used or where oxygen is being administered.
• Do not operate under blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can
occur and cause fire, electrocution or injury to persons.
• Do not carry this appliance by supply cord or use cord
as handle.
• To disconnect, depress all control buttons to the “OFF”
position, then remove plug from outlet.
• This appliance is designed for household use only.
• Use heated surfaces carefully. May cause serious burns.

Instructions for Use
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a
polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug
will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit
fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact
a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change
the plug in any way.
1. It is highly recommended that Foot Revitalizer is used with
socked feet. Do not use the unit while wearing shoes.
2. Place Foot Revitalizer on the floor in front of your chair or
seat. Make sure the unit is in the "OFF” position. Buttons are
located on the bottom of the unit.
3. Plug the unit into the power source (120V).
4. To activate massage action, press power button once. Blue
LED’s will illuminate.
5. The second press of the button will activate the heat feature.
Red LED’s will illuminate to confirm your selection.
This appliance is intended for household use only.

• This product is not intended for medical use. It is intended
only to provide a luxurious massage.
• If you have any concerns regarding your health, consult
your doctor before using the Foot Revitalizer.
• Individuals with pacemakers should not use this product.
• If you experience pain in a muscle or joint for a
prolonged period of time, discontinue use and consult
your doctor. Persistent pain could be a symptom of a
more serious condition.
• Never use Foot Revitalizer directly on open wounds or
discolored areas.
• Do not use for more than 15 minutes at a time. Excessive
use could cause the product to overheat. Should this occur,
discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before operating.
• If heat function is left on for a prolonged period of time, lightly
touch bulb surface to ensure the heat level is comfortable. If
it is too hot, turn heat function off, allowing surface to cool.
• Never stand or bear heavy weight on the unit. Unit must be
used while seated only. Standing or bearing heavy weight
upon the unit will cause irreparable damage.
• Never try to open or stick objects into any part of the
Foot Revitalizer. Damages of this nature are not covered
under the HoMedics warranty.
• The massage unit must be in the “OFF” position
before plugging into the wall outlet. (Massage button is
not depressed.)
• Use this appliance for its intended use as described in
this manual.
• This unit is not a toy. Children should not use it or play with it.
• Never use while sleeping.
• Do not place or drop into water or any other liquid.

All servicing of this unit must be performed by
authorized HoMedics service personnel only. This appliance
has no user serviceable parts.
To Clean Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before
cleaning. Clean only with a soft, damp cloth. Never allow water
or any other liquid to come into contact with the control switch.
• After cleaning, wipe surfaces with a dry cloth.
• Never use abrasives, detergents or cleaning agents.
• Periodically straighten cord if it becomes twisted.
To Store Unplug the appliance from the outlet and allow to cool.
• Store in its box or a clean, dry place.
• To avoid breakage, do not wrap the power cord around the unit.
• Wrap cord around the storage posts located on the bottom
of the unit.
• Do not hang the unit by the power cord.

HoMedics sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and work-
manship for a period of two years from the date of original purchase, except as noted below.
HoMedics warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under
normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers.
To obtain warranty service on your HoMedics product, mail the product and your dated sales
receipt (as proof of purchase), postpaid, to the following address:

HoMedics does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers, the subsequent
consumer purchaser of the product from a Retailer or remote purchasers, to obligate HoMedics in
any way beyond the terms set forth herein. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse
or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product;
improper installation; unauthorized repairs or modifications; improper use of electrical/power
supply; loss of power; dropped product; malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to
provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft; neglect; van-
dalism; or environmental conditions; loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility
or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the
control of HoMedics.
This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the
product is purchased. A product that requires modifications or adoption to enable it to operate in
any other country than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or
authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under this
warranty.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. THERE
SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE
COMPANY WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. HOMEDICS SHALL
HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. IN NO
EVENT SHALL THIS WARRANTY REQUIRE MORE THAN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY
PART OR PARTS WHICH ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE
WARRANTY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. IF REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIALS
ARE NOT AVAILABLE, HOMEDICS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS IN
LIEU OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or
resealed products, including but not limited to sale of such products on Internet auction sites
and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees
shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired,
replaced, altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of HoMedics.

Instrucciones de uso
Para reducir el riesgo de choque eléctrico, este artefacto tiene un
enchufe polarizado (una paleta es más ancha que la otra). Este enchufe
puede enchufarse en un tomacorriente polarizado sólo de una forma.
Si éste no entra totalmente en el tomacorriente, invierta la posición del
enchufe. Si aún no entra, póngase en contacto con un electricista
calificado para que instale un tomacorriente adecuado. No cambie
el enchufe en modo alguno.
1. Se recomienda encarecidamente usar el Foot Revitalizer con medias
en los pies. No use la unidad con zapatos.
2. Coloque el Foot Revitalizer en el piso frente a su silla o asiento.
Asegúrese de que la unidad esté en la posición de apagado (“OFF”).
Los botones se encuentran ubicados en la parte inferior de la unidad.
3. Enchufe la unidad a la fuente de energía (110-120V).
4. Para activar la acción masajeadora, presione el botón de encendido
una vez. El LED azul se enciende.
5. El presionar el botón por segunda vez activa la función de calor.

únicamente por personal de servicio de HoMedics autorizado.
Este artefacto no tiene piezas que requieran servicio por parte del
usuario.
Para limpiar Desenchufe la unidad y deje que se enfríe antes
de limpiarla. Límpiela únicamente con un paño suave y húmedo.
Nunca deje que el agua ni ningún otro líquido entre en contacto con
el interruptor de control.
• Después de la limpieza, seque las superficies con un paño seco.
• Nunca use agentes de limpieza, detergentes o abrasivos.
• Enderece el cable periódicamente si se enrosca
.
Para guardar Desenchufe el artefacto del tomacorriente y deje que
se enfríe.
• Guárdelo en su caja o en un lugar limpio y seco.
• Para evitar que se rompa, no envuelva el cable de electricidad
alrededor de la unidad.
• Envuelva el cable alrededor de las barras para guardado ubicadas
en la parte inferior de la unidad.
• No cuelgue la unidad por el cable de electricidad.
