Er ist witterungsbeständig und kann daher ganzjährig im Freien bleiben. Sobald es dunkel wird, schalten sich die integrierten LEDs in den beiden Bördies automatisch ein und bei ausreichender Helligkeit am nächsten Morgen wieder aus. Der im Solarmodul eingesetzte Akku speichert die aufgefangene und in Strom umgewandelte Energie und lässt bei Dunkelheit Ihre Bördies leuchten. Lieferumfang Vogelhaus (inkl. Solarmodul + Akku) mit Erdspieß und zwei Bördy Starlight mit Erdspieß Gebrauch 1 Die Bördies sind für die ständige Verwendung im Außenbereich und für den Privatgebrauch bestimmt. Bei Auslieferung ist der Akku bereits eingelegt. Drücken Sie den Ein-/Aus-Schalter auf ON(1). In dieser Stellung arbeiten Ihre Bördies vollautomatisch und schalten sich bei beginnender Dunkelheit ein und ausreichender Helligkeit wieder aus. Um die Bördies zu deaktivieren, drücken Sie den Ein-/ Aus-Schalter auf OFF. Bei ausreichender Helligkeit wird der Akku weiterhin geladen. Ihr Bördy Starlight ist auf Sonneneinstrahlung angewiesen und muss an einem tagsüber sonnigen Ort im Freien aufgestellt werden. Fensterscheiben o. ä. schirmen Sonnenstrahlung ab, was die Solarleistung extrem stark reduziert. Wählen Sie einen Ort, an dem das Solarmodul möglichst lange direkter Sonnenbestrahlung ausgesetzt ist. Nachts können externe Lichtquellen das Anschalten der Bördies verhindern. Abhängig von der Sonneneinstrahlung kann es einige Stunden dauern, bis das Solarmodul den Akku vollständig aufgeladen hat. Im Winter oder bei mehreren trüben Tagen hintereinander kann es vorkommen, dass der Akku nicht ausreichend geladen wird. Stellen Sie den Ein-/Aus-Schalter für einige Tage auf OFF, um die LEDs auszuschalten. Sicherheitshinweise Lesen Sie die Sicherheitshinweise und benutzen Sie Ihre Bördies nur wie in der Anleitung beschrieben. • Betreiben Sie das Solar-LED Bördy Starlight nicht mit normalen Batterien. Explosionsgefahr! • Akkus dürfen nicht manipuliert, in Feuer geworfen oder kurzgeschlossen werden. Sollte ein Akku ausgelaufen sein, vermeiden Sie Kontakt mit Haut, Augen und Schleimhäuten. Die LED ist fest im Leuchtenkopf montiert. Beim Öffnen wird die LED bzw. der Leuchtenkopf beschädigt. • Nehmen Sie den Akku aus dem Artikel heraus, wenn dieser erschöpft ist oder Sie den Artikel länger nicht benutzen. So vermeiden Sie Schäden, die durch Auslaufen entstehen können. • Nehmen Sie keine Änderungen am Artikel vor. • Bekleben, verdecken oder bemalen Sie nicht das Solarmodul. • Bördy Starlight ist gegen Spritzwasser geschützt, darf aber nicht in Wasser getaucht werden. • Achten Sie darauf, dass das Akkufach während des Betriebs nach unten zeigt, da sonst Wasser eindringen kann. Akku wechseln Der Akku ist für einen langfristigen Betrieb ausgelegt. Es kann jedoch bei einer langen Nutzungsdauer erforderlich sein, den Akku zu wechseln. Akkus unterliegen einem natürlichen Verschleiß; die Leistung kann nachlassen. Öffnen Sie den Akkuschacht auf der Unterseite des Solarmoduls mit einem passenden Schraubenzieher und ersetzen Sie den Akku mit einem baugleichen Typs. Achten Sie beim Einsetzen auf die richtige Polarität(+/-) und verschließen Sie den Akkuschacht wieder. Reinigen Säubern Sie die Bördies und das Solarmodul bei Bedarf mit einem weichen, leicht angefeuchteten Tuch. Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen keine aggressiven Chemikalien oder scheuernde Reinigungsmittel. Störungen & Lösungen • LED leuchtet nicht. Zu hell? Prüfen Sie ob andere Lichtquellen das Einschalten verhindern. Gegebenenfalls setzen Sie das Solarmodul an einen dunkleren Standort. Ist der Akku geladen? Siehe dazu „Gebrauch“. • LED leuchtet nur schwach. Akku nicht vollständig geladen oder erschöpft; ggf. durch neuen ersetzen. Siehe „Akku wechseln“. • Die Leistung schwankt jahreszeitenabhängig. Das ist witterungsbedingt und kein Fehler. Im Sommer sind die Wetterbedingungen am günstigsten. Entsorgen Die Materialien können wiederverwertet werden. Dies verringert den Abfall und schont die Umwelt. Solarmodul und verbrauchte Akkus gehören nicht in den Hausmüll! Bringen Sie diese zu einer Sammelstelle Ihrer Gemeinde oder Stadtverwaltung oder zum batterievertreibenden Fachhandel. Gefahren für Kinder vermeiden! Akkus können bei Verschlucken lebensgefährlich sein. Bewahren Sie deshalb Akku und Artikel für Kleinkinder unerreichbar auf. GB Instructions From now on your new Bördy Starlight will illuminate your balcony, patio or garden with style while saving energy. Because it is weather-resistant, it can remain outdoors year-round. As soon as the sun sets, the integrated LEDs in both Bördies turn on automatically and turn off again as soon as it is bright enough. The rechargeable battery, that is built into the solar module, stores the energy it collects and converts it into electrical power, illuminating the Bördies at night. Package Contents Bird house (incl. solar module + rechargeable battery) with ground mount and two Bördy Starlights with ground mount Usage The Bördies have been designed for constant outdoor 1 private usage. The battery is inserted before delivery. Set the switch to ON(1). With this setting, the Bördies function completely autonomously, turning on automatically at the beginning of dusk and off with sufficient daylight. To deactivate the Bördies, set the switch to OFF. The battery will continue to (re)charge whenever there is sufficient sunlight. Your Bördies require sunlight and have to be mounted in a sun-exposed outdoor location during the day. Window panes and the like shield it from direct sunlight, thus greatly reducing the solar power. Choose a location which exposes the solar module to as much direct sunlight as possible. At night external light sources may prevent the Bördies from turning on. In winter or after a couple of consecutively cloudy days, it is possible that the battery may not sufficiently charge. Set the switch to OFF for a couple of days to turn off the LEDs. Safety Instructions Read the safety instructions, and use your Bördies only as instructed. • Do not operate the Solar-LED Bördy Starlight with non-rechargeable batteries. Explosion hazard! • Do not take batteries apart, do not expose them to fire, and do not short-circuit them. If a battery is leaking, do not expose skin, eyes or mucous membranes to any of its contents. • Due to its extremely long product lifetime, it is not necessary to replace the LED. It cannot and must not be replaced. The LED is permanently mounted into the lamp head. Opening the lamp head damages the LED or the lamp head itself. • Remove the battery from the product if it has been depleted or if you stop using the product. This prevents damage due to a leaking battery. • Do not modify the product. • Do not use glue, paint or other covers on the solar module. • The Bördies are splash proof, but must not be submerged in water. • Make sure that the battery compartment is facing downward during operation, otherwise water may enter the compartment. Replacing the Battery Rechargeable batteries are designed for long-time operation. However, after long usage, it may be necessary to replace the battery. Batteries naturally deteriorate over time and their capacity can decrease. Open the battery compartment on the base of the solar module with the appropriate screwdriver and replace the battery with a new battery of the same type. Ensure the correct polarity (+/-) when inserting the new battery, and close the battery compartment again. Cleaning Clean the Bördies and the solar module if necessary with a soft, slightly moistened piece of cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, aggressive, or abrasive cleaning agents. Problems & Solutions • The LED doesn‘t glow. Are the surroundings too bright? Verify if other light sources prevent the LED from turning on. Move the solar module to a darker location if necessary. Is the battery charged? Please refer to „Usage“. • The LED light is weak. The battery is not fully charged or has been depleted; try replacing with a new battery. Refer to „Replacing the Battery“. • The strength of the light varies with the seasons. This is due to weather changes and is not an error. This reduces waste and is environmentally friendly. The solar module and depleted batteries cannot be disposed of with regular consumer waste! Take them to a collection point of your municipality or specialized stores which distribute batteries. Protect children from potential hazards! When swallowed, batteries pose life-threatening risks. Store battery and product out of the reach of infants. If a battery is swallowed, contact medical assistance immediately. Keep packaging material out of reach of children. Es resistente a las inclemencias meteorológicas y puede permanecer en el exterior durante todo el año. Los LEDs integrados en los Bördies se encienden automáticamente al oscurecer, apagándose a la mañana siguiente en cuanto hay suficiente luz. La batería conectada al módulo solar almacena la energía recogida y transformada en electricidad, lo que permite iluminar los Bördies en la oscuridad. Durante la noche es posible que otras fuentes de luz externas impidan el encendido de los Bördies. Dependiendo de la radiación solar la carga completa de la batería puede llevar varias horas. Durante el invierno o tras varios días nubosos consecutivos puede ocurrir que la batería no se cargue lo suficiente. Ponga el botón de encendido/apagado en OFF durante unos días para apagar los LEDs. Advertencias de seguridad Lea las advertencias de seguridad y use los Bördies tal y como se describe en las instrucciones de uso. • Nos use los LEDs solares Bördy Starlight con pilas normales, no recargables. Peligro de explosión. • Las baterías no deben ser desmontadas, echadas al fuego o cortocircuitadas. En caso de que hayan expirado, evitar contacto con la piel, los ojos y mucosas corporales. • Debido a su larga duración, no es necesario cambiar los LEDs. No pueden ni deben cambiarse. Los LEDs están montadas de forma fija al cabezal. Al abrirse pueden romperse tanto los LEDs como el cabezal. • Saque la batería del producto cuando se haya agotado o cuando no vaya a utilizar el producto durante un largo tiempo. De esta manera evita daños que se pueden producir al vaciarse. • No realice ningún cambio en el producto. • No pegar, cubrir o pintar el módulo solar. • Los Bördies están protegidos contra el agua de riego pero no deben ser sumergidos en agua. • Cuide de que el compartimento de la batería mire hacia abajo durante su uso para evitar que le entre agua. Cambiar la batería La batería está diseñada para una larga duración. Sin embargo, puede ser que tras un uso prolongado sea necesario cambiarla. Los baterías sufren un desgaste natural y por tanto, el rendimiento puede empeorar. Abra el compartimento de la batería en la parte inferior del módulo solar con una desatornillador adecuado y sustitúyala por un tipo de batería igual. Evite el uso de productos químicos y de limpieza corrosivos. Averías y soluciones • Los LEDs no se iluminan. ¿Demasiada claridad? Compruebe que no halla algún tipo de iluminación que impida su encendido. Dado el caso, coloque el módulo solar en un lugar oscuro. ¿Está cargada la batería? Vea el apartado “Uso”. • Los LEDs iluminan débilmente. La batería no está completamente cargada o agotada. Dado el caso, cambiar la batería. Ver apartado “Cambiar la batería”. • El rendimiento varía en función de la época del año. Esto se debe a las condiciones meteorológicas y no es ningún fallo en sí mismo. Durante el verano se producen las mejores condiciones meteorológicas. Eliminar los desechos Los materiales pueden ser reutilizados. Esto reduce los residuos y cuida del medio ambiente. Il résiste aux intempéries et peut rester à l’extérieur toute l’année. La batterie dans le panneau solaire accumule l’énergie et la transforme en courant électrique, qui éclaire vos BOERDYS. A la nuit tombante, les LEDs intégrées dans les BOERDYS s’allument automatiquement. A l’inverse, dès qu’il y a suffisamment de clarté, les BOERDYS s’éteignent. Dans cette position les BOERDYS fonctionnent automatiquement, s’allument à la nuit tombante et s’éteignent au lever du jour. Pour désactiver les BOERDYS, veuillez mettre l’interrupteur marche-arrêt sur «OFF». La batterie continue de se charger tant qu’il y a suffisamment de clarté. Vos BOERDYS sont dépendants de la lumière solaire et devront être placés dans un lieu ensoleillé pendant la journée. Ne pas les positionner derrière une vitre car celle-ci restreint fortement la puissance du panneau solaire. Sélectionnez un emplacement à l’extérieur où le panneau solaire est exposé à un ensoleillement maximum. La nuit, des sources de lumières externes peuvent contrarier la mise en marche des BOERDYS. En fonction de l’ensoleillement, le chargement des batteries peut durer quelques heures. En hiver ou après plusieurs journées nuageuses, il est probable que la batterie ne se charge pas suffisamment. Mettez l’interrupteur marche-arrêt sur «OFF» pendant plusieurs jours, afin d’éteindre les LEDs. Consignes de sécurité Veuillez lire les consignes de sécurité et n’utilisez les BOERDYS qu’en accord avec les instructions. • N’utilisez pas de batterie normale, non rechargeable par le système solaire de BOERDY Starlight. Risque d’explosion ! • Ne séparez pas les batteries, ne les jetez pas au feu et ne provoquez pas de court-circuit. Si une batterie venait à couler, évitez le contact avec la peau, les yeux et les muqueuses. • En raison de leur très longue durabilité, un remplacement des LEDs ne sera pas nécessaire. Elles ne doivent pas et ne peuvent pas être remplacées. Les LEDs sont placées dans la tête du luminaire. En ouvrant le luminaire vous l’endommagerez. • Retirez la batterie lorsque celle-ci est usagée ou que vous n’utilisez plus l’appareil pendant une longue durée pour éviter les dommages causés par des fuites. anleitung_boerdy-starlight_13-09.indd 9 www.scheurich.de | 9 20.11.13 11:03 • N’effectuez pas de transformations sur le produit. • Ne peignez, ne couvrez et ne collez pas le panneau solaire. • Les BOERDYS sont protégés contre les éclaboussures d’eau, mais ne doivent pas être plongés dans l’eau. • Faites attention à ce que le boîtier contenant la batterie soit positionné vers le bas lors de l’usage afin d’éviter toute infiltration d’eau. Remplacement de la batterie La batterie est prévue pour un fonctionnement de longue durée. Cependant, un changement de batterie peut être indispensable après une longue période d’utilisation. Les batteries sont soumises à une usure naturelle et leur puissance peut faiblir au fil du temps. Ouvrez le boîtier, situé dans la partie inférieure du panneau solaire, avec un tournevis approprié et remplacez la batterie par une batterie de même type. Faites attention à la bonne polarité (+/-), lors de l’insertion et refermez le boîtier. Nettoyage Nettoyez les BOERDYS et le panneau solaire selon les besoins avec un tissu doux et légèrement mouillé. N’utilisez pas de produits chimiques puissants ou de détergents abrasifs. Problèmes & solutions • La LED ne s’allume pas. Fait-il encore jour ? Contrôlez si d’autres sources de lumière empêchent sa mise en marche. Mettez le panneau solaire dans un lieu plus sombre. La batterie est-elle chargée ? Consultez la rubrique «Utilisation». • La LED ne s’allume que faiblement. La batterie n’est pas suffisamment chargée ou même faible. Remplacez la batterie. Consultez la rubrique «Remplacement de la batterie». • L’intensité lumineuse varie en fonction de la saison. Ceci est dû uniquement aux conditions météorologiques. C’est durant la saison d’été que les conditions sont les plus favorables. Traitement des déchets Les matériaux peuvent être recyclés pour diminuer les déchets et protéger l’environnement. Le panneau solaire et les batteries usés n’entrent pas dans le traitement des ordures ménagères! Veuillez les amener au centre de tri pour déchets spéciaux. Tenir hors de portée des enfants En cas d’ingestion, les batteries peuvent être mortelles. Par conséquent, gardez le produit et la batterie hors de portée des enfants. Si la batterie a été ingérée, contactez d’urgence les secours médicaux. Tenez vos enfants à distance de l’emballage en raison du risque d’étouffement ! I tuoi Bördies richiedono luce solare e devono essere montati all’esterno in una posizione esposta al sole durante il giorno. I vetri delle finestre e simili schermano la radiazione solare, riducendo notevolmente la potenza del sole. Scegliere una posizione che espone il modulo solare alla luce del sole più diretta possibile. Di notte sorgenti luminose esterne possono impedire ai Bördies di accendersi. A seconda della forza della luce solare disponibile, possono essere sufficienti un paio d'ore affinché le batterie del modulo solare siano completamente cariche. In inverno o dopo un paio di giorni consecutivi nuvolosi, è possibile che la batteria potrebbe non essere sufficientemente carica. Questo impedisce danni dovuti ad una batteria che perde. • Non modificare il prodotto. • Non usare colla, vernice o altri rivestimenti sul modulo solare. • I Bördies sono a prova di spruzzi, ma non devono essere immersi in acqua. • Accertarsi che il vano batterie sia rivolto verso il basso durante il funzionamento, altrimenti l'acqua potrebbe entrare nel vano. Sostituzione della batteria Le batterie ricaricabili sono progettate per il funzionamento a lungo tempo. Tuttavia, dopo uso prolungato, può essere necessario sostituire la batteria. Le batterie si deteriorano nel tempo e la loro capacità può diminuire. Aprire il vano batterie sul fondo del modulo solare con il cacciavite appropriato e sostituire la batteria con una nuova batteria dello stesso tipo. Garantire la corretta polarità ( + / - ) quando si inserisce la nuova batteria, e richiudere il vano batterie. Problemi comuni e soluzioni • Il LED non si accende. L'ambiente circostante è troppo luminoso? Verificare se le altre fonti di luce impediscono l’accensione del LED. Spostare il modulo solare in una posizione più scura, se necessario. La batteria è carica? Si prega di fare riferimento a "Utilizzo". • La luce del LED è debole. La batteria non è completamente carica o è in esaurimento; provare a sostituire con una nuova batteria. Fare riferimento a "Sostituzione della batteria". • La forza della luce varia con le stagioni. Ciò è dovuto a cambiamenti del tempo e non è un errore. Le condizioni più favorevoli sono nel periodo estivo. Smaltimento I materiali sono riciclabili. Questo riduce i rifiuti e protegge l'ambiente. Il modulo solare e le batterie esauste non possono essere smaltite con i normali rifiuti! Portarli ad un punto di raccolta del vostro comune o presso negozi specializzati che distribuiscono batterie. Je odolný proti vlivům počasí a proto může zůstat celoročně venku. Jakmile se setmí, zapnou se automaticky integrované LED v obou Bördies a při dostačující světelnosti příští ráno se opět vypnou. Baterie použitá v solárním modulu ukládá zachycenou energii proměněnou na proud a rozsvítí za tmy Vaše Bördies. Rozsah dodávky Ptačí budka (včetně solárního modulu a baterie) se zemním bodcem a dvěma Bördy Starlight se zemními bodci Používání Bördies jsou zkonstruovány pro stálé používání ve venko1 vním prostředí a pro soukromé užívání. Při dodávce je již baterie vložena. Přepněte spínač zap/vyp na ON(1). V této poloze pracují Vaše Bördies plně automaticky a zapínají se při počínající tmě a vypínají se opět při dostačující světelnosti. Abyste deaktivovali Bördies, přepněte spínač zap/vyp na OFF. Při dostačující světelnosti se baterie dále nabijí. Vaše Bördies jsou odkázány na sluneční záření a musejí být za dne umístěny venku na slunném místě. Okenní tabule apod. cloní sluneční záření, což extrémně silně redukuje solární výkon. Zvolte místo, na kterém bude solární modul pokud možno dlouho vystaven bezprostřednímu slunečnímu záření. V noci mohou vnější světelné zdroje zabránit zapnutí Bördies. V závislosti na slunečním záření může trvat několik hodin, dokud solární modul zcela nenabije baterie. V zimě nebo při více zatažených dnech za sebou se může stát, že se baterie nedostatečně nabije. Nebezpečí výbuchu! • Akumulátory nesmějí být rozebírány, vhazovány do ohně nebo zkratovány. Pokud by baterie vytekla, vyhněte se kontaktu s kůží, očima a sliznicí. • Na základě své extrémně dlouhé životnosti není potřeba měnit dioda LED. Nemůže a nesmí být měněna. LED je namontována pevně ve svíticí hlavě. Při otevření se poškodí LED resp. hlava svítidla. • Vyjměte baterii z výrobku, jestliže je vyčerpána nebo výrobek déle nepoužíváte. Tím se vyhnete poškození, které může vzniknout vytečením. • Neprovádějte žádné změny na výrobku. • Nic nelepte, nepokládejte ani nemalujte na solární modul. • Bördies jsou chráněny proti stříkající vodě, nesmějí být ale do vody ponořovány. • Dávejte pozor na to, aby kazeta s baterií během provozu ukazovala směrem dolů, protože jinak může vniknout voda. Výměna baterie Baterie je konstruována pro dlouhý provoz. Může však být při dlouhé provozní životnosti vyžadováno vyměnit baterii. Akumulátory podléhají přirozenému opotřebení a výkon může klesat. Otevřete vhodným šroubovákem komoru baterie na dolní straně solárního modulu a nahraďte baterií konstrukčně stejným typem. Dejte pozor při nasazování na správnou polaritu (+/-) a opět uzavřete komoru baterie. Čištění Čistěte Bördies a solární modul v případě potřeby měkkou, lehce zvlhčenou utěrkou. Nepoužívejte k čištění žádné silné chemikálie, agresívní nebo abrazivní čisticí prostředky. Poruchy & řešení • LED nesvítí. Příliš jasno? Prověřte, zda zapnutí nebrání jiné světelné zdroje. Popř. přemístěte solární modul na tmavé místo. Je baterie nabitá? Více viz „Používání“. • LED svítí pouze slabě. Baterie není zcela nabita nebo je vyčerpána; popř. nahradit novou. Viz „Výměna baterie". • Výkon kolísá v závislosti na sezóně. To je podmíněno povětrností a nejedná se o chybu. V létě jsou povětrnostní podmínky nejvýhodnější. Likvidace Materiály mohou být recyklovány. Tím se snižuje odpad a šetří životní prostředí. Solární modul a opotřebované akumulátory nepatří do domovního odpadu! Přineste tyto do sběrny Vaší obce nebo městské správy nebo do specializovaného obchodu s prodejem baterií. Меры предосторожности Прочтите пожалуйста внимательно раздел Меры предосторожности и используйте прибор только по назначению Не используйте прибор с обычными батарейками во избежание взрыва. Не разбирайте, не бросайте в огонь, избегайте контакта содержимого батареи с кожей глазами и слизистой. Светодиод предназначен для длительного срока службы и его замена не требуется. Не разбирайте прибор. Батарею можно вынуть из прибора при её истощении или если прибор не будет использоваться длительное время. Запрещается производить изменения в приборе Не заклеивайте, не закрывайте и не закрашивайте солнечный элемент. Прибор защищен от влаги, но его нельзя погружать в воду Замена батареи Батарея предназначена для длительного использования. Однако при длительной эксплуатации может понадобиться замена батареи.
