1. Charging:
Connect the USB cable to a USB port in your computer
or compatible USB adapter.
Connect the magnetic pins with the contacts on the back
of the WiMATE smartband.
2. Wear your smart band:
Wear your smartband around your Wrist and adjust it.
3. Power, pairing mode and set up
To turn on your smartband, maintain your finger onto the touch screen until you feel 4
vibrations. Connect your smartband to your smartphone thanks to WiMATE App.
Please make sure your smartphone OS is at least Android 5.0 or above / iOS 8.0 or above.
• Download the “WiMATE” application from Google Play Store or Apple Store
in your smartphone.
• Launch the application and follow the steps to pair and to set up
your personal information.
• Your smartband and your smartphone will sync automatically.

If the screen of your smartband is in stand-by mode, you may activate it through 2 ways:
• Slide your finger on the touch screen from the top to the bottom.
• Flip your wrist.

USUAL QUESTIONS:
Q: After the sync between my smartphone and the smartband, the date and time shown by
the smartband are not correct.
A: Restart the smart band and make the sync again.
Q: Why my smartband doesn’t show the name of the incoming call?
A: Android: After pairing with the App, make sure you allow all your phone permissions
to authorize the app display calls, SMS, contacts and also make sure the App is active in
background.
If your smartphone had other software security services, make sure, the App “WiMATE” is
marked as sure.
iOS: Restart your iPhone and re-connect to the smartband. After connection, wait for the
message « Bluetooth pairing request » and select « pairing »: the name of the incoming call
must be displayed.
Q: Is my smart band waterproof?
A: Your product is waterproof, to water splash and to light dip (IP67 certification). You can
wash your hands wearing your smart band.
To extend your smartband quality and lifetime, we suggest to remove your smart band every
time you wash your hands or have a shower.
IMPORTANT: your smartband is not designed for swimming.
Smartband instructions care.
• Avoid shocks: hard manipulations could damage your smart band.
• Never use a hard or sharp element onto the touch screen.
• Avoid the use of chemicals cleaners or solvents to clean your smart band. It may damage
the plastic parts and coatings.
• Carefully clean your smartband with a soft towel and water after every time you use sun
block, other beauty products, alcohol or other chemical products. After cleaning, dry the
device.
• Do not keep the smartband in extreme temperatures (sauna, too long sun exposure)
Important usage information:
The smart band have a built in lithium- ion battery.
Never throw the battery or smartband on a fire and follow the guidelines in force for recycling
used batteries.
Be careful not to crush or damage the battery. It could cause an internal short circuit and
overheating.
Never take the battery apart.
Do not leave the battery being charged for more than a week as this might result in an
overload and reduce the life of the product.

1. Heart rate: if the heart rate data is not accurate, you can:
Clean and dry your arm before wearing the smartband.
Avoid the contact between your smartband and sun blocker.
Wear your smartband around your wrist above your bone. The band must be adjusted to the
wrist size and remain comfortable.
2. Pairing: if you couldn’t pair your smartband with your smartphone, follow these steps:
Turn off the smart band by selecting On/Off button.
Press the touch screen for 15 seconds, until you feel 4 vibrations.
Try to pair again your smartband with your smartphone via Wiko App ‘WiMATE’.

Mise en route :
1. Chargez l’appareil.

NAVIGATION SUR L’ÉCRAN TACTILE DU BRACELET
Activation de l’affichage:
Si votre écran est en veille, vous pouvez rallumer l’écran de votre bracelet
WiMATE de 2 façons :
• Un glissé avec votre doigt, de haut en bas, sur l’écran.
• Un geste du poignet, comme si vous souhaitiez regarder l’heure sur votre bracelet.

QUESTIONS HABITUELLES
Q: Après connexion via l’Application, la synchronisation des données est finie mais l’heure
sur l’écran du bracelet n’est pas correcte.
A: Rallumez le bracelet et recommencez la synchronisation.
Q: Pourquoi mon bracelet n’indique pas le nom de l’appelant?
A: Android: Après la connexion via l’App, veuillez-vous assurer que vous avez autorisé l’App
à afficher les appels, SMS, contacts et assurez-vous également que l’App reste active en
background. Si votre smartphone propose des sécurités software renforcées,
veuillez vous assurer que l’Application Wiko a bien été référencée comme ‘sûre’.
iOS: Veuillez éteindre et rallumer votre iPhone et connectez à nouveau le bracelet.
Après connexion, attendez que l’iPhone affiche “Demande d’appairage Bluetooth”
et cliquez sur “Pairing” : l’affichage de l’appelant doit dorénavant fonctionner.
Q: Mon bracelet est-il étanche?
A: Votre produit est résistant à l’eau, aux éclaboussures et à l’immersion légère
(il est certifié IP67). Vous pouvez par exemple vous laver les mains avec
le bracelet. Afin de prolonger la qualité de votre bracelet et la précision de
ses mesures, nous vous conseillons d’enlever votre bracelet avant de vous laver les mains
ou vous doucher.
IMPORTANT: votre bracelet n’est pas prévu pour la natation.
Entretien de votre bracelet
• Evitez les chocs et les manipulations brusques qui risquent d’endommager le bracelet.
• N’utilisez jamais d’objet dur ou pointu sur l’écran tactile.
• Evitez d’utiliser des nettoyants chimiques ou solvants pour nettoyer le bracelet.
Cela risquerait d’endommager les plastiques.
• Nettoyez soigneusement le bracelet avec un chiffon et de l’eau claire après chaque
utilisation en contact avec de la crème solaire, des produits de beauté, de l’alcool ou
d’autres produits chimiques. Après le nettoyage, laissez bien sécher l’appareil.
• Pour éviter tout dommage permanent, ne conservez pas le bracelet dans un endroit
où il pourrait être exposé de manière prolongée à des températures extrêmes
(sauna, exposition au soleil,...)
Consignes d’utilisation importantes :
Le bracelet intègre une batterie Lithium-Ion :
Ne jetez jamais le bracelet au feu et veillez à respecter les consignes en vigueur
en matière de recyclage des batteries et des appareils électroniques usagés.
Veillez à ne pas écraser ou endommager la batterie. Cela risquerait de provoquer
un court-circuit interne et une surchauffe.
Ne démontez jamais la batterie.
Ne laissez pas la batterie en charge pendant plus d’une semaine.

1.Fréquence cardiaque : si les données cardiaques manquent de fiabilité ou
ne s’affichent pas, vous pouvez :
Nettoyez et séchez votre bras avant d’installer le bracelet.
Evitez de mettre votre bracelet en contact avec de la crème solaire.
Portez l’appareil autour du poignet, au-dessus de l’os. L’appareil doit être suffisamment
serré, mais rester confortable.
2. Appairage au smartphone : si vous n’arrivez pas à appairer votre bracelet à votre
smartphone, suivez la procédure suivante :
Eteignez votre bracelet en cliquant sur l’icône Off.
Appuyez sur l’écran, pendant 15 secondes, jusqu’à l’émission de 4 vibrations successives.
Essayez d’appairer à nouveau votre bracelet à votre smartphone via
l’APP WiMATE.

• Un gesto del polso, come se voleste guardare l’ora sul braccialetto.

DOMANDE FREQUENTI
D: Dopo essersi connessi tramite l’Applicazione, la sincronizzazione dei dati è terminata ma
l’ora sullo schermo del braccialetto non è esatta.
R: Riaccendere il braccialetto e riavviare la sincronizzazione.
D: Perché il mio braccialetto non indica il nome del chiamante?
R: Android: Dopo la connessione tramite l’App, assicurarsi di aver autorizzato l’App a
mostrare le chiamate, SMS, contatti, e anche che questa rimanga attiva in sottofondo. Se il
vostro smartphone propone maggiori protocolli di sicurezza del software, assicurarsi che
l’App Wiko sia stata considerata come «sicura».
iOS: Spegnere e riaccendere l’iPhone e connettere di nuovo il braccialetto. Dopo la
connessione, attendere che l’iPhone mostri «Richiesta di accoppiamento Bluetooth» e
cliccare su «Accoppia»: la visualizzazione del chiamante dovrebbe funzionare.
D: Il mio braccialetto è impermeabile?
R: Il prodotto è resistente all’acqua, agli schizzi e all’immersione leggera (certificazione
IP67). Ad esempio potete lavarvi le mani indossandolo.
Per prolungare la qualità del braccialetto e la precisione delle sue misurazioni, vi
consigliamo di toglierlo prima di lavarvi le mani o fare la doccia.
IMPORTANTE: non indossare il braccialetto durante il nuoto.
Manutenzione del braccialetto
• Evitare gli urti e le manipolazioni brusche che rischiano di danneggiare
il braccialetto.
• Non utilizzare mai oggetti duri o appuntiti sullo schermo touch.
• Evitare di utilizzare detergenti chimici o solventi per pulire il braccialetto.
La plastica potrebbe danneggiarsi.
• Pulire con cura il braccialetto usando un panno e acqua corrente dopo l’utilizzo di crema
solare, prodotti di bellezza, alcool o altri prodotti chimici. Dopo aver pulito il dispositivo,
lasciarlo asciugare.
• Per evitare danni permanenti, non conservare il braccialetto in un luogo in cui potrebbe
essere esposto in modo prolungato a temperature estreme (sauna, esposizione al sole).
Informazioni importanti per l’uso:
Il braccialetto è dotato di pila agli ioni di litio:
Non gettare mai il braccialetto sul fuoco e rispettare le indicazioni vigenti sul riciclaggio
delle batterie e degli apparecchi elettronici usati.
Non schiacciare né danneggiare la batteria. Questo potrebbe provocare un corto-circuito

RISOLUZIONE PROBLEMI
1. Frequenza cardiaca: se i dati cardiaci non sono affidabili o non appaiono, è possibile:
pulire e asciugare il braccio prima di mettere il braccialetto.
Evitare di mettere il braccialetto a contatto con la crema solare.
Mettere l’apparecchio attorno al polso, sopra all’osso. L’apparecchio deve essere
abbastanza stretto, pur rimanendo confortevole.
2. Accoppiamento allo smartphone: se non riuscite ad accoppiare il braccialetto allo
smartphone, seguite la seguente procedura:
Spegnere il braccialetto cliccando sull’icona Off.
Premere sullo schermo per 15 secondi, fino all’emissione di 4 vibrazioni successive.
Cercare di accoppiare di nuovo il braccialetto allo smartphone tramite l’app Wiko.

PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES
P: Después de que termino la sincronización de datos, la hora en la pantalla no es la
correcta.
R: Reinicie el brazalete y vuelva a sincronizar sus datos.
P: ¿Por qué mi brazalete no señala el número de la llamada entrante?
R: Android: Después de que conectó su WiMATE por medio de la App, asegúrese que
activó los permisos de autorización para que la aplicación muestre las llamadas, los SMS,
contactos e igualmente, asegúrese que la APP queda activa en un segundo plano.
Si su teléfono posee otros niveles de seguridad de software, asegúrese que la APP Wiko
quede marcada como « segura ».
iOS: Reinicie su iPhone y conéctese de nuevo al brazalete. Después de la conexión, espere
a que el iPhone muestre “solicitud de emparejamiento Bluetooth” y cliquee en “pairing”.
La visualización del número de la llamada entrante debería funcionar.
P: ¿Mi brazalete es resistente al agua?
R: Su producto es resistente al agua y lo puede sumergir levemente (certificación IP67).
Por ejemplo, puede lavarse las manos con el brazalete.
Con el fin de prolongar la calidad del brazalete y la precisión de las mediciones, le
recomendamos quitarse el brazalete antes de lavarse las manos y ducharse.
IMPORTANTE: El brazalete no está fabricado para practicar natación.
Cuidado del brazalete.
• Evite los choques y las manipulaciones bruscas que ponen en riesgo el funcionamiento
del brazalete.
• Nunca utilice un objeto duro o afilado sobre la pantalla táctil.

P: Após ter efetuado a conexão por meio da aplicação, a sincronização dos dados foi
concluída mas a hora mostrada no ecrã da pulseira não está correta.
R: Torne a ligar a sua pulseira e recomece a sincronização.
P: Por que a minha pulseira não indica o nome de quem está a chamar?
R: Android: Após ter efetuado a conexão por meio da aplicação, verifique se autorizou
a aplicação a mostrar as chamadas, os SMS e os contactos, e também certifique-
se de manter a aplicação ativa em segundo plano. Se o seu smartphone dispõe de
funcionalidades aprofundadas de segurança, verifique se a aplicação Wiko foi devidamente
marcada como ‘Segura’.
iOS: Desligue e ligue novamente o seu iPhone e volte a conectar a pulseira. Após a
conexão, espere até que o iPhone mostre a mensagem “Pedido de emparelhamento
Bluetooth” e clique em “Emparelhar”: o nome de quem está a chamar deverá ser
mostrado normalmente.
P: A minha pulseira é estanque?
R: O seu produto é resistente à água, aos salpicos e a uma leve imersão (certificado IP67).
Por exemplo, poderá lavar-se as mãos com a sua pulseira.
Para prolongar a qualidade da sua pulseira e a precisão das medições efetuadas,
recomendamos que retire a sua pulseira antes de lavar-se as mãos ou de
tomar banho.
IMPORTANTE: A sua pulseira não é apropriada para a prática de natação.
Manutenção e cuidados com a sua pulseira
• Evite os impactos e manuseio bruscos e que possam danificar a pulseira.
• Nunca use objetos rígidos ou pontiagudos sobre o ecrã tátil.
• Evite utilizar produtos químicos ou solventes para limpar a pulseira. Isto pode danificar os
plásticos.
• Limpe a pulseira cuidadosamente, com o auxílio de um pano limpo humedecido com
água, após cada utilização em contacto com protetor solar, produtos de beleza, álcool ou
demais produtos químicos. Após a limpeza, deixe o aparelho secar adequadamente.
• Para evitar quaisquer danos permanentes, não armazene a pulseira em um lugar onde
possa ser exposta de modo prolongado a temperaturas extremas (sauna, exposição ao
sol...)

1. Frequência cardíaca: se os dados cardíacos não forem suficientemente fiáveis ou não
estiverem a ser exibidos:
Limpe e seque o seu braço antes de pôr novamente a sua pulseira.
Evite pôr a sua pulseira em contacto com um creme protetor solar.
Use o aparelho em volta do pulso, acima do osso. O aparelho deve estar suficientemente
ajustado ao pulso, mas sem prejudicar o conforto do utilizador.
2. Emparelhamento com o smartphone: se não conseguir emparelhar a sua pulseira com o
seu smartphone, siga o procedimento a seguir:
Pressione o ícone Off para desligar a sua pulseira.
Pressione o ecrã durante 15 segundos, até sentir 4 vibrações sucessivas.

Inbetriebnahme :
1. Aufladen des Geräts.
• Schließen Sie das USB-Kabel an einen freien USB-Eingang
Ihres Computers oder an Ihren USB-Adapter an. Setzen Sie die
Magnetanschlüsse des Landegeräts auf die Kontaktstellen, die
sich an der Rückseite des Wiko-Armbands befinden.
2. Tragen des Armbands:

Handgelenk, über dem Knochen.
3. Einschalten, vernetzen und konfigurieren
Um Ihr Armband einzuschalten, drücken Sie so lange auf das Display, bis Sie 4 Vibrationen
spüren.
Sie müssen Ihr Armband mit Ihrem kompatiblen Smartphone verbinden, um alle
Funktionen nutzen zu können.
Überprüfen Sie, ob das Betriebssystem Ihres Smartphones Android 5.0 (oder höher) oder
iOS8.0 (oder höher) ist.
• Laden Sie über Ihr Smartphone die App ‘Wiko SmartBand’ auf Google Play oder im Apple

NAVIGATION AUF DEM TOUCHSCREEN DES ARMBANDS
Display-Anzeige aktivieren:
Wenn sich das Display Ihres Wiko-Armbands im Standby-Modus befindet, können Sie es
auf 2 Arten einschalten:
• Sie streichen mit Ihrem Finger von oben nach unten über das Display.
• Sie bewegen Ihr Handgelenk, als ob Sie auf Ihrem Armband die Uhrzeit ablesen wollten.

F: Nach der Verbindung über die App ist die Synchronisierung der Daten beendet, doch die
Uhrzeit auf dem Display des Armbands ist nicht korrekt.
A: Schalten Sie das Armband erneut ein und wiederholen Sie die Synchronisierung.
F: Warum zeigt mein Armband nicht den Namen des Anrufers an?
A: Android: Stellen Sie nach der Verbindung über die App sicher, dass Sie der App erlaubt
haben, Anrufe, SMS und Kontakte anzuzeigen und stellen Sie zudem sicher, dass die App
im Hintergrund aktiv bleibt. Wenn Ihr Smartphone über einen verstärkten Softwareschutz
verfügt, stellen Sie sicher, dass die Wiko-App als ‘sicher’ erkannt wurde.
iOS: Schalten Sie Ihr iPhone aus und dann wieder ein, verbinden Sie das Armband
erneut. Warten Sie nach der Verbindung, bis das iPhone “Anfrage zur Verbindung mit
Bluetooth” anzeigt und drücken Sie dann auf “Pairing”: nun sollte die Anzeige des Anrufers
funktionieren.
Q: Ist mein Armband wasserdicht?
A: Ihr Armband ist gegen Wasserspritzer und kurzes Eintauchen geschützt (gemäß
Zertifikat IP67). Sie können sich mit dem Armband beispielsweise die Hände waschen.
Um die Qualität und die Messgenauigkeit Ihres Armbands nicht zu beeinträchtigen,
empfehlen wir Ihnen dennoch, vor dem Händewaschen oder Duschen Ihr Armband
abzunehmen.
ACHTUNG: Ihr Armband ist nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet.
Pflege Ihres Armbands
• Vermeiden Sie Stöße und brüske Bewegungen, die das Armband beschädigen könnten.
• Berühren Sie den Touchscreen niemals mit einem spitzen oder harten Gegenstand.
• Reinigen Sie das Armband nicht mit einem chemischen Reinigungs- oder Lösungsmittel.
Dies kann die Plastikteile beschädigen.
• Reinigen Sie das Armband nach jedem Kontakt mit Sonnencreme, Schönheitscremes,
Alkohol oder anderen chemischen Produkten gründlich mit einem Tuch und klarem
Wasser. Anschließend lassen Sie es vollkommen trocknen.
• Um bleibende Schäden zu vermeiden, bewahren Sie das Armband nicht an einem Ort auf,
an dem es längere Zeit extremen Temperaturen ausgesetzt ist (Sauna, Sonnenbaden …)

Werfen Sie das Armband nicht ins Feuer und beachten Sie die geltenden Vorschriften zur

Inschakelen:

• Download de applicatie ‘Wiko SmartBand’ vanop Google Play of de Apple Store

NAVIGATIE OP HET AANRAAKSCHERM VAN DE ARMBAND
Activering van het scherm:
Als uw scherm in waakstand is, kunt u het scherm van uw Wiko-armband op
2 manieren inschakelen:
• Met een veeg van uw vinger, van boven naar beneden, op het scherm.
• Een gebaar van de pols, alsof u de tijd zou raadplegen op uw armband.

VEELGESTELDE VRAGEN
V: Na het koppelen via de applicatie is de synchronisatie van de gegevens voltooid maar de
tijd op het scherm van de armband is niet juist.
A: Schakel de armband terug uit en in en synchroniseer opnieuw.
V: Waarom toont mijn armband niet de naam van de beller?
A: Android: Na het koppelen via de applicatie moet u ervoor zorgen dat de app de
toestemming heeft om de gesprekken, sms’en en contacten weer te geven en dat de app
actief blijft op de achtergrond. Als uw smartphone een versterkte beveiliging van software
voorstelt, moet u de Wiko applicatie aanduiden als ‘veilig’.
iOS: Schakel uw iPhone uit en terug in en maak opnieuw verbinding met de armband.
Na koppeling, wacht tot de iPhone «Bluetooth koppelingsverzoek» weergeeft en klik op
«Koppelen»: de weergave van de beller moet voortaan werken.
V: Is mijn armband waterdicht?
A: Uw product is waterbestendig, bestand tegen spatten en tegen lichte onderdompeling
(het is gecertificeerd IP67). U kunt bijvoorbeeld uw handen wassen met de armband.
Om de kwaliteit van uw armband en de nauwkeurigheid van de metingen te verlengen,
adviseren wij u om uw armband te verwijderen voordat u uw handen wast of een douche
neemt.
BELANGRIJK: uw armband is niet geschikt om te zwemmen.
Onderhoud van uw armband
• Vermijd stoten en ruwe behandeling die de armband kunnen beschadigen.
• Gebruik nooit een hard of scherp voorwerp op het aanraakscherm.
• Vermijd het gebruik van chemische reinigingsmiddelen of oplosmiddelen om de armband
te reinigen. Dit kan het plastic beschadigen.
• Reinig de armband voorzichtig met een doek en schoon water na elk gebruik waarbij hij in
contact is gekomen met zonnebrandcrème, cosmetica, alcohol of andere chemicaliën. Na
het reinigen, laat het apparaat drogen.
• Om blijvende schade te voorkomen adviseren we om de armband niet te bewaren op een
plaats waar hij langdurig kan worden bootgesteld aan extreme temperaturen (sauna,
blootstelling aan de zon...)
Belangrijke gebruiksinformatie:
De armband is voorzien van een lithium-ion batterij:
Gooi de armband nooit in het vuur en respecteer de geldende instructies voor de recycling
van batterijen en oude elektronische apparaten.
De batterij niet verpletteren of beschadigen. Dit kan een interne kortsluiting en
oververhitting veroorzaken.
Nooit de batterij verwijderen.
Laat de batterijen niet langer dan een week opladen. Dit kan oververhitting veroorzaken en
de batterij beschadigen.

STORINGEN VERHELPEN
1.Hartslag: als de hartslaggegevens onbetrouwbaar zijn of niet worden weergegeven, kunt
u:
Uw arm reinigen en drogen voordat u de armband omdoet.
Vermijd het contact van uw armband met zonnebrandcrème.
Draag het apparaat om de pols, boven het bot. Het apparaat moet voldoende strak zijn,
maar comfortabel blijven.
2. Koppeling met de smartphone: als u er niet in slaagt om uw armband met uw
smartphone te koppelen, volg dan de volgende procedure:
Schakel de armband uit door te klikken op het pictogram Off (uit).
Druk op het scherm gedurende 15 seconden tot u 4 opeenvolgende
trillingen voelt.
Probeer opnieuw om uw armband te koppelen met uw smartphone via
de Wiko applicatie.
