ISTRUZIONI SMONTAGGIO/MONTAGGIO VISIERA TRASPARENTE. 1.1 Aprire la visiera fino a far coincidere la freccia presente sul meccanismo con la tacca della visiera. Spingere il bottone A di sgancio verso la parte posteriore del casco e svincolare la visiera (Fig.1). 1.2 Ripetere le operazioni sul lato opposto e rimuovere la visiera. 1.3 Per rimontare la visiera trasparente eseguire le suddette operazioni in senso contrario. 2. ISTRUZIONI SMONTAGGIO VISIERA FUMÈ 2.1 Alzare la visiera trasparente. Spingere il bottone B verso l’alto ed esercitando una leggera trazione rimuovere il meccanismo visiera completo con la visiera trasparente agganciata (Fig.2). 2.2 Ripetere le operazioni sul lato opposto e rimuovere il meccanismo visiera completo. 2.3 A visiera fumè abbassata svitare la vite C e sganciare la leva di movimento D (Fig.3). 2.4 Partendo dal lato della leva di movimento, ora completamente sganciata, abbassare ulteriormente la visiera fumè oltre il bordo frontale calotta ed estrarla esercitando una leggera trazione verso la parte anteriore del casco (Fig.4). 2 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:21 Pagina 5 ITA A Fig. 1 B D Fig. 2 C Fig. 3 Fig. 4 3 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:21 Pagina 6 ITA 3. ISTRUZIONI MONTAGGIO VISIERA FUMÈ 3.1 Ripetere l’operazione 2.1 e 2.2 3.2 Inserire il braccio della visiera fumè nella propria sede fino a poter vedere il dado di ottone (Fig.5).Posizionare la leva di movimento D in corrispondenza del braccio della visiera fumè ed avvitare la vite C. (Fig.3) 3.3 Inserire la visiera fumè nel lato opposto esercitando una leggera pressione. 3.4 Montare quindi la visiera trasparente come indicato nel punto 1 ATTENZIONE! Non utilizzare la visierà fumè nelle ore notturne o di scarsa visibilità. ATTENZIONE! Ogni operazione di regolazione della visiera fumè deve essere eseguita a veicolo fermo. 4. ISTRUZIONI SMONTAGGIO CUFFIA INTERNA LAVABILE. Per lo smontaggio della cuffia interna potete iniziare indifferentemente dal guanciale destro o sinistro. 4.1 Rimuovere il guanciale tirandolo verso la parte interna del casco fino a sganciare i bottoni di fissaggio posti sul retro, quindi ripetere l’operazione anche sull’altro guanciale (Fig. 6) 4.2 Partendo dal paranuca sganciare la fodera esercitando una leggera trazione verso l’interno del casco (Fig.7). Continuando la leggera trazione svincolare anche le linguette di fissaggio laterali F e il telaietto di fissaggio fronte E (Fig.8). 4.3 Estrarre completamente la fodera. 4 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:21 Pagina 7 ITA Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 E F F Fig. 8 5 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:21 Pagina 8 ITA PULIZIA CUFFIA INTERNA LAVABILE Il tessuto dell’imbottitura interna di conforto è trattato con procedimento SANITIZED® che ha un’azione batteriostatica e fungostatica. L’effetto batteriostatico e fungostatico SANITIZED®: • Combatte la formazione di odori sgradevoli • Mantiene freschi più a lungo i prodotti con esigenze igieniche • Impedisce la proliferazione dei funghi responsabili delle micosi della pelle. Lavare rigorosamente a mano con sapone neutro a 30° max. Risciacquare in acqua fredda; non strizzare; asciugare a temperature ambiente. ATTENZIONE! Non lavare mai la cuffia interna in lavatrice. Per la pulizia della cuffia interna non utilizzare mai petrolio, benzina o altri solventi. 5. ISTRUZIONI MONTAGGIO CUFFIA INTERNA LAVABILE 5.1 Posizionare la cuffia all’interno del casco. 5.2 Inserire ed agganciare il telaietto di fisaggio frontale E al supporto fissato al polistirolo (Fig.8). 5.3 Inserire ed agganciare le linguette di fissaggio laterali F tra il polistirolo e la calotta (Fig.9), quindi eseguire le stesse operazioni per la linguetta di fissaggio zona paranuca (Fig.10) 5.4 Agganciare i guanciali premendo i bottoni di fissaggio posti sul retro. 6. WIND STOP Il paravento limita le infiltrazioni di aria fredda dal basso. 6.1 ISTRUZIONI MONTAGGIO WIND STOP Inserire e premere in posizione centrale il telaietto di fissaggio del paravento tra il bordo della calotta e la mentoniera (Fig.11) 6.2 ISTRUZIONI SMONTAGGIO WIND STOP Ruotare il paravento, indifferentemente in senso orario o antiorario, sino ad estrarlo completamente (Fig.12) 6 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:21 Pagina 9 ITA F Fig. 9 Fig. 10 Fig. 11 Fig. 12 7 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:21 Pagina 10 ENG 1. HOW TO FIX AND REMOVE THE CLEAR VISOR. 1.1 Open the visor until the small arrow on the mechanism matches the sign on the visor. Press the release button A and pull it backwards (Pic.1) then release the visor. 1.2 In order to remove the visor entirely, repeat the above step on the opposite side. 1.3 Repeat the above steps in reverse order to mount back the clear visor. 2. HOW TO REMOVE THE SMOKE VISOR 2.1 Open the clear visor. Press the button B upwards while pulling kindly in order to remove the visor mechanism together with the clear visor on one side (Pic.2) 2.2 Repeat the above step on the opposite side to remove completely the visor mechanism with the clear visor. 2.3 With the smoke visor lowered unscrew the screw C then release the movement lever D (Pic.3). 2.4 Starting from the side of the movement lever, lower the smoke visor even further beyond the front edge rim of the shell and then extract it by pulling it gently. HOW TO SECURE THE SMOKE VISOR 3.1 Repeat steps 2.1 e 2.2 3.2 Introduce the left side arm of the smoke visor in line with its seat until the brass screw is visible (Pic.5). Tighten the screw C to secure the smoke visor arm to the movement lever. (Pic.3) 3.3 Place the smoke visor on the opposite side by pressing gently. 3.4 Secure the clear visor as indicated in step 1 WARININGS! Do not use the smoke visor during late night hours or in scarce visibility condition. WARNINGS! Any adjustments to the smoke visor must be done in still position. 4. HOW TO REMOVE THE WASHABLE LINING. To remove the inner padding you can start either from the right or left side. 4.1 Remove the cheek pad by pulling it inwards and detach the studs in the back. Repeat the same step on the opposite side (Pic.6). 4.2 Starting from the neck device, remove the lining by pulling slightly towards the inside of the helmet (Pic.7). Still pulling gently, release also the lateral fixing strips F and the fixing plastic frame in the front E (Pic.8). 4.3 Remove completely the lining. 10 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:21 Pagina 13 ENG Pic. 5 Pic. 6 Pic. 7 E F F Pic. 8 11 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:21 Pagina 14 ENG CLEANING THE WASHABLE LINING The comfort padding liner is treated with the SANITIZED® process which provides both the anti-bacterial and anti-fungous action. • Long-term protection against unpleasant odors • Preserves the fabric and provides hygienic freshness and greater comfort to the wearer • Prevents the growth of bacteria which causes skin irritation Wash it strictly by hand with neutral soap and water (max. 30°C) Rinse it in cold water, do not wring it. Dry it at room temperature. WARNINGS! Never clean the lining in the washing machine. Never use petrol or other solvents to clean the lining. 5. HOW TO FIT THE WASHABLE LINING 5.1 Place the main liner padding inside the helmet. 5.2 Place the plastic frame in the front E and fix it to the seat attached to the EPS liner (Pic.8). 5.3 Place and fix the lateral fixing strips F between the EPS liner and the shell (Pic.9). Follow the same step for the fixing strip in the neck area. (Pic.10) 5.4 Attach the cheek pads by pressing the fixing studs placed in the back. 6. ANLEITUNG ZUR AUSWECHSLUNG VOM KLAREN VISIER 1.1 das Visier so weit öffnen, bis der Pfeil an der Visiermechanik auf die Markierung am Visier zeigt. Den Auslösungsknopf A nach hinten schieben und das Visier auf dieser Seite abnehmen (Abb.1) 1.2 Den Vorgang auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite wiederholen. 1.3 Um das Visier wieder anzubringen, die oben aufgeführten Schritte in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wiederholen. 2. ANLEITUNG ZUM AUSBAU DES GETÖNTEN VISIERS 2.1 Das klare Visier öffnen. Den Knopf B nach oben drücken und mit einem leichten Zug die komplette Visiermechanik zusammen mit dem klaren Visier abnehmen (Abb.2) 2.2 Den Vorgang auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite wiederholen. 2.3 Bei zugeklapptem, getönten Visier, die Schraube C lockern und Bedienungshebel D abnehmen (Abb.3). 2.4 Von der Seite des Bedienungshebels das getönte Visier nochmals unterhalb des Helmrandes senken und das Visier vorsichtig herausnehmen (Abb.4). 14 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:21 Pagina 17 DEU A Abb. 1 B D Abb. 2 C Abb. 3 Abb. 4 15 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:21 Pagina 18 DEU 3. ANLEITUNG ZUM EINBAU DES GETÖNTEN VISIERS 3.1 Die Vorgänge 2.1 und 2.2 wiederholen. 3.2 Den Arm des getönten Visiers in den Sitz, bis die Messingmutter sichtbar ist, einführen (Abb.5). Den Bedienungsebel D an den Visierarm ansetzen und festschrauben C. (Abb.3) 3.3 Mit einem leichten Druck das getönte Visier in die Gegenseite einsetzen. 3.4 Das klare Visier, wie bei Punkt 1 beschrieben, wieder montieren. ACHTUNG! Das getönte Visier nicht in der Dunkelheit oder bei geringer Sicht benutzen. ACHTUNG! Die Verstellung des getönten Visiers soll nur bei stehendem Fahrzeug erfolgen. 4. ANLEITUNG ZUM AUSBAU DES WASCHBAREN INNENFUTTERS Zum Abnehmen des Innenfutters können Sie entweder mit dem linken oder rechten Wangenpolster beginnen. 4.1 Das Wangenpolster langsam herausnehmen, indem man die Druckknöpfe löst. Dasselbe nun auf der Gegenseite wiederholen (Abb.6). 4.2 Das Innenpolster, beginnend mit einem leichten Ziehen am Nackenpolster, (Abb. 7) herausnehmen. Fortsetzend mit einem leichten Herausziehen der seitlichen Haltelaschen F und der Frontlaschen E (Abb.8). 4.3 Das komplette Innenfutter herausnehmen. 16 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:21 Pagina 19 DEU Abb. 5 Abb. 6 Abb. 7 E F F Abb. 8 17 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:21 Pagina 20 DEU REINIGUNG DES WASCHBAREN INNENFUTTERS Der Stoff der Komfortpolsterung ist im “SANITIZED®-Verfahren” pilz- und bakterienhemmend behandelt. Die pilz- und bakterienhemmende “SANITIZED®” Behandlung hat folgende Vorteile: • die Entstehung von unangenehmen Gerüchen wird bekämpft • der Helm bleibt länger hygienisch • die Pilzvermehrung wird gehemmt und dadurch die Gefahr von Hautpilzerkrankungen verringert.Nur mit der Hand und einer neutralen Seife bei 30° C waschen, mit kaltem Wasser ausspülen, nicht auswringen und bei Zimmertemperatur trocknen lassen. ACHTUNG! Für die Reinigung des Innenfutters niemals Erdöl, Benzin oder andere Lösungsmittel verwenden. 5. 5.1 5.2 5.3 5.4 6. ANLEITUNG ZUM EINBAU DES WASCHBAREN INNENFUTTERS Das Innenfutter im Inneren des Helmes positionieren. Die Vorderlasche am Halter E, der an der Innenschale befestigt ist (Abb.8), auflegen und einsetzen. Die seitlichen Haltelaschen F zwischen Styropor und Helmschale (Abb.9) einsetzen. Das Nackenpolster zwischen Styropor und Helmschale einlegen. (Abb.10) Beide Wangenpolster anlegen und auf die hinteren Befestigungsknöpfe drücken. INSTRUCTIONS POUR DEMONTAGE/MONTAGE DE L'ECRAN TRANSPARENT 1.1 Soulever l'écran transparent de manière à faire coincider le repère visible sur le mécanisme central de fixation avec celui situé sur l'écran. Pousser le bouton A vers la partie arrière du casque et dégager l'écran (Fig. 1). 1.2 Faire la même opération sur le côté opposé et enlever complètement l'écran. 1.3 Pour remonter l'écran, effectuer les opérations ci dessus dans le sens inverse. 2. 2.1 2.2 2.3 2.4 20 INSTRUCTIONS POUR LE DEMONTAGE DE L'ECRAN SOLAIRE Soulever complètement l'écran transparent. Pousser le bouton B vers le haut et tout en tirant légèrment vers vous, enlever l'ensemble du mécanisme de fixation avec l'écran transparent qui reste accroché (Fig.2). Faire la même opération sur le côté opposé (en enlevant aussi tout le mécanisme de fixation) et retirer totalement l’ensemble, c’est à dire l’écran plus les plaques de fixation. Lorsque l’écran solaire est abaissé, dévisser la vis C et décrocher le levier de mouvement D (Fig.3). En partant du côté du levier de mouvement, désormais complètement détaché, abaisser l’écran solaire jusqu’au bord de la calotte et l’enlever en le tirant légèrement vers l'avant (Fig.4). imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:21 Pagina 23 FRA A Fig. 1 B D Fig. 2 C Fig. 3 Fig. 4 21 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:21 Pagina 24 FRA 3. 3.1 3.2 3.3 3.4 INSTRUCTIONS POUR LE REMONTAGE DE L'ECRAN SOLAIRE Répéter les opérations 2.1 et 2.2. Insérer la longue patte de fixation de l’écran solaire dans son emplacement jusqu’à apercevoir l’écrou (Fig. 5). Positionner le levier de mouvement D en le faisant correspondre parfaitement avec la longue patte de fixation de l’écran solaire, puis visser la vis C. (Fig.3) Insérer l’écran fumé sur le côté opposé en exerçant une légère pression pour faciliter sa mise en place. Remonter ensuite l’écran transparent en suivant les instructions du paragraphe 1. ATTENTION! Ne jamais utiliser l'écran solaire quand vous roulez de nuit ou quand la vìsibilité est faible. ATTENTION! Les manipulations de l’écran solaire doivent impérativement être effectués lorque vous êtes à I’arrêt. 4. INSTRUCTJONS POUR LE DEMONTAGE DE LA GARNITURE INTERIEURE LAVABLE Pour le démontage de la garniture intérieure, vous pouvez commencer indifféreremment par les coussins de joue à droite ou à gauche. 4.1 Enlever le premier coussin de joue en le tirant vers l’intérieur du casque jusqu’à apercevoir les points de fixation (boutons pression) et en les dégrafant complètement. Répéter ensuite la même opération pour l'autre joue (Fig.6). 4.2 En partant du coussin de nuque, détacher la garniture interne en la tirant légèrement vers l’intérieur du casque (Fig.7). Tout en continuant à tirer légèrement vers vous, dégager les languettes de fixation latérales F et la petite armature de fixation avant E (Fig.8). 4.3 Eniever complètement la garniture. 22 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:22 Pagina 25 FRA Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 E F F Fig. 8 23 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:22 Pagina 26 FRA NETTOYAGE DE LA GARNITURE INTERIEURE Afin d’optimiser votre confort, le tissu utilisé pour recouvrir la garniture intérieure est traité avec le nouveau procédé SANITIZED® qui associe une protection fongistatique et bactériostatique qui a pour effets: • de combattre l’apparition d’odeurs désagréables • de garantir une sensation de fraicheur plus longtemps, • d'empêcher la prolifération des champignons responsables des mycoses de la peau. Laver exclusivement à la main avec du savon neutre, maximum 30˚C. Rincer à l’eau froide, ne pas essorer, et faire sécher à température ambiante. ATTENTION! Ne jamais laver la garniture en machine. Pour le nettoyage de la garniture, ne jarnais utiliser du pétrole, de l’essence ou d’autres solvants. 5. INSTRUCTIONS POUR LE MONTAGE DE LA GARNITURE INTERIEURE 5.1 Présenter la garniture à l'intérieur du casque. 5.2 Positionner et flxer la petite armature de fixation E sur le support qui se trouve sur le polystyrène (Fig.8) 5.3 Placer et insérer les languettes de fixation latérales F entre le polystyrène et la calotte (Fig.9) Ensuite, effectuer les mêmes opérations pour la languette de fixation du coussin de nuque. (Fig. 10) 5.4 Attacher les coussins de joue en les fixant avec les boutons pression. 6. BAVETTE ANTI REMOUS La bavette anti remous empêche la pénétration de l'air sous le menton. 6.1 INSTRUCTIONS POUR LE MONTAGE DE LA BAVETTE Insérer et fixer les languettes plastique entre la coque et la garniture interne du casque, en commencant par celle du milieu (Fig.11). 6.2 INSTRUCTIONS POUR LE DÉMONTAGE DE LA BAVETTE Dégager la bavette en lui donnant un mouvement circulaire indifféremment de droite ou de gauche, et l'extraire complètement (Fig.12). 24 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:22 Pagina 27 FRA F Fig. 9 Fig. 10 Fig. 11 Fig. 12 25 imp.caberg 2 12 2004 15:22 Pagina 28 ESP 1. INTRUCCIONES PARA MONTAJE/DESMONTAJE DE LA PANTALLA TRANSPARENTE 1.1 Abrir la pantalla hasta hacer coincidir la marca existente sobre el mecanismo con la marca de la pantalla. Empujar el botón A de enganche hacia la parte posterior del casco y desencajar la pantalla (Fig 1). 1.2 Repetir la operación en el lado opuesto y extraer la pantalla. 1.3 Para montar la pantalla transparente seguir las anteriores operaciones en sentido contrario. 2. 2.1 2.2 2.3 2.4 26 INTRUCCIONES PARA EL DESMONTAJE DE LA PANTALLA HUMO Alzar la pantalla transparente. Empujar el botón B hacia arriba y ejercitar una ligera tracción extrayendo así el mecanismo completo con la pantalla transparente enganchada (Fig2). Repetir la operación sobre el lado opuesto y extraer el mecanismo completo de la pantalla. Con pantalla humo bajada desatornillar el tornillo C y desenganchar la palanca de movimiento D (Fig 3). INSTRUCCIONES MONTAJE PANTALLA HUMO 3.1 Repetir la operación 2.1 y 2.2 3.2 Insertar el brazo de la pantalla humo por el orificio hasta poder ver la parte donde va atornillado el tornillo (Fig 5). Posicionar la palanca de movimiento en concordancia al brazo de la visera humo y atornillar el tornillo C. (Fig.3) 3.3 Insertar la pantalla humo en el lado opuesto ejercitando una ligera presión. 3.4 Montar la pantalla transparente como viene indicado en el punto 1. ATENCIÓN! No utilizar la pantalla humo en horas nocturnas o durante condiciones de escasa visibilidad. ATENCIÓN!. Cada operación de regulación de la pantalla humo debe realizarse con el vehículo parado. 4. INSTRUCCIONES DE DESMONTAJE DEL INTERIOR LAVABLE. Para el desmontaje del tejido interior se puede iniciar indiferentemente entre la mentonera derecha o izquierda. 4.1 Extraer la mentonera tirando hacia la parte interna del casco hasta desenganchar el clip de fijación fijado en el inverso, así pues repetir la operación sobre la otra mentonera. 4.2 Partiendo del paranuca desencajar el interior de la calota ejercitando una tracción hacia el interior del casco (Fig 7). Continuando la ligera tracción, extraer la lengüeta de fijación lateral F y la tela de fijación de la frente F. El efecto bactereoestático y fungoestático SANITIZED®: • Combate la formación de malos olores. • Mantiene fresco durante más tiempo los productos con exigencias higiénicas • Impide la proliferación de hongos. Lavar rigurosamente a mano con jabón neutro a 30º max. Aclarar en agua fría, no estirar, secar a temperatura ambiente. ATENCIÓN! No lavar nunca el tejido interior del casco en lavadora. Para la limpieza del tejido interno no utilizar nunca petróleo, gasolina u otros disolventes. 5. 5.1 5.2 5.3 5.4 6. INSTRUCCIONES PARA EL MONTAJE DEL TEJIDO INTERIOR Posicionar el tejido interior en el interior del casco. Insertar y enganchar el tejido frontal E en el soporte fijado al poliestirolo (Fig. 8). Insertar y enganchar la lengüeta de fijación lateral F tras el poliestirolo de la calota (Fig. 9), así pues seguir la misma operación para la lengüeta de fijación de la zona paranuca. (Fig.10) Enganchar las mentoneras apretando los botones de fijación situados en el reverso.
