After the adjustment of the sensing distance remove the object from the light beam, the background will be suppressed and the output changes (see graph 1). The sensor is adjusted and ready for operation. Maintenance SICK light barriers are maintenance-free. Mit dem Potentiometer wird die Empfindlichkeit (Schaltabstand) eingestellt. Drehung nach rechts: Erhöhung der Empfindlichkeit (Schaltabstand), Drehung nach links: Verringerung der Empfindlichkeit (Schaltabstand). Nach dem die Empfindlichkeit eingestellt worden ist, wird das Objekt aus dem Strahlengang entfernt, der Hintergrund wird dabei ausgeblendet und der Schaltausgang ändert sich (siehe Grafik 1). A sensibilidade (distância de comutação) é ajustada através do potenciômetro. Место установки должно быть интегрировано в систему выравнивания потенциалов. • Не допускаются избыточные растягивающие нагрузки на кабель. Использование по назначению • Соответствие требованиям по взрывозащите: Директива 2014 / 34 / EU. • Устройства соответствуют категории 3D / 3G и могут использоваться во взрывоопасных зонах классов «Зона 22: атмосфера с диэлектричес­кой пылью» и «Зона 2». • Отражательный световой датчик WTE27-3 является оптоэлектронным датчиком и используется для оптической бесконтактной регистрации предметов, животных и людей. Ввод в эксплуатацию 1 У стройства WTE27X-3 имеют дополнительные переключающие выходы: Только WTE27-3P / -3F (PNP, нагрузка → M) Q: активация при отсутствии отраженного света, объект не распознается, выходной сигнал HIGH. Q: активация при наличии отраженного света, объект распознается, выходной сигнал HIGH. Только WL27-3N (NPN, нагрузка → L+): Q: активация при отсутствии отраженного света, объект не распознается, выходной сигнал LOW. Q: активация при наличии отраженного света, объект распознается, выходной сигнал LOW. Подключить желаемый рабочий режим согласно схеме электричес­ кого соединения B . Для гнезда на B применяются следующие обозначения: brn = коричневый, blk = черный, wht = белый, blu = синий. Подключение проводов производить только в обесточенном состоянии. 2 Датчик крепить к подходящему креплению (например, угловому кронштейну SICK) с использованием не менее двух винтов. 3 Проверить условия применения: сравнить расстояние срабатывания и яркость объекта со значениями в соответствующей таблице. При этом можно детектировать объект на фоне лишь в том случае, если яркость объекта существенно выше, чем яркость фона, или расстояние между объектом и фоном достаточно велико. С помощью потенциометра регулируется чувствительность (расстояние срабатывания). Вращение вправо: увеличение чувствительности (расстояния срабатывания), вращение влево: уменьшение чувствительности (расстояния срабатывания). После завершения регулировки чувствительности объект удаляется с траектории луча, при этом фон затемняется и изменяется состояние переключающего выхода (см. график 1). Датчик настроен и готов к эксплуатации. Техобслуживание Датчики SICK не нуждаются в техобслуживании. Рекомендуется регулярно – очищать оптические ограничивающие поверхности – проверять прочность резьбовых и штекерных соединений Запрещается вносить изменения в устройства.
