CONNECTING TO WIFI
Go into settings on your smart device and ensure your device is
connected to a private wireless network. Next, open the JAM WIFI
app. On the home screen, press "New Speaker Setup" to connect
the speaker. You will be prompted to choose your speaker. Choose
“JAM Voice” from the speaker list. Please note: only 2.4GHz
networks are supported.
Power on your JAM Voice by pressing and holding the power button for 3
seconds. An audible tone will indicate the unit is turned on, followed by a
voice prompt stating, "Wi-Fi mode, please wait." Wait for a second audible
tone to indicate your speaker is ready to connect to Wi-Fi network (note it
may take up to 15 seconds to hear second audible tone).
Have your wireless network password ready. Press and hold the
button on the bottom of your speaker for 3 seconds. You will hear an
audible statement, "Ready to connect to Wi-Fi network. Please follow the
instructions in your JAM Wi-Fi app." Follow the step-by-step instructions
to connect your device.

Once you enter the password and hit continue, you will
hear an audible voice prompt indicating, “Waiting for Wi-Fi
connection.” Once connected, you will hear the audible,
“Connected to Wi-Fi network.”
Hit the next button and choose which language you prefer.
You can choose between English (United States), English
(United Kingdom), or Deutsch (German).

USING ALEXA VOICE SERVICE
To activate Alexa, tap the JAM microphone button on the top
of your speaker. You will hear a short tone. Next, ask Alexa a
question, such as, “Alexa, what is the weather today in New
York?” Or you can tell Alexa to do something, like, “Alexa,
add milk to my shopping list."
Download the Amazon Alexa app in the App Store, Google
Play Store, or Amazon App Store where you can explore
Things to Try, Alexa Skills, Smart Home Capabilities, and
more. This app will allow you to customize your location,

USING THE INTERCOM
Press the icon within the app,
then use the toggle buttons to
select the speaker(s) you’d like to
broadcast to. Press and hold the
intercom icon while saying your
message (up to 30 seconds).
When fi nished, release the
icon. The message will
then play on all selected
speakers.

USING ALEXA THROUGH THE APP
Press the microphone button on the lower right hand side of the app.
Select the speakers you would like to have Alexa speak from by sliding the
corresponding switch next to the speaker name left or right. NOTE: the
speaker is considered “active” if the line is blue. It will be gray if the speaker
is not active.
Next, press and hold the Alexa button on the app while speaking to Alexa
(up to 7 seconds). When fi nished, release the icon. You will hear an audible
tone indicating Alexa has received the message and she will respond.

If you need to reset your speaker, use a paperclip to press the

CONNEXION AU WI-FI
Allez dans les paramètres de votre appareil intelligent et assurez-
vous qu’il est connecté à un réseau sans fi l privé. Ouvrez ensuite
l’application JAM WIFI. Sur l’écran d’accueil, appuyez sur «
Confi guration d’un nouveau haut-parleur » pour con-necter le haut-
parleur. Vous serez incité à choisir votre haut-parleur. Sélectionnez «
JAM Voice » dans la liste des haut-parleurs. Veuillez noter : seuls
les réseaux de 2,4 GHz sont compatibles.
Mettez votre JAM Voice en marche en tenant le bouton Power enfoncé pendant
3 secondes. Un signal sonore indiquera que l’appareil s’est allumé, suivi d’une
commande vocale disant « Mode Wi-Fi, veuillez patienter. » Attendez qu’un
deuxième signal sonore vous indique que votre haut-parleur est connecté au
réseau Wi-Fi (veuillez noter qu’un maximum de 15 secondes peuvent s’écouler
avant le deuxième signal sonore).
Ayez le mot de passe de votre réseau sans fi l. Tenez le bouton situé sous le
haut-parleur enfoncé pendant 3 secondes.
Vous entendrez un avertissement
sonore disant « Prêt à connecter au réseau Wi-Fi. Veuillez suivre les instructions
de votre application JAM Wi-FI. » Suivez chaque étape des instructions pour
connecter votre appareil.

UTILISATION D’ALEXA À TRAVERS L’APPLICATION
Appuyez sur l’icône du microphone situé en bas à droite de l’application.
Choisissez les haut-parleurs que vous souhaitez voir activés (à travers desquels
Alexa pourra se faire entendre) en faisant glisser vers la gauche ou vers la droite
l’interrupteur correspondant au nom du haut-parleur. REMARQUE : Le haut-
parleur est activé si la ligne est bleue. La ligne sera grise si le haut-parleur n’est
pas activé.
Appuyez ensuite et maintenez le l’icône Alexa sur votre application tout en parlant
à Alexa (jusqu’à 7 secondes). Une fois terminé, relâchez l’icône. Vous entendrez un
signal sonore indiquant que Alexa a reçu le message et qu’elle y répondra.

CONECTARSE A WIFI
Ingrese a las confi guraciones en su dispositivo smart y asegúrese de
que esté conectado a una red inalámbrica privada. Luego, abra la
aplicación JAM WiFi. En la pantalla de inicio, presione “New Speaker
Setup” (Confi gurar parlante nuevo) para conectar el parlante. Le
pedirá que elija el parlante. Elija “JAM Voice” de la lista de parlantes.
Atención: solo son compatibles las redes de 2.4 GHz.
Encienda su JAM Voice presionando sin soltar el botón de encendido
durante 3 segundos. Un tono audible le indicará que la unidad está
encendida, seguido de un sonido de voz que le indicará, "Modo wifi , por
favor espere". Espere por un segundo tono audible que le indicará que
