
appliance must stay on.
- Push inwards the segments which represent the time in which the appliance
must switch off.
Example:
To set the switching on at 5 a.m. and switching off at 6 a.m. push the 4
segments between 5 and 6 outwards.
- Set the switch (5a) to “ ” to enable the timer.
If the switch (5a) is moved to the symbol “I”, the appliance starts
to work continuous function deactivating the “Timer” mode.
The settings of the “Timer” mode remain saved up to switching
off of the appliance. If the plug is disconnected from the power
socket, the current time does not update automatically.
When the power plug is reconnected, current time MUST be set
again as described above.

5 - OVERHEAT PROTECTION
•
This heater is protected with overheat protection that switches off the appliance
automatically in case of severe overheating
In this case:
- unplug the appliance;
- wait about 30 minutes for it to cool;
- remove any possible cause of overheating, eg. something covering the
heater;
- check for damage to the appliance, the cord and the plug.
If there is no damage:
- plug the unit back in;
- switch it on as described above.
If the heater still does not turn on, please contact Customer Service for
assistance.
6 - SAFETY CONTROL (TIP OVER SWITCH)
•
If the product is fallen down or is installed upside down, due to the function of tip
over switch, it will stop working automatically.
And when the product is put to the right upside position, it will start working as
normal again.
7 - MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Before performing any cleaning or
maintenance intervention on the
appliance, disconnect the plug from
the power socket and wait for the
fan to stop completely.
• Use a dry cloth to clean the appliance.
• If the appliance is very dirty, it is possible to use a cloth dampened with warm
water (max 50°C) and a mild detergent to clean its external parts. Dry with a dry
cloth.

8 - PRESERVATION OF THE APPLIANCE

operations which could produce a lot of dust must be performed, it is advised to
store the appliance as follows:
• Switch the appliance o and disconnect the plug from the power socket.
• Wrap the power cord (6) around the support (4).
• Store in a fresh and dry place away from humidity.

peuvent subir des mises à jour et par conséquent présenter
des éléments diérents de ceux qui sont représentés, sans
que cela constitue pour autant un préjudice pour les textes
contenus dans ce manuel.
2. Lire attentivement le présent manuel avant de procéder à
toute opération (installation, entretien, utilisation) et suivre
scrupuleusement ce qui est décrit dans chacun des chapitres.
3. Conserver soigneusement le présent livret pour toute
consultation ultérieure.
4. Après avoir retiré l’emballage, s’assurer que l’appareil est en
parfait état. Les éléments de l’emballage ne doivent pas être
laissés à portée des enfants pour qui ils représentent des

8. Installer l’appareil selon les instructions du constructeur.
Une mauvaise installation peut entraîner des dommages
aux personnes, animaux et choses, au sujet desquels le
constructeur décline toute responsabilité.
9. Utiliser l’appareil sur une surface horizontale et stable ou le
xer au mur, selon les cas.
10. Pendant l’utilisation de l’appareil, dérouler toujours le câble.
11. L’appareil est équipé d'un câble d'alimentation avec che
(connexion de type Y). Si le câble d’alimentation est
endommagé, il doit être remplacé par le constructeur ou par
son service ’assistance technique ou, de toute façon, par
une personne ayant des qualications similaires, de façon à
prévenir tout risque.
12. L’installer en veillant à ce que les interrupteurs et autres
commandes ne soient pas accessibles par les personnes
utilisant la baignoire ou la douche.
13. Ne pas utiliser de rallonges à moins de faire preuve de la
prudence nécessaire.
14. Pour éviter le risque d’incendie, les sorties d’air de l’appareil
doivent se trouver à une distance d’au moins 1 m de n’importe
quel objet, tissu ou matière inammable (g. 1).
15. Ne pas placer l’appareil près de sources de chaleur.

par des personnes ayant des capacités physiques, sensorielles

connaissances nécessaires, à condition que ce soit sous
surveillance ou qu’elles aient reçu des instructions relatives
à l’utilisation sûre de l’appareil et à la compréhension des

29. Les enfants ne doivent pas jouer avec l’appareil. Le nettoyage
et la maintenance destinés à être eectués par l’utilisateur ne

31. Les enfants âgés de 3 à 8 ans doivent seulement être autorisés
à allumer et éteindre l’appareil, à condition que ce dernier soit
placé ou installé dans sa position normale de fonctionnement
et qu’ils soient surveillés ou reçoivent de instructions sur
l’utilisation sûre de l’appareil et en comprennent les dangers.

32. Les enfants âgés de 3 à 8 ans ne doivent pas être autorisés
à brancher, régler ou nettoyer l’appareil ni à en eectuer
l’entretien à la charge de l’utilisateur.
33. Il est conseillé de ne pas utiliser le poêle à proximité immédiate
d’une baignoire, d’une douche ou d’une piscine.
34. ATTENTION - Certaines parties de cet appareil peuvent devenir
très chaudes et provoquer des brûlures. Il faut faire très
attention en présence d’enfants et de personnes vulnérables.
35. ATTENTION : Pour éviter la surchaue, ne pas couvrir
l’appareil (g. 4).
36. Pour une utilisation correcte du l’appareil IL NE FAUT
PAS:
a. Le placer immédiatement sous une prise de courant xe.
b. Tirer le câble d’alimentation ou l’appareil pour débrancher
la che de la prise de courant.
c. Le laisser exposé à des agents atmosphériques (pluie,
soleil etc.).
d. Le laisser inutilement branché.
e. Le toucher avec les mains mouillées ou humides.
37. Utiliser l’appareil uniquement dans le respect des
instructions fournies dans le présent manuel. Le constructeur
déconseille toute autre utilisation car cela pourrait provoquer
électrocutions, incendies ou dommages corporels.
38. La cause la plus commune de surchaue est le dépôt
de poussière dans l’appareil. Enlever régulièrement ces
accumulations en débranchant l’appareil du secteur et en
aspirant au niveau des orices de ventilation et des grilles.
39. Ne pas utiliser de détergents abrasifs sur l’appareil. Nettoyer
au moyen d’un chion humide (ou mouillé) rincé dans de l’eau
savonneuse chaude.
Débrancher toujours l’appareil avant de procéder au
nettoyage.

21. Ne pas faire fonctionner l’appareil dans une zone fermée
comme à l’intérieur d’une armoire car il pourrait provoquer un

22. En cas d’incompatibilité entre la prise et la che de l’appareil,
faire remplacer la prise par une autre de type approprié par du
personnel professionnellement qualié, qui devra s’assurer
que la section des câbles de la prise est appropriée à la
puissance absorbée par l’appareil. En général, l’utilisation
d’adaptateurs et/ou de rallonges est déconseillée; si leur
utilisation devait être indispensable, ils devraient être
conformes aux normes de sécurité en vigueur et leur capacité
(A) ne doit pas être inférieure à la capacité maximum de
l’appareil.
45. Ne pas utiliser l’appareil en cas de panne ou de
dysfonctionnement, si le câble ou la che est endommagé ou
si l’appareil est tombé ou endommagé de quelque façon que
ce soit. Éteindre l’appareil, débrancher la che de la prise de
courant et la faire vérier par du personnel qualié.
46. Le démontage, la réparation ou la reconversion par une
personne non autorisée pourrait comporter des dommages
graves et entraîner l’annulation de la garantie du fabricant.
47. Ne pas démonter ni modier abusivement l’appareil.
48. Réparer l’appareil tout seul est extrêmement dangereux.
49. Ne pas utiliser cet appareil dans de petites pièces occupées
par des personnes qui ne sont pas en mesure de laisser la
pièce de manière autonome, à moins d’une supervision
constante.

52. Débrancher toujours l’appareil du secteur quand il est laissé
sans surveillance.
53. Si vous décidiez de ne plus utiliser un appareil de ce type, il
est recommandé de le mettre hors d’usage en coupant le câble
d’alimentation, après avoir dé-branché la che de la prise de
courant. Il est en outre recommander de rendre inoensives
les éléments de l’appareil susceptibles de constituer un
danger, notamment pour les enfants, qui pourraient se servir
de l’appareil hors d’usage pour jouer.
54. Lors de la première utilisation et après une longue période
d'inactivité de l'appareil, il est possible de constater un léger
bruit ou une petite odeur. Il s’agit d’un phénomène normal qui
disparaît après quelques minutes de fonctionnement.

56. En cas de fuites d’huile, les réparations nécessitant l’ouverture
du récipient de l’huile doivent être eectuées uniquement par

• Placer l’appareil dans un environnement approprié, sur une surface stable et de
niveau.

• Laisser au moins 1 m d’espace libre sur les côtés, ainsi que derrière et au-
dessusdel’appareil(g.1).
S’assurer de l’absence de tout élément inammable ou
sensible à la chaleur à moins d’un mètre de l’appareil.
• S’assurer que la molette (14) soit positionnée sur
« O » et le bouton (13) est réglé sur « MIN ».

secteur correspondent à celles gurant sur la plaque
signalétique de l’appareil.
• Placer le câble dans des zones sans passage de façon à
éviter des trébuchements.
3 - UTILISATION
Molette « 14 »
• Molette en position « O » : appareil éteint
• « ECO-MODULANT » : tourner la molette dans la position “ ECO ” .
• « PUISSANCE MOYENNE » : tourner la molette dans la position “ ” .
• « PUISSANCE MAXIMUM » : tourner la molette dans la position “ ” .
• « TURBO » : tourner la molette dans la position “ ” .
Molette « 13 » - Thermostat
• Démarrer l'appareil en tournant la molette (14) sur la position de puissance
souhaitée. Le voyant (12) s'allume.
• Pour régler la température ambiante à une valeur donnée (contrôle thermostat),
tourner à fond la molette « 13 » vers la droite (position « MAX »).
• Une fois la température souhaitée atteinte, tourner lentement la molette « 13 »
vers la gauche jusqu’à ce que l’appareil s’éteigne.
• À ce stade, l’appareil redémarrera automatiquement lorsque la température
ambiantedescendraendessousdelalimitedénieets’éteindraunefoisquela
températureambianteauraatteintlavaleurdénie.
Manette « 5 » - Mode
À l’aide de l’interrupteur (5a) il est possible de
sélectionner trois modes différents :
• Mode continu « I », il est possible de sélectionner
la température ambiante sélectionnée.
• Mode Minuterie « »,ilestpossibledecongurer
une minuterie pour l’extinction de l’appareil.
• Mode continu « 0 », il est possible d’éteindre
l’appareil.
•
Pour éteindre complètement l’appareil :
- positionner la molette (14) en position « 0 » ; le voyant (12) s’éteint.

4 - FONCTIONNEMENT
4.1 - MODE « VENTILATION »
•
Il est possible de sélectionner ce mode en tournant la manette (14) jusqu’au
symbole « ».
4.2 - MODE « MINUTERIE »
•
Cet appareil est muni d’une minuterie (24h) d’intervalle, la manette (5) se
compose de 96 segments et chaque segment représente 15 minutes.
•
AvantdeprocéderàlacongurationdelaminuterieIL EST NÉCESSAIRE de
régler l’heure actuelle :
- Tournerlamanette(5)danslesenshoraireenalignantlaècheàl’heure
actuelle.
•
Pourcongurerlemodeminuterieprocéderdelamanièredécriteci-après:
- Pousser vers l’extérieur les segments qui représentent l’horaire auquel
l’appareil doit rester allumé.
- Pousser vers l’intérieur les segments qui représentent l’horaire auquel
l’appareil doit s’éteindre.
Exemple :
Pour programmer l’allumage à 05:00 et l’extinction à 06:00, il faut pousser
les 4 segments entre les numéros 5 et 6 vers l’extérieur.
- Régler l’interrupteur (5a) sur la position « » pour activer la minuterie.
Si l’interrupteur (5a) se positionne sur le symbole « I » l’appareil
commence à travailler en fonction continue en désactivant le
mode « Minuterie ».
Les congurations du mode « Minuterie » restent mémorisées
au moment de l’extinction de l’appareil. Si on débranche la
che de la prise électrique l’horaire actuel ne se met pas à jour
automatiquement.
Quand on raccorde la che électrique IL FAUT congurer de
nouveau l’heure actuelle de la manière décrite plus haut.

5 - PROTECTION SURCHAUFFE
•
Ce produit est protégé par une protection contre la surchauffe qui éteint l’appareil
automatiquement en cas de forte surchauffe.
Dans ce cas:
- débrancherlachedelapriseélectrique;
- attendre environ 30 minutes pour le laisser refroidir;
- trouver la cause possible de la surchauffe (ex. quelque chose qui couvre
l’appareil);
- contrôler les dommages éventuels de l’appareil, le câble d’alimentation et la
che.
S’il n’y a pas de dommages:
- rebrancherlachedanslapriseélectrique;
- rallumer l’appareil.
Si l’appareil reste encore éteint, contacter le service d’assistance.
6 - CONTRÔLE DE SECURITE
(INTERRUPTEUR ANTI-RETOURNEMENT)
•
Si l’appareil tombe ou se retourne, entre en fonction l’interrupteur anti-
retournement qui éteint l’appareil automatiquement. Si l’appareil est ramené
dans la position correcte, il se rallume et commence à fonctionner normalement.
7 - ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE
Avant d’eectuer toute opération
de nettoyage ou d’entretien sur
l’appareil, débrancher la che de la
prise de courant et attendre que le
ventilateur se soit arrêté.
• Utiliser un chiffon sec pour nettoyer l’appareil.
• Si l’appareil est très sale, utiliser un chiffon imbibé d’eau tiède (max 50°C) et un
détergent doux pour nettoyer les parties externes. Puis sécher avec un chiffon
sec.

• Utiliser une brosse ou un aspirateur
pour éliminer la poussière des ailettes
rayonnantes (2).

S’assurer que l’appareil est com-
plètement sec avant de rebran-
cher la che à la prise de courant.
• N’utilisez pas de chion trai-
té chimiquement ou antista-
tique pour nettoyer l’appareil.
• N’utilisez pas d’essence, de solvant, de pâte à polir ou
de solvants similaires. Ces produits peuvent entraîner la
rupture ou la déformation de la surface en plastique.
• Ne pas utiliser d’huiles, de produits chimiques ou de
produits abrasifs pour nettoyer l’appareil.
• Ne pas laver ni immerger l’appareil dans l’eau.
En cas de dysfonctionnement de l’appareil, ne pas essayer
de le démonter, mais contacter le revendeur ou le service
d’assistance technique.
8 - CONSERVATION DE L’APPAREIL
• Si l’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé pendant une période particulièrement longue
ou si des travaux susceptibles de provoquer beaucoup de poussière sont prévus,
il est recommandé de ranger l’appareil de la manière suivante :
• Éteindre l’appareil et débrancher la che de la prise de courant.
• Enrouler le câble d’alimentation (6) sur le support (4).
• Ranger dans un lieu frais et sec à l’abri de l’humidité.

der Bedienung (Installation, Wartung, Gebrauch) fortfahren

7. Bevor Sie das Gerät anschließen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass
die Angaben auf dem Typenschild mit denen des Stromnetzes
übereinstimmen. Schließen Sie das Gerät an eine einphasige
Wechselstromversorgung mit der auf dem Typenschild des
Geräts angegebenen Spannung an.
8. Installieren Sie das Gerät gemäß den Anweisungen des Her-
stellers. Eine unsachgemäße Installation kann zu Verletzun-
gen von Personen, Tieren oder Gegenständen führen, für die
der Hersteller nicht verantwortlich gemacht werden kann.
9. Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine waagerechte, stabile Unterlage
oder befestigen Sie es ggf. an der Wand.

Das Kabel muss immer vollständig abgewickelt werden, wenn
Sie das Gerät benutzen.
11. Das Gerät ist mit einem Netzkabel mit Stecker (Y-Anschluss)
ausgestattet. Falls das Stromkabel beschädigt ist, dann muss
dieses vom Hersteller oder dessen Kundendienst oder von
einem Fachmann ausgetauscht werden, um jegliche Risiken
vorzubeugen.
12. Installieren Sie das Gerät so, dass sich Schalter und andere
Bedienelemente außerhalb der Reichweite von Personen
benden,welchedieBadewanneoderDuschebenutzen.
13. Keine Verlängerungskabel verwenden, wenn nicht mit
besonderer Vorsicht.
14. Zur Vermeidung von Brandgefahr halten Sie die
Luftauslassönungen des Geräts in einem Abstand von
mindestens1mzubrennbarenGegenständen,Stoenoder
Materialien (Abb. 1).
15. Platzieren Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen.
16. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht zum Trocknen von Wäsche.
17. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass keine Fremdkörper in die Belüftungs-
oder Abluftönungen gelangen, da sonst die Gefahr eines
Stromschlags, eines Brands oder einer Beschädigung des
Geräts besteht.

18. Vermeiden Sie, dass das Kabel während des Betriebs mit
heißenOberächeninBerührungkommt.
19. Wickeln Sie das Kabel nicht unter Teppichen, Decken
oder Führungen ab. Verlegen Sie das Kabel nicht in
Durchgangsbereichen, um Stolperfallen zu vermeiden.
20. Das Kabel nicht um das Gerät wickeln, verdrehen oder
wickeln, da dies die Isolierung schwächen und brechen kann.
21. Lagern Sie das Gerät nicht, solange es noch warm ist.
22. DasGerätdarfnichtimFreienoderaufnassenOberächen
verwendet werden. Vermeiden, dass Flüssigkeiten auf das
Gerät gelangen.
23. Das Gerät darf nicht in Räumen mit einer Grundäche von
weniger als 5 m2 verwendet werden.
24. Das Gerät ist für den Einsatz auf dem Boden konzipiert. Nicht
an der Decke installieren.
25. Das Gerät darf nicht in der Nähe von Vorhängen betrieben
werden, da Material in die Lufteinlässe gesaugt werden könnte
(Abb. 3).
26. Es ist verboten, das Verpackungsmaterial achtlos wegzuwerfen
oder für Kinder zugänglich aufzubewahren, da dieses eine
potentielle Gefahrenquelle darstellt.
27. Die Benutzung des Geräts durch Kinder und nicht betreute,
behinderte Personen ist verboten.
28. Das Gerät kann auch von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und von
Personen mit eingeschränkten körperlichen, sensorischen
oder geistigen Fähigkeiten, die nicht über die nötige Erfahrung
oder das nötige Wissen verfügen, verwendet werden, sofern
sie beaufsichtigt werden oder eine Anleitung zur sicheren
Verwendung des Geräts und zum Verständnis der damit
verbundenen Gefahren erhalten haben.
29. Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen. Die Reinigung und
Wartung, die vom Benutzer durchgeführt werden soll, darf
nicht von unbeaufsichtigten Kindern vorgenommen werden.

30. Kinder unter 3 Jahren sollten auf Abstand gehalten werden,
wenn sie nicht ständig beaufsichtigt werden.
31. Für Kinder zwischen 3 und 8 Jahren reicht es aus, das
Gerät ein- und auszuschalten, wenn es in seiner normalen
Betriebsposition aufgestellt oder installiert ist und wenn sie
beaufsichtigt oder in der sicheren Verwendung des Geräts
unterwiesen werden und die Gefahren verstehen.
32. Kinder zwischen 3 und 8 Jahren dürfen das Gerät nicht selbst
anschließen, einstellen oder reinigen oder Wartungsarbeiten
durchführen.
33. Das Gerät sollte nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Badewanne,
einer Dusche oder eines Schwimmbeckens verwendet werden.
34. ACHTUNG - Einige Teile dieses Produkts können sehr heiß
werden und Verbrennungen verursachen. Bei der Anwesenheit
von Kindern und schutzbedürftigen Personen ist große
Vorsicht geboten.
35. ACHTUNG - Um Überhitzung zu vermeiden, decken Sie das
Gerät nicht ab (Abb. 4).
36. Für die ordnungsgemäße Verwendung des Geräts müssen
Sie Folgendes UNTERLASSEN:
a. Unmittelbar unter eine feste Steckdose stellen
b. Das Netzkabel oder das Gerät selbst ziehen, um den
Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen.
c. Das Gerät der Witterung aussetzen (Regen, Sonne usw.).
d. Das Gerät unnötigerweise eingesteckt lassen.
e. Das Gerät mit nassen oder feuchten Händen anfassen.

in diesem Handbuch verwendet werden. Der Hersteller

38. Die häugste Ursache für Überhitzung ist die Ablagerung
von Staub oder Flusen im Gerät. Diese Ablagerungen sind
regelmäßig zu entfernen, indem Sie das Gerät vom Stromnetz
trennenunddieLüftungsönungenund-gitteraussaugen.
39. Keine scharfen Reinigungsmittel für das Gerät verwenden. Mit
einem mit warmer Seifenlauge ausgespülten, feuchten (nicht
nassen) Tuch reinigen. Vor der Reinigung immer den Stecker
aus der Steckdose ziehen.

Das Gerät darf erst dann an das Stromnetz angeschlossen werden,
wenn es vollständig zusammengebaut und eingestellt ist.
41. Das Gerät ausschalten und den dafür vorgesehenen Gri
benutzen (Abb. 2).
42. Das Gerät darf nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten
getaucht oder gewaschen werden. Es können Kurzschlüsse
oder Brände entstehen.
43. Das Gerät nicht in einem geschlossenen Raum, z.B. in einem
Schrank, betreiben, da dies einen Brand verursachen könnte.

Sollte die Steckdose nicht mit dem Stecker des Geräts kompatibel
sein, die Steckdose von Fachpersonal auswechseln und durch
eine geeignete ersetzen lassen. Dabei ist zu kontrollieren, ob
der Kabelquerschnitt der Steckdose für die Leistungsaufnahme
des Geräts geeignet ist. Im Allgemeinen wird davon abgeraten,
Adapter und/oder Verlängerungskabel zu verwenden. Falls ihre
Verwendung unerlässlich sein sollte, müssen sie den geltenden
Sicherheitsvorschriften entsprechen und ihre Strombelastbarkeit
(A) darf nicht unter der maximalen Stromstärke des Geräts liegen.
45. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn es defekt ist, wenn das
Kabel oder der Stecker beschädigt ist, wenn es heruntergefal-
len ist oder in irgendeiner Weise beschädigt wurde. Das Gerät
ausschalten, den Stecker aus der Netzsteckdose ziehen und
es von Fachpersonal kontrollieren lassen.
46. Der Ausbau, die Reparatur oder der Umbau seitens einer
unbefugten Person könnte schwerwiegende Schäden mit sich

bringen und lässt die Garantie des Herstellers verwirken.
47. Das Gerät weder zerlegen, noch abändern.
48. Es ist äußerst gefährlich, das Gerät selbst zu reparieren.
49. Das Gerät nicht in kleinen Räumen verwenden, die von
Personen bewohnt werden, die nicht in der Lage sind, den
Raum selbständig zu verlassen, es sei denn, es wird ständig
beaufsichtigt.
50. Den Stecker nicht aus der Steckdose ziehen, bevor Sie das
Gerät ausgeschaltet haben.
51. Stellen Sie nach dem Entfernen der Verpackung sicher, dass
das Gerät unbeschädigt ist und keine sichtbaren Schäden
aufweist, die beim Transport entstanden sein könnten. Im
Zweifelsfall das Gerät nicht verwenden. Wenden Sie sich an
einen vertraglichen Kundendienst.
52. Stecken Sie das Gerät immer vom Stromnetz ab, wenn es
unbeaufsichtigt bleibt.

Wenn Sie sich gegen die Verwendung eines solchen Geräts
entscheiden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, es außer Betrieb zu setzen,
indem Sie das Netzkabel durchtrennen, nachdem Sie den Stecker
aus der Steckdose gezogen haben. Außerdem wird empfohlen,
die Teile des Geräts unschädlich zu machen, die eine Gefahr
darstellen könnten, insbesondere für Kinder, die das Gerät
außerplanmäßig für ihr eigenes Spiel verwenden könnten.
54. Beim ersten Gebrauch und nach einer langen Zeit der Untätig-
keit des Geräts, könnte ein leichtes Geräusch zu hören und
ein bisschen Geruch zu bemerken sein. Dies ist eine normale
Erscheinung, die nach einigen Minuten Betrieb verschwindet.

2 - INSTALLATION
• Nach dem Entfernen der Verpackung, das Gerät auf Unversehrtheit prüfen. Im
Zweifelsfall das Gerät nicht benutzen und Fachpersonal zu Rate ziehen.

Das Gerät auf den Kopf stellen.
Das Gerät muss auf einer ebenen, stabilen Oberäche stehen,
damit es nicht beschädigt werden oder herunterfallen kann.
Die Unterlage muss geschützt werden.
•
Die Bügel (8) in die Halterungen (11), wie in Abb. „5“ gezeigt, einführen.
•
Platzieren Sie die Halterungen (11) und (11a) zwischen den äußersten
Heizrippen (2) des Geräts (1) (Abb. 6a).
• Beim Modell CALDORAD 7
die Halterungen (11b) durch Festziehen der
Schrauben (9b) sichern (Abb. 6b).
•
Drehen Sie die Bügel (8) nach oben (Abb. 7).
•
Die Halterungen (11) durch Festziehen der Flügelmuttern (9) sichern (Abb. 8).
Die Flügelmuttern (9) nicht allzu fest anziehen.
•
Das Gerät in die senkrechte Stellung bringen (Abb. 9).
• Das Gerät nicht benutzen, bevor nicht die Halterungen
und die Räder montiert wurden.
• Das Gerät nur in senkrechter Stellung (Handgri „3“
oben); jede andere Stellung könnte eine Gefahrensituation
verursachen.
• Das Versorgungskabel vollständig ausrollen.
• Das Gerät in einem angemessenen Raum und auf einer stabilen und ebenen
Fläche aufstellen.
• Sicherstellen, dass Vorhänge oder andere Gegenstände den Luftuss nicht
behindern (Abb. 3).
• An den Seiten und hinter und über dem Gerät mindestens 1 m freien Raum
lassen (Abb. 1).
Sicherstellen, dass sich innerhalb 1 Meters vom Gerät
keineentzündlichenoderhitzeempndlichenGegenstände
benden.
• Sicherstellen, dass der Drehknopf (14) auf
„O“
und der Drehknopf (13) auf “MIN” steht.
• Den Stecker in die Steckdose einführen.

• Sicherstellen, dass die Netzanschlussdaten mit den
Angaben auf dem Typenschild des Geräts übereinstimmen.
• Verlegen Sie das Kabel in nicht begehbaren Bereichen, um
Stolperfallen zu vermeiden.
3 - BENUTZUNG
Drehknopf„14”
• Drehknopf in Stellung „O“: Das Gerät ist ausgeschaltet
• „ECO-MODULANT”: Den Drehknopf auf die Position „ECO“ stellen.
• „MITTLERE LEISTUNG“: Den Drehknopf auf die Position „ ” stellen.
• „MAXIMALE LEISTUNG“: Den Drehknopf auf die Position „ ” stellen.
• „TURBO”:
Den Drehknopf auf die Postion „ ” stellen.
Drehknopf„13”-Thermostat
•
Das Gerät durch Drehen des Drehknopfes (14) in die Stellung der gewünschten
Leistung einschalten; die Kontrollleuchte (12) leuchtet auf.
• Um die Raumtemperatur auf einen gewissen Wert einzustellen
(Thermostatisierung), drehen Sie den Drehknopf ‚13‘ im Uhrzeigersinn bis zu
seinem Stillstand (Position ‚MAX‘).
• Sobald die gewünschte Raumtemperatur erreicht ist, den Drehknopf „13“
langsam gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis das Gerät abschaltet.
• Zu diesem Zeitpunkt schaltet sich das Gerät von selbst ein, wenn die
Raumtemperatur unter den eingestellten Wert absinkt und schaltet sich erneut
aus, wenn die Raumtemperatur wieder den eingestellten Wert erreicht hat.
Drehknopf„5”-Modus
Mit dem Schalter (5a) können drei verschiedene
Modi ausgewählt werden:
• Dauermodus „I“, die gewählte Raumtemperatur
kann ausgewählt werden.
• Timer Modus „ ”, es ist möglich, einen Timer
zum Ausschalten des Geräts einzustellen.
• Dauermodus „0“, das Gerät kann ausgeschaltet
werden.
•
Um das Gerät vollständig abzuschalten:
- Den Drehknopf (14) auf Position „0“ stellen; die LED (12) erlischt. Den
Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.

4 - BETRIEB
4.1- „LÜFTER“-MODUS”
•
Sie können diesen Modus auswählen, indem Sie den Drehknopf (14) auf das
Symbol “ ” stellen.
4.2- „TIMER“-MODUS
•
Dieses Gerät ist mit einem Intervall-Timer (24 h) ausgestattet. Der Drehknopf
(5) besteht aus 96 Segmenten und jedes Segment entspricht 15 Minuten.
•
Vor dem Einstellen des Timers MUSS die aktuelle Zeit eingestellt werden:
- Den Drehknopf (5) im Uhrzeigersinn drehen, so dass der Pfeil auf die
aktuelle Zeit ausgerichtet ist.
•
Um den Timer-Modus einzustellen, wie unten beschrieben vorgehen:
- Drücken Sie die Segmente für die Dauer aus, die das Gerät eingeschaltet
bleiben soll.
- Drücken Sie die Segmente für die Zeit, zu der das Gerät ausgeschaltet
werden soll, nach innen.
Beispiel:
Um das Einschalten um 05:00 Uhr und das Ausschalten um 06:00 Uhr zu
programmieren, müssen die 4 Segmente zwischen den Nummern 5 und 6
nach außen geschoben werden.
- Den Schalter (5a) auf die Position „ ” stellen, um den Timer zu aktivieren.
Wird der Schalter (5a) auf das Symbol „I“ gestellt, beginnt das
Gerät im Dauerbetrieb zu arbeiten und deaktiviert den Modus
„Timer“.
Die Einstellungen des „Timer“-Modus bleiben gespeichert,
wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet wird. Wenn der Stecker aus
der Steckdose gezogen wird, dann wird die aktuelle Zeit nicht
automatisch aktualisiert.
Beim Wiedereinstecken des Netzsteckers MUSS die aktuelle
Uhrzeit wie oben beschrieben neu eingestellt werden.

5 - ÜBERHITZUNGSSCHUTZ
•
Dieses Erzeugnis ist durch einen Überhitzungsschutz geschützt, der das Gerät
im Fall einer starken Überhitzung automatisch abschaltet.
In diesem Fall:
- Den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen;
- Etwa 30 Minuten abwarten, um es abkühlen zu lassen;
- DiemöglicheUrsachederÜberhitzungherausnden(z.B.etwas,wasdas
Gerät abdeckt);
- Etwaige Schäden am Gerät, dem Netzkabel und dem Stecker überprüfen.
Liegen keine Beschädigungen vor:
- Den Stecker in die Steckdose einführen;
- Das Gerät neu starten.
Bleibt das Gerät ausgeschaltet, den Kundendienst benachrichtigen.
6 - SICHERHEITSKONTROLLE
(KIPPSCHUTZSCHALTER)
•
Wenn das Gerät fällt oder umkippt, greift ein Schalter ein, der das Gerät
automatisch abschaltet.
Wird das Gerät erneut in die richtige Stellung gebracht, schaltet es sich wieder
ein und funktioniert ordnungsgemäß.
7 - WARTUNG UND REINIGUNG
Vor der Durchführung von
Reinigungs- oder Wartungsarbeiten
am Gerät den Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose ziehen und warten,
bis das Gebläse zum Stillstand
gekommen ist.
• Zur Reinigung des Geräts ein trockenes Tuch verwenden.
• Wenn das Gerät stark verschmutzt ist, lässt sich die Außenseite des Geräts
mit einem Tuch reinigen, das mit lauwarmem Wasser (max. 50°C) und einem
milden Reinigungsmittel angefeuchtet wurde. Danach mit einem trockenen Tuch
abtrocknen.

• Mit einem Pinsel oder Staubsauger
den Staub von den Kühlerlamellen (2)
entfernen.
• Kontrollieren Sie, dass das
Gerät vollständig trocken ist,
bevor Sie den Stecker wieder
in die Steckdose stecken.
• Zur Reinigung des Geräts
keine chemisch behandelten
oder antistatischen Lappen
verwenden.
• Weder Benzin, Lösungsmittel, Poliermittel, Lösungsmittel
oder Ähnliches verwenden. Diese Produkte können Brüche
oderVerformungenderKunststooberächeverursachen.
• Zur Reinigung des Geräts niemals Öle, Chemikalien oder
scheuernde Produkte verwenden.
• Das Gerät nicht mit Wasser waschen oder in Wasser tauchen.
Bei Betriebsstörungen des Geräts nicht versuchen, dieses
zu zerlegen, sondern den Händler oder den technischen
Kundendienst kontaktieren.
8 - AUFBEWAHRUNG DES GERÄTS
• Falls beabsichtigt wird, das Gerät für einen besonders langen Zeitraum nicht zu
benutzen oder falls Arbeiten durchgeführt werden müssen, bei denen viel Staub
entsteht, empfehlen wir, das Gerät folgendermaßen aufzubewahren:
• Das Gerät ausschalten und den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
• Das Netzkabel (6) um die Halterung (4) wickeln.
• Das Gerät sollte an einem kühlen, trockenen und vor Feuchtigkeit geschützten
Ort aufbewahrt werden.

detalles distintos respecto a aquellos representados, sin
constituir por ello, perjuicio para los textos contenidos en el
presente manual.
2. Leer atentamente el presente manual antes de realizar
cualquier tipo de operación (instalación, mantenimiento, uso)
y abstenerse escrupulosamente a todo lo que se encuentra
en cada uno de los capítulos.
3. Conserven con cuidado este manual para consultas

38. La causa más común de recalentamiento es el depósito de
polvo o pelusas en el aparato. Elimine periódicamente estas
acumulaciones desconectando el aparato de la toma de

39. No utilice detergentes abrasivos para limpiar el aparato.
Límpielo con un paño humedecido (no mojado) en agua

2 - INSTALACIÓN
• Después de haber quitado el embalaje, asegúrese de que el aparato sea intacto;

Coloque el aparato sobre una supercie plana y estable, ase-
gurándose de que no pueda dañarse ni caerse. Proteger la

Coloque los soportes (11) y (11a) entre las aletas radiantes (2) más externas del

3 - USO
Perilla “14”

Perilla “13” - Termostato
•
Arranque el aparato girando la perilla (14) a la posición de potencia deseada; se
enciende la luz de advertencia (12).
• Para ajustar la temperatura ambiente a un valor dado (termostatización), gire la
perilla “13” en sentido horario hasta que se detenga (posición “MAX”).
• Una vez que se haya alcanzado la temperatura deseada en la habitación, gire
lentamente la perilla “13” en sentido antihorario hasta que se apague el aparato.
• En este punto, el aparato se reactivará automáticamente cuando la temperatura
ambiente caiga por debajo del límite establecido y se apagará nuevamente una
vez que la temperatura ambiente alcance el valor establecido.
Perilla “5” - Modo
Utilizar el interruptor (5a) para seleccionar tres
modos diferentes:
• Modo continuo “I”, es posible seleccionar la
temperatura ambiente seleccionada.
• Modo Temporizador “ ”, isposible congurar
un temporizador para el apagado del aparato.
• Modo continuo “0”, es posible apagar el aparato.
•
Para apagar completamente el aparato:
- coloque la perilla (14) en la posición “0”; el LED (12) se apaga.
Desconecte el enchufe de la toma de corriente.

4 - FUNCIONAMIENTO
4.1 - MODO “VENTILACIÓN”
•
Es posible seleccionar este modo rotando la perilla (14) hasta el símbolo “ ”.
4.2 - MODO “TEMPORIZADOR”
•
Este aparato se equipa con un temporizador (24h) de intervalo, la perilla (5) se
compone de 96 segmentos y cada segmento representa 15 minutos.
•
Antesdeproceder conlaconguración deltemporizadose DEBE ajustar la
hora actual:
- Girarlaperilla(5)ensentidohorarioalineandolaechaalahoraactual.
•
Para congurar el modo temporizador, proceder tal como se describe a
continuación:
- Empujar hacia el exterior los segmentos que representan la hora en la cual
el aparato debe quedarse encendido.
- Empujar hacia el interior los segmentos que representan la hora en la cual
el aparato debe apagarse.
Ejemplo:
Para programar el encendido a las 05:00 y el apagado a las 06:00, es
necesario empujar los 4 segmentos entre los números 5 y 6 hacia fuera.
- Mover el interruptor (5a) a la posición “ ” para habilitar el temporizador.
Si el interruptor (5a) se posiciona en el símbolo “I” el aparato
empieza a trabaja en función continua desactivando el modo
“Temporizador”.
Las conguraciones del modo “Temporizador” se quedan memo-
rizadas al apagado del aparato. En el caso de que se desconecte
el enchufe de la toma de corriente, la hora actual no se actualiza
automáticamente.
Cuando se vuelva a conectar el enchufe eléctrico, se DEBE
congurar la hora actual una otra vez tal como se describe an-
teriormente.

5 - PROTECCIÓN CONTRA EL RECALENTAMIENTO
•
Este aparato cuenta con una protección que lo apaga automáticamente en caso
de fuerte recalentamiento.
En este caso:
- desconecte la clavija de la toma de corriente;
- espere aproximadamente 30 minutos para dejarlo enfriar;
- identique la posible causa del recalentamiento (por ejemplo, si algún
objeto cubre el aparato);
- veriquelapresenciadedañosenelaparato,enelcabledealimentacióny
en la clavija.
Si no hay daños:
- vuelva a conectar la clavija en la toma de corriente;
- reencienda el aparato.
Si el aparato permanece apagado, contacte con el servicio de asistencia.
6 - CONTROL DE SEGURIDAD
(INTERRUPTOR ANTIVUELCO)
•
Si el aparato cae o se vuelca, se activa el interruptor antivuelco, que lo apaga
automáticamente.
Si el aparato se coloca nuevamente en la posición correcta, se reenciende y
comienza a funcionar normalmente.
7 - MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA
Antes de efectuar cualquiera
intervención de limpieza o
mantenimiento sobre el aparato,
desconecte el enchufe de la toma de
corriente y espere que el ventilador
se pare.
• Utilice un paño seco para limpiar el aparato.
• Si el aparato está demasiado sucio, es posible utilizar un paño humedecido
con agua tibia (máx 50°C) y con un detergente delicado para limpiar sus partes
externas. Seque con un paño seco.

Utilice un cepillo o una aspiradora para
eliminar el polvo de las aletas radiantes (2).

Asegúrese de que el aparato
sea completamente seco an-
tes de volver a conectar el en-

para limpiar el aparato.
• No utilice gasolina, disolventes, pasta de pulido o
similares. Estos productos podrían causar la rotura o la
deformacióndelasuperciedeplástico.
• No utilice aceites, substancias químicas o productos
abrasivos para limpiar el aparato.
• No lave o sumerja el aparato en agua.
En caso de mal funcionamiento del aparato, no intente
desmontarlo sino referirse al revendedor o al servicio de
asistenciatécnica.
8 - PRESERVACIÓN DEL APARATO
• En el caso de que no se desee utilizar el aparato por un periodo de tiempo pro-
longado, o si se deben efectuar trabajos que podrían producir mucho polvo, se
aconseja almacenar el aparato como sigue:
• Apague el aparato y desconecte el enchufe de la toma de corriente.
• Enrolle el cable de alimentación (6) en el soporte (4).
• Almacene en un lugar fresco y seco reparado de humedad.

Pokrętło „13” - Termostat
• Uruchomurządzenie,obracającpokrętło(14)dożądanejpozycjimocy;zapalisię
wskaźnik(12).
• Aby ustawić temperaturę w pomieszczeniu na określoną wartość (termostat),
przekręć pokrętło „13” zgodnie z ruchem wskazówek zegara, aż się zatrzyma
(pozycja„MAX”).
• Poosiągnięciużądanejtemperaturywpomieszczeniu,powoliobracajpokrętłem„13”
wkierunkuprzeciwnymdoruchuwskazówekzegara,ażurządzeniesięwyłączy.
• W tym przypadku urządzenie włączy się automatycznie, gdy temperatura w
pomieszczeniuspadnieponiżejustalonegolimituiwyłączysię,gdytemperaturaw
pomieszczeniuosiągnieustalonąwartość.
Pokrętło „5” – Tryb
Za pomocą przełącznika (5a) można wybrać trzy
różnetryby:
• Trybciągły„I”,możnawybraćdanątemperaturę
w pomieszczeniu.
• Tryb zegara „ ”, można ustawić czas
wyłączeniaurządzenia.
• Trybciągły„0”,możnawyłączyćurządzenie.
•
Abycałkowiciewyłączyćurządzenie:
- ustawpokrętło(14)wpozycji„0”;diodaLED(12)zgaśnie.

4 - OBSŁUGA
4.1 - TRYB „WENTYLATORA”
•
Możliwyjestwybórtegotrybupoprzezobróceniepokrętła(14)dosymbolu

4.2 - TRYB „ZEGARA”
•
Tourządzeniejestwyposażonewzegarinterwałowy(24h),pokrętło(5)składa
sięz96segmentów,akażdysegmentoznacza15minut.
•
PrzedustawianiemzegaraKONIECZNEjestustawienieaktualnegoczasu:
- Obróć pokrętło (5) zgodnie z ruchem wskazówek zegara, wyrównując
strzałkęzaktualnągodziną.
•
Abyustawićtrybzegara,postępujzgodniezponiższymopisem:
- Wypchnijnazewnątrzsegmentyoznaczająceczas,wktórymurządzenie
mapozostaćwłączone.
- Wciśnijdośrodkasegmentyoznaczająceczas,wktórymurządzeniema
sięwyłączyć.
Przykład:
Aby ustawić włączanie o 5 rano i wyłączanie o 6 rano, należy wypchnąć 4
segmenty między 5 a 6 na zewnątrz.
- Ustawprzełącznik(5a)wpozycji„ ”,abywłączyćzegar.
Jeżeli przełącznik (5a) zostanie przesunięty na symbol „I”,
urządzenie zacznie pracować w trybie ciągłym, wyłączając tryb
„Zegara”.
Ustawienia trybu „Zegara” pozostają zapisane do momentu wyłą-
czenia urządzenia. Jeśli wtyczka zostanie odłączona od gniazdka
sieciowego, bieżący czas nie aktualizuje się automatycznie.
Po ponownym podłączeniu wtyczki, aktualny czas MUSI być
ustawiony ponownie, jak opisano powyżej.

5 - OCHRONA PRZED PRZEGRZANIEM
•
Tengrzejnikposiadazabezpieczenieprzedprzegrzaniem,któreautomatycznie
wyłączaurządzeniewprzypadkusilnegoprzegrzania.
Wtakimprzypadku:
- odłączurządzenieodźródłaprądu;
- odczekajokoło30minut,ażurządzenieostygnie;
- usuńmożliwąprzyczynęprzegrzania,np.cośzakrywającegogrzejnik;
- sprawdź,czyurządzenie,przewódzasilającyiwtyczkaniesąuszkodzone.
Jeżeliniemauszkodzeń:
- podłączurządzeniedoźródłaprądu;
- włączurządzeniezgodniezpowyższymopisem.
Jeśli grzejnik nadal się nie włącza, skontaktuj się z obsługą klienta, w celu
uzyskania pomocy.
6 - KONTROLA BEZPIECZEŃSTWA (PRZEŁĄCZNIK
PRZECHYLENIA)

Jeśliproduktupadnielubzostaniezamontowanydogórynogami,automatycznie
przestaniedziałaćzewzględunafunkcjęprzełącznikaprzewrócenia.
Gdy urządzenie zostanie umieszczone we właściwej pozycji, znów zacznie

7 - KONSERWACJA I CZYSZCZENIE
Przed wykonaniem jakichkolwiek
czynności związanych z czyszcze-
niem lub konserwacją urządzenia,
należy wyjąć wtyczkę z gniazdka
sieciowego i poczekać, aż wentyla-
tor całkowicie się zatrzyma.
• Doczyszczeniaurządzeniaużywajsuchejściereczki.
• Jeśli urządzenie jest bardzo zabrudzone, do czyszczenia jego zewnętrznych
częścimożnaużyćściereczkizwilżonejciepłąwodą(maks.50°C)iłagodnym

• Usuń kurz ze skrzydeł grzejnika za
pomocąpędzlalubodkurzacza(2).

Przed ponownym podłącze-
niem wtyczki do gniazdka,
upewnij się, że urządzenie
jest całkowicie suche.
• Do czyszczenia urządzenia
nie używaj ściereczki nasą-
czonej środkami
chemicznymi ani ściereczki antystatycznej.
• Nie używaj benzyny, rozpuszczalników, past polerskich
itp. Produkty te mogą wywoływać pękanie lub deformację
plastikowej powierzchni.
• Do czyszczenia urządzenia nie używaj olejów, substancji
chemicznych ani produktów ściernych.
• Nie myj, ani nie zanurzaj urządzenia w wodzie.
W przypadku wadliwego działania urządzenia, nie próbuj
go demontować, lecz skontaktuj się ze sprzedawcą lub
serwisem pomocy technicznej.
