1.1 Indicationi per la sicurezza in

queste istruzioni

1.2 pericolosita´ di questa macchina

Questo apparecchio e´ dotato di dispositivi di

sicurezza ed e´ stato sottoposto ad un adegua

to collaudo. Un utilizzo non adeguato puo´

comunque essere fonte di pericolo per la vita

dell ´operato o di terzi, oppure di danni all ´ap

parecchio o ad altri oggetti.

2 Dispositivi di Sicurezza

2.1 Guarnizione nel collegamento dei

Per i dati tecnici consultare la tabella in

appendice.

3.1 Montaggio

Attenzione

Per montare le molle munirsi di guanti di

protezione.

Azionare il freno delle ruote.

Montare il timone e le molle come nell

‘illustrazione. Impiegare a questo scopo

il collegamento di cavi conformemente

allag.5.

Ledueestremitàdeipuntidirotazione

del timone devono essere provisti dei

cappucci acclusi.

Montare i pezzi contenuti in un sac-

chetto seguendo l ‘illustrazione.

Sostituire la vite di chiusura del serba-

toiodella pompa con la vite di spurgo di

clor arancione.

4.2 Abbassamento

Stare in piedi davanti all ´apparecchio.

Se l ´apparecchio e´ carico, non spin-

geteilpedaledidiscesanoinfondo,

altrimenti il carico scende troppo velo-

cemente.

4.3 Spostamento/inclinazione

Mettetevi davanti all‘attrezzatura

I nottolini delle ruote sono ancora in

funzione

Per spostare, oppure per girare la piatta

forma collocate la chiave da bullone

e dado sulla vite conduttrice davanti,

eventualmente sul lato, del telaio.

Ora girate la vite conduttrice, secondo i

simboliposizionati,noasistemarela

piattaforma nella posizione desiderata.

In ogni spostamento della piattaforma

dovete assolutamente osservare il

carico per impedire in tempo i

cambiamenti non voluti e pericolosi

della sua posizione.

6 Veriche

6.1 Verice precedenti la prima messa in

funzione

Questo apparecchio e´ stato controllato

dal produttore prima della consegna.

Gli elevatori che non vengono conseg-

nati pronti all ´uso devono essere cont-

rollati nei seguenti punti:

• Giusto montaggio

• Capacita´ di funzionamento

Perizia da parte di un tecnico.

6.2 Controlli regolari

Tali controlli devono essere eseguiti da

un perito ogni 12 mesi al massimo.

• Durantelavericaconsultatel´elenco

dei controlli.

• Fatevi una fotocopia della lista.

• In altro a destra sulla lista bisogna scriv-

ere:

• Porre un „visto“ su ogni punto regolare.

• Rimettere l ´apparecchio in funzione

solo quando tutti i punti sono stati cont-

rollati e risultano a posto.

7.2 Pulizia

Assicuratevi che l ´apparecchio sia

Si consiglia di pulire

• l ´elevatore regolarmente

• in particolare le etichette (simboli) attaccate

all apparecchio (se non fossore piu´ leggibili,

potete ordinarne di nuove. Per il numero di

ordinazione, vedi elenco pezzi di ricambio)

• pulire le guide delle pulegge

7.3 Meccanica

Questo apparecchio e´ dotato di cuscinetti

a strisciamento che non necessitano di ma-

nutenzione. Bisogna solo controllare rego-

larmente che le sedi dei cuscinetti non siano

cosumate (250 oro di lavoro).

7.4 Manutezione unita´ idraulica

Pericolo

L ´olio idraulico puo´ causare eruzione

cutanee e altri danni alla salute. Evitate

il contatto prolungato con la pelle. In

caso di contatto, lavare la parte

con cura.

Indossare abiti protettivi! (vedi cap.1.8)

Proteggete l ´ambiente:

L ´utilizzazione e lo smarltimento di olio

mineralisonosottoposiaspeciche

normative. Spedite l ´olio vecchio ad un

centro di raccolta specializzato.

Le autorita´ competenti vi daranno

precise indicazizioni in merito. Fate

attenzione a non versare per terra olio

idraulico, e predisponetevi a recuperarlo

con folgli impermeabili o con vaschette

di raccolta.

Apparecchio est ajoutez con l ´olio idrau-

lico biologique

L ´olio idraulico non pas miscible con l’eau.

Olio idraulico biodegradabile può essere

mescolato con oli minerali (oli idraulici), tale

miscela comunque perde il suo carattere bio-

degradabile

Possono essere utilizzati i seguenti tipi d ´olio

o prodotti simili:

7.5 Cambio d ´olio

L ´olio deve essere cambiato la prima volta

dopo 50 ore di lavoro, in seguito ogni 500 ore,

al limite al massimo ogni 2 anni.

7.6 Controllo livello dell ´olio

Abbassare completamente l ´apparecchio.

Leggere il livello dell ´olio dall ´apposito

segnalatore.

Il livello dell ´olio deve essere visibile attra

verso l´apertura.

Se necessario, aggiungere olio

Svitare il tubo idraulico dalla pompa e met

7.9 Contollo tubi/manichette

Contollare quando segue:

• La ricopertura esterna presenta segni di

deterioramento, come fessure, pieghe,

tagli, parti che si staccano, venature, e

simili?

• Il tibo si deforma se sotto pressione o

senza pressione

• Vi sono perdite tra tubo e armatura Il tubo

si stacca dall ´armatura?

• Se il tubi risultano deteriorati, bisogna

cambiarli.

• Tubi sottoposti a pressione devono essere

sostituiti al massimo ogni 6 anni.

Pericolo

Gli interventi sull ´unita´ idraulica

devono essere eseguiti solamente

da personale specializzato.

Osservare le norme di siccurezza.

Cambiate la regolazione della valvola di ab-

bassamento come segue:

Regolare la stanga con snode angolare

Lasciare il pedale di discesa in posizione

Regolare leggermente il mandrino di

discesa con un cacciavite:

• In senso antiorario per aumentare la

velocita´ di scarico.

• In senso orario per diminuire la

velocita´di scarico o per assicurarsi

che la pompa mantiene il carico in

posizione.

8.5 Difetti di funzionamento/manuten-

Generalmente le valvole di questi appar-

ecchi non necessitano di manutenzione.

In caso di cattivo funzionamento della

macchina, osservate i punti 1 - 4 della

individuazione dei guasti.

Nel caso che non riusciate a risolvere il

problema, la pompa deve essere man-

data in riparazione.

9 Varie

9.1 Danni dovuti al trasporto

Tutte le consegne devono essere assicurate

da parte del cliente. Noi decliniamo ogni

responsabilita´ in caso di danni subiti dalla

merce durante il trasporto, la nostra respon-

sabilita´ e´ limitata al momento della cansegna

del prodotto nuovo di fabbrica al trasporatore.

In caso di consegna di un apparecchio dan-

neggiato, non usatelo e rivolgetevi alla ditta di

trasporti per chiarimenti.

9.2 Garanzia

Per ogni apparecchio forniamo la garanzia di

12 mesi a copertura di difetti di materiale o di

montaggio. La garanzia comprende tutti i pe-

zzi che entro 12 mesi dalla consegna vengono

rispediti franco destinazione per un controllo.

Il controllo dovra´ stabilire se i difetti si sono

manifestati durante un uso regolare della

macchina. La garanzia non ha invece valore

se l ´apparecchio e´stato usato in maniera non

adeguata o caricato troppo, oppure se i pezzi

di ricambio sono stati inseriti in maniera non

adeguata, causando danni.

1.1 Sicherheitshinweise in dieser

1.2 Gefährlichkeit dieser Maschine

Dieses Gerät wurde mit Schutzeinrichtungen

3.1 Aufstellen / Montieren

Vorsicht

Tragen Sie Schutzhandschuhe beim

Montieren der Federn.

Betätigen Sie die Feststeller der Räder.

Montieren Sie Deichsel und Feder

gemäß Abbildung. Verwenden Sie dabei

den beiliegenden Kabelbinder gemäß

Abb. 5.

Die beiden Enden der Deichsel-Dreh-

punkte sind mit beiliegenden Abdeck-

kappen zu versehen.

Montieren Sie die in einem Teilepaket

beiliegenden Teile gemäß Abbildung.

Die Verschlußschraube im Pumpentank

tauschen Sie gegen die orangefarbene

Entlüftungsschraube aus.

4.1 Heben

Stellen Sie sich vor das Gerät.

Halten Sie die Deichsel fest.

Betätigen Sie die Feststeller der Räder.

Klappen Sie das Fußpedal nach unten.

Treten Sie das Fußpedal so oft nach

unten, bis die gewünschte Höhe er-

reicht ist.

Ist das Hubgerät unter Last, so dürfen

Sie es jetzt nicht mehr verfahren.

4.2 Senken

Stellen Sie sich vor das Gerät.

Halten Sie die Deichsel fest.

Die Feststeller der Räder sind noch

betätigt.

Treten Sie das Senkpedal vorsichtig

nach unten.

Wenn das Gerät unter Last ist, treten

Sie das Senkpedal nicht voll durch. Die

Last sinkt sonst zu schnell ab.

4.3 Verschieben/Kippen

Stellen Sie sich vor das Gerät

Zum Verschieben oder Kippen der

Plattform setzen Sie einen Schrau

benschlüssel auf die entsprechende

Spindel vorn bzw. seitlich am Rah

men

Drehen Sie nun die Spindel gemäß

der angebrachten Symbole, um die

Plattform in die gewünschte Lage zu

bringen.

Beobachten Sie bei jeder Verstellung

der Plattform unbedingt die Last, um

ungewollte und gefährliche Lageverän-

derungen rechtzeitig zu bemerken.

baubarem Hydrauliköl auf synthetischer

die oben genannten Hinweise unbedingt zu

beachten. Es ist nicht mit Wasser mischbar!

Das biologisch abbaubare Hydrauliköl ist

mit Mineralölen (Hydrauliköl) mischbar,

verliert dann aber seine biologische Ab-

baubarkeit!

7.5 Wechselintervalle

Das Hydrauliköl muß erstmals nach 50 Be-

triebsstunden gewechselt werden, ansonsten

in Intervallen von 500 h, jedoch spätestens

alle zwei Jahre.

7.6 Ölstandskontrolle

Fahren Sie das Gerät in die unterste Stel

lung.

Lesen Sie den Ölstand an dem

Ölschauglas ab.

Der Pegel muß sich im obersten Drittel

desÖlschauglasesbenden.

Füllen Sie, wenn nötig, Öl nach.

7.9 Kontrolle der Hydraulikschläuche

Für Hydraulikschläuche ist eine

jährliche Prüfung auf arbeitssicheren

Zustand vorgeschrieben. Die Prü

fung muß von einem Fachmann

durchgeführt werden.

Prüfen Sie folgendes:

• Sind Beschädigungen am Außenmantel,

wie Risse, Knicke, Schnitte, Ablösungen,

Scheuerstellen, Versprödungen usw., zu

erkennen?

• Treten am Schlauch im drucklosen oder

druckbeaufschlagten Zustand Verformun

gen auf?

• Liegen Undichtigkeiten zwischen Schlauch

und Armatur vor?

Wandert der Schlauch aus der Armatur?

• Wenn Schäden festzustellen sind,

tauschen Sie die betreffenden Schläuche

aus.

• Druckschläuche sind nach Bedarf, jedoch

spätestens nach 6 Jahren,

auszutauschen.

Arbeiten an der hydraulischen Aus

rüstung dürfen nur von Fachleuten

ausgeführt werden!

Beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise.

8.1 Gerät senkt sich von allein ab.

Verstellen Sie die Einstellung des Senkventils.

Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

Lösen Sie den M8-Gewindestift.

Lassen Sie das Senkpedal in normaler

Position (oben).

Justieren Sie mit Hilfe eines Schrauben

drehers die Senkspindel geringfügig:

• Gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, um die

Ablaßgeschwindigkeit zu erhöhen.

• Im Uhrzeigersinn, um die Ablaßge

schwindigkeit zu vermindern, oder

um sicherzustellen, daß die Pumpe

die Last in Position hält.

Ziehen Sie den Gewindestift nach jedem

Einstellversuch leicht an.

Ziehen Sie den Gewindestift nach der

endgültigen Einstellung wieder fest an.

8.2 Gerät hebt nicht auf maximale

Hand einige schnelle Pumpbewegungen

8.4 Pumpe baut keinen Druck mehr

Entfernen Sie die Entlüftungsschraube.

Legen Sie einen sauberen Lappen (zwei

fach gefaltet) über die Öffnung.

Steuern Sie mit einer Druckluftpistole bei

gleichzeitigen schnellen Pumpbewegun

gen Druckluft in den Tank.

8.5 Betriebsstörungen / Wartung der

Ventile

Die verwendeten Ventile bedürfen normaler-

weise keiner Wartung. Bei Funktionsstörun-

gen der Pumpe beachten Sie die Positionen

1-4 der Fehlerdiagnose.

Falls vorgenannte Prüfungen zu keinem

Ergebnis führen, schicken Sie die Pumpe zur

Reparatur ein.

9 Allgemeines

9.1 Transportschäden

Alle Lieferungen sind vom Besteller zu ver-

sichern. Eventuelle Ansprüche bezüglich der

Transportverantwortung müssen wir ablehnen.

Unsere Verantwortung erstreckt sich auf

die Übergabe des Gerätes in fabrikneuem

Zustand an den Transporteur. Sollten Sie ir-

gendeine Beschädigung feststellen, benutzen

Sie das Gerät nicht, sondern nehmen Sie zur

Klärung der Ansprüche mit dem Transpor teur

Verbindung auf.

9.2 Gewährleistung

Jedes Gerät ist durch eine zwölfmonatige

Gewährleistung gegen Materialfehler

und fehlerhafte Montage gedeckt. Die

Gewährleistung umfaßt alle Teile, die

innerhalb von zwölf Monaten nach Lief-

erung zur Überprüfung franko zugestellt

werden.

Die Teile werden von uns untersucht, um

festzustellen, ob die Schäden unter nor-

malen Einsatzbedingungen entstanden

sind. Die Gewährleistung erlischt, wenn

das Gerät überlastet, unsachgemäß be-

handelt oder Ersatzteile unsachgemäß

eingebaut werden und dadurch Schäden

entstehen.

Put the wheel brake on.

Assemble the handle and spring using

the drawing as a guide. Please use the

en-closed cable binder in accordance

with Fig. 5.

Both ends of the shaft swivel points are

to be provided with the enclosed cover

caps.

6.1 Inspection before the rst use

The machine is tested by the manu-

facturer before delivery

for use should be inspected by a quali-

6.2 Regular testing

Regular testing of machines at inter-vals

of at the longest one year should be

carriedoutbyaqualiedperson.

• put the machine back into use only

Secure that the machine is out of use

• especially the stickers (picture symbols) on

the machine.(when the stickers are no

longer readable please order new ones,

order number see spare parts lists)

• working areas of the rollers

7.3 Mechanical

The machine is delivered with maintenance

free bushes. Therefore the bushes only have

to be checked regularly (250 working hours)

for wear.

7.4 Maintenance of the hydraulics

Danger

Hydraulic oil can cause irritation and

skin rashes. Avoid prolonged skin con-

tact and wash the skin thoroughly af-

ter contact.

Wear protective clothing! (see chapter

1.8)

Protect the environment:

The handling and disposal of mineral

oils is covered by laws. Dispose of old

oil at an authorised disposal unit. In-

formation can be found from the re-

sponsible authority. Be careful not to

spill any hydraulic oil. Make precau-

tions to catch any spilt oil oil resistant

covers, drip tray etc.)

This machine is lled with bio-oil on syn-

thetic base.

This oil is not mixable with water.

The biological removable hydraulic-oil is

mixable with mineral-oil, but then it will

loosen his biological removability.

The following or equivalent can be used:

ELF XPD 98064 (in this machine).

7.6 Checking the oil level

Sink the machine into its lowest position.

Read the oil level in the oil observation

bung.

The level should be in the upper third of

the bung.

Top-up when necessary.

Sink the machine into its lowest position.

Place drip tray under pump.

Remove the hydraulic hose from the pump

and place in the drip tray.

Pump the foot pedal until no more oil is

discharged from the pump.

Reconnect hose.

Remove breather bung.

Fill oil until level is in the upper third of the

observation bung.

Tank volumes:

• tank 250 mm long = 1,0 l

• tank 300 mm long = 1,3 l

• tank 450 mm long = 1,9 l

• vertical Tank = 1,2 l

replace the breather bung.

7.8 Bleeding the hydraulics

Sink the machine into its lowest position.

Place drip tray under pump.

Loosen the bleed screws on the cylinders

When there are no bleed screws the cyl

inders are so constructed as to bleed

themselves

Pump until oil is discharged from the bleed

screws without any air bubbles

7.9 Control of the hydraulic hoses

A yearly check on the hydraulic hoses

for a safe working condition is stipu-

lated. The check must be carried out

byaqualiedtradesman.

Control the following:

• Can the following damage be observed on

the outer mantel of the hose rips, kinks,

cuts, unbending, abrasions or splitting?

• Are there any deformities in the hose

when under or not under pressure?

• Are there any leaks between the hoses

andthettings?Isthehosecomingoutof

thetting?

• When there is any damage the hose

should be changed.

• Depending on the requirements the hos-

es should be changed at the latest after

six years.

8.1 Machine lowers on its own

Adjust the lowering valve by following this

procedure

Loosen the M8 grub screw.

Leave the lowering pedal in its normal

position.

Using a screwdriver slightly adjust the

valve spindle:

• Anticlockwise, to raise the lowering

speed.

• Clockwise, to reduce the lowering

speed and to ensure that the pump

holds the load in position.

Lightly tighten the grub screw after every

adjustment.

When adjustment is correct fully tighten

the grub screw.

8.2 Machine will not raise to max-

imum height

8.3 Machine does not raise with the

Depress the lowering pedal with the right

hand and at the same time quickly pump

the foot pedal with the left hand.

8.4 Pump produces no pressure

Remove the breather bung.

Lay a clean cloth (twice folded) over the

opening.

Using a compressed air pistol pressurise

the tank and at the same time quickly

pump the foot pedal.

8.5 Breakdown / Maintenance of the

valves

The valves used normally require no mainte-

nance. By malfunction of the pump observe

positions1-4inthe“faultnding”.

Should it be found that the positions 1-4 in

“faultnding”producenocurereturnthe

pump for repair.

9 General

9.1 Transport Damage

All deliveries are to be insured by the cus-

tomer. We must turn down any possible

claims concerning transport responsibility.

Our responsibility is restricted to the hand -

over of the machine in brand-new condition to

the shipping agent. Should you discover any

damage to the machine, do not use it and

contact the shipping agent concerning the

damage.

9.2 Warranty

Every machine is covered by a 12

months warranty against material faults

and incorrect assembly. The warranty

covers all parts that are returned post

free within twelve months for inspection.

The parts will then be in-spected by us

to determine whether the parts

were damaged under normal use.

The warranty will be declared void if

the parts are found to have been over-

loaded, handled incorrectly or that re-

placement parts have been assembled

incorrectly.

Montez la barre de poussée et le res-

sort selon l’illustration. Utiliser, pour ce

faire, le ruban de frettage fourni, con-

Protéger les pivots du timon d’attelage,

auxdeuxextrémités,àl’aidedescach-

es de protection fournis.

4.2 Descente

Lorsque l’appareil est chargé, ne pres-

4.3 Déplacement/inclinaison

Se placer devant le dispositif.

Les cliquets de roues sont encore en

train de fonctionner.

partie avant, évent. latérale, pour faire

déplacer ou tourner la plate-forme.

A ce moment, faire tourner la vis-mère

draulique est réglementé par la loi.

L’huile hydraulique n’est pas miscible avec

l’eau.

L’huile hydraulique bio-dégradable peut

être mélangée à de l’huile hydraulique (ou

des huiles hydrauliques), mais la capacité

de bio-dégradation est ainsi annulée.

L’ huile suivante ou équivalente est

conseillée :

7.5 Periodicite des services

L’huile hydraulique doit être changée pour la

première fois après 50 heures de travail, puis

toutes les 500 heures ( mais au moins tous

les 2 ans ).

7.6 Contrôle du niveau d’huile

Descendez l’appareil en position basse.

Le niveau de l’huile doit se trouver dans le

tiers supérieur du voyant.

Si besoin, ajoutez de l’huile.

7.7 Vidange de l’huile

Abaissez l’appareil en position basse.

Glissez un bac de récupération sous la

pompe.

Dévissez le tuyau hydraulique de la

pompe et le mettre dans le bac de récu

pération.

Pressez sur la pédale de levée aussi long

temps que de l’huile s’écoule.

Revissez le tuyau hydraulique sur la \

pompe.

Dévissez la vis de purge.

Remplird’huilejusqu’àcequ’elleappara

isse dans le tiers supérieur du voyant.

Quantité d’huile :

• 1,0 litre pour un réservoir de lon

gueur 250 mm.

• 1,3 litre pour un réservoir de lon

gueur 300 mm.

• 1,9 litre pour un réservoir de lon

gueur 450 mm.

• 1,2 litre pour tout autre réservoir.

Revissez la vis de purge

7.8 Purge du système hydraulique

Abaissez l’appareil en position basse.

Glissez un bac de récupération sous la

pompe.

Si aucune vis de purge ne fait partie de la

Revissez la vis de purge.

Contrôlez le niveau de l’huile et complétez

si nécessaire.

( voir chapitre 8.3 ).

7.9 Contrôle des tuyauteries hydrau-

liques

Un contrôle annuel, orienté vers la sécu

rité du travail, est prescrit pour les tuy

auteries hydrauliques. Le contrôle doit

être effectué par un spécialiste haute

mentqualié.

Le contrôle doit comporter les opérations sui-

vantes:

• Dommages visibles sur la surface du

tuyau:ssures,plis,coupures,pelure,

usure, vieillissement, etc… ?

• Déformations des tuyaux lors de la mise

sous pression ?

• Fuites aux raccords ? Tuyaux “sautant”

des raccords ?

• Si un tuyau est endommagé, le remplacer.

Les tuyaux hydrauliques doivent être rem

placés au plus tard après six ans.

9.1 Degats de transport

Toutesleslivraisonssontàlachargede

l’asurance du client. Nous déclinons toute

responsabilité concernant d’éventuelles

réclamations concernant le transport.

Notreresponsabilités’étendàlaremise

d’un appareil conforme au transporteur.

Après tout constat de dégât, n’utilisez

pas votre appareil, mais transmettez vos

doléances au transporteur.

9.2 Garantie

Chaque appareil est garanti 12 mois con-

tre les défauts de pièce et de montage.

Les pièces défectueuses doivent nous

être retournées pour examen. La garantie

deviendra caduque pour toute utilisation

anormale, telle que surcharge, adjonc-

tions ou montage de pièces autres que

celle d’origine.

Nous avons contrôlé les pièces pour es-

timer si les dommages ont eu lieu dans

les conditions normales d’exploitation.

La garantie s’annule si les dommages

découlent d’une surcharge de l’appareil,

d’une manipulation non autorisée ou

d’une erreur de montage des pièces de

rechange.

1.2 Peligros de este aparato

Este aparato ha sido equipado con

dispositivos de seguridad y fué sometido

3.1 Montaje

Cuidado

Lleve guantes protectores para el

montaje de los muelles.

Haga servir el bloqueo de las ruedas.

Monte timón y miuelle según croquis.

Emplee para ello la brida para cables

adjunta según muestra la Fig. 5.

Ambos extremos de los puntos de giro

de la lanza del coche deben dotarse de

las tapas protectoras adjuntas.

Monte las piezas según croquis que se

suministran en un paquete aparte.

Sustituya el tornillo de cierre del depósi-

tivo de bomba por el tornillo de purga

de color naranja.

4.1 Elevar

Póngase delante del aparato.

Sujete el timón.

Bloquee las ruedas.

Baje el pedal de subida.

Vaya pisando el pedal de subida hasta

alcancar la altura deseada.

Ahora tiene el aparato con carga ya no

debe desplazarlo.

4.2 Bajar

Póngase delante del aparato.

Sujete el timón.

Las ruedas continúan bloqueadas.

Pise con cuidado el pedal de bajada.

Cuando el aparato está cargado, no

prise a fondo el pedal de bajada, ya

que entonces bajaría la carga

bruscamente.

4.3 Desplazamiento/inclinación

Pónganse delante del dispositivo.

Los trinquetes de ruedas están todavía

en funcionamiento.

Apliquen la llave de tornillos y las tuer-

cas en el tornillo de guía respectivo

del marco en la parte delantera, event.

lateral, para hacer desplazar o girar la

plataforma.

En este momento hagan girar el tornillo

de guía según los símbolos situados

hasta que la plataforma esté colocada a

una posición requerida.

En caso de cada arreglo de plataforma

6.1 Comprobación previa a la prim-

7.3 Mecánica

Su aparato va equipado con cojinetes de

fricción libres de mantenimiento. Por

siguiente, las comprobaciones se limitan al

control periódico (250 horas de trabajo) del

desgasteenlassuperciesdefricción.

7.4 Mantenimiento de la unidad

hidráulica

Peligro

El aceite hidráulico puede producir

erupciones en la piel y ocasionar otros

problemas de salud. Evite el contacto

con la piel. En tal circunstancia, lávese

concienzudamente.

Lleve ropa protectora! (ver capitulo 1.8)

Proteja el medio ambiente:

La manipulación de aceites minerales

y su vertido están sujetos a la

normativa medioambiental vigente.

Entregue el aceite usado a un

depositario autorizado. La autoridad

competente la informará. Tenga

cuidado de no verter aceite hidráulico.

Prevenga los derrames de aceite

(extender una lona impermeable al

aceite o colocar una cubeta colectora).

Este aparato viene de fábrica con aceite

hidráulico sintético biodegradable.

Este aceite cumple las condiciones de peligro-

sidad para el agua clase 0. De todas formas,

hay que tener presente imprescindiblemente

las indicaciones mencionadas anteriormente.

No miscible con agua!

El aceite hidráulico biodegradable es mis-

cible con el aceite mineral, pero entonces

pierda sus propiedades biodegradables.

Puden utilizarse los siguientes tipos de aceite:

7.5 Intervalos de cambio de aceite

El aceite hidráulico debe cambiarse la primera

vez después de 500 horas de trabajo.

7.6 Contol del nivel de aceite

Baje el aparato al limite de su posición

inferior.

Controle el nivel de aceite en la mirilla.

El nivel debe encontrarse en el tercio

superior de la mirilla.

Si hace falta, añada aceite.

7.7 Cambio de aceite

Baje el aparato al límite de su posición

inferior.

Coloque la cubeta colectura de aceite

debajo de la bomba.

Desmonte la manguera hidráulica de la

bomba y ponga el extremo en la cubeta.

Accione el pedal de la bomba hasta

que deje de salir aceite de la bomba.

Vuelva a conectar la manguera hidráulica.

Quite el tornillo de purga.

llene el despósito hasta que el nivel de

aceite alcance el tercio superior de la

mirilla.

Cantidades de llenado:

• Despósito de 250 mm longitud = 1,0 l

• Despósito de 300 mm longitud = 1,3 l

• Despósito de 450 mm longitud = 1,9 l

• Despósito alto = 1,2 l

Vuelva a montar el tornillo de purga.

7.8 Purgue el sistema hidráulico

Baje el aparato al límite de su posición

inferior.

Coloque la cubeta colectura de aceite

debajo de la bomba

Tornillo de purga

Pedal subida

Pedal bajada

Aojeeltornillodepurgadelcilindro.

En ausencia de tornillos de purga, los

cilindros están montados de forma que se

purgan automáticamente.

Accione el pedal de subida, hasta que

aceite salga sin burbujas de la apertura de

purga.

Vuela a apretar el tornillo de purga.

Controle nuevamente el nivel de aceite, y

si hace falta, añada más..

En caso necesario, purge la bomba.

Vea Localización de Problemas, Capitulo 8.3.

7.9 Inspecciones de las hidráulicas

Para mangueras hidráulicas es

obligatorio efectuar una

comprobaciónes anual de su estado

de seguridad en el servicio. La

vericacióntienequeserrealizidapor

un experto en la materia.

Veriquelosiguiente:

• Pueden observarse daños en el

recubrimiento exterior como grietas,

quebrados, cortes, capas sueltas,

rozaduras, zonas resecas, etc.?

• Aparecen deformaciones en la manguera

con a sin presión?

• Existen fugas en las conexiones entre

manguera y accesorios?

• Empieza la manguera a escaparse de los

accesorios?

• mangueras de alta presión deben

sustuirse segun necesidad, a más tardar a

los 6 años.

Los trabajos en el equipo hidráulico

deben ser realizados exclusivmente

por operarios especializados.

Observe las directrices de seguridad.

8.1 El aparato baja solo

Rectiqueelajustedelaválvuladebajada.

Proceda como sigue:

AojeelpernoroscadoM8.

Deje el pedal de bajada en su posición

normal (leventado).

Varie ligeramente el ajuste del husillo de

bajada con un destornillador:

• contra el sentidor del reloj, para

aumetar la velocidad de bajada.

• en el sentido del reloj, para disminuir

la velocidad de bajada, o para

conseguir que la bomba mantenga la

carga en su posición elevada.

Después de cada intento de ajuste,

apriete ligeramente el perno roscado.

Despuésdenalizarelreajuste,vuelvaa

apretarrmementeelpernoroscado.

8.2 El aparato no eleva hasta altura

máxima

Comprube el nivel de aceite (vea Capitulo

7.4).

8.3 El aparato no responde al primer

golpe con el pedal de subida.

Accione con la mano derecha el pedal de

bajada, mientras efectúa con la mano

izquiera algunos bombeos rápidos.

8.4 La bomba ya no produce presión

Quite el tornillo de purga.

Ponga una trapo limpio (plegado en doble)

sobre la apertura.

Con una pistola de aire comprimido haga

entrar aire en el despósito, accionando al

mismo movimientos rápidos.

8.5 Funcionamiento defectuoso / Man-

tenimiento de las válvulas

Las válvulas instaladas no requieren

mantenimiento. Si no ostante surgen

problemas en el funcionamiento de la bomba,

consulte las Pos. 1 a 4 del capitulo „

Localización de problemas“.

Si estas comprobaciones no dan resultado

positivo, envíenos la bomba para su

reparación.

9 General

9.1 Averias en el transporte

El seguro tiene que ser cubierto por el cliente

para tordos los envios. Debemos rechazar

toda reclamación referente a responsabilida-

dos en el transporte. Nuestra responsabilidad

nalizaconlaentregaaltransportistadel

aparato nuevo de fábrica. Si detecta algún

daño, no haga servir el aparato sino póngase

en contacto con el transportista para presen-

tar la reclamación pertinente.

9.2 Garantía

Cada aparato tiene una garantia de 12 meses

que cubre defectos de material y montaje

defectuoso. La garantia comprende todas las

piezas que recibamos a portes pagados en un

plazo de 12 meses a partir del suministro. Las

piezas serán comprobadas por nosotros para

determinar si los daños se han producido en

condiciones normales de uso. La garantía se

extingue si el aparato ha sido sobrecargado,

ha tenido un trato inapropiado, o se hayan

producido daños como consecuencia de un

montaje incorrecto de piezas de recambio.

Todaslaspartessonexaminadasandees-

tablecer si eventuales daños surgieron en las

normales condiciones de servicio. La garancía

no concierne los casos en los cuales el daño

resultara la consecuencia de la sobrecarga,

del manejo inadecuado o de la sostitución de

los recambios no efectuada de manera profe-

sional.
