OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons, read the IMPORTANT SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS, located in your appliance’s Owner’s Manual, before operating this appliance.
Setting Clock When First Plug
In
Step 1. The first time you power up, the clock
time will be blinking 12 00 on the display.
Step 2. Open the door.
Step 3. Use number keypad to set hours and
minutes, the range is between 1:00-12:59, without
AM/PM. It is a 12 hour clock.
Step 4. Press Settings keypad or wait for
5 seconds to confirm.
Using Hood Light
Press Light button setting the hood light among
HIGH->LOW->OFF
Using Hood Fan
Press Fan/Vent Fan button setting the vent fan
among HIGH->MEDIUM->LOW->OFF
Using Your Microwave Oven to
Cook
Step 1. Open the door.
Step 2. Place food inside the microwave oven.
Step 3. Select food classes.
Step 4. Enter/Sense the amounts.
Step 5. Close the door.
Step 6. Press Start to start the cooking.
Step 7. The Cancel/Stop button can be use to
cancel the function during or after cook time.

ALUMINIUM FOIL AND METAL
Always use oven mitts or pot holders when removing dishes from the microwave oven.
Aluminum foil and some metal can be used in the microwave oven. If not used properly, arcing (a blue
flash of light) can occur and cause damage to the microwave oven.

Do Not Use
Metal cookware and bakeware, gold, silver, pewter, non-approved meat thermometers, skewers, twist
ties, foil liners such as sandwich wrappers, staples, and objects with gold or silver trim or a metallic glaze
should not be used in the microwave oven.
OVEN VENT(S)
The microwave oven vent is flushed to the cabinet. It will be
opened automatically when the microwave is operating, and it
should not be blocked or covered since it allows the inlet of fresh
air into the cooling system. Also the bottom vent should not be
blocked or covered since it allows the inlet of fresh air into the
cooling system and the outlet of hot air from the cooling system.
Blocking or covering vents will cause poor air circulation,
affecting cooking, cleaning, and cooling results.

CLEAN GREASE FILTER:
The Grease Filter is on the underside of microwave oven.
Clean monthly.
To clean the Grease Filter:
1. Disconnect power.
2. Remove the Grease Filter by loosing the screw, sliding it
out of the bottom plate.
3. Remove the Charcoal Filter out of the Grease Filter.
4. Clean the Grease Filter with mild cleanser and scouring
pad, or clean it with dishwasher.
5. After cleaning, dry it up, reattach the Charcoal Filter, put
the Grease Filter back to the bottom plate. Securely
tighten the screw.

REPLACING GREASE FILTER:
If the Grease Filter has been damaged, replace a new one.
To replace the Grease Filter:
1. Disconnect power.
2. Remove the Grease Filter by loosing the screw, sliding it out of the bottom plate.
3. Remove the Charcoal Filter out of the Grease Filter.
4. Replace a new Grease Filter. Reattach the Charcoal Filter.
5. Put the Grease Filter back to the bottom plate. Securely tighten the screw.
REPLACING CHARCOAL FILTER:
The Charcoal Filter is behind the Grease Filter. It cannot be cleaned and should be replaced every
6 months, while the display scroll the filter alert “Change the Charcoal Filter, Reset reminder in Settings.”
To replace the Charcoal Filter:
1. Disconnect power.
2. Remove the Grease Filter by loosing the screw, sliding it out of the bottom plate.
3. Remove the Charcoal Filter out of the Grease Filter.
4. Replace the old Charcoal Filter with a new Charcoal Filter.
5. Put the Charcoal Filter back to the Grease Filter.
6. Put them back to the bottom plate. Securely tighten the screw.
To remove the filter alert and reset filters duration:
After the Charcoal Filter is replaced, to remove the filter alert on the display, retrieve another 6 months
duration.
1. Press Settings button repeatedly until Filter Reset.
2. The display scrolling “Press 1 to reset filter reminder.”
3. Press 1 keypad to confirm. “Filter Reset” on the display.
The Charcoal Filter retrieve another 6 months duration now.

Ajuste del reloj cuando se
enchufa por primera vez
Paso 1. La primera vez que se enciende, la hora
del reloj parpadeará a las 12 00 en la pantalla.
Paso 2. Abra la puerta.
Paso 3. Utilice el teclado numérico para ajustar
las horas y los minutos, el rango es entre 1:00 y
12:59, sin AM/PM. Es un reloj de 12 horas.
Paso 4. Presione el botón Settings (Ajustes) o
espere 5 segundos para confirmar.

Cómo utilizar el horno
microondas para cocinar
Paso 1. Abra la puerta.
Paso 2. Coloque los alimentos en el horno
microondas.
Paso 3. Seleccione las clases de alimentos.
Paso 4. Introduzca/detecte las cantidades.
Paso 5. Cierre la puerta.
Paso 6. Presione Start (Inicio) para iniciar la
cocción.
Paso 7. El botón Cancel/Stop (Cancelar/Parar)
puede usarse para cancelar la función durante el
tiempo de cocción o cuando este finalice.

PAPEL DE ALUMINIO Y METAL
Siempre use guantes para hornear o agarraderas al retirar los recipientes del horno microondas.
El papel de aluminio y algunos tipos de metal pueden usarse en el horno microondas. Si no se usan
debidamente, pueden producir chispas (ráfagas azules de luz) y causar daños al horno microondas.

�Utensilios para hornear de silicona (siga las recomendaciones del fabricante)
�Papel encerado.
Uso no permitido
No deben utilizarse en el horno microondas utensilios de cocina y de hornear metálicos, oro, plata,
peltre, termómetros para carne no aprobados, pinchos, precintos, forros de papel metálico como
envoltorios para emparedados, grapas y objetos con bordes de oro o plata con glaseado metálico.
RESPIRADEROS DEL HORNO
La ventilación del horno microoondas se encauza hacia el
gabinete. Se abrirá automáticamente cuando el microondas está
en funcionamiento, y no debe ser bloqueada o cubierta ya que
permite la entrada de aire fresco en el sistema de refrigeración.
Asimismo, la ventilación inferior no debe estar bloqueada ni
cubierta dado que permite la entrada de aire fresco al sistema de
enfriamiento y la salida de aire caliente del mismo sistema.
Bloquear o cubrir la ventilación dará lugar a una circulación de
aire insatisfactoria, que afectará a los resultados de cocción, de
limpieza y de enfriamiento.

LIMPIAR EL FILTRO DE GRASA:
El filtro de grasa está en la cara inferior del horno
microondas. Limpie mensualmente.
Para limpiar el filtro de grasa:
1. Desconecte el suministro eléctrico.
2. Retire el filtro de grasa aflojando el tornillo, deslizándolo
hacia afuera de la placa inferior.
3. Retire el filtro de carbón del filtro de grasa.
4. Limpie el filtro de grasa con un limpiador suave y un
estropajo, o limpiarlo con el lavavajillas.
5. Después de la limpieza, séquelo, vuelva a colocar el
filtro de carbón, ponga el filtro de grasa de nuevo a la
placa inferior. Apriete firmemente el tornillo.

SUSTITUIR EL FILTRO DE GRASA:
Si el filtro de grasa se ha dañado, sustituya por uno nuevo.
Para sustituir el filtro de grasa:
1. Desconecte el suministro eléctrico.
2. Retire el filtro de grasa aflojando el tornillo, deslizándolo hacia afuera de la placa inferior.
3. Retire el filtro de carbón del filtro de grasa.
4. Coloque un nuevo filtro de grasa. Vuelva a colocar el filtro de carbón.
5. Vuelva a colocar el filtro de grasa en la placa inferior. Apriete firmemente el tornillo.
SUSTITUIR EL FILTRO DE CARBÓN:
El filtro de carbón está detrás del filtro de grasa. No se puede limpiar y debe ser sustituido cada 6 meses,
mientras en la pantalla aparece la alerta del filtro “Change the Charcoal Filter, Reset reminder in
Settings” (Cambiar el filtro de carbón, restablecer el recordatorio en Ajustes).
Para sustituir el filtro de carbón:
1. Desconecte el suministro eléctrico.
2. Retire el filtro de grasa aflojando el tornillo, deslizándolo hacia afuera de la placa inferior.
3. Retire el filtro de carbón del filtro de grasa.
4. Reemplace el filtro de carbón usado con un filtro de carbón nuevo.
5. Vuelva a colocar el filtro de carbón en el filtro de grasa.
6. Póngalos de nuevo en la placa inferior. Apriete firmemente el tornillo.
Para eliminar la alerta del filtro y restablecer la duración de los filtros:
Después de sustituir el filtro de carbón, para eliminar la alerta del filtro en la pantalla, recupere otros
6 meses de duración.
1. Pulse el botón Settings (Ajustes) repetidamente hasta que se restablezca el filtro.
2. La pantalla muestra “Press 1 to reset filter reminder” (Pulsar 1 para restablecer el recordatorio del
filtro).
3. Pulse el botón 1 para confirmar. “Filter Reset” (Restablecer filtro) en la pantalla.
El filtro de carbón recupera ahora otros 6 meses de duración.
NOTA: Pida el filtro de carbón o de grasa, consulte la sección “Información de pedidos en línea”.
