Il triangolo che racchiude un fulmine indica che nell’apparecchio sono
presenti alte tensioni, che possono mettere in grave pericolo l’incolumità di
chi apre il mobile.
Il triangolo che racchiude un punto esclamativo indica che prima di iniziare ad
utilizzare l’apparecchio è necessario essere a conoscenza di tutte le
avvertenze riportate in questo manuale di istruzioni.
ATTENZIONE - L'esposizione diretta dell’apparecchio alla pioggia o ad una eccessiva
umidità ambientale può provocare cortocircuiti o principi d'incendio.

PRECAUZIONI PER L’USO
Per mantenere elevate e costanti nel tempo le prestazioni di questo prodotto, osservare le
seguenti precauzioni.
Posizionamento
• Evitare di riporre o utilizzare
l’apparecchio in ambienti eccessivamente
caldi, freddi, umidi o polverosi.
• Posizionare l’apparecchio su una
superficie orizzontale, stabile e piatta.
• Evitare di ostruire le aperture di
ventilazione. Non appoggiare
l’apparecchio su un letto o un tappeto.
Alimentazione
• Prima di collegare l’apparecchio ad una
presa di corrente, controllare che la
tensione di rete corrisponda a quella
indicata nella targhetta sul retro del
mobile.
Sicurezza dell’utente
• Per sfilare il cavo di alimentazione dalla
presa di corrente afferrarne la spina,
evitando di tirare il cavo stesso.
• Scollegare l’apparecchio
dall’alimentazione di rete durante I
temporali o in previsione di un lungo
periodo di inutilizzo.
• Quando il cavo di alimentazione è
collegato ad una presa di corrente,
l’apparecchio è sempre sotto tensione,
anche mentre è spento. Per scollegarlo
completamente, sfilare la spina del cavo
dalla presa.
• Questo prodotto deve essere utilizzato
solo in posizione orizzontale.
Batterie
• Evitare di sottoporre le batterie ad un
calore eccessivo, o di gettarle nel fuoco.
• Le batterie contengono sostanze
tossiche e devono pertanto essere
smaltite secondo le locali normative di
legge, depositandole presso un apposito
punto di raccolta.
• L’uso di batterie non adatte può dare
luogo a cortocircuiti o princìpi di incendio.
• Le batterie scariche devono essere
sostituite solo con altre dello stesso tipo.
Formazione di condensa
• Portando repentinamente l’apparecchio
da un ambiente freddo ad uno più caldo
si può verificare una formazione di
condensa al suo interno.
• La presenza di condensa può
danneggiare l’apparecchio, o
provocarne il malfunzionamento.
• Per fare asciugare la condensa si
consiglia di scollegare l’apparecchio
dalla presa di corrente e di lasciarlo
spento per almeno un paio d’ore prima di
iniziare ad utilizzarlo.
• Se l’apparecchio non funzionasse
correttamente, si raccomanda di
scollegarlo dalla presa di corrente e di
interpellare un Centro di Assistenza Tecnica.
Ventilazione
• Collocare l’apparecchio in una posizione
in cui non ne sia preclusa la ventilazione.
Acqua e umidità
• All’interno dell’apparecchio non devono
penetrare acqua o liquidi di qualsiasi tipo.
Questo apparecchio non deve essere
utilizzato in prossimità di contenitori
d’acqua, e non vi si deve sovrapporre
alcun contenitore di liquidi.
Elevati livelli sonori
• Questo apparecchio ha un basso rumore
di fondo ed un’elevata gamma dinamica;
per questi motivi, può succedere che il
volume venga inavvertitamente regolato
ad un livello talmente alto da
danneggiare gli altoparlanti o una cuffia
eventualmente collegata all’apposita
uscita. Si raccomanda pertanto di
regolare il volume con particolare
attenzione.
• L’ascolto prolungato ad alto volume può
danneggiare gravemente l’udito.

- Per azzerare istantaneamente il volume

precedenza.

- Per selezionare le cartelle presenti sul

- Per impostare la ripetizione continua della
lettura di un singolo brano, di tutti i brani o del
contenuto di una cartella presenti sul
dispositivo USB o sulla scheda SD.

- Per attivare la riproduzione in ordine casuale
di tutti i brani presenti sul dispositivo USB o
sulla scheda SD.

ALIMENTAZIONE
Alimentazione da rete
• Controllare che il voltaggio indicato sulla targhetta
applicata all’adattatore corrisponda alla tensione
di rete locale. In caso contrario rivolgersi al
rivenditore o ad un Centro di Assistenza Tecnica.
• Collegare l’adattatore di alimentazione a 9 V
all’apposito connettore sul retro della
radiosveglia e ad una presa a muro, che si deve
trovare in una posizione facilmente accessibile.
Nota - L’uso di adattatori di alimentazione diversi da quello fornito in dotazione può
danneggiare gravemente la radiosveglia.
Batterie di backup (non fornite in dotazione)
Questa radiosveglia è dotata di un sistema di backup,
che evita la cancellazione delle memorie in caso di
interruzione di corrente. Il sistema di backup è
alimentato da due batterie, non fornite in dotazione,
che devono essere periodicamente sostituite
quando raggiungono un insufficiente livello di carica.
Durante la sostituzione delle batterie, la radiosveglia
deve essere collegata a rete per mezzo
dell’adattatore di alimentazione a 9 V; in caso
contrario, tutte le impostazioni in memoria verranno
cancellate.
• Aprire il vano batterie e inserire al suo interno, rispettando la corretta polarità indicata dai
simboli “+” e “–”, due batterie formato AAA/LR03.
• Si raccomanda di utilizzare batterie alcaline, che garantiscono una maggiore durata.
Nota - Evitare di utilizzare simultaneamente batterie con diversi livelli di carica, oppure di
tipo diverso (alcaline, zinco-carbone o ricaricabili al nickel-cadmio).
Batteria del telecomando
Nel telecomando è già inserita una batteria. Prima di
iniziare ad utilizzarlo, rimuovere la pellicola adesiva
isolante. Quando la portata del telecomando si
riduce, o quando l’azionamento dei pulsanti non
produce più alcun effetto, si deve sostituire la
batteria.
1 Sfilare verso l’esterno il supporto batteria
mentre si tiene premuto il gancetto di
bloccaggio in direzione della freccia.
2 Inserire la batteria nuova (a pastiglia, da 3 V,
tipo “CR2032”) nell’apposito alloggiamento,
facendo attenzione che il lato contrassegnato
dal simbolo “+” sia rivolto verso l’alto, come
mostrato nell’illustrazione.
3 Reinserire il supporto batteria, fino ad udire uno scatto di bloccaggio.

ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
Accensione
1 Per accendere la radiosveglia, premere il pulsante POWER ON/OFF. Il display si
illumina, e viene richiamata la modalità operativa che era selezionata al momento del
precedente spegnimento.
2 Per selezionare una diversa modalità operativa o sorgente audio (RADIO, USB, CARD
oppure AUX), premere ripetutamente il pulsante MODE.
Spegnimento
• Per spegnere la radiosveglia, premere il pulsante POWER ON/OFF.
Azzeramento istantaneo del volume
1 Per azzerare istantaneamente il volume d’ascolto, premere il pulsante MUTE sul
telecomando.
2 Nel display compare l’indicazione “MUTE”. La riproduzione del segnale audio non si
interrompe, ma la radiosveglia non emette alcun suono.
3 Per ripristinare il livello del volume impostato in precedenza, premere nuovamente il
pulsante MUTE.
Regolazione dell’ora
1 Tenere premuto il pulsante MEMORY/SET, in modo da commutare tra la modalità di
visualizzazione a 12 ore e quella a 24 ore.
2 Premere di nuovo il pulsante MEMORY/SET; l’indicazione delle ore inizia a
lampeggiare. Per impostare le ore, premere ripetutamente i pulsanti SKIP+/–.
3 Premere ancora una volta il pulsante MEMORY/SET; l’indicazione dei minuti inizia a
lampeggiare. Per impostare i minuti, premere ripetutamente i pulsanti SKIP+/–.
4 Al termine, premere un’ultima volta il pulsante MEMORY/SET per confermare e
memorizzare le impostazioni.
Programmazione della sveglia
La radiosveglia permette di programmare la sveglia a due diversi orari (“ALARM 1” o
“ALARM 2”); questa funzione può essere utile, ad esempio, quando si desidera che la
sveglia suoni ad un determinato orario durante i giorni lavorativi e ad un altro orario durante
il fine settimana. All’ora programmata, la sveglia emetterà il suono di allarme (“BUZZER”),
oppure riprodurrà il segnale della radio o un file memorizzato sul dispositivo USB o sulla
scheda SD.
1 A seconda che si desideri programmare il primo o il secondo allarme, tenere premuto
per circa 2 secondi il pulsante ALARM 1 oppure il pulsante ALARM 2. L’indicazione
delle ore e il relativo simbolo “ALARM 1” o “ALARM 2” iniziano a lampeggiare nel
display.
2 Per impostare le ore, tenere premuti i pulsanti SKIP+/– o premerli ripetutamente.

3 Premere il pulsante ALARM 1 oppure il pulsante ALARM 2 per confermare.
L’indicazione dei minuti e il simbolo “ALARM 1” o “ALARM 2” iniziano a lampeggiare nel
display.
4 Per impostare i minuti, tenere premuti i pulsanti SKIP+/– o premerli ripetutamente.
5 Premere il pulsante ALARM 1 oppure il pulsante ALARM 2 per confermare e per
selezionare il tipo di allarme: BUZZER
RADIO
USB
CARD.
6 Premere un’ultima volta il pulsante ALARM 1 oppure il pulsante ALARM 2 per
confermare.
7 All’ora programmata, la sveglia emetterà il suono di allarme, oppure riprodurrà il
segnale della radio o un file memorizzato sul dispositivo USB o sulla scheda SD.
Disattivazione dell’allarme
• Per disattivare l’allarme, portare il selettore ALARM ON/OFF in posizione “OFF” (la
disattivazione dell’allarme non provoca la sua cancellazione dalla memoria). Per
riattivarlo, portarlo in posizione “ON”. Quando l’allarme è attivato, nel display viene
visualizzato il relativo simbolo.
Interruzione e ripetizione dell’allarme
• Per interrompere l’allarme che suona e programmarne automaticamente la ripetizione,
premere il pulsante SNOOZE. Il segnale di sveglia viene ripetuto a intervalli di 9 minuti,
per la durata di un’ora.
Note - Se si è programmata la sveglia con accensione della radio (modalità “RADIO”),
controllare che sia sintonizzata l’emittente desiderata.
- Se si è programmata la sveglia con riproduzione di un file memorizzato sul
dispositivo USB o sulla scheda SD (modalità “USB” o “SD”), controllare che il
dispositivo sia collegato alla radiosveglia o che la scheda sia inserita nello slot.
- Per controllare l’orario di programmazione della sveglia, premere il pulsante
ALARM 1 oppure il pulsante ALARM 2.
Uso della radio
1 Per attivare la radio, premere ripetutamente il pulsante MODE in modo da selezionare
la modalità “RADIO”. Quando questa modalità è attivata, nel display vengono
visualizzate le indicazioni relative alla frequenza sintonizzata e all’eventuale
preselezione richiamata.
2 Per selezionare la banda di ricezione desiderata (FM o AM), premere il pulsante BAND.
3 Per effettuare la ricerca automatica delle emittenti:
- Premere a lungo il pulsante SCAN. La ricerca automatica ha inizio, e si interrompe
non appena viene sintonizzata un’emittente dal segnale sufficientemente potente, che
viene memorizzata in una preselezione. Ripetere questa procedura in modo da
sintonizzare l’emittente desiderata.

Per effettuare la ricerca manuale delle emittenti:
- Premere ripetutamente, o tenere premuti a lungo, i pulsanti SKIP+/–, in modo da
sintonizzare l’emittente desiderata. Questa procedura può essere utilizzata per
sintonizzare emittenti dal segnale relativamente debole, che non potrebbero essere
sintonizzate con la procedura di ricerca automatica.
4 Regolare il volume d’ascolto, utilizzando i pulsanti VOL+/–.
5 Per spegnere la radiosveglia, premere il pulsante POWER ON/OFF.
Note - Per migliorare la ricezione in banda AM, orientare opportunamente l’apparecchio,
che è dotato di un’antenna AM incorporata.
- Per migliorare la ricezione in banda FM, estendere completamente l’antenna
esterna a filo.
Memorizzazione e richiamo delle preselezioni
Questa radiosveglia permette di preselezionare 10 emittenti in banda FM e altrettante in
banda AM,che potranno essere richiamate in seguito con il semplice azionamento di un
pulsante.
1 Sintonizzare, per mezzo dei pulsanti SKIP+/–, l’emittente desiderata.
2 Tenere premuto per più di 1 secondo il pulsante MEMORY/SET, per attivare la modalità
di memorizzazione. L’indicazione “MEMORY” inizia a lampeggiare nel display.
3 Richiamare, utilizzando i pulsanti SKIP+/–, la preselezione in cui si desidera
memorizzare l’emittente sintonizzata.
4 Premere il pulsante MEMORY/SET per memorizzare l’emittente nella preselezione.
5 Per memorizzare altre emittenti, seguire le procedure indicate ai precedenti punti da 1 a 4.
6 Per richiamare una preselezione, premere il pulsante MEMORY/SET.
Riproduzione di un file memorizzato su un dispositivo di memoria USB
1 Collegare il dispositivo di memoria USB alla porta USB presente sulla radiosveglia.
2 Premere ripetutamente il pulsante MODE in modo da selezionare la modalità “USB”.
3 La lettura dei file memorizzati sul dispositivo di memoria USB ha automaticamente inizio.
Utilizzando i pulsanti PLAY/PAUSE, SKIP +/– e VOL +/– presenti sul telecomando si
possono rispettivamente attivare le seguenti funzioni operative: lettura/pausa, ricerca dei
brani e regolazione del volume.
4 Regolare il volume d’ascolto, utilizzando i pulsanti VOL+/–.
5 Per spegnere la radiosveglia, premere il pulsante POWER ON/OFF.
Nota - Prima di scollegare il dispositivo USB, spegnere sempre la radiosveglia premendo
il pulsante POWER ON/OFF. In caso contrario, il dispositivo si può danneggiare.
Riproduzione di un file memorizzato su una scheda di memoria SD
1 Inserire la scheda di memoria SD nell’apposito slot presente sulla radiosveglia.
2 Premere ripetutamente il pulsante MODE in modo da selezionare la modalità “CARD”.

3 La lettura dei file memorizzati sulla scheda di memoria SD ha automaticamente inizio.
Utilizzando i pulsanti PLAY/PAUSE, SKIP +/– e VOL +/– presenti sul telecomando si
possono rispettivamente attivare le seguenti funzioni operative: lettura/pausa, ricerca dei
brani e regolazione del volume.
4 Regolare il volume d’ascolto, utilizzando i pulsanti VOL+/–.
5 Per spegnere la radiosveglia, premere il pulsante POWER ON/OFF.
Nota - Prima di rimuovere dallo slot la scheda di memoria SD, spegnere sempre la
radiosveglia premendo il pulsante POWER ON/OFF. In caso contrario, la scheda
si può danneggiare.
Riproduzione di un segnale audio proveniente da una sorgente esterna
1 Collegare la sorgente audio esterna all’apposito ingresso “LINE-IN” presente sulla
radiosveglia.
2 Premere ripetutamente il pulsante MODE in modo da selezionare la modalità “AUX”.
3 Utilizzare la sorgente audio esterna secondo le istruzioni fornite dal relativo produttore. Il
segnale in uscita verrà riprodotto tramite gli altoparlanti della radiosveglia.
Programmazione dello spegnimento automatico
La funzione di spegnimento automatico può essere utile per ascoltare musica senza
preoccuparsi di dover spegnere la radiosveglia prima di addormentarsi.
1 Premere ripetutamente il pulsante SNOOZE. Ad ogni azionamento del pulsante si
seleziona un diverso ritardo di spegnimento automatico, nel seguente ordine: 00
(funzione disattivata)

2 Al termine del periodo preimpostato, la radiosveglia si spegnerà automaticamente.
3 Per disattivare la funzione di spegnimento automatico prima che sia completamente
trascorso il periodo preimpostato, premere ripetutamente il pulsante SNOOZE in modo
che nel display compaia l’indicazione “00”.
MANUTENZIONE
• La radiosveglia deve essere posizionata in prossimità di una presa di corrente facilmente
accessibile.
• Non esporre la radiosveglia a umidità, spruzzi o getti d’acqua o di altri liquidi, pioggia,
sabbia o alte temperature generate da fonti di calore o dalla luce solare.
• Per pulire la radiosveglia, utilizzare un panno morbido e leggermente inumidito. Non
usare detergenti che contengano alcool, ammoniaca, benzene o agenti abrasivi, che
potrebbero danneggiare la finitura esterna.

IN CASO DI EVENTUALI PROBLEMI
Se si riscontra un difetto o un malfunzionamento della radiosveglia, consultare la seguente
tabella. Non aprire il mobile, per evitare il rischio di folgorazione. Se non è possibile
rimediare ai problemi seguendo questi consigli, contattare il rivenditore o un Centro di
Assistenza Tecnica autorizzato.
ATTENZIONE: In nessuna circostanza si deve provare a riparare personalmente la
radiosveglia, in quanto ciò invaliderebbe la garanzia.

Ai sensi della Direttiva "RAEE" 2002/96/CE e successiva modifica 2003/108/CE,
questa apparecchiatura viene contrassegnata con il simbolo del contenitore di rifiuti
barrato. Per un futuro smaltimento di questo prodotto, si prega di tenere presente
quanto segue.
- E' vietato smaltire questa apparecchiatura come un comune rifiuto urbano: è necessario rivolgersi
ad uno dei Centri di Raccolta RAEE (Rifiuti di Apparecchiature Elettriche ed Elettroniche)
Autorizzato e predisposto dalla Pubblica Amministrazione. E' possibile consegnare ad un
negoziante questa apparecchiatura per il suo smaltimento all'atto dell'acquisto di una nuova
apparecchiatura dello stesso tipo.
- La normativa sopra citata, alla quale rimandiamo per ulteriori dettagli o approfondimenti, prevede
sanzioni in caso di smaltimento abusivo dei RAEE (Rifiuti di Apparecchiature Elettriche ed
Elettroniche).

data di acquisto da parte del primo utente. La presente garanzia lascia impregiudicata la
validità della normativa in vigore riguardante i beni di consumo (art 1519 bis - nonies del
Codice Civile).
I componenti o le parti che risulteranno difettosi per accertate cause di fabbricazione
saranno riparati o sostituiti gratuitamente presso la nostra rete d’assistenza autorizzata,

Do not use the product in extremely hot, cold, dusty or damp condition.
Place the product on a smooth, flat surface.
Do not obstruct the flow of air through the product. Place it on a well-ventilated position; do not
cover with fabric or stand on a rug or carpet.
Before using this product, check that its rated voltage matches your mains power supply
voltage.
Never pull on the power cord when plugging in or un-plugging the product: always use the plug
pulling the cord could damage it and create a risk of electric shock.
Unplug the product from the mains socket if you do not intend to use it for an extended period.
The On/Off button does not isolate the product from the power supply. To disconnect the
product from the mains power supply, you must unplug the power adaptor.
This product should only be used in a horizontal position.
Mains plug is used as the disconnecting device. It shall remain readily operable and should not
be obstructed during intended used.
Water droplets or condensation may from inside it is moved into a very warm, humid
atmosphere.
Condensation can cause the product to malfunction.
Leave the set in a warm room for 1 to 2 hours to allow the condensation to evaporate.
Never obstruct the product’s ventilation holes.
Owing to this product’s extremely low noise output and extended dynamic range, the user may
be tempted to turn up the volume louder than necessary. The sound output may be excessively

Replacing Backup Batteries on Unit
Install/Replace Backup Battery
These set uses a backup battery system to provide
continuous alarm operation and clock settings in the
event of a power failure. If the clock or alarm not work, it
is time to replace the backup batteries. Please make sure
the AC adaptor is connected, otherwise all settings may
be lost during battery replacement.
Open the battery compartment cover located on the
bottom of the unit. Insert 2 “AAA” size batteries as
indicated. We recommend the use of alkaline
batteries for longer life.
Batteries information:
Do not mix old and new batteries.
Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or
rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
Install/Replace the Remote Control Batteries
The remote control batteries are already installed at the
factory. Remove battery insulator tape before use. When the
remote control stops operating or its range seems reduced,
replace the batteries with new ones.
1. The battery door is located on the back of the unit.
2. Pull the battery door out.
3. Insert one “CR2032” 3-volt lithium batteries. Make sure
the polarity (the + and - side of the battery) is correct.
4. Fully insert the battery door back to the original position.
NOTE:
mains adaptor DC 9V into DC IN Jack
and the other end into the wall socket.
Battery contain chemical substances, so they
should be disposed of properly.

Switching on the system
1. Press and the LCD display is on with backlighting. (The system will switch to the last
selected source.)
2. Press MODE to select function mode (RADIO/USB/CARD/AUX).
Switching the system to standby mode
In any source mode, press .
Switching off the volume temporarily
Press MUTE on the remote control to stop sound playback instantly.
Playback will continues without sound and the display shows MUTE.
To start sound playback, press MUTE again, adjust the volume controls or change source.
Setting the Clock
1. Press and hold MEMORY/SET to select 12 Hours/24 Hours mode.
2. Press MEMORY/SET once, then clock digits for hours flashes. Press SKIP+/- repeatedly to set and
adjust the hours.
3. Press MEMORY/SET once, then clock digits for minutes flashes. Press SKIP+/- repeatedly to set and
adjust the minutes.
4. Press MEMORY/SET to confirm.
Using the Alarms
General
Two different alarm times can be set. This can be useful when you need to be woken up at a different time
e.g. During the week and at the weekend, and you can set different wake-up modes:

Setting the Alarms
1. In any mode, press hold ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 for two seconds. (ALARM 1 / ALARM 2 icon and the hour
digits flash.)
2. Hold down or press SKIP+/SKIP- repeatedly to set and adjust the hours.
3. Press ALARM 1 / ALARM 2 to confirm. (ALARM 1 / ALARM 2 icon and the minutes digits flash.)
4. Hold down or press SKIP+/SKIP- repeatedly to set and adjust the minutes.
5. Press ALARM 1 / ALARM 2 to confirm and then select your choice of alarm mode: BUZZER→RADIO→
USB→CARD
6. Press ALARM 1 / ALARM 2 to confirm.
7. At the set alarm time, the BUZZER, RADIO, USB or CARD will switch on automatically.
Arming and Disarming Alarm (Turn Alarm ON/OFF)
Slide up ALARM ON/OFF button to arm or disarm functions. When armed, the related alarm icon
appears in display.
Resetting the Alarm to Come on the Next Day
When the alarm is sounding, slide up ALARM ON/OFF button to stop alarm and reset it to come on the
following day.
Snooze
Press the SNOOZE button after the alarm sounds. The alarm will be silenced and come on again 9
minutes later. Snooze can be pressed several time during 1 hour alarm cycle.
Helpful hints:
If you have selected RADIO alarm mode, make sure you have properly tuned to a station before tuning
off the set.
If you have selected USB or CARD mode, make sure you have inserted USB or CARD into related jack
before tuning off the set.
To check the alarm time setting for ALARM 1 or ALARM 2, press ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 button.

1. Press MODE to select RADIO mode. (Display shows the radio frequency of the last selected wave-band.
Your preset station is also shown if you are listening to a preset.
2. Press BAND button to select AM or FM radio band.
3. Automatic tuning:
→ Press and hold the SCAN button until the display begins to move, then release the button. The tuner
will scan up or down the band frequency until it finds the first strong station and stop on that stations
then store a program memory automatically. Repeat this process until the tuner stops on your
desired station.
Manual tuning:
→ Press and hold the SKIP+/SKIP- button repeatedly until the display is showing the frequency to your
desired station. Use the manual tuning method tp tune to weaker stations that are bypassed during
Automatic Tuning.
4. Adjust the sound using VOL+/-.
When you have finished listening to the radio, press POWER ON/OFF button to turn the unit off.
Hints for best reception:
AM: If reception is weak, turn the unit to improve reception.
FM: The receiver has a built-in FM pigtail aerial hanging at the rear cabinet. This wire should be totally
unravelled and extended for best reception.
Storing and using preset stations
You can store yo to 10 AM and 10 FM radio stations in the memory.
1. Press SKIP+/SKIP- button to tune your desired station.
2. Press and hold MEMORY/SET button in a second,. (”MEMORY” will flash on the display) to activate the
programming mode.
3. Press SKIP+/SKIP- button to select the preset number you desired.
4. Press MEMORY/SET button to store the station.
5. Repeat step 2-4 to store your another stations
6. Press MEMORY/SET button to listen to a preset stations.
USB
1. Insert your USB Drive into USB jack.
2. Press MODE to select USB then switch on the dock mode.
3. Then, USB will playback automatically.
→ By using the buttons (PLAY/PAUSE, SKIP+/- and VOLUME) and its remote control, the following disc
playback features are available: Play/Pause, selecting next/previous track and changing volume.
4. Turn VOL+/- to adjust the sound level.
5. Press POWER ON/OFF button to turn USB off.
NOTE: POWER ON/OFF button. If not, it will damage your USB
life.
CARD
1. Insert your SD/MMC CARD into CARD jack.
2. Press MODE to select CARD then switch on the dock mode.
3. Then, CARD will playback automatically.
→By using the buttons (PLAY/PAUSE, SKIP+/- and VOLUME) and its remote control, the following disc
playback features are available: Play/Pause, selecting next/previous track and changing volume.
4. Turn VOL+/- to adjust the sound level.
5. Press POWER ON/OFF button to turn CARD off.

Connecting an external device
You can listen to the sound of the connected external device through your another audio devices.
1. Use a line-in cord (not included) to connect another audio devices to the LINE-IN Jack.
2. Press MODE to select AUX mode.
3. The another audio device will now play through the speakers of the units.
Using Sleep Mode
This set has a built-in sleep timer, which enables the radio to be automatically switched off after a set period of
time. There are eight sleep time options.
Setting and switching off SLEEP
1. Set your timer by pressing SNOOZE repeatedly until the desired timer option appears.

Radio
1. Press MODE to select RADIO mode. (Display shows the radio frequency of the last selected wave-band.
Your preset station is also shown if you are listening to a preset.
2. Press BAND button to select AM or FM radio band.
3. Automatic tuning:
→ Press and hold the SCAN button until the display begins to move, then release the button. The tuner
will scan up or down the band frequency until it finds the first strong station and stop on that stations
then store a program memory automatically. Repeat this process until the tuner stops on your
desired station.
Manual tuning:
→ Press and hold the SKIP+/SKIP- button repeatedly until the display is showing the frequency to your
desired station. Use the manual tuning method tp tune to weaker stations that are bypassed during
Automatic Tuning.
4. Adjust the sound using VOL+/-.
When you have finished listening to the radio, press POWER ON/OFF button to turn the unit off.
Hints for best reception:
AM: If reception is weak, turn the unit to improve reception.
FM: The receiver has a built-in FM pigtail aerial hanging at the rear cabinet. This wire should be totally
unravelled and extended for best reception.
Storing and using preset stations
You can store yo to 10 AM and 10 FM radio stations in the memory.
1. Press SKIP+/SKIP- button to tune your desired station.
2. Press and hold MEMORY/SET button in a second,. (”MEMORY” will flash on the display) to activate the
programming mode.
3. Press SKIP+/SKIP- button to select the preset number you desired.
4. Press MEMORY/SET button to store the station.
5. Repeat step 2-4 to store your another stations
6. Press MEMORY/SET button to listen to a preset stations.
USB
1. Insert your USB Drive into USB jack.
2. Press MODE to select USB then switch on the dock mode.
3. Then, USB will playback automatically.

Connecting an external device
You can listen to the sound of the connected external device through your another audio devices.

Using Sleep Mode
This set has a built-in sleep timer, which enables the radio to be automatically switched off after a set period of
time. There are eight sleep time options.
Setting and switching off SLEEP
1. Set your timer by pressing SNOOZE repeatedly until the desired timer option appears.

Para lograr las máximas prestaciones de este producto, tome las siguientes precauciones:
Colocación
• No coloque ni utilice el aparato en
ambientes excesivamente cálidos, fríos,
húmedos o polvorientos.
• Coloque el aparato sobre una superficie
horizontal, estable y plana.
• No obstruya las ranuras de ventilación.
No apoye el aparato sobre superficies
mullidas, como la cama o una alfombra.
Alimentación
• Antes de conectar el aparato a una
toma de corriente, controle que la
tensión de la red corresponda con la
indicada en la placa que se encuentra
en la parte trasera de la carcasa.
Seguridad del usuario
• No tire directamente del cable para
desconectar el aparato de la red de
alimentación; hágalo sujetando el
enchufe.
• Desconecte el aparato de la
alimentación de red durante las
tormentas o cuando no vaya a utilizarlo
durante algún tiempo.

Ventilación

Elevados niveles sonoros
• Este aparato produce un ruido de fondo
bajo y una alta gama dinámica, por lo
que el volumen puede pasar

ALIMENTACIÓN
Alimentación de red
• Compruebe que el voltaje indicado en la placa
aplicada en el adaptador corresponda con la
tensión de red local. En caso contrario, diríjase al
vendedor o a un centro de asistencia técnica.
• Conecte el adaptador de alimentación de 9 V al
conector correspondiente en la parte trasera del
radio despertador y a una toma de corriente
mural, que deberá encontrarse en una posición
fácilmente accesible.
Nota - El uso de adaptadores de alimentación distintos del suministrado de serie puede
dañar gravemente el radio despertador.
Pilas de respaldo (no incluidas)
Este radio despertador está dotado de un sistema
de respaldo que impide que se borren las memorias
si se interrumpe la corriente. El sistema de respaldo
está alimentado por dos pilas, no incluidas, que
deben sustituirse periódicamente cuando no logran
alcanzan un nivel de carga suficiente. Durante el
cambio de las pilas, el radio despertador debe
permanecer conectado a la red utilizando el
adaptador de alimentación de 9 V; en caso contrario
se borrarían todos los ajustes memorizados.
• Abra el compartimento de las pilas e introduzca dos pilas de formato AAA/LR03 en su
interior respetando la polaridad indicada mediante los símbolos “+” y “-“.
• Es aconsejable utilizar pilas alcalinas puesto que garantizan una mayor duración.
Nota - No utilice simultáneamente pilas con distintos niveles de carga o de tipos
diferentes (alcalinas, cinc-carbón o recargables de níquel-cadmio).
Pila del mando a distancia
El mando a distancia contiene una pila. Antes de
empezar a utilizarlo, quite la película adhesiva
aislante. Cuando el alcance del mando a distancia
disminuye o no se produce ningún efecto al
presionar sus botones, es necesario cambiar la pila.
1 Saque el soporte de la pila presionando el
gancho de bloqueo en la dirección indicada por
la flecha.
2 Introduzca la pila nueva (de botón, de 3 V, tipo
“CR2032”) en su sede prestando atención para
que el lado marcado con el símbolo “+” quede
dirigido hacia arriba como se muestra en la
imagen.
3 Vuelva a introducir el soporte de la pila hasta percibir un clic de bloqueo.

Encendido
1 Pulse el botón POWER ON/OFF para encender el radio despertador. La pantalla se
ilumina y se accede al modo operativo que estaba seleccionado al apagar el aparato.
2 Para seleccionar un modo operativo distinto o una fuente de audio diferente (RADIO,
USB, CARD o AUX), pulse repetidamente el botón MODE.
Apagado
• Pulse el botón POWER ON/OFF para apagar el radio despertador.
Silenciamiento instantáneo del volumen
1 Para silenciar instantáneamente el volumen del sonido, pulse el botón MUTE en el
mando a distancia.
2 En la pantalla aparece la indicación “MUTE”. La reproducción de la señal de audio no
se interrumpe, pero el radio despertador no emite ningún sonido.
3 Para restablecer el nivel del volumen anterior, pulse de nuevo el botón MUTE.
Regulación de la hora
1 Mantenga presionado el botón MEMORY/SET para conmutar entre el modo de
visualización de 12 horas y el de 24 horas.
2 Pulse de nuevo el botón MEMORY/SET; la indicación de las horas empezará a
parpadear. Para programar las horas, pulse repetidamente los botones SKIP+/–.
3 Pulse una vez más el botón MEMORY/SET; la indicación de los minutos empezará a
parpadear. Para programar los minutos, pulse repetidamente los botones SKIP+/–.
4 Al terminar, pulse por última vez el botón MEMORY/SET para confirmar y memorizar
los ajustes efectuados.
Programación del despertador
El radio despertador permite programar el despertador a dos horas diferentes (“ALARM 1”
o “ALARM 2”); esta función puede ser útil, por ejemplo, cuando se desea que la radio
suene a una hora determinada durante los días laborales y a otra hora distinta durante el
fin de semana. A la hora programada, el despertador emitirá un sonido de alarma
(“BUZZER”) o reproducirá la señal de la radio o un archivo memorizado en el dispositivo
USB o en la tarjeta SD.
1 Mantenga presionado durante unos 2 segundos el botón ALARM 1 o el botón ALARM
2, dependiendo de si desea programar la primera alarma o la segunda . En la pantalla
empezará a parpadear la indicación de las horas y el símbolo correspondiente,
“ALARM 1” o “ALARM 2”.
2 Para programar las horas, mantenga presionados los botones SKIP+/– o púlselos
repetidamente.

3 Pulse el botón ALARM 1 o el botón ALARM 2 para confirmar. La indicación de los
minutos y el símbolo “ALARM 1” o “ALARM 2” empezarán a parpadear en la pantalla.
4 Para programar los minutos, mantenga presionados los botones SKIP+/– o púlselos
repetidamente.
5 Pulse el botón ALARM 1 o el botón ALARM 2 para confirmar y para seleccionar el
tipo de alarma: BUZZER

6 Pulse por última vez el botón ALARM 1 o el botón ALARM 2 para confirmar.
7 A la hora programada, el despertador emitirá un sonido de alarma o reproducirá la
señal de la radio o un archivo memorizado en el dispositivo USB o en la tarjeta SD.
Desactivación de la alarma
• Para desactivar la alarma, ponga el selector ALARM ON/OFF en la posición “OFF” (la
desactivación de la alarma no provoca su eliminación de la memoria). Para
reactivarla, póngalo en la posición “ON”. Cuando la alarma está activada, la pantalla
muestra el símbolo correspondiente.
Interrupción y repetición de la alarma
• Para interrumpir la alarma que emite un sonido y programar automáticamente la
repetición, pulse el botón SNOOZE. La señal del despertador se repite a intervalos de
9 minutos durante una hora.
Notas: - Si programa el despertador con la activación de la radio (modo “RADIO”),
controle que se encuentre sintonizada en la emisora deseada.
- Si programa el despertador con la reproducción de un archivo memorizado en un
dispositivo USB o en una tarjeta SD (modo “USB” o “SD”), asegúrese de haber
conectado el dispositivo al radio despertador o de haber introducido la tarjeta en
la ranura.
- Para controlar el horario de programación del despertador, pulse el botón
ALARM 1 o el botón ALARM 2.
Uso de la radio
1 Para activar la radio, pulse repetidamente el botón MODE hasta seleccionar el modo
“RADIO”. Cuando está activado este modo, la pantalla muestra las indicaciones
relativas a la frecuencia sintonizada y, en su caso, a la emisora memorizada.
2 Para seleccionar la banda de recepción deseada (FM o AM), pulse el botón BAND.
3 Para efectuar la búsqueda automática de las emisoras:
- Ejerza una presión larga en el botón SCAN: se activará la búsqueda automática. La
búsqueda se interrumpirá nada más sintonizar una emisora dotada de una señal
suficientemente potente, que quedará memorizada en el aparato. Repita este
procedimiento hasta sintonizar la emisora deseada.

Para efectuar la búsqueda manual de las emisoras:
- Pulse repetidamente o mantenga presionados los botones SKIP+/–, hasta sintonizar
la emisora deseada. Este procedimiento puede utilizarse para sintonizar emisoras
dotadas de una señal relativamente débil que no podrían ser sintonizadas con el
procedimiento de búsqueda automática.
4 Regule el nivel del volumen utilizando los botones VOL+/–.
5 Pulse el botón POWER ON/OFF para apagar el radio despertador.
Notas: - Para mejorar la recepción en banda AM, basta orientar adecuadamente el
aparato, dado que lleva incorporada una antena AM.
- Para mejorar la recepción en banda FM, extienda completamente la antena
externa monofilar.
Memorización y acceso a las emisoras memorizadas
Este radio despertador permite memorizar 10 emisoras en banda FM y otras tantas en
banda AM, a las que podrá accederse después simplemente pulsando un botón.
1 Sintonice la emisora deseada utilizando los botones SKIP+/–.
2 Mantenga presionado durante más de 1 segundo el botón MEMORY/SET para activar el
modo de memorización. La indicación "MEMORY” empezará a parpadear en la pantalla.
3 Utilice los botones SKIP+/– para acceder a la posición de memoria en la que desea
memorizar la emisora sintonizada.
4 Pulse el botón MEMORY/SET para memorizar la emisora en dicha posición.
5 Para memorizar otras emisoras, siga los procedimientos indicados en los puntos
anteriores, de 1 a 4.
6 Para acceder a una de las emisoras memorizadas, pulse el botón MEMORY/SET.
Reproducción de un archivo memorizado en un dispositivo de memoria USB
1 Conecte el dispositivo de memoria USB al puerto USB presente en el radio despertador.
2 Pulse repetidamente el botón MODE para seleccionar el modo “USB”.
3 La lectura de los archivos memorizados en el dispositivo de memoria USB inicia
automáticamente. Utilizando los botones PLAY/PAUSE, SKIP +/– y VOL +/– presentes
en el mando a distancia se pueden activar respectivamente las siguientes funciones
operativas: lectura/pausa, búsqueda de las pistas y regulación del volumen.
4 Regule el nivel del volumen utilizando los botones VOL+/–.
5 Pulse el botón POWER ON/OFF para apagar el radio despertador.
Nota - Antes de desconectar el dispositivo USB, apague siempre el radio despertador
pulsando el botón POWER ON/OFF. En caso contrario pueden producirse daños
en el dispositivo.
Reproducción de un archivo memorizado en una tarjeta de memoria SD
1 Introduzca la tarjeta de memoria SD en la ranura correspondiente presente en el radio
despertador.
2 Pulse repetidamente el botón MODE para seleccionar el modo “CARD”.

3 La lectura de los archivos memorizados en la tarjeta SD inicia automáticamente.
Utilizando los botones PLAY/PAUSE, SKIP +/– y VOL +/– presentes en el mando a
distancia se pueden activar respectivamente las siguientes funciones operativas:
lectura/pausa, búsqueda de las pistas y regulación del volumen.
4 Regule el nivel del volumen utilizando los botones VOL+/–.
5 Pulse el botón POWER ON/OFF para apagar el radio despertador.
Nota - Antes de extraer la tarjeta de memoria SD de la ranura, apague siempre el radio
despertador pulsando el botón POWER ON/OFF. En caso contrario pueden
producirse daños en la tarjeta.
Reproducción de una señal de audio procedente de una fuente externa
1 Conecte la fuente de audio externa a la entrada correspondiente “LINE-IN” presente
en el radio despertador.
2 Pulse repetidamente el botón MODE para seleccionar el modo “AUX”.
3 Utilice la fuente de audio externa siguiendo las instrucciones proporcionadas por su
fabricante. La señal de salida se reproducirá a través de los altavoces del despertador.
Programación del apagado automático
La función de apagado automático puede ser útil para escuchar música sin preocuparse
de tener que apagar el radio despertador antes de dormirse.
1 Pulse repetidamente el botón SNOOZE. Con cada presión de este botón se
selecciona un retraso de apagado automático diferente en el orden siguiente: 00
(función desactivada)

2 Al terminar el periodo seleccionado, el radio despertador se apagará automáticamente.
3 Para desactivar la función de apagado automático antes de que haya transcurrido
completamente el periodo seleccionado, pulse repetidamente el botón SNOOZE hasta
que aparezca la indicación “00” en la pantalla.
MANTENIMIENTO
• El radio despertador debe colocarse cerca de una toma de corriente fácilmente accesible.
• No exponga el radio despertador a la humedad, a salpicaduras o chorros de agua o de
otros líquidos, a la lluvia, a la arena o a las altas temperaturas generadas por fuentes
de calor o por la luz solar.
• Para limpiar el radio despertador, use un paño suave ligeramente humedecido. No
utilice detergentes que contengan alcohol, amoníaco, benceno o agentes abrasivos
capaces de dañar el acabado externo.

RESOLUCIÓN DE POSIBLES PROBLEMAS
En caso de observar un defecto o un mal funcionamiento del radio despertador, consulte
la tabla que se ofrece a continuación. No abra la carcasa: quedaría expuesto al riesgo de
electrocución. Si no logra solucionar el problema, póngase en contacto con el vendedor
local o con un centro de asistencia autorizado.
ATENCIÓN: No intente reparar personalmente el radio despertador por ningún motivo
puesto que de este modo anularía la garantía.

Según lo dispuesto en la directiva "RAEE" 2002/96/CE y en su posterior
modificación 2003/108/CE, este equipo está marcado con el símbolo de un
contenedor de desperdicios tachado con una cruz. Para la futura eliminación de
este producto, se ruega tener presente lo siguiente:
- Está prohibido eliminar este equipo como si se tratara de un desecho urbano común: es necesario dirigirse
a un centro de recogida RAEE (desechos de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos) equipado y autorizado por
la administración pública. Al comprar un nuevo equipo del mismo tipo, puede entregar el aparato al
vendedor para que sea él mismo quien se encargue de su eliminación.
- La normativa mencionada anteriormente, a la cual le remitimos para obtener información más
detallada, prevé sanciones en caso de eliminación abusiva de los RAEE (desechos de aparatos
eléctricos y electrónicos).
